Service manager Steve needs to be replaced with someone who actually knows what they’re doing and appreciate their job. Steve doesn’t do his job, he doesn’t help customers, it takes days and thousands of calls in order to reach him after a huge damaged was caused by one of their workers, he also refuses to communicate with customers in a proper manner!!! I hope someone will address this issue their service really needs attention from corporate !!

This service was a wonderful experience. It was handled efficiently, professionally and totally seamlessly, including the pick up and delivery service. The tracking program for the drivers was extremely helpful, as were the contact and follow-up texts from the service manager. Oils not have gone better.

Absolutely the best service department I have dealt with at Alfa Romeo (or any manufacturer for that matter). Staff was responsive, competent and effective. Problems were dealt with promptly. Service staff were always polite and helpful. The facility itself is amazing - they also sell Ferrari’s!

October 18th 2016. I purchased my 3rd car from The Experience auto group / Ferrari Maserati of Ft. Lauderdale . This time a 2013 Granturismo sport convertible . I know why they are called the Experience Auto Group, because the buying Experience keeps getting better every time. Not only was the price beyond great, but when I took delivery of the 2013 Maserati it looked and drove as if it rolled out of the Factory . I was shopping around for a maserati ghibli when I walked into the dealership. Hank was my sales man. He was very friendly without being pushy. And he was direct. After I did a bit more research, I decided I wanted a GTS. Hank was on it-he did an amazing job, getting back to me quickly and finding exactly what I wanted. Dave also went out of his way to help me decide on the color choice I made. I really appreciated the professional, yet friendly attitude from everyone I worked with. I never write reviews. However I want to express my thanks to the sales manager (can't remember his name), Brandy in finance, and especially Hank in sales. Everyone was so professional. I felt no pressure, which was a first after looking at buying a California for almost two years. I bought the car unseen and there were no surprises. They handled delivery, etc 100% of the way. I appreciated the integrity, honesty, and character that was extended to me. I give my highest compliments to, and recommendation to Ferrai of Ft Lauderdale.

The sales and finance team at Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale did an excellent job. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable, without any of the attitude you sometimes get at luxury dealerships. They were on top of their game, my sales person Sylvio Luz was attentive and delivered the car perfectly. I normally don't write reviews but thought I would share our complete satisfaction for our 2015 Maserati Ghibli. Normally, depending on what website you are on people don't take the time to write a review if they are happy but will write a negative review to express there displeasure. I guess it is human nature. I have been around cars for 40+ years and never owned and Italian car but my wife said she wanted a Ghibli. I though she was crazy, but I have to say after having Lexus cars for 10+ years this car is spectacular. Other than a small issue with the AC not coming out the front vent only the defrost vent. We have not seen the dealership in a year. My wife loves her Ghibli and so do I. The car handles excellent and we love the sport mode. I personally enjoy the manual shift with a 7 speed German transmission the car is smooth as silk. You will not find a nicer car in this class than a Ghibli. David and Hank were a pleasure to deal with. We have also enjoyed working with Caesar in the service department.

I just take my car for the annual services, and they broke one of my brakes calipers and the few diffuser, what was the excuse, the car arrive there with the roasted calipers, ceramic roasted caliper, so weird, then they try to fix the caliper even without to take the caliper out of the whell, the only option was get a new caliper in the price of 5500$, and 4 month to arrive to USA, cuz they said has to be order from Italy, or I have the option, to buy the all 4 calipers cuz causality they have in stock for 9000$ I take my car out of there in a towing flat bed; when the car arrive my place , my surprise , they broke the rear diffuser , I call the advisor gues what? Apparently according to him, all the 458 has that issue , the car alone get stress in the rear side and broke the diffuser , you know what , this is the worst experience Ina Ferrari dealeship, save your time money and car and don't take the car there ,

I leave my car for the annual services, and check the brakes , now they broke one of the bleeders of one caliper , they said the ceramic caliper has corroded , and now cuz the car is not on warranty I have to pay for the caliper , my car is a 458 spyder with only 3800 miles, now I pick up the car in a towing truck cuz I don't trust in this people and my surprise when the car arrive my place is, the broke the rear diffuser , and when I call the advisor he said it I also normal the rear diffuser broke in all 458, This is a very bad mechanical shoot The advisor always wash her hand, just cuz the car is not in warranty, please whatever has a Ferrari don't take it to this dealership to services or nothing

I found the car I wanted and inquired online on a Sun. eve. The next day, Eyal called me and we agreed on a price. I rented a car from Orlando and drove down to Ft. Lauderdale. One of the team members picked me up at the rental car office and drove me to their location. I met Eyal and had my purchase completed within 30 minutes. I had my Golden Retriever with me and they brought him ice water while we were processing information. ALL of the team members were very professional and pleasant. We were in the market for a Maserati. We visited a dealer in Miami and was told that financing was not available. We did not meet the finance manager and was suprised at the outcome. The next day, we drove to Fort Lauderdale. We were met by Hank Carpenter upon entering the dealership. We explained the situation. He then introduced us to the finance manager. Bottom line.... they cared and cared again.This was my very first luxury class purchase attempt and my credit was less than favorable.I'm not kidding when I say Eyal and the staff at this dealership is FIRST CLASS and worked late and even came in early to make what I wanted happened. The receptionist, service folks and Brandy the finance guru are also A+I made quite a few visits and phone calls but, not once ever did they seem aggravated even though my situation was bleak. LOLEyal guided me step by step and wallah, I love my brand new Maserati. It's exactly the one I wanted with all the features that were important to me. I was viewing the Ferrari I wanted online and was subsequently contacted by Charles Saghbini the General Sales Manager of the dealership. We discussed the vehicle and set up an appointment for me to see the Ferrari. After explaining that I would be traveling by plane from New York, Charles graciously offered to have me picked up at the airport. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Charles who then introduced me to Lanel Delgado, my very capable sales representative. I found Lanel to be a dedicated professional. Lanel was with me throughout the entire process. One praise in a list of praises too long to mention, Lanel availed himself to me on his days off. I have always had a great experience with Christian Vitteri in service with whom I have been dealing for years (we own a 360, 430 and a Maserati), I was looking for a black Audi R8 and I purchased one from them, Hank Carpenter was the service person and was extremely professional and helpful always getting back to me both via telephone and email. Very responsive. The other staff at the dealership is friendly and accommodating (the Finance Manager). We will be buying more vehicles from Hank and dealership. Mr. Marks was also very helpful because my initial contact on the Audi was through the internet and he followed up and gave me a couple of updates on the Audis they had for sale. I now purchased two cars from Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale. The service here is terrific. Hank Carpenter was very professional always getting back to me within an hour of my call and very responsive to my emails (even at night or on weekends). The staff at the dealership is friendly and accommodating. David Weber was very helpful and patient explaining everything. I have experience with several other area dealerships and have purchased two other exotics from other dealers previously. There is a difference in service and professionalism and the difference does matter. I highly recommend using Hank Carpenter for any purchase or lease of your next exotic car without any reservations. You will be very happy if you do.

I could not be more disappointed in a dealership as I am with Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale. Prior, I drove a Mercedes and BMW, then decided to get a new 2015 Maserati this time from Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale last month. The entire experience has been a SERIOUS disappointment. The sales person, Demetrio Merlino was nice and pleasant to deal with when I was at the dealership. However, everything from there on was mostly a disaster. My brand new 2015 Maserati Ghibli is less than one month old and is going into service for the THIRD (3rd!!) time in last 3 weeks for the exact same issue!! Not only that, the service guy I was assigned to, Luis Cue, was rude, disrespectful and xxxxxx. He also lied about the first repair (told me that they replaced the low battery of my new car with a NEW battery... but then found out from the service manager a week later that it was a "lie" (verbatim, as the service manager put it)... turns out they only "charged" the dying battery). Why would my brand new car with 23 miles on it have a bad battery? And why would they LIE and say they REPLACED it when they only "charged it". I had to have the service manager look up all the paperwork to confirm this lie, which he did. Additionally, the two times that they gave me a loaner car, Luis Cue marked the paperwork as stating that the gas tank was Full, when it was almost empty (1st loaner) and then marked the paperwork for the second loaner as having a full tank when it was at a half tank (I have photos to prove). He incorrectly marked this paperwork, expecting that the loaner vehicles be turned back in with a full tank. He is dishonest and xxxxxx. He does not communicate properly with female customers and does not apologize after rude behavior. Very disappointed that a brand like Maserati would employ a service employee like Luis Cue. He did not care about the issues with my car, that were very serious. He had no concern to repair my brand new car that I had been so excited about and instead, just casually told me I could "lemon law" the vehicle. He had no regard to help me! I just wanted my brand new vehicle to work properly- is that too much to ask?Moreover, my car has had the SAME EXACT issue where the horn/alarm goes off randomly while I am driving (very dangerous as I have to actually pull over, stop, turn off the car, and then turn on the car in order to get the alarm horn to stop sounding) for the entire time I have had this car, which as been less than a month. It has been serviced twice and is going back in for service for the 3rd time for this same issue. I even have video footage of this occurring! This happened to me twice this morning (October 21st) and I just got my car back (out of service) from the dealership less than 2 days ago. This issue keeps reoccurring after they have serviced it for this twice already and is now going into service for the third time now. This is very serious as I have to pull over each time, even when I am in moving traffic, just to stop and restart the car! Also, the car has locked me out of the vehicle twice (with the keys being inside the car) which it is not ever supposed to do (service confirmed this). One time, my dogs were inside the car and I went to open the door to let them out as I got out and all doors locked immediately. This was very serious. Yet, Luis Cue did not care. Had I not had access to a second set of keys, I would have had to call 911 or a locksmith to get my dogs out. But again, no concern from Luis Cue. He would not even directly discuss or communicate with me and instead would only address my boyfriend, as he is xxxxxx and does not deal well with female customers. He even degraded me in the office as he tried to "explain how to read a gas gauge of a car"... Disgusting. I have been driving for almost 2 decades, have an MBA degree, and can certainly read a gas gauge of a car to see if it is "half-full" or "empty." This was sincerely a disrespectful comment from Luis Cue. The only good thing I can say about the dealership is that the service manager, Gabriel Casanova, took over the assignment of my vehicle issues and at least, he is very kind and actually responds quickly to all messages (I can't say this about anyone else at the dealership). He has been attentive and has made my vehicle much more of a priority after the amount of upset I have dealt with after 2 times of the car being in service. Gabe is probably the best asset (or the only asset) that the company has, so far as I have met. However, when I asked for the contact information of the General Manager of the dealership and any/all other upper management to discuss the serious matter of my car going into service for the 3rd time for the same issue, I was not given the contact info for any such persons. (so maybe there are some other good managers at the dealership, besides Gabe Casanova, but no one has been willing to connect me to any other managers so I wouldn't even know... I can hardly get a response back when I call the main dealership phone number).What's more is that Nicole Diamond, the Title Clerk, would not respond back to several phone calls and voicemails for over a week after I relentlessly reached out to her about the Registration on my brand new car being incorrect (Name). Additionally, Brandy Herndon, the F&I Manager did not disclose some of the important information on the lease and would not respond back to phone calls or emails when I requested copies. Once this dealership closes the deal with you, they have such low standards for response time and concerns for any issues regarding repairs, registration errors, missing financial copies, service appointments, requests for speaking with higher management, and more). I never, EVER, expected such lack of details from any car brand, especially that of Maserati. At this point, I am still waiting to have my NEW car repaired for the multiple and repetitive issues that it is still having. I have had this car less than one month and it was brand new at 23 miles when I got it on Sept. 23rd, 2015. Not only am I disappointed that the car is having so many problems still (and going into service for the 3rd time in 3 weeks since getting the car), I am more disappointed with the way that I have been treated by the staff of this dealership, other than Gabe Casanova. This whole experience has had me so upset and stressed, and yet, there doesn't seem to be anyone else at the dealership going out of their way to improve my overall experience to make me feel better. I understand that a car can have issues and technical problems, but there is absolutely NO REASON for the way that I have been treated by most of the staff at Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale. There is such a low standard of response and lack of care by this dealership. I have no idea what to do at this point but to hope and pray that they can fix my new car correctly this time. I don't want to have to take it in for the same issue for a 4th, 5th, or 6th time. I am really praying that this dealership can get their act together, fix my car, and at the very least, treat me like a human, with respect. What's worse is that I got this new car due to my last car being totaled when a drunk driver hit me head-on near the airport in Miami (could have killed me), so I am so extremely busy with doctor appointments every day and have surgery scheduled in a few weeks due to the injuries. Therefore, I am already stressed and in pain everyday, but on top of it all, I am spending numerous hours going back and forth to this dealership and spending hours at the service department each time to fix the same exact issue with my car. I have spent nearly as much, if not MORE, time driving a loaner vehicle than I have had an opportunity to drive my actual new car. I am so disappointed and just want my car fixed properly, decent response time, kind communication and a level of concern for this situation right now. I don't believe that this is too much to ask from a great brand, as Maserati. Again, I am just hoping and praying that Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale can and will fix my car so it actually works, and that they can be kind, honest and respond back quickly. More than anything, I want to be treated with respect, which so far, this dealership has failed to do. I can't even get in touch with any top management except for the service department. I would really like and appreciate this dealership's upper management to contact me to address these issues, if they even care. Please wish me luck.

No transparency and not trustworthy in what they tell you. 1st visit for just a Maserati test drive I end up waiting 3 hrs for lease approval. After 3 hrs waiting they tell me the decision to be pending . Pending on what??? What facts could possibly change? Another customer went through the same thing waiting 3 hrs like me. Never experiencing such a long wait I emailed them next day that I was not interested anymore.2 days later they call me saying I have been approved for $899 with 4K down for financing and to come to pick up the Maserati right away. Surprised and excited I drive over 1 hr to get the deal. They changed the numbers from $899 to $1300 with 5k down at 16.9% interest rate 72 month offering a used 2014 Ghibli S Q4 over 19000 miles with damage at the rear bumper (what they will fix).I walked away disappointed and disgusted by their sales ethic. This is not what I expected from a high end dealership. Deeper investigation directly with Ally Bank in NY showed I never had been approved in the 1st place and decisions are immediate. Experiences made - you decide yourself!

I specifically decided to do business with Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale due to online review's I read on this site specifically about Hank Carpenter. I am very happy with my experience. The best part is when issues arose they worked through them with me and were reasonable, courteous and kept their word. Hank was amazing and I really appreciate his transparent honest approach which is rare in dealers these days. My favorite quality is when he doesn't know the answer to a question about a car he will just tell you he doesn't know, NO BS. I love that! Too often other dealers will give you incorrect information about Ferraris. Hank doesn't do that. Additionally the President (Garrett Hayim) even stopped by to Thank me for my business and reassure me on an issues which was promptly resolved. Overall great service! This is why I will continue doing business with Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale. Also for service I was concerned living in Miami Beach that it would be too far and I would be forced to use another company closer to me However this was a non-issue as they include a complimentary pick up and delivery with a reliable Ferrari tow company. Additionally while my car was in getting a 3M clear bra they went above and beyond to ensure it was done to the highest standard and Denio from Service would even text me photos of my car to let me know my baby was safe and sound and kept in doors the whole time! :) I highly recommend Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale for purchasing a new or servicing your current Prancing Horse.

We just got my new 2015 Ghibli and I am so happy with the car and the fact that we got it from Ferrari Maserati of Ft Lauderdale!!! Lanel Delgado was the man who helped us from beginning to delivery of the car and he was GREAT!! I highly recommend him. I took delivery of a Ferrari California and my sales person (hank) went the extra mile to make sure he went over the car with me, make sure I was informed, knowledgable of the detail of the car, and that I was 100% satisified. At the end of the day, he took all the time needed to ensure a pleasurable experience. What makes this remarkable was hank was not the actual sales person (I'm sure did not receive a commission) as I purchased the car from the ny store so he was just doing somebody in ny a favor . Anybody looking in s. Fl I highly recommend asking for hank.

I want to begin by saying that I have not purchased a car through a dealer for several years. I hated the entire process and opted to work via brokers. This has been my first purchase in 12 years directly from a dealer and honestly I don't think I will buy anywhere else again. I contacted the dealer online one evening and within minutes Lanel Delgado emailed me asking me a few questions and starting working on my deal. The next day we had agreed on all of the terms and 2 days later I had my car. Lanel was extremely helpful and professional and most of all down to earth. Not what I'd expect from a elite leveled automobile sales professional, but he was great. Tametha guided us through the entire finance portion and it was one of the fastest, easiest and most painless experiences I have had. I have never written a recommendation for a salesperson before but that is because I have never met one who cares more about the needs of his customer and making them his priority. As soon as we started talking I felt a very comfortable feeling. He is there for you without pressure and does everything he can to make a deal happen for you. After we decided to purchase our car we asked to be able to take it home the same day and Hank made it happen staying with us well beyond closing. I know this dealership must know that Hank Carpenter is an asset in every way from his professionalism and his caring for his customers and making them leave happy and content with their purchase. Hank was not only very friendly, but he was also very personable with me as well. I was in the dealership more to browse then anything else and Hank still managed to make me feel valued and seemed to generally appreciated talking with me. When I am more serious about purchasing a Ferrari or Maserati I wouldn't consider anybody else other then Hank Carpenter in Fort Lauderdale.

I recently purchased a car from FFL and my experience with Hank, the salesman, was terrific. Hank was very knowledgeable about the models I was considering and really helped me decide on the model that was the perfect fit for me. Hank helped me consider other factors that I had not originally considered, but proved to be very important, and that tells me he was more concerned about my satisfaction rather than selling the most expensive car he could. I do not think I would have been able to do this type of a purchase with any other sales person other than Hank. Hank was very honest and hard working. As I contemplate my retirement in a fews years, I recently began to look for my "retirement vehicle" to plan my purchase. I was dismayed to learn that Hank Carpenter had left Foreign Cars in Greensboro as I have known him, and dealt with him for years. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Hank is now working for "The Experience Auto Group" at Ft. Lauderdale Ferrari/Maserati. I was able to visit Hank at the dealership this weekend and found his usual kind and professional mannerisms to be as evident as ever. While my purchase my be a few years away, the decision will be easy where to make it happen.... with Hank in Ft. Lauderdale. Kudos to the management at Experience Group for allowing our visit and for recongnizing the quality when they hired Hank, job well done!!

I dealt with Rene Cotera. I'm from Okla. traded two cars for a 2005 430 Spider . I shipped my two cars, overnighted the titles and wired the money based on Rene's description of the Spider. When the car arrived it was as he described. The first time I lowered the top it was misaligned an did not function properly. I called Rene he had Boardwalk Ferrari come pick it up and fix it at no charge to me. I was more than satisfied. They are great people.

not honest people,charged over 800.00 dealers fee on a 6year old car.I missed this at closing.Was told car was completly inspected.This was not true.Had to bring the car back 3 times before they got some of it right.My sales person was a throwback to the used car salesmen of the fifties and sixties who enjoyed reputations akin to bank robbers and con artists

Great price. They could not get the contract done so they told me that they would deliver the car at my home. They did deliver the car on a truck. The salesman was scheduled to come to the house a 6PM to explain the car. He text at 8PM saying he was just leaving and would be over in 45 minutes. He text back at 830PM and was still at the dealership. We declined him explaining the car. They have not called to check on anything. Six figure car and just horrible experience
