Had the pleasure of working with Terrance Sutherland who helped us purchase the perfect vehicle for our family. After a wreck totaled my daily driver, we were left with one vehicle between my husband and I to get to work, school, and appointments for our 2 kids, so purchasing a new, dependable vehicle as quickly as possible was top priority. I live near Memphis, have family in the Evansville/Henderson area, and just picked up a custom-ordered 2017 Durango Citadel. I literally could not be happier with not only the vehicle but with my salesman, Kyle Watkins, and everyone else I encountered there. New car dealers around my home are just horrible. With that in mind I approached Expressway armed for battle. I was pretty direct "no BS!" and that's what I got - a great price right off the bat and no games. I had my son-in-law do a detailed inspection of the truck when it arrived and he found a couple of nitpicky things. When I called Kyle to have them addressed he got right on it. No excuses. Thanksgiving day I found one more little thing and it was taken care of immediately. When I picked it up I was in and out of there in an hour and a half. "Highly recommended" just doesn't really cut it. I'd give them 6-stars if I could.

While we are not lifetime Evansville residents, we have been here ten years and have consistently visited this dealership with huge success. When I go into the parts department, they are honest and helpful. The few times there were service related appointments, the repairs were not only made, but are still working today. The service department did a fine job. Since this was a recall issue, there was not a charge. It did take a long time to get the part in from the manufacturer, but the service department did a good job once they had the part needed. Brian Dillan is very helpful.

Back right tire getting low tire pressure had to air up 3 times already. Right muffler exhaust on bumper there are deep scratches looks like someone hit something. Noticed this about two weeks after purchase when I dropped my wallet and bent down to pick up. We were not made aware that the vehicle had been involved in an accident. The damaged area is located in spot not visible standing up so we did not see it while looking over car at time of purchase. Also primary key battery was low went in to get new battery and covienently dealership didn't have battery and took 20 min just to get salesmen to come up and help us.

Everyone I cam in contact with was very friendly. I am satisfied with the service and price. The only reason I did not rate 5 starts is the length of time during negotiations. I feel I got a fair price. After about 1,000 miles and a little less than a month, I had an issue with the brakes (squeaking) and rear speakers. I made a service appointment and both issues were resolved without hassle or cost. I was very pleased with the service department in terms of efficiency, helpfulness, and friendliness. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

My vehicle was purchased with no warranty and there were a few problem but they worked with me and fixed some for free and the rest they paid half of the bill to fix them. I was very satisfied with them and will go back when I need another vehicle.

We just bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership and to say we are disappointed is an understatement. We got home and were not happy with the vehicle and I called the dealership. They told us we were out of luck and they couldn't help. I told them the dealership pressured us into buying our car and went as far as to bring us into a room and check our credit and had papers for us to sign before they even showed us used vehicles. They basically told us that we were out of luck when I called and asked what they could do. The sales manager that we dealt with was so rude with us I left in tears. It is the dealerships job to make sure that the customer is happy and this dealership was absolutely horrible. They are so high pressure and I would not recommend them to anyone!

My experience with my salesman and the finance department was great. Everything that happened after the sale really sucked. I can't find any other word to accurately describe it. I had bought from expressway in the past and loved the team atmosphere and the cohesion between the employees. That was a few years ago when expressway was a much smaller company. In making a major purchase, I consider a $30K purchase a major one, the service I receive after the sale is just as or, even more important to me. I'll try to put this in a nutshell for you. The departments have absolutely no communication between one another. The service writer had no idea what was on the "we owe you" promissory note from the sales Dept. I was always transferred at least 3 times before speaking to anyone that had any clue what I was talking about. Sometimes 5-6 times or put on eternal hold and was disconnected. I had to call and track down my own parts and then had to get in touch with the sales manager to get the ok for the service writer to order the part. Why in the world did I, as the customer, have to do the leg work to get the items repaired or replaced that they assured me would be taken care of with no problem. My truck had to be taken back twice to get the work completed. In the ruffly 4 weeks I've owned it the dealership has had it for 1/2 the time. To top it off, yesterday after the last repair was complete I personally dropped the title for my trade off to the title clerks office and received the paperwork I needed to license my truck. Today around 2 pm I received a phone call from the sales manager asking for the title to my trade. Oh, and on a minor note I feel compelled to include that my truck had to be driven from Evansville to Mt Vernon, IN and back to get one of the repairs completed at expressway Chevrolet and no one even bothered to replace the gas they used to make the round trip. All in all I'm not happy and won't be using expressway for any other purchases or services. There is no amount of can cozies, chip clips or, ball caps going to fix this. I don't see to bright a future for expressway. Thank you for your time.

We bought two brand new jeeps within two months at Expressway , the buying experience was excellent HOWEVER, my wife's jeep had the check engine light on at less than 500 miles. She took it to Expressway, the manager, Eddie, talked down to my wife and belittled her to the point of crying. Literally, she called me crying. How's that for customer service? Please go somewhere else.

Needless to say, when looking at vehicles, already have them up to participate before showing a customer. The major issue I'm having is that within the week of my purchase I'm needing to get oil changes and other maintaince done. I feel as if the dealership should have done and checked these issues before selling. It is a courtesy type of thing. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from any expressway dealership. Nice staff to work with it must add, but I did not see customer service through my experience.

My touch screen went out on my 2016 JKU and the service department replaced it within a day. That is quick service. Although the Sirius Radio had not been programmed, the Service Manager personally called Sirius and got it all taken care of for me before I left.

Hello, My name is Kim Strong I have never been belittled so much as I have with Expressway Dodge in Evansville, In. Our 2015 Chryler 200 has broke down 5 times with zero warning once almost being smashed by a semi since it just shuts off with no warning and then I had to fight for them to put a new transmission in in August 2015. I said I didn't want the vehicle back. I was told sorry there is nothing they can do and it was given back. That was after it had broke down three times prior and me fighting I let them know I don't want that death trap back but after them going on there is nothing they can do. I would like a new transmission since at the time thats what they stated was wrong . Then now going on the present we are going 2 weeks back April 2016 the car no warning started shaking and felt like it was going to blow up and shut down twice breaking down and locking up and the hazord lights wouldn't even work . The hazord lights won't work while this vehicle locks up so other cars start honking because there is no way to show it's broke down on top of what if I was driving on the Highway and it just locks up I could be dead or in serious condition. I was told it was because it had low oil which my oil is changed when due.That was the reason it broke down and the employees fought tooth and nail and told me Im making it hard on myself then after Brian in service stated that and that now that I hate him and his vehicles sent me to a manager who told me I hope your not expecting me to buy back this vehicle and then stated good luck having Chysler buy it back! As Im sitting her in the Expressway Dodge loan vehicle and the oil and tires were due in February I am furious! Three days later I turned around for what they said was oil to breakdown on first ave were the cops had to come because it was so dangerous and this car locking up to were you can't even push it to a safe place it only can be towed. Expressway Dodge then offering me and feeling so bad for talking down to me and asking what car I would be interested in trading they are so sorry they sold us a Lemon! Came back less then 5 min later the Service manager some how managed to find a recall that they didn't take time because it was the oil and they were set on it that they put me back in this death trap! But none of this is my fault and I had to miss a half day of pay let alone my life be in danger and my families every time we get in this vehicle! And to be told I am making this hard on myself is unbelievable. I think I have been pretty calm for what I have been handed! I also just simply asked for a number for Chrystler to speak to some one and they stated sorry I can't give you that you'll have to try the one on the internet.Which I tried to report the danger of the car a year ago and have yet to get a call back and called everyday for weeks and I tried again in the current situation and still nothing. I wouldn't want this vehicle to repersent my name if it has to do with life's being put in danger! All I am asking for is a reliable vehicle I think thats not to much to ask . We shouldn't have to pay for anything! We were told all they can do is get Chrysler to pay 4,000 for us to buy another car and we would have to pay taxes and plates and we would have to pick a lower model or pay 3,000 if we want a car close to the worth of our vehicle. We should have never been treated like this and told Im sorry I don't know what you want us to do.Please help! Fair is Fair! Please share and since Chrysler won't take responsibility and Expressway Dodge sure wont! Lets make it know Life's do matter and our life is worth more then someone's salary and after they get their sale! I also paid extra for the Gap and bumper to bumper to be treated like this is insane! I have worked with Expressway Dodge for going on 7 years and bought 3 vehicles and to be treated like this... Im speachless!

I purchased my vehicle about two months ago from expressway. Should of known from the beginning to ask for a different salesmen. He had a million excuses and kept saying sorry he was so busy!! Okay but we are here to buy a vehicle. Now since we have had the vehicle and had to make two trips to back for service work (which they were great and professional) our salesmen is still too BUSY to follow through with what he says!!

I bought a 2014 Chrysler 200 from Expressway and a 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 4X4 from a different dealer. The reason for me going out of state for the Ram was because I had to bring the 200 in for service 4 times in it's first 6 months. I took it to Expressway where I bought it and even after giving them all the chances they showed to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I will now go out of state (just over the bridge) for my service. The sales staff are not to bright. They thought I had to except their mistakes and bad service or else. It took me 6 minutes to replace them. I know for sure I have already cost them 3 customers, two were thinking about the Chrysler 200 like mine. I let them know with the V6 I have I get between 16 and 19 mile per gal. That is worse then with the Ram with a V8.

I have bought many cars through the years and had some good experiences and some bad ones. I was in and out about an hour including my test drive. We agreed to a price, I said I need to go as I had a grand child's ball game to get to and I would pick up the new car the next day. I arrived at the dealership, found my salesman (Kevin Middleton) wrote a check, signed some papers and was on my way. Kevin called later to tell me they had some accesories that belonged with the vehicle I bought. I stopped by the next day and got an assortment of things I had not expected.

Two days after we got the car there was water in the back floor board , we keep cleaning it up but more comes in same place . I was told there is 3 may be 4 places where water comes in . we have it at Ruxer ford in jasper Ind and there trying to find out where its coming from . The employee [James Gaston| that waited on me was very nice. After changing oil on my jeep the employee came out and explained to me about the inspection he did. I had forgotten about the trailer hitch recall they had sent information to me about last year but he let me know that he checked it out and put a sticker on the hitch to let me know that it passed inspection. Now that is service. I was a little disappointed that I had not received a discount on my oil change though and was told they are not the ones that send them out. Hmmmm I wonder why they quit sending them out. Overall I was very satisfied.

Service department was good. Had to bring truck back twice for the same problem. Both times I was offered a loaner car. Truck randomly wouldn't start so the problem wasn't apparent unless it didn't start. Service dept had to trouble shoot, so they finally fixed it the second time it was brought in. Overall this dealership was great to work with. We have bought two trucks from Expressway Dodge and will most likely come back for more. Phil VanCleave and Tim were awesome sales people to work with :)

Drove 3 hours to wrong address (which was provided by internet sales rep). Turned around drove 30 minutes back to dealership. Receptionist was too busy eating her dinner at her desk to really help us. Called the internet guy and were informed that a guy was suppose to have contacted us and never did and that the truck we were interested in was at another lot. Drove another 30 minutes to be treated horribly by sales manager who had no idea what was going on. He didn't even know what trucks he had on the lot. Just threw us on a golf cart and drove around looking for any Dodge truck he could find. Never did find the truck that was listed online that I drove over 4hours to see. Internet salesman told me to go to website and write a review... too bad there is no where on their website to leave a review!

I waited patiently for two months before making my first phone call when they told me it would be a couple of weeks. They then told me it would be a couple of months. I again waited and didn't keep calling and asking when it was going to be in. Then after a total of seven moths give or take I called and asked about it, they said they would get back to me. They sent me a email and asked if I was satisfied with my recent experience and I told hem that I was not. Magically in just a few short days they received my seat cover to fix the tear in my leather, funny how that works.

I had been looking for a new vehicle on-line and found a used Ford Explorer listed at Expressway Dodge. I called to inquire about the Explorer and the salesman I spoke to, Nick Goebel, couldn't find it. He told me he'd look into it and call me back. Nick called back within the hour and stated he'd found it, but someone was in the process of purchasing it. He told me it might still be available because the sale had not been approved yet. Nick stayed in contact with me the next few days updating me on the status of the vehicle, and the sale didnt go through. I set up an appointment and came in right away. The price was a little higher than I was willing to pay, but the staff worked with me and I was able to purchase the vehicle for a great price. I highly recommend Expressway Dodge and Nick Goebel as a salesman. He was very helpful and followed through. Very happy customer!

I have a low mileage 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee (65,000 miles). Expressway has taken good care of my vehicle since the day I purchased it new - From them. They ask ME when I want to bring it in, not when it's convenient for them. My only complaint is since I don't put many miles on my car, I get automated calls from them reminding me it's time to service my vehicle (oil change/lube) according to the average length of time most consumers need to get their oil changed. Other than that, they are great to work with and I will continue to bring my Jeep there for service until it dies or I do. I have feeling I will go first. ;)

From the beginning, I could tell Tim was motivated to make a deal and to help me find the truck I wanted at a great price. He did just that. He was more than helpful, honest, friendly, and made the overall experience of buying a vehicle the best one I've ever personally had. He was to the point, and very quick at getting back with me on questions I had about the truck I bought. Tim was hands down the best Sales Associate I have ever done business with. When it came to the financing, I was in the hands of Todd Steckler. Todd is a very personable guy. He knows exactly what he's doing, and isn't pushy with all the paperwork. He did a fantastic job explaining all the ins and outs of every piece of the paperwork I had questions with, and trust me, as skeptical as I am, I had plenty of questions! I test drove one dodge charger and have been bothered to the point where I feel harassed by 6+ calls from the salesman. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership. This is exactly what turns me away from purchasing a car. I received numerous calls while at work unable to pick up my phone and the salesman still continues to call. I realize they have a quota to make but harassing someone is not going to make them want to purchase from you. If I could give them a zero I would.

They sell previously wrecked vehicles without notice. When I asked for vehicle history, I was told this was a one time leased vehicle (only owner) and the history was "unremarkable". When I went to trade this vehicle in for one with more room at a different dealership, they showed me the vehicle history and my trade-in was less than half of what I still owed on the vehicle. This guy was nice but embodies the true meaning of a "used car salesman". Sleezy!!!

2009 Dodge Caravan: fuel pump failed at 58,000 mi. Had vehicle towed to dealership. Oump was not available, but they had it the next morning. 2 hrs. later job completed and presented with the bill: nearly $800. I stated that it seemed a bit high and was told that the pump was $479, tha balance labor. (no warranty due to over 36,000mi.)Service writer said nothing they could do, "they just fail sometimes".If this is typical of Dodge quality, "5-Star Service" and service dept. attitude, it makes a very strong case for avoiding Dodge and this dealership.

I love my car, it is a 2009 Ford product, I received a good price, salesman was very nice, but they make promises they do not keep and they don't care. I was told I have a bumper to bumper warranty on everything in the vehicle as it did need to have a few little things fixed on it. Todd Steckler even tried to sell us an exteneded warranty to cover the DVD player in particular. Come to find out the DVD player is not factory installed, so now that there is an issue with it, Expressway Dodge does not want to take care it as it is not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty now and theres nothing they can do, or rather will do. It is not our fault that they do not know their products or take the time to know whats in them. They will take your money, but your on your own after that. The last thing they want to do is take care of their customers. It's too bad, as I said our salesman was very nice, and we would go back to him again.....but Todd Steckler's and Jim Hale's lack of customer concern will send us and whoever we talk to elsewhere. Buying a vehicle is a major event in one's life, you expect to be able to trust a company as big as Expressway Dodge, but their focus happens to be on quantity and not quality. We were lied to, and they are ok with that, but we not. Want an AWESOME customer service expereince, go to Expressway Ford! The difference is amazing! ! !
