Ryan was extremely helpful in providing details about the car/truck that we were purchasing. Patrick was also a kind and pragmatic. He kept on telling me that he was an honest guy? However, when somebody keeps on saying that one begins to wonder!? We believed in him...and he did not have to try and convince us otherwise! Thanks to a great team at Frank Boucher we bought a VW Beetle and ordered a New Ram 2500 truck. Thanks for making it less painful.

I had been looking for a Mini Cooper Countryman for month when one showed up at Frank Boucher of Janesville. It was priced much cheaper than every other one I had seen so I immediately contacted them. Patrick got back to me in less than a day with a personalized video of the car! I was able to schedule an appointment with him in the next couple of days and he was super helpful. Overall, I felt really comfortable dealing with him and others at the dealership. They knew the whole history of the car and were really accommodating when it came to discussing the timeline of the purchase. It was my first time buying a car and not only am I super happy with my purchase, I had an excellent experience working with the people at Frank Boucher of Janesville. I highly recommend working with them!

I’ve been here 2 times since I moved to the area. The express lane is kind of a joke. I love spending 2 hours in the “express” center. If you’re under staffed or can’t get customers out timely go back to scheduling oil changes. The current process is aggravating and unnecessary. Also I wasn’t the only customer that was irritated with the long wait times.

Drove 40 minutes to the dealer to see an advertised vehicle. The vehicle was as advertised the salesperson Don Brock was one of the best I have ever dealt with. Having worked in dealerships it was refreshing to see things done honestly and openly. No time wasted even though it was busy. I would not hesitate to do business with these people again.

Very helpful staff. I didn't have to spend several hours waiting in the lobby. Very friendly group of people and was overall a great experience. I bought a VW this time for my fiance but if in the future I want a jeep or dodge I will definitely be a returning customer.

The sales people were nice they even gave me a $20 gas card to come look at a car since I live out of town. However I was pretty firm that I couldn't pay more than $200 a month ( since i had a trafe in and put $6000 down they should've been able to do that.) and when I went back the next day after everything was worked up I ended up paying more than I had wanted to and after I left saw a scratch on the bumper. It's a 2012 I didn't think I had to worry about that.

Purchased a used 2004 Suburban "as is". I understand what as is means. Something fails it's mine to buy......BUT I would think that everything would be working on the vehicle as they must do an inspection and I would think they would want the customer satisfied. Within the 20 miles trip home I was able to fine one of the tire pressure monitors failed, the drivers seat lower cushion motors operate in reverse (known issue that take a simple ecu reflash to fix)drivers seat heater short and not working, bolt in the right rear tire that had been there a LONG time as the head was gone from being driven on so long. This after delivering with an empty tank of fuel. Called the salesman to ask for help with part only on the things it's possible the shop didn't catch but were obvious there while they were inspecting. My answer was that this was an as is sale. I have never had issues like this with the other dealer I have dealt with and will NEVER return. Boucher has a reputation and I should have gone with my gut to stay away. I should have saved myself 2k and bought private and got the same risk.
