We dealt with Kathy for our purchase. She was very courteous and helpful in what we were looking for. We discussed various options and I'm pleased to say she came up with the right package deal for what we needed. She found all the discounts we could use and helped us pick out the right accessories we were awarded with. She showed us all the various touch screens and also helped set up phones, radio channels and other options. My son will be looking for a vehicle soon and we are looking forward to working with Kathy again.

They were fantastic! We visited with Scott to see if they could look at my window vents because they started lifting. He was not sure they could because it was a Saturday and had such a small crew. Well it turns out they did look at them and when they tried to fix them they just broke. They ended up replacing all of them for me. We were not expecting them to do that and was very appreciative of the service we get from Denny Menholt! From Mike in Sales to Scott in Service we won't go anywhere else for a vehicle!!

The sales person went out of his way to give us a car that would be great for our family and made sure we were getting a good deal and soon enough we found out that it was cheaper getting a new car vs a used car. The salesman Tony Eleazer is unbelievable, he comes out to my house and pick up my Equinox to bring it in for a oil change, he told me he would do this for me as long as I own it. I bought a Chevrolet Equinox LS AWD from Tony, he has taken very good care of me. He and service is a 10 in my book, I'm telling everyone I know my story, this is not a Fairy Tail. I never heard of a Salesman coming out to picking up your vehicle, getting it service and washing it and bring it back to you...

Great dealership for service. They took excellent care of my new Z06. Service was timely and my car was as perfect when they were done as it was going in. A couple of minor recalls and an oil change were completed. I wouldn't suggest that a Corvette owner go ANYWHERE else for service !

He also provided expert after sale service to explain in detail the multi-faceted display, and infotainment systems to a total rookie C7 driver.His thoroughness in communicating the GM order progress in a timely manner allowed me to feel confident that I had made the right choice in "Dealer" and customer support.

I made an appointment for alignment and service. Met with Jon Thiel maintenance Technician who has performed most of the maintenance on my vehicle and talked about issues. He and the maintenance supervisor took the vehicle for a test ride. All in all superb visit and I feel like my vehicle is being well looked after.

Denny Menholt Service Department has provided me with excellent customer service. I brought my Traverse in for a follow service check-up of an AC/Heating system issue. The problem was resolved, and I was scheduled to pick up my car the same evening. I have a very hectic work schedule and two teenage daughters, so could not make it work to pick up the car before closing. I planned to get the car the following morning. Another scheduling issue arose, and I wasn't able to make it that morning. I called Gus, my service writer and explained my situation. He had one of the techs take the Service Manager's personal vehicle to pick me up at my house and bring me to the dealership. My car was waiting and ready to go, Gus took care of the paperwork and I was on my way to my next appointment -- and on time!! Gus has been exceptional in meeting all my needs and provides stellar customer service. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle service except Denny Menholt Chevrolet!

I dropped the car off previous night for service the next day. I had to inquire and call to see if vehicle was finished, In the afternoon. I was a little disappointed that it was not washed but did receive a Car wash certificate for use in next 30 days. I also asked when service for transmission check and other motor checks likea tune up, I was informed I would be notified .

Yesterday morning the check engine light came on in our car as we prepared to head out of town. So we were a bit desperate as we needed to try and make our destination & meet our deadline so we stopped in last minute & of course the service shop was very busy but our representative, Don King fit us in anyway. Service did a great job on the vehicle and Toni was very helpful in explaining all the issues with the vehicle and how it was going to get fixed. One item Menholt needs to fix-on the last item of the bill, there is a charge of $48 for shop charges, but in fine print on each page it states a maximum of $42 for these charges. Unfortunately I was in a hurry to leave and I didn't catch this until I got home and reviewed the bill. If the fine print is going to state a maximum of $42 then the system that figures out the percentage should be capped at $42, not get to $48.

Everyone I dealt with from the Chevrolet Roadside Assistance Agent (Eleanor) to the local contracted tow/transport (Hanser's Automotive) to the service rep at Menholt Chevrolet, (John Murray) were extremely caring and accommodating. Mt Traverse is back on the road in just 1 day and seems to be repaired just fine.

We were on vacation from Ohio heading to Glacier National Park and our AC stopped working. Don King was able to get us in to fix the AC first thing the next morning. There was no cost because we had an extended warranty. Overall, we were very pleased with their excellent service department. Thanks!

No payment plans offered for excess repairs that were needed but too costly to repair at this time. (Toni Spaulding) performed great customer service.

I brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. They gave me a ride home and when the work was completed they called and then came and picked me up. As a retired veteran I have been to a lot of dealerships. Some were great. But when I brought my family to Denny Menholt, every other dealership became inferior in every way. The second my foot touched Dennys lot I was approached and helped. When inside, the building and staff gave the appearance of perfection. Every staff member shined withe the confidence to do anything. When we met our dealer Tony Eleazar we already had the feeling of family. Before any business was even discussed Tony looker me in the eye and shook my hand as he thanked me for my military service. He was extremely knowledgable, kind, and did everything he could to find my perfect car. And when the cat that we were hunting down had been sold, the manager stepped in and offered a deal I couldn't refuse. So from the bottom of our hearts, the Flood family is eternally great full for Tony and his team. We are family now, and we would only go to Denny Menholt.

It was a new car. It was the first oil change on it and they spilled oil all over it when they were refilling it I am assuming. I had a oil spot on my floor where it run down on the inside of the engine compartment.

I brought my impala in for a noise it was making. They put some kind of engine bracket on but the noise is still there. I'm taking it in again tomorrow. Hopefully problem will be fixed. Frustrated about my car problem however Travis is awesome and takes care of things! !!

Although I was only coming to set up an appt for an ignition recall and to buy windshield wiper blades, I was treated very well. I was met outside in front of the doors and escorted to each area needed. The appt was set up for the following morning by Travis Staton who was nice and knowledgeable. The service was done, and I received a phone call as such as well as making sure there was nothing else about the car that I wanted done. Overall, the customer service was excellent and accommodating.

I called and got an appointment the same day. 2 days before Christmas and I had transmission lines output shaft seal all front end parts and alignment all completed in one day . And the vehicle is performing perfectly. Very happy and will use them again for service

I work solely with Darrell South and I have recommended him to others. He his the best one there. If I have questions, he answers them. My truck was overheating once and he had me bring it in immediately and he fixed it. I once had to go to another person in the service dept. since Darrell was out sick and wasn't as satisfied. I feel like the service rep/ liason (John Murray) actually listens to my concerns even though he is very busy. My questions are answered fully. At other dealerships I have felt somewhat disregarded and not taken seriously because I am a lady customer. I feel like my business is appreciated at Menholt Chevrolet. This is important to me.

I had body work on my front end. I found that the hood was not even with the fender on one side. Then my headlights pointed at the ground. These are not fixed yet. Car was not washed or cleaned which I would think a $6000 repair would warrant. I get a car was with and oil change just to compare. If you are repairing a front end wouldn't it be logical to alingn headlights, check fit of new parts. I also have more wind noise on driver door but I will let that go. I would not let a friend use Denny Menholt for body repair.

We were extremely pleased with the Menholt service department. Rick was polite, informative and worked with us to get us in to his busy Saturday schedule. He listened to us and knew we had a very short window of time in Billings as we live 4 hours north and don't get into Billings very often. He moved some other mechanics around to accommodate our vehicle. Recently my 2004 Silverado would not shift into park, instead of running around to one of the many mom & pop service center and hoping that they could make the repairs, I went to the local Chevy dealer. Even though their cost are higher than the mom and pop service stations, you are guaranteed to get the job done right the first time. No returns necessary, and they drove me to work and picked me up when the vehicle was ready. Great facilities also, the break room is complete with TV, complimentary coffee and pasties. If you wait for your car, the break room will make the wait a little more tolerable.

We tried for months to work with many other dealers to find a specific type of work truck. Only a couple individuals would even call or email back regarding our inquirings. The sales person a Menholt, Chris Kerr, reponded to all our requests and notified us when a unique truck came in for resale. At that time the best service really began. Mr. Kerr would generally respond to my endless questions with minutes or hours. We knew the truck was the right fit for our business before we traveled 300 miles to test drive. The technical staff was right there to confirm or last minute questions. The buying process was extremely easy and comfortable. One month later they are still available for tech support. We are extremely satisfied.

They followed up with phone calls to inform me that parts were in and were very friendly. They worked with GM and were able to help us out financially with some repairs that were needed.
