I had looked online for a used older model jeep for a month. I found the exact jeep I wanted at Dossett Big 4. Not only did the jeep have a great price with low miles and excellent condition, but also the dealership had very good reviews. If a dealership doesn't have good reviews, I don't do business with them. I can't say enough good things about my salesman, Benny. He was always polite, helpful and considerate. He made me feel comfortable throughout making the purchase. I've purchased many vehicles in my time. The experience I had with Benny was by far the best I've ever had. Thanks, Benny!!

Very professional business. A day after I inquired for info on a vehicle, the general manager called me personally to see if I received prompt perfessional service. I am out of state and purchased from the internet. Adam my salesman made the purchasing process an ease while I am hundreds of miles away. He was prompt and through and communicated well. Made sure everything went seamlessly. Great customer service.

The buying experience was wonderful!! Adamm and Kerry were nice! Adamm was very transparent with the information he gave us on the cars until we found the one. The Kerry was very awesome in explaining everything to us. Now I’m driving a great car that came with a great deal and experience!!!! I highly suggest them for anyone who is looking for a car!

We had an incredible buying experience here! All of the staff was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were never pushy and were all down to earth good hearted people who worked with us to get us into a perfect car for our family! They were also incredible with our kids while we were filling out paperwork- going out of their way to talk to them, joke with them, and even provided them with water and snacks. This was a wonderful experience and they will definitely have our business in the future!

Buying our new vehicle was a great and stress-free experience. The people are wonderful. No pressure, willing to answer my questions. Delivery experience was the most thorough I have ever experienced. Trent got in the vehicle with us and spent over an hour answering our questions and going through all the controls and systems with us. He was very well educated in the functions of the vehicle. Another salesman, David, was very helpful also. The Dossett father and son team are great people to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I bought my mom's car from these guys a year ago and when I cam in to buy my daughter's car, the salesmen remembered me and I was not just a number. No sales pitches, just straight talk both experiences. How much is answered with a dollar amount and not a sales pitch. Overall an absolute pleasure to do business with. The salesman I did business with was David Leatherwood, a great gentleman to do business with. Price negotiations went without a hitch. Was strait to the point and Mr. Leatherwood even went out in the rain to provide me with pics. I highly recommend this dealership for the purchase of your next auto new or used!

Left contact info with Dossett, they called me and gave me details of the car. I gave them info on my trade-in, then after they called back with a trade-in value, we agreed on a net price. They also detailed the car and I had to wait an hour or so until it was finished. Overall a great experience. All paperwork was handled quickly.
