This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchased from Fletcher in the last 7 months. James Armstrong has been nothing but the best, completely honest about everything. That's what keeps me coming back to Fletcher ( the honesty). I will never buy another vehicle from any other dealership.

We just purchased our third vehicle from Fletcher and the experience was just as good as the first two. They are easy to work with, low pressure and have always given me the best price of any dealership in the Indianapolis area. Thanks Brad Joiner! Love the Grand Cherokee!!

Great buying experience. My salesman was Dick Giles, and he is a very pleasant person to work with! I called Fletcher Chrysler Dodge Jeep about a 2013 Dodge Dart, they were willing to work with me over the phone since I lived an hour and 45 minutes away. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the great service we received and the car we bought. This is a great dealership for used cars.

So I got flyer in the mail that they sent out for "super sale" right. Also the flyer has a scratch off prize of which I was a "winner" of a 5 dollar gift card to walmart. From possible new Dodge Dart, $1000, $500, $250 or "up to" $500. When I get there it seems everyone's a winner and the first thing they want is all your info. No cars or trucks on the lot have any price's on them and they just want to know is how much you could afford to spend a month what a SCAM!. I ran out of there holding on to my wallet. Buyer beware!

Good Time I am 43 and this is my first new vehicle. I didn't think I would ever buy new but I was shown options, treated with respect and not pressured to do anything. This made my first purchase experience a positive and I will definitely go back to Fletcher Chrysler when I am in need of another vehicle. Thank you.

Traded in an Equinox for a Dodge Grand Caravan. Dick Giles did a great job listening to what we needed and helped us find the right van for us. We love the van we ended up with and highly recommend Fletcher and Dick!

I just purchased a used 2008 dodge charger from Fletcher yesterday. One of the best experiences i have had buying a vehicle. Dick Giles was very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 from Fletcher Dodge. The price on the vehicle was a really excellent deal and they gave me a fair trade in on my used Dodge Dakota. Dick Giles is a professional salesman that truly does care about the needs of his customers. I recommend the dealership and Dick and would definitely purchase from them again. My sister-in-law came in from Michigan yesterday and Dick hooked her up with a nice car in her price range. Can't say enough about how simple the process was from start to finish. Finance manager did an excellent job of securing me an outstanding finance rate!

I purchaced a used are and had 3 breakdowns the first 30 days. They picked the car up and gave me a loaner each time. After the 3rd breakdown the salesman and I decided I needed out of that car. The salesman and the dealership were very helpful in exchanging me into another vehicle.

I had a 2012 Dodge Ram that i was not planning on trading but was walked through the process and found out i could get a 2014 for the same payment. Very pleased with everyone at the dealership. I would recommend them to everyone.
