Outstanding experience. Our salesman kept us informed on expected delivery date of vehicle. On the day we picked it up, it was close to both my husband’s and my birthdays. The car was under a red drape with big white bows on it. We took pictures and it was then “unveiled!” So much fun. The process of getting the car title switched over to us and showing us how to use the car went efficiently and smoothly. Highly recommend this dealership!

The dealership in my town took their clientele for granted which is what drove me away.. pun intended. I called around to several dealerships and found Matt. He was straight forward and did his best without the typical sales pitch that give salesman a bad rep. I was skeptical about getting a car over the phone and frankly it was a bit nerve racking but Matt's reassurance made the whole experience quite pleasant. My son lives in Columbus Ohio and he was determined to purchase a BMW from Florida. After speaking to many dealerships, he choose Fields because of friendliness and professionalism of the salesman, Andy Machel. Andy picked us up from the airport, he was personable and very friendly. He even went as far to make sure that we made it home safely with the car. Even though I was skeptical about buying a vehicle out of state, this was such a pleasant experience that I would even fly down to Florida to purchase a vehicle for myself from Andy at Fields. I walked into the BMW of Daytona dealership yesterday just to look and walked out with a new 435i. The reason this happened was because of the great service and unbelievable selection of vehicles. My sales associate Matt Hoffman made the the experience fun and very easy. Their were no hassles or hold ups with the transaction. I bought a brand new 2016 3 series on June 18th 2016... July 20th (2nd car purchased from fields) and I find out the dealership still has not secured financing after and decided to run my credit again a month without even asking me ?!? The one call back I did get where I told them if I didn't get some answers I was going to drop it off and forget the entire thing they told me It would be considered a voluntary repo and they would try and contact the finance company again and call me back... Here it is Aug and I still have the car no financing I cannot get anyone to call me back or answer my emails. POOR COMMUNICATION, The have forever lost me as a customer and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had been looking for a particular car for two months. Fields of Daytona had the vehicle I wanted so I made the call. Matt Hoffmann in sales took the call and managed to take great care of me from the start. He answered every question I had promptly and simplified the process. First car I have bought by seeing online. I was a little skeptical especially being in another state but Matt kept it simple. The car arrived ready to go and it was perfect. Great communicTion between sales and service. I was greeted at the front door and was just having my first experience getting a car wash. Rather then sendinding me to service, Arnie Gralnick took my car around and said to meet him in service. I was then offered my choice of complimentary beverages and all types of food. Fields really treats a client differently after the sale.

I bought bought an used 09 BMW X6 from here and had problems after problems they did not check the cat completely before selling it and had to replace the whole Ac system, tires, navigation/computer system and the extension tanks was leaking, on top of there were a few gaskets in the engine that are leaking. The services provided by this dealer was horrible and the car looked good and that's it, everything else has problems after problems. Lesson learned I guess??????!

They are the complete dealership that knows how to treat their customers in a very fair and prompt way. We have purchased four BMW's from Fields and the last three have been from their Daytona store. Jack Adams is our sales person and I would encourage buyers to deal with him. He is very knowledgable about their products and works hard to get customers a fair deal. No games are played here. We had an enjoyable experience purchasing our car from Jack Adams at Fields BMW Daytona. The greatest thing about it was that it was so easy. It's nice to be able to be able to make a purchase like that and have it be enjoyable. It's wonderful to still go somewhere and feel appreciated for your business. Our salesman was Jack Adams and the best I can describe him is that he was more of a gentleman than your traditional salesman. We feel that we made a good and honest deal. The dealership is beautiful! In addition to being greeted by every employee that came our way we also had wonderful concessions during our visit to the dealership, which again elevates the entire experience. The unique thing is I didn't even buy a BMW, BUT I was treated as though I was buying the most expensive and nicest carbon the lot. Tony and the service team were great and again Jack it was an honest and stand up salesman. Lastly the nice thing is the dealership the sales department and the service department were there for me even after I bought the car. It feels good to make a purchase of that size and not fear being abandoned !

Fields BMW of Daytona. Our initial experience with Fields was positive from the very beginning. Our salesperson, Lee Grasso did not "pounce" on us before we could get one foot on the pavement. Being in sales, the worst mistake in my opinion, is when a salesperson smothers you before you can even get out of the car to begin your initial search. Lee Grasso did not try to sell us a car in first 10 minuets, as do many salespersons attempt to do. My wife and I explained to him this was our first attempt at looking at BMW's. Lee was informative without being overbearing. I explained to him that there were some items I needed to set in place before I would even consider buying any car. BMW or other make. After three weeks we came in and set everything in motion. It was painless and I felt we received a good value from Fields BMW on our trades (2), their fair bottom line price & great financing rate (.98%) through BMW. Very well done by all of the personnel we encountered during our purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership if a BMW is what you are purchasing.Dana & Roger

I drove from Tampa to Daytona because the dealerships here where so terrible. My experience from my first call with Matt Hoffman at BMW Fields of Daytona was different. He made everything about buying what it should be, he sent me personal photos of the vehicle and treated me like family from start to finish. I had the good fortune of having Matt Hoffman answer my call about a used car advertised at another Fields dealership. Matt answered all my questions quickly and accurately, arranged to have the car transferred to Daytona and made the purchase as easy and comfortable as a car purchase can possible be. This was easily the most stress-free and easy car purchase experience we've had in the 14 cars we've purchased over the years - straight-forward, honest and no games. From the moment we arrived at the dealership and until we drove off in our new car we were treated in a very professional manner from everyone we dealt with. Lee Grasso was very polite and great to work with. At no time did he make us feel pressured into buying which meant a lot to us. We were there looking for an X5 for my mother that I saw online and after that day I wished I had bought my car there. After 5-10 mins of browsing, Lee came out and greeted us, we weren't hounded, no pressure, it was great. the X5 had only been there a few days, but it looked great. There were a couple of people ahead of us in the financing department, so we had to wait a little bit. But we weren't forgotten about, Lee and Robert Dunn, the sales manager came by and thanked us for our patience multiple times. Waiting wasn't difficult because the amenities in the showroom were spectacular. So to close this review, everyone was courteous from the receptionist to other salesmen just walking around, and that goes miles for me when it comes to where I spend my money. I also received a follow up call from Lee yesterday, thanking me and my mother for our purchase. I'll be back when a 4 series fits my budget. Thanks Fields!!

I stopped in at Fields BMW with my fiancee to test drive a new 2 Series and 3 Series BMW. I am in the market for a new car since the transmission is going on my 2008 Infiniti G35x. I happened to mention I was visiting FL from out of town (Phila, Pa). I spoke with a salesman named Tom. I told him I was interested in the 228 or 235. Tom went to see if they had any in stock. After about 10-15 minutes he returned to inform me there were no 2 Series in stock. I then asked about a 320 or 328. He left again to go find a 3 Series for me to test drive as he indicated there were many in stock. After another 10-15 minute wait Tom returned and informed me that unless I was going to buy a car that day I would be unable to test drive any car since they needed to keep the mileage low on all new cars. He did say I could test drive one of their "loaner vehicles." I've purchased and test driven many vehicles over the 30 years I've been driving and have never been treated so poorly at a dealership. I immediately left and went to several other dealerships in the area (Mercedes Benz, Volvo and Fields Volkswagon) and was able to test drive any car I wanted no question or obligations. I would never consider purchasing a car from Fields BMW. In fact this has really soured me on BMW in general. My fiancee's mother lives in New Smyrna and we spend quite a bit of time visiting her. At some point we may need a 2nd car to keep in FL but I will not go to Fields BMW.

My wife and I met Lee Grasso, KC Ozut, Brendan Smith, and William Ortis this morning at Fields. Lee and the other team members were outstanding. We looked at 3 vehicles and test drove them. Brendan and KC were very professional and very knowledgeable of each vehicle. We were at the dealer for several hours talking with the entire team and trying to decide on which vehicle was best for my wife and I. Lee and the other members were very helpful and the entire experience was a breath of fresh air compared to dealers that we had previously talked to in South Florida. I have had 25 years of supermarket management experience and for the last 10 have had my own internet Retail business so I have a good grasp of customer service, good and bad. I explained to Matt that what I experienced through him was not good customer service, it was LEGENDARY Customer service! That's the type of service that doesn't just satisfy the customer , it makes the customer repeat the experience over and over again with everyone they know for a very long time. Where do I even begin...my whole experience with Fields BMW was amazing. My client advisor, Lee Grasso, took the time to get to know exactly what I was looking for. He was never pushy and very patient. After test driving a few vehicles on their lot, I did not love any of them. Lee took the time to search online inventory at other Fields locations to find me exactly what I wanted (and he did!). The car arrived the next day and I was thrilled to go check it out. He did not disappoint! It was everything I had expected and more. My car was not ready to take home when I went to see it and due to my busy schedule, I could not wait. Lee did not hesitate to give me a very nice loaner for the weekend. When I finally got to pick up my car, it was perfect! They helped me set up my Bluetooth and showed me which buttons controlled which functions. Fields customer service as a whole has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. I was nervous about financing and William Ortiz was able to put me at ease. From staying within my budget to working my warranty into my monthly payments, William explained everything. I definitely felt overwhelmed but after working with him I was very pleased. I would recommend Fields to anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle. We were in the market for a specific car- a used BMW 328 sport wagon. There was one available at this dealership but they were 300+ miles away. We were reluctant to drive all the way down there and risk it being a dud. But Lee spent time on the phone with us and even made a video just for our viewing. We got there and found the car was better than expected for a 4 year old! The terms of the sale were quickly agreed to and the dealer fees were exactly as promised. There were no hidden extra fees that quickly run up the price of the car. To top it off, they detailed the car, touched up paint chips and even let us borrow a big red bow for a picture! Our only complaint was a long wait for paperwork and financing, but because we came from out of state it was double the work for the staff. Lee was a top notch salesman, letting the car sell itself, never pressuring us, or resorting to the hound-dog sales tactic we have unfortunately become accustomed to and expected. Our test drive was extra long and in all types of environments- as much as we needed to be sure this was the car for us. He allowed us as much time as we needed to inspect and test the car and it's features and even though we're purchasing one of the least expensive cars in their lot, we were never treated as lesser customers. Lee spent over 6 hours working with us. This was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. I would drive 3.5 hours to do business with Lee Grasso and Fields BMW again.

I traveled 6 hours, twice to work with the Sales managers & staff. Why twice? The first car purchase went extremely smooth on a late Saturday afternoon and ran into a little overtime for the staff. It went so well with the first transaction, the sales advisor recalled a few comments about another car. several months past, he called, he offered & he sold me another! Great recall on his part and I am again very satisfied with the entire facility. Unfortunately I can't drive that far for service, LOL.

We live in St. Augustine, Fl.After deciding on a new 2014 BMW, they told him that the $329 a month was a beginning amount. The BMW he was thinking of leasing would, of course, be much more! My husband asked this salesperson to show him where the fine print was that had "starting from" in the advertisement. The man could not produce such stipulations. This is FALSE ADVERTISING! Matt was given very specific details on the vehicle I wanted and he worked very hard to find the perfect one for me with a positive outcome. I purchased a used 2008 BMW 335i from Matt Hoffmann. The overall experience was outstanding. This was my first BMW and first convertible, Matt has answered every question with patience and in a timely manner. Matt went out of his way several times to help me with minor details and treated each one as important. The service department has also been outstanding to deal with. This may have been my first, but it will not be my last, thanks to Fields BMW.

I worked with Ryan Olsen who couldn't have been more helpful. His knowledge was excellent. So many times you go into a dealership knowing more about the cars than they do seemingly. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Rob, the sales manager, couldn't have been any nicer. We worked on a couple of different cars and the one we finally settled on was perfect for me. If you want a great deal and deal with people who treat you right, this is the dealership for you. Even if you live in Orlando, my personal opinion is that it's well worth the drive. Ryan was incredibly nice, answered all my questions professionally and in a timely manner. While we negotiated he remained calm, respectful and I NEVER felt pressured or pushed. In fact, in hindsight it was almost like I was buying something other than a car. Even signing the papers when I was buying the car was so easy and relaxing. I purchased my 5 series 4 years ago at Fields and couldn't be happier. The service at this facility is bar none the best I have ever gotten at any dealership. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I will be in the market for another BMW soon and have no doubt that I will purchase it from Fields again.

As a corporate fleet manager I encounter hundreds of dealers every year for new vehicle purchases. Fields BMW is easily in the top 1% of all dealerships for all of the right reasons that a person needs to be focused on. Price has to be fair to both the buyer and the seller which it certainly is with Fields BMW. Customer service must be genuine, caring, and honest making the transaction feel good for both parties as well. Matt Hoffmann is a king among customer savvy kings. He genuinely cares about the sale and the customer. His communications style is immediate, thoughtful, and filled with knowledge that he freely shares. Before I shop any where else in Florida for a product that can be secured through the Fields dealership chain I will be calling Matt Hoffmann because I trust him and because he delivers what he promises.

Additionally, he is very easy to do business with. In my opinion, BMW automobiles are some of the best automobiles on the road today.Also, the service department is very helpful, notably Anthony Girgus.

I chose to return to Fields BMW for my second BMW because of Diane Karel. She was and is the best sales person I've ever dealt with. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient and courteous thought out the whole process of buying my car and owning my car. I know she'll be there anytime to answer my questions. Even though, Diane is now a salesperson for Fields VW, I went there to find her because I knew she could still help me.

I went in to purchase some parts for our car and the Parts department checked to see if we were up to date on our recalls. This saved me from purchasing some parts. The service department quickly had me set up to perform the recalls. The day they had the car Robert called as he said he would to keep me posted on the progress of our repairs. When we got there to pick up the car we were greeted by Robert and he personally escorted us to our repaired and freshly cleaned vehicle. The entire staff at fields is helpful and pleasant. This is how a dealership should operate. Thanks guys.

I went and was looking for a used BMW for my first car because they are so safe. I decided to go to Fields of Daytona because this special was going on. Best idea ever! They were all great to me and treated me like a queen, everyone said hello and they were so sweet. The test drive was awesome because it was long enough so I could really get a feel for the car. I am always ready to go back for my service now!

Joe listened and responded to my needs and concerns... He was not pushy or difficult to work with... I have dreaded having to purchase a new vehicle because I did not want to deal with a salesman but Joe proved to be more of a friend then a salesman .. and he closed the deal and made sure the whole process went smoothly... I would definitely recommend Joe and will call him the next time we, or a family member needs a new vehicle.

We worked with Diane Karel one year ago but did not purchase a car. She was extremely curious, friendly and knowledgeable. We decided to purchase another car and made arrangements for service on a vehicle I owned with all intentions of purchasing another vehicle. Coming from St. Augustine we wanted to do that on the same date. I stopped in about 4 weeks ago and spoke with her on what was available. We had reviewed the web site and made an appointment with her to meet. We had remembered how helpful she was and felt confident she would be able to get us a car we loved! She did and we will be back. Service has always been a very important part of our purchase and we have had great appointments with the service reps. She is an asset to your dealership. I will be happy to tell my friends and pass her name to them.

I called Fields BMW in search of a new 328i and by a strike of fabulous luck Joe Baldi answered my call. It took all of 3 minutes to tell him exactly what I needed and he was on it. Less than 24 hours later I was driving out of the dealership in my new BMW. Do yourself a favor and give Fields BMW of Daytona a call, specifically Joe Baldi, and become a customer for life...just like me. I was not solicited to make this recommendation. Overall a great buying experience. Joe Bauldi made buying the Ultimate Driving Machine convenient and easy. With having a family and a job that limits the amount of time being able to be spent on a car lot, Joe took very good care of me and held the car while working on figures from home. Jack Adams in Sales was extraordinarily knowledgable and helpful and very attentive to my best interests throughout the purchase process. I very likely wouldn't have found the perfect car without his help. Since my purchase, I've dealt primarily with Brent and Ryan in the Service Department and they have exceeded my expectations in every way. While they feel like friends, they treat me as though I were signing their paychecks (which I'm not) and have answered every question or request with flawless professionalism. This is my second BMW and Fields has given me nothing but top drawer sales and service.I can't think of anything they have not done to make my visits enjoyabe and quick. They didn't even laugh at me when I super glued my phone button. They are a great bunch and worth their colective weight in gold to all of us who use them.

My vehicle is a 2003 Z-4. It is the first BMW I have ever owned. I have moved twice since I purchased my vehcile. I have had it serviced at three different BMW dealers. The Daytona dealership is a pleasure to visit. For goodness sakes they even serve breakfast. Their employees are knowledgeable, very polite and they certainly take time to answer all your questions.

My car broke down on I95 on the Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. When I got my car to the shop, it was 10 minutes before closing time. The service team kept the department open late and looked at my car only to find out that it was a serious repair that wasn't going to be able to be fixed right then. Without missing a beat, they provided me a loaner car on the spot and sent me on my way to get back to my mini-vacation. I can't say enough good things about both Chris and Jason at Field's BMW Daytona!

After being quoted a price for repairs to our 328 convertible & a two day service time we have had the price raised three times in the two *weeks* they have had the car. While the price is important, more important is the inconvenience & fact that they weren't honest about the repairs. Had they trusted us with the truth & the facts we would have been responsible for added expense & delay. At this point we are $1200 over the original quote, two weeks into a two day repair, terribly inconvenienced, & the car isn't fixed. With the car out of warranty we use BMW for the reliability. Without that reliability they will loose us as customers since we can get the same services performed at independent shops for considerably less cost.
