We initially called to inquire about a vehicle that was getting delivered to the dealership that we were interested in. Everyone was so helpful and allowed us to look at a similar vehicle that was sold already so that we would have an idea of what our car would look like. Bernie was so helpful in answering all of our questions and the process was so simple once we decided to purchase. While we were waiting for our car Bernie was great at staying in touch with us about the updates on the delivery date and he even made sure we were able to pick it up the same day it was delivered. He was thorough in going over all of the features. We will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a car. Every one we interacted with was so polite and helpful. Great experience and we love our new suburban!!

I’ve taken my truck here twice for the dealer install program. Both times my truck was kept overnight and not ready until the end of the next business day. Very little communication that they would be keeping my truck. The first time it turned to a weekend and it was quite a hassle to get my truck back Saturday morning because they’re closed on weekends. The second time they said they would call back to let me know if they would need to keep it and then closed without a word. Then kept it the entire next day. How do they make an appointment for morning for parts install when they didn’t even touch my vehicle until the next day. Both times. Failure. I will never take my truck here again. I just don’t have the time to wait 48 hours and be without a vehicle for a part install. No shuttle offered. No loaner vehicle offered. I understand they may be busy but if that’s the case then communication and honesty should be paramount.

This dealership is always a delight to visit. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is very comfortable while waiting for your vehicle to be finished. They go above and beyond to keep my business, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very happy with this dealership.

This place is a huge waste of time!!! Hubby drove all the way to dinuba because the car is listed on their lot. Only to get there and find out the car is in Visalia and they'll "see what we can do". Terrible customer service.

We bought a used Suburan from Ed Dena's in Dinuba from Bee who was the BEST, salesperson who was knowledgable, very helpful and very pleasant from our test drive to buying the car. The financial part went very well also. We had to bring the car back to the service department and WOW they were great.Ken Price the service manager and Shane is who we deal with, they would call us and kept us informed about the car, I have to say out of any service department we gone to we have never been treated so good.

Found the car on cars.com and sent e-mail expressing interest. I was contacted by A salesman named Lino. Told him my him what I was trading in towards the car. Lino came back with fair offer for my trade and I asked about the price of the car, Lino came back with very fair price on the car. Went in the net day and bought the car. The sales staff ( Lino ) was extremely helpful and nice and Marissa in finance was just as nice. A very good buying experience , would definitely buy from Lino and Ed Dena's again, highly recommended seller !..Job well done Lino!!!...from a happy and grateful customer!!

Spoke with a sales rep about an SUV i was interested in. He was helpful and not really pushy. The only thing i didn't like about him was the "spam" mail he sent to my email. There were weekend emails about sales and stuff but they didn't even apply to my purchase since it was a trade-in. Other than that he was good!

I started with one sales agent which seemed somewhat helpful but couldn't make it to an appointment so I met with another sales person whom he recommended but was not helpful at all. Seemed he was in a hurry to leave work. Didn't give me information on the car I was interested in, told me he would get back with me and never did. Also didn't get a follow up call from the first Sales person I had spoken to. Not happy!

Enjoyed interacting with Mike the internet sales manager. He was very helpful and had a great attitude in wanting to help me with my purchase. I told him what I was looking for in the way of financing and he made it happen. in fact after the sales was finalized the dealership called me in two days later because there was a problem with the first credit union that was financing my truck. They in turn found another credit union that saved me 3% on my financing. They went above and beyond my expectations.

I started out looking for a Kia Optima or a Hyundai Sonanta. I had two very bad experiences at the Visalia dealerships. The Kia dealership would not even allow me to test drive the car unless I would committ to buy. I looked online to see what other vehicles were compairable to the cars I was looking for and found the VW cc. Although Ed Dena's did not have this car in stock, Ed Dena personally found a VWcc for me in my pricerange within a few days. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and drove away with me new car. Totally hassel free !!

I did have to drive a bit out of my way to get to Dinuba from Fresno. But Ed denas made it so worth the drive. I got my GMC Sierra fully loaded even some extras thrown in and I paid $3000 less than the dealership in Fresno. I never felt pressure from my salesman and they really worked with me on my trade and gave me a great price for it. Completely satisfied customer. I'll go back next time too. Customer for life
