I'm a guy who works at home and I hate car shopping. I decided to look for challengers since it's the car that I wanted when I was a kid. I went to dodge city of McKinney few days ago to simply look around and have an idea of what kind of challenger I'm going to get. I didn't even plan on buying that day. Eric came and asked if I needed help. He talked to me professionally and I was comfortable talking to him. I told him what I wanted for my challenger. He pulled up a blue sxt plus challenger and man, it's the best thing I've ever seen. The interior color is black and white!! I've never seen anything like that before. We test drove and he went over the radio system of the vehicle. And I was impressed! Well I guess it was time for me trade my Honda Civic that I had for more than 8 years. He sold me that car. And I'd recommend Eric if ever I know anybody looking for a vehicle. (He's in the new car department)

Like most people we don't like buying cars however it was time for a new one. We considered a Ford, Infinity and Jeep. The Ford was nice and we were trading in our 2013 Ford Explorer, so Ford was high on the list. We went to Crest Infinity and the experience was exactly why we hate buying cars.... back and forth with the "sales manager" and left knowing we waisted two hours. When we went to McKinney Jeep they had exactly what they told us over the phone, the car was ready for a test drive and we knew within the first minute we wanted to buy from our Sales person Briggs. The experience was exactly what car buying should be... Also Fred, our finance guy, was great to deal with. This was the first new Jeep we have ever purchased. If you are looking for a new vehicle I would suggest you give Jeep a look, and if you are looking to buy a Jeep you do not have to look any further than Jeep of McKinney....... I'm sure all of the sales people are great but I'd suggest you ask for Briggs!!!!

Benjamin helped us out very well in looking for a first car. He was always in a good mood, walkin quickly to get this whole process done in about 3 hours. But had to wait a few more hours for it to get done with being detailed.

We live in NE Oklahoma, about 4 and a half hours away from Dodge City McKinney. I found a used vehicle that we liked and was priced better than in our area. I called and spoke with RT in Used Cars. He verified that the vehicle was there and available for us to see. When we arrived, the car was at the front of the dealership, ready for us. RT greeted us upon our arrival and invited us to drive the vehicle. After driving it, we decided to sit down with our salesman and make a deal. The vehicle was aggressively priced to sell, under Kelly Blue Book. This made it even easier to make a buying decision. From the time we arrived at Dodge City McKinney until we made the final signature, was just over 2 hours...pretty amazing!! RT was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, trustworthy and someone I felt very comfortable talking to and dealing with. I am now a Dodge City McKinney customer and would recommend them highly to anyone I come in contact with either personal or professional. The next vehicle we purchase will be from Dodge City. I would gladly make the long drive for a deal like this and to be treated as well as we were!!! Again, thanks RT!!!

Excellent experience with sales staff and Mr. Byron Munoz, Floor Sales Manager, and Salesman Jon Bacon, Coffee and water should be made available rather than just sporadically since the buying experience takes a few hours.

I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and a state inspection. They called me soon after I left to inform me that I didn't need an inspection due to new Texas laws. I was pleased with this news, but when I went to pick my car up, They didn't do any of the other work either and said nothing when I stated that I asked for an oil change and tire rotation as well. I got the impression they didn't really care.

We took our car in for service and have been very pleased with the quality of service from Ethan Roth. While our car was there for a couple of days, we looked at new Jeeps. Russell Hardin took the time to answer all my questions via phone and email. We bought the Jeep after some evaluation and was blown away by the experience. I would recommend Russell Hardin if you want a first class, low pressure buying experience. Our 2 younger boys even enjoyed the time as they were accommodating for them too.

I have been dealing with Leon Blackmon for about 5 years. Every time I either needed a vehicle to fit my financial needs, or if I wanted to upgrade he has always been upfront and honest with me. As for the dealership the facilities are clean, service is great, and Fred and CJ in finance make it easy signing paperwork. Couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. The vehicle I purchased was a 2012 ram 1500 crew cab hemi. Great truck, clean, and ready to go.

I had a great experience with purchasing my first car from dodge McKinney! Rodrick was the salmon that helped me through the process and i got there on a Wednesday at about 5pm while he was helping my finance get his new vehicle that same day and i was signing my papers and drove off the same night in a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. I love it and i loved the help i received!

Have been waiting 2 months for them to order a broken taillight they promised when. I bought a used car. Even though it was part of the deal. The sales guy Phil Brady has been pretty much lying to me. And their used car staff ignores me and tells that they know nothing and won't even look into the. Matter. My next step is to. Contact the GM or owner. Will update this after the confrontation

This was our 2nd time purchasing a vehicle at Dodge City Mckinney and the second time was just as good as the first. I have been buying cars from Russell Hardin for 10 years. I follow him where ever he goes! He has worked at this delearship for many years and always make the car buying process painless and easy. My dealings with the financial person when signing was also good although the star here is Russell. If you buy a car from him you will not be sorry.

My wife wanted to look at a car at McKinney Dodge. Lyon was our salesman. We called on the way there, and Lyon had the car my wife wanted to test drive ready, running, and heater going when we pulled in. We were test driving that car in less than 5 minutes. Lyon and the entire staff were great, no pressure, no fuss, answered our questions, but did not smother us. We test drive a lot of cars that day, at many, many dealerships. But, we went back to McKinney Doge. We called first, wanting another test drive on the same car, as we'd driven so many, we were getting them confused! Again, Lyon had the car ready, waiting, running, and heater blasting which was great on a cold day! Again, there was zero pressure. When we decided that was the car my wife wanted, the dealership made the process easy. They did everything they could before, during, and after the sale. The following day, my wife noticed that the inspection sticker was going to run out in like a week. We called them up, and they handled the whole thing. No cost to us, which was nice. Over all, it was a great buying experience, we got a great car, at a fantastic price. I would recommend calling Lyon at Dodge McKinney to anyone.

We had been looking for an SUV/Crossover type vehicle checking out many of the vechicles that fall into that class. My wife liked the Dodge Journey and its features best; and she liked the white exterior with a tan leather interior in a Crew version of the Journey. We had visited other Dodge dealters but we were unable to find a Dodge Journey Crew with Tri-Coat Pearl and tan interior. In searching Cars.com we found what we believed to be the vehicle she was looking for, and we contacted Russel Hardin via email asking for an internet price. Russell was quick with his response, and we discussed a date to take a test drive. Russell let us know about a rebate from Chrysler on this vehicle. We arrived and Russell took us for a test drive, and the wife was pleased and she said lets buy it! After verifying the purchase price was the same price we had discussed earlier we decided to purchase. Russell had shop personnel give the car a wash, and we proceeded with financing. Bob Jackson walked us through all the options, we made our choices, and Russell had the car ready to show us many of the features. He synched in the wifes phone with the vehicle bluetooth, went over the many things you can do with the 8 inch dash touch screen including the radio, heated seats, etc. The wife is very happy with this new Dodge Journery Crew and our thanks to Russell Hardin and Chrysler Jeep Dodge City of McKinney Texas for making the trip over from Fort Worth well "worth the drive"!

We were dealing with Phil Brady. This guy lied to us multiple times. Make sure you look at the internet prices. They were 3k lower than what the salesman stated. These guys do not like it if you do not use their financing. He even told us that it was a requirement for the Texas Title to get a SSN and a Homeland Security requirement of the Patriot Act. That was the whopper that sent me looking for more information on this dealership. When I called him out on the lies and stated I did not want to do business with him. The sales manager called me back to try and get me back. Then Phil called to say he never lies to customers and that he really would like to make up for the misunderstanding. He tried to make up for the understanding by offering me the same deal we originally had and said no one will make any money. What a class act.

When we entered the dealership, we were greeted by George Rutledge. He made us feel very comfortable. His personable nature and knowledge about the Chrysler we were looking for made us feel very comfortable. He spent quite some time with us and completely answered all of our questions. We bought the car and left with it that evening. George called to make sure that we had the answers to any questions that we had and told us to call him anytime. He also went out of his way to come to our home and program our garage door opener with the car. We highly recommend this dealership in McKinney and especially George.

I came from a bad experience at the Nissan dealership next door and happened to stumble into this dealership hoping to have a better experience. Donny Mac was my salesperson and was friendly and knowledgeable. He had the typical "salesman" approach, but was more relaxed personally than other salesmen I've interacted with. His manager, Shaun, was beyond friendly and was fair with his price for my "new" used car. Seeing as how this was my first car to purchase, I wanted to make sure I received a good deal. Both Donnie and Shaun were patient and understanding of my concerns. Overall, I am very pleased with this dealership and would HIGHLY recommend!

Been to Several " Car Lots" looking for someone that knew something about trucks, and would help me not just sell me. Spoke with first salesman named Joel, and he was so nice , but really didn't understand trucks, went over to an older gentleman named David Sailors, he not only was very nice , he was also very knowledgeble he knew more than all the other sales people combinded, not only did he show me the truck, he test drove us,showed all the features, helped the other salesman(Joel) Wow , never pressured us, got our other truck appraised . Stayed after 8 that night making sure the vehicle was satisfactory after we bought. Has called us three times just to make sure we were pleased. Never had someone that really made us feel special. I took my Jeep in for it's 1st oil change 11/19/12 and could not believe how fast it was done. Josh met me on the drive-up area and in less than 30 minutes Josh came to me with my keys and a coupon for Jeep accessories. You have a customer for life

I had previously visited this dealership and was very dissatisfied with the salesman that approached us bc he spoke to my boyfriend rather than myself, even though he knew the vehicle was for me. After several months of looking and contemplating, I returned, as they had the vehicle I wanted. I had visited the Honda dealer nearby and was told to request a particular salesman in the internet dept. He was not available that day and I was given another internet salesman to speak with and am so happy. Callan was courteous, accommodating, personable and even kept in contact on his day off. On my purchase day, I was a bit dismayed that the buying process took so long. However, Callan was sure to keep us company and updated on the "play-by-play" as each step was completed. If you go here, be sure to work with Callan, and ONLY Callan!

I had been shopping for a new truck for a while. I live in Tyler, TX. I was shopping online and found the perfect truck at a dealer near Dallas. So, my wife and I headed there to buy my new truck. On the way my wife was looking some ads on her phone and we found the exact same truck at Dodge City for about $1200 less.

Similar experience to previous review. Emailed for info on a vehicle, rec'd a response to call. Called, left message, never heard back. Called again, left another message, never heard back. I will say one thing, the person answering the phone was very friendly, just never heard from salesperson. Must be good times, lots of customers, no worries, I can take my money elsewhere.

I emailed and question and go tno response. I called and got put on hold for a long time. I called around 3:30 PM and spoke to rep to see if vehicle still available; he did not know; said he would go outside and check and call me back, but he never called back.

We recently purchased a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan from Dodge City of Mckinney,TX. This is the correct name of the dealership. The main salesman was extremely helpful as I browsed their lot and came back after visiting other dealerships. I had a second salesman ride with me for a test drive. He was very helpful answering questions about the vehicle features. Both salesmen led me through the sale process which gave me an acceptable price. The finance person worked hard on getting our financing. I am very satisfied with the whole buying process.

My 19 year old son went to this dealership today to inquire about a headlight replacement/repair- said the man was rude from beginning to end of conversation- and wanted $500 to replace light? He has decided his next car will be a Challenger but will purchase it when the time comes from any number of other Dodge dealers in the area.
