After purchasing a (gently) used car from duval Honda, I found myself in the service department several times over the 3 months warranty period for minor and sometimes mysterious issues. My radio would stop playing every few days and then would mysteriously come back on; they immediately replaced the radio. The problem continued but Tiffany, my friendly and efficient service 'ambassador', coordinated services with another service department in order to solve the mystery and finally fixed the problem (a rusted wire deep within the bowels of the car). I had a few other minor issues (rear wiper motor, dead battery--which was my fault) and was given either an awesome loaner car or rides back and forth with the delightful Elizabeth. I was determined to get everything taken care of during that period and they even topped off my freon. I did spend quite a bit of time at the facility and it was comfortable (tv, device chargers, private desks, breakfast, popcorn, decent coffee, etc.) but I also spend significant time interaction with the service department and they couldn't have been more kind, accommodating and professional.

My service advisor met me at 6 am before the dealership was open so I could get my car in for service.My car runs like purring cat. I trust everything that has been recommended and explained to me.Also I have heard many times that the dealerships charge you more but I do not find that to be true at all.

I brought my wifes Honda Pilot in for an oil change on 9/30/16 at Duval Honda. The vehicles mileage was around 31,000. I was brought into the service advisors (Tom Martin) cubicle to checkout as the oil change was about to be completed. I was greeted with a handshake, which made me knew something shady was about to happen. He told me the air filters were in need of replacement. This was surprising, being that I replaced them approximately 2-3 weeks ago. He also said the windshield wipers and transmission fluid needed to be replaced. There was nothing wrong with the wipers and the vehicle didnt have enough miles on it for the transmission fluid to be replaced. I noticed my wifes name was on the paperwork. Im assuming they attempted the upsell technique because they thought they would be dealing with a female. As I was leaving the service department, I asked the service advisor what they found out about the filters. He said the tech was wrong and that he was in trouble.I find it hard to believe a tech would act on his own to mislead a customer. Work procedures are usually guided by someone at a higher level. I believe this is done at the advisor level or above.I noticed Mr. Martins cubicle was lined up with numerous Service Advisor of the Month awards. If he is considered the cream of the crop, I would hate to see how his counterparts perform.For someone that helped purchase two vehicles from this dealership in the last two years, I felt betrayed. I felt like we were being treated as if we purchased the vehicle from another dealership in the same city.Needless to say, this will be the last time our vehicle will be brought to this dealership for service. I advise anyone looking to service their vehicle at this dealership to proceed with caution!

This was our second purchase from Duval Honda. Did not have the Ridgeline I wanted in their inventory, but was able to get me the one I wanted from another dealership in two days. Great job by Van Jones. Will be back.

Came in with mother to get a tire patched because it's under waranty took 2hrs for them to plug the tire not even patch it i could have done that myself in 5 min but would have voided the tire waranty do not recomend there service dept for anyone

As a first time buyer and college student, I brought my parents along to help with the car buying process...and they were more impressed than I was. Duval Honda is the BEST place that you could buy a car from. The people are genuine, the prices can't be beat, and the process is neither time consuming nor frustrating. David Vergara is a top notch salesman, couldn't ask for better. Also, Lori B in financing is superb. We spent a total of maybe 2 hours tops for the total car buying experience and that was great. We drove 2 hours just to come to Duval Honda and it was more than worth it!

I have been waiting for 4 years on the new Ridgeline to be released so when they were I drove straight to Duval Honda for a test drive. As a single lady walking into a dealership alone I was extremely nervous but David made the entire process very pleasant. My wife and I have had the buying experience of a lifetime! We've bought vehicles in Europe, in Texas, Virginia, DC, and Iowa and we've never had the First Class presentation and reception that Van gave us. Even before ever deciding to make the trip from Lake Park, GA to Jacksonville, we had enough info from Van to make a calculated decision to buy. Van had the Expedition "set up" for the presentation, clean, laid out and ready for the inspection/test drive. He knew what the options were on the vehicle and how they worked. We were spell bound at his effort, and he didn't miss a beat, especially when the paperwork came. I also have to add that Lori was a champ staying as long as was needed to get everything wrapped up. You guys really know how to treat customers and make lifelong friends!

It was a pleasure getting my vehicle service at Duval Honda, I was promptly greeted by a Customer care representative as I am pulling into the service drive, they quickly asked me if it was my first time visiting there service department or if I had an appointment with a specific service advisor (I believe It's always best to set an appointment, It gets you ahead of the lines and out before the walk in traffic anywhere). The customer service representative then lead me to my advisor, I was in and out in no time. I will continue to do all my vehicle services at Duval Honda.

First of all, I had to call THREE times to get someone to answer. The young girl that finally did answer the phone was not very customer oriented either. Definitely did not have a smile on her face! A basic oil change was $64. Will not go back there for services. Went to another dealership while out of town last time, it was only $35. Not to mention, I waited for two hours the last time. Sorry, but that's just WAY TOO HIGH for a basic oil change!

Lamark treated the entire family with respect (including kids in tow) and was great at reading people. His sales manager was awesome, and everyone we met while there was incredible. I am in love with this dealership! I have been to dozens of places in the past shopping for a vehicle, and Duval Honda was far above the rest. Being a female, I have found that I usually am not treated fairly and respectfully at dealerships, but at this location this was not the case. The staff was exceptional. Lance Tunsill was great! I am a bit of a penny pincher and the prices were great deals! Love my Honda and I will be back for another! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

My family always buys cars from Duval Honda so I felt comfortable buying the car myself. Tiajuanna or TJ helped me. She told me my options between the 15 and 16 models of the civic. I went with the 16 but I had to think about it and she didn't bother me when I left the first time without the car. Even after I test drove the car she asked me once after I left. I purchased a 1993 Civic LX and 2000 Odyssey LX from Duval Honda. The Civic (over 100,000 miles )still runs well except for its A/C, the Odyssey, 56,000 miles, in good condition, was a total loss after I hit a curb, so I needed a replacement I wanted to avoid driving over the bridge for routine maintenance, selected a dealer closer to my residence. Worst experience I have had with any car purchase, After much effort cancelled the deal. I had not driven the new car which the dealer picked up. in as-delivered condition. Decided to go back to Duval Honda where the service was like on the previous ones, , no gimmicks, everything went smoothly, included the financial part , cash payment. Car was delivered to my residence and I am totally satisfied

All I can say is the service I received from the Duval Honda staff, specifically Van Jones in Internet Sales and Ty Edwards in Financing was exceptional. The whole car buying experience was quick and painless as they both worked together seamlessly to get my deal done! The car I found was at another lot, so I expected it to take a long time, but Van had it shipped while I was talking with Ty, and before I knew it, the SUV was in the parking lot. Ty was amazing as she worked up an interest rate that I didn't even know I was qualified for and did not charge me any crazy fees and did not force the extended warranty. It was the most "stress-free" car buying experience I have ever encountered.

I went to Duval Honda after visiting Honda of the Avenues (which was not a great experience at all! I was there for a civic and they were trying to push me into an accord. That wasn't even the only issue..so I left and went to Duval honda ). Duval Honda however was expecting Ellenton on customer service, has a huge facility, does not work off of commission so there is no pressuring you into another vehicle, and went beyond my expectations. Zach Rafidi was a great help in my search for my new civic ! They also honor the true care price and don't try to scam as many other dealerships that say they are true to the truecar.com pricing. I've always dreaded the car buying experience, don't have time for it, and the back and forth does not suit my style. I'm a cut through the junk and just give me your best price type of person. Well, let me tell you that Duval Honda cut through the junk. After just three counters we had reach a really solid deal, that with trade in was close to 50% less than the MSRP for our new '16 Odyssey. We could not be happier and when the time comes will definitely be back to Duval Honda. Van and Patrick make the experience so easy. 5 star rating all the way!

Great customer service. We were familiar with the dealer as we haved used the service dept for our 2011 honda accord. We moved here in 2013 and tried other honda dealers and were not satisfied until we found Duval. It was because of the great customer service in the service dept that we decided to make out purchase at Duval and as expected it was a great experience.

Car buying is both fun and stressful. Duval Honda just took out the stress. Zach was honest and straight to the point, and when they say no haggle no hassle that's the truth. Before I went there they already gave me a price for what I was looking for a base 2016 Civic EX w/ Honda sensing, price was below MSRP around $1400, their dealer fee is one of the lowest in the area. So I did my research and called back and agreed to drop by the next day. When I got there the car they got me has some nice added accessories but before I even said a word Zack told me not to worry price is still the same as promised since the base car we talked about was sold, how awesome is that. And to top it off they even beat the APR of my bank's loan check by 0.29% so ended up financing with them plus the trade in value they gave my 12 year old car was a little more than what I expected. I've already told a few friends the day I came home with my new '16 Civic EX the experience I had. Will definitely go back there again when its time to retire our 14 yr old Honda Odyssey.

I had the best experience buying my first car. They were honest and upfront about all pricing. She wasn't just trying to sell me a car, she was really helpful as well. Honestly I went to coggin Honda in st Augustine and they were trying to swindle me saying I was getting a deal when all they were offering were sticker price and no incentive. I would refer everyone here because the staff is awesome they even stayed late to help me get a good deal. Best dealer experience I've ever had, I shopped around at other Honda dealerships this was the only dealership that was actually friendly and willing to work with their customers.

Have someone call me. I am not pleased. First time I had an appointment. I was left standing for 30 minutes. I had to go inside and try to find someone to come help check in my car. Second visit was about 6 days later. Same thing happened again. I had to go to the desk where you pay and ask the girl to help me find someone. I was ready to share my story on social media I was so displeased. However I am holding off on that for a whileJust have someone call me. I will tell you ALL about it.

I love the car and the staff at Duval Honda are always pleasant. The only issue I have is the car seems noisy to me and drives hard. I'm always wondering "dang is something wrong"... I have only gone for one oil change and the experience exceeded my expectations. It was completed within the timeframe provided and they did the free wash and vacuum. I was supposed to have the same service with the 2015 Honda Civic I previously had but the one service appointment I had with that car was not nearly as pleasant. Duval Honda most certainly improved on this most recent visit. I'm not certain yet if I'd recommend anyone to them just yet. Both cars were purchased brand new so there hasn't been any real need to contact for anything.....

From the first day, the manager couldn't get his numbers right, I was trained by the military to catch such problems and make sure that none of my soldiers get taken for fools. I have been with honda leasing for almost 3 years now and I received a letter from Honda asking me to take advantage of the offers they had for me since my credit with them have been very good; a couple of waivers were given to me on this offer, I then proceeded to take advantage of this with a dealer who seems to have a high rating. From the first time in I felt very good with the salesman and a couple of staff who made me feel at home. from the first numbers shown to me, it looked like I was in for a new lease, but they first had to find me a vehicle that honda dealers don't carry around; a manual is a NOT a very needed car with the population only wanting to drive automatic cars. Day two going in was just a big headache since the numbers were changed and I asked to be corrected, another time was another thing, and it just was going on and on as they just seemed to get it wrong every time. The sale price of the vehicle was great, but even taking the contract to a lawyer on base to review was just disappointing as they looked at errors everywhere and I finally just gave up on the whole sale from them. NOW, I get a letter from the dealership telling me that based on my credit it was a decision from the dealer to denied my sale, based on my credit history and on the letter I received and a number of 728 on the back I can't get any credit with them, really!!!!! I clearly see that the management is a sore looser and decide to attack me with anyway shape and form, just cause I catch your tricks of sale by not being a fool; and by the way I caught another dealer wanting to charge me over a thousand dollars for things I didn't ask to be put on the vehicle, so this dealer is NOT all that bad, just bad management!

My A/C died on the way back from Orlando. I brought my car in but had to leave it overnight. Tom Martin assisted me in getting a rental car then called me the next morning to say Honda had placed an extended warranty on the part needed to fix my car! The car was already fixed and ready to go. Always a good experience...courteous, professional and respectful of your time (and $). When I was shopping for a second car last summer, I bought another Honda in part because of this service department.

We spent hours at another Honda dealer before going to Duval that was a major mistake on our part. They did not try to up sale us at all on the car like the other Dealer tried. My salesperson although new to the Duval Honda family did a good job of explaining options and working with us in the blistering cold. During the purchase process snow flurries were seen in Jacksonville, FL and he did a great job of catering to our needs in the cold. I bought my Honda at this dealership but I continue to visit for service due to the service staff. They have always been very accommodating. They are truthful but not pushy. I've never felt they were suggesting unnecessary fixes and if I wanted to talk with my husband first they were perfectly fine with that. I won't take my CRV anywhere else!

I called a couple Honda Dealerships for a solution to my daughter's key fob issues. The one on Blanding, close to 295, said we'd need an appointment to analyze the entire electrical system and painted a gloomy picture without much thought or bedside manner for the patient (I felt sick after visiting them). I then limped into Duval Honda without much hope for a reasonable solution until I met with their service folks. They were obviously busy on a Saturday morning but they put my mind at ease right away that they'd take a look at it to give me a better idea of what was going on. It needed a new key fob programmed properly, estimate was $135. They were 100% right! All of the electrical weirdness (don't know how else to describe it) was stemming from the car thinking it was stolen by running without turning off the alarm. They fixed my problem within a half hour AND waved the labor charges, so it only cost $75. They could have raked me over the coals and ripped me off but instead they provided outstanding customer service and earned a customer for life.

It took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment, unorganized and unprofessional staff. Why would I want to go back and spend more money to waste my time. The independent service shops give me a better value for my money.Duval Honda service is way overrated.

I brought my 2013 Pilot in for a routine oil change. While there, as part of a full vehicle inspection, they checked my battery and discovered that it failed a load test. They changed it at no cost under warranty. I had not experienced any problems with the battery and thanks to their thorough vehicle check I won't end up with the inconvenience and expense of getting stuck somewhere. Service rep Tom Martin could not have been more professional or accommodating. Excellent overall experience.

I have a 2014 Accors that I purchased at another local Honda dealership. Unfortunately I had a part break on the car only after a year. The original dealership could never seem to "duplicate" the issue, but when I brought it to Duval Honda they found it within 30 minutes. The parts were ordered and the car was repaired quickly under warranty. No haggling, problems, or feeling like no one believed me. A complete opposite from the other local dealership. I will now have all my maintenance done at Duval. My only regret is that I did not purchase the car from Duval to begin with. Thank you for being so kind to me and listening to my issue.

I had been to Duval Honda to get a recall serviced. The appointment setup was hassle free. Service advisor Cecil called several times to remind us and ensure the time is suitable for us. The checkin was smooth. Duval also did a 14 point inspection and advised a repair which was in my mind earlier but hadn't mentioned to the advisor. The car was cleaned and washed without even my asking. The checkout was excellent. Just to mention, I had bought my vehicle from Duval Honda hassle free. I have nothing but good things to say about the delaership.

Our initial contact was by Clyde "Van" Jones, Clyde and Anthony worked as a team to ensure my wife was extremely happy with the purchase of a 2015 Honda Crosstour EX-L. I recently purchased a vehicle from Duval Honda with the help of Sergei and Van. These two make quite the sales team. We had a hard time believing that no haggling or price tricks was even possible at a dealership, but I have to tell you, don't waste time determining if it's a gimmick - it's not! We came to the dealership three times, thinking the price or terms would change (like they do everywhere else). But each time - no haggle, no pressure, no tricks. They even helped us with getting our used vehicle certified and purchasing a honda warranty to ease our concerns about maintenance. Finance was also refreshingly straight forward thanks to Austin. I called Duval Honda at 10:30 AM and was assured car I was interested in was available for my inspection and potential purchase. When I arrived after driving 60-plus miles and 1 1/2 hours I was told the car had been sold the prior day. General manager blamed this mid-representation of the availability on failure of their central organization. Duval Honda management has apparently not sufficiently impressed on their employees the importance of performing accurately and competently. I should be supprised? At other area dealerships I've been treated to an identical such incident in one week following, at other dealerships, having been low-balled on a trade of a like-new Honda S2000 by 45% versus what I sold the S2000 for, having $900.00 worth of fabric and paint protectant padding onto a price agreement, finding undisclosed damage on on a car with a clean CarFax, etc.Ticked-off in Gainesville

My friend, who has purchased 3 vehicles for his family at Dual, highly recommended them to me, so I thought I would check them out. Just bought a certified pre-owned, Van Jones and T.J. were great to work with. Understand this is a no haggle dealership.....They gave me a price, and that was it. They worked a bit with me for floor mats, and a rear deck tray, but that's it. Nice, friendly, but the price is the price, and if this is the way you want to do biz, Duval Honda is the place to go. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from this dealer within a year. Both sales people (TJ Hill , Will Wilstead) were attentive and responsive. No high pressure gimmicks - straight forward honesty and integrity. Despite some initial misgivings regarding no "no hassle pricing" I found I ended up with a price as good or better than I could have expected and I didn't have to "arm wrassel" to get it. I would go here again.

I had gone to Duval Honda last year with a friend when he was looking for a new car and loved the no pressure no haggling attitude so when it came time for me to purchase a new car I knew where to go. I dealt with Benjamin Reynoso and we had emailed a few days before my appointment and he was fast and friendly with his response. I went to the dealership and they were able to get within my price range which I loved. The place was clean and there was a friendly atmosphere.

My wife and I researched many new and used dealers in the area for price and service. Sergei followed up with our online inquire very quickly. He was courteous and friendly without being pushy. We had to reschedule our first appointment with him because something came up on our end and he was great about it...didn't get frustrated or irritated with us. He was very patient and understanding. When we met him for our appointment, he greeted us with a warm smile and handshake. He made the entire car buying experience pleasant. We loved the no hassle approach to car buying!! The best description is that it is a wonderful Christian environment! Our friends have all said that our story is the 1st they have heard of a pleasant car buying experience...yes, we are telling everyone!!

Just purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey EXL. Sergei B. was great through the whole experience. He was able to get us the terms we wanted, and always available to answer any questions we had along the way. After calling around to other dealerships in the area, I chose duval because of the price and honesty you offer. Other dealerships said I needed service that in fact I did not require- brakes- they were fine. It is refreshing to know that you guys only repaired what was needed and did not sell services that were not required. Thank you to john in service for all his help and with the warranty work that was also required to fix both driveshafts. He was truly a professional and definitely an asset to your dealership. Duval Honda provides an excellent service. I went to Duval Honda on 3/11/2015 and was met upon my arrival within a minute or two. My service provider was Tom Martin. He was excellent in all aspects of my appointment. He made sure I was completely informed of every aspect of what was to be performed on my 2014 Honda Accord. My car was returned to me washed and vacumed as always. my time spent was less than one hour to have the oil chnged and tires rotated. The entire team at Duval Honda is great. This was our first visit for service after purchasing a new CRV. Our experience was met and exceeded what one usually received when doing business. Some times when you are told something at the time of purchase it may or may not happen. We were pleased that this time it happened. Our first service was at no cost. Our overall experience was to the point that we will continue to have our CRV serviced at Duval Honda every time it is required. We did not meet those that did the service, but did meet the one (Tom) who took care of all of the paper work. He was very kind and courteous. Glad we bought our CRV at Duval Honda.

I walked into the dealership to price cars and see if it was an expense I was ready to undertake. I gave specific perimeters on down payment and monthly payments. After I stated several times I was not going to pay $400 for a car payment and tried to leave, the representative got the manager. He asked how can we make this happen. I told him that the only way was if my payments were reduced. He said it was no haggling and that was the price. I left and for the next 3 days I received numerous calls from several numbers at the dealership. A week later I'm still receiving texts from the dealership talking about I'm pre approved for a car.

I can honestly say that I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. No hidden fees, No running back and forth from sales person to mangerers trying to negotiate prices. Everything is brought out in the first conversation. The entire staff was friendly. My salesman was Van and he was very professional and didn't try to sugar coat anything. I would and will be recommending him and the dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I must say, I have never had a more wonderful experience in buying a car; from my first contact by email, then phone conversation with my sales rep, Renny Imperial to final closure with Dru in the finance department. All I can say is "WOW"! I will never go any where else to buy a car. Renny, was excellent and very patient with me learning all the new bells and whistles on my new car and Dru in finance even took care of transferring my tag and title ,so I didn't have to go to the DMV that was a plus and then to leave in my shinny new detailed out car.... Priceless!Renny was excellent from the time I walked in the dealership door, to the time I left. I truly felt like a princess... LOL I left with the car of my dreams and had a wonderful car buying experience. I got exactly what was promised, and then some. Dru in finance was awesome too. I came in with a pre-approval check and he even got me a better rate so that I could even get a maintenance and gap insurance. I'm truly pleased, can't give enough praise on my great experience. I was even greeted by a few of your sales staff that was there, very friendly, family atmosphere. I will spread the word that Duval Honda is the place to go for there next vehicle. I for one will not go anywhere else! ?

I recently purchased a vehicle through Duval Honda. They have an excellent Sales team and repairs team. However, keep away from their financing plans. They will coat you one rate but at the rate, you will be given a completely different. The finance officer don't act in the best interest of his customers. If you have other options make Duval Honda your last option.

I had the worst experience ever with Duval Honda. I was told I would not qualify for the car i originally wanted and a 2011 Camry was suggested instead. It took some persuading and after a bit of research I agreed to proceeding with the Camry. I gave a down payment got insurance and was told to fax it over. i received a call from my salesman to come sign paperwork and pick up my car. My five year old daughter and I went to the dealership on a Saturday morning. The salseman started by having me sign a extended warranty they had given me. He then gave me a paper showing my down payment and monthly payments which were more than we had agreed to but I still proceeded without objection as it was not extremely unreasonable. I noticed that the vin number didn't match the vin number he had previously provided me to assist with getting insured. The vehicle he had me signing for was actually a 2010 Corolla. One he had never even mentioned. I did not like the Corolla and asked for my money back. He would not answer his phone or reply to my text until after 5pm when the cash office was closed. He told me I would have to call them on Monday asthey would be closed the next day. They were extremely rude about refunding my down payment. It is really frustrating to be upfront about what you have and what you want and be mislead. They were very unapologetic. I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Duval honda on Cassat.

After conversing with multiple dealers through cars.com, I went to Duval Honda. To my surprise, the low price discussed was already listed on the vehicle. Other dealers would barely come close let alone have the price in print. We truly had a no haggle experience even now after the sale. Thank you Van and the Duval Honda team.

Avoid them for service! We are traveling in from out of town and needed an oil change. The Honda agreement says that we can schedule a free oil change at any dealership. We did so via Duvall's online program. I called to confirm the appointment and the girl who answered the phone was unable to confirm the Honda agreement. We opted to keep the appointment. We arrived at 12:05PM, 10 minutes before the scheduled time of our appointment. We were not greeted until 12:10PM. The girl then told us the service advisor we were scheduled with was "not there that day". But, she would find a new advisor by 12:15PM, I said that's fine. She was unable to find us a service advisor until 20 or so minutes after our appointment - in the meantime 3 or 4 people, who were either late for their appointments or did not have appointments were given service advisors. At 12:25PM I had to go inside and find out what was going on. She told me it would be a few more minutes. I pointed out that we had an appointment and that we needed to get going. Finally, the service advisor came over and took the car in. We were told that it would be about an hour and we would get a call when it was ready. We then left. About an hour later (at 1:25PM) we got a call saying the car was done. I told the girl we would be there around 3 or 4 to pick up the car. She said, "That's not possible we close at 2PM, as you were told." I said, "Listen, no one told me that, that's ridiculous that we have to rush back over to pick up the car." She was like "Well you'd better come over fast" So we rushed over and I was not greeted, so I had to poke my head into an office and the gentleman was very brusque, when I inquired as to the location of my keys. He said, "they're over there" motioning to a desk. I went over and spoke to the girl at the desk and she said "That will be $32.15" and handed me my key. I said, "it's covered under our service agreement, I'm not paying" and it said that on the receipt she handed me, as well. The shoddy service, the lack of punctuality, the poor attitudes from every employee, and the general lack of customer service is ridiculous. Rest assured we will NOT be returning to this dealership. The only reason I am leaving this review, is because I got an email from Duvall asking me to do so.

Duval Honda has excellent staff members in place in both the sales and service department. I recently had my Honda Civic serviced at Duval Honda. I arrived early and was promptly greeted by the service staff. My vehicle was serviced on the spot and I had just a short wait in the lobby where I used the Wi Fi. A wonderful experience all around. Our first Fit is a 2007, which is still running well and looking good. A 2015 Fit joined our garage in December, just in time for Christmas. Duval Honda has the bottom line best customer service thus far. Rami Hanania sold us our Pilot after it taking us over 3 weeks to decide what we wanted and comparing the prices and other similar vehicles. Not once did we feel pressured from Rami to buy it right away. He answered all of our questions, let us drive what we wanted as much as we needed and right from the start gave us the best price out of 4 different dealerships. We feel so good about this purchase that we didn't even have buyers remorse! Best experience ever! Thanks Rami!!!!

I arrived with my sister who was a long-time Duval Honda customer. She was looking to purchase a new vehicle. Throughout the entire process, Tom Rankin was very friendly, relate-able and thorough. He made the process for her pretty painless. Because of her interaction with Tom and Mindy Vega (the finance manager), I decided to see if I could refinance with a trade-in. Outside of the typical wait (with most dealerships), they both made the process painless, answered my questions and made the car-buying process very easy for me. I would recommend them both to future customers with no qualms or hesitation!

I have not purchased a new car since 2007 and that experience was a nightmare. But times change you hope; so I ventured forth again. I have heard good things about Duval Honda and my daughter drives a Honda Fit that she got in 2013. We had our eyes set on the newer Fit's. From beginning to end the experience was quick and easy.. Everyone we dealt with from our Sales person, Van Jones to Dan Sullivan in Finance Dept. was awesome. The dealership had exactly what I had wanted and more.

I initially came to Duval Honda for scheduled service on my Honda and was very pleased with their work and level of customer service so decided to work with them on the purchase of a new CR-V. I was delighted with their no hassle approach to car buying and their customer focus. Leonard Stimpson was my sales representative and was truly outstanding. Their no hassle and no stress method made car buying an outstanding experience and the final price very competitive. Our salesman Jason Perdomo was very informative, smart, timely and relaxed. This is our second vehicle purchased from here and the no nonsense no haggling approach was a breath of fresh air compared to the normal high pressure salesman tactics encountered at so many other dealers. I'm not sure who wrote some of these reviews but here is the blood raw truth!!!!!I was conned and lied to with no remorse from those con men. They over finainced my vehicle. Lied about future service that would be provide to correct some issues with the car. Sold me a $20,000 car with one key fab told me " they sell it like they get it." They had an inexperienced sales rep initially helping. They got it wrong in so many ways. They Eventually fired the COO who was willing to win back my trust of this dealership with resolving the issues I had with them, poof now he's gone. Humm I wonder why that happened. Yes there are some salesman there like Van Jones who is pleasant to work with but overall this dealership is filled with vulcers and lying con artist.

Since buying my Element elsewhere in '06, I've been using Duval Honda for all of my service since '08, and I could not be happier. Everyone that I have worked with in the past have given their all to make sure that every aspect of the needed work is covered. All I's dotted, and all T's crossed! My last several appointments have been with Jesse Fye, and I will continue to seek him out when I come in. Very friendly, and superb attention to detail!

My buying experience was great but after 8 months my battery went dead and I'm the percentage of Florida who can't afford the expenses beyond financing to buy a car. What happens to the customer service after the 3 months or 3000 mile warranty. All I got was excuses and still a dead battery. This experience is the worst. Good luck on buying a used car from these folks.

I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change at a reasonable price, so I took my '02 Accord in and received exactly what they offered with no pressure to purchase further service like so many "fast lube' type places do. My service advisor went over the recalls that were due on my vehicle but in no way pressured me to have service performed over and above what the coupon called for. Car was washed and vacuumed before being returned to me. I'm happy with the service Duval has provided me in the past and this recent experience solidifies that opinion.

Tom M. Is my service advisor at Duval Honda. He is a consummate professional and thoroughly explains in layman's terms what is needed for the proper upkeep of my Pilot. Duval's service department is to be commended. When I bought new tires from a third-party vendor, they realigned the vehicle a second time at no charge even though it had been aligned two days before I bought new tires. Chris also followed up to be sure we were happy. On a side note, I had purchased a 2000 Accord many moons ago from them and just recently sold it for $3,000 with 278,000 miles on it! Thanks to everyone at Duval Honda for sales and service over the last 20+ years. P.S. Always enjoy the breakfast, too.

I needed my car serviced in under an hour. Joe saw that it got done and even had time for a vacuuming. I gave the quality of repairs a 4 star b/c last time I was there for a scheduled maintenance, no one told me that my battery voltage was low and 4 days later it died in 100 degree weather, which was annoying. I had to call AAA to come replace it. The kids' area has a sign that says "no food or drink" but anyone who has kids knows that that is all they do: eat and drink." Sometimes the TV in the kids' area has a movie, sometimes not. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch.

Sal was very prompt in his response, giving me a quote for the car I wanted in less than a day. I have a difficult work schedule and Sal was very accomodating, rescheduling my test drive three different times. On the day that I test drove the car, I decided to buy it. Clyde "Van" Jones was irrefutably the most pleasant car salesman my wife and I have ever encountered. He was very polite and courteous, and I got the distinct impression that he genuinely cared about my family's needs. I have no doubt he would've done whatever it took to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Not for his own gain, but because he wanted what we wanted. If this was a sales technique, he nailed it, but I sincerely think that he actually cared. He got excited and happy to see us excited and happy. What can I say about this dealership?It's great!! My daughter bought a Civic from Duval Honda two years ago and has it serviced here, my mother has a CRV and also has it serviced here and I have an Odyssey that I've been bringing here for the past 6 years. We all love the service department and would highly recommend it to anyone. And, they service all makes of cars, not just Hondas! The service advisers are very friendly and helpful, but my favorite person there is Chris Pace, the Service Manager. He always finds time to come and say hello to me when I'm there. Awesome dealership!

I came in for a visor but they found a very serious problem that I had ignored and no one else pointed it out to me as being serious and I was getting ready to go on a long road trip. Duval fixed me up and helped me feel quite relieved for a safe trip and they did it at a price I could afford. Jesse was great and the repair technician that caught the problem. Jesse went way above what I expected to help me with the repair.

We bought our first Honda there and we love the staff and we will be back when we are looking for our next car. Before heading to Duval Honda, I went to two other car dealerships and had vastly different experiences than I did at Duval. I first contacted Richard Sweeney via the dealership website to obtain their "Duval Difference" price. They really do give you the prices up front, including the out the door price. Richard was available to answer all of my numerous questions, including on his day off! When I came in, he was friendly and attentive but never pushy. He explained the Duval Difference right away, from the fact that he doesn't work on commission to how they value my trade in (I ended up getting $2250 more than I would have at the other dealership(s)). Richard also worked with me to find a 2014 rather than a car they had on the lot, for a cheaper price (even though they had to go and get it). I've had my vehicle for a little less than a week now and I love it! I would definitely recommend Duval Honda and would go there again in the future.

This was the first time I was in the market for a new car in at least a decade! I tend to drive my cars into the ground, so finding something I would be happy with for the next 10 years seemed daunting. I read Consumer Reports, all the reviews I could find, and finally narrowed by choices down to the Honda Accord. I still dreaded the actual buying experience, but was pleasantly surprised to learn that Duval Honda no longer pays its salesmen on commission (they receive a straight salary) and all the new cars have a set price---no more haggling! I always hated that aspect of car buying. My salesman Kelly Dray turned out to be the best suited person for the task of selling me a car. He was patient, informative, funny, and treated me as an intelligent adult despite all myself-inflicted indecision and angst. When a problem developed with the car I finally ordered, he responded appropriately and generously. When I finally went in to buy the car, he helped me empty out my old car and spent at least half an hour explaining all the electronics I would need to just drive the car home. He was never pushy or condescending. I would recommend that you ask for him by name the next time you want to buy a Honda!

TJ from the get go was extremely nice and helpful. I called ahead of time to test drive a specific Accord and Civic and she had them ready to go for when I showed up a few hours later. From the get go she was extremely nice, non-pressure, and very knowledgeable about the cars and all of my many questions. We test drove both and she was not salesy during the drives, which I appreciated because it allowed me to pay attention to my driving experience. I told her when I walked in and after I drove the cars that I had to go to other dealerships to test drive other cars, and she was not pressuring me to stay at all. She even printed me out preliminary dealer generated invoices for the Civic and Accord so I could see the dealer fee, tag fee, MSRP, invoice price, and OTD price. I appreciated that. Ultimately I decided to go with a Toyota but she was not upset when she called and I told her. I would recommend this dealership solely to talk to TJ. On top of everything, the dealership was impressively clean and massive, with a huge selection, so it is definitely a great place to go.

I've bought 3 Honda's over the years from Duval Honda and would always use the service department to take care of my issues. Recently, I bought yet another Honda Civic and thus will pass on my previous Honda to my son. Hearing the horror stories about buying a used car, I decided that giving him my well maintained car which is all possible due to the Duval Honda Service Team! Lately, I've had to make some major repairs that would be quite costly elsewhere (yes, I shopped around the other Honda service departments) and AS ALWAYS Duval Honda kept the service prices reasonable!!!Jesse Fye, my Service Agent is awesome!!! He is very respectful and I always feel as though he has my concerns (the bill) at heart. The repairs that I was needing (A/C, breaks - front & rear, oil change) would not come cheap and time consuming which would put me out of a car for a couple of day AND right before going on vacation. It was Chris Pace, the Service Manager, who would not only gave me a loaner car for the couple of days to go back and forth to work, BUT he allowed me to come back a few weeks later and use yet another loaner car to go on my vacation (drive to Miami, park, imbark for cruise for 7 days and come back). Tell me, where else offers such a service for loyal customers? Not to mention, Chris authorized Jesse to give me a significant discount for the multiple repairs to help me "feel the love" of being a loyal customer. :)

Purchased a new 2014 Honda Pilot EX-L over the weekend, our second new car purchase from Duval Honda this year (we bought an Accord EX-L in January). Both times we visited multiple dealerships, test drove many brands and many vehicles, and ended up coming back to Honda, and to Duval Honda. Honda makes a great car, and the buying (and trading) experience at Duval Honda is second to none. Everything is upfront, and their prices are fair and competitive, right in sync with what I found on KBB, Edmunds, and Costco buying service. Trade-in prices are negotiated separately, and are consistent with values I found on KBB and Autotrader. The friendliness and integrity of the Duval Honda sales staff is second to none. The only other dealers I found with a comparable buying experience were, likewise, Duval dealerships (Acura and Mazda, to be exact). When I walk in the showrooms of their competitors, I feel like I'm being pounced on by a pool of sharks.

I had been in contact with four Honda dealerships (2 in GA, 2 in FL) and had already visited one dealership. After an initial email and phone conversation with Renny Imperial, I drove to the dealership to meet with him in person and ended up buying the new vehicle that day. I am having a problem with my TMPS system and they have not found the problem as of yet. Chris Pace and John McKean have gone above and beyond my expectations to correct this problem. they are still working on the problem with Honda. These guys are top notch in my book. Duval Honda Is a GREAT place to buy a car and have it services.

After 10 hours on a Saturday looking for a car for our son, Duval Honda was our last stop of the day. We found the perfect car, and an even better salesmen. Great dealer, and cars. Experience with salesman, very different from other experience. No rush, not trying to sell you anything you don't need. They keep their promise of the 48 hours no questions asked. Only thing is that they should be a little bit more honest when including in your financing products service contracts, and products you don't ask, and also when you ask about the difference in the financed amount, they just say "fees and taxes", instead of the products they just talked to you that are "included" in your purchase.

My husband and I went into the purchase of this new vehicle a little cautious. We knew what we wanted, car, style and especially pricing. We have been around the block a time or two with purchasing cars and we were bracing ourselves for strenous negotiating and less than desirable experience. Richard Sweeney was, kind, courteous, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He was very forthright with how the dealership prices out trade in's and did not overpromise which my husband and I both found refreshing. Richard was very invested in getting us the exact car we wanted down to the interior and exterior color preferences of the car. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features our 2014 Honda Accord LX especially the technology which could be very daunting. He was willing to walk us step by step through every feature and although we didnt have enough time after all was completed to go through all the features, he made himself available to me by phone for any questions I may have of which there are many. Including calling me today to check up on us. Danny Sullivan stepped in to make the numbers work for us. Although a lengthy process (which we expected) Danny guided us through the finance process with professionalism, sense of humor and finesse. The man knows what he is doing! He got us not just what we wanted but actually a better interest rate, trade in value and terms than we actually thought we would get. Both of these gentleman were very personable and made us feel valued from the moment we stepped in the door until the moment we waved goodbye as we left the dealership in our new vehicle. I would and already have referred Duval Honda and specifically Richard and Danny to friends and family in the market for a new car. I detest playing car dealer games. I have purchased vehicles before, using the internet. After going to an auto show and looking at several vehicles, I decided to purchase a new Honda. i used the internet to contact 5 dealers to get a price. After two attempts to get a "real drive off the lot price," I did get a price from Duval Honda. It was considerable higher that the price I got from another dealer. I did not buy from them for this reason. I did not 'go in to talk'....that would be wasting my time. If you can't give me real sale price over the internet, you lose my sale.

My wife and I went with the idea of "just looking" as we had two other autos we wanted to see, ride and compare. When Van and Loren met us, we felt very comfortable from the very beginning. Both were knowledgeable and friendly. We were completely satisfied with the experience and needless to say, we did not visit any other dealer. In completing the paper work, again a very good experience. Mindy knowing we had somewhere to be, expedited the process but was detailed in her explanations. We both talked about past experiences and we were both in agreement, this one topped the list. As a past and retired HR Mgr. I would strongly recommend all three for hire.PS If the performance of the Pilot is as good as the people we met, then we did great.

My bank offered a "car buying service" at no expense. I never even had heard of that before, so I tried it. I'll never buy another car on my own again. I believe I got the best deal possible. After the deal was put together, I was contacted by Duval Honda salesman; Van Jones. His call came at a very critical time. You see, I was having second thoughts about trading in my 2007 Ford Expedition; Eddie Bauer edition. Van said; "Boy Dave, I just got your 2014 Honda Ridgeline Sport ready and it is beautiful. The black really makes it pop. Oh man, that engine roars like a tiger!" Well that put a smile on my face, so I decided to go through with the sale. I met Van the next morning at the dealership, and found him to be very professional and a complete gentleman. The dealership was beautiful and provides a free continental breakfast. I commented I just may stay a night, it's like a motel. :) A shout out also to sales manager Rick. Thank-you. I am very satisfied with Duval Honda.

Very professional. I needed an oil change and tire rotation, I also wanted to have my oil filter replaced but I was so fixated on the Maintenance Minder code in my car that I didn't take in account that code A only means an oil change and not an oil and oil filter change. But, the service advisor that I had recognized it and switched me to be serviced for code B which is an oil and oil filter change. This was what I wanted in the first place. I also got a multi-point vehicle inspection along with the checklist noting the condition of my car. And, It was all done within one hour. I was very pleased.

I recently purchased a used (non-Honda) vehicle from this dealership. Within a week of purchase, I had an issue with the vehicle. I made an appointment with the service department and, upon arrival at the dealership, I did not feel that the service advisor or service manager cared about taking care of my issue. They both told me, outright, that they could not help me. If it were not for the intervention of the salesperson, I would have had to pay $200 out of my own pocket. I did not feel as if either of the service department staff I interacted with had any interest in helping with my issue...my vehicle was not a Honda and the dealership already had my money. I find this interesting and upsetting since, included in the "vehicle comments" section of each used vehicle for sale on Duval Honda's website is a statement..."At Duval, we want you to have confidence in buying an used vehicle. That is why we offer No Bills for the Basics. This is a 3 Month Protection that includes 3 months of tire replacement / repair, 3 months battery replacement, 3 months brake replacement / repair, and 3 months of light bulb replacement. Our 90 Day preowned car protection also includes A/C and we also offer a 48 Hour / 300 mile Return Policy." As a result of this experience, as well as the pressure we felt to purchase an extended warranty, I will definitely not purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I recommend this dealership to a friend/family member.

Took my wife to Duval Honda on 9 Mar 2014 so that she could drive a 2014 CRV and Pilot, was also considering Toyota Rav4 and Highlander. Richard Sweeney met us on the lot and got some basis info, after explaining the dealership operation and checking availability of specific vehicles we were off on our test drives. Richard provide us with an upfront price which was better than a couple of the car buying services recommended prices. Additionally, an offer was made on our current vehicle which was a spot on with what I was planning to ask on a private sale. The lack of pressure and the fair price (including trade) sealed the deal. Richard was the best car salesman I have had the pleasure of shaking hands with in 35 years of buying new cars. Had to have a small item taken care of by the service department after the sale and had the pleasure of dealing with Brenda Sweeney (Service Dept Admin Assistant), she handled everything and made sure it was done correctly. So far so goodlooking forward to continued good service and experiences from Duval Ford!

Their slogan of No Hassle is just that a slogan. I spent over $20,000 on a 2012 Ex-L September 2013. I was attempted to be upcharged by a very savy and cunning finance associate(Rafael Mejia). I specially let them know within their 48 hour complete satisfaction garauntee period that I had secured a better warranty for my vehicle from my Credit Union for a little more than $1,000.00 cheaper. It took them almost 6 months for them to payback the amount of $2,800 back from off my principle amount. Which definitely cost me money. They did not supply me with any car facts report on the car, saying I was not buying a certified car. Call me crazy but a car that's your brand and less than two years old I think you would take more pride in selling your own product.I asked them if they would produce a second key fab for me being that I received only one at the time of purchase. Their response to that was we sell the car to you just like we get it.Also the Financial Institution which I had gotten pre-approved at, are partners with this dealership. So you would think, this dealership sought out two other financial institution and had my credit pulled and ran as a inquiry on my credit report, after I told them I had been pre-approved by my financial institution which they are also partnered with. Bad Business. None of which matched my banks interest rate.Overall this dealership does not understand how to keep a prospective future customer by trying to suck everything they can get out of a potential buyer.

Not only did he help me find exaclty what I was looking for without the "this is what we have, take it or leave it" attitude, but he was professional, polite, and not pushy. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Duval Honda. The employees were very nice, knowledgeable and respectful. I really liked the lower stress of the buying process. The only thing I did not like was the length of time it took from start to finish. I would also recommend to have courtesy refreshments (bottles of water, small snacks, etc.) available to people who are purchasing a vehicle and who will be there for several hours during the course of process. My sales person, Richard Sweeney, was wonderful to work with. He answered all of my questions but went beyond my request to remove a sentimental tag off of my truck by cleaning it up and placing it on the back seat of my new car for me. Steve Ladrido and Mindy Vega were also wonderful to work with, very personable and knowledgeable in their areas. I would and have already recommended Duval Honda to friends.

Richard Sweeney was courteous,, and professional. He was able to cite the advantages of the Honda without denigrating the competition, which I respected. He is the primary reason I stuck with Duval rather than by from competing hundred dealer or brand. I might also mention Al (I forgot his last name), whom I spoke to when I first came to Duval. He, too, was professional and not pushy. I might add that I react very negatively to pressure tactics. I would be happy to recommend either of these two gentlemen to a potential buyer. If your service people as good as these two, my periodic maintenance will be done at Duval.

I received several phone calls, the most brazen was from a dealer/internet manager with such a low quote that I kept proving for or asking what else would be included in the out of the door price I feel sorry for anyone who visits this dealership. I also was told by another dealer/salesperson to visit the dealership for a quote. Meanwhile, I received an internet note from Richard Sweeney, from Duval Honda, as well as a phone call. I asked him for a quote and he immediately sent me an out-of-the-door price, which of course was somewhat negotiable. A couple of hours later, a manager called to find out if I was satisfied or if I needed assistance. Richard and I exchanged 2 more phone calls and I ultimately told him that I would be purchasing the car at the price he quoted. I thought it was a fair price. Upon arriving at the dealership for our appointment with him, he asked us questions as he completed a survey, gave us an excellent overview of all the controls and features, and then, we proceeded to drive the car. He had already sold the car, we were there to proceed with the transaction, but instead of creating a purchase order, he very explicitly described all functions as if we had never seen the car or driven a Honda Accord. Impressive! I asked him to connect my phone to Bluetooth and he did. I received outstanding personable service from someone who took his time to make sure that we were familiar with the bolts and whistle of the car we were purchasing.

I want to praise Richard Sweeney, the gentleman who helped me in so many ways. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly (without going overboard as some people do). Mr. Sweeney IM'd with me, informing me about car options at the dealership and giving me complete, prompt information about the cars in which I was interested. I set an appointment to come to the dealership and Mr. Sweeney was kind enough to confirm that appointment by telephone. I looked at quite a few cars and Mr. Sweeney was knowledgeable about each one and accompanied me to test drive the two in which I was most interested. He began by reviewing the Duval Honda Difference with me and explained everything and answered all my additional questions patiently and politely about the dealership and about each car in which I was interested. I very much appreciate Mr. Sweeney's help and expertise and I would rate him as superb. I did purchase a car at Honda Duval and Mr. Sweeney helped me arrange for financing.In financing, I was assisted by David Vergara and he, too, was excellent at his job and a very, very pleasant person with whom to work. My battery failed on a Saturday morning, I called service and was set up with an appointment within an hour. My battery was replaced and I went on about my weekend with minimal interruption. There was a failure to pass along my message of approval for the battery installation which delayed the job by an hour or so, however Jesse took it upon himself to call me back when he had not had a response from me avoiding a lengthier delay.

We did a lot of research & test driving so we felt pretty good with our narrowing of choices. In the final stretch Duval Honda was super informative and patient with us. Then, when we had to go through the financing process they were able to help us enable to truly work the cr purchase to our benefit. After a couple months of looking, someone I know recommended looking at Duval Honda and I found a great deal. I emailed the dealer and asked for the out-the-door price. I was surprised by the transparency when I received the quote back. Sal Santora scheduled a test drive with me via email. Once I got to the dealership, Sal met us and showed us the vehicle. Then we worked with Troy Brant. He was very personable and took us for a test drive. The price we were given for our trade-in was fair. During the closing, there were no surprises. Rafael made the paperwork process easy. As with any dealership, they have to try and sell you the extended warranty. I knew what to expect, so this wasn't an issue. Overall our experience was a good one. I would recommend this dealership to a friend. It may be best to go on the weekend. There was only one finance person on a Tuesday night, so it took 3 hours to complete the sale. If there wasn't another buyer at the same time, it might have only taken 1.5 - 2 hours.

I needed to switch service providers. My previous Honda dealership was not listening to me, nor do I feel they were performing the work for which I was paying for. I had concerns about the safety of the vehicle, and we have taken pride in keeping this vehicle serviced at all required intervals. My previous dealership patronized me when I came in for service - something that I take GREAT offense to. I know my vehicle, and I expect to be listened to. John did listen to me; in fact, he went above and beyond in making sure that I had options and full information to allow me the time to make the decision. I was provided with comfortable waiting accommodations - even caught a catnap. The vehicle required more work than expected, and John did everything in his powers to ensure I had the best deal and had to have expressed the work - because I had a Girl Scout troop waiting for me to go camping. I felt so much better about everything as I left, and I was confident the vehicle was safe for my precious cargo! Thank you for changing my mind about dealership service -- I think I have found a new home.

I absolutely hate buying cars. Can't stand the process. To say that I am a hardened skeptic of car salesmen and dealers overall is a big under statement. I was on a four month mission to get the EXACT model and configuration of a car that would become a 'Thank You' gift to my wife for being my girlfriend for 30+ years. I found Duval Honda via AutoTrader.Com. Their website had the car I wanted! I called there and spoke with William Welstead. I told him I wanted the car. As we talked we discovered there was an error on their website add. The interior color was incorrect. I was annoyed and thought to myself "typical car salesman". A week later I was contacted by William and Joe Humphrey, the used car manager. They explained that they were sorry for the mistake and to make up for it, Joe went to the market and found the car I wanted - was I still interested? They offered me a great price and I agreed. I sent a deposit and booked a flight from Atlanta to Jacksonville. I asked for a bottom line number so I could bring a certified check. When I arrived, all went very smooth. A beautiful dealership, very nice people. There was a problem that there was only one key and I wanted two. They went to their partner Duval Ford and got me a second key. Everything was going great until I got to the Finance Manager, Mr. Rafael. He explained to me that there was a mistake in the bottom line number and we are off by about $400. I sat there and said to myself, "I knew it! Typical car dealer crap." At this point, I'm six hours from home with no way back unless I buy the car. So I start to reach for my credit card as I assume that I am about to get bent over a barrel. Mr. Rafael then quietly explains this is a mistake by the dealer and the customer is not accountable. They ate the difference. The cards they laid are the cards they played. OKAY - now I am becoming a believer - They have these signs all over the dealership -"Experience the Duval Difference." I just had. We finished the deal, they gave me lunch (yes they have a deli in their dealership!) and sent me on my way. But the story doesn't stop there. When I tried to register my car in Fulton County, GA, my county, the antithesis of efficiency and customer service, just couldn't figure out how to register a car purchased and titled in a different state. I had to go four times and each time they had me do something different. I needed a signed this, a notarized that, etc. It would have been nice if they told me the 1st time all that I needed, but I can only presume that in a county with a population of over 4 million people, this was obviously the first time someone purchased a car from Florida! Each time I called William or Joe and they connected me to people in their dealership who would overnight the requested document to me. As of now, I have a tag but no title for the car. And a very happy wife!! It cost me about $175 for the ticket to fly to Jacksonville and another $50 in gas to drive a convertible Ford Mustang back home (tough duty!). I estimate that I saved 4 times that much by working with Duval Honda. They are people of incredible integrity. At 55 years old, this is the first time I can say that I walked away from a dealership (other than one owned by my uncle in the 80's) completely satisfied with the total experience. Pre-sale, sale and post sale, they took care of me. I accept that mistakes happened but I don't walk on water either. These guys did it right. Bought a 2010 Odyssey back in 3012 and were very satisfied with that purchase so we contacted Sal again and he and the dealership didn't disappoint. Their no hassle, no pressure and no haggling policy is the best. Their lowest price is on the windshield of all the cars in the lot. The 2013 Civic LX had a price of $17,300.00. Just what we were looking for. They gave us a fair trade on my 2005 Ford F350 and we walked out happy campers. Sal is just a great guy to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and easy going. Will definitely reccommend and purchase again if the need arises.

I never thought there would be an easy way to buy a car from a dealership until I stepped into Duval Honda. Very friendly and honest people. I couldn't argue with the prices as they are upfront about the market values. Hazel & Joe have been great even after purchasing the car three weeks ago. They have been very helpful and supportive from beginning to end and after. I would recommend Duval Honda any day of the week, no doubt about that. My only concern was/is that the service department didn't properly troubleshoot the issues I brought up about the used car I was buying and I had to bring it back a few times for the same issues. But, Hazel & Joe have been there for me and have taken care of any issues. You guys are great!!!! Duuuuval Honda, you are great!

I have a 2008 CRV and bought it new. I keep it serviced at this dealership and so far all I have needed is routine maintenance. It is a very dependable car with great gas mileage. I plan on keeping it for a while, so I will use this dealership to keep it running in top shape. I really like dealing with Jesse, their service representative. He is very honest and doesn't try to pressure you into unnecessary things. It's a long story, but on my last service call, he showed me he was looking out for my interest. I have had other experiences where someone has tried to make me think I had to do something or else something worse will happen. Anyway, I fell like this is a honest dealership.

My wife and I have bought 2 cars now from Duval Honda, and I would not even consider another dealer other than Duval Honda in purchasing a car. Their team effort approach is second to none and they care about the customer, and shoot for 100% customer satisfaction. In the case of our most recent purchase I had let Troy know a month or so earlier to be on the lookout for a 2014 Accord EXL red with a tan interior, and told him to contact me when they got one in. Troy sent me a text when the car arrived and was still on the truck, gave me the pricing and the rest is history. They came together and worked out a great deal for my wife and I, and I truly thank all involved!

Had been looking for a used car for sometime. Filled out a pre-approval app on-line. David Vergara contacted me just minutes after the dealership opened. He encouraged me to come in. Upon arrival my wife and I sat down with Troy Brant. I was extremely comfortable with Mr. Brant. He seemed very professional, yet easy going at the same time. That quality is hard to find in the car sales industry which in my opinion, is primarily filled with abrasive pushy individuals.Troy showed my wife and I our options with price and financing, and I found a car I really liked. We made the purchase. I did desire to have a couple of modifications to the car I purchased . Troy called me in less than 48 hours to bring the car to the dealership, I brought the car in and he handled everything with the service dept. and had me and my 8 mo. old son in and out in no time. Quality and dedication to customer service and satisfaction even AFTER the paperwork was signed. NICE !!I should also mention, we purchased a used car for 10 grand yet,I feel I got the service of someone who spent 40 grand. Thank you Troy Brant !! I traded my Lexus for two vehicles. TJ worked very hard over several days and showed me several different cars as I was unsure of what vehicle I wanted. I ended up getting a 2013 Civic which I am very happy with and my husband got a 2011 Odessy. She has patience of a saint!!! Very, very courtious and this is the first time that I can say I would highly recommend a car dealership. I walked in thinking I was going to buy a pre-owned CRV or RAV-4. They did not have any RAV-4's on the lot, but allowed me to test drive the CRV and even gave me printed information on the RAV-4. I went to another dealer and drive the Toyota, and then decided that the CRV was the car for me. I returned to the dealership, where Hazel and William were very helpful. While walking around the showroom, I spotted a 2014 CRV that just called out to me. Since Honda's hold their price so well, the 2014 was not too very much more expensive than the 2011 I had chosen, so I changed my mind and purchased the new car. The staff could not have been any more helpful. They sat me down, got some information, send me in to sign papers with Mindy, and I was off in my new car within about an hour. They took time to make sure I understood all the options, and even helped me connect my cell phone with the Bluetooth feature so I can speed-dial my contacts. Everything was explained to me carefully, and I even ended up with a much better interest rate from Honda financing than the rate I had been quoted by the bank. This is the third time I've purchased a new car from Duval Honda, and I plan on purchasing my next car from them as well. Great team!

Being "old school" I wasn't sure about the no negotiation prices but have to admit it made the process a lot easier and more pleasant. T J Hill was very helpful as our first contact on the lot. She was more than eager to assist us in our auto selection process (we were looking as used and new). The first contact in auto buying is the most important in my opinion, and TJ definitely made us feel welcomed and her attitude never changed, even though I indicated I was "just looking" at the time. Because of her friendliness and professionalism I quickly transitioned to a "seriously interested" stage and she was very helpful in my auto selection. TJ then referred me to William Welstead who continued where TJ left off in the discussion of financial desisions and trade in information. I was highly impressed by these two individuals and if they are indicative of your entire staff at Duval Honda, this is definitely a winning team. I did purchase a new Honda Civic for my daughter and will highly recommend this dealership to my friends and acquaintances who happen to be in the market to purchase a vehicle.

My wife and I were in market for two cars. We wanted to trade in our family Escalade and our older/not so reliable vehicle for two newer vehicles. Our monthly payments for our Escalade were 604. a month and we really wanted to stay around that budget for 2 cars. I looked on Duval Honda's website and found a few cars that sparked my interest. Renny met me in the parking lot, showed me how Duval Honda conducts business.... Patrick showed us exactly what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the cars functions and capabilities. Joe appraised our trade ins with me right there and then we started talking numbers. They gave more for our trade ins, hooked us up with a lower interest rate then what our family bank had us at and informed us that both cars would be "599. A month!!!!" We went from one payment to two payments and SAVED $5 a month!!!!! :) Danny did his paperwork and we drove off the lot! The best parts about Duval Honda are the no pressure car sales, the knowledgeable sales men who were truly on OUR side and did what WE needed, the competitive prices, the friendly atmosphere, and the awesome stock..... We will definetly refer friends and family members to Duval Honda!

I want to give a bottom line up front for any readers, my wife and I were highly impressed from beginning to end with the sales team at Duval Honda, and here is why; I did internet research of 150 miles from home, USAA cost quotes, Trader.com appraisals, dealership appraisals, and Car Max, then price matched / compared where I also own a home in NC, as I have done in the past when buying a new or used vehicle. Dealers have matched my research, and it gives me an idea what to expect when I go into a dealer. My wife and I work from home, and decided to trade in our two cars for a new van, Sienna, Odyssey or Town and Country. I contacted 3 dealerships, and received 3 appraisals for all the cars in question. Sal (being tech savvy that he is) replied immediately via e-mail, and a video welcome link, so I knew who I would deal with at the dealership if I chose to go there. Sal explained the Duval difference and it is the difference when it came to the final #'s and no haggle. I totally despise the 2-3 tier management making you wait for a $ figure, Sal and Joe made it seem like I was in a new world as they responded and provided quotes that met or exceeded what I expected (NO HAGGLE). My wife and I are middle aged, and have great credit, and when we went to Finance, Mindy had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed with the layout of the dealership and its people, and the service department (which has a small snack and eatery in it now! for purchase) that we purchased the total service plan on our 2011 used Town and Country van. They had a vehicle that met all our needs, color and style with stow and go seating loaded that closed the deal.Sal Santora made us feel comfortable, and no pressure as to our decision in purchase. My wife and I were in the market for a new Honda Pilot and had limited monthly payments and a trade we still owed a bit of money on. After visiting many Jacksonville/St. Augustine area dealerships with poor experiences we were recommended to Renny Imperial at Duval Honda. Renny listened to what I was trying to accomplish and did some research and stayed in contact with me until I was able to come in to evaluate my trade. Upon arrival at Duval Honda the atmosphere was much less stressful than other dealerships and Renny was very professional and explained how the dealership conducts it's business in contrast to other dealerships. Joe Humphrey evaluated my trade and even included me in the process so I felt like it wasn't some big secret what was going on, and even didn't hold my car keys "hostage" like many other dealerships do.. Once the credit application and trade value were determined we looked into our options and Renny and Loren Gay worked with me to get us the vehicle we "really" wanted and in a price that I could afford. It exceeded my expectations! We are very happy with the car and especially the total experience, we never felt like we were being jacked around and we were treated with respect. My daughter bought a car through the Community First Credit Union sale of which Renny Imperial was one of the sales people for Duval Honda. She had gone to the Nissan Dealer cars first because I have been a Nissan die-heart for years and have owned 7 Nissans and bought 5 of those from the local Nissan dealer. The last one being a showroom car with all the options in 2010. However, I never saw any other cars or looked for anything other than Nissan. So I convinced her to go to them.That said, making a long story shorter: The first salesman from Nissan was rude. Switched to another one. He was unrelenting. In the process of completing paperwork on a 2013 Murado with 15k miles. So while she was working with them frustrated and after she went into the bank to apply for the loan, I started looking around and was introduced to Duval Honda. I looked at their "New" 2013 CR-V and fell in love with it. It had more options than the Nissan and cost less and they could provide the color she wanted. I told them she liked a black car and they brought it over.My daughter left the loan officer came out and looked at the car, which Renny brought over from the dealership. He explained every detail of the car to me and then when my daughter came out, took care to explain every detail to her. She was approved and Renny walked with her through the whole process of that. Then when the bank cut the draft and we would have had a to wait an hour or more to get in to see the Duval Honda finance manager at the bank site, Renny decided to take us to the dealership to save us time and we were processed and drove home quite happy. Renny also had the car detailed and filled with gas while we were in with the Finance Manger at the dealership and parked at the door waiting for us. He took care to make sure we knew how to work the lights and blu-tooth and cared for us like we have never been cared for before. I like that no-pressure way he had about him, which make me trust everything he has to say. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever seen. Reeny made us feel like he was doing more than selling us a car, he was establishing a relationship. He even let us give him a hug.LOL. I had to go back next day to pick up manual and second key and for my daughter and Renny was there ready and waiting with it and even went over some things in the quick manual with me to share. Great customer service. I hope he is an example of the rest of the dealership, i.e. service, parts departments.When I get ready to trade, I am going to Renny. I expect to trade in the next few months or at least when the credit union has their next sale. I will be referring my other friends and family to Renny and Duval Honda. More standard options on those Hondas and for less money! I checked the ratings on some of the models and I have fell in love with Honda. Thanks Renny. It was late on a Sunday afternoon and could have been a very trying time for all of us but Al and Mindy handled the situation with grace and professionalism. The only reason that I gave a "great" rating is because "EXCELLENT" wasn't one of the options! I went to my credit union car sale with my mind made up to ONLY look at a certain car from a certain dealer that wasn't a Honda. My mom has gotten her last 5 cars from dealership that I had planned to purchase from. Long story short, the service was horrible but I was going to purchase the car anyway. On my way into the bank I noticed that my mom was talking to one of the Sales members from DUVAL HONDA. While I was sitting with the loan officer she came in and told me how nice the guys were at Honda and that she thought I would like the CRV better. The color that I wanted wasn't on the lot but RENNY brought one over from the lot to the bank for me! He went above and beyond, to make sure that I had the best experience. By the end of my day, my mom had decided to give Honda a try AND I was asking Renny if it was okay to give him a hug! I love my new CRV and Renny made all the difference. Worked with Richard to get a new vehicle. Most of our interaction was done through email, and once I came in to buy, everything was rather prompt. Richard responded quickly to any questions I had, and was honest through the whole process. This is something that I had not experienced at 2 other honda dealers in the area. Tom Martin and the service department went above and beyond to get our 2010 Honda Odyssey repaired and back on the road. Tom coordinated with our extended warranty company and with Honda to insure that the needed repairs would be covered. Duval Honda provided a loaner car for the duration of the repair process. Tom kept us informed of how the repair process was going including pictures of our engine in a thousand pieces. The Odyssey is running great and we did not pay a dime for the repairs. My overall experience was awesome. When I first stepped onto the dealership I was a little bit discouraged about buying my first car. Mr. Van Jones is a great salesman. He was honest with me, there was no pressure to buy a car. He was a pleasant man and he was patient with me. His overall manners was great! Duval Honda has been the best dealer experience I have ever received. Coming from New Jersey, and I was used to the pressure tactics and haggling from the salespeople in every dealership I visited. When I moved to SWFL, I experienced the same. Because of these experiences, I always would visit dealerships at night to look over cars, and avoid having to talk to anyone. This past weekend I needed to buy a vehicle, and after all the great reviews I found on web for Duval Honda, I decided to drive more than one hour to visit the dealership. Mr. Van Jones approached my family and I, and we quickly felt comfortable with him. His calm nature and informative answers assured us that we would have a great customer experience. I just happened to be in the right place and at the right time, as the dealership was feeding customers and offering excellent APR on financing from Community First Credit Union. I knew the car I wanted, and went directly to it, hoping I would be able to drive it off the lot. After all the paperwork was said and done, I was able to secure the loan I wanted and the vehicle of my choice. The sales staff and management were very positive-minded, a crucial factor in obtaining great customer service ratings. The whole process was calm, smooth, and enjoyable. Like I mentioned before, the experience I received at Duval Honda was the best I ever had in a car dealership, and I recommend everyone to pay them a visit. After going to two other Honda dealerships in Jacksonville we heard about Duval Honda's no hassle way of doing business and we decided to drive across town and find out for ourselves. We are definitely glad we did. Al was great from the beginning. We came in looking at a pre-owned and Al found one for us which we test drove and loved. Al then showed us our other options including the new 2013 Civics. We ended up with a new 2013 Honda Civic with the color we wanted and only 5 miles. We were excited. When it came time for the paperwork we did not have enough time and we had to come in the next morning to finish things up. Al came in on his day off to finish the process with us which I thought was outstanding. Both Al and Mindi were great and very helpful. I wish all car dealerships did business the Duval Honda way! Both David Vergara and Van Jones were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had talked and emailed with David prior to visiting the dealership; once at the dealership David checked on us several times while Van helped us with the test drive and purchase. Both were very knowledgeable about the car and the pricing structure at the store. The young man who checked out my trade-in was very friendly and helpful, as well as the man who explained the trade-in offer (unfortunately, I didn't get their names). Rafael Mejia in finance was also very friendly, helpful and efficient as we paid for the car.On the whole, we were very pleased with Duval Honda, and especially appreciated the no-haggling aspect of the dealership. We feel we received a very fair price for the new car and will visit the dealership again when we next need a new car.

Everyone that I worked with on Saturday was very customer service oriented and helpful. Richard in particular went out of his way to make my experience a great one. After the sale was complete, he took time out of his Saturday night to help me get my rental car returned to the airport, which was a 30 minute trip. I had a long drive from Jacksonville back to the Miami area, and he also took time out on Sunday to follow up and check that my return trip home went smoothly and safely, and that the vehicle performed well. I have never seen a salesman go this far to insure a positive customer experience!

Sales staff seemed sincere and honest, and were very helpful. We'd give them a great rating. Service staff were certainly pleasant to work with and gave us the impression that we were a high priority, but similar to experiences at other dealerships, it seems that once they had our vehicle in their possession, we weren't as high of a priority, and the work took longer than expected. Overall, we were quite satisfied, and would definitely return to this dealership and recommend them to our friends.

This was a great experience with buying a car. Troy Brant was very friendly and approachable. He was more than happy to answer questions. The only thing I would compalin about is the dealership did not fill the car up with gas. Although the car is used, dealerships I have dealt with in the past have always filled the cars up with gas. Nothing major, just would have made the experience that much better.

I checked over the internet on a price for a 2013 Honda Civic. I received a response almost immediately that was better than any other dealer. Richard Sweeney sent a video for me to view and explaining the process. Knew there must be a catch since quote was far better than expected....but there was NOT. Richard gave me an "out the door" price that included everything. My wife and I went to the dealer on Sunday and drove off with a new Civic..very painless. The only negative was an hour and a half wait to sign all the papers with Mindy. She was great, knowing we were a little agitated at the wait. Turns out Sunday is not a good day because of limited staff...nobodies fault really.Everyone was friendly and upfront with no back and forth between salesman and manager regarding price. How many dealerships can say that? We drove off having paid exactly what we were quoted. Duval Honda.....great way to do business.

Troy was awesome! My boyfriend and I had been very stressed after my old car had died on me unexpectedly, I honestly have terrible credit due to a divorse and had pretty much no money to put down, within 20 minutes Troy had me test driving a 08 Mazda3 with only 72k miles on it, I loved it but was hesitent to get my hopes up as I had already been rejected for a loan at another dealership. Troy spoke to the manager Loren, and with in minutes came back to tell be they could not only get me in the car, but lower the minimum down payment for me, this is honestly a wonderful dealership with real quality cars and people, I will recomend anyone I know go to this dealership and request Troy!

I am a loyal Honda enthusiast and considered only buying another Accord. After doing some online research I found that Toyota and Honda had the best mini vans on the market. I spent the afternoon at a dealership across the street. They just did not have what I was looking for, a used sienna with low mileage, 6 cylinder and some warranty. The wanted to put me in a 4 cylinder. The following weekend I paid a visit to Duval Honda and met Mr. Randal. He showed me what they had in pre owned Odyssey's. They were nice but the price was out of my range. Mr. Randal was a professional and extremely knowledgeable about the product he sells. He recalled that the day before a 2012 Odyssey was traded in by an couple. He found the mileage and sale price for me, I was very interested in this van. He made arrangements and we went for a test drive. It was perfect. I wanted to use my own financing through the NFCU and they did not pressure me to use theirs. Mr. Randal was very patient while I applied and was approved for the loan. Unfortunately all branches of the NFCU were closed and I could not be up the loan draft. Mr. Randal submitted the documentation and I was able to drive off the lot in my new Honda Odyssey. All the personnel I met and interacted with at Duval Honda were friendly, and respectfully. I never felt any pressure to buy and the price was reasonable. If your looking for a new vehicle and don't like the sales pressure from the other dealers go to Duval Honda and ask for Al Randall.

After searching for months for the exact color combo I wanted for my 2013 Honda Accord EX-L w/ Navi I finally found my car at Duval Honda. From the start it was a great experience. I dealt with Richard Sweeney and what impressed me the most was the prompt and concise emails and phone calls I received throughout the whole process. I'm in the military and I was deployed while I while looking into this car and Mr. Sweeney worked with me to get me the exact car I wanted at a great price. I had to fly in to Jacksonville since the dealerships around me did not have the color I wanted and Mr. Sweeney personally picked me up from the airport and had me out of the dealership in a few short hours. Driving into the dealership I laying eyes on my new Accord I realized it was a great decision. Not only did the car look impeccable but Mr. Sweeney had managed to squeeze a window tint appointment while I was flying, even though appointments were booked out for weeks ahead.I could not have been more satisfied with my new car purchase and dealing with Duval Honda and could not recommend them enough.

Overall I rated this dealership well because of the sales customer service. Usually buying a used or new car is a tiresome and lengthy process that we dread. William did a fantastic job of being thorough and descriptive when presenting the new approach to how car buying had changed. We were skeptic at first about the "duval-difference" approach to car-buying, but after working with William we understood the difference. He was very accommodating and paid close attention to exactly what we were looking for in terms of viewing and purchasing a vehicle. He also gave excellent and candid advice about buying a used car and trading in our current vehicle.Mindy Vega did an excellent job with going over the trade-in details and the loan process. She was very detailed and patient with the explanation of the coverage options and definitely sold me on the 100,000 mile full coverage which I had not intended on purchasing. It was a pleasure working with her even through the long, drawn out process of completing the sale.I would highly recommend both William Welstead and Mindy Vega if looking for a new or used car and would recommend the dealership to any others based on the service we received. We couldn't be happier with our purchase of our 2010 CR-V.

I have purchased several other cars in the past and this is the best experience to date. If I had anything negative to say it would be I felt the trade-in amount was too low, but that is subjective I know. My sales rep, Pam Russell, was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist in this purchase. Needless to say the car was and is superb! I also must thank Tom Brashar for his assistance in the purchase of protective moldings and their installation. I returned for window tinting, application of a protective coating, and the moldings installed at a later date and found the service department was excellent as well. The work was coordinated by Tom Brasher and it was painless. I would definitely use this dealership again!

After shopping around extensively, and disliking all the expensive options offered by third party shops, I drove into Duval Honda, skipping an appointment at another shop in town. I was greeted by Jesse, in the Repair department. A asked for a quote, and they gave me one for free, on the spot! Two transmission shops and another local Honda dealer turned me down previously. Each was too busy and asked me to return early in the morning another day. I had just enough time to finish a free cup of coffee, when the quote came. To my surprise it was lower than some of the third party quotes. Since this was Honda, they were happy to take care of a leaky power steering pump, and add an auxiliary transmission oil cooler as well. Enterprise rental car, picked me up, and I was on my way. One day later, my Odyssey was done. I am comfortable letting my wife drive cross country again, because I know the job was done right. Thanks for the great service Jesse.

After a solid week of car shopping, aka being worked into a pestered frenzy by sales people, I found my Civic. My boyfriend and I literally took a weeks vacation and traveled half way down the state searching dealerships for something great. How amazing that we found the best service and dealership right in our own backyard! Sarah Holmes made my time at Duval Honda outstanding, and I can be a huge pain in the butt with particulars when buying a car. To list a few reasons this sales person went above and beyond with service to please me and MAKE SURE I was happy; she ran her butt off for me, walked that lot (in heels) at least 25 times bringing me every key I wanted as I changed my mind from a Fit to a Civic. Was patient and polite, I did not feel condescended or "fast talked" like at some other dealerships because of my appearance or gender. Worked with the finance team to explore every opportunity for my poor credit. Stayed open late, past normal business time, by hours to make sure it got done. Put up with me switching the car I was going to purchase for another one of the exact model because I liked it better, and she wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Which I did! And isn't that what excellent customer service is all about?Thank you Sarah, and thank you to everyone at Duval Honda for all your help! Other dealerships in the area, and elsewhere should take note of what an engaging car buying experience can be, and step up their service level.

I have always been very skeptical when buying cars from car dealerships; however, I must say that my experience at Duval Honda have made me realize that not all car dealerships are created equal. When I arrived to this car dealership, I had the pleasure to be welcomed by Mr. Van Jones (salesperson). Mr. Jones was very professional and knowledgeable of Duval Honda's customer buying experience model. Everything was explained to me and laid down in a brief computer presentation. They talked about the no-hassle policy and how the marked car prices beat other dealership sticker prices. They even show both sticker price and their mark-off price. I knew they were telling me the truth because I had done my homework before going there; and also, because I have buy several cars in the past. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire car buying process (sales, processing and delivery). At the end, I bought the used car that I came to see. They did a car detailed and deliver it to me in optimal condition. They even went out of their way to order a big bow (free of charge) for me to present the car as a gift. As result, I will not hesitate to recommend Duval Honda to a family or a friend.

Kudos to Allen Mosby!!! I appreciate the care and dedication shown to me. Allen demonstrated a high level of excellent customer service by coming to work on his off day to assist me. I even had a issue with the AC after the sale and Duval Honda replaced it for free of charge. Rafael and Sal took the time to go over my warranty and car care service twice. And lastly David was nice enough to call me and let me know they had a Lexus Owner's Manual which by the way saved me a few hundred dollars. I will definitely tell all my family and friends about the exceptionally professional experience I received at Duval Honda!

Recently purchased a new vehicle. Richard Sweeney provided great customer service. He was patient, knowledgable, able to answer questions, did not pressure to make a descision. Don't feel like made a good deal on the price though. All dealers in town quoted in the same price range.Did not appreciate sales manager little speach when tried to haggle, it made me feel ashamed. Not a great sales tactic for sure. Went through with purchase because of the convinient location of the service department.

My experience buying a 2010 Honda Accord at Duval Honda was awesome, and it was directly because of Van Jones. Van is great at what he does, but more importantly, he genuinely cares about the consumer/buyer. I will continue to recommend Van to all of my friends and family. I was very pleased with my sales associate Mrs. Pam Russel but was extremely disappointed with the dealership. After purchasing my Honda, the dealership had a small dent in the front to fix which was expected to be fixed in a day or two. I waited a week and then some before I could get my car, a week i hadn't planned for. I felt that i was lied to to make a sale from the finance department which has now left me very unsatisfied in my first car buying experience. Although i would recommend Mrs. Pam, I am not so sure about recommending the dealership. Again, this is not a very good first time buying experience for me personally.

I was very pleased with my sales associate, Allen Mosby. He was very friendly, helpful, and listened to me. He understood what I wanted to worked very hard to put me in the car I wanted. He was up front with me about everything. My only issue with the purchase was with the dealership, not Mr. Mosby. I was told that the car I was purchasing needed a new battery. The dealership refused to put in a battery for the car I was purchasing. I feel this is unprofessional and not a good way to do buisiness. Customers should not have to leave a car lot and drive directly to purchase a battery for the car that was just purchased.

I gave an all Excellent rating because Van jones did everthing he possibly could to get me in the vehicle i wanted. This was my first time buying a car and i was alittle nervous but he took out all the guess work and walked me through every step to make sure i understood the entire process.He was patient through every bump in the road and helped me get everything exactly the way i wanted it. he has called me several times since my purchase to make sure everyything is still perfect with my car. I walked into Duval Honda expecting more of the same; high pressure sales pitch, insistence on buying a "new" car, and obnoxious sales people. I had been to several other dealers who wanted to play the game. You know, the one everybody knows about. The "let me go talk to my manager and see what we can do for you" game. I had little time to play. I needed a car and fast. I found an interesting car on line at Duval Honda and though I really didn't want to make the drive over to Cassat Ave. I did, taking along my friend and banker. When we walked in we were greeted by Van Jones right away. I told him what I wanted to see and, to my surprise, got no argument. He brought the car around. I had done some homework and had a lot of questions and Van had most of the answers. What he didn't know he quickly found out. The process took some time but, it was with issues on my end. Such as forgeting my checkbook and then my pin number. Luckily, as I said I had my banker with me and I had myself a car. A very cool car ! Almost. The financing department was next. Again, the staff was courteous and efficient and I was tired. I also had no idea where we were, it was dark and we hadn't eaten, nor had I driven this car more than the test drive. I made a comment about needing a ride home and was told "sure we'll get you and your car home". I laughed, knowing they were pulling my leg. My address is St.Johns, a long way away. Then they actually did it ! They went above and beyond to sell me a used car. I was so impressed. The next morning I took the car to my mechanic feeling quite sure I had made a mistake. It was too good to be true. But, no...everything Van told me was true. The car is in excellent condition. Now, it is five days later and I am sooo loving my car !! I have had more questions for Van and have no trouble getting them answered. My previous car shopping ventures have been likened to dental surgery. I very much appreciated the straight talk. This has truly been a great, unbelievable car buying experience. I'm telling everybody !!

We went to check out the dealership because the pricing was so much better than the Honda dealership near us. The sales associates were far more knowledgeable than any of the other dealerships we visited. Patrick was very detailed about the vehicle we were looking at and was more concerned about making sure we were happy than making a sale. Sal was very responsive to my initial request for pricing and general questions and even helped answer questions the kids had when we got there! The COO of the dealership, Claussen, even took time to talk to us, show us one of the vehicles, and show us the features. He even gave us one of his personal movies to play on the DVD player for our kids on the way home. They all went out if their way to make sure we were in and out as fast as possible and helped entertain the kids while we were there! By far the best car buying experience I have had!

I have given this rating because I received total hassle free service. From the time I entered the dealership showroom, even thoough I arrived much later than my appointment time, the staff at Duval Honda surprised me with their excellent service. Within a few hours only I was able to get what I wanted in terms of car I was looking for, the financing and low rates, lower price of the vehicle compared to other dealers and above all very friendly staff. They did not pushed their product or service but were still able to leave a lasting impact as far as their services offered are concerned by being friendly and upfront.I would recommend everyone that if they are looking for a Honda car they don't have to look beyond this dealer.

I love my brand new 2013 Civic. So great. Patrick Henry was my sales person and was great. Took wonderful care of me and my husband. My first new car buying experience was at this dealership, and I am completely satisfied with the service of this location. I traded in my old four door Sentra for a new Honda Civic LX four door automatic. I was able to get a decent offer from a different credit union through here even though my credit union had not given me acceptable results. I do not have a credit history yet, so I needed a good start to build it and was still able to get a car. I would definitely consider this location for a future vehicle.

Hands down best car buying experience ever! I went into the dealership looking to purchase a 2013 honda civic and trade a vehicle in that was outside of my means due to a life change. I received excellent customer service and couldn't have asked more of Mindy. She did not hassle me or even attempt to show me a vehicle outside of my price point. She followed up in a professional manner and when I returned to purchase the vehicle she had everything ready and was prepared to make it a quick, efficient transaction. The 2013 honda civic is my first new car and the first vehicle I purchased solo! I couldn't have asked for a better experience then I received at Duval Honda and in the care of Mindy Vega!

Dealing witht Sal Santora was a pleasure from the minute we met him. He was friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and not the slightest bit pushy. We were not completely sure of the model we wanted or whether we wanted new or used. He took the time to show us many options, explain the pros and cons and again, no pressure. We decided on a new Accord and when it came time to close the deal we had a complicated issue with our trade-in. Sal went right to the top and brought the company president, Clausen Morrell over to speak to us. Without hesitation, Clausen resolved the issue to our complete satisfaction. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of the entire process. Our daughter just got her driver's license so we are going to have to get another car almost immediately. We have owned Hondas for quite some time and are very happy with them so we will absolutely be purchasing our next car from Sal and Duval Honda.We have purchased many cars over the years both new and used and have had some good experiences and some not so good experiences with various dealers. Troy did an excellent job as a sales representative for Duval Honda. Not only did Troy do an excellent job, but so did Kris Waterman, David and those in service who did the prep on the car. Kris continued to follow-up with me keeping me well informed on the progress of the arrival of the Touring Accord. He introduced me to Troy who then assisted me with the purchase of the vehicle, while Kris continued to stay in contact with me offerning assistance. Troy reviewed all the options for the Touring Accord and upon arrival of the car, showed and explained how everything worked. Since my old iPhone was not completely compatible with the car, Troy was willing to assist me with synching my new iPhone with the car on few days later, as well as showing me how to work the adaptable cruise control. He set me up with service and explained how to schedule and access a service appointment on line. David did a great job, as well, assisting and finalizing all the paperwork. Clausen Morell was my original point of contact and continued to provide assistance in the securing and purchasing of the Touring Accord. All of them should be commended for a job well done. As research says, its all about relationships and it is quite evident that Duval Honda puts it into practice.As a long-time Honda Accord owner, I love the car and am glad that I remained patient while waiting 6 months for its arrival. It's worth it!

Had a very positive experience up until the time of the purchase when the price changed by $500. We were very up front about our requirements and wanted to know our out the door price, and unfortunately we were told a different number than what was given to us in email. It is unfortunate when dealers have to feel like they get the last word on the deal. I will not recommend or purchase another vehicle from Duval Honda.

My experience was positive because we were greeted at the door by Lindsey and she asked us what we were looking for and then showed us and answered all of our specific questions about vehicals, as well as detailing all attributes of the cars that we were interested in. She was attentive to my desires of specific "features" and didn't try to take me off message for the kind of car I was looking for. (Didn't try to talk me into something else. It was a pleasure to work with a female Sales Associate as well.

It was given incredible sales experience!!!! My saleman Tim Caruso was very helpful. I came in as a reference from your sister company Duval Ford looking for a used car to buy. Specifically a Ford Escape. Tim took his time to make sure I understood the unique way your dealership worked and sold vehicles. He explained the no hassel policy and buy back plan. I had shopped several other dealerships previously and Tim was the only one who stopped and explained to me what he intended to do and why. My first impression was made by a sales representative, whom was very courteous and helpful. I liked that he was not pushy in trying to sell us a 2012 honda accord sedan. After we decided we wanted the car, he assured us that we should be able to get it, but him and the manager first needed to discuss "numbers" and would call us back. I got a call the following day. The sales rep who had been assisting us advised me that my fiance or I would need to come in to discuss figures which could not be done over the phone. So my pregnant fiance stopped what she was doing that day to go to the dealership, which is 30 minutes away. Once she arrived, the sales rep met her at her car to inform her that money was not the issue keeping us from getting the car we wanted. It was simply that I had already cosigned on a car for a relative. He also lied to her saying that he tried contacting me to call her not to come being that was the reason we could not get the car. So it was all a waste of time, gas, and added frustration. They could have avoided all this confusion by having better communication with their customers. I have purchased 2 vehicles and sent my family members whom bought 2 vehicles the same day about 18 months ago. I have always purchased parts and accessories from this dealership. As for the in convince my fiance was put through and the lies said they have lost mine and my families' business. I have lost all my respect for this dealership.

I purchased a used car from this place and I feel ripped off. They told ,me I was getting a deal because the MRP was 3k more than what I was paying for the car. Come to find out I paid a little over the blue book value for this car. Plus the car sales man told me I would receive two keys and a valet key with the car. After I signed the paper work the sales man was with another customer so they gave me one key and sent me one my way. When I followed up the next day with sales man he told me I only receive one key because I purchased it as is. On top of this my husband was told by the sales man that the gas would be filled up, but when he left to go home with the kids I was told I only receive a quarter of a tank and that is all I received! I had to put more gas in the tank the very next day. We are needing a second car and it will not be from Duval Honda!

While looking for a Ridgeline Sport, I called ahead to find out if this dealership had the specific model I was looking for. After being put on hold while they checked, we were told they had one on the lot. After driving 2o miles, I was forced to listen to their pitch and answer all their questions before they could confirm or deny whether they had the vehicle. Guess what? No Ridgeline Sport on the lot. They were happy to get one for me 'if we could made a deal'. I found Brittney (answered the phone and confirmed vehicle on lot)both deceptive and misleading. While speaking with Clausen (President), upon arriving and storming out of the dealership (and his followup phone calls,)we can't help but feel that it may have something to do with the way he runs his dealership. For starters, it took a while for me to get a salesman to help me find a car. We came inside of Honda and stood for a while and after a few minutes someone on the phone went to get someone else to help us out. Troy Brant is very friendly and knowlegeable about sales. I would rate his role a 5. I was not forced into buying but Honda was hard to work with in terms of pricing. No discounts or deals were settled, even though it was a holiday sale and personelle discouraged me from buying the car with their demeaning attitude toward my potential. I ended up buying but I would encourage Honda to be more friendly and willing to work with customers by offering discounts and not tearing down their self worth/ credibility with negative attitudes toward their potential.

I loved my overall experience at Duval Honda. Darrell Williams was a complete gentleman, very patient and kind. He fully explained to me all I needed to know for my Honda Odyssey. He took the time to show me several until I found the perfect one. The finance guys were also very kind and patient and willing to work to benefit my needs. I would definitely recommend Duval Honda!!

This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership buying a new vehicle. I bought a new, 2012 Honda Accord LX. Donovan Mills was my Sales Associate and he was excellent from the very beginning. His courteousness, product knowledge and desire to find the right vehicle for me was top notch. Marvin in Business Development helped to aid in my search, giving me some suggestions on different vehicles and recommendations to follow. Between the two of them, I found the right vehicle.To round out the experience, Rafael Mejia went over the financing and other options available. His knowledge of all the products was second to none. His courteousness and professionalism was impressive. Lastly, he was able to secure terms for me on my vehicle that were better than I could secure on my own through two different credit unions/lenders I'd been with for years. Lastly, Clausen Morrell set the example. He is not only the leader of that dealership as President, but it's his example for others which set the tone for why the staff who serve customers directly are glad they do business with Duval Honda. SMG (Scott McRae Group) has done very well in placing Clausen in the position he is in. He's a down to earth leader who is interested in providing a vehicle buying experience that is the best. They were just awesome ... We went in to look at a used car and we decided on a new it was awesome.. They did not suggest the new that was something we wanted to do! They were fantastic!!!!!!

Everyone was friendly and helpful, the dealership was clean with a pleasant atmosphere. I would definetly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. My sales person, Curtis Brown, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The servie was fast and efficient which I appreciate.

Danny did a excellent job making sure I was completely satisfied even though through the financing there was problems. After giving my concerns they too worked out a no hassle deal and now I am satisfied. This company is by far the best I have been able to purchase a car from. Highly recommended. Just be sure to read ALL documents before you sign.

Loved the no haggle pricing. The price on the window is the price of the car. There were NO pushy salesmen. Sold me just what I wanted and didn't push anything extra. Was informed of all the options and took the ones I chose. Very informative and also very willing to work with all my questions and took the time to give me prices for each option with out rushing me, even though they were very busy and I know why, I recommend you go there for a fair price and a friendly atmosphere!

We don't like it when the dealer sends a salesman to open your car door and escort you into the showroom...We like to geat a the feel of the cars first and Duval Honda did just that...Gave us the time we needed to shop and thus sold the car....

Duvell James explained the many features of the CR-V that we purchased and helped us get a great price. The service department had determined that our 2002 Odyssey needed a new front end. We had been considering a new car before we came to get the Odyssey repaired and we liked the CR-V features. Mr James helped us get the car that we wanted. In fact, Honda had to make a car to our specifications since there weren't any available at other dealers. We were given a loaner car to drive while we waited for our new car to be built. Every one of the employees we met at Duval Honda was accommodating to our needs without being over bearing. We think we got a great car, a great interest rate for our loan and a great warranty. We will be visiting Duval Honda for our maintenance service and know we will be pleased.

I got my very first car from Duval Honda in 2007, it was a 1998 honda accord! I got a super deal, awesome service and moneys worth. I got my oil changes done here. Well after 5 years I decided it was time for an upgrade now that I am an adult so, this past week I sold my accord and I went back to Duval Honda and purchase a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. I LOVE IT! I have now had it for 2 full days and I am still super happy, my husband also feels it was a super good pick. My dealer was friendly, NOT PUSHES, helpful and his name was Troy Brant. When buying from Duval Honda you can leave the dealership knowing and feeling convinced that you made the right choice!

It was a good experienced working with Joanna Gee,she had a excellence customer service no boring moment with this lady. She really knows how to handle the customers well. Until now I can call her and ask her some favors she is quick in answering her phone and gives time to her client. I'll definitely be endorsing her to my friends who want to buy car and I myself will be keeping in touch to her when am ready to have a new car.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2011 CRV from Duval Honda recently. My initial intent was to purchase a used 2010 EXL model but the price offered for the 2011 EX model was so attractive that I opted for the newer car.My salesman, Jay Powers, was knowledgeable as well as affable. He made the experience entirely enjoyable and hassle-free. Even though I had to wait a couple of weeks for my car to be delivered, Jay kept me in the loop with timely updates.I would happily recommend him as well as this dealership to any prospective buyers.

The facility is spacious and clean. The sales people are helpful and friendly. Once the accumulated information was presented and compared, the sales manager was introduced and a fair price was reached within minutes. As I was leaving the dealership, everyone I came in contact with congratulated me on my new purchase. It was a pleasant experience.

I purchased a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 on June 4, 2011 and on June 16, 2011 the engine blew. I know that is was sold as is what I was not aware of is that they sold me a vehicle that was without a doubt a lemon and they knew it. They told me not only are they not going to help me but it would cost $4000.00 to fix it at their shop. I am having it fixed myself by a mechanic for $2250.00 this is a small shop without the buying power of this large dealer. If I was asked about this dealer I will tell anyone to stay as far away as possible. I will be sumitting my reviews on all and any site I can find.

I knew I needed a better car than the one I was driving. I wanted to get a fuel efficient vehicle. So, I remembered how much I had heard about Hondas and their fuel efficiency and resale value and I decided to look a Hondas. When I looked, I found one that met my needs more than I realized or anticipated. The Fit was a match made in heaven. I use my car like a small truck and the fold down back seats are perfect. Thanks so much for a great find and great experience. The sales staff when above and beyond to get me the perfect vehicle for me.

The drive may be long but the staff there makes you feel good. They are fun and friendly and make you laugh. The deals are good and they make sure you are happy with your deal. They will work with you on any problem you may have. I love this dealer and will always tell my friends and family to go see them!!!

i WAS QUOTED AN OUT THE DOOR PRICE ON A USED VEHICLE OF $9500. I WENT TO THE BANK, HAD A CASHIERS CHECK DRAFTED, AND WENT IN TO BUY THE VEHICLE. WHILE I WAS COMPLETING THE PAPERWORK, THE SALES MANAGER CAME IN AND TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A MISTAKE, BUT I WAS STILL GETTING A VERY GOOD DEAL AT $9900. HE WAS VERY CASUAL AND NONCHALANT. I TOLD HIM I WAS QUOTED A PRICE AND EXPECTED HIM TO HOLD UP HIS END OF THE DEAL. HE THEN TOLD ME HE WAS SORRY BUT THAT IS BUSINESS AND I WASN'T GETTING THE CAR.

When I purchased my last Accord coupe, I went there. I was actually living in Clearwater, FL but was at home visiting my parents in Jacksonville. While I was there I went with an old friend to the dealership and just talked to them. I told them I was already set up with a price down in Clearwater and they quickly beat them and went 500 below and tossed in floor mats, mud guards etc for free which was going to be charged at the Clearwater dealership. I of course purchased it immediately there and drove it home! I had no problem with the dealership at all, was totally ok with me taking the car to the limits during testing and car was promptly ready the next morning with spoiler installed and fully detailed!
