I purchased my Toyota 4 runner on February 8th,traded my car of which they forgot to pickUp,until I called them when I was served papers, and the car belong to them. I asked to speak to the owner because of the problem I am having and they gave me a man named Charles that wanted me to tell them where the car was ,so they could pick it up, I did. They originally promised me an extra set of keys and made 2 trips, no keys. I finally made a appt and 2 and half hours later, the salesman came out and gave me the original key and 2 generic keys, I guess they made and told me not to use the original key, when I questioned him, he kept walking. I put the key in the car and was driving home and xx engine light came on/Trac light/ and VSC light,he told me to bring it back the next week, I did and they fixed it until I got down the road ,all 3 lights came on. I called the dealership and after spending 8100 dollars on a car ,they told me to take it to a Toyota Dealership! REALLY! I cancelled the gap insurance and the finance guy will not call me back or my banker to let us know what is going to happen to my funfs. Soo 800 dollars on a GAP insurance and 8100 and they do not care about you, as a matter of fact, I told the finance guy while he was taking my money that I looked at the reviews, he said they don't care, and Believe me, they don't, take your money elsewhere, do not be like me, out of 8100 dollars, xx engine light coming on and 2 and having to take it to a Toyota Dealership and 800 floating somewhere and no communication w,dealership at all.

I purchased a 2010 Dodge Nitro 8 months ago and had constant problems with the vehicle. After 8 months of issues I went back to dealership to get out of vehicle. Mind you this is not something that any dealer would have to do but they were very helpful in getting me into a reliable vehicle. 2015 Nissan Altima. Everyone there was very helpful and I would recomment this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you Dick Smith Nissan

deceptive charges. hand written fees, under company discount credit, no follow-up on recall of bag replacement. bought daughter new car elsewhere. salesperson, old friend.

This was the worst experience of my life. The dealer was nice to me until it was time to talk numbers. They tried to charge me 2k more than the vehicle was listed and said they could give me a 10 percent interest rate for a 2012 Nissan frontier SV crew cab. When I told him I was pre-approved for 3.9% he said I was lying. The business manager said I should look for a little less truck because I couldn't get that for the price. When my father and I decided to leave he insulted my dad saying he was sorry he can't understand how these things work. The GM was just as dumb. Building is ran poorly from the top down. This dealership practices in borderline illegal sales tactics. I ended up getting a 2015 Nissan Frontier SV Crew cab with 3,500 miles on it for 2 thousand less dollars and at my goal interest rate. Will only go to Bob Richards Nissan. Their whole staff was helpful.

Barren Pilgrim and Rob Valentine were two of the worst salesmen I have ever encountered. They were rude and completely pressured us to buy a car.

The salesman and GM were deceiving and excuse makers to hide their incompetence in this transaction. Only interested in making a sale and NOT customer satisfaction afterwards. I bought a Certified pre-owned vehicle, NOT just a used vehicle, big difference. Very bad customer service. Will never shop there again, nor will I suggest this dealership to potential car buyers. BUYERS beware at this place.
