I am a single woman, and have been treated like an idiot by car dealers before for just that reason. The people at Don Wood Hyundai treated me with the utmost respect; they gave me a very fair amount to trade in my old car; and the whole process was simple, understandable and fast. I have another Hyundai that I purchased at another dealership where I previously lived. When I moved, I took it to Don Wood for service. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. When I decided to buy a second Hyundai, Don Wood was my choice. I called and spoke with Kody Howes who set up a time to meet and take a test drive. He was very helpful in finding me the vehicle I wanted. Financing was quick and easy.I love my new Hyundai thanks to everyone at Don Wood for finding me what I wanted and making owning my new Hyundai easy.

My husband i called in and asked for some information about specific vehicles. SAM got us all the information and called us back.He also gave us his brother Shawns information and told us he could help if he didnt have the vehicle we wanted. I called Shawn who was just as helpful with the information.We decided to go to hyundai because we were trading in a Kia which is the same company as Hyundai.Sam had everything ready and got us what we needed to pay off our trade. He also got us the right term rate and price we needed.The finance guy was great too. We just want to say it was the best time we ever had buying a car and these 3 guys were very good! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Hyundai. I was there about a month ago looking at 2013 Veloster Turbos. They had one of the only ones in the area. I told my salesman, Zach Delaney, where I needed to be at on monthly payment and term and after a few short phone calls he was able to get me exactly where I needed to be. The whole experience from the salesman to the business manager was not only quick and easy but fun. Very nice people who just want to help you get a car. Thank You Don Wood Hyundai

I talked to my cousin and she told me that Don Wood was able to get her financed. So i went in to see if it was possible for me to as well.When I got there I was greeted by a salesman, Sam Thompson. He asked some questions and told me he would do anything he could for me. He also told me that he was not like most, this ended up being very true.A long story short...he got me a great number for my trade and also the right used car for me.Well the banks needed certain things to finalize the deal. He continuously kept me informed and never gave up on me. It took 3 weeks for the banks but Sam got me that car! Thanks Sam.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A NEW OR USED CAR OR TRUCK. this dealership is a scam. absoultly terriable customer service. and if you buy a used car there with there warrenty they will only band aid the problem instead of take care of it because they dont want to loose money if theres an expensive issue. they lied to my fiance and told her it was NOT a rental car trade in when it was. and as most people know rental cars are beaten the crap out of. we were also told the car was compleatly serviced before we bought it (2012 hyundia sonata). we brought it in for its 1st oil change sence weve had it. they gave us a piece of paper which said they compleated a multi point car inspection for us. well everything was in perfect order according to them. but i decided to show them the air filter that was "replaced 3000 miles ago by them" and it looked as if it had never been changed in the 40,000 miles of the cars life. so it was like a double slap in the face. i even asked the service dept "how am i supposed to trust that the mechanic looked at anything on the car if this is concidered in perfect working conditon?" he then just proceded to apoligize and give me a "free" air filter. haha wow really. because it was replaced 3k miles ago so why should i need a new one? so there service dept is a joke. they just give you the run around and send you on your way. there mechanics. well i wouldnt trust them to put a lug nut on my wheel. and there sales dept are deciving, they lie, and they pressure you into a sale.
