The experience we had was wonderful. Morris and Larry were extrememly helpful and provided exceptional customer service. My wife and I finally came to the end of our long quest to replace our 14 year old VW. We worked with Mike Lehman at Ed Volyles Kia and he went above and beyond our expectations. We test drove 3 different cars, sat in several others and investigated two different models but ended up buying the 2016 Sorento with the upper end trim packages. We feel that this was the right decision given the car's safety rating, warranty, technological package and Consumer Reports review. Mike was patient and understanding in our uncertainty and informed us of each model's advantages and pricing with available dealer rebates and Costco discount. Other salespeople at other dealers have been condescending or indifferent, traits I really dislike. Mike was responsive to our questions but not pushy, and went to bat for us when we asked for some small concessions. Mike also took us around to the rest of the dealership team (finance, general management, service) So that we would be familiar with these people if there was ever a need to interact with them. If you need a new Kia, call Mike!

Go in to the showroom and meet with Kyle to trade in my current Kia Soul for an automatic. My daughter could not get a manual transmission down. It was pretty smooth sailing that day. Customer service was great......WHEN YOU ARE BUYING THE CAR. Afterwards it is almost no existent. Was transferring my license plate from my old car to my new one to save some hassle. So I thought. After about 3 weeks, I emailed Kyle to see about getting my plate, as the new car still had the temp on it. No response. Called about a week later. Still no response. Now that the temp plate is about to expire, I call and speak to the receptionist, who transfers me to the sales manager, who then transfers me back to the front desk because he is not the person I need to speak with in regards to the salesperson not returning my email or calls, then the receptionist sends me to the finance manager. He informs that I should have gotten the tag about 3 weeks after my purchase because that is how long it takes to get the paperwork through. Although I was told that my tag would be put in the spot where my spare tire was when I bought it. Not there. Spoke to the GM, who said he believed his salesperson had put it in my car before the car left. Funny how after checking and taking everything out of the car, TWICE, I was still left without a license plate. He basically called me a liar on the phone to cover the incompetence of his sales staff. So now I had to spend 3 hours of my time going to the police station in Chamblee to get a police report files for a lost plate, and the tag office to get a new plate because they could no longer help me in this situation. I had bought the car and taken possession, it was now "my problem". I will go back and get more Kias. They are EXCELLENT cars for the money. I will never shop at this dealer again for one though. Too much of a headache and hassle with the people who work there. I will also recommend to anyone that asks to go elsewhere, as they have wasted enough of my time. Would not want them doing this to anyone else.

I first spoke to James in order to find out if I could qualify for a new car. He was so helpful in getting quick answers that I showed up within a couple days. Rich helped me crunch the numbers, and he helped boost my confidence. Sinjin answered my repair questions, and Andy helped me laugh before I climbed into my new car. Such a pleasant experience!

I have given them a rating of five because they were very attentive and insured that I was completely satisfied. They followed up several times and did what they said they were going to do. Unfortunately, as always, the process is still too long and drawn out, but I'm not sure they could've done anything different. DeAndre Ogletree was the best!

We are now on our second lease agreement with Ed Voyles of Chamblee and the reason for that decision is due to the excellent service and attention we have received to date. Our salesman AB Chad was knowledgeable, patient and creative in the financing options he offered us and his professionalism closed the deal. In both cases the agreements were clearly described and openly transparent, we were never rushed and felt comfortable with the amount of control we had in the negotiations. In addition, I have always found the service crew to be polite, efficient and quick to resolve issues fairly and equitably, making me feel that my total satisfaction was their priority. In short therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer, they set the standard that others would do well to measure themselves by.

I would be very sure before using them that no one else is interested in the car you called ahead to come see. I was there for 2 hours in the final stages of getting approved for a loan and was told "I have good news and bad news. The car you came for has been sold, but , we can put you in another one." WHY would you attempt to sell one car to two people?! WHY would you let me sit there once you found out it was sold to another person?! Most notably, WHY would you begin the process with me if as DeAndre the salesperson stated to me without blinking " they were in the showroom at the same time." This is a terrible waste of your customers time and will convince me never to use Ed Voyles, especially Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee as they would rather compete with each other internally to sell a car rather than take care of what could have been a long term customer. Let's also mention that as a sponsor of community fundraising I was willing to give Ed Voyles of Kia my business. All this PR you do to get people to come in and I was willing to put my money behind your community involvement except for one giant problem; ED Voyles Kia of Chamblee and their salespeople are exactly what is wrong with buying a car and the car buying experience. They don't care about wasting peoples time or doing business honestly. To say this was a disappointing experience is a huge understatement!

I wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge and express appreciation for the outstanding customer care that I received from several members of your team earlier this week (RJ Lewis, Service Advisor; Tom Smith, Tech; Brian Johnson, Shop Foreman). In recent weeks I brought my 2004 Kia Sorrento to a local repair shop close to my home where I normally have maintenance and oil changes done on the vehicle. The vehicle was creating a whirring and popping noise on a recurring basis when I would enter into turns, or go in reverse. Additionally, the speedometer stopped functioning and the check engine light came on. The local repair shop diagnosed various things going on, ultimately treating each of the matters in isolation. When I picked up my vehicle when it was ready, I drove it for less than 24 hours and all of the issues I had brought the vehicle in for reoccurred and the steering was becoming tight on occasion. I contacted the repair shop to ask them if they had even done the work they billed for. They had, but said to bring the vehicle back in so I did. When I picked up the vehicle the second time it was ready, it drove fine for the first day. The next day, Saturday, all of the original issues reoccurred. At this point, I was livid, could not trust the work of the repair shop. I chose to take the rest of that Saturday going to recommended shops and dealerships to ask for a mechanic to ride in the vehicle with me and put the vehicle on a rack to see what they would assess the issue was. Ultimately, on that Saturday and the next Monday I visited 3 other recommended service shops and Ed Voyles Kia Service Center. At Ed Voyles Kia Service Center, yur Service Advisor, RJ, took the time to listen to the situation, and your technician, Tom, spent time that afternoon in the vehicle with me to hear the noise and then look at the car on the rack. When the vehicle was on the rack, your Shop Foreman, Brian, and your technician, Tom, went what I would consider to be above and beyond what would normally be expected to investigate the situation and land on what two of the other three shops had indicated there was an internal failure in the transfer case that was causing the noise and the shearing of the speedometer gear (which then triggered the speedometer to malfunction and the check engine light to come on). Beyond diagnosing the issue correctly, your team also fully understood and cared that due to the experience in recent weeks with the local repair shop, I did not trust auto mechanics in that moment and needed something more than just a solution. In short, I needed to be able to trust. Over the course of 2-3 hours, RJ, Tom, and Brian collectively looked into the work that would need to be done, called the extended warranty company I have a contract with, and more. They also provided a write-up for me to take to the local repair shop on the situation, allowing me the opportunity to see if the local repair shop would either make the situation right, or enable me to seek reimbursement from for the $2700+ of work that was done but not needed, before bringing the vehicle to Ed Voyles Kia for the repairs that were needed. In short, your team took care of me as a customer and treated me like a person not a number which in todays world is often not the case, so was greatly appreciated and refreshing. Thank you. Thankfully, the local repair shop did end up deciding to make things right on their own dime, which no doubt was enabled by the work of your team. Though the efforts of your team didnt result in service work for you all this time around, what it did do was restore trust and let me clearly know that when I need future work on this Kia Sorrento in normal circumstances I can come to you and your team so that both my vehicle and me as a person will be taken care of in a way where I will have peace of mind that good work is done and that the people involved can be trusted. Horrible sales service at Chamblee! If you want to buy a Kia, shop other places. Dealers at this location did play a rough game with me. First of all, they offered me a price for a car that was really shocking (Thank you for that experience). After a test drive they requested to check my credit and finding it good (damage to credit score!), they refused to acknowledge the price they mentioned, offering a 25% higher price. More to that, they did not match any competitor's prices and were very persuasive and aggressive in pushing me to buy that car. I walked away after an hour of terrible service and negotiations, learning a lesson to never trust a car dealer! No wonder several of their salesman left this place for good - they have little space and it was very uncomfortable having other people talking loud right next to you. Hope this review will help someone to not to get into their traps :)

I purchased a 2013 odyssey on Wednesday and wired them my money the next day. Then the day the transport company went to pick it up which was on the following Tuesday I found out the dealership sold my van to someone else on Sunday. They said they were sorry?! They did refund my money of course but with ethics like these I would encourage others not to fall into the same headache I had. Be careful...

My experience started out amazing with Jonathan Bradley, but once I went to sign my contract it went downhill from there. The finance person I was dealing with, Mike, was completely unprofessional. He spoke badly of everyone he worked with and was rude to his fellow associates. When the price of my car went up $800 he told me it had to do with numbers and I would not understand. My APR went up 2%. The person that owned the car before me was a smoker. I was told that before I purchased the car it would be detailed and the smoke smell would be removed. After a week the smoke smell came back. I cleaned the interior myself and after cleaning the second row seating my of Kia Soul, the rag I was using was completely brown from nicotine. So, it was not detailed. I emailed Chris Kwon and Sam Rainey the GM several times and each seemed not to care that I was treated poorly. I finally got them to agree to detailing my car, I emailed to confirm this and ask that they respond by email, text or leave me a voicemail confirming out agreement and they both refused to. If I was not in desperate need of a car I would have walked out, so please learn from my mistake and not go here.

Just had a wonderful experience at Ed Voyles Kia! Everyone we dealt with was professional and polite. We went to the dealership several times and we got the same level of customer service each time. We were never rushed or pressured, even in the beginning when we were still deciding if we wanted to purchase a Kia. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

I recently purchased a Kia Soul from Ed Voyles Kia in Chamblee and the two sales people who worked with me, Ray Gough and DeAndre Ogletree, were excellent. I got to test drive a couple of vehicles and they were never pushy about anything, allowing me plenty of time and space to consider my decision. When it came to financing, I probaby gave Elan a harder time than he deserved, but all my concerns were still addressed promptly and with courtesy. They really did do a good job and made the process easy. I am very satisfied with my purchase and recommend them highly.

My salesperson was excellent! I called the dealership at 6:03p.m., on Saturday night, he answered the phone when I expected nothing better than voicemail, and within 24 hours I signed the papers with finance guy Elan to buy my brand spankin' new Soul+. Ryan Kane and his manager gave me at least $750 more as a trade-in credit for my 247,000-mile Ford Escape than the company I'd been dealing with before I got on cars.com. I was sooo happy because it's still a good SUV. I only wish that Ed Voyles' sales and parts teams knew about the luggage compartment's available hard shelf for the 2013 Soul + instead of just the dinky flimsy canvas partial cover: I've been in my Soul+ for six weeks and am just now getting it from the Ed Voyles folks, after two insufficient attempts with them and far too much time on my own searching for it on-line, since it IS pictured in the brochure & specifically referred to as available for my vehicle. Anyway, I would definitely send a friend to them. Their volume of business got me a better interest rate from Wachovia than when I walked into Wachovia alone--and I have three accounts with them. Great job. Great staff. Great car.

DeAndre Ogletree was very friendly. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I knew I wanted a Soul and he did not try to "upsell". He did not push me to buy that day. He gave me favorable terms which prompted me to buy that day, but I did not feel pressured in any way. The Finance Officer clearly explained my options and did not give a "hard sell". The premises were very clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

DeAndre Ogletree contacted us by phone soon after we began our internet search for a 2014 Kia Soul in Alien II (green). We were looking for a specific car, an Exclaim (!) without the sun & sound package or the whole shabang package. We had visited 8 manufacturers dealerships and looked at 15 separate vehicles before we test drove the Kia Soul! and decided to buy. We were awaiting delivery of an Alien II green Soul so we could see the new color before making a decision. Once we saw the Alien II green Kia Soul in person, we knew that was the car we wanted. DeAndre Ogletree kept in contact with us via e-mail and with phone calls so we knew we were not forgotten. Atlanta was awaiting the second ice and snow storm of the season (February 12-13, 2014) and we were concerned driving 26 miles to make the vehicle purchase. DeAndre Ogletree made us a deal over the phone, including my military discount, and put us in touch with Albert Ridgeway, the Business Manager. Albert Ridgeway took the credit application over the Kia website and answered all of our questions over the phone. The credit approval was very timely and DeAndre Ogletree offered to deliver our 2014 Kia Soul to our residence. DeAndre Ogletree and the team at Ed Voyles of Chamblee respected our time and our privacy. They did not ignore our request for help locating the exact vehicle we wanted (as one Kia dealer did) or push us to come to the dealership to look at another Kia Soul in a different color, that we did not want (as two Kia dealers did). DeAndre Ogletree did not press us with a hard sell as did several Kia dealers, the Ford Dealer and the Nissan dealer. He came through only when he had the exact vehicle we wanted at a very fair price. He delivered the car to our residence where we signed all the paperwork. He proceeded to give us an in depth presentation of the Souls features. He also synced our smart phone to the cars UVO system and set our car up online for MyUVO Home and registered our vehicle warranty online as well. With everything considered, DeAndre Ogletree out performed all the other dealer salespersons in customer satisfaction and delivery on his promise. I am a DeAndre Ogletree, Kia Motors, customer for life. They will get my first call when the need for a new car arises when my 2012 Honda CR-V needs replacement.

I recently was in the market to trade in my KIA Sportage lease vehicle. I loved the car but wanted to purchase a new car being that my mileage was almost up. I went to three dealerships to look at the KIA Soul. Ed Voyles is where I finally purchased. And I am so happy!!! First of all you are greeted by a lovely receptionist at the front NOT people waiting at the door for a sale. DeAndre Ogletree, my salesperson was already in touch with me because I had gone online and researched the car through the car buying service at USAA. Which also gave the best price at their dealership! I met him and immediately felt at ease. He was expecting me and blocked out time to work with me.. I HATE car shopping. Being a woman I always feel at the car dealerships at a disadvantage......ALWAYS! I did not feel that way at all! He was knowledgeable about the car, he knew his financing without having to go to the bullpen/manager, he made it a quick and easy process. He made sure I could try a different versions of the car and he got me the color and seats I wanted ALL quickly and with a smile on his face AND for the best price! I really felt like he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. The finance Manager, Albert Ridgeway was so pleasant and explained all of the contract with me. It was all such an easy process I was on the road in no time!!! I was also shown around the dealership which by the way is very clean and nice. You don't feel out in the open. There are private areas to discuss your deal and options. Ed Voyles is very professional and honestly the best KIA dealership I went to hands down. I highly recommend it!

We started our shopping for a new car by going online to select the vender who quoted us the best financial deal. That happened to be Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee. The whole buying process was very well done. I felt comfortable and well taken care of Dan who handled the buying process got me the exact car I wanted and was extremely responsive to my schedule. My car died the other day and I was in need of a new car and quickly. Luckily DeAndre ended up helping me. He only showed me cars that I was interested in and were in my price range. This has been the fastest I've ever got a car. I had a car, I was ready to give up, so I had my eye on the 2013 Kia Optima. I filled out a application online and later got a car from Deandre that evening. The next day he took all my information, paycheck stubs and asked about my must haves of the car and we hung up. About 30 mins later he called and told me to come pick up my new car. I waited until the next day since it was kinda late in the evening. I test drove it, signed all my paperwork and was out there door. If your looking for a car, Deandre is the man to see.

My sales person was Josh Mathis. I got there without expecting to buy a KIA because I've always driven Acura's (which was my first choice). The reality is that I enter the dealer looking for hybrid vehicles and the hybrid Optima seemed like a good choice - but I was not too excited about it. But Josh really was very kind to show the attributes of the Kia Optima and somehow understood what I really needed. Perhaps because of his good personality or the good attributes of the KIA optima itself (I think it were both), Josh was able to convince me during the Road Test that the KIA Optima was the best car I could buy because of the value of my purchase. So I ended up buying the Optima Limited 2014. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer!!!

I dropped by Ed Volyes Kia of Chamblee on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The sales manager turned me on to Josh Mathis .Josh is a professional car salesman who was able to answer the questions about the 2014 Optima that I was interested in. The next day I went to the dealership and met with Josh again.They did not have the car in stock that I was interested in,but found me a car at another dealership and had it delivered the same day. Recently I went to Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee on 12/28/2013 and had the most amazing experience. I originally went to purchase a used vehicle. I spoke with DeAndre, and right off the bat, he greeted me like an old friend. We ended up test driving a few of the used cars and soon came to the conclusion I was more interested in the Soul then anything else. DeAndre made sure I got exactly the car I wanted. The process was so painless. He made sure I knew everything about the car before leaving the dealership. He didn't seem like he was in a rush to make another deal. He just wanted to make sure I was happy. THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, pre-owned or brand new!

Jon was a exceptional sales professional who assisted me in making my decision to buy a vehicle at this dealership because of his great customer service, I purchase a 2011 Kia Optima. After the sale the next day when I came to pick up the vehicle, Jon took additional time to show me the special feature of the car and programed the radio settings to my liken. The only odd experience I had was when after test driving the vehicle another sales associate ask me aggressively for the keys so she can show another customer who was interested in the vehicle. This could have blown the deal for me. However, Jon handled it professionally.

I found a used Mazda3 online that I wanted. Jasmine called me almost as soon as I registered on the Ed Voyles Kia dealer website. She was very helpful and called me with many updates as the car went through the process of being readied for sale. Albert Ridgeway did a great and low pressure job of explaining all the paperwork and warranty options. All in all it was a great experience and I recommend this dealer.

This Kia dealer has the best selection of Kia's in the Atlanta area. The people are very friendly here. VERY HIGH turnover rate in the employees here, sales people and managers and service area. You may sign an agreement to purchase a car at a certain price, however, when you go to the Finance office, the price entered into the computer system is not what you agreed to. This is the one thing I urge you to watch for at this dealership. Customer Service seems to be a high priority here, not really high pressured sales people here.

Typically, I dread buying a car. Originally, my experience was not any different. However, when I canceled the sale of what I was going to by and took one last attempt to make a better decision, I ended up at Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee. I could not have asked for a better car salesperson than Jonathan Bradley. Al Hatcher, the General Sales Manager is a top notch sales manager. The business manager, Albert (I cannot remember his last name at the moment), was exceptionally professional and helpful as well. Andres was very welcoming and honest. He did not make me feel like he was pushing anything on me. He showed me what I asked for and did not try to "talk me into anything." He ended up getting me a really good deal on my trade-in and took the time to explain my new car and all of its gadgets. The friendliness of the entire staff was great. They were all very helpful and it did not seem like a huge sales market like most dealerships. I am very happy with my new purchase and was very impressed with Andres' professionalism. I like to ask a lot of questions and he took the time to make sure I had all of my answers. And, if he did not have the answer he got me one. he was very patient with me and I overall had a good car buying experience. Andres even took the time to follow-up and make sure I was getting use to my new car a few times after my purchase. The customer service is what would bring me back here in the future.

Buying a car is often frustrating and time consuming at best. I was having problems with my Kia Soul, bought about a year ago, and approached Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee to find out my options for getting a different car. After consulting with the service manager, he arranged for me to meet with the general manager and regional customer service rep. All three expressed a genuine desire to get me into a car I was satisfied with. I was assigned Deandre Ogletree as my sales representative and worked with David Booth, the general manager on the final deal. I informed them of my time limitations and they made sure I was in and out quickly. Deandre was an excellent sales rep, and was very patient with my questions while I test drove several cars. He was knowledgeable about the features of the cars, and extremely customer-service oriented. When I chose the car I wanted (Optima Hybrid), Deandre gave me an extensive orientation to the main features and helped set up the bluetooth and other electronic options for me. Albert Ridgeway prepared the financial paperwork quickly and efficiently, and expedited the process. I've bought and sold a number of vehicles, and my experience at Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee was by far the easiest and had the best outcome. The general manager told me that they aim to create lifelong customers, and the actions of everyone I met made me think they really mean it.

A week ago I bought my first car, a used Rav4. When I was looking on several used car websites I found one at a great price at this dealership. When I called them, Cedric answered and said that, since I told him I could be at the dealership in about 15 mins he would have another sales consultant ready with the vehicle to help me. I got there and immediately was greeted by Cedric at the door and he led me to Deandre. Between the two of them I felt extremely comfortable and I did not feel too pressured into buying the vehicle. Both were very helpful and were very easy to talk to, ask questions about the vehicle and its history, and discuss the pricing of the vehicle. I also received a hand-written letter from Deandre afterwards, thanking me for my business. Deandre even went so far as to take me down to the Toyota dealership down the road in order to help me buy a second key for my newly purchased Rav4 after we finished the transaction, since he could save me some money on purchasing the electronic key. On top of that, he called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle, and then called me several days latter to inform me that the previous owners had just dropped off a spare key they had and that he would mail the key to me. Without a doubt, when I need another car, I will plan on returning to this dealership first and if any of my friends tell me they are interested in a Kia or another vehicle that is on this dealerships lot, I will definitely suggest they go and ask for either Cedric or Deandre.

Before entering your dealership, I spent a good week going around various dealerships in Atlanta looking for a good deal on a used vehicle. By the time I entered Ed Voyles Kia, I was burnt out and tired of dealing with salesmen that treated me as though they just wanted to make a sale. I walked into the dealership with my daughter, and was greeted by DeAndre. He was extremely personable and very outgoing. He asked me what I was looking for and within 5 minutes, he pulled up several vehicles to show me. When he took me outside to show me the cars, they were all exactly what I was looking for. The first Soul that I test drove, I ended up buying on the spot. We were able to negotiate down to the price I was comfortable with and was never made to feel like I was just another sale for the dealership. DeAndre changed my car buying experience and I would recommend anyone in the market for a car, to come and see DeAndre. His sweet & kind personality was extremely refreshing. I purchased new tires at Costco for my wife's Kia Sorento. Costco could not remove the old tires since my wife had lost the lug "key." I, therefore, had to go to the nearest Kia Dealership (Ed Voyles) to have the keyed lugs removed so Costco could replace the tires.Issues:1. Voyles removed four lugs (one for each tire) and charged me $20!!! (It took 2 minutes.)2. Voyles did not replace the removed lugs! (How could anyone be so STUPID!!! Is this "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!???3. Voyles did not tell me they did failed to replace the lugs. EVEN MORE STUPID!!!4. Voyles allowed me to leave with only four lugs on each tire! BEYOND STUPID!!!! When I returned to Costco, I was informed I was missing the lugs. Costco, AT NO CHARGE, gave me four lugs to temporarily replace the lugs Voyles removed. Howeverf, the four Costco lugs didn't match the existing KIA lugs.I called Voyles and told them the situation. They apologized over the phone and requested that I bring it back in and they would "take care of it."A few days later, my wife takes the car back to Voyles. She spoke to the Service Manager! Not only did he BLAME her for losing the key, he charged her $12 more dollars for replacing the temporary lugs!!!!! Do you think he took advantage of a WOMAN??? I do!!! Plus, their decision was SIMPLY STUPID!!!The bottom line: VOYLES KIA IN CHAMBLEE IS SO STUPID!!!!!! They lost a customer because of a few cheap LUGS!!! STUPID!! STUPID!!! STUPID!!!!!!! OK, let's be honest, most people (including me) would rather do anything besides negotiating a car sale. Well what a HUGE surprise it was to me when we met with Cedric Dandford. He's completely knowledgeable, relaxed, genuinely honest, and actually made our car buying experience FUN! Cedric is like hanging out with a family member - who also happens to sell cars. He answered every question we had, as well as informed us of things we never thought to ask. His honesty and opinions are very much appreciated. And here's a big one...he was never pushy. My daughter was in Atlanta with our Rio to work for a television festival for a week. The car stopped in traffic and got towed to Voyles. Needs a $2000 new transmission they said, no other word about any other issues or safety. So we had them fix the transmission in a 10 year old car. Then they apparently have no van service to get you back to your car. My daughter is in a strange city-working 12+ hours a day and was coldly told "take the train." Thanks-we just spent $2000 and you can't deliver it to the hotel? They did eventually but only after the general manager called my daughter 6 times within an hour during a time she was at work and she explained she couldn't talk. She felt harassed. So my daughter finally gets back home (with no light and radio because Voyles left them disconnected) in another state and the car stops again. She has it towed to her her local Kia dealer and finds there are numerous problems easily seen when the hood is opened. She was lucky to make it back and now we have another $1000 worth of work on a car that only cost $9000 to begin with. Voyles never mentioned there were OTHER issues, which had we known we might not have even invested in the transmission. VERY disappointed in their service and would not use them again. They clearly do not care about customers. And yes-before I complained on here I emailed the general manager (at the address he used to email me before) telling him all this because I feel one should complain to the source. I haven't' heard back from him. I wouldn't use them again.

My husband and I were looking for a car. We went to every dealership and were never greeted but this wasn't the case with Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee. As soon as we stepped foot on the dealership, Cedric Danford, promptly greeted us and asked if he could provide any assistance. He asked us exactly what we wanted and showed us exactly what we wanted without trying to sell us another model. Cedric is very honest and straightforward, and he will do everything he can to make your budget work with the car you want. Even though we had some complications with our sale, the five hours spent at the dealership was worth it. Cedric Danford is really great at follow-ups and you can tell he is very excited about the cars he sells. He is not pushy at all and that is why we ended up purchasing our first car, a 2013 Kia Soul, with him, and we look forward to returning in a few years to get our second car.

My experience from car repair to purchasing a new car was awsome. I met Mr. Joe Russell in the service department, who helped me with my repairs to my car. He was very compasionate with what was going on with my vehicle. Mr. Russell then introduced me to Mr. Jonathan Bradley who really helped me get rid of my problem with no problems at all, by putting me into a brand new 2013 Kia Optimum LX. I can honestly say that I recommend Ed Voyles Kia to every one who is searching for a excellent car, good and honest service with a smile. Oh yes, you will see me in 6 months for my routine maintenance, because I know they are going to take good care of me and my car. Thank you again guys. I can't say it enough you both are awesome. LOVE LOVE LOVE these folks! After almost 6 weeks in a rental after totaling my just-paid-for car.... After going to dealership after dealership on my side of town and getting really disacouraged and hopeless that I could find a decent car in my price range.... A friend of a friend told me to go to Ed Voyles Chamblee. I was fortunate enough to work with Jon Bradley, what a great guy and wonderful person. He doesn't talk to you at all like a salesman and not at any time did he make me feel pressured in the least. He is honest and listens to your needs and wants and makes it happen! I would trust him to sell to my mom, that's how good of a guy he is. Not your typical salesman - he really cares!!It might be a stretch to call it a miracle, but I ended up getting a brand spanking new 2014 Kia sorento with panoramic sunroof, black leather interior, technology for days (I will be reading the manual cover to cover, this car has such amazing features)... I feel like a spoiled brat driving this car that feels like an absolute luxury car. It still hasn't sunk in that Jon was able to send me home in this amazing car! And I didn't make it easy for him - I am a pain - for a week or two, he sent me emails with lists of cars that might work in my price range and was so positive about my options (which was the first positive response I received from a dealership when I gave them my parameters.) I basically camped out there for two days while Jon patiently showed me various options, and then I met my 2014 Sorento... The rest is history! I cannot believe I have such an amazing car. And that I had such a positive experience in what had been so miserable for so many weeks.Thank you Jon, you are da bomb! And thank you to David, Taurus and Albert for all of your help, patience, guidance and for making me feel confident that I got a truly great deal. Y'all are the best, I won't waste my time elsewhere next time and I'll be sending Jon Bradley all of my referrals... Until I come back to drive you crazy for my next car! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable. DeAndre knew his product and answered all my questions very patiently. DeAndre stayed in communication with me throughout the sale, without intruding into my professional space. That's a rare gift. After comparing other cars, I discussed price and he was able to meet what I needed to finalize the deal.

I took my 2008 Sedona to them to check the steering wheel. They called to inform me that the repair was not cover under the warranty due to dents on the front fenders of my car. I decided to take it to another mechanic who after inspecting it carefully said the bents could not be the cause of the steering wheel issue rather the normal use and defect of the part. I have never had an accident on the car. I want my car to be fix but is unreasonable to be dealing with this situation when it should be cover under warranty as the KIA plan and warranty is.To be honest at this particular KIA dealer I felt discriminated and it seemed like they were trying to find an excuse to not have my car repair under warranty. It is unacceptable and dishonest to say the damage in my car is related to the bents. They are superficial and there is no way it could be the cause of it.

When I arrived a Ed Voyles Kia, Connery Samms greeted me at the service bay immediately. I was there for my 15,000 mile check up in my Kia Optima and he explained exactly what they were going to do and the cost. He was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. My car was ready in the amount of time he stated and he told me to call him with any questions. Connery was a joy to work with and will ask for him again in the future. On February 2,2013 I purchased a new 2013 Kia Optima EX. My sales manager Jon Bradley was outstanding!! I completed the application on the internet to avoid the harassment that comes along with looking and purchasing a vehicle at the dealership. When I received the response from Jon that he could make the deal happen I was very skeptical.Upon arrival and meeting him for the first time at the dealership my attitude instantly began to change. The customer service was outstanding! He was very informative and a man of his word. I would recommend Kia of Chamblee and Jon Bradley to all my friends and family looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. They have restored my confidence back into the purchasing and buying experience of a vehicle.

The dealership, as always, has outdone itself by providing exceptional service in a relaxed atmosphere, not only performing an unscheduled service very quickly but also with superior quality. It is never easy parting with money for maintenance, but the procedures for my vehicle and choices were explained, pros and cons listed out clearly, and the choice about what service to complete was mine. In fact, I only talked about having my car cleaned and the guys did a fantastic job and they absolutely went above and beyond a normal cleaning. My children commented that it looked brand new!

I bought a new Kia Soul today, and Jon was my salesman. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Overall, I had a goood experience at Kia today, and I am happy with my purchase. Everyone is very professional and friendly, and the dealership doesn't have that super high pressure and BS vibe that some dealers do. I love my new car, and had a great day!

Here's my story....I heard an incredible deal on the tv that Kia in Chamblee was running for the weekend. I contacted another local KIA dealer, since I live about an hour from there, to see if they could offer me the deal. That dealer told me that Chamblee must be lying to get me there. I decided to give them a try but in the meantime I came down with the flu. I contacted the KIA dealer in Chamblee and told them I couldn't come up...well Mr. Booth and Mr. Wadworth told my wonderful salesman, DeAndre Ogletree they would extend the deal for me until I was well. When I finally got to KIA of Chamblee, they were everything they claimed to be....personable, friendly, helpful and not pushy...especially Mr. Ogletree. If you are going to buy your 5th new car or 1st new car I would recommend him as your salesman because you will have honesty sitting in front of you. One last thing, I took my young adult daughter with me to show her how to buy a new car and she left feeling comfortable and enjoyed the experience. Overall, I had a great experience. I initially visited the dealership looking into a used Optima SX. Deandre greeted me and and let me test drive a car. We talked for a few minutes and he learned more about my needs. He followed back up with me a few days later, suggesting a car for me. He followed up a few days later and I went back in. Eventually, we agreed on a good price and exceptional trade-in offer. Once I decided to move forward, everything went seemless. I would recommend Deandre and Ed Voyles of Chamblee to others.

I had a wonderful experience buying my Kia Soul from Cedric Danford this past summer, and Ed Voyles Kia has kept me very happy since. Just this past week, my son was on his way to perform in a concert and the tire low air sensor came on. I called the dealership and Danielle Palmer said that she would be happy to call my son who was on his way to the Ed Voyles dealership. I contemplated buying a new vehicle for the past few months when I saw the awesome Kia commercials featuring the Optima. I could tell it was a worthy investment judging by the commercial and the number of vehicles I observe on the road. And I am so happy I was right in my choice! This vehicle rides and drives so smooth, very similar to what's thought of as a mainstream luxury vehicle. What was most important was the car buying experience in itself! Having never participated in the process, I was very satisfied with the level of service and honesty that went into discussing what works best for me. Mr. Voyles and Mr. Harris did a wonderful job starting that process for me, so that I could be better prepared. Mr. Williams was great with his ability to work towards a deal that was mutually beneficial to myself and of course Ed Voyles Kia. I will honestly say that I learned a lot from the experience and that I would recommend anyone to Ed Voyles Kia in the future! I was already impressed with the service I normally received in the service department, and I was simply wowed by the service in the sales department. It's very refreshing to be in an environment where you get value, honesty and integrity and good old fashioned hard work and effort wrapped up in one place. And of course I will continue to appreciate that service in the future.

I bought my Kia Soul in April 2012 and have had the best service from the guys at Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee. I've only brought my car in for oil changes and tire rotation, but they have been nothing but friendly both times. This dealership is a little bit out of my way, but it is worth coming to just because of the service. There is a very nice lounge for guests to wait while the car is being worked on. Joe and Connery were very nice and answered any questions I had. I feel like I can trust these guys and that is very important to me. Being a single woman, people think it's easy to take advantage of me, but I definitely don't feel that with these two!Kelli S.

I stopped by the dealership because it was in the direction I was going (there is a Kia dealership much closer to my home) and Jon greeted / welcomed me. He was very personable and pleasant and I immediately felt quite comfortable with him. I only had time for a quick test drive but I really liked the car (Optima SXL). I exchanged a couple of phone calls, emails and text messages with Jon and he was on top of everything... every time!!I went by the closer Kia dealer (because it was closer) and even though they had the exact same inventory I went back to Ed Voyles BECAUSE of Jon. He made the deal happen down to the last detail (he even introduced me to my "new & only" Service Technician) and EXCEEDED all my expectations! I have NEVER had a better car buying experience and Jon made it all happen!!Thanks Jon!!!

OMG!!!! I love KIA Chamblee and Jonathan Bradley as my sales counselor. John has helped me in some many ways get into a new car this month. I got into a car accident and my car was totaled and I had limiting credit established and I am only 20. This dealership took a chance on me when every bank turned me down. I told John I wanted a brand new KIA optima and he got it for me. John took his time from others to help me get finance and he explained everything about the car to me. John made me feel like I am not just a customer or just a sale. He made me feel like I was his family and he really cared about me and my needs. From the minute I stepped in the door, I was greeted by friendly and cheerful people. Deandre was polite, kind, efficient, and smart. He helped me trade in my old car, find a great used car, and made it all happen when I wasn't sure that I could do it. The car has been great! John, the manager, was involved as well. He was also kind and courteous and made the deal happen. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will be back to buy a new KIA when the time is right. I cannot stress enough how helpful Deandre was. He served our military, has a college degree, and was wonderful. The dealership is lucky to have him.

Three words "CAR DEALER ANGEL" I am a very spiritual person and asked GOD to direct me to the perfect dealer. And Johnathan Bradley was it. I had credit issues and was very hesitant about purchasing. Not only was John kind and understanding, but he put me in a Brand New Optima with advice and helpful tips on how to rebuild my credit. Jon Bradley is the salesman from heaven! He's polite, professional, helpful & a true customer service representative. He took his time with us and gave us ALL of his patience. It takes an extraordinary person to deal with me. That must be Jon, because he got it all done and just the way I wanted it. I am very pleased.Meredith was very helpful and informative with getting us to understand the documents we were signing. She was also VERY pleasant to work with.Terry did a wonderful job of explaining the different finance options available to us. He also did an awesome job of explaining each option's pros & cons. My husband and I were highly recommended by my sister and her fiance', and we are very satisfied with the service we received. Jonathan Bradley has made my car buying experience the best I've ever had. I came to dealership with my fiance hoping to trade our 2008 Toyota Camry and Jonathan recommended and put us in a 2013 Kia Optima with a payment just a few dollars greater than the Camry. Jonathan is AWESOME and it was a pleasure working with him. WOW and UNBELIEVABLE are the words I use to describe my car buying experience at Ed Voyles KIA in Chamblee, GA! After the transmission went out on my 5 y/o FORD I needed a another car. Because of my credit, I resigned myself to looking for a used car...something I didn't want. I was rejected by 3 dealerships before my sister-in-law said, "Call Jon, he will help you". I called Jon Bradley of Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee and within 10 hours, I was driving away from Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee in a BRAND NEW KIA FORTE!!! I did not believe it was possible for me to have a NEW car. I kept asking Jon if he was sure this was MY NEW CAR. It is MY new car and I LOVE IT; I LOVE THE POSITIVE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAD AND HIGHLY RECCOMEND Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee! Jonathan Bradley is the best at what he does. I bought a 2009 Dodge Journey in February of 2011. Started having problems with it two month after I got it. So I went to KIA and I started speaking with Jonathan he made me feel welcome. Jonathan got me in a 2013 KIA optima, with a lower car payment then my Journey. He is the best at what he does.

My transmission had gone out on my 2005 Honda. I was stranded and was in a panic. I contacted Terry Wadsworth and explained my situation...credit, equity, desperate. He got me in my new car in one day! I felt like a Queen. It seemed like no reason was one that they said NO to!!! Jon was awesome. Showed me several cars and honestly recommended the best for my lifestyle and pocketbook. Both Terry and Jon were very professional and comforting throughout the buying process. Great job, Jonathan Bradldey showed me vehicels within my stated buget or slightly higher, than gave me the best price without all the back and forth of other area dealers. He and his Manager understood my needs and set out to meet them. Easiest deal I ever made for a car, what a pleaseure to do business. I had been to three other Kia dealers who's only intrest was how much over my buget they could get me to go. I should have come to Ed Voyles Kia first.

I went to the dealer with pretty low expectations (since I didn't get any help at the other dealer I was at that day) but I was surprised when Jeff Vance assisted in a new purchase. I did end up calling him and others at the dealership a lot, but they were always kind with any repetitive questions I had. When they ordered the vehicle, it was a bit high in price, so I was concerned. I called to ask why and they didn't know since they did not have the sticker, nor had they seen it. Come to find out: it was because it had a few extra things that I had wanted on the car, but had not expected! They gave me a generous offer on my trade-in (it almost paid off the loan, and they gave me more than the trade-in value [KBB]) and the rebate helped as well [I also want to note that I traded in a Kia, so if customer loyalty applies, that would help with the trade-in offer]. Overall, it was a great experience. They were helpful, the paperwork wasn't ridiculous, and they threw in a few extra things on top.

This was my first new car buying experience and Lanny was great to work with. I was not always able to talk to him directly and he was very good about responding to emails in a timely manner. He did not pressure me and took the time to explain all the numbers in the purchase price. The only negative in my experience was the wait time on the delivery date, however, that was due to someone closing their deal ahead of me which took close to an hour-hour and a half. Overall, the staff at Kia of Chamblee were friendly my experience was good and I would recommend to any one that they work with Lanny if considering purchasing a vehicle.

Jon was a pleasure to work with I went in not very optimistic as I had been to 5 other dealerships and no one could help me or if they could they wanted a lot of down payment or just wanted to put me in somthing that I knew I would not be satisfied with but Jon was very positive and gave me some reassurance that I would be fine and they would be able to help me drive something that I would love and I do love my 2012 Optima.

Without ED VOYLES KIA buying a new car would not have been possible. These guys worked really hard to get my into my new 2013 Kia Soul. they have the best staff in the car business. I would tell anyone to go here for a new or used car. Also I plan to buy another car in 2014.

Every person I came into contact with during my visit of Ed Voyles Kia was amazing. My initial meeting was with Issac, who was friendly and knowledgeable. Being a first time buyer I brought my mom along with me to the dealership and he was able to answer all of her questions thoroughly. Very professional. On another visit Jerome was able to assist my mom and I because Issac had already left for the day, I thought that was a great attribute that this car dealership possessed, an atmosphere of teamwork was present. Although her name is not listed above we also had an extensive meeting with Meredith, one of the finance people at this Kia, she's amazing. Extremely helpful and transparent, she gave us all the information we asked for and MORE! I loved the entire experience at this Kia.

I live in West Point, Ga. Two hours from Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee but all I can say is Lanny Lee made it worth my drive!!! Having searched high and low and finding four or five 2010 GMC Terrains within a 30-45 minute drive, I decided to travel 2 hours to purchase my vehicle from Lanny! From our first phone conversation, I knew he was a man of compassion, honesty, dedication, and a desire to go above and beyond for his customer! Not only did he take interest in my purchase, he took interest in me, as a customer, as a consumer! Ten days went by before I could arrange for my husband to bring me up to purchase the car, during that time, never once did Mr. Lee pressure me. He corresponded via email and texts messages to keep me posted that my vehicle was still there waiting for me. Other Internet sales personnel from other dealerships bombarded me with messages, emails, etc. Mr. Lanny Lee gave me his "drive out" price quote and delivered exactly what he promised! To finalize the purchase, we met with the finance manager, Albert Ridgeway, whom might I add had only been on the job for 3 days! He sure fooled me! Very knowledgable, professional, seemed as if he'd been there for years! The price on the vehicle was so competitive that we were able to add a five year warranty and four year service plan on the suv for less than what most dealers were selling without add ons and lower my car my payments by $60/month! My entire experience from beginning to end was unbelievable! Thank you Lanny & Albert!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and Lanny of the Internet Sales Division made my first new car buying experience quite painless. Lanny was available to answer any and all questions I had regarding the vehicle I was looking to buy and before we even got into the particulars inquired with me about what I was looking for most in a new vehicle. Great staff, nice facility, which came in handy the day I the vehicle was actually delivered because there was someone ahead of me closing their deal which had me waiting for the better part of an hour. Overall, great exprience.

We started our search for a mid-sized SUV in late July. We made a decision in early September. During that time we ran into some really interesting sales people and sales tactics. And none made us feel more comfortable than Lanny Lee at Kia of Chamblee. He went above and beyond. He arranged for an extended test drive or a car that was in short supply. He patiently answered all our questions. When we finally made a decision he didn't pressure us to take something on the lot that "almost" fit our needs, instead he searched and found what we wanted. We think we not only bought a car, but found a dealership that we will have a long-term relationship with. Remember the mechanics of yesteryear? I think we found a dealership that understands that concept. Thanks for the help!

We were in the market for a new minivan and contacted Ed Voyles Kia to see how many Sedonas that it had in stock. I spoke with Deandre Olgetree on the phone about this and told him to please tell me exactly what he had on the lot and not to tell me something that was untrue, since I would be really upset about that if I came all the way over there and found out that what I had been told was not correct. DeAndre called me back and told me what he had on the lot and we went immediately over to see the inventory.The inventory on site was exactly what DeAndre said that it was, which made me more more trusting that I usually am when it comes to car sales. DeAndre was very helpful and pleasant and was not pushy, which always makes me walk out of a dealership. We found what we liked, got what we think is a good deal, and were financed at a good rate. Taurus Williams, the finance guy, was very helpful in getting the deal done also, as was the internet manager, whose name I cannot now recall. I generally hate dealing with car sales and finance people, but I enjoyed the people at this dealership and would recommend them.

I am not one who likes the process of buying cars. However, the experience I had working with Jonathan Bradley was exceptional. He was attentive and focused. He was professional and thorough with all of my inquiries and questions. If he did not know the answer right off, he was honest about it, and he went to find the answer. I was very impressed that as I waited for my turn in the business office, he was still focused on me as a customer. I am extremely happy with my new 2013 black/black Kia Optima SXL. I have and will continue to recommend Jon to everyone that I come in contact with who is looking for a vehicle. I had been to many dealerships and talked with a variety of sales persons. Kia was the best experience I had from any other dealership. DeAndre and Ming were very helpful, thoughtful, friendly and informative. I was there until 10:30 on a Saturday night, DeAndre was sure to have everything taken care of and was very helpful up until the moment I left. I really enjoyed my experience at Ed Voyles Kia, and will refer as many people as I can- and I will certainly keep my business there!

From start to finish, our experience at Ed Voyles Kia was the best so far! Having recently purchased one car already in the past month, and shopping for my own, my mother and I have seen some pretty scummy salesmen out there! Upon speaking with Albert over the phone, I could feel the honest vibe Ed Voyles has to offer. We immediately made the hour drive that night to come see the vehicle. The original car we came to purchase had a few more scuff marks than I noticed on the picture, which I reviewed and were very noticeable, I just missed them. Albert continued right away on finding comparable cars for what we were looking to spend, and informed us of a new vehicle on the lot that he felt may work for best! Albert was eager to make us comfortable throughout the process and worked diligently towards doing so. An experience we were not afforded at other dealerships. After seeing the supreme condition, sitting in it, test driving, and sitting some more, we were convinced we had to have it! Despite it being after-hours, approaching 9 pm maybe even later, Albert continued to work with OUR best interest in mind, not his interest in getting home. Albert was able to negotiate the price we wanted with speed and ease. Our experience ended working with Taurus was equally a pleasure. Taurus shared in Albert's eagerness to comfort us throughout the process and continued to keep our best interest at mind. Normally, you expect to be taken advantage of being an older teenager buying; Ed Voyles Kia proved beyond the common experience! I purchased the vehicle a day ago, and have already recommended three people I know to them! Albert and Taurus provided us with a GREAT memory of my first car purchase, and I hope to continue to do business with them!

I had a great experience with Jon Bradley. He asked questions and listened to what was important to me in finding the right car. He was patient and let me drive every version of Optima available. He followed up but was not pushy. I got a great deal and a great car. I will definitely recommend Ed Voyles and Jon Bradley to others. I love my new car!

I was looking for as pre owned KIA SOUL and I found the ED Voyles KIA dealership online after having a bad experience with another dealership. When I first contacted the dealership, I requested that all communications be done via email. Jeff Vance had no problems with this request. I knew then, Ed Vd Voyles was the dealership for my purchase. I was informed that the dealership had the a SOUL available in the color I wanted. Two days later, my husband and I drove an hour to look at the 2011 KIA SOUL. When we arrived, Jeff was busy with another customer so he turned us over to Albert Ridgeway. Albert was professional and assisted us in getting the SOUL we wanted at the price we wanted. Even though we were dealing with Albert, Jeff kept checking in with us to make sure we were doing ok. I really appreciate the family like atmosphere at Ed Voyles KIA. I would recommend Ed Voyles KIA to family & friends.

Albert met us outside with a friendly smile, and warm greeting! We knew, RIGHT THEN, that if we liked the vehicle, we were going to buy it from Albert. Albert was extremely knowledgeable, and insisted we be absolutely sure we got the vehicle that we wanted. After buying my used 2005 Honda Pilot at Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee, I really wanted to write a good review. If my entire experience had ended as soon as I bought the car, I would have raved. I got a pretty nice SUV at a pretty nice price with not too much of that tiresome car salesman back and forth. Unfortunately, the folks at Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee seem to forget about their customers as soon as they get the check. We found out once we purchased the Pilot that it only came with one keyless entry car fob and that the key part worked, but the keyless part was non-functional. Our salesman, Bill Voyles assured us that he would try to rustle up the other key in the days to come, even if that meant contacting the person who traded it in and seeing if they had the other key. He promised he was "on it" and that he would take care of it. I called Bill for the next four days trying to follow up. The first day after the sale he said he was still working on it. Days 2-4 he didn't come to the phone and didn't return my calls. Stan, the used car manager who I was able to speak to, said that worst case scenario they would be able to get a Honda key blank for us at cost and we would just need to pay for that and for the laser cutting and programming. We were okay with that, but then we couldn't get Stan on the phone after that or get a return phone call after the many messages I left. To add insult to injury, our new-used car now has a non-functional air conditioning system. It worked pretty well for the first 5 days and now it doesn't blow cold at all. Of course, nobody is returning our phone calls about that either. Yes, it may be asking too much to speak to someone at the dealership that sold me a used car - especially since it wasn't a new car with a warranty - but it also wasn't some cheap $2,500 car. It cost significantly more and I would have loved at least a call back. Judging from their reviews, it looks like as long as you're buying a new Kia, you'll get top of the line customer service. Perhaps it's unrealistic to expect the same treatment if you're in the market for a used car.

I was releived when they took over the old location for Headquarter Kia. Ed voyles has waaaaaaaaaay better service. They also beat discount tires price on a new tire for me by $13.00 hey every dollar earned is a dollar saved.I bought a service plan through Headquarter kia and they honored my plan so i just bring in the coupons from my service book and they take care of me.I was so glad that they did that because i would hate to have to go all the way to roswell to get my car serviced.So far so good i will keep coming back.Tracy

I had a great time with Jerome and Deandre on Thursday! It was fun and we had lots of laughs. I walked away with a great new car and felt like I made new friends in the process. Jerome had all the information I needed about the car and walked me step by step with how to use all the great new features. I would highly recommend seeing Jerome for your next car purchase.

Employees were very friendly, took time to explain exactly what they were doing to my vehilcle, and told me about steps I would need to take in the future to continue to take care of my car. There was no pressure to add any services that would cost extra money. Miles Moss went over everything with me at the end and made me feel confident about returning to the dealership in the future should I have any more issues with my car.

We purchased a used 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid for a good price from Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee. Our Sales Consultant was Albert Ridgeway, who informed us that he was only in his 10th week on the job. However, he provided good, friendly customer service and allowed us to take the car for a test drive and keep it over lunch. He never pressured us to buy and answered our questions about some of the Kia vehicles in their showroom. Albert was very knowledgeable about the Kia vehicles, but he did not have much information about the Honda Civic Hybrid that we eventually purchased.

Quite happy with the level of commitment and willingness to help displayed by the service advisor "Miles Moss". Even though I got a little surprised with some of the unplanned/unexpected repairs. However understanding my hesitation I was provided a reasonable discount.Very likely to go back again.

Everytime I have come to this Kia dealership I've had a good experience and this last time was no acception. Everyone is always friendly and willing to listen and understand what it is I'm bringing my vehicle in for. I was kept in contact with through out the day letting me know how my repairs were coming along and when I called I was able to get right through to my service advisor without any hassles.

My overall experience was great. Albert was very friendly and worked withme on my pricing the best he could. Albert showed me everything i wanted and other cars that fit my description. He also made me feel comfortable with the waiting by offering me camdy and water or coffee. I will come back to deal with Albert again.

What a wonderful car buying experience we had at Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee! This is mainly due to our working with Jerome Pardue. Jerome made test driving and car buying FUN!!! He is a no pressure kind of salesman, full of information at the ready, and just makes it fun to work with him instead of feeling like you're "dealing" with him. Honestly, we were shopping for many makes/models of economy vehicles - and the Kia Rio was not my first choice - however, after being "handled" by several salesmen up and down Peachtree Industrial Blvd, and completely ignored by Toyota (their mistake as mine was a CASH sale) - our initial experience with Jerome brought us right back to Ed Voyles to buy from Jerome. Now I can tell you I love my Kia Rio and I would happily send friends who are car shopping to Jerome and Ed Voyles Kia.

Jerome was absolutely incredible. If all car sales people in your office were like Jerome, you'd have the top dealership in the nation! And that's not to say that you guys aren't, because I only dealt with Jerome. He applied just the right amount of pressure without being overbearing. After all the Soul practically "Soul-ed" itself!! I bought a 2012 Kia Soul from this dealership. Words cannot express how happy I am with the customer service I received from Taurus and Jerome. Taurus delivered on his word to provide financing and the "best deals" possible. He provided everything he said he would on Auto Scoop. Jerome is an extremely AWESOME salesman who is kind, funny, professional, respectful, and curteous. Jerome knows his cars from inside and out. I was very please with the customer service I received at ED VOYLES KIA. I seen a commercial on TV regarding the Deals Ed Voyles was offering. At firt I told my husband I bet this is another scam but the more I listened to the commercial I wanted to go to the dealership, so I called and spoke to Jerome Pardue. I explained to him that I had some issues. He told me that they could work with that. I went to the dealship and they were great. I made a appointment to see Jerome Pardue at 2:00 pm and to my surprise he was waiting on me. What impressed me the most was he listened to what I wanted. He did not pressure me and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with his customer service. I would also like to give Kudos to Taurus Williams the finace manager he was able to work a miracle. I was able to walk away with a 2012 KIA Sorento. They gave me the Kelly Blue Book vaule for my trade in plus a extra $1000. I did not have to put any extra money down and Taurus was able to get me an interest rate of 5.99%. This was unbelieveable. Thanks so much. I would recommend Ed Voyles KIA to anyone with issues.

I started off my journey to buy a car at the Kia dealership of union city. I was appalled at the way I was treated. They tried to scam me and they lied to me about pricing and they lied to me about having a specific car on site. After leaving that dealership I went to the Ed voyles Kia of chamblee. Robin wood was the sales associate they helped me get the exact car I wanted, a dune colored automatic Kia soul. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I will recomend everyone I know to her. Taurus Williams was very helpful in the loanDepartment. He helped me out a lot. He was also very friendly. I left there very happy and excited about my brand new car!! :)

I visited this dealership three times. First to test-drive, then to buy, then to deliver a check.The first time, I was greeted instantly (before entering the building). Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. I said I wanted to buy a new 2012 Kia Soul. Instead of showing me a new one, we test-drove a used 2011 model. I didn't even realize it was the 2011, until we were back inside viewing paperwork. I inquired again about a new 2012, and asked about options / OEM add-ons. My salesman opened Kia's website on his monitor, and began browsing to find answers. He was somewhat unsuccessful. This did not instill confidence. He continued to be friendly. I felt very comfortable, no pressure. I was then shown a new 2012 with no window sticker ... I was told the vehicle had been purchased and returned. It had ~400 miles on it. I decided since it's such a small figure, I was still interested.When I returned to buy the car, I had to haggle for hours over price. Then, I had to wait another hour (literally) for 'entering information into the computer.'I'm happy with my purchase and everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant. Ultimately I got the car I wanted. But the process could have been much more streamlined and efficient ...After my second visit, I emailed both my salesman and the business manager. Neither replied. To this day, neither has replied to those emails. I have received coupons and mailers from a half dozen other dealerships visited, yet absolutely nothing from Ed Voyles.

I was very pleased with the entire expierence from beginning to end. Albert was knowledable about the different models and did not pressure me at anytime. He was very patient with me while I drove 3 different cars same model just different colors. Taurus was extremly proffestion and knew his business when it came to the financing part. He worked a great deal for me and went out of his way to make the expirence very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I will definatly use them again.

I brought my car for an oil change and it was discovered I had a nail in a tire and needed a new tire. Sam was my Service Advisor and was very helpful. Sam told me he had to order the tires as they didn't have them in stock and when I brought my car back and dropped off, he made sure I had a ride to work and kept me informed of the status of my car. when I came back to pick it up he made sure it was ready and had been checked out. He was very friendly and open and it made him feel trustworthy and I didn't feel like I was being lied to. Sam is a great asset to the team.I spoke to Derrick about a cargo mat which I purchased and he took the time to put it in my car - and it didn't fit. Derrick then determined he had to order one that would come in within several days - and just happened to be the day I brought my car back to get the tires. When I came to pick up the car the mat had already been put in my car so I didn't have to do anything. What great team work!!Connery (?) I am sorry - I can't remember his name. He took me to work after I dropped my car off on Tuesday 4/17. He was very friendly and another superior employee who shows what great employees are at Ed Voyles Kia!I was unsure of the new dealership as I was used to and liked Kia Headquarters staff, however, I have to say that Sam, Derrick and Conner (?) made me feel very comfortable and I will be glad to go back to Ed Voyles Kia.

Without reservation, this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life - I am 61 years old, so I have owned a few. Bill listened, responded with exactly what I wanted, we both walked away with a win-win deal and it was all done in a very short period of time. I highly recommend Bill and the Voyles Kia Dealership. They did a wonderful job getting me the deal that I wanted. After I found a better price online at another dealership nearby, they matched that price and then gave me a better one. I went into the dealership not expecting to buy a new vehicle but left around 10 pm (they close at 8pm but stayed open for me) keys in hand. Everyone I talked with was very friendly and helpful.

My car wouldn't start that morning and had to get a jump. After work, it barely started again and the check engine light wouldn't go off. With traffic, I didn't get to the dealership until 20 minutes before closing. I was afraid to leave it overnight since I wouldn't have a way to get back. So, Joe figured out it was probably the battery, and checked to see if it was still under warranty (it wasn't). Within 20 minutes I was out of the door with a new battery and a running car. He was my hero for the day! I'll definitely be back.

I had a couple of issues with my 2011 Kia Sorento (a great car, by the way), and the people at Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. We received the best treatment I can say we have received in a long time, and we've purchased over 10 cars in several states. We will always return for our new cars as well as tell everyone where to go, even if a Kia is not what they are considering. If you want to work with a dealership that works with you - not against you, and in no way pressures you into anything you are not interested in, Ed Voyles Kia is your place. I worked with Lanny Lee in the purchase of my new 2012 Kia Optima. Lanny presented me a very good offer from the start and never swayed from that offer even as other variables had surfaced. Lanny stayed with the process every step of the way to ensure everything was handled above par. Very professional and honest. I located the vehicle on the internet and read about it before going to the dealership. When I arrived there, was approached by the salesman, Jerome Pardue who very politely led me directly to the vehicle.We sat inside the vehicle as he patiently listened to my story as to why I was in search of "that" vehicle. He explained to me all the details about the vehicle and offered a test drive. As I drove it he continued to explain the vehicle functions and the incentives offered with the vehicle.I did not feel pressured at all but very comfortable discussing the business aspect with Mr Pardue. I told him what I wanted and he worked to get it for me. Not only do I have a lovely vehicle but comfortable with payments which were not a hassle getting. A very smooth transition for me. Mr Pardue have even made a courtesy call to me to make sure I am comfortable with the car and offered me to call him if any issues. That's service.

I was fortunate enough to find the car I wanted at Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee. But more than that, I hit the jackpot with the staff. I used to sell many years ago myself and what I appreciated the most from Jerome, Skip & Terry was their no-nonsense approach and absolutely ZERO pressure on me to make a decision that I wasn't 100% comfortable with myself. I got a great Kia Soul and superriffic deal I might add (buy there! buy there! buy there!). When I went home after signing most of my paperwork, I rested well and felt very good about my decision. This allowed me to be even more enthusiastic and excited about picking up my car the next day. All the little extras during the process made the experience an extremely positive one and the only car purchase I ever made that was virtually STRESS-FREE (Face it, spending 20k is a little stressful just when it comes to money)!! Thanks to everyone there for making me comfortable, working with me on a trade-in deal that made us all happy, and allowing customer loyalty to get off to a great start as a first time Kia owner myself. Terry is a stand-up comedian in a sit-down job, Jerome is animated and quite enthusiastic, and Skip is the ultimate professional adding style and great character to the group! I think the three of them would be a great team of hamsters in a Kia Soul commercial!

Initial Visit Intent: Have a faulty fuel air filter replaced under warranty (which was replaced)...Service Staff: Jiffy Lube changed my oil recently and put an "after-market" cap on it which caused it to leak. Not only did they let me know, they changed the oil and put a Kia oil cap on it for no additional charge.Sam: They notified me that my driving belts being cracked & they mentioned the timing belt was due in 3K miles. Instead of having me pay labor each time for the driving belts and timing belts (have to take apart the engine and these are right next to each other), they offered to do them all at once and just charge me for the driving belt parts, the timing belt parts and the labor fee for the timing belt only. They also gave me so additional $ off the total.Arranged & paid for my rental car when I decided to get additional maintenance work completed.I had my dog with me, but that wasn't a problem. They were very nice about letting him in the waiting room with me & even some employees came over to pet him.Terry: The most impressive thing was that the sales manager gave me objective advice about trading in my car. He said my car is in great shape, he couldn't find another used, low mileage car to replace it and if I like it, I am better off keeping it and taking care of it with the scheduled maintenance. So you know you are getting excellent customer service when the head of sales tells you their honest opinion...and it's not to buy a new car with them.

I had no idea that I was going to buy a Kia but was just car shopping in general... mostly looking initially I THOUGHT! As it turned out, I wound up buying for several reasons: really liked the looks of the cars; sales personnel were so friendly, not pushy but very well versed in the cars and the prices were right. Great experience. Salesperson - Lanny Lee - listened to what I wanted, and was responsive without being overbearing. Informed of other options, but did not push what I didn't want. I wanted base model, did not try to hard upsell. No haggling on price, but VERY competitive offer from beginning via email ($900 below another dealer that I went to).

Great car buying experience with Lanny Lee at Ed Voyles KIA. Basically came to agreement with two emails and one phone call, and then told him to prep it because I was on my way. When I got there, he already had filled the tank, which showed a confidence and respect for me that I wasn't expecting. The process once there was efficient, and while informing of other options, there was no pressure to change my mind about my selections (no hard up selling, etc).I would recommend Lanny and Ed Voyles; I've bought a lot of cars and this one of the best experiences I've had.

Being a single woman purchasing her first new car with very limited automotive knowledge, the thought of approaching a dealership was intimidating to say the least. Each employee treated me with the respect and kindness that I deserved and took the time to explain what I needed to know without condesention. It was fabulous.From the moment that I entered this dealership I was impressed by the personel. They were genuinely helpful and honestly friendly. I dealt with parts, service, and cleanup people and everyone not only answered every question and were helpful but even when I intenionally pushed them a little they were in a word professional.Albert Ridgeway was my sales person, he constantly suprised me by anticipating my needs and being proactive while remaining unobtrusive.The General Manager David Booth is an impressive business man, he projects the best qualities of business ethics with the demeanor of a true southern gentleman (just ask my wife). I made an hour drive to Ed Voyles KIA of Chamblee and do not regret one second. Lanny and James were two of the easiest going "car salesmen" I have ever dealt with. I felt like it was more of a friendship that an business relationship by the time I walked out of the dealership driving my new KIA Optima. I took my 2011 Soul to another dealership to have a strange sound found and repaired. They told me it was the suspension and I had to go back a second time to have the repair done. Apparently they did not fix the problem, so I took the car to Ed Voyles Kia of Chamblee. They discovered the actual problem (a broken hatch latch), ordered the correct part, and I am very happy to not have a weird noise in my car anymore. I will say that it took a total of three visits because the part was supposed to arrive on a Friday (I called and they said it was there) but it wasn't actually there until Monday, so I had to go back twice after my initial visit. I wasn't there very long any of the times, so I didn't mind much. Sam was very nice and helpful; he seems trustworthy and I will definitely take my car back to this dealership. I am just so glad that there is no more annoying sound in the back of my car!!

This dealer is easily the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Prior to coming to Ed Voyles, I went to two other dealerships, Cobb County Kia, and Carriage Kia in Gainesville. Both dealerships harassed me for weeks before I finally went to Ed Voyles. Jerome Pardue is one of the most easy going sales people I have ever dealt with. I told him my price and said if he could make that happen then I would sign, and he made it happen just like that. This no BS approach was greatly appreciated after having put up with the other dealer's crap for way too long. The quality of work and friendliness at Ed Voyles is head and shoulders above the competition. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the price and my overall experience. I would recommend Ed Voyles Kia and Jerome Pardue to anyone looking to buy a new car.

First oil change with this dealership; the staff were all nice and professional. Sam explained service details; and Olga helped with getting touch up paint. I was disappointed that the oil change didn't include tire rotation, but it's been a while since I used a dealership for just an oil change.... But also don't recall other dealerships being as friendly as this.

The intention was just to look at a car and compare it with the competition.Did a test drive, was impressed, then went across to the competition and did a test drive there.Came back to Kia and Albert, sat down and looked at some numbers.He worked with us as far as numbers, and we left after an hour with the car purchased.Would recommend the dealership and Albert to anyone!

Sam's customer service was great. He made sure I had a ride to and from work. Because the alignment machine stopped working but was fixed before I was to pick up my car, I had to wait at the dealership. Sam made sure I was comfortable while waiting. The customer service I received was by far the best I've ever received.

I went in after receiving a coupon for service in the mail. I was greeted pleasantly, and someone asked me right away what I needed. I took my husband's car in for oil change and a couple other minor services and all were addressed. I didn't wait long at all, and the pricing was excellent, even without the use of the coupon. I will return for future services!

In spite of the dealership having just opened they did a good job of working through the sales process. Every employee we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. This is our second Kia and we have been quite impressed with the quality for the price, and we have owned BMW's, Mercedes, Jags and Lexus for many years. One of the great things about Kia is that you do not need premium gas. We love the look and performance of the Optima and you can't beat the technology for the price. We look forward to enjoying the same level of service when we bring the car in for maintenance as we had during the sale.

new dealer location.. Seems like they are still gearing up. Small things like Internet not yet up, but waiting room quite well appointed and optioned. I particularly like the desk setup for conducting business will there. All of the employees seem to be on board with getting this place kicked off right and with the right attitude. There is a viewing room to the service area, which I also like.

I stopped in Ed Voyles KIA yesterday morning just to take a quick look at the Kia Sportage. I was promptly greeted by Jerome Pardue. He was able to answer most of my questions promptly. I did throw him a bit of a curveball when asked about a frame mounted class III hitch (bike rack mount) for this vehicle that would not normally be used for towing. While retrieving keys for the test drive Jerome engaged the service manger in order to accurately answer my question. Before and during the test drive I was thoroughly introduced to the 2012 Sportage. I informed Jerome that I was not planning to buy for a few months. That's normally the place where the sales person shows his true colors politely hands you a card and looks for that next warm body on the lot. Jerome did show "his" true colors he continued to have open friendly professional conversation about a product that he was very knowledgeable about. Overall I was impressed with the Kia Sportage. Kia has grown the quality of their product in the last few years. I was even more impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the young man sharing his enthusiasm for a product that he was passionate about.
