Of course when you pull up on the lot people are nice bc they're trying to make a sale. Once you purchase things change. I purchased one car & took it back bc it kept having problems. I spent every weekend for an entire month at the repair shop wasting away my only day off. Spoke with Joe told him i wanted my down payment back or trade it. I traded it for another car & it did good for a yr. Now afyer spending 3 Saturdays getting the same thing worked on I was told to take to a dealership. Im not taking no 13 yr old car to the dealership to pay those prices. So im looking around to trade in & get something else. Then you deal with the nasty people in the office. They all seem like family so complaining will get you nowhere cuz they're not going to do anything about. Never will i recommend or buy another car from them

Mr Johnson and the staff at Earl's Credit Auto Sales has always treated me like family every since 2009, when I got my first car from them. Any problems I've had were always addressed and there was never any hassle. Everyone was always willing to answer any questions and the selection of vehicles always fit what I was looking for at the time. The incentives of buying from Earl's are rarely found at any other used car dealership. For example, what other used car dealership returns the favor when you pay extra on your car payments? Thanks again to everyone at Earl's and I hope that other people who are looking for a quality used car come here to purchase one.

rue my awesome to deal with super friendly and I've been with them for over two years bought two wonderful cars and they are always there to help in anyway they can. Recommend then to anyone looking for nicely priced vehicles and great customer service.

They give u a speech about what to do when and if the car runs hot....However, it WILL run hot, n they wont fix this because its the customers fault....2 months after purchase with about 1 month1/2 of actual driving. Stay away from there friendly persona and drive the car FOR REAL when u test drive.

Poor customer service, poor vehicle quailty and way overpriced. Had purchased several vehicles from dealership hoping it would be better next time, each one was worse.

at first everything was lovely friendly humorous i could get even get over the red neck Environment. very pleasant now after i purchased its just like day and night. And to make matters worse total disregard for the privacy and HIPPA LAW. also there cars are priced WAYYY Above Blue book an 1998 Ford Explorer should not cost 8500 dollars they take full advantage of those with credit issues not to mention they have a GPS System(Ignition Shut off Device) in all there cars...and will shut you down for the smallest reason also they take full advantage of those who are low income or credit challenged yeah the down payments are low but trust me there is ALWAYS a Catch....(Disgruntled Customer)
