I recently purchased a used Jeep from Foreign Cars Italia - Charlotte and it was undoubtedly the best car buying experience I have ever been involved in. Found the car on Cars.com, called and negotiated a price with Bob over the phone since I would be traveling to look at the car from Greensboro, and Bob agreed to hold the car for a week until I could come check it out. Car was as advertised in great condition. Matteo made the buying process simple and pressure free. I would definitely buy from these guys again.

Located 2010 Lexus RX350 on Cars.com. Price was unbelievable for mileage, options, and condition compared to other similarly equipped vehicles offered by other dealers within 100 mile radius. I had searched the various car buying sites, and believe me, the pricing for this vehicle could not be touched by other dealers offering the exact same equipement and features. Best car buying experience ever! I have done this quite a bit during my lifetime so I am not a car buying novice. No haggling needed or required on this purchase. Financing arrangements were a walk in the park. Amount offered in trade for my old vehicle was very fair. Neil is a dynamite consultant. I would not dare call him a sales person. He doesn't just sell - he provides over the top service after the sale. Would definetly shop here again and would encourage others to do so, as well.

We found a used Mercedes here on cars.com. Everything, from the first phone call with Bob, to making the final deal with Matt was excellent. We flew in from Michigan, Matt picked us up from the airport and we were driving our ML500 less then two hours later. There was no pressure what so ever and all of our questions were answered. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you again Bob and Matt

I saw a car that I was interested in at FCI. I went in on a Saturday to test drive and Rick was a no pressure sales guy and very knowledgeable. Monday I received a call from their financial guy asking questions that I had never been asked before by a car dealership. It was an experience that made all the difference in the world. All he did was ask questions that made me and the dealership have a better understanding of life situations as well as each other. On Wednesday I received a call from Rick a sales guy and said that they think they have a great plan can I come in to talk. I made an appointment for Saturday morning at 0930. I was in and out in 1 HOUR. Unbelievable!!!! Robert had all the paperwork prepared and was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information on the car and the deal terms. I went over the terms changed them a bit he reprinted them I signed and was done.I stayed a bit longer to go over the car and it's features. Again incredible!!!! Absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCE. Rick and Robert are the best. Please do yourself a favor and go there. They will even find the car you want. If you want the BEST go to Foreign Cars Italia.

There isnt a way to re-write reviews but I originally posted about my experience with FCI and a Porsche Cayman S I had tried to purchase. We had a very large misunderstanding happen between us but Bob and Matt both "made things right" in a big way for me and I am now a very happy Porsche owner, as well as a fan of FCI. I love my car and the closing process couldnt have been easier.

I was looking at an Audi S8 and was not only surprised by the amount of information the sales guy had on this car. He also had a great deal of knowledge on each of the major german auto makers flagship vehicles they had. I rarely buy used vehicles but I wanted to get a deal and not be killed by the new car dealers. It turned out to be an awesome experience I got to look at cars I never would have then compare and make my choice. I recommend anyone looking into a "High End" vehicle to stop at Foreign Cars Italia.

I worked with Matthew Bertone on buying a new car. They did not have the exact car that I wanted, and Matt worked diligently to not only locate the exact car I wanted, and have it brought in to me from 200 miles away. The purchase was seamless, the customer service far superior to any car buying experience I have had in the past. I will definitely use them in the future for my next new car!

Let me start by saying that I have never purchased a car FCI, but I will some day soon. After multiple trips to look at the various models, Matt has always been patient and courteous. He even offered an overnight test drive once we landed on the right vehicle. Thanks for being pateient and look forward to doing business with you all soon.

I cannot say enough bad things about my experience with this place. I would avoid them at all costs if you're looking to drop serious money on a new or used luxury vehicle. I was working with this dealership on a used Porsche Cayman, they had me work out financing and several other things and then after they had pulled all of my information they told me they had already sold the vehicle. In the end, they blamed the whole thing on me because I wouldnt give them a deposit. The dealer actually told me I had an hour to make a decision after just driving the car. Who sells high end cars that way? I would avoid them at all costs, super unprofessional. I would expect more from a luxury car dealer. Thanks for ruining my dreams F.C.I, I hope others dont make the mistake of letting you do it to them.

I contacted this dealer ship through 2 different webites,including cars.com. never heard from them, i called them the other day, they said they guy is not availble, they got my contact info ,never called back.i have never seen such a thing, not getiing back with the customer is not porfessoinal.

As a first time car buyer, I was a bit anxious about the process. I found Foreign Cars Italia online and decided to purchase a car from over 3 hours away. The level of customer service I received from Scott, Matt and the rest of the staff was exceptional. Scott had every detail worked out before I even arrived, which was a great relief. I never imagined that buying a car would be so much fun, but thanks to Scott, it was. This is an extremely professional, caring, quality staff - you absolutely cannot find better anywhere else!

I purchased a 2006 Bentley from this dealer in February, 2011. I discovered the vehicle on Cars.Com. When I took delivery the high mount third brake light was not working properly. Since I was from PA I could not return the car for this to be replaced. The salesman assured he would FedX the replacement light when it arrived. He even offerd to pay the labor for replacement! I received the lamp 2 weeks later as promised. I was skeptical at first but this proved the integrity of the dealership! I would highly suggest doing business with this dealership!
