You dont drive nearly 4 hours to buy a vehicle unless its a good deal. When I called to let them know I was interested but couldnt get down there right away (being 250 miles away), they put a hold on the sale of the vehicle for 3 days until I had a chance to see it in person. The guys at Dwain Taylor obviously spent a lot of time cleaning the vehicle inside and out; even the engine compartment looked nearly showroom clean. I was lucky enough to have Nick Ryan as my sales associate and wouldnt hesitate to do business with him or the company again. They even filled the tank while the paperwork was being completed. I wish they were closer to Shelbyville; but Ill do the long drive again when the time comes based on my experience.

I found a 2004 Cadillac XLR at Dwain Taylor used cars that was in excellent condition. Ruthie Lamb helped me buy it and I drove it home with not only no trouble, but it was a very enjoyable drive. These people are tremendous to work with and I recommend dealing with them if you can.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Jim Joiner was our salesman and he was a getter done kind a guy. He took the time to explain all the new things that come with the newer vehicles. I want to thank the folks at Dwayne Taylor for bending over backwards to help me in my time of need. I was recently traveling from Yellowstone NP in Wyoming to my new home in South Carolina when my truck broke down close to my old home near Murray KY. I have bought 5 cars here 3 Camry's and now 2 Rav4's. Had recently purchased Rav4 and got hit & totaled, so I returned to get another one. Had it in a couple days. I was looking for a new car that had a lot of power as well as good gas mileage. I had driven everything but a Toyota. I could find a car with speed but no gas mileage or great gas mileage and no power. When Nick Ryan and Josh Bell let me drive the new Avalon, it was a dream come true. It had 3 buttons on the center console, "Eco, Normal and Sport". In Eco, great gas mileage, in Pro, "hello darling", it will fly. I had found the perfect car, but in the back of my mind I thought, I can't afford this car. Jim, in Finance, came up with a plan that would work for me. He also sold me an 8 year warranty package that is incredible for the price. Jim in Maintenance, explained the maintenance program to me and I have my first visit set up for Jan 1, 2015. Before I drove my new car home, Adam covered every option on the car and answered every question I knew to ask at that time. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I was in the market for a new family vehicle. I spent a couple of weeks comparing prices, looking at the Internet inventory of dealerships, and making phone calls to request information. I visited several dealerships, test drove vehicles, and tried to reach an agreement on a purchase price. It was starting to become a tiresome process, and then I made a phone call to Toyota of Murray. I talked to Brock Crouch concerning inventory and priciing. Brock is a very down to earth salesman, the opposite sterotype of a car salesman, the kind of fellow that you just like! I got a very fair price, and a super easy worry free deal. Everything about my purchase was very smooth and simple. The price, the financing, and the dealership as a whole. I loved the indoor facility they have to show you all of the features on your vehicle. Brock is my new favorite car salesman, and Toyota of Murray is A+++++ in all aspects of their dealership. Just purchased a 2014 Silverado High Country form Dwain Taylor Chevrolet and my entire experience was fantastic. Our sales person, Nick Ryan was by far the most knowledgeable, patient and understanding sales person I have ever dealt with. We took our time making the decision and Nick worked with us at our pace with complete empathy and patience and was truly concerned with our needs. When we took delivery of the vehicle, he made sure we understood how to use every feature in the vehicle and spent a lot of time with us, never once in a hurry. My Customer Service Representative was Brock. He answered all of our questions professionally and treated me and my wife with respect. He took our preference in vehicles and created a line up for us to test drive, while we were test driving he would be warming up the other vehicle and have it ready for us. Winde was very helpful and understood exactly what I needed. I am a single mom and was in need of a reliable car, but on a tight budget. I was not even sure I was ready to purchase a car at the time. I explained to her that my current car held a lot of sentimental value since it was the last thing that my father and I purchased together and he has passed on. She understood and listened, we looked at my options and then I decided to test drive a car that I was no so familiar but had researched. My boys loved the car but my old car also held sentimental value to them as well. In the end after talking it out we decided to go ahead and we are all so happy with our new car. I checked Dwain Taylor website before visiting and had a good idea on what I wanted to buy. Thought I wanted the Buick Encore but immediately decided it was too compact. Then decided on the Toyato Rav4. Wende Holzschuh was the Sales Consultant and she was very patient and helpful. We could not agree on a price on the 2014 and left but Wende took my cell number and asked could she call if she could work something out and I said of course. Within an hour Wende called and found a 2013 Toyato Rav4 at 0% interest, the color I wanted with the options I wanted and best of all the price was BELOW what I wanted. I purchased the vechicle and I am very satisified and even purchased the extended warranty. I am very pleased with my experience.

My husband and I found a pre-owned truck we liked on the website. We drove from Clarksville to check it out. The customer service was excellent at this point. We loved the vehicle and bought it the same day. The next day we discovered that not only did the automatic locks not work on the passenger side, but when we go to start have of the time the ignition key sticks and its takes many efforts to even start the vehicle. When we received a customer service call my husband informed them of the locks and they assured us they'd get back to us on what could be done. We never got a call back. I then emailed customer service to let them know what was going on. I exchanged a few emails with them. The last one I received ensured me that she would be checking with her boss and would get back with me so the problem could be fixed. I'm at the point where I'm tired of trying to get this fixed. If these issues would have been brought to our attention before the purchase of the vehicle we would have refused to purchase it in it's condition or would have asked for a lower price. I'm very disappointed with the outcome.

Let me just share my experience with you... I found a new Enclave on the lot there that I wanted to deal on. I very clearly from the beginning let them know that I wanted the 0% interest option offered by Buick on a new 2013 yr end Enclave. I even got a quote from Jim Joiner/ sales in writing with these terms. We agreed upon a price after negotiation. I will have to admit I am a female, and my father did the negotiating for me with the " good ole boys". Never- the- less, a price was agreed upon.... When Mr Joiner called me back to proceed with the purchase everything changed.... Now he was completely unaware that I wanted the 0% financing.... He says to me- "well the price is going to be a " little" higher with that option". " is that okay"?. ..... What a joke!!! Long story short.... These guys including the sales mgr last name Scott, knew what they were doing from the beginning. THEY WASTED MY TIME.... THEY ARE EXTREMELY SHADY....DON'T LET THEM WASTE YOUR TIME!! They quoted a price to my father with 0% financing and when it came down to buying they changed the terms and the price! This is the kind of place that gives car salesmen a bad name!

I started the buying process months ago. Drove through the lot multiple times, "just checking" to see what was there and dreaming of buying a Toyota SUV. I met a very well mannered, understanding gentleman, Brock. He must have had the patience of "Job". I would get in and out of vehicles until I wanted to scream, "enough already, just buy somethng". But Brock would just patiently stand there answering my questions and never made me feel pressured, but he would guide me towards what I really needed....For me, the SUV was not the perfect fit for our family, Brock suggested a 2013 Sienna XLE. And just like in the story of the 3 bears and Goldilocks, I found my perfect fit. Our whole family, some of them are 6'4" can sit very comfortable with room to spare and even with 2 child carseats installed! I see lots of family vacations in this wonderful Toyota product. I would like to add that I own a Toyota Camry, purchased in a different city and I bring it to Toyota of Murray for maintance and ALWAYS have been happy with the service. I recently purchased a Used 2009 Chevrolet Silverado. I love every inch of that truck and didnt have to spend a fortune since it was 4 years old. It was priced to move and in really great shape. Called the internet sales manager, Chad Fritsche, and he answered every question I had. With me being almost 2 hours away, I wanted to be certain this would be a vehicle I would drive off the lot. The vehicle was as expected and I brought it home!! It was the first "nice" vehicle I have ever owned and I am more than satisfied. Even though I noticed a defect in the passenger door lock after I left, I called Chad and they were more than happy to take care of the problem for me. He even gave me another tank of gas for my time and drive. They have definitely gained a customer for life due to their professionalism and courteousness. Made this experience extremely easy. Ready now to enjoy many years in my truck!!

From the time we arrived to the completion of the sale we were treated with courtesy and respect. Mr. Brock was never pushy but listened to our needs and explained our options. The 1st offer on our trade was fair. The other members of the staff were equally considerate and helpful. The overall facilities were great but I felt that the service bays being "down the hill" a bit awkward but I have no problem with this.

This was the fastest car purchase I have ever experienced. I checked on the internet what Toyota of Murray had available, entered my information of what I was looking for and within 24 hours I had confirmation that they had found a Toyota Sienna for my consideration, similar to the one I have had for 9 years (would never buy anything else, but a Toyota). Within a few days I visited the dealership for a personal inspection. In less than 3 hours I was able to drive my new car home. The staff was very curteous and professional. No pressure at all! Everyone should have a sales associate like Eddie Davenport, who worked with us. My husband recently had surgery and Eddy even moved the van inside, so my husband didn't have to be outside in the cold, now, how sweet is that! This is the third Toyota we have purchased from Toyota of Murray. The sales people are honest and personable, without giving a high pressure sales push. When I walked onto the lot, I was met by Eddie Davenport, who asked me which car I would like to see. Andy Foley, the General Manager, came out to say hello and to tell Eddie to take care of me since I was a returning customer (It had been at least 7 years since I had walked on that lot.) Eddie showed me cars I wanted to see and brought cars to the front while I was test driving other cars. He also emailed me the specs for a prospective car when the printer would not print.After buying my new Camry Hybrid, Eddie spent 20 to 30 minutes with me showing me all the features of my new car and how to set up some of the systems. He stopped what he was doing to answer many questions we had. Other salesman walked by us. I hate buying a vehicle. Most salesman pressure, push, and if it is over you budget, insulting. It was not like that in Murray. The finance person was good to talk to. They did what they could to meet the payment we wanted. We didn't feel like it was the dealership getting everything. Jim drove the car around us to explain the difference the Prius has. It made it must easier to drive. Otherwise I would have to drive and read the manual at the same time. Jim did a great job.

We went to Toyota of Murray to look at trucks. We had a 2002 Tundra we were looking to replace with either two (2) Tacomas or one (1) Tundra. After test driving both models, we ended up purchasing a 2013 Tundra. We also test drove a 2013 Ford, which offered better gas mileage, but chose the Tundra because of the proven track record we had with previous Toyota purchases. Our salesman, Brock, was knowledgable and efficient without being pushy, and everyone at the dealership was great to work with. This is the third new vehicle we've purchased from Toyota of Murray, and we will definitely purchase our next truck there, too.

My husband and I were extremely stressed for time and didn't have a car (our's died). After internet shopping, I found Toyota of Murray We live in Carbondale IL although our daughter goes to Murray State. After seeing a selection of used Corollas, I called as the choices were limited everywhere else..including St Louis. I don't think buying a car could be easier anywhere else.
