I've driven GM and Audi for a long time. When it came time to car shop Lincoln wasn't even on my radar. After speaking to a friend about his Ford Expedition, we looked at the 2015 navigator L (at findlay Lincoln) while also considering the 2015 escalade (at findlay cadillac). The performance of the car aside (because this isn't about the car as much as the dealership) the people at the dealership made our decision an easy one. Findlay Lincoln was no pressure and high performance. Negotiation of the deal itself was straight forward and there wasn't the industry standard back and forth. I sat across from the decision maker and, literary he threw out a price then I threw out a price and we then shook hands, deal done (even with a trade in involved). Every promise made was kept on or ahead of time. I know it is still early in my findlay Lincoln experience, but it has (for me) been a five star, white glove experience.

I bought my car though Frank Luciano. I would not ask to deal with a different person. Frank made me feel like I was at home and he gave me hes honest option. He has knowledge about almost every car out there. I felt confident talking to a professional. I just recently read about Mr. Luciano in the Las Vegas Review Journal! That put a smile on my face! Outstanding in everyway! I actually found my used car on their web site and traded in my car via pictures and on the phone and got a great deal. I had to drive 5-hours to make the deal. All was honest to the bone. No "ups" when I go there. Great people to work with. Everyone had smiles. Facilities were outstanding, even the restrooms! I really felt at home. The car I purchased was well serviced, far more than if I had purchased it from an individual and did not have to go through the trouble of selling my car myself which I was originally trying to do which was a hassle. This was the nicest dealership I have ever worked with. I strongly recommend them.

We had a very good salesman Alan who showed us everything we wanted to see without being pressured or intimidated in any way. He was very informative and didn't mind all of our questions at all. He took very good care of throughout the entire transaction and we are very appreciative of him.

Brought my car in and Jose took care of me right away. This place is so clean, I can't believe they work on cars! They always tell me about everything I need and why, so this is why I come back. The most honest repair facility I've ever experienced by far.

If you go to Findlay Lincoln (you should) be sure and ask for Silas because he will take very care of you and your needs. He won't rush you. won't pressure you to buy anything, but will help you in any way he can and is very professional about it.

We spent awhile at the Lincoln dealer in Henderson and enjoyed all the people that work there. We bought a new used car and feel we were taken very good care of. Thomas was wonderful, always seeing to it we were comfortable. Thank you.

This was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had! We love our new Lincoln and are so glad we stopped by to check them out! The whole process was seamless and easy to go through. Never pushed, prodded or pressured EVER.

Taking my car in for service has never been so good. The folks at Findlay Lincoln have really taken good care of me and my car. They always explain everything very thoroughly, which makes all the difference and provide options if I need to wait for awhile. They really try hard to accommodate!

I took my car in for an oil change and was greeted in a very friendly manner. The job was done quickly and then I was told that I needed something else that was explained very openly in a way that was easy to understand. There was no hard sell, just kind considerate information!

Just so happens that I really like the way they talk to you at this dealership- not condescending or anything, not pushy, and very honest in what they know you need without being pushy. I totally trust these people!! Once you know what needs to be done, they do it quickly!
