Always owned fords and have bought several through Fritts. Until a year ago had four, an edge, f150, mustang and expedition. First problem was wife's edge constant brake and trans problems which were never resolved so we dumped it. Wife will NEVER drive a ford again. Their service dept is horrible told me on my expedition I needed numerous things my regular mech said was bs. Should have learned my lesson son took his mustang in and they tried to tell him it would take over 700 to replc wires and plug w/ tuneup. Along with naming other "issues". My trusted mech called BS and car runs better than ever for 220. STAY AWAY. Not just the edge about to be dumped!

Very disappointed to find out my appointment was only a drop off time and for my warranty repairs my vehicle wasn't even looked at until the next day and returned on the third day. Spent 40 min in traffic to travel 15 miles for my 7:30 AM appointment. Should have been allowed to drop off anytime if it was going to be taken care of whenever. Called the week before for an appointment at their convenience.

Not sure if this counts however I just purchased my twenty-second Ford van from Fritts Ford and that's just this year! Obviously I manage a large fleet. That makes it hard, not easy for Fritts to earn my business! I can go to any dealer I wish and they would love to do business with me. So what makes Fritts special? Service! Not only at point-of-purchase but service bay as well. Kyle in service and Tohamy in sales, Ray and Lisa in finance and of course the guy who makes it ALL happen for us: Gary! I always told them I'd buy this second car at Fritts, mainly because of the hardworking Maintenance/Repair Department, and especially Mark, Richie, and Marina who kept my 2002 Ford Taurus going for 16 years!!! The service dept is a joke. There employees are rude and have little to no customer service skills. Even something as simple as getting an oil change done needs an appointment and takes an hour or more. If you need warranty repairs done while your there don't bother trying to get it done in a timely manner. Then when you let them know that you were unhappy with their service the only reason they try and make it right is so you will. Give them a 5 star review and they will keep bugging and calling you until you change your opinion. The problem is you can't fix rude employees with attitudes. So even when they offer you a free oil change you still have to come back and deal with the same idiots from before. The sales dept is great so for future purchases I would consider buying here again. I'll just take my service needs to another dealer

Took my RV in for service. The steps were working when I took it in, but not when I picked it up.. Service person said it wasn't their fault. I ended up paying $600 after the warranty co. paid their portion. When I pointed the problem out to a service tech he called someone else and I was told they would fix it an no cost, but that didn't happen.

Our salesman was great! We saw the exact vehicle we were looking for online, we called and went in the next morning. There was no pressure and they were willing to show us many different options. Took my Fusion Hybrid in for the 10 mile check up. I waited in their waiting lounge which is nice. I was expecting to be there over an hour but to my surprise the car was not only ready in less than 40 minutes, it was washed. Although I thought the car came with free maintenance the first couple of years, the charge was very small and they did a lot more to check the car out than I thought was involved. I'm completely satisfied.

This was the best car buying experience my husband said he ever experienced. From the moment we walked on to the lot it was a no pressure, easy journey. We were fortunate to meet Bob who showed us all the trucks available. He was very personable, warm and friendly and made us feel welcomed. My husband found the truck he wanted and then it was on the the credit department. There we were quickly processed by Bill who was a pleasure to work with. Due to recent surgery I could not drive so Bob followed us home with the new truck and we drove him back to the dealership making his Sunday night a late one. I have never seen my husband so pleased with a new vehicle - he absolutely loves his F250 SuperDuty truck. Thank you for making this an easy, wonderful experience!

This was the 3rd time that my Fiesta has had the control modual and clutch replaced. We were heading to Los Angeles from Phoenix when it went out. Fritz was closed when we had it towed in but I got a call early the next morning. At first we were looking at about a week but they were able to contact other customers and got us done and out in less then 48 hours. I will say that other then a truck I will never buy another Ford but Don and his staff did a great job and I could not be more pleased. Thank you

I took my 2012 Ford Escape to Fritts due to my engine light coming on. When I discovered that it was due to my catalytic converter, I was so upset when I found out what they were charging to fix it. The part itself is nearly $1,000, but they were charging over $700 more on top of that for a job whose specs call for a 1 hour repair. Calling around, I found Fritts and another Ford dealer had 2 different labor costs for the same repair! It's bad enough that the extended warranty doesn't cover that part! I used to love coming to Fritts, but ever since my favorite service guy and my 2nd favorite service guy left, I have been disappointed in the service. I didn't let them repair it. I picked up my car and chose another repair alternative.

My husband and I purchased the Ford Fusion that we had been leasing for the past two years and eight months. Your staff member seemed to be very knowledgeable about cars, which was impressive, and he had exceptional customer service skills because he was friendly, courteous and not distracted by other concerns. The gentleman that did our paperwork etc., also had very good customer service skills. He was positive, encouraging and accommodating. Both men showed interest in the customer's needs. The service was great. Oh, I forgot, there was another lady who came out to tell us about two or three complimentary oil changes I believe, and she was extremely nice. The customer service was great! and, Thank you Ford!

Took my truck to have ac repaired, they replaced the compressor at this time. 2 mos later took it back ac not working at this time they replaced the accumulator which acts as a Resevior and collected all debris and metal shavings when ac compressor went out 2 mos earlier. Because these people are idiots my ac went down again less than a year later and ended out costing me over $2000.00. Now fritts ford basically told me tough xxxx. I've owned ford trucks all my life and will never own a ford vehicle again. Be careful service rep Don Truckee will lie straight to your face. I had to give a rating to submit this complaint-10. Is the closest I can think of.

My Dad bought me my first truck from here (Ranger) and I bought a F350 fully loaded, with the lift and all and due to things not the dealers fault, we stopped buying Fords. With the Fusion Energy coming out I had be intrigued, so, off to Fritz I went. Here is how I got treated as a past customer looking to come back to a brand and into a high end model......Was told they didn't want to insult me because the best they could do on the trade was $4K less than other dealers could.... told this on two occasions even after having gotten a better quote at another dealer for the trade value and gotten online value est from the ford site!...Told other dealers were lying about what they could do, basically saying my business was not worth the sales managers time..guess they would rather eat Panda express on Easter than work a deal...after calling the day I was to purchase my new Fusion, I called to give the management a complaint about my service a nice guy supposedly manager of the internet dept talked to me and offered to see if her could do something. He called me back and all of a sudden Fritz could make the deal work and would give me more for my trade, but they were only $12 higher in payment. No thanks, Raceway Ford earned my business, when I was begging to give it to Fritz who just didn't want it.

Be warned, we brought our mustang in for a check-up right before the warranty expired. The gear shift had been broken for awhile (the plastic part that covers it had come loose). They charged us to fix that, because the problem was apparently spilled liquid, fine. Mentioned the car "jumps" when shifting to reverse. They claimed to have repaired that under warranty. Two days later, the car freaked out, and when we put it in drive, it would reverse; park was drive, and we couldn't put the car into "park". Confused? So were we. Fritts sent a tow-truck (begrudgingly) and claimed to have fixed it (still under warranty). A week later, the car began "jumping" back in reverse again. Now it was out of warranty. We brought it into fritts, and they refused to fix it. They wanted us to pay $2000 because we "hadn't mentioned the issue before". The service manager said this is a "very common problem and would have happened regardless of any services provided prior to the warranty expiring". This would have been nice to know before purchasing a Ford. I'm infuriated by the awful level of service. Seems like a scam. Buy your Ford somewhere with higher ratings.

When we started looking for a new car we did not know what we were going to do. There is so many models out there is was very hard. But when we came to fritts ford they were very kind and considerate about our needs. We have a family of 5 so it was nice to know they had a vehicle that was fit just for us. We ended up getting a used expidition and could not have been happier with the price. Thank you Fritts we will be back for our next car with you guys.

Bought a new f350 truck there. Sales guy was very friendly and the haggling was minimal. They didnt try to keep me locked in an office for extended periods of time like some dealers do. They did a great job with the new car explanation. Even hooked up my cell phone to the SYNC.

We have purchased 2 vehicles in last 2 yrs. They were great to work with until my 2010 Focus door lock broke. I felt like I had a good relationship with the dealer. Have highly recommended them and with my 17 yr old daughter finishing driver's ed, I knew where I would be buying my next car. Well my brand new 2 year old car that is just 6,000 miles out of warranty is falling apart. When I told the people the service department that I didnt feel like I should have to pay for a new car to be fixed. I also told her I felt like the dealership really didnt value my business. I told her that if they would not make this right, my relationship with them is over. She said that was fine.Oh, by the way, we are only talking $88.00. i can easily afford that, but I have also spent over $60,000 there. I am really disapointed that they did not value me as a past and possible future customer.Mike Schilling

Where can I start? We have bought 8 vehicles from Fritt's Ford over a number of years but now we've had a bad noise issue for over 1 year on our $42,000 2009 Edge and Fritts service WILL NOT fix it! It's under normal warranty and we even have the extended warranty. The issue is that it is an intermittent problem and it doesn't do it when we bring it in...of course. So, even though I describe the noise exactly...and btw, I am an engineer and know about technical issues like these...the problem is the fuel pump. I know it and they even told me THEY know it...but unless the noise is present when I bring it in...THEY CANNOT OR WILL NOT REPLACE THE PUMP!!I have spent hours discussing the issue with Dick Popoff, Kyle Klein, Rebecca Hamilton, Manny Perez, and even Ford's corporate customer relations manager. In fact, Manny Perez has heard the problem himself but since he is not a tech, Poppoff and company tells me that this isn't good enough!They give me no options other than continuing to bring it back over and over and over again until the noise occurs while the car is in their hands. Research on the Ford Forum website shows that this is happening to many Edge's across the country yet Ford still fails to acknowledge the issue. They are willing to lose THIS customer for life and I will be spreading this information everywhere I can. Needless to say, I willl be taking legal action on this....possibly even a class-action suit if there are enough Edge owners out there experiencing the same issue as is noted on the Ford Forum website.

It took them 6 weeks to fix my truck. They have terrible communication. They don't care what your time line might be. They dont do what they say they will do. They repaired the rear differential three times before they got it right. They will call you, tell you that the vehicle is done, and you get there, and find that it is not done. The service reps do not have a clue why they are there

I recently had my 2007 Ranger in for service. It spun the gears in the differential. They fixed it. My problem is this: My son had left his Ipod touch and Ipod video in the truck. When I picked up the truck, they were gone. Fritts ford will not reimburse me for the loss. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE IN YOUR VEHICLE WHEN GETTING IT REPAIRED AT FRITTS FORD!!!

I recently purchased a 2007 Ford Focus from them. In less than two weeks, the rear suspension started making a very loud squeaking sound. I took it back to them, and my HORRIBLE service adviser, Angie Schnider, told me that it was a brake line rubbing on the suspension, and that they fixed it. AS SOON AS I GOT HOME, the suspension started squeaking again. I looked under the car to find the brake line they were talking about coated in grease, which has now stained my driveway (thanks again Fritts). I took it back and went on a test drive with one of the shops foremen, who told me there was a problem with the suspension and that they would fix it. Well, TWO DAYS AND FIFTEEN MILES OF TEST DRIVES LATER (that's right15 miles), they tell me that there's no squeaking sound that anyone can find, and that they can't do anything. Every time I had to call and speak with Angie Schnider, she either wasn't there, in her office with a customer (for three hours), or didn't know the answer and had to transfer me to someone else. After going down there and letting them know what I thought about this whole situation, I tried making the rear suspension squeak, and I couldn't. So I took it home hopeful that the problem was actually fixed, and within about five hours, the suspension began to squeak again. I looked under the car to find a MASSIVE amount of WD-40 coating my rear suspension. To me, that sounds like someone heard the problem and tried to cover it up, not "we couldn't find anything wrong." Then why is the rear end of my car coated in grease? Oh, and they overcharged me by $11. I know, not alot, but still. MY FAMILY HAS PURCHASED THREE CARS FROM THEM IN THE PAST FIVE YEARS, INCLUDING A BRAND NOW COBRA. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK, AND WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO KEEP PEOPLE AWAY FROM THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE.
