Arrived early. Got in immediately. Oil change finished by time I returned to work. I would have stayed if I had known it would be that quick. My boss took me back later that same day. It took quite a bit longer to check out. Thankfully I had my iPad to work on during the wait. :-)

Easy purchase, quick in and out, but the car's tired all had to be filled the next day and the wiper fluid was bone dry. Lack of basic service is the only reason it's not higher.

Very responsive and good deals. Only part I don't like much is the 3 step approach to sales where they sell you the car, then the accessories, then the warranties. Things can add up fast if your not careful. But most dealers do this so I can't really blame Evergreen for playing the game.

I was told by the check-in person that the service on my car would take an hour, so I elected to stay / wait. In actuality, the process took a little over 2 hours . . . so moderately disappointed, but the work is always top notch.

I expected the requested service to take 1 day. I thought I was waiting in the waiting room for a ride home in less than 45 min my car had been given the requested service and was returned to me. I was and am amazed. Thank you Michelle and your service team. I do have 1 question. was the oil change synthetic? That is what I had expected but not see that in my service papers.

Service has always been done by you, except for a few oil changes when travelling. I recommend you to my family and friends and will buy my next car from you. Awesome service, the guys stayed late to make sure my truck got repaired and we were able to make our weekend trip. Thanks!!The only thing I would do differently is to move the key drop to a secure location and have some sort of signage or person directing you as to where to drop off your vehicle. I ended up finding a service tech working late in the garage and was able to give him my keys as I didn't feel comfortable dropping my keys on the ground through the key drop with my truck parked only a couple feet away. Anyone could've walked up and picked up my keys and driven away with my truck. It was an awkward set up for sure.

After deciding to pull the trigger on a new F150 truck I shopped did some internet pricing seeing where people were buying. The hard part was finding a highly optioned F150 Sport/FX4 SCREW. As it turns out Evergreen had the truck. My salesman was incredible and so was the general sales manager who ended up doing the last round of negotiations. We quickly were able to come to a win-win deal.If you are tired of the typical car game do your research give Eric a call and he will get the job done. I shopped two other dealerships the NO Dicker guys in Kent that was a joke. Then I saw some great deals and took a drive only to feel like I was back in the early 70s and 80s buying a car. I was so happy they didn't have the truck I wanted even though they advertised and said it was their. In the end do a little internet browsing and call Evergreen ask for Eric. You will be very happy you did!!

Overall, work seems to be well done and communication was pretty good. I was surprised that my car was not washed, but maybe this dealership doesn't offer that service. I received at least 5 calls fro 3 different people after the service telling me I owed more money. When I returned the call the first time, I was placed on terminal hold. When I finally talked with someone, I was placed on hold again for awhile. They finally figured out that the charge was erroneous. I had to give thought to all of the time of personnel, not to mention MY time, that was spent on this error. Why didn't they chase down the error before calling me?

I am not fond of car dealers and actually walked away from one prior to buying from Evergreen Ford. I was in no hurry and had the luxury of taking my time. I was originally looking for a completely different car and after a few emails iwth different suggestions of car options I went in for the test drive. The car was everything I needed and they wanted to sign that day (last day of the month), and I said no until I had my boyfriend drive it - they said no problem and gave me no pressure. I would shop with them again.

I was very pleased with the entire experience: from the beginning when I first contacted the service department and made an appointment, the service was excellent. I appreciated the follow up emails to remind me of my appointment. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was impressed by the organized and professional manner in which my needs were met. I found the waiting room pleasant and comfortable. At the last minute as I was leaving, I purchased windshield wipers and the associate asked if I would like them installed. I appreciated that the mechanic installed the wipers even though it wasn't part of my scheduled appointment. I will definitely return for future service on my vehicle.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got there right as they opened and they got my car in as quickly as they could even though it was a recall; we had to schedule 3+ weeks in advance. They were super busy. I had to wait roughly 2 hours, but they had a nice waiting area equipped with refreshments and a TV! Time went by very quickly.

We never felt pressured to do the sale right there and then, so it was very easy and comfortable to choose the right vehicle for us. I loved being able to do virtually 90% of my shopping, negotiating and communication via email with Ashley. She was engaging, efficient and uber responsive. Pretty much everything was ready to go when I came to the showroom, just had to meet with Mr. Ling to sign all of the documents, add the Ford Maintenance plan and I was done. Fantastic!

We've had several things fixed, by different mechanics, on our used Lincoln - that we bought from a private party. Finally, we were encouraged to take it to Evergreen Ford Lincoln for a diagnosis. We had it towed there twice when it wouldn't start; but they couldn't replicate what was happening to me on a random basis. Brenda kept us in the loop & had the mechanics bend over backwards, to no avail. Finally, she called & said that they could not diagnosis the problem; it was possibly one of two expensive fixes, but no guarantees. We had been praying for a specific & accurate diagnosis. We went to pick up the car & it wouldn't start for them when they went to bring it to us!!! Yea - God answered!! A less expensive fix was indicated - which we approved. Thank you Brenda for all you did on our behalf!

Told them what I wanted, what I wanted to pay for it and to call me when the papers were ready. They were professional, fast, non pushy, fun and amazing. They called me a few hours later and I literally went down and signed.... That easy! My trade wasn't an issue and for the first time EVER, I actually came out on top, not washed, not negative. I highly recommend them for your next car purchase.... (I've NEVER praised a dealership before, if that's any indication of how awesome they are!) Dealership was full last night, I can see why too! I went in intending to just 'look' at an Edge I found up north for a better price and ended up with a 2016 Lincoln MKX for around the same price I was intending to pay for the Edge. I couldn't be more pleased!

This was the easiest and least stressful car buying experience ever! I had my eye on an edge and they went above and beyond to find me a vehicle that I would be without a doubt happy with, which ended up being the Toyota Venza and I am I love with it! Ray was awesome with answering all my questions and making sure to only show me things he knew I'd like. It was awesome working with him! And the finance experience was just as easy, so helpful and easy. AND they repaired a minor issue with the vehicles that needed to be fixed in an extremely timely manner. I am so grateful for my experience at evergreen and will definitely recommend evergreen to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle!

I recently bought a CMax from Evergreen and was very disappointed in their attempts to gouge me at every step. I initially had a good experience with Kelly Bader emailing back and forth but when I went in to buy the car the Evergreen discount still shown on the website had suddenly reduced by $990. This 'error' was blamed on 'the ladies in the back room' not keeping up with the data entry! I understand that Ford rebates come and go but Evergreen should surely honor the discount still shown on its website. The initial offer on my Focus trade-in was $247. (I subsequently sold it privately for $2000.) There very numerous attempts to bamboozle me by putting incorrect figures in front of me all in their favor and leaving me waiting while they go off to discuss how best to milk the deal, Several hours later after a lot of nonsensical 'negotiation' they agreed to reinstall the missing $990 discount and up the trade-in offer little by little to $1000. All in all a pathetic performance. I ended up not believing a word they said. I certainly wouldn't buy another car from them or recommend them to anyone. I complained to Tony Rehn who to be fair to him always quickly replied to me. But I got the distinct feeling that he was just trying to sweep the problem under the carpet by offering me $100 of detailing which I didn't want. He blamed everything on the problems of keeping up with fast changing prices which wasn't the issue at all. He brushed off the fundamental honesty issue. I love the car but there has to be a more professional and honest way to sell it.

The MKX was competing with the Buick Enclave. It is a very nice mix of luxury, awd, economical operation. We liked the styling better.

We had our F-550 serviced here several times... last time we had 105,000miles maintenance done and 2 months later our diesel engine blew up. We bought the truck from Ford 2 years ago. When we brought this to their attention and expressed our shock and disappointment the manager wouldn't hear it... we got it repaired through another shop which cost us $11,000. The other shop told us Ford did very poor maintenance on our truck. We would never do business with Ford again.

The receipts are easy to understand and give a thorough evaluation. Since they are a busy conpany, however, it is sometimes hard to get an appointment when I need it. I had an unidentified noise under the hood which I suspected might make my vehicle unsafe to drive. After speaking with a technician, she agreed it might be unsafe and arranged for me to drop the car in a full day earlier than my original booking slot. Although they were strictly fully booked, she said they would try to fit it in. Fortunately for me, the service team did manage to look at the car a day early, as the problem turned out to be in the braking system, and required a part which had to be ordered overnight. I am very grateful to the service team, and technician Brenda in particular, for listening to my concerns and being so flexible. I needed the vehicle back no later than close of business on the day it had originally been booked in for, as my husband was leaving on a two week trip. It was ready with a couple of hours to spare.As always, I was kept fully informed about what was wrong, and the cost of the repair. Thank you.

well, my 2014 Lincoln MDX had a few very minor flaws after purchase (11/15) when brought in. Did a magnificent job replacing defective wipers and gear shift. Andrew and Ashley both did a great job ensuring we found the truck that was right for us. I did a test drive of an F-350 with Ashley then came back a couple weeks later and test drove the F-150 with Andrew. We decided to sell our 5th wheel RV so that drove our decision to buy the F-150 vs the F-350. Both were very knowledgable about the trucks and what I really liked is they didn't guess if I asked a question they didn't know. They simply said "I don't know, let me find out". Both were very friendly and not pushy. I knew to expect this with Andrew as I bought a new Fusion from him back in August. Some kind of varmint got under the cover of the motor on our 2010 Ford Fusion hybrid and built a nest of insulation and leaves. It also chewed some wires and made the engine run extremely roughly. I wasn't sure what was wrong with the car, but didn't feel comfortable driving it. I called Evergreen and spoke with Sophia Valdez. She told me to have our car towed to Evergreen and arranged to squeeze it into a crowded schedule. We are so grateful, as we need both our cars to take care on oru business.

My husband had several bad experiences with internet sales that ended up not being as promised. When he dealt with Ken Galimanis he told him up front what it would take to make a deal. We had a car in Marysville as a backup possibility. When we went in to the Issaquah dealership we were a little concerned that Ken was not there and that Ashley Funk was handling our sale. Ashley was fun,knowledgeable, competent and fast.....she made everything easy. Ken and Ashley are a wonderful team and the dealership is so very lucky to have them.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. Found vehicle on the website and did most of the communication via email with the sales staff. I had overall a great experience and felt like I was treated well. The only feedback I would provide is that I would like one conversation on "up-selling" me on additional options. I had 3 separate conversations with 3 different individuals, first about customizing the car (tinting, wheel locks, etc.), one about the interior and exterior protectant and then another about the extended service plan. I would have preferred a single conversation all up, upfront before I met with the finance manager. But again overall I am very pleased with the vehicle and my experience.

Every service manager pitched in to work the queue of arriving vehicles, rather than leaving all the work to the manager who had appointments. Then the service on my vehicle was completed in record time. The whole process was extremely smooth. We have two vehicles we purchased and service at Evergreen Ford. I'm pleased with the overall service, in fact Kyle adjusted our service time to accommodate a change in our schedule. Thanks for working us in early. The area that usually frustrates me is availability of the service staff. I don't recall the last time I was able to talk with a service advisor without calling numerous times or watching my phone for a return call. Also I should not have to request a vacuum or wash. We have two other vehicles (non Ford) that this is standard service.

The heater core replacement is continuing to work very well. On these cold and frosty morning having the heater is mandatory. Special thanks to your service representative Monica for excellent attention and communication keeping me informed of progress on this extensive repair (removing the whole dashboard to get to the heater core.) The maintenance technician additionally should be commended. After driving the Escape for several weeks everything, all instruments, switches, radio and controls all are working.

The work was done quickly. It was hard getting someone on the phone to let me know the status. I was told I would get a status around noon. This is so I could arrange a rental car or get a ride on the shuttle to pickup my car. No call. At 2:30 I had tried several times. was transferred none picked up and was routed back to the operator who thought I was a new call. Finally got a status. If it went past 3pm they told me I would miss the shuttle. So it was a little frustrating. Have had no problems with the work.

Spent quite a bit of time trying to find a brand new Ford F-350 Super Duty 4wd. Decided on a truck at Evergreen Ford Issaquah, Washington. After getting the truck home and washing it we discovered that the water spots would not come off the windows. Tried several different things to remove them with no luck. Contacted Evergreen, they said to bring it in, their detailer would work on it. Drove the 2 hours , the detailer had no luck and at that time we noticed it not only is on the windows it is in the paint! Evergreen says they will not take responsibility for it and that Ford will not cover it? Extremely upset, the truck was quite expensive and we feel like somebody should address this for us. We have been told to phone our ins co. how in the world can we do that when it was in the paint and on the glass when we bought this brand new vehicle! I do not like my intelligence insulted in that way.

Originally I was unhappy because I purchased a used vehicle (F150 XLT)that in hindsight I really did not want. After a night of remorse I called the dealership and eventually talked to Tony Rhen. I told Tony that I was not happy with my decision and wanted to buy a new F150 XLT pickup instead. Tony told me to bring the used vehicle back in and he would make it work. The next day I arrived for my 10 oclock appt. and was greeted by the sales team of Chet Kono, Kelly Bader and Robert Whalley. They went out of their way to help me and get me into the pickup I wanted at the price I was quoted. The service was exceptional. I would have given an excellent rating except one of my headlights was left unplugged and I thought it needed replacement. Bought a new one and it didn't work either. A friend checked to see if it was plugged in and it wasn't. A seemingly small oversight cost me a trip to the parts store and a new light.

I loved my experience with Robert, however the dance we had to do to get the interest rate I was looking for was unpleasant at best. However,I really appreciated the Credit Manager. He was very straight forward with me. I love the Flex it is awesome. I have had three new or almost new vehicles in my life, a 1970 Ford Maverick, great little car, a 1988 Ford Mustang 5 litre convertible and now the 2014 Flex.First car I remember in my Family was a 1948 Ford Sedan followed by a 1953 Ford Coupe. My first vehicle was a 1961 Ford Falcon 2 door, then the Maverick. Guess maybe I am a Ford guy!I did also sell Ford's briefly in 1968-69.

Originally (Oct. 2) when I contacted the service dept. and told the agent that I was experiencing operational trouble while in route to my daughters wedding in Leavenworth traveling across Snoqualmie Pass. I was told at that time that it would not be possible to evaluate the truck until the following Thurs or Fri (Oct. 8 or 9). The problem presented similar to a problem that I experienced only 3 months earlier. 8am Mon.(Oct. 5) morning I called and left a message with a service rep explaining my situation. When I had not heard back within a couple of hrs. I made arrangements with a rental agency to pick me up at the dealership and I drove the truck thinking even if they would not accept it then I could leave it there to be available for repair. I made an appointment to bring the car in on a Wednesday. I thought it might be something a technician might be able to fix on the spot, so I came in on Saturday to have them look at it, as I was told to do, or at least get a part ordered. They were able to "semi" fix it so I did not need to come back on Wednesday. My prior service "experience" was extremely disappointing.

I would like to suggest that the sticker you put inside the windshield with the next date of service be changed a little bit. I have a hard time reading the numbers in my garage or in the sunlight. Maybe those boxes could be RED like the Motorcraft box with black printing maybe that would show up better. Also I kidded Mr. Bill Comb's about my free gift. I brought my 2006 Ford Ranger in for a "WORKS" oil change service, as I have since purchasing my truck from this dealership in 2006. As always, the experience was completely professional even though I was the last customer out the door, having the work complete a slight bit after the 6PM closing time. Never once was I given the impression that I was an inconvenience for keeping people after their scheduled departure time. The staff not only completed the primary task of the oil change, etc, but also checked a couple last minute items (fuses) that I thought about as I was dropping my keys at the Service Advisor's desk. Always willing to help, always friendly, courteous & very easy to work with.

I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion from my girlfriend. Her mom had purchased the vehicle new. She passed away this year and her daughter, my girlfriend, was selling the car as part of the estate. I purchased the vehicle from her. I love the car and it fits me perfectly. My former car was a 1998 Toyota Camry with over 175,000 miles and still runs like a top (my husband now drives the Camry). Driving the Ford Fusion with all the new technology took me some time to get used to it. The tech who came to me and was in charge of the service was excellent. He was an absolute professional, competent and thorough. He also showed me some functions on the dash console regarding the operation of various buttons. My initial contact was with a salesman over the phone after viewing a new Ford on the internet. He was gracious, and after discussing the car he went to his internet sales manager who conversed with me at length about my out-of-state purchase. I was told this dealership was here to change the perception of car dealerships, and that became absolutely clear over the length of my purchase. They did everything they said they were going to do, stayed on top of the deal during our overnight paperwork exchanges and had the car waiting for me when I arrived from the airport to drive it home. Will definitely be buying from Evergreen again and two of my friends in my area already have! Evergreen Ford will change what you think a car dealership should be. They are now the new example in my book.

A.B. the service manager was rude, and displayed nothing but greed and had a total lack of concern for any future good will. Our daughter needed a car, which our in-laws discovered right after they turned in their Subaru wagon for $3500, when they purchased a new truck. The dealer recieve huge incentives, which the dealer lied and denied that they had any knowledge of. The lowest they would go on the car was $5500, the very same day it was turned in, before they had even had time to do anything to the car. This is despicable and we will tell all our friends to never do any business with Evergreen Ford.

I was handed from one sales rep to another as he was 'the expert' (Robert Maloy). Unfortunately the expert gave me misinformation about the vehicle stats and when I challenged him, based on information listed on ford.com, he said that the information on their site must be wrong but he had no documentation to prove it. This was pretty suspect to me as it seemed like he just wanted to sell me a certain truck (odd since they have a wide selection). They also gave me an incredibly lowball offer on a trade-in but I was able to eventually get them to a reasonable price. The reasonable trade-in price didn't offset the fact that I was being sold many features that I didn't need and they weren't giving nearly as much of a discount as a neighboring Ford dealership in Kirkland.

I had waited a while to bring my car in after a small accident to have the repairs done. Gary worked very hard to make sure that all the damage was covered by my insurance. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed and the body work was perfect. Kelly G was very helpful and friendly. She made sure to take care of the rental car for me before I even showed up. Brenda took very good care of me, remembered my name when I returned. Knew my car from previous service, and aided in finding me the right parts needed for me to do my own service on small items while I left the "big stuff" to the experts in their service department. They did a great job on my detail and Ken took care of my carpets as well. I can rely on their tire quotes as the best around for my performance rims and they also offered great advise on service that will be needed soon, something not visible. They needed to keep my car, just in case, to complete the work needed, so a rental car was provided.

When I went to the Ford dealer in Seattle. They wanted to charge 24% interest, because I don't have the best credit. Evergreen worked with me as a person, not a number, and got me an interest rate of 8.9% ! Worth the 90 minute drive, for sure !!! Best place in Western Washington to buy a Ford.

My daughter bought a 2008 Lincoln MKX from Evergreen and the vehicle had problems from driving it off the lot. It already had a cracked windshield which I thought was against the WA RCW's to sell a car with a cracked windshield. Then the MKX had misfiring which Evergreen diagnosed as a broken PTU unit,which, to thier credit, they replaced free of charge, but the engine continued to misfire. My daughter brought it back and they replaced the plugs and one ignition coil but charged her 590 dollars plus tax claiming it is regular maintenance. This charge is despicable coming from a reputablle dealer. It is what I expect from Sammy's car lot. If a licensed auto dealer sells a car it should be able to be driven safely and reliably at least for thirty days at least. The sad part of all of this, is Evergreen Ford was recommended by a trusted acquaintance from church. I am very disappointed with Evergreen, sincerely, Rob Brosa, Maple Valley, WaOne day after I wrote this review my daughter and granddaughter were driving down highway 18 in the driving rainstorm when the drivers side windshield wiper flew off the vehicle causing a near accident and severely scratching the windshield (already sold to her cracked). Apparently the windshield wipers were after market wipers for a Honda not a Lincoln MKX. Do not deal with Evergreen Ford. Evergreen Ford represents a physical danger to people you love.

The Service Department was busy last Saturday morning, as it is most times. Carl asked if I wanted to have my car washed, and this time I did. Carl called me when the car was ready to be picked up not realizing that the car wash had not occurred. He helped in that process himself so that I could leave in a reasonable time. I was impressed with the fact that when it is necessary, he helps facilitate whatever needs to be done so that the customer (me) is satisfied and out the door. After leaving the dealership, my brakes felt weird and made noise. My car never makes noise, so I came right back to the dealership to find out what was the matter. Carl drove my car to see what the problem could be and determined that when the car got washed, the wheels, brakes, etc. got wet causing the weird noise. Haven't had a problem since. Thank you.

After weeks of exhaustive searching for the right 2014 Ford F150 XLT, we decided Evergreen was the best place to go. Despite living more than 300 miles away and having numerous dealerships closer to our locale.The experience was straightforward and we knew we were getting a good price on a good truck. More importantly, we were treated with respect. All but one other dealership we spoke with or visited was the epitome of the "Car salesmen" stigma. When I arrived I was greeted, asked some questions (I was a new customer...just moved here from New Hampshire), and shown where the waiting room was so I could relax. My Explorer "Check Engine" light was illuminated and my local mechanic determined that the error codes did not correlate to the actual problem. Evergreen Ford diagnosed the issue and came to the same conclusion but tried several alternative tests in search of a vacuum leak. The light is now off and has stayed off for about two weeks. I don't know what Evergreen Ford did beyond the the actual testing but as far as I am concerned, Evergreen Ford solved the problem.

I knew I needed an oil change, but was also concerned about my brakes with almost 70,000 miles on them. Since I was going to be unavailable to discuss the status, I asked Brenda Lane to use her best judgement as to whether they should be changed or not. Most people would not leave that door open to a dealership, but I have the greatest confidence Brenda would do what needed to be done. Needless to say, I was delighted when she told me they were still in good condition and we would look at them again next oil change. That kind of service builds confidence in knowing your car is actually being serviced honestly. Thanks to the service team.

Cars first service, many problems with this car from the beginning. Magnified by dealerships inability to correct leak in FO system and damaging the car when it was being repaired. However car has settled down now and appears normal. Service was reasonably priced and efficient. I would have been happpier if the car was cleaned as part of the service.

Not only was my truck and camper towed in to Evergreen, but my horse trailer and two horses as well. They immediately got us into the shop and made sure we had a place for the horses and trailer. My turbo was shot, they got it replaced on the same day which happened to be on a Friday. We were back on the road that evening and made it to our barrel race. Today I am returning to Evergreen Ford to trade in my 2005 F350 for a 2015 F350!

The experience was good. I was told up front that if my problem came back for the recall to contact the Dealership. I was not a mile away and the problem came back turned around back to the dealership and quickly they did the fix. I understand procedures that limit what they can do until the issue reappears. but with the warning I was not worried because I was forewarned. And the willingness of the dealership to quickly do the second part of the recall the same day is a big plus. Thanks

I purchased a 2008 Chrysler 300c on September 23rd, 2014. The car is sweet and the asking price was perfectly in par with blue book value. I happily paid asking price. My previous less-than-a-good-time working with dealerships was quickly replaced with awesome experience at Evergreen Ford. Lee, my sales guy, promoted the "family business attitude" of treating car sales with the same modern sales/relationships practices that the rest of us sales people have been using for the last 15 years. As I waited for financing for 2-3 hours {my credit position is less than stellar} I enjoyed my time with the sales people and staff. When it was time to go see the finance manager-John- I figured that this must be when the big guns come out for a warranty, under-coating, 3m interior sealant, etc. Not to be: We buzzed through all the forms and at one point I finally asked, "alright John, when are you going to hit me with the add on stuff?" His response was, "I'm not, your sales guy said you weren't interested in any additional services." And then he reinforced the family attitude and the desire of the entire company to conduct business in a positive, respectful, and enjoyable way for their customers. What an awesome experience. I had a good time buying a car from a lot for the first time ever. This is (unfortunately) the second time in 6 years that I've had to turn in my Subaru Forester for collission repair. Collisions are always stressful, but I must say that on both occasions, my stress-level has been greatly reduced, knowing that my car will be in good hands. At both times, I've experienced very professional and friendly staff at Evergreen. At both times, the repair has been handled by Dana, who is a very skilful mechanic, and on top of that, has done the work before the projected time . The desk associate Kelly has assured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Evergreen has good connections with my insurance company (State Farm) and nearby car rental company (Hertz).

I had to bring in my Ford Focus because of transmission issues. Sophia Mendez squeezed me into the schedule and got me set up with a rental car extremely quickly and conveniently. She also kept me up to date on the progress with my vehicle and did some regular maintenance while it was in the shop, which saved me another trip to the dealership. She and the staff were extremely helpful and kind, as I was very stressed out. The technicians could not duplicate the issue with my car, but Sophia assured me that they will be happy to help me again if it occurs again, and made sure I knew what to expect when I picked up my car. My Raptor's check engine light came on and would not reset by re-keying the vehicle. Don and the other staff in the service department got my truck fit in the schedule with to no difficulty! After getting the "Works" service complete, the tech working on my truck found a few errors in the computer software and reset the computer in order to get the check engine light to go away! After a few trial and error tests, the tech new he had found the glitch in my trucks computer and the problem was resolved!!! My truck is a tool and I have to have all of my tools working in perfect order for my clients and I to be successful! I will always trust and rely on Ford's certified techs and mechanics to keep my Ford vehicles running strong! The Raptor is in a league of it's own....there is very little this truck can not do! BUILT FORD TOUGH is an understatement for this vehicle.....

I couldn't have been treated better. I had interactions with at least 7 different staff members, and all were pleasant, courteous, and helpful. I have no reservations recommending Evergreen Ford. Ashley and Ken were particularly wonderful and a pleasure to spend time with! The only problem I can see with the dealership is a lack of space for parking and getting in and out of service. I'm uneasy about service visits and leaving my babied car to be squeezed in and out of tight spaces. To end on a positive note, the office areas and showroom were clean and the restrooms even smelled nice.

Service writer Brenda was helpful (although busy) in keeping me informed of the status of repairs.I chose to do some of the work myself but when I could not clear a DCT code I called back to reschedule service. She was busy but followed up the following day and had me in the service bay to correct my engine problem.I came in over the weekend since I had to replace my brake pads and Carl was able to have the techs take a look at my rotors - too worn to turn. I wondered if this had been overlooked with my initial 29-point inspection but apparently, just the brake pad thickness was identified.Pricing for replacement parts was too costly to have them done at Evergreen, so instead I chose to order higher performance brake rotors from EBC for $100 less per pair myself. I might suggest to try not making so much margin on the replacement parts as the labor charge puts it over the top.

Hi-Wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the customer service in the service department today. I had brought my Lincoln Navigator in for a routine oil change and the line was long just to pull in. Michele promptly came out and let me know that some poor guy had lost his keys and soon as they found them she would get me right in. After I pulled in Michele was telling me that it was a crazy day in the service dept on top of the lost keys there were some ladies whose truck had broken down and their horses were tied up to their trailer down the street. Being a horse owner I wanted to see if I could help them. Michele made the introduction to a gal named Shelia and we started chatting horses. Turns out we belong to the same statewide horse organization and know some mutual friends. Sheila and I went off down the street to check on her horses, while Michele took care of my car (noting that I had less than an hour before I had to be back on the road).Shelia let me know how great the folks had been in the service dept taking care of them and making sure the horses were okay. We sat down by her trailer for 45 minutes and I figured I would get a call when my car was done. Nope, Michele drove it down, fully serviced, washed and vacuumed! As a working mom I really appreciated the wash and vacuum. :) It was nice to be taken care of today, but more than that I appreciated that my horse friends were being taken care of and that their truck would be fixed so that they could get back on the road. The Service department staff were awesome. They took me right on schedule and were able to finish and get me back in my vehicle in less time than expected. The quality of work seems to be just as high as the customer service so far. The waiting room was comfortable and an employee even brought me a bottled water while I was there. The price was very reasonable, and all my questions were answered. For all these reasons I will continue to use the Evergreen Ford service department.

The service was freindly, efficient and fast. The staff was accomodating and friendly with my Bulldog as well. The wait was minimal. However scheduling the appointment was another matter. It took four transfers from the original "service" number to get to someone who could make an appointment. And then it seemed like I was speaking with someone who had never done this before. It seems like the phone answering people need some training and supervision, and the system needs to be streamlined. Once again, the actual service was outstanding.

While Evergreen Ford had my car for 2 1/2 weeks due to the nature of the repairs they communicated well with me and kept me in the loop on progress regularly. Brenda also ensured I had what I needed when being without a vehicle became problematic for me. She did an excellent job with customer service. The mechanics appear to have done a great job with my vehicle repairs as well as the car has run smoothly with no issues since I picked up the car last week. Given the extensive nature of the engine repairs I am happy with the end result as well.

its been a long road with evergreen ford but to make a long story short here it go's well my experience at evergreen ford was not the best the first time but after meeting and talking to the owner and express how thing didn't go so well Tony Rehn went on and beyond to make it right with me I really mean on and beyond something that I wanted think he would ever do after reading some review and I ended up getting my Shelby gt500 back that was awesome thank you I really do think that people have to have patience with them there running a big deal ship with lots of employee's and they are just like us humans and promise thing and says thing and sometime they forget but remember its a big business and there might not be good communication and who are we to judge so that's my story hope it help you people that have drought's about evergreen ford thank you for reading and GOD Bless

My wife and I purchased a brand new Ford F-350 Crew Cab from Evergreen Ford. It's a great truck, great product; this is the third Ford truck I have owned. I traded in my 2006 Ford F-350 King Ranch Crew with 196,000 miles on it. Immaculate condition. They sand bagged me on my trade, but I took the deal. By the time, I got home that evening they already had it listed on Auto Trader for 10K over what they gave me for my trade. That alone was enough to leave a sour taste in my mouth. Let's make a fair deal, I pay you a fair price for your truck and you give me a fair price for my trade. Don't low ball me and tell me how my truck will never sell and it's not really worth anything.When I took delivery of the truck, there were a couple of minor fixes that needed to be done. I had also purchased a spray in bed liner and running boards. I put the running boards on myself and they called to schedule the bed liner. When I arrived to drop off my truck the service writer knew nothing about the fixes to be done besides the bed liner on the due bill. Lack of communication. They wanted to just do the bed liner then have me come back another time to do the other repairs. Long story short they had the truck for three days to put in the bed liner, replace a plastic rail cap, and fix a small paint chip. Every time I called service, I would get voice mail and no return calls that day. I called Tony Rehn to try to express my frustration at their lack of communication; he promised he would personally inspect the truck and call me back. No return calls from him either. When I picked it up, I went with the customer service rep to try to talk to Tony about my negative experience and what could be done to remedy it since I bought a service package and thought I would be continuing to bring my truck in for maintenance. Tony was very defensive and brusque, acting as if I was taking up his valuable time. He had no recollection of the phone call from the previous day with his promise to look into it. I asked him why he didn't call me back and wanted an answer. He turned walked across the showroom floor went into his office and slammed the door. I picked up my truck, inspected it to make sure the repairs were to my satisfaction (they didn't even vacuum it out). I left the lot and will never return. I was treated shabbily; they acted as if they did me a favor selling me a truck. All it would have taken was someone actually listening to my frustration over the lack of communication on their part and I might have left with a better taste in my mouth. I guess if the GM Tony Rehn thinks he can treat an unhappy customer in the middle of his showroom by walking away and slamming the door, why should the rest of his staff think they have to do any better.I am a loyal Ford customer but would never do business with Evergreen Ford again.

Here is the letter I sent to the manager of this dealership and my experienceHello,I had obtained your email from the Evergreen Ford website. I have a huge issue with your dealership. First off I had purchased a vehicle through you guys on June 20th, last month. I had been very frustrated with the salesman and honestly felt like he was unknowledgeable with answering my questions and was completely inefficient with the whole process. I had run into multiple issues after the sale such as getting the documents (I had to call your dealership to have you resend out copies of the documents because it was not sent through certified mail which I could not believe because it is a very important information that I need when I register the car otherwise what was I supposed to do since the first original documents never came?) and now I have an even larger issue.I picked up the vehicle today in Alaska. I got the vehicle home and noticed a couple of things wrong. First the Sirius Radio does not work, second the remote start does not work, third it is missing the second row floor mats, fourth the removable tray package, fifth the tires have been changed from 17 all-season tires to 18 sport tires, and lastly when I read tinted windows I was expecting tinted windows, not the slight tint it had (the website says tinted windows not solar tinted hence why I expect to be a darker tint as well when I had talked to Thomas specifically asking if the windows were dark tinted and he told me yes). I had called your dealership once I had realized these things and checking to make sure on both what I had printed out from your website about the vehicles features as well as the sticker advertisement that what was missing/not working/changed were in fact all on it. I had talked to a Mike Fulmer and in turned ended the phone more angry than before. I had told him what was wrong, missing, changed and he had told me that he will refer it to the salesman, Thomas, and have him call me back. I then responded that I do not wish to talk to Thomas due to previous experience and because the salesman has pretty much left me feeling frustrated and having to result to calling your dealership and having someone else take care of the problem. He then tells me that he cannot do anything but refer it to the salesman which starts to make me angry and I tell him again I do not advise that he has Thomas take care of this, that I do not want to deal with Thomas. He then tells me that he will not stay on the phone and be hollered at and to have Oscar, who actually bought the car, to call Thomas. Your dealership has never dealt with Oscar, just me. This is my car. It is titled in my name. My husband used his x-plan for the pricing and that is why his name is on it. I have power of attorney for my husband and am the one who signed for him to purchase this car. Please explain to me why my husband has to call the dealership and have this resolved when he has never had a hand in this to begin with outside of the x-plan. I honestly felt like Mike Fulmer refused to help me nor even listen to me. When your customer request that a certain person does not help them due to previous bad experiences is it your policy to force them to work with them? How do you keep customers if that is the case? Talking to Mike Fulmer has made me regret buying a car through your dealership. Feeling like he would have helped if my husband called verses me leave a very bad taste in my mouth. I will admit I raised my voice at him, what he called hollering, due to the fact he was not listening to me when I said I did not want to deal with Thomas. I rarely have felt the need to contact corporate over a mangers behavior and feel that this was completely unacceptable and extremely rude. I just want what is missing from my vehicle, the items advertised to work, and the all-season tires that were advertised to come with the car because that is what is better suited for Alaskan terrain as well as weather not to mention what I had expected. I do not want to deal with Thomas nor ever talk to Mike Fulmer ever again. I would like this resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for your time. XXXXthe response that the manager, Tony Rehns, gave me was that it was MY responsibility to have checked the window sticker regardless of what THEIR website had advertised for my vehicle that was purchased. That I need to take my vehicle to get the broken items fixed and that there is nothing he could do about that, which I already knew but what angers me is that he assumes no blame. The dealership should have check items before it left the lot. That what his salesman said about the tint is essentially I needed to prove it because as far as he is concerned the glass is all tinted. the only resolve he gave me was that he is going to mail out the missing floor mats to me. He had called me quite defensive, essentially waiting for a fight by talking to me with slow words like I was a five year old and pushed all blame unto me, that I should have checked into what I was buying. I thought that was why I had to deal with a salesman since he got the commission from my purchase not me. This dealership does not care about you. They will manipulate you and essentially give you the middle finger once the deal is done and they have their money. I do not recommend ever buying a car here and honestly if I could do it again I would never have done so. I hope this review prevents someone the frustration and stress this dealership has caused me.

Been looking for a "new" car for over a year. Couldn't find what I wanted for in my budget until I walked onto the lot at Evergreen Ford on March 17th 2013. Before that day I had been told nothing but high praises for them and I should check them out. Thought I found a "diamond in the rough". Buried in the back of the lot, used F150 with 88k miles on it. Bare bones minimum as far as options go which is what I wanted. Sale price of $13,900. Very clean inside and outside. Friendly enough salesperson. I was told that it had only been on the lot for 6 days. I was able to work out an even better deal than the $13,900. They even held it for me till I went to go pick it up 3 days later. Very easy to sign the paperwork. No additional costs, no haggling, no pressure, none of the normal used car sale stuff. The bad part of this deal starts off with being told that on the Sunday I looked at it, someone else had taken it for a test drive. When I picked it up, the mileage had not changed since I first looked at it. I don't see the reason to lie to me about someone else taking it for a test drive. If it sold before I came back, then so be it. Another issue is I had an oil change done to it right away and I was more than a quart low on oil. After they told me that they had done a full service. Next issue is I have only driven 96 miles (so far) and the check engine light came on. The reason is something about the catalyst working below normal threshold levels. I was quoted up to $2500 to have the exhaust replaced as needed. I've made numerous phone calls. Was told that the way they did the trade in was odd and I have to get a call back. I've requested a copy of the inspection report complete with mechanics notes, yet have not received it nor a call back of any sorts. Tempted to call the former owner of the truck and ask the whys of him trading in this truck. (He left his roadside assistance card filled out in the owners manual.) This is still in progress and I am trying to resolve it. Depending on the outcome, I would be leery about buying a used car from Evergreen Ford again.

My letter to their manager.......to top it all off they did run my credit without my approval!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!First of all my name is BETH there is no "A" at the end, I instructed that yesterday in the paperwork that was filled out........ I am not happy with your service at all, I emailed your internet sales team and inquired about the Ginger Ale Ford Edge that you had and if there was any room in the price and was told by Noel Bennett that there was room to negotiate and that I should come test drive the car to make sure that I liked it. I replied and said his room might be different than mine and that I was on a budget which I need to stick to. So I drove approxiamtely 60 miles (one way) to test drive the car, sit in your office waiting for all this nonsense paperwork to be filled out before getting down to the price. I still question as to why you NEED my Social Security number and my husband's if I was not financing through you, I hope to God that you were not dishonest on that also and ran my credit report. Then while waiting some more time twiddling my fingers Robert came back to me with an offer of $500 trade in value for my SUV, while I understand that it has 198,000 miles on it it is still in decent condition. I could go sell the new tires that are on there and get more money than you offered me, I was very insulted!! I said upfront that I didn't want to waste your time nor my time, guess what you guys wasted 4 hours of my time to have virtually NO NEGOTIATION done on your part. Then to top it off, while I was there trying to get the car someone else was out test driving it....is this how you operate, that if my deal fell through you were already off to the next person while we weren't even done.....so what happens a bidding war? That is just bad business practices. I kept saying that I had preapproval from my Credit Union and it was all in the CUDL system but Robert wanted to see how much I was approved for, I did not want to show that as it is not a starting point for your team to come in at my high end without listening to what I had to say first. THIS IS RUDE!!!!! So you want to know my honest opinion, I think by this point I hope you can see how angry I am with your car dealership and it's tactics. I was honest upfront and was hoping to get the same in return, guess what I never got that. I will tell everyone that I know to not shop for any car at your place. Please learn to be honest with your potential clients, so it doesn't waste their time and gas money..........

I contacted this dealership via there website. Noel contact me back within 15 minutes of the car I was looking for. He was quick and professional. He was keen to details including promotions, rebates, total price and highlights to the automobile I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership, I was welcomed by the staff. It was very busy that day but I fealt like the number one customer. Noel was introuced to me to the car and explained throughly the benefits. One important factor occured during the process, he never once try to sell me anything I did not need or want. The process did not feel like a selling or buying phase but an introduction phase and "does this car fit you as a person". He was keen to details, professional and most of all HONEST! He provided a great car, great price, great loan terms and most of all COMFORT! This dealership is truly above all the best in the Seattle area. This has been the best experience I have ever recieved while shopping for a car. I am a hospitality director and I will say, I felt as if I was at home at Evergreen Ford.

This is our 3rd dealing with Evergreen Ford this year. All of our dealings have been with Noel Bennett in the internet sales dept. We've purchased 2 NEW and 1 used car. My experience has been VERY positive...they worked with us to make deals ...we & they walked away happy. The finance dept staff, Jonathon & "The Englishman" are friendly & courteous...yes they offer the "add ons" that ALL dealerships do, but DO NOT change their demeanor if you decline...They understand...It's JUST BUSINESS!While I can appreciate someone having a bad experience (of course I've seen plenty of customers be the cause)...If you deal with THESE individuals, YOU WILL HAVE A GOOD CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!

Evergreen Ford Misrepresents it's cars. You think you are buying one thing and then you find out it's something else. After Bringing it to their General Managers (Tony Rehn) attention as well as the sales manager and sales associate, they have not bothered to return our calls or answer our emails! I would not recommend them and will give no references for them in the future as well as any personal business.

My husband and I came to lot to buy 2012 Ford Escape. Fully funded and pre-approved with our credit union. Chet Kono became extremely aggressive when we refused to provide social security#'s , buy any warranties or extras or let them run our credit through CUDDLE. In other words he became angry when the only thing they could sell us was the vehicle period! Chet Kono is a bully. Demanded $10,000 down to hold vehicle overnight.Threatened to sell the car and refused to hold it until the morning when my credit union would have delivered full payment. Avoid Evergreen Ford!!!

After many weeks of searching for a car throughout the entire greater Seattle, Tacoma and east side, I feel I need to take the time to praise the efforts of Ken Galimanis. Ken went out of his way to allow us time to get to know the car and was helpful when we needed his help in learning about the car. Ken is very knowlegable. There is no doubt in my mind that Ken is sincere in his career. I would recommend Ken to anyone who is searching for a vehicle whether new or used. My husband and I bought a pre owned car. When we first viewed this car there was a spot on the head liner. When we came back a few days later the spot had been removed. It is this attention to detail that sets Evergreen Ford above all other dealers we worked with. Ken is truly a professional. A sales person can only be viewed in this manner if he has the support of management. This support allows Ken to be viewed as a 1st class, top shelf sales person. Evergreen Ford is lucky to have Ken as their Internet Sales Manager.

Watch out when it comes time to sign the final paperwork. They over charged me twiceand I will end up paying more interest for the length of the loan because of the over charge. I also requested financing through Ford Credit, they placed the loan with Capital One Auto Finance without my knowledge. Not at all trustworthy. Buyer beware.

We paid high blue book for a PT cruiser, we received low blue book for our trade. If as promised the cruiser was in excellent running condition, thoroughly gone over by the "top auto mechanic in the state" and very dependable, I would have been satisfied. But No. Car fails to start the night we took it home, towed back to dealer they replace the starter...the problem is it was a corroded wire to the starter, after a month of continuing starting failures, I diagnosed it myself and repaired it. Two, oil leak due to improperly replacing the oil pan gasket, Three, leaking transmission. (the dealer put in a new transmission when they received the car in trade, they assured me I would never have to worry about it.)The front seals failed due to improperly sealing the bolts, the tork converter is an after market part. The facing is scratched causing another seal failure. In the words of my mechanic,"a very sloppy job of replacing the transmission". After less than two years and only 5000 miles I am faced with over $2500 in repairs due to the incompetence of the service department and the false assurances made by the sales department.

We took a 2+ hour drive up to Issaquah on a Friday evening to look at a new Edge. The sales staff was excellent in assisting with the sale. We didn't drive home in our new Edge until 11pm that night and the entire staff was upbeat the entire time. We'll never buy anywhere else!

Unfortunately, these are sleazy and dishonest used car dealers. My car was recently hit and totaled by a minivan. Having survived that experience I was very concerned about the condition and safety of my next vehicle. I visited several dealerships until I saw a vehicle online, advertised by Evergreen Ford, that I thought would meet all my needs. Since I knew what effect body damage could have upon a car, the first question I asked the dealer was if there was any history of collision, body work, accident damage etc. The dealer told me that the car had a clean Auto Check, was mint with no history of any collision damage, repair etc. He even joked about there not being so much as a rock chip on the windshield. He described the car as "Basically mint" Exact quote. I test drove the vehicle, considered it, and asked again if there was any accident history--even minor. I was told that there was not. I purchased the vehicle that afternoon. Less than one week later I received a large envelope from Evergreen Ford which contained the entire maintenance history of the car that I now owned. In the paperwork it was clearly documented that a mere 4 weeks before the sale, the car was seen for servicing "Following a front end collision that left several things out of alignment..." Exact quote. Apparently, the owner did not want to invest in a full fix, so the car was patched COSMETICALLY, and put on the sales lot at Evergreen Ford. Since purchasing the vehicle I have already experienced mechanical difficulties, and the service engine light is on. When I contacted the dealership regarding the fact that importance maintenance history was withheld from me, I was actually referred to Auto Check's Buyback Policy!! Essentially the salesman was admitting that I had been shafted, and advising me to seek relief by applying for Auto Check BUYBACK STATUS, a qualifying criteria of which is that the car was sold with some significant aspect of its condition not being revealed to the buyer at the time of sale ( For example: Failed Emission Test, or Collision) That was the extent of support that my concerns have received from Evergreen Ford. Because the salesman was aware of the damage, I was essentially mislead at every step of the purchasing process and I am unable to rate the dealership above one point on any criteria. My experience is not unique. Evergreen Ford is a truly awful dealership.

Cheaters! Fraud! Wanted a Black Focus, Evergreen only had Grey, offered to locate a Black one from their sister store in Kirkland. Grey one on the lot had a $1500.00 store discount on it. Asked if the Black one had a store discount at Kirkland they said no. Signed the deal, then I find out YES Kirkland did have a $17050.00 discount on the black one. Called around other dealers would have only charged me $150-$200 to transfer a car to their lot and given me the remaining store discount. Evergreen ripped me off $1,550. So if they don't have it in stock do your research and just go to the other lot and buy it! Never will do buisness with these oily salesmen!

My buying experience at Evergreen Ford was great thanks to JP and Andrew. The deal was very good on the car and the sales experience was very friendly and without pressure. We where given a fare amount for our old car and love the new one. I will go back when my son is ready to drive his own.

My husband & I went to this dealership last week on Veteran's Day to test-drive a used Fusion we had seen online. This was an hour's drive from home one way & he'd taken the day off from work to accompany me. My husband had been in contact with the internet sales team and had told someone the day before we would be there by noon the following day to check the car out. We also received a call early that morning from Jeff and confirmed we were on our way. We were olitely greeted when we arrived & brought back to internet sales where we provided a copy of a driver's license for the test drive. One salesman was sent out to pull the car up. About 10-15 min. later, we were escorted outside only to find the car had not been located. Then another 15 or so minutes passed as several salespeople by then looked aimlessly for keys and tried to figure out the whereabouts of this particular car. Finally we were told that an interested party had taken the vehicle to be checked out by a mechanic and that it was due back in another hour & a half. We were dumbstruck and confused to say the least. We were then offered a gift certificate to go have lunch and were told to come back at 1 o'clock. We went for lunch but did not return to the dealership,figuring it was not going well and was a waste of our time by this point. Once home, we found a message saying the car was back & to come take a look. My husband called and asked what was wrong that the prospective buyer was no longer interested. We got another story as to the car's whereabouts. He was then told two employees had taken the car on some kind of dealer run or swap and that "it's hard to keep track of 20 employees."By this time my anger was bubbling over, having felt deceived and lied to by an incompetent sales staff! We received at least 2 additional phone messages of apology and offers to "sweeten the deal." I told my husband that they had their chance and blew it- I want nothing more to do with them.

Attempting to purchase from Evergreen Ford was a horrible experience. Their "Salesman who calls himself "The Can Man" was very pushy and disrespectful to my wife. They would not negotiate at all on price and would continually lie about the prices they payed for the used vehicles on their lot. They actually had my wife Test Drive a vehicle, told her is was certified "safed" and while on the Test drive warning lights came on. When my wife asked about the light she was given 4 different answers. They even brought in the mechanic to explain and he said "a seal and shaft had gone bad". When my wife asked why that wasn't caught during their inspection she was told "Look, you don't have to buy this car". One mechanic told her this a common problem with the Ford Escape and would be a recall soon so they didn't have the parts to fix it and then another mechanic told her they had never seen a problem like this before and that it was just a bad seal.Then they tried to change the price, to more expensive. Nobody was able to give my wife straight answers until I said i would be there in 10 minutes. Then the real story started coming out. Turns out the car had never been inspected and yet they would have let my wife buy the car and drive off had the light not come on.Do yourself a favor and drive 20 minutes North to Kirkland Ford. Much better prices, Much nicer people, no scams. I ended up buying a new 2010 Ford Escape from Kirkland with no hassles.

Upon delivery of the vehicle, we noticed a small dent with scratches. Tony said he would have it fixed. Tried to tell me it was only a couple hundred dollars and he would take care of it so I would take delivery of the car. Once the body shop said it would be $1000 to fix, he backed out on his deal.

High pressure sales gimmicks, dishonest salesman. This dealer is at the bottom of the barrel. This dealer would steal money from their own children in the name of profits. Sure, they can sell you a car at the highest price possible.Do your self a favor if you want a Ford, drive 20 miles to the south to Kent or 10 miles to the NorthWest to Bellevue.

I ordered my Fusion Hybrid on March 31st and took delivery of it on May 30. This is 2 weeks shorter then they told me it would be there. I am very pleased with the car and the service that I received at the dealership and will continue to buy my cars from there. I will also recommend everyone that I talk to, to go there for the professional service and honest people!!! Thank you so very much and I hope to see you soon for an additional vehicle.

Evergreen Ford Dealer is committing fraud by lieing to customers about the policies regarding Ford's offer of 0% financing. Evergreen Ford forced me to pay full MSRP if I choose 0% financing from Ford. After buying the vehicle, I discovered this is not the policy of Ford.Regardless of what spin Evergreen tells you, do yourself a favor and drive 20 miles to the south and visit any other Ford dealer for 10% less the Evergreen. Evergreen Ford are snake oil salesman.
