Though I was already shopping for another car (14yr old vehicle on its last leg) I suddenly had to make quick decisions as my old car quit! Dave Mason greeted me on the Feldman lot, listened to 2 minutes of telling him why I was there and what I needed (budget big concern) and completely honed in on a perfect solution that was even better than the direction I was taking. He and the staff did all the work. I came in to sign the papers. I had previously educated myself on leasing so I was prepared with what's customary and what's negotiable. I DID NOT HAVE TO NEGOTIATE. It was a fair lease that he worked with the right vehicle and options to meet my budget and personal satisfaction in a vehicle. WAY TO GO DAVE! GOOD JOB!

All of my service has been excellent, even the young man who drove me home while my car was being service due to another recall by GM. I purchased new Michelin tires from them at 68,000 miles and have had to return to them because the tires wouldn't hold air. At 73,000 miles I have been back to them 4 times and the tires still don't hold air!! $1,000 up in smoke!

I went to this location to purchase a Chevy that I had found online.The purchase went well, but upon trying to switch the plates off my current vehicle, the salesman I was dealing with ran into an issue where he could not remove the old plate. He gave me a temporary plate and told me the service center would use an impact hammer to get the plate off my old car the following business day. I transferred the insurance to the car I purchased as requested, and returned the next day.Upon my return, I picked up the keys and the plate and went to find my old car parked somewhere on the lot. I found it with both front windows rolled down, unfortunately after a thunderstorm had passed through the previous night frying all of the electrical components. I was shocked, to say the least, as this was not the condition I had left my vehicle in when I entrusted it in your care.This spiraled into a huge argument with the manager of the used cars department that seemed to think this was not their fault. Unfortunately, to my knowledge my vehicle was no relative of Christine, and therefore probably did not have the capacity to roll the windows down on its own. Your manager then tried to dismiss the issue by suggesting I file an insurance claim (after I had transferred insurance and it was no longer covered). You finally agreed to purchase my old vehicle for $1200 to avoid the scene I was creating in your lobby. I know I could have gotten more than that on the private market, but whatever. I left somewhat appeased but still incredulous at what had just happened. The amount of ineptitude was worthy of a Seinfeld episode.6 months later, I have had nothing but problems with the Chevy I was sold. The car stalls out at a stop light and I lose all forward drive. Had I taken this to a less reputable mechanic, I would have had to pay for the transmission to be rebuilt ($2500), luckily he was able to tow it back to his shop and replace a hose which had snapped. Maybe you guys had no idea this was a lemon. In fact, given my previous experience when purchasing, I am pretty confident you had no idea, and are just incompetent and clueless in every aspect of car sales and car maintenance. Maybe your guys missed their callings as circus clowns and decided to go into auto sales. I have no idea. Regardless, I don't think I will ever purchase another vehicle at a Feldman dealership ever again.

Watch out for the Sales team, they play with hidden addon fees. My lease was up and I came in a month early to check out new vehicles so I can decide when the time comes to turn in mine. The sales guy said we can pay your last payment on your lease if you want to get in something today. I asked for a 3 year lease but yet they would only offer me a 24 month lease on a Colorado The monthy price seemed high and I asked is this your rock bottom lease price with no add-ons and they said yes. I was there for 5 hours waiting to sign my new lease and I said I would just come back on Monday so the sales guys came out and said we can just get your paperwork signed and the finiacial officer will email you your copies so I said great. He rushed through the signing and I asked what all these extra charges were and he said they were just lease charges. Later that week I emailed and called multiple times but no paperwork from my sales guy so finally a week later I got a hold of the sales manager and he sent me the paperwork. As I'm going through the paperwork I see several charges abbrievated but no explaination. I finally got some answers from the sales manager on what these were. First they roled over my last month lease into my new one but they said they would pay it. Second they sold me a 36 month oil change service but I'm only leased the car for 24 months. Then I find out they also sold me an extended warrenty but again I'm only leasing the care for 24 months, well inside the factory warranty. No one expained these extra add-ons they sold me when I bought it and I'm told that the deal is final and there is nothing they can do.Crooked sales team!

I have never bought a Chevy vehicle.. I didn't want ANY vehicle.. But my old vehicle was saying otherwise.. These men are the BEST at what they do.. I am rebuilding credit and they promised I would leave with a Vehicle that day!!!! I DiD.. Rick FiRU and Joe LUSTY GOT ME EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED!! The salesman lied to us about the 3 day buy back gurranty. He told us that the starting day is the day when we pick up the car. Since the car we are interesting to lease is no at the dealership, we signed the lease think to use the three day buy back. When we went to dealership to return the car (we saw a few issues with this new car) and we were told that the starting day for the three day buy back was the day we signed the lease which was more than 3 days ago!! is it legal to do it-lie to the customer!

My first experience with your dealership was when I had my car towed into your service department after I thought the engine blew up. It turned out the oil plug fell out and sent me to the side of the Xway. Your service personnel were very helpful and earned my respect for recovering my broken car. So when I decided I was going to upgrade to a new car I made a point to stop at your dealership. The salesman was again very informative and put a great deal together for me! Going to Florida for the winter so wanted oil change and detailing. Greeted by very pleasant young lady. On previous oil change, told next time to check air and cabin filters, they did and said they were spotless. Impressive. It would have been so easy to just swap them out to churn income- they didn't! Detailing was fabulous. Car was waiting for me indoors. Love this dealership!

I adore Mr. Rick Baldwin he was laid back, very personable and I felt completely at ease during and after the transaction. He worked very hard to give me the best deal he could and made me feel right at home at the Feldman dealership in New Hudson. The only thing that was of a little concern was that after he told me what my payment would be I was taken to the lease manager Casey and there was another $10 monthly fee to cover me if there was any damage to the car, I think? It was a surprise fee and even though it was only ten bucks a month to some that may not be a problem but to someone who is retired and on a fixed income I have a strict budget and would have liked ALL the fees given to me at the beginning so I could have made a decision based on the bottom line monthly payment. I love my Equinox it is wonderful so far. It feels substantial and handles beautifully and I love sitting up higher in the seat and ohhhhhhh love the heated seats and remote start option during Michigan winters. I belong to a General Motors family my Grandfather was a head of the people who made the models out of wood, way back when. And my Father was a supervisor at Willow Run and I myself worked for GM for seven years at the Argonaut Building in downtown Detroit starting when I was just a girl of 19. I have always owned a general motors product and never had any trouble with any of them. Smiles PS I visited Feldman's dealership not for the options below but because the sales manager there sent me a card in the mail and it sounded like a pretty good deal.

Overall the experience ended on a positive note. There was a mistake in paperwork that added some extra time to the transaction, however management was quick to fix the issue and regain my confidence in the dealership. My salesman had great product knowledge and was able to answer any questions I had, and overall I am satisfied with my decision to lease a car through Feldman Auto.

I phoned for an appointment for an oil change and was able to schedule at my convenience. When I arrived a service tech was ready to get started and asked me questions as to whether there were any concerns other than getting an oil change. They were genuinely eager to make certain they exceeded my expectations, including whether I would like a free car wash. I waited comfortably in the customer lounge and enjoyed a cup of coffee while they serviced the car. The oil change was done in no time and I was off in a clean car. This dealership looks and feels like a successful business exceeding customer expectations. It is clean, organized, and well staffed with courteous, professional, efficient, and enthusiastic cheerful people. It is a "feel good feeling" to be in this dealership. Well done Feldman!

Feldman came thru in a huge way!! Was packing for a two week camping trip that began on a Monday with no chance of altering the reservation at a National Park. Noticed a puddle in my driveway. Checked it out and found a leaking crimp fitting on a trans cooler line that would for sure have to be replaced in order drive any distance. I recently purchased a car from Feldman, and had a sales person by the name of Ian Seaford help me chose the right vehicle for me. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions! It can be very difficult at times when you are purchasing a car from a dealership. I was greeted by Ian, and he did not make me feel like all he wanted to do is get me into a car. He was very professional, and actually made me feel comfortable. We talked, and he showed me several cars. I liked the Mazda6 that he showed me. We went for a test drive, and I knew this was the car for me. If you need a car, and are in the Milford area, stop by and see Ian Seaford. Great guy, and down to earth. Not pushy, not abrassive and just overall a nice guy! He even bought me lunch! I have bought several cars, and I have to say, Ian is the first guy that made me feel like I was a friend of his. They bent over backwards to get me into my Cruze, and I'm not in the least bit unhappy with it or them. Not only were the people pleasant, but the work was done right. Having had some difficulties with a prior Chevrolet dealer regarding what my husband and I thought was a huge issue (work not completed by one of workers, which could have caused us to lose our motor) when we reached out to mid management and than upper management, we received the same lazidazicle attitude, that these things happen and GM would have covered the cost of a new motor. We were shocked to say the least. So we were very leery when taking our vehicle to the next dealer. We were so very happy with the people and service at Liberty Chevrolet, our concerns are gone! If every asked about where to take a vehicle for service I will immediately suggest your name. Thank you !!!

I only had a limited time frame the day I bought my vehicle. Ryan got me in and out as soon as possible. It was the shortest time I've had to spend at any dealership when leasing a vehicle. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the Silverado I leased. He ran me through all the amazing new features the vehicle had to offer. I live in Clarkston so it is not a short trip to Feldman Chevrolet. Attempted to purchase a new alternator belt and was provided with a part number to a something that was never even an option for the vehicle. I explained to the rep exactly what I needed and offered to show him the current belt under the hood. He didn't listen and declined to walk outside with me. After researching the part number at home when the price didn't seem right, I called the parts department to try and obtain the correct part or part number. I spent the majority of 22 minutes on hold, spoke with multiple reps who were insanely rude, and never obtained a single piece of information on what belt to order. I was provided with excuses such as "Well it would help if we had the vehicle here" and "Most of the guys here have never seen a vehicle this old." I had already brought the vehicle there when I initially tried to order the part and it's only an '84. I brought it to a certified service center for a reason, this place is a joke and felt no remorse for wasting my time and treating me like garbage.

I was greeted immediately as I pulled into the service bay. Very pleasant young man(forgot his name).He knew who I was. He obviously payed attention to which customers he had coming in. He asked a few questions - gave a suggestion for tire rotation, as he wrote up my service ticket. I felt informed and not pushed for services. I appreciate that type of service. I expected to wait just about an hour. Pleasantly surprised that it took less than 30 minutes. Easy appt. good service.

Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Our salesman Matt went to another dealership to get the color we wanted. The financial guy gave us a visual view of the process on his computer which helped us in making our decision. The part we liked the most is that they listened to us and there was no high pressure sales tactics to buy a car. I have been using Liberty Chevy since I purchased my car 2 years ago. After purchasing my 2013 Impala from Anthony Whiteman who worked to get me the best deal possible, I moved out of state. Whenever I am back in state I am sure to get service done at Liberty. Anthony will see me and spark up conversation which is always a plus when entering a dealer and seeing a friendly face who wants to catch up and not sell you another car. As usual everything was done in a timely and courteous manner, however it seemed you were short of staff when arriving. I was able to use one of my coupons which helped on the cost and my car was washed when ready. The new stations used to write up orders are awkward compared to the old stations where you could sit down and wait in the adjoining waiting room and watch TV. Walking through the approach area for seating seemed a bit unsafe with cars coming in or possible wet cement with bad weather. All in all my experiences with Liberty have been good ones and will continue to recommend and patronage your dealership.

I have been a service customer of Liberty Chevrolet since January 2006. My 2006 Impala has 265,000 miles on it, and with the exception of new tires, all my service is performed there. The service manager, Tom Bennett has made me feel like family every time I take my car in, and the majority of the service is routine maintenance. On this visit, my car alarm was sporadically going off. The problem was traced to a faulty hood latch. The problem was remedied and I was on my way in less than 90 minutes. I will continue to service my car at Liberty (now Feldman Automotive Group). I drive past 6 other Chevy dealers and numerous GM dealers to have my car serviced. Tom and his staff make it worth the drive.

The service is spectacular. Tony Whiteman and Ryan just take care of us with cars like they know exactly what we want, when we walk into the Liberty Dealership. I love the deals offered by Liberty, and I particularly LOVE my latest car. The Equinox is the best car I've driven in a long time. I've owned Corvettes, small and very large Chevrolet SUV's, the Malibu, large Chevrolet vans, and everything GM in between. My Equinox is comfortable, it has the kind of safety features that are very much appreciated by me, and Tony Whiteman created a wonderful deal for us. We brought in a damaged lease car with insurance complications, but that was no problem for Liberty. The collision shop worked with us to resolve the problem. I love working with the people at Liberty Chevrolet. Tony, Ryan, Bill (collision), and Matt (collision)are simply a pleasure to work with, because they are wonderfully able to take care of all of our car needs. Everyone is so experienced, so easy to interface with, so helpful and friendly, and so amazing. When I come to Liberty Chevrolet, I feel like I'm home. I told the salesman I had an appointment in Detroit at 10 and needed the car back by 9:15. I'm still in the waiting room and it's after 9:30. Your service tech was very accommodating but almost 2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I won't be back!!

I bought my Malibu in 2009 and have all my oil changes, tire rotations, etc., done there. Liberty has always taken care of me, and I will always be loyal to them. Every time I see my sales rep that sold me my car, Matt Sayye, who I always tell him he reminds me of my son, he greets me like I'm a member of his family. Recently, I had a fender bender (not my fault!), and I had the body work done at Liberty, of course. They kept true to their word when my car would be ready and, along with Allstate, made sure I was well taken care of. I totally would recommend Liberty to anyone! i was in the service department twice -working with Andy and having Mike Rogers work on 2 of my cars.The first visit was unexpected as I had damaged done to my grand am at discount tire. Mike and Andy jumped right in to help me figure out what damage was done and patiently help me figure out what repairs needed to be done to correct the car and have it driveable again. Mike took photos w his phone of the damage rotary arms that were bent and explained what needed to be done. Andy worked w Discount tires insurance claims to expedite work on the car. Everything on Liberty Chev service dept was handled exceptionally. On my second visit= I had Andy and Mike ck out some problems I was having w my tracker. andy located several area that needed work and we negotiated the prime ones to be handled first in a time and cost efficient way for me. I am a senior and appreciated how they explained what needed to be done and their importance.I did pay for the inspection of 2 items I could not afford to have done at that time - and hopefully when I get funds together - what I paid for inspecting will be applied to the work when I bring it in and not be charged again.I appreciate the efficiency, expertise, friendly people skills that both Andy and Mike have mastered. They are my go to guys to work on my car. These 2 people are the reasons I come back to Liberty Chevrolet service dept.

Our salesperson said it is ok to bring my black equinox in for a complimentary car wash. My suggestion is that service dept. Continue the same professional courtesy. Sometimes I feel like I am an intrusion to there dept for this appreciated service.I feel a clean car positively represents the vehicle and GM. When he stated that their finance dept. could obtain approvals for those with a not so great credit score. I was all ears. He made the process easy. I find that the employees at the dealership are knowledgeable and courteous. I find that they speak to me equally respectfully regardless of whether we are discussing technical aspects of the car, colors, or financing despite the fact that I am female. It shouldn't matter that I am a female and it doesn't at Liberty.Facilities are in the midst of being upgraded, so I don't feel it appropriate to grade them.I was in the unfortunate situation where, due to an accident, Liberty was having to report to AAA on the state of my car. Liberty did the estimate and report very quickly. Unfortunately, the outcome was a total loss car. This led to a new purchase which was handled very quickly and allowed me to take advantage of rebates. I loved my first Cruze: it was better than it was supposed to be. I am loving my 2nd Cruze as well.

My most recent service experience at Liberty was as usual, excellent! Rob Bair, Service Advisor, sets the bar high...his professionalism, courtesy and customer focus is outstanding! He reviews the past service record, recommends needed maintenance and service items, based on mileage and/or time and accurately estimates the associated costs, in a straight-forward manner. And, he never pushes too hard. In addition he always checks to ensure all recall campaigns and TSB's have been performed on my 2013 Chevrolet Traverse. In short, in a world where confidence in traditional vehicel service departments is not espepcially high out fo fear of unnecessary work and high costs, I trust Rob completely with my vehicel service needs! He's the chief reason we keep coming back to Liberty for our Chevrolet vehicle service needs!

Only problem I had was with the manufacture, vehicle only had 59000 miles on it, even though the 5 yr time frame had barely expired, I thought in lieu of all the GM vehicles we have purchased over the years, that they would have at least picked up some of the cost. Purchased a used vehicle, part of the sale agreement was to repair some dents and scratches. It has taken 2 months to get this resolved. Their sales team and managment does nothing but lie and make empty promises. They have had my vehicle in their shop for half the time ive owned it. Multiple unreturned phone calls and waisted time driving over an hour back and forth to attempt to resolve the issues. Stay away from this place at all costs. Not to metlntion all the financing was screwed up, we where told our payment was due for a month but the finace company said otherwise, payment info was totally different than what the dealer told us. Horrible experience!

Just bought a 2015 Malibu Lt1 from Liberty Chevrolet last week. Their price was extremely competitive and the salesman Bruce Mcfaul was very friendly and cordial; and took the time to introduce the cars' many gadgets to me. He let me use a dealer plate because my proof of insurance was unobtainable on Saturday. He also provided, and clearly explained; the necessary information on warranty and maintenance. This is the second vehicle purchase I have made with Liberty, and would be very inclined to buy any future vehicles from them, and have strongly recommended them to family and friends.

I recently leased a Chevy Cruze LT from Liberty Chevrolet in New Hudson and couldn't be happier, not only with the automobile, but also with the level of service that I received from the sales staff. When I arrived I was helped immediately by the receptionist, and although I did not have an appointment, a salesman was with me within three minutes. Mike G was my primary salesman during this transaction. Although he stated that it was his first week, he did an excellent job and helped me through the whole process. I would also like to take note of Savonte, whom I presume is a seasoned salesperson at Liberty. Savonte also lent his assistance to Mike during my first visit. Savonte was very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. A salesman among salesman. They inquired as to what I was looking for and my price range and worked together to show me a few options. Ultimately, my choice was narrowed down to the Dodge Dart and the Cruze. While, I liked the Cruze more, my friend at Dodge was offering a better price. In the end, Mike G worked with his manager and the finance people to match Dodge's price spot on. So, needless to say, I got a better car, at the same price and exceptional service. I would recommend Liberty Chevrolet to family and friends. They have gained my trust and business for when the time comes to get a new vehicle!

Short review: They turned an absolutely horrible experience (from a different dealership) into a truly positive one. Their Sales Staff is incredible! Long review: I found a 2014 1LT that had everything that I wanted, color, options, etc. I went to "dealer No1) during my lunch to discuss the vehicle with a Salesman. During the time I was there he took me to a vehicle I didnt want and explained to me that this WAS the vehicle I wanted. He proceeded to take me back inside where he took a phone call and sat on the phone with someone for about 15 minutes. He finally took my information and I told him that I would be back at 5:15 to discuss price and monthly payments prior to purchasing any vehicle. He was adamant about bringing in a vehicle from some alternate location so I explained to him again that I need to see final cost and monthly payments prior to making any decision to purchase a vehicle. I explained to him several times that I was on a specific budget. Regardless, when I came back in he was with a customer and asked me to wait in the waiting room. I asked if the numbers were finished and he indicated that, yes and someone will be out to speak with me momentarily. He also explained that he was having my car brought in at that very moment to which again I replied that I just need to see the numbers. I waited there for just over a half an hour. He came in to speak with me and told me that the guys would be over to speak with me in a few minutes. Another half an hour went by during which I received several calls from my wife asking me where I was and when I was coming home. Several times during that half hour I went out to the lot to walk around. During the last time I was sitting in my car and the Salesman sent me a text telling me that the Finance people wanted to speak with me. When I came in the Salesman asked me to wait in the waiting room again and I sat there another half an hour. This time I just got up and left. I called Dealer No2, and spoke with them that evening about what had happened. I went to their dealership and they processed my application, located my vehicle and sold it to me all within a few hours. I was out the door with paperwork in hand. They had told me that the vehicle was located at Liberty Chevrolet so I indicated that I wanted to see the vehicle and that I would drive out there in the next few days because they told me that I had to wait until the key was changed before taking possession. During the next few days the vehicle was sold to another individual, keyed up, and driven off of the lot. When I called Liberty they told me that they didnt have the vehicle and I needed to speak with Dealer No2 regarding this issue. When I did, he basically blew off the issue and he told me that it was no big deal because he retained an identical vehicle on his lot which was just waiting for the warranty key work to be done on it. Now, in saying that there were several lies uncovered at one time. 1-the key issue, 2-the vehicle sitting on his lot, and 3-the fact that they added/changed the price I had negotiated with them on the order (I didnt catch this at the time of the sale because it wasnt shown to methe really long form that gets signed at the end. The Finance individual had that part rolled over his desk and was only pointing me to where I was to sign and then he folded up the paper and put it in the pack). So now, as I was asked to, I called back to Liberty to explain what happened and they told me that they could get me the correct vehicle for the same price and they would make it all work. They did, in fact, make everything work...the numbers, the vehicle, the keys, everything. I am quite satisfied with how they handled the entire situation. If you want to be treated with respect and you want a fair deal...go to Liberty Chevrolet and speak with Matt (or their other Sales staff).

I went to Liberty Chevrolet for a couple of minor warranty repairs on my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. There were no questions and they just began getting to work. There was one repair that was not technically covered but they kindly repaired the seat under the Chevrolet Customer relations program (I believe that was the name) and provided good advice on how to avoid the situation happening again. In September 2013, I went looking for a used vehicle for my growing family. The little Ford Escape just did not cut it with the 2 car seats and everything else the family needs to move around any more. I met with Dustin Burnett, explained to him what I was looking for and he had the perfect vehicle for me. Knowing I was not making a decision without the wifes approval (as it would be her daily driver) He did not push to make a sale. I brought my wife and kids in the next day, showed her the vehicle, let the kids romp around in it for a few and still took another couple of days to make the decision. We loved the car, it worked with our budget (Dustin knew what we had to work with, didn't try to push us into a car we could not afford!) and we went through with the sale. Dustin even kept an eye on the kids while we signed the paperwork. Working with Dustin was such a great experience, I am a Jeep guy myself, working with the same Jeep dealership for over 10 years. I actually went back to Dustin 5 months later to purchase a used Jeep from him instead of the dealership I was loyal to. I would highly recommend using Liberty Chevrolet to anyone, the experience there was outstanding. More importantly, I will make sure to purchase any future vehicles from Dustin, he understood my needs and the needs of my family and was able to take great care in making sure we were happy!

I checked out the dealer on Saturday and knew what car to buy,, I really appreciate the General Manager Kristin, Sales Manager Sam, Assistant Call center rep, Sales person Alan and his partner Dustin, as soon as I walked in I felt home . This is the most professional and the the best Car dealership Librety Chevorlet in New Hudson Michigan, you will always be happy, the truth is in the management at this location, as at first when I found out the company was the same as the Feldman Chevrolet in Novi Mi was skeptical because that Feldman Chevrolet in Novi Mi has the worst manager and I thought he was a joke and a year ago I said I will never go there or any of there other dealerships but luckily I was open minded and realized even though it's owned buy the same company it did not mean all location are the Same. So I highly recommend Sales Person Steve, Alan, if you love the can and can't make a deal with the sales person then ask for the SAles manager Sam to make a deal either way you will always leave the New Hudson Librety with a huge smile. Although it was literally an ALL DAY experience, I am so glad that the outcome really expressed their diligence with helping me. The only thing I must note is that it seems like my car may have a few bugs (it burns through gas and it seems like it stalls a bit when I accelerate)..I'm not sure about that- I wish that they had a bigger inventory of the car that I wanted to choose from. I also went there based on their inventory stated on their website as early as the morning while we were driving there- but when we arrived none of the cars I wanted (based on their stated inventory) were available. - but overall... I'm happy with my experience.

I saw a vehicle I was interested in and the price was crossed out and said request an e price. I did that and was sent a response that said this vehicle had been sold, but here is a list of similar vehicles. I responded to the sales lady (Judy) and asked if they get another vehicle liked the one I was interested in to let me know because I would be purchasing within a two week time frame. She responded with they had my original requested vehicle in, however now the vehicle is a different price from when I first asked for the e price or saw it on the internet.

I took my truck here to get accident damage taken care of. They fixed the original dent but damaged another part of my vehicle. When I confronted them they passed me to a manager that was no help and told me I was attempting to con him. I was horribly treated and it took well over a week to even get a call back about anything. I would not go to this half rate shop. There are plenty of other qualified shops in the area.

If you do not have a way to get to the dealership, Brian will scheduled for a driver to pick you up. I know this because he did for me and I live Detroit East so don't be intimidated by the distant of the dealer. I received a good deal on a very nice car 2010 Hyundai Sonata, and I don't have the best of credit. While on the road to Liberty I called and left a message (Tony was not in, yet) that I was coming and would be there about 10am. I asked that, if the car was not available any longer, he call me so I would not waste my time. He never called. When I got there he looked for the car and said, Oh, I guess they sold it lat night. Pretty inconsiderate if you ask me. I took off work and drove a total of 5 hours for nothing! His emails to me have been "canned" emails and he even sent one using the sales manager's name. I'm guessing it was a bait and switch or maybe just a scam and there never was the car.

I bought a used car from Liberty Chevrolet and everything was easy. The service is outstanding, the staff professional and fast. They picked me up from Detroit Airport (thanks to Mike), they offered me the right warranty-package (thanks to Greg) and the whole people in the background (cleaning and preparing the car, including a full tank of gas; getting the paperwork done) worked quick end effective. A special thanks goes to Tony, who made a terrific job to make buying a car via internet as easy as it could be.

I had a fantastic expierence at Liberty Chevrolet, after about ten minutes of browsing we were approached by a salesmen. I felt very comfortable because we werent rushed and were given time on our own to look around. Jon was very helpful and was happy to take me through all the steps and explain everything as we went. This was my first lease and Jon certainly took the time to give me extra attention. Jon and his staff was very inviting and work really hard with us to reach a number that worked. I will most certainly be returning to this dealer and Jon for further vehicles and will be recommeding him to friends and family.

I had viewed the add put out by Liberty Chevrolet and wanted to purchase the truck they had advertised. When I had talked to them to find out the price of the truck all together, (including tax and other fees) they told me a completely different number than what they had advertised. I then looked and they had changed the advertisement. When i spoke with them again they had said they wouldn't sell it to me for what they had previously offered, instead they offered a price $3,000 more than the new advertisement.

Our salesman, Tony, was fantastic. He and several other staff members stayed long after regular business hours to complete our sale and make sure we left confident in our purchase. We test drove multiple vehicles and he was able to answer any question we had. The staff was also great about handling our trade-in, which was titled out of state. We were given a much higher trade-in value than we were expecting. We would absolutely recommend Liberty, especially Tony, and other members of our family have had great experiences as well.

I purchased a new Sliverado this past Saturday. (March 17th) The dealership was extremely busy. But, it was "all hands on deck". After initially having a "rookie" salesman who was overwhelmed with the workload of the day, he unselfishly passed me onto someone else (gregg moore) who took care of my needs with aplumb. I had come in during the mid afternoon not realizing that they would normally be done by 4PM. The financial person, one manager, another person and Gregg stayed until 7:20PM to make sure I was taken care of and the sale was finalized. I was so impressed. My questions were answered honestly (you can determine this with careful observation) and fully. The vehicle I purchased had been a "demo" with several "after market" upgrades that put it a little out of my price range. They worked with me on the price and allayed any fears I might have regarding this vehicle. I came out with a wonderful deal. Liberty will be my "dealership" for life!

Jon met us on Saturday while we were sitting inside a New 45th Anniversary Camaro. He said he would help us find the exact car we were looking for. After he allowed us to test drive a New Camaro, by the time we returned in a Red Camaro he found us a 2012 Camaro RS Black on Black and said it would be ready by Monday morning. We gave him a deposit. The best thing that Jon said to us was "What will it take for Me to earn Your Business". That was the best thing any New Car Salesman ever said to me. This is my 5th New Car purchase and my 1st Chevy purchase. I never ever heard any salesman say that to me. My husband and I were so impressed with Jon and all his attention to detail. The rest of the night and all day Sunday, all we could talk about was how comfortable we felt with this purchase and how professional Jon was. On Monday we went to see the New Camaro, Jon said they would prep the car to our exact specifications. We found a few brush scratches on it, he immediately said they would buff out all the imperfections in the paint. He wanted us to be happy with the vehicle. Since it was so cold outside, he advised that we inspect the car in the dealership garage. He went over all the options, opened the hood and truck, showed me all of the new technology in the Camaro. We are so very happy with all the attention to detail that Jon put forth on our new purchase. He changed the Oil, the Transmission Fluid, Clear Coated, Scotch Guarded the interior and will go over the Blue Tooth Technology tomorrow when we pick up the car. This is the third vehicle which we have either leased or purchased from Liberty Chevrolet. I can truly say that working with them is very simple. For our past two vehicles, my wife has had some exact specifications that she wanted. Mark Moody has gone out of his way to find exactly what she wanted and Liberty Chevrolet has done whatever was needed to obtain that vehicle for us (including going to another state to get it). They have never pressured us to purchase a vehicle - they seem to know that it is a large decision and are there to help rather than make a sale. In addition, they have come to the house to pick her and the vehicle up for service appointments. Their service department is great and they have worked with us on more than one occasion to get something done on short notice.

I recently purchased a 2012 Equinox at Liberty Chevrolet. I shopped around at other dealerships and found that I received much better customer service at Liberty. I had visited them several times, uncertain as to which model to purchase. My salesperson, Tom Bagwell did not use high pressure sales tactics and was very patient. He understood that this was a big purchase and that I needed to do my homework in order to feel comfortable with my decision. Tom was attentive to my every need which made for a positive car shopping experience.

Cheryl treated me very professionally from the moment I entered the showroom. She met me at the door, and listened carefully to understand my needs. She acted quickly to match me to the right vehicle for me. During the transaction, Cheryl returned my phone calls promptly and kept me informed of the various steps of the sales process as they were completed. Since the sale was completed, Cheryl has called me on at least two occassions to meke sure I am completely satisfied. Cheryl is an asset to the Chevrolet team. If all of her customers receive the same attention as I have received, she will be a key piece of GM's resurgence in the U.S. market.

The folks at the Liberty Chevrolet service department go out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and courteous. They've been efficient at fixing any problem I have come in with, and their prices are very reasonable. I have confidence that I can bring all my vehicles there, even if they're not Chevrolets, and get good, reliable service.

I think this dealership provides outstanding customer service. I got a next-day appointment and was able to drop the car off the night before. The technician called me in the morning to tell me what was wrong (warranty work) and that it had been completed. When I went to pick up the car, I was greeted immediately and a new gentleman (I forget his name) was very pleasant and walked me to the cashier to check out. The car porter was friendly as well, and apologized for not cleaning the car better, but he did not want me to wait too long. I think that would be my only negative comment. I think they should wash the care immediately after the car has been repaired. Each time I have picked up my car, I have had to wait 10-15 minutes just to get the car cleaned...but I am happy they clean it.

Just purchased a new Equinox at Liberty Chevrolet. My husband and I shopped around at several different dealerships before deciding to buy. Received the best customer service at Liberty. Tom Bagwell our salesperson was great to work with - no high pressure sales here. We took our time and visited the showroom several times before making our purchase. Tom was patient with us as well as knowledgable. We appreciated all his time and efforts.

It's nice going to a dealership and not feeling like your getting the short end of the deal! These are real, honest people, and you get what you want, no pressure. Go buy a car, you won't be disappointed. Very friendly staff not overbearing! Joe Klenk was a great salesman, and won't sell you a crappy car that is disguised as nearly new, you'll get a nice dependable care. This dealership gives a person what they deserve when car shopping, the opportunity to get something they love and can afford!

Mark Moody, very nice and over and above what you would think a sales agent will do for you. Went out of his way helping set up extra work performed on my new Camaro more than once. I'm sure I will be back to buy my next car from this dealership for one reason Mark Moody makes the buying experience a Great experience. I do want to add that his co-workers are very pleasant to interact with very professional. Body shop gets a plus rating from me and also back in the shop they do a great job on service very professional you would think you are at a Indy pit stop those guys are good, they go over everything. And you get your car back spotless to me that's a double plus! Like I say I'm very happy and also glad this dealership is close to my home. Again Thanks To Mark Moody and all his co workers... I purchased a 2011 Malibu from Liberty Chevrolet on June 23. Between 400 and 900 miles on the vehicle I had four instances of steering wheel vibration. The intensity and duration of the vibration increased each time. I took the car to Liberty Chevrolet Service on July 11. Approximately two hours after checking my car in for service, the service person told me there was nothing wrong with my car. I told him there was indeed something wrong with the car. He told me I was probably just feeling the vibration from Michigan's rough roads. I explained that the Oldsmobile Alero the Malibu replaced had 259,235 miles on it, this was not normal and was certainly not rough roads. He insisted there was nothing wrong with the car. I asked to speak to his supervisor who then instructed the young man to have another technician look at the car. After another two hour wait, I was again told here was nothing wrong with the car. I insisted that was indeed something wrong, explained that I did not feel safe driving a car that clearly had something wrong with the steering, and even asked the young man if I was his grandmother would he tell me the car was perfectly safe. He said yes and gave me my keys. I drove around to the sales area, confronted my salesman with the problem. He talked to someone, came back and told me the car was perfectly safe, there was nothing wrong with it and if I had further problems I should just call on star for a tow. I reluctantly left and approximately 250 miles later the steering wheel started pulling violently to the left. I was on the west side of the state. I had the car towed to Meyer Chevrolet in New Era, MI They gave me a loaner vehicle, contacted GM, and discovered that GM was having problems with the motor that controlled the steering on this car and that the motor should be replaced. I believe that the time Meyer Chevrolet spent contacting GM represented a fraction of the time Liberty Chevrolet spent telling me there was nothing wrong with my car. Meyer Chevrolet, a small town car dealer, understood the concept of customer service and went the extra mile to make inquiries about possible problems with this new vehicle. Liberty did not. I will not be returning to Liberty for service. I will go to Meyer when I am on that side of the state.I have heard that GM has recently recalled thousands of these Malibus for the problem I was having.

A special had actually brought me into the dealership. However, as soon as I walked in it seemed as if that deal was off the table. They were not able to meet any specifications THEY advertised and quoted me a whopping $2500 to have A/C dealer-installed. While they were friendly, I walked out feeling as if they were trying to screw me over.

My boyfriend and I stopped in at Liberty Chevrolet and Mike Seacord helped us narrow down what we really want in a vehicle. He was very efficient and informative. Even though we did not purchase a vehicle on that day we plan on coming back purchasing one in the near future and we look forward to having Mike Seacord help us out. I wish all salesmen put thier heart into their job as much as Mike does.

We had a wonderful experience buying our car from Liberty Chevrolet. I contact Liberty Chevrolet through email initially; I did all my initial shopping around for which vehicle to buy for my dad through the website, and emailing my questions to the sales personal Mike Jones. Mike was very patient and I never got any impression of him trying to push me a car. I told him what I was thinking and he was very helpful and willingly providing me with details on the vehicles and prices. When I first arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a friendly lady at the front. This is one of the nicest things I like to see more of in dealerships. Lot of times when you show up you usually see some pushy salesman or sometimes if your unlucky the salesman are busy, you are stuck looking around with no one helping you till when someone finally becomes available. But with the lady at the front greeting you, you immediately feel like you are being serviced After my initial visit and figured out what models I want my dad to test drive, we scheduled another appointment on the weekend. (Just a side note, their hours of operation is very friendly, they have 2 days a week they are open very late 9pm, great for us who work during the day, and they are open on Saturday 10am to 4pm)My dad was very happy with the service at the dealership, too. He commented on how it seems much relaxed; he doesnt feel like he's been pressured to buy. While my family (of 5) was waiting for them to prep the second car to test drive, another very nice gentleman came by and asked if anyone want something to drink and later I realized he was the manager. It is just great to see even being busy as he is; he was very nice and kind to take a moment to greet and offer us something to drink. Bottom line, we got a GREAT deal for a very nice vehicle which my dad loves and just awesome service from everyone at the dealership. From the always smiling greeting lady, to our sales personal Mike Jones and to the wonderful manager who both my wife and cousin said was just the nicest person they have ever met. This place has a nice feel, its friendly and for sure my family will come back here in the future.
