I am an out of state buyer and I recently bought a certain vehicle I've been looking for the past few months, and Elite Sales had exactly what I was looking for. My experience with them was PHENOMENAL. I never thought I'd buy a vehicle, especially a used one, without looking at it in person. But, with COVID restrictions and the inability for me to leave my family to go up to Chicago, I took the chance with pursuing this vehicle. Max was outstanding with communication, and was very quick to respond during this process. He is super nice, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My vehicle was delivered to me and it met, and may have even exceeded my expectations. Max Facetimed me for probably close to a total of 40 minutes to show me everything (good/bad) about the vehicle I was interested in. He was honest and straight with me. To make a long story short, I doubt he made much from me because he basically pocketed the delivery fee, and he found an issue with my vehicle that was not known AFTER we made the deal and sent him the check, so he told me he'd make it right. Well he certainly did, and replaced around $2k (what it would cost me) in repairs and new parts to make it right. He could've easily just sent that down here as is, but he didn't......THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The owner was a bit crazy but my husband and I loved the vibe . We bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from these guys and without asking or Mention on the ad ,the owner gave us summer doors and top worth about $2,500 . Thanks Max .
