As someone who loves to drive, I may be more critical than most when it comes to reviews. That being said, I can't tell you how impressed I was with the staff at your dealership. Our salesman Colby was a real trooper. He bent over backwards to ensure we had an excellent buying experience. We had originally worked with Lisa, your internet sales rep who unfortunately wasn't available, but Colby, who she had recommended did everything he could to make sure we had a pleasant experience. My wife couldn't be happier with her new Mazda CX-3 which she has named "Nigel". What an impressive car, the new CX-3 is one of the best performing, best handling new cars I am familiar with, real quality. Overall a great experience in every regard.

Our Salesman, Joe Mudarri, was a real pleasure to deal with. He even found a $500 discount that I was eligible for but didn't know about. The process was straightforward with no glitches or running to "the boss in the back" to deal with, like the game that is played with time-share people. Trade-in price was more than fare, the finance department guy was a no pressure seller of add-ons who explained them but didn't push them like they were important to the sale, and we drove off smiling after a short tutorial on how to drive off in a new car with all its bells and whistles.

This dealership is a LIE Went in for the King of Cars Cash Game. It was misleading, False Advertising and a scam.Me and at least 50 people are mad at this dealership for running the biggest marketing fail I have ever seen.Then talked to the manager and they were nothing rude, arrogant and condescending.Do not take your business here, go somewhere else. There are good dealerships out there, this is definitely not one of them. If you want to see more real reviews check out there Facebook page. It's not very good.Hope this review helps save you some time.

Alberto and the rest of the team were incredible patient and attentive to us. We couldn't make up our minds when we were trying to buy a second car. We visited them several times and test drove the same two cars at least three times! Our 4 year old already new what channel he wanted to watch in the entertainment area... at the end it all came down to a Mazda 3, with manual transmission that had to be brought from Portland. Alberto was very honest with the delivery time for the color we wanted so we decided to chose a different one. Alberto kept us updated at all times on the arrival date. When we finally went to pick it up he even watched our kid when we were doing all the paperwork! Would definitely buy from them again.

Doug's was recommended to me by several friends and acquaintances, and I now know precisely why. This is still a family run dealership and everyone is helpful and well tuned about customer service. I visited several other dealerships, (including two by Mazda) but travelled a bit further to do my deal there. No pressure, no games, just honest helpful professionals. After deciding on my vehicle, I used USAA car buying service to get my price. This generated numerous inquiries from all the Mazda dealers from Everett to Tacoma, but only Terri Malinski from Doug's Internet sales seemed to be committed to what interested me. She found the right vehicle, helped me with the options and accessories I wanted, and made sure I was completely satisfied.

I just bought a new 2016 Mazda CX 5 from Doug's Lynwood Mazda thanks to the help of Greg Caneza and Terry Malinski. I expected the whole process to take the entire day, but Greg made sure the experience was quick and easy. I came in knowing what I wanted and Greg found one that was the color and trim that I wanted. Negotiating the price was no problem since Greg and Terry were very fair about the whole process. I brought in some some documents from some competitors and they immediately matched it and gave us a discounted price. Even though the specific car we wanted wasn't available at the dealership, Terry went out of his way to go collect it from the warehouse so that my family and I could drive the new car home that day. Greg was really amazing throughout the entire thing. He was super nice and caring, making sure to explain the status of the car so that we were not left waiting in the dark. Since my family was with me, he made it a point to chat with them, a personal touch that was very special. Thanks to his excellent attitude, the whole process went by in flash. I would defiantly recommend him if you are looking to get a Mazda.

I live in Hermiston, Oregon, but bought my new Mazda 3 from my salesperson NV and Doug's Lynnwood Mazda. Their price was by far the best, and NV's professional service is excellent. NV is not pushy but stayed in contact with us throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable, and took care of all our needs. He even picked my up at the bust station, provided lunch, and they added an after market accessory for free. The good service did not stop at the sale, but has continued. I will definitely get my next vehicle here again!

I recently bought a 2016 Mazda CX 5 from Doug's Lynnwood Mazda with the help of Greg and Duane. They worked to get me a great price on the car and were quick to locate the specific trim and color combination I was looking for. Getting the right price on the car was not a problem, but it took a little bit of negotiating to come to an agreement on the value of my trade-in, even after we'd had some initial discussion about it (which we had in writing). But that had nothing to do with either Greg or Duane, and I appreciate Greg working on my behalf to get a fair price.Greg is a real standout. Super helpful during the whole process from the test drive and walking me through different features of the car, to answering every question I had. Even after the deal was done and I was sitting at the dealership waiting for the paperwork to get finalized (why in this digital age we still need to fill out reams of paperwork in triplicate is beyond me...), whenever Greg wasn't busy with other customers, he'd stop by to let me know what was going on and we would chat about different cars. Just a great personal touch that I really appreciated, and made the customer experience even better. If you're considering a new Mazda, I highly recommend getting in touch with him.

As a potential buyer I am very concerned about the price I have to pay to get a car out of the lot. I went to other two mazda dealerships in the king county and the sales guys I spoke to did not seem to be interested in divulging the full price of the car without isolating me in the backroom or me being "100% sure about buying" the car. Terri went through all the costs involved and patiently explaining the pro and cons of new vs used cars for hours. I would recommend to go seeing her if you go to this dealership.

I knew exactly what I wanted and I had my loan pre-approved. I was an easy customer. NV reciprocated by giving me a great price and making everything easy. The closing papers wait was the only downside, but I think that's mostly just the logistics of the car sales business.

I did a lot of research and really loved this car. I initially got on the phone with Terry, and I was convinced I need to go check it out. Terry was really helpful. She took me around and had me do a test drive of the car.I was impressed. I said I was gonna get it immediately. Nho Vo stepped in at this phase and helped with negotiating a good deal for the car.The took me two days, and I was done with everything. William - the finance guy explained everything to me in a way I could understand.Overall, great experience!

Purchased new Mazda 3 with Total Advantage Maintenance Plan for 5 years of service for $1295. To start, the Sales people "forgot" to print out my maintenance contract that I had paid $1295 for. After 2 visits using this maintenance plan, I found that none of the service persons know what the maintenance plan is. I found that the service persons do not complete all the service stipulated in the contract. For example on March 29, 2014 and September 18, 2014 I went in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation each time. And each time they failed to do the tire rotation. When I asked them why the service person did not rotate my tires, they said "oh Hyundais, we check the tire tread before making a decision to rotate them." WHAT!? I HAVE A MAZDA , MAZDA ARE MADE WITH 1.5 DEGREES OF CAMBER, THE TIRES HAVE TO BE ROTATED. 6 MONTHS LATER THEY AGAIN FAILED TO ROTATE MY TIRES. THERE IS SOMETHING INHERENTLY WRONG WITH DOUG'S LYNNWOOD MAZDA AT 22130 HIGHWAY 99, EDMONDS WA. NO WONDER THEIR SUPERVISOR ADVISED ME TO GET SERVICE ELSEWHERE.

I worked with Mac here to see if I could afford to get a Mazda 3. I test drove both the i-Touring and the Grand Touring S, and absolutely loved driving both cars. Unfortunately after running the numbers the cars were still outside of my budget. I appreciated that he understood that facts were facts, and I simply couldn't extend my budget to get the car I wanted; in addition Doug's Hyundai had given me an almost unfairly unbeatable deal. I was presented with a few offers, but ultimately we just couldn't make it work this time around and I left without hassle. In the midst of test driving I was provided with a burger for lunch as the employees had a small BBQ going, so that was a real nice touch as I had been looking at cars for most of the entire day and was hungry. I will definitely come back here next time I'm looking for a car.

I refer to Jordan as a specialist, because he (and the team at Doug's) went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I came in for, against all odds. I am thoroughly impressed with Jordan's diligence in keeping me, the customer happy, at all costs. For example, I just bought the vehicle less than a week ago. We were in the market for an SUV-Crossover. We made an appointment to test-drive the CX5 online and were contacted the next day by Jordan. He took us for an nice long test drive and answered every question I had about the car. This was our first test drive and Jordan made it pleasant and informative. Even better, there was no hard sale at any time we were in the dealership. In fact, everyone was pleasant and helpful, but there was never a hard sell We went on to test drive three more cars that day before going back to Doug's. We ultimately went back to Jordan and purchase the CX5. The process was smooth and easy, if not a little long. Tim in the finance department was also a gem. We couldn't be happier with the car and appreciate the positive buying experience created at Doug's.

I knew I wanted a 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback but wasn't sure how various models differed -- Rob was very thorough and thoughtful in helping me find the right model that fitted my tastes and lifestyle. I ended up test-driving the 2014 SGT and absolutely loved it, from the back-up camera to the blindspot warnings and overall sleek design of the car. They were able to find the exact color and style I wanted and I bought it the next day. The financial aspect was much simpler than I anticipated, and the finance folks were very friendly and considerate. Overall, the process was very streamlined and I felt very supported throughout the process.

Was sold a Maintenance Contract with my new vehicle. Finance guy Jon says he "forgot" to print out the contract. He nearly charge me $1295 for a Service Contract with no Contract. Then when I went to use the Maintenance plan 6 months later for my oil and tire rotation. The mechanic did not rotate my tires. He did not forget, he did not know I was on the Total Advantage Maintenance plan. So sales tries to steal $1295 from me, and Service communicates with their mechanics via pigeon, Morse code or, cups and string, because the "Mechanic did not know I had a Total Maintenance Plan." How does that happen? Then after an hour on a scheduled appointment, my car is still sitting in the parking lot not being worked on. I decide to go home and wait. They finally bring my car to me, and the Mazda Mechanic driving my car to my house has a Cafe Latte in his hand. Then I see that my tires are not rotated and I have to drive back to the Mazda dealer again to let them know after 3 hours of waiting for a tire rotation and oil change(both routine stuff), they did not rotate my tires.

I was able to get great trade in value for my old car, and buy a beautiful brand new 2015 Mazda 6. Last week I leased a Grand Touring AWD CX-5 and love it! I worked with Robert Sangelo and was extremely pleased with the process. He provided me with many great options to make the purchase work for my budget and gave me the time and space to think it through. In the end, I felt confident I made a great decision on model type and payment plan. I was particularly pleased by how Rob was willing to go the extra mile to help me through the process with no feeling of pressure, whatsoever. Overall, it was a great experience!

Bought a used car from these guys, which wasn't actually a Mazda, rather it was a '02 Subaru Outback. I wanted an outback specifically and searched for a few weeks to find the right one. Doug's had the best one I could find, none were in as good condition as this one. The buying process was quick and easy and I was able to get the price reduced. Everyone was great to work with. The dealership made it clear that if I had any problems I could call them. A week after I bought the car the check engine light came on. Keep in mind there was no warranty on this vehicle. After calling them they asked me to bring the car back in. Turns out the catalytic converter had failed and needed to be replaced. Doug's took the car to a Subaru specialist, had the caty replaced AND gave me a loaner car to use all at no cost to me. Exceptional service. Used car places usually don't provide that kind of care. Thanks.

I recently purchased a 2013 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Sedan. I worked with Matt Warner who was extremely knowledgable about the car and easy to work with. I would have a hard time saying that anyone would find the experience of buying a car pleasurable but I did not feel pressured or forced in anyway to make a decsion and the rest of the staff treated me with the same respect. I just bought a used car at Doug's and was so surprised at how no-pressure the experience was. I worked with Cody Dowell and he definitely knew his stuff! He worked hard to get me a good price, and really went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience. The haggling process was brief, non-heated, and even a little fun :) When I came back to finish up paperwork, Cody even noticed that the detailers had missed a dealership marking on my windshield and had them fix it while I was in financing, well after the deal was done. I would recommend Doug's to anyone. They got me in and out quickly once I chose a car with very little stress involved - a totally new thing for me!

I definitely put it off as long as possible until buying a car absolutely needed to happen. After doing quite a bit of research, I came into the dealership with a couple cars I was interested in. Loved working with Cody Dowell. He isnt a pushy salesman and even with him being new to it he was great. He answered every question he could and brought in his fellow coworkers to help find the answers he didnt know. We were dreading buying a new car. Our last experience was high pressure, let's negotiate and I need to talk to my manager. Matt was great. Extremely knowledgeable and when we told him we needed to take a look at other vehicles at other dealerships he told us how to get there. We went back the next day and bought the Mazda. The whole experience actually turned out to be fun and we love our new vehicle.

Lets start at the beginning, stories always have 3 sides... Our side their side and somewhere in the middle the truth. I walked into the showroom with my family told the salesman that my daughter had bought a car here and suggested we take a look. We looked around and took a CX9 for a test drive, liked the car. To shorten the story we informed the sales person we had plans and set a time limit to purchase the car. We were assured that they could accommodate us, we informed them we could come back tomorrow, but they insisted they could have it done on time. Well 2 hours late for our appointment and they were just taking the car into the back to be detailed. As we are getting to leave 3 hours late, the salesman says send us a buyer and we will give you a cash award. I asked about my daughter and he said no she will not get anything. I informed him then why on earth would I want to send you someone. After delaying my family, then not up holding your deal to reward someone for sending them to you. He looked surprised I do not know why.Service dept. My wife took the car in for the A/C not working on drivers side and transmission seeping fluid, she informed me she felt like she was treated poorly, looked down on. I went to pick up car after they had it for 2 days and the A/C still did not work. They had to keep it another day to fix the work of the previous mechanic. We were informed that they found no transmission leak. When I performed the next oil change I saw the transmission was weeping again. Took it in to them and the next day they claimed they found nothing. I had them put the car on the lift and I had to show them where the leak was, they nodded and agreed to fix it. There is more..... But I am tired of typing. If you throw your money at them for useless maintenance issues they love you. Go in with real maintenance issues and I feel they pressure for you to accept an issue.

I had one of the wonderful experience with Doug's Lynnwood Mazda center. Each one of them is very caring, informative and display an excellent customer service to their customers. I dropped in to this center to take a peek at Mazda 5 2012 model. I was very impressed with the sales team and the finance team for their generosity and the information and of course with the price they offered for this new model. Without any second thoughts I signed the lease for this Mazda5. I definitely recommend others to visit this center if they are looking for any Mazda cars.

We saw a car on cars.com and went to look at it for our son. The salesman Stephen was very nice and polite. Did not try to pressure us or force a sale. He kept giving us our space so we could talk and make a decision without a salesman hanging on us. We decided to get it and paid for it on the condition that when we brought our son back the next day, if he didn't like it, they would just give us back our check. They filled the tank and detailed it again for us before we got there to pick it up. Of course our son wanted it. There was no pressure, they were all so nice and it made a chore we were not looking forward to just that much easier.

Avoid this dealership at all cost. I recently had to bring my car in since my "check engine" light turned on. Long story short they misdiagnosed the problem and I ended up paying for replacement of 2 complete parts for my emission system. I was never given any of my old parts back. The cause of the problem should have been prevented yet it was never mentioned to me even though I do all my check-ups, oil changes,and tire rotations with them.The employees are friendly but I do not agree with how they do business. Do not pick this dealership to get your Mazda serviced if you can help it.

Worst car buying experience of my life. Salesman was nice, sales managers act as though you don't matter and are not interested in making you happy. The 2012 Mazda5 I purchased overheated after 1 week and had to be towed in. I had to beg to get a ride in with someone other than the tow truck driver because my children were with me. The day the new car was ready to pick up, I asked if they could meet me half way to pick up my car, the sales manager said "I believe we have ACCOMMODATED you as much as possible." I have to drive 55 minutes one way to pick up the car. They have done nothing to accommodate me. They have not gone out of their way for anything. They have even lied to me. It is ridiculous to think in this day and age and in this economy that this type of service is the norm. I had even spoken of this with another person I met today and they had a similar lack of customer service experience within the last year on the purchase of a new vehicle at this dealership. I am just very disappointed. If you want to be just another number on their sales list by all means shop there, but if you expect customer service, forget it.

I was contacted by Lee at Doug's pre-owned lot and i gave him the run down of what I was looking for and that another dealer could get me into a car for $0 down, Lee and Melissa said "no problem". He show me an avelanche and said it was within my budget, he never would tell me how much, just that they would make it fit. I decided it was a good deal, so I drove 75 mile back to the dealership, when I got the contract it was way over the price I was promised and i let very unhappy, Melissa called the next day and said they could work the deal, I got back down there and the contract had the amout I wanted, but ony gave my trade $500 and wasnted me to put down $1500 way beyond what they promised. I called Blade Chevrolet in Mount Vernon Wa and was met with the most courtious sale people I have ever met, they did everything beyond what they had to do.DO NOT GO TO DOUG'S!! GO TO BLADE!!!

My Wife and I are new to this state and have been a Mazda owner for over 20 years. Frankly, I felt that finding a new dealer was going to be a bigger hassel than it was worth...however, when I walked into Doug's in Lynnwood I found the environment to be pleasent and inviting. The purchase experience was just as pleasent drama free. Even more surprising was when the Sales Manager Nick Rodriguez, who came out to great us and worked with us directly. We also found Nick to be very professional and a great asset to the dealership. My wife and I have leased many vehicles for many years and we can honestly say that Doug's Lynnwood Mazda was our best experience ever.

There are few things I hate more than shopping or having to buy things. It's time consuming and basically a pain in my butt. Times ten when the purchase is a car. I bought a Mazda CX-7 at Doug's from Rich and can honestly say that the experience was relatively fun. I knew going in that if I liked what I felt when I test drove the CX-7, I'd probably buy it. I'd driven a friend's and liked it, but I wanted to see how the newer ones drove. Suffice to say that I loved driving it on the test drive. Rich was knowledgeable about the vehicle and pointed out things I didn't know about this crossover SUV that made me even more impressed with it. When it came time to do the time consuming dirty work of filling out papers and agreeing on numbers, his experience helped speed things up a bit and his winning (funny) personality really took the edge off. The finance guy, I believe his name was Allen or Alex, also knew his stuff, had a great personality and an extraordinary amount of class. For my money, Doug's Lynnwood Mazda is a great place to buy a Mazda and I'm guessing is a great place to get other brands of used cars, too. I have added peace of mind for my purchase because Doug's gives free lifetime powertrain warranties that kick in when the manufacturer's warranty runs out. They also give me a free car wash every time I bring in my car for regular maintenance. The service department is top notch. I got my CX-7 about 9 months ago. I love the car and couldn't be happier with my experience at Doug's during and after buying it. My friend who has an older CX-7 and who recommended the place wasn't kidding. Neither am I.

Rich seemed friendly but pushy untill I let him know by getting up to walk out that I was not about to be pushed around. I later had to tell the financal consaltant that I had not problem walking out on him. Once that was understood he stoped trying to sell me on a bunch of extras that I didn't need.Also I was financed for a certian amount while in the show room but just got a letter from the bank they went throu and was told I was rejected for the amount applied for. Now I have to go back in a deal with them again to see if they will hold up what I feel is their end of the bargin. I'm very unhappy that I have to go back in to sort out what should have been finished two weeks ago.

I purchased a new CX-7 from Doug's last month. I was so surprised they gave me more than book value for both trades (99 Miata which I bought there in 2003 and a 2000 Cadillac Catera) and sold me the new Mazda at a very fair price. Steve had extrodinary listening skills, found me the perfect CX-7 and was nothing but positive through out. The Sales Manager and the Owner both took time to talk to me and make me feel as a valued memeber of Doug's family. Although my credit is less than perfect, Mike arranged financing at a very good rate and term. The Dealership presented best price immediately and did not put me through the normal back and forth bs as seems to be industry standard. Bottom line is I received more than I wanted for my trades, got the car of my dreams for much less than expected and was treated professionally by the Salesperson (Steve) the Sales Manager (Gary) the Finance man (Mike) and the thank you from Doug himself was just the cherry on top. I would send my family and friends there withour hesitation.

I bought a used Subaru here and the experience was terrible. They lied through their teeth from the very begging. They started out insisting the car was worth way more than it was, and trying to tell me it had items it did not (eg alloy wheels, etc). I suppose that is to be expected from a car salesmen, but these guys really went overboard. I finally got a reasonable price when I demanded to see the blue book value. We worked out financing, I and drove off. Turns out the financing guy was lying to me too. Two days later they called me to say I need to come back, there was a problem with the paper work. When I returned the sales manager kept trying to push a different car on me. The whole thing was a bait and switch. When I balked at that, they continued to give me trouble about the financing. This continued for a week. I finally ended up putting the car on my credit car just to get a way from them. Bottom line: don't even talk to them unless you know exactly what you want and are ready to pay cash.
