I just purchased a new Lincoln MKZ at Dormans. It was easy to check their inventory online, they had a comfortable environment where I didn't feel pressured at all but with the variety and the prices I didn't need any pressure. I got the perfect car for me at a great price and a very low interest rate. The loan was approved on the spot, but because they have relationships with more than one bank, I got to choose the best loan for me and ended with a rate of just 6.9% APR. The salesman sat with me patiently and helped me through all the paperwork and helped to explain the process of buying and maintaining the car. Dorman's is my go to shop and I cant go wrong. There is no need for me to take chances with new dealers when they have everything I need and more. I would recommend them to anyone for a new purchase and for minor and major repairs and maintenance. Once you go here, there is no need to go anywhere else. Appreciated, Sean Cardoso

I have bought several cars now from Dorman's Auto, Great customer service. Always treated with respect, could not ask for a better used car sale group. From the owner, sales rep Brad, car repairs. I have never had a problem. Just traded in a car I bought from Dorman's two years ago and got another great deal, low mileages, great condition, great price.

i was pleasantly surprised when i came down to Dormans to look at a GTI. Bob and Brad were great in making sure it was the car i wanted and that it was within my budget. They weren't the usual "sell you anything" car salesmen. I would highly recommend that you stop by and talk with them if you like anything on the lot. I drove over an hour to look at the car i purchased and I'm glad i did! They worked with my credit which wasn't that great, found a great lender and had me on my way in my new car within a week.

I purchased a Nissan Altima from them at a great price and am so happy with it. I will definitely refer them to anyone looking to purchase a car.
