I would like to leave a good review but I simply cannot. I bought my car at the start of July and gave specific instructions that I was moving address and to not send my license plates to my old address. 8 months on and I still have no license plates. There seems to be some sort of breakdown in communication between John & Nuvia. I would look elsewhere

Beware of search result manipulation on websites like Cargurus .com. I was looking for Chevy Volt Premier and found it. The site showed it as "great deal" and 2600$ under average. Turns out they listed the base / LT model but it was very hard to tell because they did not include any interior pictures. You really have to know what to look for to realize it's the base model. The only thing that stood out was the upgraded rims on the car. On their dealership site, the price was 500$ cheaper still but now listed as LT base model.

Terrible company. Dropped off a vehicle at midnight! Two hour drive, but show up at midnight?! Who does that?! Made me sign a contract for a vehicle I had to settle with, yet, the contract was void because the financier did not finance me, but when I contacted them, they would dodge my calls and texts. Would not take the car back until they decided they wanted to. Threatened to report the car stolen....then showed up, at midnight, yet again, with an old guy to repossess the car. I have 5 kids and they send someone to my door and ring my doorbell at midnight. Not professional at all! Terrible company, if I could put no stars I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not buy from here! I bought a 07 Dodge Durango from here and to be honest my car is ok. I was lucky! However, I referred a friend here since I didn't have any issues. He bought a BMW from them. His BMW broke down barley a month after he bought the car. He contacted the dealer many times and RJ gave him the run around. RJ did let him use a car at first but while driving the car, which my friend had for one day, he got pulled over and almost taken to jail because they car was not supposed to be in the road. First RJ wouldn't help him at all so I got involved. RJ insisted that we contact the warranty company. Which I did but the warranty company said that RJ never contacted them or sent over the documents that they needed in order to repair my friends BMW. We are now in the process of seeing what legal options we have. My friend lost his job because he missed work due to the issues with this car. Again, if your lucky and your car if good you won't have any issues but if anything goes wrong RJ and the staff at Euro Auto Sales will not help you. They're only nice and helpful when selling the car but after that they treat you like trash..
