Everything and everyone at Flow Mazda of Fayetteville are near perfect. You really feel like family when you go there and get to know everyone. They remember you by name after a little bit. All services are performed in a reasonable and professional manner. I purchased my vehicle there and even the buying process is refreshing. We got a 2015 Buick Verano from Flow of Fayetteville NC and the service was fantastic! We visited other dealerships & no one treated us as well as the employees at Flow. We really appreciated their honesty & assistance in helping us choose the right vehicle for us. Our salesman Nelson Moore, was extremely friendly, encouraging, polite and people oriented. Eddie Gonzalez met us in the parking lot and immediately escorted us to the selection of 2015 Buick Veranos that were for sale. Answering all of our immediate questions, he quickly got us on a test drive and answered more vehicle-specific questions. Never in a hurry, we returned to the dealership for a trade in evaluation while getting specific about total cost, etc. My wife and I departed the dealership with a good feeling and a decent deal but we wanted to check two other brands. It didn't take long to realize that Flow was the way to go so we called Eddie and asked when we could pick up our new car. Two hours later we happily drove home i our new Buick Verano.

Buying the vehicle was the most enjoyous experience I had ever had in making a purchase. But the service department took extremely to long to just do a oil change and top off fluids this took 2hrs. I could not believe it. The service department was one of the worst I have ever experienced in all my years of owning a GMC and this is my third one. The previous two dealerships hands down servicing was %200 better.

Staff was very courteous. Brook and Mike gave me a very welcomed and good service experience. I love the service I have received thus far whenever I take my vehicle to Flow Buick GMC for service. Was a loyal Lincoln customer for years until the quality and reliability of their vehicles became very questionable to me. I never considered Buick before until I saw, drove my 2011 Buick Lacrosse. I love it! Now I am a Buick customer.

My recent purchase of a new 2014 GMC 1500 Sierra Pick-up was made very easy and pleasurable by Sales Associate Kenny Cummings. Kenny was very easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the entire purchase process. Kenny was very knowledgeable of the vehicle being purchased and eager to explain all of the features of the vehicle. The dealership as a whole was great and made this the most pleasant new vehicle purchase experience of my life.

I purchased a GMC Acadia. It was the last 2013 at the dealership. I visited the showroom twice before going back to finalize the sale, test driving a vehicle each time. I liked the fact that I was not pressured with a "what offer can we make you to get you to sign today" sale pitch. I got a fair offer for my trade in vehicle. All in all I was happy with my purchase experience. I would recommend Steve as a saleman to my friends!

The wife and I recently found ourselves needing a new car and we decided on the GMC Terrain. We searched online within 125 miles and found the Flow 2 miles from our home offered the best price & selection. We were very satisfied and found that the sales team & management team really listened to what we wanted and needed. The other dealers just wanted to sell us the car that THEY wanted us to have, Flow wanted to sell us the car that we were looking for and I really appreciate that. Most of the other dealerships that we had contact with gave us a ridiculous price that they could not meet when we went (liars and wasted theirs and our time) Flow listened, we listened, and a deal was consumated right there. Very nice experience and I wish to let everyone know to give this store an opportunity, they will make it happen!

Flew from Chicago to Fayetteville after seeing car on Cars.com. Salesman picked me up at the airport. Test drove the low mileage Miata, completed purchase paper work and was on the road within 2 hours. The cars is more than I expected. I got 34.4 miles per gallon driving 70 to 75 mph. and enjoyed the drive back. Once I got home I discovered I was missing the tool kit for changing a flat tire and emergency tools for raising the power top. I called Flow and got tools about 5 days later. Car only had one remote door openerm so I called Mazda Co. in Irvine Ca. to get the number code needed to get another remote and was told Flow Mazda should have provided me with 2 remotes because it is a Certified Pre-Owned Mazda. Flow tried to sell me one from the parts department, but did not have it in stock. Mazda Corporate sent me a gift card so I can purchaser one at my local Mazda dealership. Flow Mazda should do a better job checking out the requirements Mazda has to meet the requirements Mazda has for a Certified Pre-Owned Mazda. I would still purchase this car again, but would check things out better before taking delivery.

We have bought 4 cars from Flow Buick GMC Mazda in Fayetteville, North Carolina and we are very pleased with the entire experience. From the moment we walked into the dealership and purchased the first car, to the continuing relationship with the service departmant for routine maintenance, we have found the people who are part of the Flow team helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. All areas are clean and well kept including bathrooms, waiting areas and the play area provided for children. When my GMC Terrain needs service I am confident that it will be performed correctly and in a timely manner.
