I purchased my Honda CRV in January 2015. This was my first time buying a car without the help of a parent. Mo and Samer both made my experience pleasant and efficient. I needed a car right then, and they made sure I was able to get what I wanted and needed. I knew, without a doubt, that I was getting the best possible price on this car by purchasing from Don Carlton Honda. Since then, in dealing with the service/maintenance department, I have had nothing but professional and quality experiences. They always make sure I am 100% satisfied with the work. The staff at Don Carlton was extremely friendly and handle my vehicle with great care, the Express department did an awesome job with my oil change and I like the fact that I get my vehicle inspected with every service and my fluids topped off. Josh in express is very helpful and answered all my questions along with educated me on some of the technology in my vehicle. I'll be back for sure! The car wash was also a plus too, it feels like im leaving the same as when I bought the car brand new! Thanks guys!

Would not honor a warranty bought from then when we purchased our car from them. Horrible customer service! These people are beyond crooked. I will never again do any business with this company.

Firstly, I do not recommend this Honda dealer!!! And stay as far as possible from this dealer.They worked in my car and left oil patches in different places inside my car after replacing my starter. My dash board, steering seat looked dirty after they worked to replace my starter. And I had to replace it within a month of their 75, 000 maintenance check when they drained a lot of my money!!!!They are also a PARTS-BULLY!!! That means they sell parts at a very high cost...say for example $395 for a Honda Civic starter (October 2015)....a simple google search will reveal cost of a new starter, and they charged me 1.5 - 2 times the cost of a new part (market rate).I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealer, and I can bet most of these good reviews are done by their unprofessional staffs....whom you have to call and remind that you are waiting for a longgggggg time beyond their self imposed time limit to just what is wrong with your car.

I purchased my Honda Fit in 2012 from Don Carlton Honda and have had all of my service work done there since. I have not had a single bad experience in the 3 years I've been using them. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the prices are always affordable.My regular service adviser, Paul, does a wonderful job at making sure I understand what is being done to my car and always does his best to save me time and money.I will continue to use this dealership for my service needs and if I ever purchase another car, I'm sure I will buy it here. :)

Waited 3 hours to to get price and trade in value and got nothing but credit score. They told us they would call within an hr (had to get to sons t-ball tournament ), never heard anything 5 hrs later. Had to call 2 managers to get anywhere. We will NEVER EVER be back and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Waste of my time!

The staff was very friendly. We worked with a salesman and directly with the general manager. They attempted to sell us our car at "below cost" which happened to be $50 more than MSRP. When we noticed the deceptive price the salesman tried to justify by saying "well we took added Money to your trade-in value". The general manager stated honda did not make the pilot with black leather in anything other than the Touring model which proved to be incorrect as every other honda dealership in the area just so happened to have black leather in models other than the touring. Nice people, but they are definitely more interested in you driving a car off the lot than giving you a good deal.

Don't spend your money here! Service Dept. doesn't stand behind their work, staff is deceptive and overall this dealership/service dept. does not have good customer service. We paid $105 for an engine diagnosis that did not detect the problem, car broke down out of state, had to have it towed to a Honda dealer in MO who performed the same diagnosis and found the problem, they stated that the first diagnosis definitely should have revealed the issue if it had been performed thoroughly. I asked Don Carlton for a refund and they deceived me into bringing in another vehicle for needed repairs, stating they would "work with me" to provide services instead of issuing me a refund. I did not authorize additional services that I would be charged for, but instead asked how the price would be effected since they had me come in under the impression that they were working with me to provide goodwill repairs. Instead, the service manager left and I was charged for the additional repairs which I did not agree to. DECEPTIVE, SHADY dealership and service dept. Go somewhere else!

Took car for engine diagnosis, they charged $120 but did not notice bad engine exhaust valve! Paid another Honda dealer to do same diagnosis after car left my daughter stranded on turnpike. Second diagnosis found the issue and confirmed it should have been found with the initial diagnosis. Don Carlton refuses to refund the money I wasted on their incompetent diagnosis of engine problem.

In late October I purchased a 2009 Honda Civic from this dealership, it was the first car I test drove, and I loved it. They came down on the price for my dad and I by about $2000 which was nice, and we purchased the 5 year warranty plan as well which brought the car back to the original sticker price which I was fine with. What I wasn't fine with was the fact that it was such a hassle to get them to just change the windshield wiper blades and clean and detail the car while we did paper work. Overlooked it, I was happy with just getting approved for the car. Now I am two months down the road of owning this vehicle and in these two months I have had a flat tire, I've had to change the oil, and the battery is now dead. It would have been nice if they would have changed the oil since I didn't even drive 500 miles before I had to change it. And it would have been even more nice if they would have mentioned that the battery was the original battery and that it would probably die soon. But no. They're just money hungry and don't care. I'm really glad I wasn't traveling out of town for my job when my battery died, because I would have been up a creek without a paddle. Needless to say I'm very angry, and I will never recommend this dealership to ANYONE.

Mo is an excellent service manager with a great attitude with the willingness to work with you. We had the best experience we've ever had buying a car. Great price, great service, great atmosphere. it's what car buying should be.

While traveling from Chicago to Arizona our Odyssey van was disabled just outside of Tulsa and was towed to the Don Carlton Honda dealership.My wife and I,our 85lb Lab, and our 2 cats were treated wonderfully by the staff at this dealership,especially by our service advisor,Kristi Cates.The problem with the van was diagnosed and repaired.As it turns out,bolts had been inproperly installed in a wheel bearing repair that took place at a dealership in a neighboring state,that should remain unnamed. The bolts finally broke and rendered the van undriveable. It could have had tragic consequences since we had been traveling at interstate high speeds, prior to the incident. My wife and I want to again thank Kristi and the Don Carlton Honda staff for resolving our problem,getting us back on the road,and being so hospitable. Sincerely, Ron & Sue Steiner
