They sold a car to my husband and the inspection was up and tires had a leak.... it was his first time buying a car and they took full advantage. I wouldn’t trust them.

CARFAX!!!. People it’s a “used” car dealership, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. You one star something because you didn’t have the common sense to see if there was meat on the tires? To turn the vehicle on, let it run, listen to the engine & look at the dashboard board after about ten minutes. They gotta eat to and if you allow them to do it off you, that’s On You. This dealership has 3 types of cars good/ better/ best. The good ones are exactly that, good for the time being. The better ones will get you through a couple years don’t spend more than 4K and with a good mechanic, common wear and tear is manageable. The best ones are cars that clearly fell in their laps doesn’t match the remaining inventory and they slap a 9k sticker on to reel the fish in. You can be on that plate with 🍚 & a side of 🥦 or you can do your homework.

I bought a car here a month ago. The actual car transaction part was ok. But their overall service part needs a ton of improvement. There was a moment when John tried to strong arm me and say he had buyers lined up to buy it because he thought I was late for my apt to sign my paperwork. He neglected to read an email I sent him earlier that day letting him know I would be there the following day. When he realized that tactic would not work on me, he quickly apologized. When I picked up the car, I incorrectly had assumed they would clean and detail it. It smelled and there were ashes all over the floor. I had to have it detailed the next day at my expense of $100. Then I had to immediately buy two new tires. Now, a month later the DMV has no record of receiving the paperwork after I was assured they sent it off right away. Uber will not allow me to register the vehicle with them without it so now I’m losing money. I bought there because it was a long standing neighborhood car dealer and I like to buy local when I can. But here is a good example when it doesn’t always work out.

So, I'm currently a college student and was in need of a really safe, sturdy, and quality vehicle for my commute! I was searching all over the internet for a good deal and the best was just down the street from my house. I got a Chevrolet Equinox (2005) with only one owner and 57,000 miles. This is a family-owned business and everyone there including the mechanic is very helpful, honest, and wanting to do right by their customers! I am very impressed and would recommend this place to everyone I know and anyone interested in buying a car!

I've just recently bought my first car from here and I gotta say, it was such a pleasure. I didn't really work much with Scott as most people did, but I did work with John. He was extremely kind and just overall just a great guy! Very helpful and knowledgeable as well! He allowed me to test drive the car and once I was 1000% sure I wanted it, it was reserved after giving a payment. Like I mentioned to John, I would definitely refer this place to anyone I know! And they also offer some competitive service. Thank you so much for making my first experience of purchasing a car a very enjoyable one!!! Great quality car by the way ;) and at an awesome price!

It was a great experience shopping at Frank Paikin Auto for our sons first car. The car we saw online was exactly what it said it was, maybe even better! But to our surprise, we noticed they had the car our son dreamed of! After test driving both cars that were in good shape, clean and talking with Scott we knew we could make a dream come true for our son! We felt Scott was very honest, patient, and helpful with the process. We are very happy customers!

This family run business is the best place to buy a quality used car. Scott is great and made us an incredible deal! We love the new addition to our family (2004 Ford Freestar). I want to them to buy my first car. The staff was knowledgeable about each car they had on their lot. The cars go really fast, so the process is sped up. I was able to buy a 2006 Ford Explorer and I love it. Drives great. Definitely people to trust when buying a car. Thank you Frank Paikin's Auto!!!

I went to Frank Paikin after seeing a 2008 Jeep in New Jersey. I didn't feel comfortable buying from the sales man in NJ and called Frank Paikin Auto about the same vehicle in their lot. I originally spoke with Barry and decided the hour drive was worth the trip. After meeting Scott and his sister, I felt very confident dealing with them. Great people to do business with!!!

The Paikain Family is a family owned business and Scott Paikain is a honest man ! I have bought ALL the cars I have owned from them plus 5 cars to my family! They are reliable cars that last you for years! BUY HERE!!!

I made some not so great decisions in college and needed the amazing program offered by Frank Paikin Auto to get my son out of the cold and be able to take my company to the next level. I had been breaking my neck looking for cars I like from the Septa bus window for almost a year. Last spring I went in, spoke with Barry aka lil B lol (who is awesome) and though the time turned out to not be right for me, he made such a great impression on me that I knew I'd found the right place. I stopped by recently and met John who in the freezing cold went out of his way to answer questions I didn't even know I had! I gathered the docs needed and started the process. They were so kind!! They let me use their computer when needed, gave my son and I a donut, hot chocolate and even soft pretzels while we closed out the deal. Then to top it off Scott decided to take on the cost of getting me two brand new headlights because I didn't like that one was cloudy!! He's amazing!!! Then his GORGEOUS sister Jill asked about my company, boosted my ego by 2 million haha and gave me some priceless advice and even referred me to a few people/ companies that will help take my company to the next level. :-)) My instincts told me to trust this place and I followed that! Not only did I gain a nice looking chevy impala in my company's signature color but I gained a love for 4 strangers who obviously care a lot more for their customers beyond the 'sale'. I really see them as family and wish them all the best. You dont find good hearted people like them often. You are in good, no GREAT hands at Frank Paikin Auto. I can't pass their place in my new car without smiling thanking God for them. :-)

Just purchased a used pickup truck from Frank and it is AWESOME, exactly what I was looking for. I saw the car on Cars.com and immediately called Frank about the condition of the car. Sometimes pictures are a bit generous relating to the condition of the vehicle. His description was spot on. This car was as good as it looked and only one minor issue, a headlight that was out. His repair guys were right on it and immediately fixed the problem. Bought the car on the spot Great team! Truck runs great and have been having a blast with all the snow.

Great personable people that go out of their way to make the experience as easy and fast as possible. Family feel to the business. Every member of the team is outgoing, friendly, and helpful. They are pros when it coms to customer service. Call-backs are prompt and follow-through is excellent during the whole process. If you don't see what you want on the lot, tell them what you want and let them find it for you. I would not hesitate to go there again or refer them to my best friend.

I needed to buy my 16 year old a car and was referred to Frank Paikin Auto by a very good friend of mine. I live about 60 miles away, but I must say it was well worth the trip! The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the cars and we easily found the car that fit exactly what I was looking for in mileage, cost, make and model. There was a great selection to choose from of quality cars and the total purchasing experience from beginning to end was smooth and hassle free. I plan to go back to Frank Paikin Auto when I need another car and highly recommend the dealership to all my friends.

Im 18 and never owned a car before nor bought one. I was on a low budget and needed a car to commute to college(penn state abington). The service was great, i found a car that could suit my needs and i test drive it and liked it. Before buying it scott was nice enough to get the inspection up to date as well as clean the interior. We came to a price that worked for my limited money and being i knew very little about cars scott and his mechanic were eager to answer my many questions and even showed me how to change my oil. In the future i will definitely be looking to him for my next car.

I BOUGHT MY BEAUTIFUL 2003 INFINTY G 20 FROM FRANK PAIKIN AUTO IN GLENSIDE PA I WAS GREATED BY BARRY AND SCOTT THE OWNER AND HE GAVE ME A SPECIAL PRICE AND GOT ME APPROVED WITH MY NOT SO GOOD CREDIT , I WAS TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT THRU THE FINANCEING PROCESS, I WOULD TELL ANY ONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD PRE OWNED VEHICLE TO STOP BY OR GIVE THESE GUYS A CALL THEY ARE HONEST AND UP FRONT AND TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY ,I WAS IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE PRICES THAT WERE ON THE WINDOWS ,AND THEY STILL HELP ME AFFORD TO GET THE VEHICLE I WANTED, THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF ALL DEALER TRADE INS NO AUCTION CARS THEY TOLD ME. I found Frank Paikin Auto by driving by. I'm very Happy that I stopped in. I needed a truck for work. They had three to choose from. I loved this truck immediately as it only has 58,000 and was black. They offered me a test drive and went with me. I felt very comfortable there and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting or needing a vehicle. Most importantly, they were Honest & Trustworthy!!
