My fiance and I had an amazing experience purchasing our first truck at Elk Grove Ford. Tony Ho was very informative and was able to work with the finance department to get us the best deal possible. Cole the owner son was funny, informative, didn't rush us through paperwork and explained everything in detail and was so kind. I had been taking my car here before to get work done and the whole company has always been so kind and never over sold me on anything. Being a woman going to a dealership for any reason can be stressful because most place try to take advantage of women who may not know alot about cars but NOT here. They are the best place around hands down.

Rachel also was a great help with both transactions and I appreciate the help she provided in getting me the deal I was looking for.I do hope that they put in a charging station so that I can bring my car by for a quick charge when I need it or bring it in for service. That would be awesome to have their. Just saying...I knocked one star off service because my daughter knew something was wrong on her car and the service department didn't see it until it was bad. I've purchased many automobiles over the last 45 years. I've been to dealerships that were more interested in the sale than in customer satisfaction. Dealerships that had small inventories, where you take what we have or wait for your choice of car to be ordered. I've also dealt with some good dealerships along the way, and they were interested in customer satisfaction, they were looking for that repeat buyer. And then I went to Elk Grove Ford. I'd made contact with Jason Gatrel on line, and he invited me to come to the dealership, assuring me that the truck I was looking for was in their inventory, and it was. As the buying process took place, I was introduced to Rachel Wood. She made the buying experience well worth the ride from Placeville. The deal we made was outstanding, the price was unbeatable. He created a very relaxed atmosphere and earned my trust and confidence every step of the way! He possessed exceptional product knowledge and answered all my questions thoroughly. He took the time to understand both my needs and concerns which made it very easy to say we've got a deal! He was a truly impressive salesperson! The support team was also excellent and made the paperwork a smooth and efficient process! Simply said, it was just an excellent experience!!!

Mrs. Rachel Woods and the sales representative Neil Wilson did an amazing job in explaining and providing my husband and I with all the information necessary to purchase the most beautiful American car on the market : Ford Explorer Platinum 2016. Great dealership! The service department staff are very friendly and did a great job of recommending needed repairs without trying to up sell unnecessary things. They found and corrected a safety issue in my breaks due a private mechanics mistake ( which was causing a horrible screeching noise). I will bring my Mustang and Expedition here from now on for any service concerns.

Recently my siter and her husband leased a brand new car from Elk Grove Ford. They told me about their experience and the awesome service they received from TyLer Shupe and advused me to go see him too see what he can do for me. I have never had a good car buying experience ever since i bought my first car. I never get what i want,i always have been pressured our swindled and end up dissatisfied. But I went in and first thing i noticed when i pulled onto the lot was none of the sales agents attacked me like sharks. Everyone was polite, calm, the dealership was clean and running well organized. Tyler came out listened to what I wanted and we took a test drive in the car i wanted,and he was able to get me into that vehicle at what i can afford. This has been the best experience buying a car ever for me. I highly reccomend going to Elk Grove Ford if your in need of a new vehicle bevause the entire staff is amazing.Tyler Shupe is an awesome agent, Robert and Asher in financing are so effecient. From the time that I arrived to the time I went home I felt like one of the family. Their staff and sales personnel were ready to assist and answer any questions I asked. I never felt pressured or required to do anything that I didn't want to or feel like I had to follow any required steps of any process. One salesman (John Luna) stood out as person who made you feel like you were meant to be a Ford owner. As I left to go home I knew that all my questions were answered and that two days from now I would own my truck. My wife and I knew that we wanted. We looked around Sacramento and got a reall education! One salesman was very nice, but couldn't meet our needs. Tried to offer us a 'deal' on the vehicle they had. Another dealership said they had the car we wanted. Much to our surprise they 'borrowed' the very same vehicle we had already declined. Another dealership said they had the exact vehicle we wanted. We searched and searched, nope! When we asked for the salesperson we had talked to, he was too busy, so the sales manager tried to put us in a different color vehicle even saying red was a ticket getter. We called Elk Grove Ford, they said yes the had the vehicle, and they did! We negotiated a fair deal, the finance manager was not pushy, just laid out what else was available. The service departemen was great (oil change) and we couldn't be happier. Great place, great people, great price, what a breath of fresh air!

We just purchased our new Ford Focus Hatchback last week and it was a wonderful car buying experience. Not only did Rachel look for and find the car we wanted, she was enthusiastic about paying off the Focus that we were still making payments on. Paid it off and gave us an amazing deal on the new, fully equipped one! The only reason we bought a new Focus was because we could now afford all the features that we wanted before, but weren't quite able to buy at the time. Roshan was great and took wonderful care of us during the whole process and made sure our new car was ready for us the next day. ( It needed to be delivered from another dealership.) 5 Stars to all!!

Let us begin with the service. As a retired business owner, I realize that service is a large differentiator with customers. My wife and I sought a Ford because of our history of owning Ford cars. We wanted a truck that would tow a 5th wheel. We first called and spoke with Jerry Reynolds at Car Pros to discuss the match, and he highly recommended Cale Wood and the Elk Grove Ford dealership. A few seconds after entering the doors, Trevor Glantz greeted us to discuss a F-250 purchase. A+ Shortly after, he introduced us to Rachel Wood, and we discusses our specs with them. Rachel provided a reasonable quote. At home, my wife and I discussed the quote, and a few days after purchasing our 5th Wheel, we went back to Elk Grove Ford to discuss a slider hitch and a few other options after which we settled a deal and the contractual and financial arrangements. We also purchased an extended warranty, because we knew that Elk Grove Ford would take care of our truck just as it serviced my previous two Mustangs and my wife's SUV. Ken Waite was superb in dealing with all the paperwork. I like the fact the Ford works as a team and supports each team member. How staff treats one another is a big factor for company success. As a business consultant to Presidents, CEOs, and CFOs, I have seen the best and worst, and Ford appears to rate high. A+ The facilities overall looked clean and professional from the outside to the showroom, store, and service center. That makes it easy for customers. My wife was having the SUV serviced while we were purchasing. A+ Thanks again.

I came all the way from Chico because Elk Grove Ford gave me the best overall deal on my new 2014 F-150. I searched at least 3 to 4 other dealerships and for the total package of incentives,discounts and what they gave me for my trade-in no other dealership even came close. Mike Bhatia was very helpful over the internet and his partner Dwane Gaines was very accomodating on the 2 times I visited the dealership in person. There was no pressure from anyone which helped me feel confident I was making the right decision. Check out their website. A great place to buy a car, everyone that helped us treated us like family. Showed us vehicles that they thought could solve our problems, and those we thought we wanted. We ended up with some of both in the Ford Fiesta we purchased. Everyone in our home loves this car for very different reasons. Great gas mileage, great GREEN color, fancy lights inside the car.

Also, something that really impressed us the most, and sealed the deal for our fantastic car buying experience is that Ashraf took the time to entertain our toddler daughter who was car buying with us that day. Car shopping and buying is hard enough, but even more so with a young child along. He took the time to give her paper and drawing supplies, for her to be able to draw as we completed our finance paperwork, and then pretended to "auction off" her great picture to a fellow dealership peer. She was beyond ecstatic! For someone to pay that kind of attention to her in the middle of busy paperwork time. It was the kindest thing to do. We were so beyond impressed with both Ashraf and Trevor. They were fantastic, they really went above an beyond in their job roles. I took my 2006 F-150 in to the Fast Lane Service for an Oil Change and a Smog. As usual they determined that my front breaks needed new pads and the rotors turned. They gave me a quote on the breaks which I thought was very reasonable and I gave the go ahead to repair. The guys in the service department are always helpful and friendly. I guess that's why I keep coming back to have my truck serviced at Elk Grove Ford. Plus I always know the work will be done right.

Your folks their provided fantastic customer service the entire way, a phenomenal deal, and a quick response time where we did not have to spend an entire day at dealership in order to buy a car. Trevor Glantz our sales rep was fantastic and provided us with the best customer service. He is very very knowledgeable in his field, and was so courteous and respectful. He was so clear along every step, and made everything so quick and smooth during our car buying experience. I would come back to your dealership (and we may be soon for a second car) just to buy from him again and give him our business. He did a great customer service job.The same can be said for Ashraf Eldib, who handled our finance portion. He was so knowledgeable, and presented to us so clearly all of the finance details,( which at times can be overwhelming), he made it all so clear and within reasonable amount of time. And what just blew us away, was his interaction with our daughter who was along with us that day for car buying as well. It is hard enough to car shop and buy with a four year old, but to have them sit through the finance portion can be a bit too much. Ashraf was so amazing! He provided paper for her to draw a picture, then pretended to auction it off to a fellow dealership colleague, who complemented her work. Don't know if it was never there or removed when they detailed car. very expensive to replace. Whom ever did the detailing must have used dirty water in cleaning the rugs. Later that day and the next day the car smelled so bad, ;-[ I considered bringing it back, by the 3rd day the rugs dried out and the smell went away. might check on that.over all service was good.

I had my first Ford 350 service completed; unfortunately someone did not replace the oil fill cap on the diesel engine. However, after I brought it to Elk Grove Fords attention, they immediatelyscheduled me an appointment; prepared all the paper work in advance, the service manger was personally waiting for me when I arrived; replaced the oil cap and changed the oil and filter again in less than 20 minutes . Mistakes happen, how you handle those makes all the difference - Elk grove Ford handled this situation perfectly.

2013 Ford F150.The seat material in the driver's seat was prematurely wearing out at about 6 months after purchase.It was obvious to me this was a flaw in the fabric. The service rep, Raul Ruiz, took pictures and sent them to Ford HQ for review. In less than 2 hours the repair was approved by Ford at no cost to me. Was given a rental car to use when repair was done. Repair done on same day.Rual was very friendly, empathetic, and professional. He also helped me with a question re sync radio.

I brought my wife's 2012 Focus in for a warranty replacement of the low-gear clutch. Kevin Rosenberg took care of the initial write-up and Raul Ruiz was the service representative who obtained the details regarding performance and drivability. The process was completed quickly and efficiently and I was offered a ride home via the shuttle.Raul noticed that the front tires were worn and offered to price-match any other estimate. Raul regularly updated me on the status of the clutch repair and made good on his offer to price-match the tire replacement.The work was completed within a couple of days and the vehicle performs wonderfully with the new clutch and tires. Great service from skilled technicians is something I have come to expect from Elk Grove Ford and I have not yet been disappointed.Additionally, Kevin and Raul are excellent representatives for Elk Grove Ford and it was a pleasure doing business with both of them.Finally, although he was not directly involved in this service appointment, Perry Ortega is the most knowledgeable and pleasant parts representative I have ever known. We plan on coming back here when we it is time to replace our other car.One issue I have is that the dealership only found one key to the car we purchased and has not called to let me know they either found the other or have ordered another. The first day I came to the dealership was Monday 9/29/14 I already had been to 3 other Ford dealers earlier that day. Wanting to get a Ford Raptor. I guess none of the other dealerships took me seriously as a buyer. Elk Grove Ford Did and had way a bigger selection of Raptors than any other dealership I had been to that day. Had no trouble getting an appointment. I discovered an oil leak on my 2013 F-150 pickup on Friday, Sept 26th. I immediately called Elk Grove Ford and got an appointent for 8:40 am on Monday Sept 29th. I showed up right at 8:40 on Monday and Raul, my service guy,was right there and took over. About 3 hours later, He called and said the oil problem was fixed. At the same time he also had some routine servicing done that was due to be done in the next 30 days, saving me another trip.

Friendly guy that helped. Took a little over an hour and I asked for a wash since my vehicle needed one That was not the best. Still had bird stuff and grease all over the wheels. The back, front grill, top and windows still had dripping water, which dripped down the sides. Guess it means wash but not dry. That was a disappointment; my Hondas over the past 20+ years were always delivered back really clean and dry. Spent time in the parking lot with my little hand towel to try to get dried some so wouldn't have water it's all over. The guys big wet foot print was on my carpet. The oil service was good. The wash job very lacking.....keeping my vehicle clean is an important part of maintaining it. The waiting area is a bit lacking. A table & 2 chairs...... Thank goodness the weather was nice so I could walk up & down the sidewalk for a large bot of my wait time.

I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion and I am very happy about my purchase. My dealer, Mr. Tony Ho was very helpful and accommodating and was able to answer most, if not all of my questions. I, however was disappointed about the cleanliness of the car. I feel that your staff did not do a thorough cleaning of the car. The car was released to me at around 9 pm. I did informed Mr. Ho of this situation the next day and he did offer to have the car clean for free but not that day. I was able to have the car clean twelve (12) days after my purchase. I was hoping that the car would be CLEAN and DETAILED both inside and out. The interior of the car had dust when it was first handed to me that Saturday night (August 30th). Apart from this fiasco, my experience with your company was satisfactory. Being a First Time Buyer, Mr. Ho greatly helped and guided me throughout the whole buying process.

I made an online inquiry about a new vehicle and received a call from Ken Waite who invited me to come in and take a look at the vehicles. I was able to go over on my lunch break, and Ken was respectful of the time limitations I had. I returned the next day and he had already done some groundwork on different finance scenarios for two different vehicles (lease v purchase, down v. no down). It was great to know these things upfront - Elk Grove Ford proved to be the "no surprise guys" (which is a motto for a different business in town). Ken was patient and accommodating, timely with his responses, and brought no pressure to our conversations - an EXTREMELY refreshing experience.

I am, however, particularly concerned with the status of my wife's 2012 Ford Focus. This is the second time I had to bring in our vehicle for the Transmission/Clutch Assembly for shuddering. Additionally, while visiting San Francisco in July, I had to pull over for engine overheating...which was displayed on my instrument panel. We purchased 2014 Ford Focus SE. We have previously bought 2 cars from Elk Grove Ford. We are a Ford family. My daughter had a 2000 ford focus it was time for upgrade. I really liked the Sales team I worked with Tony and Kevin. But I didn't appreciate the Finance team. I dreaded sitting in the room with him. I wanted my payment to be reasonable. I chose not to buy into the extra protection. But the finance guy kept drilling about how important that was. I don't know how many times I told him no but he kept on it. Next thing his boss comes over went over the same thing. I had it I just wanted to walk out. But Tony and Kevin our salesman were so nice I couldn't do that. Overall my experience was great until it was time to see the Finance guy. I don't understand when a customer tells them this is what I can afford every month so why finance guys keep trying to sell you coverage that puts you over budget. Don't they care or listen. The whole experience with them was horrible.

This was the second attempt on the same problem... an elusive but annoying squeak. Cruz and her mechanic (Sorry I forgot his name, but he's a big friendly guy) did a great job. They nailed that squeak! I am a HAPPY camper now! Kudos to your team! It seems Elk Grove Ford is creating a very strong service department!

I brought the car (2012 Focus)in with a intermittent "check engine light" with a code of P090C.You guys checked it out thoroughly and after 2 days you were able to get the car to fail. You replaced the TCM and found and stopped a small transmission leak.Car is running better than when I purchased it(maybe due to the TCM replacement).I'm satisfied.Only complaint was having to wait 30 minutes for the paperwork to get completed so I could get my car key. Staff was friendly

The sales associate (Roshan Lal)was excellent. I was happy that he didn't try to pressure me or treat me like I was stupid (I've had that happen). Also the Finance Manager (Ashraf Eldib) was excellent as well. Overall it was a very good experience. And I wasn't there all day (as it usually is when buying a new car).

For the services rendered, they did a good job. However, in my experience, I do wish the service managers would pay more attention to the customers and be more communicative. I sat waiting for 30 mins after my appointment to see when someone would help me. Then I had to make numerous phone calls checking on my vehicle when I believe they should be the ones calling and updating me. Just my 2 cents. Cruz Solorzano is an exception to this complaint. She does her job well.

Your service is not as friendly as it use to be, just people going thur the day telling everybody it will be 1 1/2 hr. wait to get your car serviced. Use to be, the service guy would go thur. the sheet telling you how everything looked.This time I had to ask for my report sheet.I have a maint. contract with ford, and I can go to any ford dealer, would like to keep my business in Elk Grove.

From start to finish we were treated in a respectful and kind manner as we searched and then decided upon a car. Buying a car can be a nerve-wracking decision with a lot of emotion and pressure, and our salesperson (Ken Waite) was completely respectful of the fact it was a big deal for us and that we needed to take our time and check them all out and see all of the options. I was there at6:45 am Wednesday. Lloyd can out about 6:55, got me written up and ready for "The Works" and transfer case lube change. The Tech didn't move my Expedition until 7:20. It took until 9:00 to get it out of shop then another 10 minutes for the tech to get paperwork turned in.This definitely is "Quick Lane".We have both vehicles serviced there just the wait is getting longer each time.We never have had bad service from Quick Lane or the service department. That is why I keep coming back.

Brought my 2012 Focus in for an intermittent "check engine light" problem. I gave the service department the code that I retrieved. They diagnosed and found the error along with an oil leak that I didn't know about. I was able to drive out of the dealership without problems, so I guess that the problem was fixed. Cruz was very personable. My only complaint was waiting about 30 minutes for the repair paperwork to be generated. Other than that My car and I are happy.

The staff was freindly, however the person writing it up took 20 minutes to finish the paper work so I could leave. I could tell that he was new and had limited training and no one seemed interested in helping or teaching him. I noticed that there was all new staff in the Quick Lane, and that almost all seemed to be just learning what to do. However, this was a simple oil change and I have no issue with the work performed.I will contine to use Elk Grove Ford for service, but amenities at the dealership, when compared to others in the Elk Grove Auto Center are woefully lacking.

Me and my wife purchased a 2011, Subaru Outback on Labor Day. Even though the dealership was very busy we were treated with respect and professionalism. Everything went very well, and we are so grateful for the car that we purchased. The staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Tony Ho who walked us through the purchasing process, took us on a test drive, introduced us to everyone we would be dealing with and also detailed the car before we brought it home, he made it a very pleasant experience and I have already started to recommend Elk Grove Ford to all of my friends, not only do they carry all of the new Ford line but they also have a great used car lot. The service was good and you always keep my car running. However the staff is lacking. I say that bc our car was done and we went back to pick it up and were told that there were 3 other services for our car that were recommended but they never called to ask if we would like it done. I ended up replacing the air filter myself and will now have to go back for the other two service.

Much better this time. There was prompt contact and the process of getting the truck serviced began quickly. If there is room for improvement it would be to equal the focus between getting people in and getting them out. The two times I have used Fast Lane, I initiated getting the paper work done. Both times my vehicle sat ready to go with no one working on closing out the required paperwork. Fast in should also be Fast out.

Elk Grove Ford has established a car buying experience that is close to painless. This is because the process they follow is transparent providing the buyer with a fair opportunity to make the best decision for themselves without manipulation. The sales team at Elk Grove Ford is knowledgeable, engaging and offer up helpful information above and beyond the industry standard. The finance team is efficient and do not "up sell" you extras that bring more expense without additional value. My wife leased a care from Elk Grove Ford three months ago. The experience was such a positive one that I decided to lease my new car from them yesterday. I am a very "picky" buyer with all things I purchase and a car is no exception. I had a million questions and variations re options, etc. and Elk Grove Ford's sales team patiently answered each question and did so without ever making me feel uncomfortable for doing my research. Tim and Chris are salt of the Earth human beings. Overall, through my experience, I gained two new cars and look forward to sending our sons to Elk Grove Ford when they are in the market for a new car.

I don't like to leave bad reviews because I know customer service can be tough. That being said, this place has made too many mistakes to be ignored at this point. The only nice thing I can say is that the service managers are very easy to work with. At this point I'd rather deal with poor customer service and good repairs.I bought a lemon/2006 Ford Escape from them in August 2010 with a 36k/3 yr. warranty. The salesman was pushy and lied several times about options. In December my transmission went out. I knew this was a likely event, as I had done research on the car. It was covered by the warranty, so it wasn't the end of the world. They did however take 2 weeks to decide whether to fix it or replace it. Another 6 months goes by and my panel control module (computer) goes out. This was not covered by the warranty. The car was useless without it, so I paid the 2k to replace it. This is where the ridiculous mistakes started happening. When I got the car back I had several electrical issues. My cruise control was spotty, as well as the power locks on the driver side door. I brought it back in to have them looked at and they magically worked when the mechanic took it out or a drive and he said to bring it back when it happened again. It happened as I drove away, but it was closing time. I live an hour away, so I just dealt with the electrical issues.Next, my brake lights stopped working. I tried to replace the bulbs and it kept blowing fuses, 10 to be exact. I brought it in to find it was an issue with a current being grounded at the junction box. They made some minor repair, and didn't replace the junction box. When I drove away my back passenger blinker didn't work. Again, I tried to replace the bulb and it blew the fuses. I brought it in a month later to have them tell me it was the junction box. They decided to replace it and it was covered by the warranty. All the while I am paying $100 deductibles, for a mistake that should have been rectified the first time. I had the cruise control looked at and it was an issue that was not covered by the warranty. They failed to tell me this until I received the bill, which charged me 62.50 to have it looked at. I find this a little odd since the cruise control wasn't an issue until they replaced my panel control module. Why I am I paying for them to fix their mistakes???I tried to check the car to make sure things worked before I left the lot, as the mistakes were piling up. I didn't find anything until I stopped for gas. The clicker to lock and unlock the car didn't work anymore. I was flabbergasted that I drove away with ANOTHER issue. Needless to say I will never buy another car or warranty from this company. If their service department was not part of the deal I would never have returned and I suspect they would not be in business at all.

NO PRESSURE sales experience. Darwin, our sales consultant couldn't have been better. After the test drive we didn't get the expected question: "What's it going to take to get you into this car TODAY?" It was " Can we see if there's a price that will work for you?" We knew we were in the right dealership. Admittedly, we had done our "homework" so we knew what we could afford, what features we wanted, the colors you had in stock and about what the price should be. You actually came in a little lower than what we expected. Super sales experienceno hype or pushing.

Previously wrote detailed answer to this and I am very thankful for Marty Rivas. Love my Titanium ruby red Escape. It is wonderful to drive and the screen is fabulous, nice and large and positioned perfectly. I was very well cared for as I live in Redwood City and Marty had to text me and email often and it worked out very well with very few glitches as it was so detailed and a I was bit anxious, but all went well and I drove off in my new Ford. It seems like a dream, a good one.

I did not feel like I was pressured and I feel the deal I got for the trade-in of my vehicle and the price for the used vehicle I purchased was fair for both parties.

We originally visited EG Ford in January, 2014. We had just started looking into trading a vehicle in, but weren't quite ready to buy. We test drove three vehicles that day, and told Tim that if we liked what we saw at EG Ford, we'd return. Tim sent a few emails and made a few calls, but after explaining we wouldn't be ready to purchase until mid year, he respected our timeline. After five months and test driving at least a dozen cars, visiting nine or so dealers, we called Tim to see if he was still with EG Ford. We confirmed that he was still there, and made an appt to look at a few options and test drive one specific vehicle, a used Ford Edge. Tim maintained his professionalism, and took excellent care of both of us. We're very happy with our purchase, but more so with Tim's service and attention.

Did a recall on my Ford Escape and had to replace the water pump, too, and it didn't cost me anything. I also had a 15,000 miles oil change while they had it. I was glad to get it back because I love my car and missed not having it.

Steve, was professional, and addressed the problem in a direct manner. Under the circumstances, it was obvious that the battery (2012 Fusion , under warranty) was bad and he did not lead me into a full and costly diagnostics test. Problem was quickly resolved and I was on my way.

Speed and clarity of using Quick Lane was excellent. Only thing that seemed a little unclear was getting the car back. Went for wash after servce and seemed like it took 45 minutes . it could be there was a wait time at the wash rack, I don't know.

Our salesperson, John Luna, was friendly & helpful and he treated us with respect. He had the two vehicles ready for our inspection when we arrived & showed up the features of the two vehicles. He was never pushy. Also, all of the staff was friendly and courteous and the showroom was very nice.

Took F350 in because support handle on drivers side came loose. They promptly ordered replacement, got it 2 days later, they called me and I went in same day and they put it on. They were terrific and very accomodating. Thank You.

I came in through the Car Pro deal (your a ways away from Folsom). Overall the experience was great! All of the people I met with and worked with were professional and courteous. Shout out to Atil and Rachel they made the car buying experience enjoyable! Have not had this good of a car buy in years. Rachel went out of her way on Sunday to find my exact match!

Quick, friendly and offers good value. Engine light was on and while normally a service dept. function, the tech at Quicklane did a quick diagnostic anyway to assure us the problem was no more than a gas cap door issue.

I have waited long enough and have decided to move on. How discouraging that they take the time to place adds, then not follow up on sales... Perhaps Cars.com should screen dealers prior to allowing them to place adds...

I contacted this dealer and made a deal over the phone. Made arrangements to drive from Sacramento to Fresno I was half way there and I get a phone call on my cell phone and was told they sold the car to someone else. All they said was sorry and did not offer any other assistance to make it right.

In response to an Internet add I recently attempted to contact Elk Grove Ford via cars.com to inquire about a Ford Pick-up truck that I had an interest in. There was no response to my inquiry. I will give two stars to Customer Service for at least making the effort to post the add. A response would have been appreciated, and might have resulted in a sold vehicle.

Met John Luna, and bought a 2013 Focus Hybrid. Love it. The rated mpg is 47. After the first tank of gas,, well 3/4 tank, I am getting 42.7 mpg. I am very pleased. The price at the pump is not that much of a concern to me now. My mileage was taken going from Sacramento to Georgetown CA and back. This is not your typical trip. Use of all the options with sync are too much to absorb at one sitting. Lucky you don't need to know much to get on the road. Yes the first time I dove by myself I sat and waited for the engine to come on. It did not. Sure is quiet on battery. .

I went to the Elk Grove Auto Mall to get my first car. I got a 2003 Ford Taurus. My dealer was Ray Haskins. He was very friendly and I liked his upbeat personality. He explained everything that I needed to know about my car. I really love my car. It runs smoothly and has no problems.
