When looking to buy a new truck look no further then Friendly Ford! These guys did an amazing job making the buying experience a breeze! I found the truck online (being in Chicago!) the dealer rep Jose contacted me via email then a follow up phone call. After some easy texting back and fourth we came to an agreement! Then he made the process super easy! Sent us everything we needed to compete prior to heading from Chicago. On the day we went to get the truck Jose picked us up from the airport!! What dealer will do that? Also Chad in their parts department was a huge help as well, got the truck all set up with the accessories prior to arrival. Once at the dealership Chad made it super seamless to finish the paperwork and get us on the road back to Chicago! Overall the experience was 10/10 and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, being in the beautiful state of Texas or from out of state!

Tried to purchse a new car from this dealship. Their online pricing is unobtainable and might as well just figure that it will cost at least $6,000 more than posted online. Tried to work with them but unwilling to do anything about it. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Purchased a new Ford Explorer and the whole sales experience was fantastic. Tilman Walker III was by far the best sales person I have ever experienced. I absolutely loathe the car buying experience and he made the whole process completely effortless. I appreciated the no pressure sales experience and was relieved I didn't have to go through the hassle of the back and forth on pricing, I received an incomparable price from the start. He was able to have most of the process done before I ever arrived at the dealership. I live in Spring, TX and made the drive to Crosby solely because Tilman was very responsive to my text, calls and questions. Everybody I encountered at the dealership, including Samuel P. in finance, truly lived up to their name of "Friendly Ford." I wouldn't hesitate to drive back to Crosby for my next vehicle purchase.

Don't take your ford here to have service done unless you're able to leave it sitting over a month. They literally have no concern for the customers time. They just guess when providing the estimated time of repair completion.

Probably the worst dealership I ever dealt with. I'm not new to car buying. Took 17 phone calls to get the answers I needed about the car. Simple ones on a used car -- like what is the warranty? Drive from Dallas to Houston (5 hour drive) and I had filled out the credit application 5 days prior. Should have been a walk in, sign the paperwork and be on the road. Oh and we put 70% down. The finance manager left my son waiting for over 3 hours. Only have one finance manager and youre near Houston? Unheard of.I am in the customer service business. At a minimum they should have sent them out to dinner while they waited. Or put them up in a hotel room. Instead, they left out of towners to sit for 3 hours JUST for the financing with good credit. No respect.And the real insult? After all of that they sent him on his way with a tank. Not the way to do business.

We found the car we wanted on your website, and when we arrived at the dealership, we were met by a very polite and friendly young man named Martin Guevara. The Fiesta we wanted was in stock, so he got it and gave us the grand tour, explaining all of the features, and even syncing our phones to the sound system. The buying process was also explained and was made as easy as possible. He answered all of our questions clearly. Also, Samuel D. was very friendly and made signing all the paperwork a streamlined process. My wife is very happy with her new car, and we are pleased with the experience of buying it. Thank you all!

Claude streamlined the process so we spent half the time I expected to spend when purchasing a car. Found one of their 2016 F-150's I liked online via cars.com and contacted them initially via email. Tilman Walker in internet sales contacted me back promptly and we began to talk numbers via phone/text as I live 6 hrs away in MS (couldn't find a similarly equipped truck around here as it's a very small volume market compared to TX). Took a few days to come to an agreement as it was 4th of July weekend and they were closed Sun/Mon, but he assured me that their quoted price was what I'd pay if I drove out there to pick up the truck. I had a backup truck already negotiated and lined up at another dealer just in case this one fell through. Once I got to the dealership there was no real haggling as we had already agreed on the price. Test drove, purchased, and drove the truck back to MS in the same day. >>HIGHLY RECOMMEND<< negotiating with any dealership remotely through their internet department rather than in person as they aren't able to employ high pressure sales tactics when you're not standing there in the dealership. Being an educated consumer (vehicle prices and options at other dealers) definitely helps also. Tilman was very helpful and easy to deal with. He took the time to sit in the truck and go over several features of the vehicle with me before I pulled off the lot. Would certainly buy from them again and recommend to others.

Went by looking at trucks while there visiting my nephew. Brian Stewart came out to talk to us. He was very pleasant and helpful but wasn't at all pushy like some salesman. We looked at 3-4 trucks and settled on a 2013 ford f150 fx4. Brian got information on truck and then he and finance manager went to work. They worked with us to get our notes where we wanted them. They also beat the prices we had been given in Louisiana and Mississippi. It was one of ththe most pleasant car buying times I've experienced. I'll drive back there again when ready to purchase another vehicle. Brian Stewart was one of the friendliest sale man I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He listened to what we wanted and needed and he went above and beyond to help get us in that vehicle that suited us. He didn't try to push something on us that wasn't what we wanted. I have wanted a full size truck for many years now after being in a mid size for 13 years. I have worked hard for many years to provide the best lifestyle for my family and now some of our grandchildren that I possibly can. We live here in Crosby, so I felt it would be appropriate to start my search for my truck here in town. After brousing on line, I saw a used truck at Friendly Ford that I felt would fall into the price range I could afford. Upon arriving at the dealership, my wife and I were greeted at the door by two young men, one of whom was Pedro Garibay. He welcomed us and escorted us in, offered us something to drink and treated us very kind and respectful. We talked about the truck I had been interested in then took us for a test drive. During the drive he was very courteous and attentive. Lucky for me my wife did not like red, the color of this truck. Pedro said they had another truck on the lot which was blue and we could check it out upon arriving back. OMG! This was the truck I dreamed of owning but just knew would be way over my price range. Wrong! Pedro worked hard and was patient with us in the process. His kindness and persistance in getting the price to where we needed it to be was beyond exceptional. He did it! I am overwhelmed and totally satisfied with our experience with him as well as with Rick Guzman who finished the process, who worked another miracle of his own! Both men were very kind, professional , and FRIENDLY! I will no doubt return for the next one and would refer anyone to Friendly Ford of Crosby. This is my second experience with Friendly Ford of Crosby, and I was just as happy this time as the first. Sammy Daniels was very helpful and friendly with helping me find the 2016 F150 super cab truck I wanted. Chris Gottselig was very helpful and friendly explaining the options of financing for my purchase. While I was there they were serving free hamburgers, hot dogs and fries, so I was able to enjoy a meal and purchase a vehicle. My Husband died suddenly on Thanksgiving Morning several years ago. He promised his Daughter to give her a Car for her 16 Birthday. Do yourself a favor and visit Friendly Ford out in Crosby Tx if you want to have the best car buying experience. My salesman Danny was very knowledgeable about my F-150. Danny went above and beyond in explaining every feature and telling me where every button was located on the truck. When it came time to negotiate the price i knew i had a set price in mind. Danny worked with me and at the end of the day we were both able to walk away extremely happy with the deal i ended up getting. They have officially earned all of my future business. Martin Was very knowledgeable about the ford super duty. Martin was very professional and polite. He did not try to convince me of what I should buy. He answered my questions and made vehicles available for me to look at and drive. Martin's friendly demeanor allowed me to feel comfortable taking my time deciding if I wanted to buy a truck and which one. After I had made up my mind what wanted to buy, Martin got busy with another customer. Claude took over with me while Martin helped the other customer. That would have been appreciated if Claude had not been so rude. I had met Claude the first day I was there. on that day when I express concern about the tire size affecting the speedometer, Claude stated that they were no larger than what come on the vehicle. (I knew this to not be the case) on the second day when I mentioned the rough ride compared to a GM truck, Claude said it would be due to the oversized tires, and lift. (the truck does not have a lift) this was one of many inconsistences from Claude. He basically told me that if I was not willing to pay the advertised price, I should go buy the Chevy. I also watch Claude gawk at and rudely flirt with a young lady that was looking for someone that was not there that day. I Claude would have been the only person that I dealt with, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Martin had already made the sail. I will tell everyone shopping for a vehicle that Friendly Ford is a friendly dealership and that they should avoid Claude because he has no professional manors.

2016 F150 XLT FX4. I searched Friendly Ford of Crosby on the Internet and found a truck I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a salesman and told him what truck I found on their website. He brought me out to the exact truck I researched. I went into Friendly Ford in Crosby, Texas on a Saturday afternoon just wanting to look at the 2016 F250's. I was driving a 2011 F150 CrewCab 4X4 at the time. I was able to stroll through the lot without being bombarded by salespeople, which was a relief! Once I picked out a truck that I wanted to look into a little further I headed towards the salesroom where I met with Nick Lombard. Nick grabbed the keys to the truck I was interested in and we went and looked at it further. It wasn't quite what I was looking for so I told Nick what I had in mind. He went inside to check their inventory and came back with two sets of keys. We looked at both trucks, and I ended up taking one for a test drive... I fell in love!!! I decided to see what kind of deal I could get on the truck and to have my truck appraised for a trade-in. The deal was a no-brainer so I ended up leaving that night with a brand new 2016 F250 CrewCab 4X4. I had been looking online for a few months and normally I'm not that impulsive when it comes to purchasing a vehicle but not once through the entire process did I feel like I was being pressured or pushed to buy... And I was actually shocked when the two trucks Nick had the keys to had all of the features I wanted with nothing more. I truly feel like Nick listened to me when I told him what I was looking for and wasn't just trying to pad his paycheck! The sales process wasn't the only comfortable part of my experience... The financing officer, Christopher Gottselig, was also a pleasure to work with. He didn't just rattle through the papaerwork. He actually explained every form and what my signature meant on each of them; he was even able to tell when I had a question but felt too stupid to ask. Long story short... If you're in the Houston area and looking for a Ford; you'd be missing out if you didn't take a look at Friendly Ford in Crosby!!!

In 2012 my husband and I went there and met BT my husband bought me a 2010 F150 I have had that truck for 4 years now and we bought it for my body and mother's day....I felt mad BC my husband had the car from hell we needed to get rid of but no one would talk to us not even Joe Meyers that sold it to us and screwd us on it with packages...so this weekend after talking to BT he got us out of it with out being upside down on it and we were also able to get rid of my truck too....Now we have two 2016 F150's .....Ty BT BC of you we will always be back to you...O DID I MENTION BT ALSO REMEMBERED WE BOUGHT IT 4 YRS AGO AND IT WAS FOR MOTHER'S DAY AND BDAY....THAT IS DEDICATION.... I will tell u like it is, (people listen up), this place is the best I have EVER experienced. I've been to many dealerships, Nissan on N.45 in particular messed up my credit, when I had a very good qualifying chance to walk out with a new ride, and walked out with nothing because they kept pulling my credit, none the less I build it back up and heard very highly of this place FriendlyFord in Crosby. I made an appointment and went by not keeping my hopes up, and was greeting by my representative, Daniel Nathan, who was very kind, and new his stuff. He help me get the best deal, and just what I wanted, Ford Fusion 2016. What else can I say. This place is out of one's way but trust me, u WILL not be disappointed. Please do yourself a favor and Do NOT use this dealership! First let me say, I LIVE in Crosby, I wanted to use this dealership, give them my business and support my community... this is how I was treated as a result: I went in to purchase a truck at 9:30 AM - I had the truck picked out from the net before I even got there. I test drove it and and then entered into negotiations to purchase the vehicle. Some other people came into the dealer at about 11 AM and I saw them looking at the truck because it was parked right out front where I left it after the test drive - The salesman I was working with said someone else might be interested in it but not to worry since I had already agreed to purchase it, I thought he was probably using some lame sales game to build urgency so I thought nothing of it. After some back and forth negotiations we came to an agreement which I SIGNED, the salesman said the finance guy had to do all the paperwork and it would take some time so why didn't I go grab something to eat and come back in about an hour. I ran next door to get a coffee and when I returned 20 minutes later the salesman pulled me aside and said they were selling the truck to SOMEONE ELSE! WHAT?? He said he was very upset about it also - apparently the other sales guy had more seniority. I was so upset, I asked for the sales manager, who after making me wait for 30 more minutes finally came out only to flippantly say "Sorry, these things happen sometimes." No explanation, no offer to make it right, nothing. He didn't even offer to show me anything else... When I pressed him for an explanation he made up some lame excuse and mumbled "maybe the other person had been in a 'few days earlier' but did not buy at that time and had come back?" (I saw them come in, AFTER I had agreed to buy the truck) He shrugged and walked off. I was furious! How can they stay in business treating customers that way? I am a long time Ford Customer and have good credit. I had not come in to browse or try to get credit approval - I had come in to purchase.In the end they did me a HUGE favor! I went over to Baytown Ford, (15 minutes away) dealt directly with the sales manager Tommy and purchased a much better truck, with more options and a MSRP that was much higher for less money than the truck I was was going to buy from Friendly Ford. I also was offered more for my trade-in! Seriously.(At the time I did not realize that I was getting SO overcharged. I feel really bad for the people who DID buy that truck because I'm sure that the money grubbing dealership charged them even MORE than they were going to charge me, after all, If I had been offering more who do you think they would have sold the truck to?? Honestly?) The transaction at Baytown Ford was smooth and took less than 3 hours, no BS - no haggling, just a good deal . I was financed through Ford Credit for 1.9% financing. Save yourself the aggravation and go directly to Baytown Ford or some other dealer... Please.

I went in kind of expecting a battle of how muh will you give me on my trade in and how low are you willing to go on the new truck I am looking at. I was quickly approached by Danny Nathan who was very professinal and very straight forward, we both agreed lets get to the brass tacks right off the bat this is what I am looking for this is what I need he said no problem lets test drive the new F250. They gave me a very fair trade offer on my truck and they gave me an offer that was atleast $3000 cheaper than anywhere else I have found. I will be buying from here only from now on and I was on my 5th GMC truck until my last painful encounter with GMC dealeerships. Also my company is planning on purchasing our work fleet from here. We purchased a 2016 Platinum Expedition that after a few days we noticed it had a rattling noise and had to replace a shock. We were very disappointed and returned to dealership to talk to owner or manager. We then traded that one in for a 2016 King Ranch Expedition and am very happy with that purchase. I had my oil changed on my 2014 F-250 diesel and parked it at home for a week. When I tried to start the following Friday, it would not crank although all the lights came on and looked normal. I checked oil, battery connections, etc and it started on the last try, but the check engine light came on. I took it in to have the cause checked and they told me it was glow plugs and regen heater. I could not leave it because I was leaving on a trip, but said I would bring it in after the holidays. When they checked the problem, they could not find any problem with the glow plugs, but replaced both batteries. The truck barely has 20,000 miles and the batteries looked like the day they were installed and never showed any sign of weakness during cranking. I am baffled as to what the real problem was or is. I did mention that when the outside temperature is below 50 or so, is when it refuses to crank (and it is not because of weak batteries, it does not connect to the starter although all the lights are on).

He was friendly, excited, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best car for me and my pups (because room for my dogs was a big part of what I was looking for in a car). Jenny was excellent. She did the best that she could. But as far as the way that Ford handled my situation, it was a nightmare. Took my truck 5 times for the same situation and only at the fifth time they told me that I braked too hard so they couldn't warranty it. (CASE # CAS-8386485) Also, I had my truck have a oil change and tire rotation and they billed me. The problem is that they didn't rotate my tires. I had a cut on my tire from the week before and when I checked to see if the cut tireWas in the same position it was there. Called to verify a used 2014 Edge Stock#eba39172 was on the lot 10/17/15 ..Spoke with Patricia she verified it was available..Drove from Friendswood,Texas 45 min.Upon arrival asked for patricia she was not available..Asked to see the car ..Jose checked to see if it was available..15 min later He said it was Sold on 10/16/15 tried to sell a different 2012 Edge I declined..Drove off the lot called Patricia back ..she said maybe it was there in service dept ? Told her I would wait in Crosby area till she called back with a answer..30 min later I called back and was told she was in a meeting..Left a message with the receptionist to have her call me around 5:00 Pm...She never returned my call. Monday the 19th I called to speak to Austin Salinas around 9:00 Am was told he would return my call..Never did I called later in the afternoon he took my call..Told him of my experience with his Dealership..He apologized for the mis-information..Also said normally it takes 48 hrs.to remove Sold vehicles..As of today 10/29/15 The same 2014 Edge continues to be listed as For Sale on Friendly Fords web page.. Called and sales person said Sold yesterday 10/27/15 ..Called back to ask Austin Salinas how this could be? Too busy to accept my call ...You be the Judge..I buy Fords for my business and personal use and will continue ..Will never Buy From a Bait n Switch dealer named Friendly Ford....

I am a San Antonio, TX resident. I have bought Ford vehicles for over 30 years. After dealing with several dealerships in my area, I was told that the vehicle that I wanted to purchase could not be purchased without being equipped with several add-on options, that I did not want, and that totaled approximately $1500. in extra charges. So I got on the internet and saw the great reviews for Friendly Ford in Crosby, TX. I called the dealership and spoke with Danny Nathan and he worked with me over the phone and email for 2 days and I got the exact truck, exactly how I, as the consumer, wanted it. Danny was a no pressure salesman, very knowledgable and assured me that I would be taken care of. So after driving to Crosby, and meeting Danny face to face, I said "Show Me" and he did. I drove to Crosby, based solely on the outstanding customer service that I received from Danny. He was very knowledgable and was patient will all my questions and requests and wanted to make sure that I got the truck that I wanted, how I wanted it. I bought the truck with wonderful customer service from everyone at the dealership, everyone I met, from the custodian that met me at the door, to the finance officer who processed my paperwork. I was amazed how fast the dealership had me in and out with the truck that I wanted and, "Yes, I got a better deal". It was well worth the drive, even though I hit the 8:00am traffic in Houston. Ben Hall was an awesome salesman. We already knew we were leaning to the Fiesta for our daughter who is currently in her Junior year of High School. He took the time to listen to our needs and concerns, offered some other vehicles, but wasn't overly pushy knowing we had our eyes on something. Then, we worked on the numbers with management and financing and reached a payment we are very pleased with. I was pleasantly surprised when I bought my new Fusion 3 months ago. This dealership is new to me. The staff was just like the name "Friendly". A bonus was free oil changes. My first oil change was last week. The wait was a bit long, but I was prepared. I was warned not to arrive at 8:00 but my schedule wasn't flexible. Again, the staff, and even the other customers in the waiting area, were friendly.So far, so good - and yes, I'm enjoying the car so far.

I was looking for a vehicle on cars.com when they referred me to this dealership. They had a great deal on a Ford Focus it was very low mileage and had everything that I wanted on it. I made an appointment to go see that particular vehicle rushed over immediately after work and was very upset when that vehicle was not there & no one bothered to inform me that the car had been sold. Even after the multiple calls I made to the dealership on my way to the appointment. Friendly Ford worked very hard to get me to spend more money than I actually originally planned on but overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Probably one of the best car buying experiences I had.I told my salesman Sammy, what I was looking for in a truck and he got me exactly what I wanted, at a price I was good with.Sammy seemed to be a genuinely good guy and attentive to what I wanted, I wasn?t worried about having to play sales games with him. Friendly Ford has been one of the greatest dealerships that I have ever dealt with. They have an amazing staff that worked extremely hard in order to get me the truck that I wanted. They contacted me very fast and they were always very professional. I contacted no less than 30 other dealerships trying to find a used vehicle and in the end, Friendly Ford was the one we choose to go with. I even had to drive 6 1/2 hours to get to their dealership, but it was well worth it. From the very first phone call to the signing on the dotted line, Friendly Ford delivered on everything that they said they would. I never once felt pressured to buy anything nor did I feel as if they were deceiving me in any way. I would highly recommend Friendly Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They are awesome. If I ever need a new or used vehicle again, I will definitely be looking at Friendly Ford first.

Took truck in and advised them what I needed. They called back a little later and advised I need a new fuel filter. After all was said and done it took them approximately 2 hrs to complete the oil change, fuel filter and rotate the tires. Excellent job.

I found the Truck I wanted on your online website. I drove over to look at it, test drive, etc.The truck was what I was looking for, however the price that was advertised on the website was not the price I was quoted by the salesman and his manager, it was $1000.00 higher. There was quite a bit of hageling and that is never a good experience for a customer. Finally in the end I think the deal was fair, it's a shame I had to leave the dealership feeling very frustrated for them to accept my offer on the price and actually make the deal.

It is a very relaxed atmosphere and never felt the high pressure to make a quick decision like at other dealerships. Blake and Charles were my main contacts and they did an excellent job in the negotiation process and in my visit to the dealership before the purchase. They were out for training when I picked up the car but B.T. took awesome care of us when we picked up the car. He went well beyond the call of duty in taking care of us and staying late to show us many of the features of the Explorer. From beginning to end...My overall experience was Great. I started browsing online for Pre-Owned vehicles, and a Toyota SUV I was interested in was at Friendly Ford of Crosby. I sent an online message to express my interest, and Danny Nathan responded- almost immediately- with information I was searching for. He invited me to come out to FFOC, and said he'd be happy to help me as much as he could. So I made plans to go see Danny the following evening. When I arrived at FFOC, Danny was friendly and eager to help me with the Toyota SUV I was interested in. After the Test Drive, I went to sit down and discuss the details of the vehicle. He answered all the questions I had for him, and he wasn't pushy at all...in fact- he was patient. After our discussion...he asked what I thought about the vehicle, and I told him that I just wasn't impressed with that vehicle and I couldn't stop thinking about another vehicle that he had on his lot. I explained to him that I came to shop with Pre-Approval financing from my Credit Union, but that I only requested an approval amount for the amount of the Toyota SUV. I wasn't expecting to fall Head over Heels for another vehicle that was $12K more than the original vehicle I went there to see, and was hoping to buy. I asked Danny to show me a 2011 Ford F-350, and I was impressed with all the options & extras the King Ranch SUPER DUTY Truck has, but the Test Drive did me in. I was ready to own that Truck. I told Danny I would need to talk to my Loan Officer the following morning to get approval for a greater amount to finance. He offered to help me find a Lender that evening if I was willing to be open to that option. He offered the help of his team that evening, and also gave me the open option to discuss a loan increase with my own Credit Union the following morning. After I agreed to see how Danny and his Team could help, he introduced me to their Financing Director- Humberto Escamilla. They were able to offer me financing then and there, with a very competitive interest rate and terms that were very accommodating for my finances...AND inclusive of a 'Peace Of Mind' Bumper to Bumper Warranty on a Pre-Owned Vehicle. With the very friendly help of Danny and Humberto, I was able to feel like a VERY Happy new owner of the vehicle I have been dreaming of owning for a very long time. The next day I contacted my own Credit Union and applied for a loan amount increase and a longer term, and I was approved. Being an employee in my Credit Union's Corp and also getting a Loan Loyalty Discount, the lower interest rate- was enough to edge the loan for me. The financing department at FFOC made the whole sale go smooth and painless- between them and my Credit Union. I was able to take delivery of my 2011 F-350 King Ranch Super Duty Crew Cab that same day!! I would definitely recommend Friendly Ford of Crosby to friends, family, and others. I went in to purchase a gasket because the 3rd brake light on the cab was leaking rain water into the cab. Parts counter advised me this was a common issue for the F150 but that I would have to replace the entire light assembly. I asked the service counter was this covered under my Ford Certified Used Warranty and was told it was not covered. But then a they decided that they would take care of it for me anyway. The service staff went above and beyond and I appreciate and will remember that. Thanks

Having had previous auto buying experiences that were less than enjoyable and knowing my potentially volatile personality, my wife made the arrangements via phone and the Internet with our salesman, Tillman Walker. The experience was by far the least stressful of any truck/auto purchase I've made in my life. Tillman, his friend Danny (whom assisted when Tillman was unavoidably and temporarily unavailable) and Rick Guzman (Finance) were all very knowledgeable and pleasant. The arrangements made by my wife were the arrangements we used to finalize the purchase, no "We didn't include this" or "Oh, you're going to need that for an extra $$". None of that!! AND, being the crotchety old coot I can be, I was adamant that I was on a schedule and was leaving at noon, deal or no deal. Guess what, we were done at 11:52AM and I drove away at 12:00 straight up!!Didn't think it was possible. But, Crosby, Texas has a satisfied and happy new vehicle purchaser!! Thank You, Guys!!

The only complaint I will make is that our salesman quoted us an interest rate of 2.9% and it turned out to be 4.1%. Apparently he wasn't supposed to tell us an interest rate at all.

I drove 90 minutes to get to the dealership, and it was well worth it! This was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I inquired about a used 2013 Silverado online and was contacted by Tony, who was very helpful and respectful of my time. Going through the finance and paperwork process with Humberto was quick and painless, as it should be! I recommend Friendly Ford 100%!

Victor was great I did notice there were a lot of hidden fees in my final financed amount but all in all it was a good experience. The buying process took about 45 minutes total and the dealership gave me free tint, oil changes for two years and other great incentives!

I had a flat on the way to the dealer to get an oil change. When I got there I asked for oil change, tire rotation and told them about the flat. I waited about 45 minutes, which isn't bad for all of the above, and they patched the tire, changed oil and even put a smiley face on my sticker and the best part was they put the jack and spare tire back in the correct spot in the trunk. I had just thrown it back there after changing it.

So bought two vehicles from here in the past 12 months and the expedition i noticed service quality had deteriated from past 2 vehicles i purchased from them. I sent my wife to purchase expedition while i was at work and setting price over the phone and after talking her into a few terms that wasn't in the agreement the service after the sale was complete has been even worse. The mustang experience has been even worse flat out lied to by salesman and sales manager and we owe items still not done but was told pretty much scratch deal or live with it after two trips there wasting my time after being told over phone it was complete just to arrive and see it clearly wasn't. The new attitude here from what i can tell is tell the customer what they want to hear and make empty promises to make the sale then screw them after papers are signed. Left review on their site and contact info for dealership owner and have not heard from anyone. 12th vehicle purchase. Fourth over 15yr time period and absolutely the worse. I also have emails and documents from signing backing up every lie i was told from employees.

We have purchased THREE vehicles from Friendly Ford within SIX years. We try to remain loyal customers and establish a good relationship with our local, small dealership. We upgraded with every purchase (by tens of thousands of dollars). Well, our last purchase was basically a lemon. Granted, the problems with the truck are not the fault of the dealership, but you would think they would want to make it right for a LOYAL, LOCAL customer. We wanted to give the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue (friendly customer service, right?) before proceeding with any lemon law complaints. They said "come in and we will work out a trade." Well, it was the same old song and dance, as with any trade. We were offered $10K less than what we purchased the truck for five months ago, which is $7K under NADA value. We even considered upgrading again, which would have been MORE money in THEIR pocket. I'm not asking for a free ride, I'm just asking for what I paid for. If you spend $50K on a vehicle, it should operate flawlessly, or warranties should easily fix any problems. Unfortunately, my truck's problems are pretty much beyond repair, and I just want the new truck I bought to operate like a new truck should. If/when management reads this, they will know which customer they are dealing with. I will be reviewing this dealership in every place possible to share my experience with other existing and potential customers.

I went in thinking I couldn't really get what I wanted (an Edge) and would settle for an (Escape) - Tillman my sales person let me look at all the inventory and helped me find an Edge that I could be comfortable affording. Having looked online for over six months - the price was very fair for a gently used Edge - I didn't even haggle as I felt that it was that fair.I had already gotten pre-approved financing before coming, but Tillman suggested that I let them see what they could find for me - that saved me over 1% and I got an excellent finance rate with the help of Humberto the Finance Director - I almost got a new car interest rate on a used vehicle.I hate car shopping - they made this experience painless and quick - I'm feel like I was fairly dealt with, got a fair deal and am very happy. I highly recommend Friendly Ford in Crosby - they're worth the drive.

Every time I come in to have my oil changed and tires rotated it is Friday afternoon. The service is fast. I am not waiting around for 5 hours at a time like I was at the Saturn dealership. I also like the 14.95 oil change for the lifetime of the car.

i brought a 2010 F-150 Pre certified with a 12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and the leather sets started to wear and crack they refused to fix it and they said i had $14.95 oil changes and ever time i have it done they try to charge me $49.95 and it takes them 30 plus minutes or more to get the $14.95 approve i would not buy tricycle from them they will lie to you big time and there was other things they was to fix and they refused to fix it

I was referred to Friendly Ford by a close family friend who has bought Ford trucks from them for her entire life. She even appeared in their commercials! After working with Tillman Walker and Austin Salinas to get down to a sales number on a truck I wanted they were actually out bid by another dealer...Baytown Ford. After attempting to purchase the better priced truck at Baytown Ford (which was an awful experience) I walked out of the door at the Baytown dealership and drove straight to Crosby to purchase the higher priced truck. After such a terrible experience at Baytown Ford I didn't care how expensive the other truck was at Crosby, I knew I would be treated the way a customer should. After arriving at Crosby directly after the Baytown experience, Tillman never asked questions and immediately offered the previously discussed truck at the price we had agreed upon earlier. Within 5 min. Tillman had started the paperwork to put me in my new vehicle. During the paperwork process the sales manager (Austin Salinas) notified me they had actually found more rebates for my truck and had lowered the price of my new truck by another $1,500! They not only provided a wonderful buying experience, they also ended up BEATING the price of any other dealer I spoke with in the greater Houston Area.

The whole dealership was great, I had been on the lot before just looking around not ready to buy but was approached by a salesman who was great. every employee I passed in the dealership were super friendly and helpful when needed anything. When I finally decided it was time to buy I had the same experience. I worked with Miguel Ochoa. He took his time explaining everything to me and knowing this was my first time buying a car answered all my questions and went slow. He was real person and not a salesman just trying to sell me a car. I truly felt he cared about my best interests. Flew to Houston and Mr Rickman picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership. Upon arriving the truck was parked in front of the building, cleaned up and full of fuel just as he said. I test drove the truck and it ran great. After arriving back to the dealership, Tony explained the trucks features to me and the servicing of a diesel truck, since I have never owned a diesel truck. There was several nice extras on the truck that I was not expecting and feel like I got a great deal. Tony introduced me to the dealership and then the finance mgr and I signed the papers on the truck. I was only at the dealership about 45 min's. If shopping online I would recommend Tony Rickman and Friendly Ford.

I purchased a 2011 Ford F-350 from this dealer in June of 2013. I am an Internet buyer and bought the truck sight unseen. I was assured by Rick Guzman my salesman that other than a small dent on the bumper (which they repaired) there was no damage to the vehicle outside of normal wear & tear. I asked him twice during the buying process about the vehicle's condition and told him I didn't want any surprises. He assured me the vehicle was in good condition. Also this was sold as a Ford certified used vehicle. Unfortunately when I received the vehicle (I had it picked up for me & delivered) I discovered several serious problems. There is extensive body damage on the roof which was just sprayed over, not repaired. Also there was minor body damage on the bed and front fendor with rust. There was a collision sticker on the front bumper and the tailgate hinges were bent and did not operate properly. The final insult was a broken front seat belt latch; keep in mind this was supposed to be a "Ford Certified Vehicle". After contacting the dealership several times for a response, Rick told me via voicemail that they would fix the seat belt latch but that was it. They would not stand behind the vehicle or their inaccurate description. It's a shame they were not honest with me up front. The price was fair and otherwise service was excellent.

When I pulled into the dealership the truck was sitting in the front, cleaned up, filled up with fuel, and ready for me. It took me less than 1 1/2 hours from the time I arrived to me signing papers and leaving. I have been paying $50 for oil changes on my Ford Ranger, my new truck I just bought the oil changes here at Friendly Ford are only $15 for as long as I own the truck. My payments were so Low, I didn't even negotiate with Tony when he showed me and 90 days before the first payment. I would recommend this dealership for your purchase and ask for Tony Rickman

Was very easy with out any pressure. Out of the top 3 things no one wants to deal with in their life, Friendly Ford and Rick made it very easy. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend.

The experience was excellent. I liked the way total price was presented, including all taxes ect. The dealership did not have the truck I wanted in stock but Tony Rickman found exactly what I was shopping for and when he delivered it to me, everything was perfect. I recently bought a new 2013 Ford F-150 from this dealer. From test driving to signing the final papers, everything was smooth sailing. I was referred to Friendly Ford for their excellent service and I was definitely satisfied. I live on the North West side of Houston so I actually drove over an hour to buy my new F-150 here even when I could have just driven to Joe Myers or Tomball Ford which were within 10 miles of my location. For service and customer quality assistance, no one could beat them. I worked with Rick Guzman and he did a fantastic job. The only thing I will caution you about is be wary of trading in your car here. Be prepared to fight for the value of your trade in. Despite that, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend Friendly Ford for anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle.

I spoke with Rick on the phone. From the time I came he answered all my questions and was able to get me the best price on the truck I wanted and the price on my trade in. Process was painless and kept flowing. There was never any time when we became stuck and were not able to proceed with a deal. Everyone was nice, Rick and the entire sales team there. This is the third time with this dealership, however this time was so easy, so pleasent and fast. Drove in from out of town today and dealt with Dwayne 'Debo' Williams. Vehicle was as described and price was very fair. Was a little apprehensive about driving so far to purchase a used vehicle but these guys are straight shooters and everything we discussed on the phone was accurate. My credit union referred me to Mr Rickman at Friendly Ford because they are a reputable dealer. I contacted him and within a couple minutes he gave me a price on a truck I was looking for. Tony also email me pictures of the truck and copy of the options for me to check. When I was able to visit the dealership, I found everyone there very friendly and the dealership was nice. Tony made my purchase so simple and everything was as he had said with no surprises. I was even able to get a better interest rate thru Ford Credit Call Friendly Ford and ask for Mr Rickman for the best deal.

The car buying experience was painless however, after we took the car home 2 weeks later Austen kept calling us and harrassing us about the down payment even though we had worked out an agreement. He was backing out of that agreement and wanted it a couple days later or he said he was going to repo our vehicle. Mind you our first car payment wasn't even due yet. He also called a reference of ours and shared our personal information with them. When we went in to make a partial payment we gave the money to the cashier and got our reciept, later that day he called asking if we made a payment and when we said yes we have the reciept he started being very rude and telling us that we were being sneaky that we didn't come to him. He didn't sell us the car, he is not the person we pay, we shouldn't have to see him. He is extremely rude and harrassing and went as far as hanging up on us. We were going to go and buy another vehicle for us so that we can have 2 cars after this one was paid off, but now we will be going to a different dealership because no one should be treated this way especially when our first car payment isn't even due yet and we still haven't recieved our tags.

This was the first time (in a long time) that I didn't feel like the dealer got the best of me. I needed a car with good gas mileage for work commute. The salesman was still a salesman and, of course, tried the typical jargon on the first test drive for a car that definately felt every one of it's 100,000 miles. However, once we began a conversation other than sales, he backed off a bit and led me to a perfect ride. I was even able to negotiate the already reduced price.The staff was all friendly. I pre-arranged my test drive so there wasn't any surprises or salesmen racing around like vultures when I drove in. It was actually a pleasant experience.

Had my 1994 ford explorer serviced here. They flushed the cooling system and I told them the temp gauge was not moving of the cold mark. They checked out and found the thermostat was stuck open. I said to replace it and they came back to me and said they did not have in stock and it was already late in the morning and they said they can get one down the street at the auto parts, and I told them I did not want an aftermarket thermostat, I had trouble in the past from aftermarket crap. The service advisor assured me it would be a good part so I consented on his word on the thermostat. They installed aftermarket thermostat and finished my vehicle. On my way home and I live in Jacinto City by the way. The vehicle started overheating and got it home. Call Friendly ford and they said bring it back, so I did. They checked it and said the system probably had air in system so they took it to the service area and checked and road tested, told me it was ok. I took vehicle home and the temp gauge kept fluxuating between normal and hot and was not right to me. Also when I got home and checked under the hood I found they broke my hood prop rod holder and broke some hood clips as well. I had to go buy these parts and install myself. They broke the parts and never said anything about it. So I took my explorer to my mechanic friend who I knew for years. He checked out the vehicle and found the thermostat was defective, no good. So I went to Champion ford by my job and bought the motorcraft thermostat and my friend installed it and had no more problems. I talked to Damon and wanted a refund on the parts and labor on the thermostat, which was around $150.00 and he refused. Said I did not deserve the refund because I did not bring back to them. After the experience I just had with them , there was no way I would take my vehicle back there. I got with the general manager there and he called me with Damon on a conference call with me. I pleaded my case and Damon refused to refund my money.I really think this is sorry service and would not recommend this dealer to anyone.I would not take my little red wagon to them if I had one.

After taking our truck here three different times (within less than a month) and have three different fuel injectors replaced, and STILL not fixing the vehicle, we took it to planet ford. I think Friendly must have a thing for replacing parts that were never the problem, such as the three different fuel injectors on our truck. They cost us a couple of thousand dollars, and never solved the problem. I wouldnt take my truck there to get it washed now.

Salesman and Manager lied to me to get me into the dealership. I drove almost 2 hours to get to them to look at one car. Price was talked about beforehand on phone. I explained to them I was willing to give them $5000 cash OUT THE DOOR. I not asked once but THREE times to make sure we were agreed and the salesman said the sales MANAGER told him to tell me to come in and would get me what I wanted. I told him that I did not want to waste my time or gas if this was not what was going to happen. Rushed to get there drove the car and liked it until we got in the office and they wanted to offer $5000 DOWN and PAYMENTS that would put the car up over the retail price. They said they were a small dealership that got business on word of mouth. So word of mouth it is!
