Went in to buy a new SUV to have more room for my family and son. Todd was amazing he was a sweetheart and was a pure gentleman. The remainder of the staff was nothing but lying thieves. They told my husband the cheapest one they had on the Lot was $49K but sticker blatantly said $55k. They lied to us about the cars available on the lot. They claimed they didn’t have the vehicle available yet we found it sitting there on the lot. I understand that they want to make sales but you don’t lie to do it. Honesty gets people much further in life, I hope their mothers are proud of the lying salesman they have become.

I have given this dealership a four star rating. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly and informative. Willing to help in any way. I have bought two cars here and the service is great. I never have a complaint for the work they have done on my car. The reason I did not give it five stars is that sometimes I have had to wait for hours for the work to get done when I wasn't expecting it to take so long.

When having your vehicle fixed, ask for full charge. Not always the same as quoted for a particular service. I was quoted 89.00 to put my vehicle on the diagnostic machine. Nothing mentioned about a labor fee on top of that.

On Oct 5, 2016 My girlfriends and I went in to Ford Of New Port Richey as I was interested in trading in my vehicle.Andy became our Sales Person. He admitted he usually does not sell the cars. I settled on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. There was several things I wanted on my vehicle. I asked if this had GPS to which Andy answered yes...that I had to but a SIMS card and he showed me where it went. He also indicated that I also could display my phone GPS via Blu-Tooth. BOTH FALSE!!!!!..which I found out later at the jeep dealer. I now have a vehicle with no internal GPS (I have an external one and am looking and installing a radio with one built in (Another $500.00 out of my pocket) We agree to a deal including items they would take care of. When closing I found out there was not a second key (another $200+) (SALES D-) With as many sales people as I see standing around they should NOT give information they do not know.In the mean time my friend also purchased a NEW Ford SUV. Between the two of us OVER $65,000 in sales.Service. We both had to have work done as part of the sales. After two week she finally got contacted, brought the vehicle in and had to make an appointment. At the same time I talked in Andy in Service that I I needed work done and was assured I would be called by the end of THAT day to set up an appointment. A WEEK LATER...I had to call and try to set up an appointment to get my work done. I also tried to talk with the General Manager and was NEVER allowed to do so..though I asked several times. (SERVICE Organized D-)Positive Andy has been VERY courteous and on the day of service tried hard to make sure that I was Pleased (A)Very time I come in I see MANY sales people milling around, ...Why did I get one that did not know his autos or gave false information.Recommend...NO

My Friends Sister purchased a New Focus from Andy a few months back. She only had $500 to put down and he helped her drive out in a new 16 Focus. So I was looking for a sports car and she told me to go to FoPR and make sure I see Andy. I came with no appointment and asked for him. He was pretty cool, great guy to talk to and ask questions too. We checked out a few mustangs and a Challenger, but the Mustang I wanted was too rich for my blood. He told me how to manage and save my money and build up my down payment to get what I want. I'll be seeing Andy around tax time. (He is a no pressure kinda guy) Really a great dude.

My son & self arrived at your dealership on 10/15/16. We were there to purchase a truck. We met a Certified Sales Consultant, Dave Larson, in the parking lot. He proceeded to sell us a truck. After speaking with Dave and he did his part, Sales Manager, Mike Hennagir stepped in to continue with the paper work. After all was said and done my son had a brand new Ford F150. Dave and Mike were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Their enthusiasm is contagious. They made the experience a pleasure. Kudos to all!

Noah knew I was looking for something different. Looking for only a Competition Orange Mustang, V8 and standard transmission. No 2016 GT's left in Florida so I waited. Got a call from Noah to let me know a sweet Competition Orange Boss 302 Mustang had come in on trade! (The man pays attention and followed up when he didn't have to! A+)I went to the dealership today. Unfortunately Noah had the day off but I was hooked up with another wonderful salesman, Andy.Andy was an amazing, personable, smart salesman who went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the whole process and we went for a couple test rides, GT and Boss 302. He went the extra mile and a half with me because I took forever. Justin in finance was wonderful as well and explained everything to me. Everyone was ontop of their game.Anyway I drive out with a freshly detailed and gassed 2012 Ford Boss 302 Mustang! What a machine. Couldn't be happier with Noah, Andy, Justin or Ford of Port Richey! Thanks again guys and gals.

On 10/27/2016 I brought my Ford Explorer in for an oil change (by appointment). I arrived about 8am. I explained to the advisor that my wife had an appointment, I hoped to get the vehicle back by 11am. The advisor told me that the vehicle was also due for a coolant flush. I didn't think that both of these service items could be done by 11 but the advisor assured me that they could. I called back within a few minutes, left word to complete both items. After 11am I spoke to the advisor was told that they would call me back on the status. I never received that call. After 1pm the advisor told me I could pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival, speaking to the advisor I discovered that NO WORK WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE! My time and gas was wasted, the vehicle still needed service. I have two Fords, have been coming here for over nine years. This is no way to treat a repeat customer.

Took it in for 1st service and the Throttle Body recall. They had some staff out sick and could not do the recall and had to make another appointment for that. All in all not bad, I don't think the wheels were switched around? they did NOT ask for the wheel lock key? makes you think. done in under 90 mins. Car wash needs to be checked, lots of dirty parts left which makes the car look bad, come on guys I know you were short staffed but a little bit of effort for the customer (who pays your wages, wouldn't go a miss)NOTE to internet team, READ the WHOLE email before calling six times to try and sell a car when the request was for a service!!!! NOT at all professional and pretty annoying when you tell the third person to put a not in to NOT call me again

So tired of calling and getting no where. Call to find out what is going on and always get no where. Several times I have been told I will get called right back, NEVER HAPPENS. I speak with Jason in finance today, he promised to call me back never did not surprised. I'm so done with this. Bad business and even better liar's. Wish I never stopped there will do everything in my power to make sure never to recommend FORD OF PORT RICHEY EVER. You guys make car buying horrible. I even spoke with you Farouk Hosein and was promised that you would overnight another temp tag never happen, had to call again to get it done finally got it after driving on an expired temp tag for over a week. Soon I will have to try and get my 3rd temp tag because no one will do their job or care about customer service especially once you get your money for the vehicle. Not even expecting you to respond back because that is how you Guys operate. Had the vehicle less than a month and broke down would not fix it or even look at it said it wasn't their problem had to have it towed to VW . Future buyers Beware of this Dealership

I tried multiple times to buy a 2016 Mustang GT from Port Richey Ford.. But they didn't seem willing to lower the price even though I showed multiple cars for far less then the one they had for sale.. Then they had the nerve to tell me I had an attachment to my car for not wanting to accept rough trade in value for my car when it is anything but rough.. smh.. So basically, they want you to pay top dollar for there car and they want to give you peanuts for your trade..

Overall the experience was amazing. Coming in to purchase my new vehicle I was super pleased at how easy my sales person Ricky made the process and made the transaction smooth. Ricky was very patient with me and went over every inch of the car and explain all about my car.I will definitely be back as I am not a big fan of car dealerships but this was a whole different experience, they, made me feel like I was part of the family. The dealership was beautifully landscaped and the inside was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and my salesperson, Mike Black, was all I would expect from him. The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Sales guy had no interaction with me during the test drive, wouldn't agree to a price, and then wanted to run my credit without my permission. He then got mad when I wouldn't let him run my credit before the price of the car was agreed upon. Had zero support from the manager because the sales guy was his son. But on the upside to it all--bought a car at a better price right down the road.

Just got home from a 3 hour round trip to buy a car that was not even there!!!!I have been working with a salesman and the finance dept. all day over the phone to buy my son a car.I got approved and was encouraged to drive down tonight instead of waiting until tomorrow, even though we would not get there until closing time. So my son and I jumped in the car to drive 1-1/2 hours to buy his car. We told the salesman that we were on our way, 10 minutes before we get there he called to tell me that our car got sold out from underneath us, but he had others for us to look at for the same price. When we arrived sure enough he had one waiting (not as nice as the one we were there to buy). CAN YOU SAY BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! (I have my doubts that the car was ever there)The manager said to give him a few days, he will try to find what we wanted (for the same price). If he comes through I will take down my review, and write a new one. (not holding my breath!!!!)Stay clear of this place!!!!

Douglas helped me find the perfect hybrid vehicle. I bought the Cmax! 50 miles a gallon in the city, amazing. Douglas showed me all the vehicle stuff and introduced me to everyone at the dealership. It took a bit of time for finance but Douglas was great through the whole process.

I rarely write reviews for anything but felt the need to say a few words, about the Ford dealership, the ENTIRE STAFF, and my salesman who treated me more like family, and a close friend. I AM A FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC, PRIOR MILITARY, and have spent my entire life in the service of others, and when I walked into Ford of Port Richey I was floored at the customer service that was given to me...I don't know how, but I felt like Norm from the show "Cheers", everyone new my name, and treated me like family. My salesman, ELIJAH was a no pressure, informative mentor and guide during the whole process, he taught me many things that I thought I knew, and presented the whole picture, and what would be best for me, he did not sugar coat and had me feeling so very comfortable, he told me the "pro's/con's" on everything for my situation, he answered my questions as if he has been doing this job for decades. I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED TWO CARS IN ONE YEAR, but I did at this dealership. ELIJAH is not only an outstanding, honest, respectful young man, but he is a credit to the dealership, the FORD COMPANY, & the community. PROMOTE IMMEDIATELY (even if it means losing him). He answered every phone call, responded to every email, and continued to ensure that my wife and myself were comfortable, kept in the loop of everything going on, and went above and beyond any expectation a car buyer would have. He not only met the standards but exceeded them in every way. IT. DOES. NOT. STOP. THERE!!!! I am not much of a negotiator, and I hate the elephant in the room when it gets to the point of discussing money, car values, trade-ins etc...this place has a ban on elephants, I did not feel any elephants in any room at any time...I can't think of another word then "NO PRESSURE" but again it is the best way to explain it. ELIJAH EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO COME AND TALK TO ME AT THE FIRE STATION WHEN I COULD NOT MAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP...WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS?! ELIJAH DOES THATS WHO! Then it came time to go to "the room", you know that room where you have to sit with the "paperwork/finance guy" the guy that tries to hose you on everything, up-sell you on everything, and has you sign a million things that most would not understand in a million years...Do you know the name of the guy from "the room" from your last car purchase? Probably not, why would you?, usually you want out as soon as possible, mine was JUSTIN, down to earth, professional, that explained everything to me, but the great thing was he knew my name, he talked to me days before I even decided on a car or price. He explained every piece of paper, every question, and again the "pros/cons" of what was best for MY SITUATION AND FAMILY. I almost wish he had more paperwork for me to sign so I can sit and hangout with him more. Good man, VERY HONEST, VERY PATIENT, and also should be promoted immediately in the FORD COMPANY. I am embarrassed to say I do not remember all the names of all the staff I met, Elijah's immediate supervisor even followed up with me one day, the service department is hands down the best I have ever worked with, and even the car detailer guy, they were all on point. I might apply for a job just to hang out there more! At the end of the day it all falls on the shoulders of the head honcho, do you know the name of the head overall manager of the dealership of the last place you bought a car? I not only met Farouk in passing, or a quick handshake, but he called me, emailed me, walked the lot with me, and sat with me as if he was the lowest guy on the totem pole. He was not a boss, but a leader, a SERVANT leader that not only serves his customers, but his staff as well. If you did not know anyone you would think he was the employee answering to everyone. I had the pleasure of working with Allen Fron. He was very helpful and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in a car. He went above and beyond to help me and so did the dealership! Car dealerships are always a nightmare. They just are. WOW I am totally impressed with Ford of Port Richey. Allen Fron was so nice and not pushy. How amazing to have a relaxing experience while shopping for a new car. Allen and his manager not only listened to my needs but worked to fill every one. I had a young child with me during this process and you would think that it would have been awful. Allen bought her a snack and she played game while we chatted. I didn't even know she was there.Allen was trustworthy and genuine in our conversation. He really knew a lot of information about the car and was up to date on competitive pricing. He has earned a LOYAL customer for sure !!! Although I didn't walk away with a car today, I will no doubt be back soon with my down payment. Customer service is such a huge deal to me and these guys WIN hands down!!

My car got totaled so i had to look for a new one. I went in expecting not to be able to get a vehicle. Because this was unplanned so I haven't been saving. Also thinking it was out of my price range. Ness Ginem took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a certified pre-owned fully loaded Ford Fusion( I love that red interior!) The car I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly and that I was happy with the car and not just trying to get a quick sale I highly recommend Ness Ginem from ford of new port richey. If your looking for a good deal I would go there!

Ricky understood that I am very picky person and not liked to be talked into buying a car I do not need. My experience at Ford of Port Richey in purchasing a Vehicle, and finding one that fit the needs and price took a few weeks. Our Salesman Ness was very patient and helped us find the perfect vehicle for us. I had intended to just purchase one Vehicle for my sister but ended up buying one for myself as well. Over all my experience with the dealership was the best I have had. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and get out. They told me they hit 4 banks trying to get a better i terest rate than the one got I got from my bank already. Actually they hit my credit at over 20 places. According to my credit report. They kept adding things on like extra minths interest and payment dollars which looked minute but in the end was over 7000.00 more than what I intended to spend. When I told them no I wouldnt do they acting like a bunch of little xxxxxxx the sales person was the worst. I think his name was scott. He had a hissy fit he might as well have started crying acting like that. If I didnt know better I would say he stomped off like a twoyear old. My daughter was there shes only 9 she said she would have been embarrassed to act like he did and shes a kid. Do not go here. There are many other dealerships around. Oh and they would not give me my keys back so we could eat. After being there over 4 hours I asked for my keys several ti.es and finally when I asked someone else I got them. I should have never gone back but I did. I will never make that mistake again. Dont letthe sales person bully you into spending more money than you want just because they waste away your whole day. They are bullies. There should be robots in their place so people dont have to deal with them hounding you following you around annoying the crap out of you. I hate car sales men and this place only made it 10 times worse. Do not shop here

Terrible experience. First I had an appointment and when I get there ivan told me they can't do some of the things I had my appointment for. Then they recommend I get my belts replaced so I did and of course they messed those up and I had to come back (they made them too loose). Then when I called to tell them they messed my car up with the belts they said they could give me a ride home no problem and pick me up. I waited over 45 minutes and my service person Steve forgot about me and I had to remind him I was waiting. I called to see if my car was done and I got hung up on and passed around three times. Ivan said he would be here to take care of me on Thursday and I get here and he is off for the day. Why couldn't he just tell me that? He told me to come to him bc he knew the situation. Steve was trying to help fix it but was so busy he was short with me and forgot about me.

Purchased a used vehicle from Scott Clarke 23 days ago. Took to mechanic, the front boot is cracked, called Scott and he said I am out of luck since I didnt purchase a warranty. He told me the only thing they check on their used cars is safety issues I have a cracked boot with my mechanic says my steering and my axle will fail eventually I guess that's not a safety issue He said he would have a manager call me it's been 2 days. So I called this morning and spoke to Steve the manager, when I told him what Scott said he proceeded to hang up on me accusing me of cursing at him when what I said was Scott told me I am out of LUCK, very nasty man, refused to help, would not do business with them ever again. I am going to have to repair my car for $620 that they should be responsible for. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Mike Black was fantastic to work with. Being in the room with two guys shoving service plans down your throat and making your wife think the car could be in the shop every week due to computers on the car. After an hour you would sign anything just to get out.

bought a 2010 ford fusion the car brokedown in 3 months returned the car was told it would cost me about 5 hundred to fix or would I like to look at something else. thinking the 2010 was crap I opt to get a 2016 ok now I am paying 26,296,52 for a car told don new cant afford 366,20 a month. We purchased an automobile from Ford of Port Richey and our experience was fantastic mainly because our salesman, Cody Clark and co-worker Jason listened to what we needed and what we were looking for. Cody made some suggestions which benefited us and we found the perfect car. Cody and Jason went out of their way to make us comfortable and did everything possible to make us happy customers. I would highly recommend ford of Port Richey and must also say all the employees were very friendly.

I traded my truck in for another one and I just received a phone call (02/09/2016) they never payed the other truck off and is 16 days pass due now. They promised a $250.00 referral fee and it was hard to get this out of them. it took over a month and a call to the manager. If this late payoff affects my credit score I will sue ford I promise you on this.

we traded in our 2013 mustang on a 2013 hyundai, thinking it would be eaiser for me to get in, and out of due to my stroke. after about a month we had to travel to ny due to my father in laws passing. this was of a course a horrible trip because of his death, but this hyundai just made it that much worse. horrible road noise to were you cannot here each other talk, horrible ride, hydroplaning in the rain (very scary) etc...so we went and ask our friendly neighborhood ford dealer to help us out. oh yeah, they were they ready! they offered us $8000.00 less for the car that we bought from them 6 weeks earlier...and charging full blown sticker price on a new ford...on top of that they strung us along for weeks, saying they were working on it...horrible experience, rude employees... i thought i was going to have another stroke from trying to deal with these people. so once again the little guy gets screwed...i hope we can get some help from the BBB

Mike Black was a excellent sales person. Very knowledgeable about the F150 I was interested in. I thought I wanted a 4 door short bed, but was more impressed with the Super Cab 2 Door. I love the ride of this vehicle-smooth as my previous import, maybe better.The other sales and finance staff were all very helpful and explained my options in detail that I could understand.Everyone at Ford of Port Richey was friendly and glad to help. The best buying experience I have ever had. My previous vehicle - The Staff was not friendly, pushing warranty programs I didn't need for a lease vehicle. They also would not get me out of my lease into something else. So needless to say I am very happy to be dealing with a dealership that cares about their customers.

I bought a new 2015 ford f150 xlt supercrew and traded in my 2014 sierra slt crew cab. I found out that all of the people working there are in this together about taking advantage of the customer. I found out first hand believe me. They weren't paying off my truck til I threatened to put my story about them on the internet. Then they overnighted the payoff to my truck. But I still have not received my rebate of $500 that I am suppose to get in the mail. Stay away from ford of port richey. They'll tell you everything you want to hear. Domingo was our salesman. STAY AWAY from them. You'll thank me for it !!!!!

Jason and Tim were a pleasure to work with throughout our car buying experience. Jason even drove 5 hours, round trip, to get us our car, which had been shipped to another location. When we had completed our deal, which they stayed after hours to complete for us, the detailing team had all since gone home... we came outside to find Jason, personally giving our vehicle a quick cleaning (in the rain)! We returned next day for our complete detail and couldn't be happier!

I can only tell you that I was treated like everyone expects to be treated. I was treated like a family member of the owner. Which I am not by the way. While my car was being serviced I was looking at the new ford lineup. And just for fun I checked on a new Mustang GT. Well needless to Say I am now a proud Owner of a 2016 Mustang GT. This Dealer gave my more than fair price on my Trade in. I can only Say go to a couple other Dealer First than go to NPR Ford and see the difference. Dillon Five was my Salesman. They care only about selling you a car and will mislead and lie to do it. After you sign the paperwork they could care less about you or the car. Purchased new 8/14 and pre owned 5/15 and my last at this dealership. Changed the figures on car price but wasn't caught til too late but I ll be the winner long term by finding a quality and respectful dealership somewhere else.

If you haven't done the necessary research about your new car purchase and deal with Mike Black and Ford of Port Richey finance department you WILL be taken advantage of. Mike was completely untruthful man when I dealt with him. I was overcharged by $ 3,000 dollars because I didn't know better. I admit fault, I went into the dealership without the necessary knowledge of my purchase. I trusted Mike and everyone I dealt with to be honest and fair. I made a huge mistake. I will never do business with Ford Of Port Richey again !

I went in and got an oil change- it was a great experience. First of all it was only $18.95, they washed my car and I was in and out in less than an hour. I didn't even know this kind of deal and experience even existed, it definitely does at Ford of Port Richey. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for service, or sales for that fact!

I have bought from Sam in the past, so when we were ready to buy again I called him. He had moved dealerships so we drove 2 hr to see him. Sam is a funny friendly gentleman. He almost makes spending all this money fun almost. We took care of most everything over the phone with text and calls, before I ever left home. Ha came to us with our finacal options explained the ups and downs of each between him and Paulie we knew what was happing the whole time.I will drive 2 hr to buy my next car from Sam and Paulie. Was looking to get a more fuel efficient vehicle so after going to quite a few dealerships, I stopped by Ford of Port Richey. I was greeted by Domingo and figured I was just going to be told everything I wanted to hear all for an ending bad result. Well he gave me the complete opposite. Domingo told me all facts but said "we will get you into that car you like" and he did. Domingo made me feel important there and I have zero complaints from there. 5/15/2015. Paid $89.00 for diagnostic and almost a 1.5 hour wait. They told me I needed a new servo costing about $500.00 for the part alone. Because of the price, labor, and age of vehicle I decided to change it myself. Bought a servo and installed it my self, NO CHANGE! Spent another 5 hours checking Internet and other possible causes. Found severed wire in feed to brake release switch, blown fuse in same line (fuse was installed in previous recall action by ford to prevent fire), and faulty brake release switch mounted on master cylinder. Corrected problem myself, now works perfectly. An experienced mechanic would have found the problem with or without use of the computer. Go back to playing X-Box. I will never return!,

I had a brand new BMW that was less than a year old that I thought was perfect so I wasn't really in the market to buy but I was just browsing the lot as I came to visit a friend at the dealership. Dillon took the time to show me the New Explorer Sport and my daughter and t I fell in love with it that I had to buy it. I am so glad I did. It has so much room that I really like that of having the third row so that now I can fit my family together instead of driving two separate vehicles. Great on fuel. I was very pleased with the service and recommendations made . I realized that the cost for maintenance would be too much on my Mitsubishi. I decided to go on line at the dealership, while I was waiting for the oil to get changed . there I found the Nissan path finder 2010. I asked the clerk at the desk while paying for the oil change if I could speak to someone. she introduced me to Kathy Temple I had told Kathy i didn't have to much money to spend however was interested in the Pathfinder. After, negotiating the price, the trade-in and my credit history they once again took a chance with me. Mr. Cohen the Finance Manager worked with me on the numbers and we agreed. I was able to call anyone up from the staff if I had additional questions at anytime even on their day off. I went home that day with the Path Finder after only a couple of hours. David Counsel Had agreed on my purchase on the Mitsubishi back in 2009 and he agreed again in 2015 Thank you David and your staff, especially, Mr. Hernandez, who worked with me on the trade-in deal. I went in for an oil change and was met immediately by Steve wollack. He talked to me like a neighbor,shuck my hand, and told me it would be done in no time. 35 min. later he told me it was ready, I found they washed it and steve had even found a coupon so my oil change was even cheaper.

I purchased mats for one of my two vehicles recently purchased thru them.. and paid with cash for the mats... they didn't fit so I returned them next day and was told I could not get my money back and would have to wait for a check to be cut from corporate office. Parts clerk was very nice and helpful but parts manager was very rude and unprofessional. I tried to see owner but he was not available nor was any other higher ups at this dealership.. I was finally seen by another person; she was helpful but told me to come back in an hour and she'd try to give me a check! I went back an hour later... waited a another half hour and finally got my check for the full amount of my cash purchase. I was glad to get my money back because its close to holidays but was disappointed in their customer service to say the least...may consider another dealership next time.

I went looking for a new SUV and Stephen showed me what I wanted and I choose to drive one of the GMC vehicles. No pressure, just kind couteous service and I went out the door with my new car. Stephen even came to my house the next morning when my car didn't start, just needed a new battery. As for him when you stop in, he is intergetic and happy, but no pressure salesman. The staff here was absolutely professional, I am happy to do business with them and will in the future as well. Thanks Stephen.

"The dealership where people come fist" what a load of bull that is. Once this dealership sells you a car they never want to hear from you again. From the receptionist with the horrible people skills and crappy attitude all the way up to the managers they treat you like you are just an inconvience to them. And the service department is no better. They just try to rip you off. Stay away from this dealership! And if you do happen to go there and a salesman named Domingo approaches you you better run. After 5 min with this guy you will need a shower. The only positive thing I can say for this place is Donald Smith. Donald you should really find a dealership worthy of your customer service skills.

I went to Ford of Port Richey just to look around. I had a young salesman, and I can't remember his name, come to help me. We got on his golf cart, and I answered a few questions. I kept repeating "NEW", but he kept pushing used cars. After 20 minutes, he had to go get help. Mike came out, and we looked and talked for about 1 hour. Mike is a great guy, no pressure. "Chris" is the reason I will NOT return to this dealership, as I do not like any pressure, and I do not care for anyone who doesn't listen to me, especially when I am spending $50 thousand dollars.

Chris Littlepage,Wow what a young man! We had such a good experience with him. Chris greeted us in the parking lot, talked with us a little to find out what we were looking for. We were asking for a used affordable gas economy car, we first looked at the prius as we talked Chris suggested the C-Max he brought it to us and we took it for a drive and love it! It was more affordable payment than the Prius. We felt very welcome almost like family. When anyone would walk up to the desk while we were filling out paperwork to ask Chris a question he always introduced us and made us feel like a part of the conversation and not just customer, it was nice.On the evening we brought the car home, parked it and then wanted to take it out later for a drive and we could not start the car so we called Chis and told him the problem. Chris said he would stop by on the way home to check it out. He did, the problem was us not the car. we were not use to the battery/gas car and could not hear the engine running. Chris explained again to us what happens and why the car is quiet, He was very patient with us and acted like it was no bother to come by at 9pm to check on us. Always a warm friendly smile and we felt secure that he was doing the right thing for us. Chris Littlepage was an amazing sales rep to work with. He went out of his way to find us the right family car to fit our needs. He walked us through every step process. Chris really cares about his customers and takes his time during the deal. We didn't feel like he was rushing us to make a decision. These folks are great, all top notch. Everyone is a pro and knows the answers to your questions. Not only that, they really when out of their way to make a customer happy. I have come to love that about Ford of Port Richey. They have done this now twice for me in the last 6 months due to some extenuating circumstances, including: returning a lemon and then again after totaling my car, No serious injuries thank goodness. Just a little over 6 months ago, I returned a lemon, and the folks got me an incredible replacement w Ruby Red finish. I ended up with all the original options and more on the new Mustang. It was about the same amount of $$, nice job! Well done. I was very happy. Next, I was in an accident, just after 6 months of driving my new Red Mustang. I survived the crash exactly the way the car was designed , Ken told me looking at the wreck with me..."the hood went up in a triangle, preserving the front windows from crashing, and the engine dropped, so as not to push thru the firewall on a front collision." Airs bags went off, front and side keeping me very still in the cab. He said, "if the impact were from an even higher speed the engine would have dropped to the ground and the car would ride over it.". The car is a testament to Ford Mustang safety, he said. and he was right. I want another Mustang, I said. We got some great incentives now, he said. ... and they did. I really wanted an electronics package on the next Mustang, which turned out to be White. I am adding black race strips this week, Prime 2, Gloss Black (Boss 302 style) . I worked with Chris on adding the options to be the same as the last car, plus a new one, remote starter. It was a tuff situation, totaling a car, but all at this dealership became my friend in the process. Thank you! PS. I just applied for a sync evangelist position at Ford. Put a good word in for me, huh?

Everyone was so nice,things moved along and we did not have to stay there all day.We went home and came back when our new truck was ready. Things could not have turned out any better!!

Both Ken, the General Manager, and Chris, the Internet Sales Manager went out of their way to provide me with help that I was desperately seeking. My husband had passed only a couple of weeks before my visit to this Ford dealership and, not only did they go above and beyond, each in their own way, to provide me with help and answers that I was trying to obtain regarding my husband's loan on his 2012 Ford Escape, but they gav e me a great deal on a new Ford Escape Titanium.Chris was extremely knowledge, professional and customer-friendly. The decision to purchase a new truck was one which I did not take lightly. Which manufacturer, which model, which trim etc. I have to admit, all of the options and features let alone the prices made me, to say the least a little nervous. I conducted my due diligence, I visited many dealerships and test drove a multitude of trucks in the Big Three's line up. After all was said and done, Ford won my vote. After reviewing all of Ford's trim levels I decided on the F150 FX 4 with the 402A package in Ignot Silver. My only issue, which dealership to deal with. By no means am I a novice to the car purchasing arena, as I have purchased four new vehicles in the last five years. I just love the "duel"; the verbal jousting. Any way, I digress, back to my point. I visited three Ford dealerships looking to make my purchase, the first two were exactly the same. They sent speed talkers and special effect wizards my way, all trying to mystify me and throw me off my game, which I proved not to be so easy. Needless to say, they fails and lost my business. After asking around and hearing the great experiences others had with Chris at Ford of Port Richey, I decided to give him a go. I headed on over and within an hour (or so) I was the owner of a brand new Ford F150 FX 4 with everything I wanted and most importantly, at a price I was more then happy with. If you are in the market for a new Ford, I highly recommend you head on over to Ford of Port Richey and ask for Chris Littlepage, you will not be disappointed.

I walked in to look at ford escapes. I walked out buying one. The car is perfect for myself and wife. Chris Littlepage never pressured us into anything. I was getting tired of my old 89 F150. Ran good when it was running, but old trucks need constant fixing it seems. My neighbor had come home with a new 2014 Mustang from Ford of Port Richey, and suggested I go up and talk to their sales guy CJ. I really wasn't looking for a new truck payment, but I was tired of wrenching on the old truck, and figured it was worth at least taking a look.So my wife and I went up, talked to CJ about price range and payment max, etc... then took a look at a few trucks and I found a beautiful 09 Lariat with all available options from leather interior to back up camera to tonneau cover, and took it for a test drive, super clean, drove awesome so I went from "I don't really need a truck" to "I want this truck".But then came the dreaded paperwork, right? Wrong, CJ was by no means a high pressure typical salesman. Got lower payments than I had requested, great interest rate, more for my trade in then I had expected, and I even ended up getting the extended 2 year drive train warranty, 5 year tire and rim replacement, and GAP insurance and still came in under my budget.I've had the truck for several months now, and absolutely love it. Called in this past weekend to get my first oil change and CJ got me in the same day, I waited no longer than 20 minutes and it was done, and they ran it through the car wash too!Super service, great deal, and CJ was an excellent guy. Mr. Don New Rocked!!!I must say not many individuals would have treated my husband and I as seriously and professionally as Mr. Don New. My husband and I were traveling in our 2005 Chevy when we broke down right across the street from the Ford dealership located in Port Richey, Florida. Now, there is something you need to understand about me. I am one stingy woman and I was fighting to keep that old Chevy until it rotted away. I did intend on buying a second car, something bigger for the family. Yet what you want is not always what you get. But sometimes things workout way WAY better than planned and that is what happen here today. So here is our story. So like I said we broke down. We tried calling our mechanic, other mechanics, friends, family, a tow truck and no one was home...lol. It was a Sunday so that's what you get. My husband and I have good credit and we have the cash so we said "ok" that day and decided to let that Chevy go because we have had enough of the old Chevy and we wanted to move up in the world. So anyways, the traffic was too crazy to cross and I said to my husband why don't you give them a call and see if they will work with us today. Now, I expected them to hang up or say no but he didn't. Mr. Don New pretty much said "Hey, let's take care of you today." He was so kind and the funny thing out of everything was he knew exactly what I "ME" wanted and needed in a car. And yes he took care of my hubby too when he showed us a beautiful 2012 Chrysler Town and Country Van. And I know what you the reader are probably thinking why would your husband want that vehicle. Well it came with everything. Leather, Buttons that do everything, a TV and DVD player... Do I really need to say more. Honestly the scariest thing to me was I didn't tell Don the vehicles I had been looking at. I didn't tell him that I was looking at a Chrysler Town and Country until after he brought out the perfect van for my family. It was scary. We fell in love with the first vehicle but it was the one. We are happy now. I feel like Ford got the bad end of bargain with my old Chevy as a trade in. So with all of this said I would like to thank you Mr. Don New and everyone at the Ford dealership in Port Richey, FL.

My wife and I went to the dealership to have work done on my F150 and look at a new Mustang convertible. C.J. showed us the convertible they had. He pulled up, on the computer. a few Mustangs in the color I wanted, to show me what they could get for me, from other dealerships. He listened very well. He said that they had an excellent condition, used 2011 and that he would like us to look at it. There was no pressure. We looked at it and C.J. asked if I would like to take a test drive. I did and I loved it. We are now the happy owners of the Mustang. I have purchased from 2 other local Ford dealers in the past. I decided to try Ford of Port Richey because I hear such great things about them from many people. The salesman, Domingo, was very kind and showed compassion towards my needs. I wanted to test drive a 2014 Ford Fusion but wasn't able to make it to their lot that particular day so Domingo actually made the time to drive the car to my house so that I could test drive it. I have never had such great service as well as the salesman know so much about the vehicles! Also, the price was just right to fit my budget. I went into this dealership knowing I wanted an SUV that was better and less expensive than the one I already drove, not really believing that was possible. I told Chris what I was looking for in a car, ie: power seats, alloy wheels, good gas mileage, and Sirus Radio. He knew exactly what I wanted and went out of his way to get me the deal I was looking for. I only had to test drive one car,(the one I bought) which tells me Chris was listening and not wasting my time. They even were able to take a decal off my old car and put it on my new one for me. I was very pleased with the whole experience, even met the owner of the dealership when he came over and introduced himself after we had picked the car we liked. He was very pleasant and made me feel that my business was appreciated by him. I would definately recommend this Ford Dealership and Chris to others.

During my visit to ford I was greeted kindly by Mr. Littlepage. He was a very nice salesmen who did not pressure me and I felt still in control. Sometimes visiting other dealerships I always felt pressured to get a car that I do not want. Mr. Littlepage was able to show me a very nice ford mustang and was very knowledgeable of all the cars features. When we took the car out for a test drive Mr. Littlepage told me all about the cars interior and the engine. Unfortunately due to the some financial issues I was unable to get the car, but I do look forward to future business with Mr. Littlepage so I can get the car I want. I went in for a oil change and i was walking around looking at different trucks and vehicles Chris approached me and asked if there was any information he could get for me I said no my trruck is in service but thanks and he said thats fine what vehicle are you getting serviced so i told him 10 f150 i purchased brand new. well he didnt pressure me or anything he just asked if he got me into a brand new 13 with more options for a less payment would i consider it because he said he need nice decent trade ins for his dealership, well cut to the chase he dropped my payment $50 and i got a fully loaded fx2 versus my xlt i was driving. I truly recomend this sales person and his management team at ford of port richey for making me happy with the deal they provided. Thanks Chris and Luis .

I went in off an advertisement and I never think that they can meet such a great deal advertised but Chris littlepage came out and greeted me with a warm welcome and no high pressure. I asked for the deal as advertised on a preowned truck and told him my budget. We'll Chris worked real hard with his sales manager Rich and about 30 minutes later we shook hands and made a great deal yea it was a dollar a day more than I wanted to spend but at the end of the day he didn't push the sale on me and just like going out to a restaurant I pay for how I'm served and Chris did an outstanding job. Thank you Chris . If anyone wants a great deal go see Chris and the guys at ford of port richey he will treat you right.

I recently bought a new f150 from Chris Littlepage at Ford of Port Richey. I have bought a few new cars in my time and I have never had an experience like this. Chris was the consummate professional. All he wanted to do was get me the best deal for the money I wanted to spend. He work extra hard to make me happy and feel comfortable about my purchase. And the follow up was but impressive and surprising. I have never ever had a salesman call me a month later and make sure I still like the truck. This is my new go to guy when I buy and new car!! Worst service I've ever had! David Council should eat his words on "this is the dealership where people come first". No, if people came first I wouldn't have left in tears because of the VERY unprofessional staff. My new vehicle sat there for hours and then finally after waiting at least four hours they tell me they smell a fuel odor and will have to keep my car after guess what? All of the car rental places had closed. So I was stuck in New Port Richey when I lived in Hernando County. Like another mechanic said, if they smelled a fuel odor they would have smelled in when they drove it. I don't trust these people or their judgment and I have found a better dealership to service at and I couldn't be happier. Steve Wollak should have been fired for cursing at me and chasing me around the dealership like a circus animal that he was and then Debra Lella (who claimed to be in charge that day) and her nasty attitude should go as well. I will let everyone I know, and work with to drive an hour if they have to because this place is a complete JOKE. I did however have one friendly person and that was Malory at the service desk she should be running the show there. The best way to a good business is FRIENDLY staff, this could be why this dealership has been through so many people.

My van was brought in for a recall item. Thomas was service tech and was very nice and polite,even washed van when finished.Even though no money was collected,I was treated with kindness and respect.Gary,who drove courtesy van was very niceand knowledgeable about where he was going. When I can afford another van, I will be coming here.Lounge area was verybright and clean and comfortable. Great experience here in todays times.

I was impressed with his knowledge of the car as he answered any question I had. My car ended up getting a lot of work done to it including new tires, brakes, clutch and window tinting to name a few. My focus runs like a dream now and I know my family is safe in this car which is a great feeling. I had the pleasure of purchasing my 2010 Ford Edge from Ken Bruning and Domingo Fernandez. Both gentlemen were friendly, insightful regarding the "bells and whistles" that came with my vehicle, and just made the car buying experience a pleasant one, overall. I didn't feel hassled or rushed to make a decision, and both gentlemen were happy to answer any and all questions I had regarding the vehicle specs. I can honestly say that all future vehicle purchases will be from Ford or Port Richey as long as I know I can walk in to exemplary customer service, like I had with Ken Bruning. I give this rating because I have never been treated so good without any pressure from a car sales man, Chris Littlepage was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles and all the features of the SUV that I was wanting to purchase and very good with putting me where I wanted to be with my payment. An oil change and to programme two keys on an outlander Mitsubishi. Took over 3 hours I was told I needed and air filter what the didn't have and a battery for one of the keys that they didn't have this company say there Mitsubishi trained but I spoke to there tech who just kept saying its not like this on a ford and they carry very little Mitsubishi parts in stock I will not ever be using these clowns ever again

I met with Steve and Michael. They listened to what I was looking for yet offered some options. They were not pushing but very eager to assist me with a choice; and they did. I told them about what I wanted to spend. I saw what I could get for the price range and there were some choices. I was buying this truck to last a long time since I don't need a truck often but I appreciate having a truck when I do need one. They did show me a later model truck that was more than what I wanted to spend. After weighing my options I decided on the later F150 ELT at the higher price simply because I was getting a much lower mileage truck at a price was fair as I compared this unit to other places I shopped. I think I could have gotten a better price from them but I didn't want to lose the vehicle that I feel best meets my needs for the price.

I responded to a flyer in the mail, which I had received from their dealership(Ford of Port Richey Florida). The offer gave the list price of the truck advertised, less their dealer discount, less my total trade in allowance. A picture of a Ford F150 4 Door Truck was along side of the breakdown. The offer was for Tues., Wed., and Thurs., I called them Wed., before I went, to verify the offer. Paul had told me there was a sliver, a black, and a white one, on the lot. I asked for him to clarify this again, due to the fact I had to drive a long distance. We'll guess what? This was a total scam. I will never fall for this trick again. Their tactics will catch up with them.

Wanted to trade in my truck and get into a lesser payment. I let them know what I wanted to do and what I am looking to purchase. Chris passed me off to another salesman then we sat down, the guy took down my information and walked away. Not a minute later the guy came back and said my credit isn't good enough then showed me the door. I found that to be quite rude of the salesman to not willing to work with me at all considering that I do have decent credit. Wasted a half hour of driving to sit there for less than five minutes.

My wife and I went in looking to lease a car. We were approached in a very friendly and non pushy manner. Luis showed us the cars available and was extremely helpful and informative. Ken and Luis worked diligently to get us the best deal possible. We left very very happy with our explorer and the service. They made my experience so pleasant, I went back a month later to get a truck for myself. Again, Luis and Ken were excellent in helping us find what we were looking for. We have sent three of our friends to the dealer and they have all left happy. We will definitely continue getting our cars with Ford of Port Richey.

30 days after signing finance papers for a new car, I found out that the loan was not "real" & my trade had not been paid. I was left with a past due account & fees for my trade & approximately 35 letters of denial, adding to the damage to our credit.I began by speaking w/ Bryan, the finance mgr. I went to the dealership as we were not given any paperwork, including a Temporary registration I was told that I would have everything in a week or two. The next week I saw Bryan again to pay the balance of our downpayment & this time he told me it would be 4-6 weeks before I got the copy of additional contracts (GAP, Service & Maintanance contract) & that my trade ouwld be paid the next week. When that time passed & my payment for the trade was coming due, I call & Bryan said he would look into it. I called another 2 days after that & spoke w/ Joe Albert, the Sales Mgr & he said he would look into it. I never received any calls back. Finally, I contacted, in writing, the Managing Partner of the dealership, explaining in depth my issue. I did not hear back from him either until the next day when I sent another email, this time copying both Bryan & Joe. I received a reply asking that Joe handle this & was give the Managing partner's direct cell phone. I explained that I had contact my attorney & wanted my car & deposit money back. This was on 6/18 & I would be in on 6/20 to pick up both. I received a call from Joe on 6/19 saying he would not be able to get this done in a day, but would call on 6/21 or 6/22 to make arrangments for this transaction to be completed on 6/24. I never heard from Joe so called 2 times on 6/23 to verify & left voice mail. I was finally so irate that I called the Managing Partner on his cell (which he had given me) & was told;" I'm with my family, please call me tomorrow", Click! Within an hour, I recieved a call from Ken Burning telling me that due to inclemant weather, they were unable to contact the storage location where my trade was being kept, but everything would be ready at 1:00pm on 6/24. I took off the afternoon of 6/24 & when I called the dealership to pick up my car & money, I was told that they still didn't have my car. I went to the dealership to get my money & met Joe Albert. He was very courteous & professional, but I told him that I could not take anymore time off & that this was totally unacceptable. He told me that he would have my car delivered to my home w/ a full tank of gas the next day. Finally, at about 3:00pm, our trade was delivered back to us & the "new"car was taken away.While the dealership finally did what was right, this could have been handled in a much better way. If they were unable to make a deal, they should have said so. I should not have gotten to the point where I had to call my attorney & chase them down for this.

If you deal with these people you had better be on prepared. They will burn you. My wife and I are both on Social Security so we were very focused on the payment amount. Too focused in fact and much too trusting. For just one example when I walked in the door I said I was interested in trading my pickup on an SUV with a tow package. The SUV we settled on had no trailer hitch. I told the salesman I need a hitch. He said, Ill check on getting one put on. Throughout the entire deal when I brought up the hitch. I would get a half answer. Just enough to keep me thinking that a hitch was included, but never really saying either way. I called the next day to setup getting my hitch installed. Then he gives a straight answer. A tow package was never part of the deal youll have to buy your own hitch. When I expressed my feelings, he hung up on me. Theres much more I could write about this overall bad experience. Ill stop with this statement. They will never get any business from me. Im not even going back for the free oil change. Why give them a chance to burn me again? I would not recommend Ford of P.R. to anyone. In fact, I go out of my way to warn others

If you like to give a large deposit and loose all your money then this is the dealership for you!!!!!!They give multiple excuses as to why there is problems getting a loan. Drag out loan process till you can't imagine they would come back. For your car. Then they just come pick up the purchase without any notice at all. Then refuse to give back deposit. We are not alone, there is many people out there that this has happened to. Please read !!!! Also lawsuits pending Don't let these people take advantage of another one of us. They draws us in there on false advertising and steal our hard earned money.

we found the truck online prior to visiting the dealership. Called and came into the dealership to deal with Chris. The deal worked easily and Chris said it was a done deal. Due to the fact that our son had just gone through a situation with a dealership in Brandon where they told him the deal was final and then 4 days later called him and said you either pay more or bring back the car....We asked if we trashed the truck tomorrow it would be ok because it was ours? He said yes. We then went back to the fiance manager Gerry. We asked him the same question and he said no... the deal will not be completed on Sunday. We asked why did Chris lie to us? No answer. Gerry said that he would call us Monday to confirm that the deal was completed. Gerry said that if we did not hear from him, then don't worry. On Thursday, we finally decided to call and find out who financed us so that we could tell the insurance company. Suppossedly Gerry's supervisor spoke to my husband and said we needed to come in IMMEDIATELY for a bank interview that the deal was not completed. We had our daughter from the military visiting and told him that we would come back there on Monday after she left.... he immediately said that was unacceptable and that he wanted us in there IMMEDIATELY. This was completely unreal to us with the attitude we were getting especially since they never called us, we called them. We came in the next day and was told that our payments would be increased from 248 to 356 which was completely unacceptable. we told them to return our trade and we were done. After waiting outside for half an hour, we were told that they had taken our trade to the auction. Our first question, how could they have sold our vehicle when this deal was not done and confirmed. The second question, was how could it have been taken to the auction when Gerry had just given me the title back once I said no to the higher payments. So, that means it had to have been scrapped, not auctioned. Now, they are trying to push through the original deal as a result of not having our truck. I would completely NEVER deal with this dealership and would strongly advise others to beware! I want my working truck that was paid for back! and We do not suggest anyone go to this dealership.

Unforgivably, I also prompted my buddy's girlfriend to visit this establishment to purchase a team car. Hes a coach for UFS. The salesman told her by text that the rebate and/or discount she was promised can't be shown on hard copy. He would move her monthly payment down to offset the discount. I will ask for a photograph of that text to post on Google.Pay attention to the numbers folks.

I had a very pleasant experience at Ford/Mitsubishi of Port Richey. So pleasant we have purchased 3 new vehicles from our Salesman Christopher Littlepage this year. He was very upfront and informative. He answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. He has excellent customer service skills and he and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Even though it took a couple days we were assured throughout the process that they were working hard to get us the best deal. We were very happy with the outcome and would defenitely refer anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to see Mr. Littlepage and the staff at Ford/Mitsubishi of Port Richey.

My experience buying this car was outstanding compared to the last car I bought at an unrelated establishment. We called and spoke with Cathy Temple ahead of time. Her follow-up via phone was so outstanding I drove out to the dealership to meet her from Clearwater. She was professional, informative, friendly and stayed with me from start to finish. I had a high comfort level and will be returning to see here again soon to purchase a car for my son. The Finance Director she introduced me to was outstanding as well. They helped me with all the little details going above and beyond. I even had my insurance transferred over with their help and a new card sent to the dealership. Outstanding experience. Thank you.

Cathy and Chris at The Ford of Port Richey Rocked! My wife and I have 2 kids and are on a very tight budget, with only one income. When looking for our new car, we looked online and visited 5 dealerships including 2 other Ford dealerships. Cathy and Chris were the only ones that could meet our budget... without letting the luxury of our Brand NEW 2012 FORD EDGE (including: black ext and int, leather seats and DVD player)slip! We also visited a Honda and Toyota dealership, which neither were even in our ball park, as far as, down payment and monthy cost. We would recommend this dealership and these two great people to anyone interested in buying a new car. My Father, who will soon be in the market for a new F250 - will be visited them within the next year. Remeber... Ford is the one car company that didn't accept a goverment bail out and the only company that I will buy from... Period! I took my montero in for a check engine light was told a sensor was bad.when I went to the dealer to pick my truck I disagreed with the labor charge of twohrs for a repair that should take less than 30 minutes. I asked to see the manager.After ten minutes of listening to the GSM try to blow smoke to justify the chargeI told him you got me and walked out.He than came out scream serious profanities (to include the f word)several time. And stated, I quote!yea we got you and you let us. He than Yanked my car door open and tried to assult me inside my truck. He had to pulled out of my door by other service staff. This is not the first bad dealing I have had at this Dealership. The used car sales people are just as rude if you don't fall for their smoke and mirror BS

I am thrilled with my new car and Justin Fisher bent over backwards for us. Justin has a way of making you feel comfortable. I use to hate going to buy a car because I hated dealing with the salesman. Its a very different experience with Justin. I felt very taken care of. He is very professional and friendly,instead of pushy and rude. He greeted us with handshake and a big smile,treated us with respect and listened to what we were looking for. I will never buy from anyone else. Much Thanks to Justin he's the best.

Warranty issue is currently being resolved.I purchased a used car in mid June of 2011. I also purchased a warranty with my car and was told I could cancel said warranty at any time by phone. I attempted to cancel the warranty by phone in mid July and was told I had the cancel by email. I sent the email and got a reply from Jerry Cohen saying he would cancel the warranty. It was not canceled within the promised 6 weeks. Called again and talked to George who stated i must come by in person to cancel. I informed him that I live in Tennessee and cannot drive to Florida just to sign a piece of paper. George sent the form by fax and I filled it out completely and faxed it back in mid September, along with a copy of the email from Jerry stating he would cancel the warranty. I waited 6 more weeks and it still was not canceled. I have called back multiple times since then and got the run around. I talked to George mid November and he said they had lost the papers I had faxed and would cancel the warranty as soon as possible. It is now the 1st of February 2012 and the warranty is still not canceled. I have attempted to contact the dealerships today and cannot get through. I have called for 1 hour and the have gotten a disconnected signal.

I use the internet to buy most everything, but this was the first time that I used a website to buy a car! I found a used mitsubishi online and the autotrader links lead me to Ford/Mitsubishi of Port Richey. Mark and Jeff gave me all the information about the car, including a carfax report. When I got to the dealership they had the car in front and waiting for me. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I highly recommend the service department at Ford of Port Richey, specifically service manager Steve Wollak. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and sincerely interested in fixing the issue. Over the course of 4 Ford vehicles and numerous years, he has not let us down. Ford of Port Richey would do well to replicate his work ethic, honesty, and integrity throughout their dealership.

Went to Ford of Port Richey looking for a used car for my first vehicle. There I meet Ken Bruning the bestalesperson ever. Ken took his time with me showing me several great cars. We decided on a Ford Focus that had all the options I was looking and easy on the wallet for insurance. Which Ken had me call around to confirm the insurance would fit my budget to. Awesome salesperson Steve Botting. When I pulled in to look at trucks Steve greeted me and showed great interest inmy needs and wants. He made it easy to purchase. Finance was great too, Bryan showed me several options and even gave me great advice to take a short term loan of 48 month instead of trying to talk me into the 72 month loan like other dealers were trying.

Excellent customer care, although we have not bought our new Ford from Jeff Kasman yet he has been instrumental in the work we have had done on our current Ford at the dealer. Next Ford Jeff will sell us! Quality guy with the customer in mind, and he knows his stuff.

Hello, This review is for Steve Wollak in the service department of Ford of Port Richey. He is always so helpful, accessible, knowledgable and tries very hard (and succeeds) to keep my repair costs down. He is the only service advisor we use. Me and members of my family have bought new cars at this Ford location and we service our cars there exclusively. Steve always makes sure we have a ride if we can't wait and has even brought my car to my workplace when ready. I highly recommend him to anyone!

My husband and I visited every Ford dealership in Pasco, Pinellas, Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties because we took advantage of being in those areas for other reasons and were in the market for replacing each of our vehicles. We were also very specific about what we were looking for. But more importantly, this also gave us a chance to see how we were initially treated to see if that's where we wanted to do business. By far, Ford of Port Richey treated us way better than any of the other dealerships. We ended up purchasing my new vehicle and several weeks later purchased his. Everyone involved bent over backwards to get us what we wanted and under the terms we were looking for. They actively listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push off something else just to make a sale. I couldn't find a negative thing about either of the two new car-purchase experiences we just had. I'm glad we didn't miss out on what we thought was a lost art of customer caring that they still have at Ford of Port Richey. Thank you.

I was looking for a used suv when I stumbled across Ford of Port Richey.Their prices were the best I saw on line. When I made an appointment to look at the Edge I was greeted by Luis who had tons of product knowledge. It has this feature called sync that was the best thing ever. It connected my phone and iPod to the vehicle through the Bluetooth and was all voice activated to make calls and play my music. Thank you Luis for making this such an enjoyable purchase. Julie

I have been associated with dealerships all of my life and have purchased many new vehicles and this dealership is first rate. the salesman (JEFF KASMAN)called me on the phone after i looked at this dealer on the internet and asked if i would be interested in comming in and looking at what they had in stock. from there on it was my best purchasing experience at a new car dealer ever and i have been in some good ones and some crooked ones. My grandfather was a dealer for Chrysler from 1932 to 1962 in southern california and i have been a mechanic, service writer,and an assistant service manager, i have also delivered parts to 21 dealerships in Montana this was done 5 days a week for 3 years. I like this dealership very much. thankyou all.

Cal was the "Sales Manager" was great guy until we didn't like his deal then turned to complete you know what. Avoid this place like the plague. We sat with him for an hour and watched a family of 3 free loaders come in and get 2 wal mart gift cards, thats all they came for with another sales person. The husband came in the day before and got one too. When we asked about it he said no we had to have the flyer and then said "Go out to the radio station table, they will give you some free stuff" like I was some welfare recipient there to free load. He is a miserable excuse for a human being and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. Shame on you NEW PORT RICHEY FORD for hiring this awful man.

I went to several Ford dealerships in the bay area. Ford of Port Richey was the best. Their price was lower thank everyone else and they treated me like family.I also decided to add several accessories to my new Flex and the service department was right on point. They are very deceptive. We went into the dealer to buy a new truck. We are very protective of our credit and asked for details on how they do their loan searches. They explained that their system was unique - they only pull your credit once and send it to up to 10 lenders for the best rate. It is unique alright! it destroyed our credit almost instantly! Without even agreeing on a price for the vehicle we wanted, they had subjected our credit to 25 hard inquiries, and many of them to lenders that did not even do loans on a 1 ton truck! Oh yes, and we sat in the dealership for 5 hours and finally gave up and walked out - very poor interaction between sales personnel and the customers. Once we found out that our credit scores had dropped 65 points 1 week later, we immediately returned to the dealer to have them fix th damage they had done. Conveniently, they stated that our "paperwork had been shredded" and the salesman no longer worked there!Long story short, the Attorney General's office of Florida took interest in this situation and guided us accordingly. We have since filed formal complaints with several regulatory commissions and retained legal counsel. Since this incident (still ongoing), we have learned of many other dissatisfied customers that we have spoken to.Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer at all costs! Their are other friendly Ford dealers 10 minutes south and 15 minutes north of where this one is located.

I have had a speciality Mustang on oder (agreed contract) for 6 months and on the month it could have been manufactured, I get an email for Joe Albert wanting to cancel my order (my previous negotiated price less than demands for this car in places like ebay)...supposedly due to supply of parts issue and reduction of allocation. This is on an order that was just confirmed in July with Ford that it was to be built in 3rd Qtr, July-Sept.

Read their advertisements carefully. The price they advertise is NOT the actual price. If you read carefully they are deducting $5000 for a trade in or down payment, meaning money from YOUR pocket. So the real price is +$5000. Personally I don't deal with car dealers who try to be misleading in this way. I deal only with someone I trust to be straightforward.

This dealer DOES add $5000.00 to the price they advertise. They say they put it in the ad, but I couldn't find it anywhere! They say they add the $5000.00 assuming that we have either cash or trade on top of the price they advertise. Sleazy tactics.

I took my 2010 Fusion to them because it developed a loud rattling noise in the transmission. I was told over the phone that it was due to loose bolts from the previous repair. (The dealer I bought the car from replaced the clutch before they sold ms the car as new and didn't tell me.) I called and verified the job was done at Veterans Ford in Tampa and they agreed to pay Ford of Port Richey to do the work. The car sat there for two days before they even wrote it up to begin work. When it was done they didn't supply me with any paperwork on the repair. They said they would mail it to me. They didn't tell me they replaced the clutch again and resurfaced the flywheel. (That's important due to the break-in period.) The new clutch was slipping and there was a new rattling noise when I shifted. Also, the battery was shorted internally causing car to lose power steering and then not start again. (likely due to being dropped.) Two weeks later I went in person to get the paperwork they never mailed. The repair was done under warranty making it so Veterans Ford didn't have to cover the work. The paperwork said it was due to a failed pilot bearing. The symptoms I was experiencing did not point to the pilot bearing. When I asked what caused the bearing to fail so soon, Bruce said, "they just do." I asked how he determined it was bad and Bruce replied, "through a visual inspection." I asked was it siezed, discolored or bent? Bruce said, "no, it was pushed too far into the bore." It is not possible to bush the bearing too far in. What they did was called warranty fraud and they made it look as if Veterans Ford never had the car damaged before they sold it to me.
