this sales people were very arrogant and rude I try two different salespeople and they were the same rude and arrogant. maybe that day was a busy day for them, seal I will never going back there again

Overall good experience buying a used Jeep Wrangler, down-to-earth sales staff, no pressure bargaining, respect for customer. Apppreciate being able to negotiate a deal over the phone prior to going there, as I was a somewhat long-distance buyer. The Jeep met my expectations, and Ken lived up to his promise for any post-sale issues. Would definitately recommend this dealership.

I totaled my mini van and needed a used one to replace it. Spent weeks on internet reading reviews and pricing. Finally decided on a Dempsey mini van advertized online. Called Max and it was smooth sailing. The next day when I went in and bought it. Max was very patient with my questions and concerns. He explained everything carefully. When I made an assumption that the van had a feature it actually lacked he pointed out my error, The day after I brought it home the oil light went on. Took it over and Max checked the oil for me. It was good and light went out. However, next day it came on again and stayed on during several stops while I was running errands. The next day I called Max and he met me at the service department. He explained to them what was going on and they changed a bad switch at no charge to me. I totally trust Max and would buy from him again. One of the good used car salesmen!

I was pleased with the quick response. I did not purchase car as the owner came back and bought it back. They notified me immediately so I did not drive 4 1/2 hours to see car. Both gentleman I talked to were very nice and not pushy. Supplied info on car.

I am very happy with the way I was treated during my purchasing process at Dempsey. My sales friend Larry listened to what I could afford did not push at all. I can't same enough about the Craig the business manager. He was understanding, flexible and helped me make sure I stayed in my budget, but still purchase the vehicle I was hoping to get. These are the best two guys if you want helpful and friendly, I will send everyone that is looking for a vehicle their way. Thank You

Superb customer service! I was referred to Dempsey Dodge Chrysler Jeep by USAA's Preferred Car Buyer Program and was impressed at every level. Ken is the best in internet/sales I have ever encountered. Professional, attentive and respectful of every request I made. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and was extremely patient with my multitude of vehicle inquiries. Chris in Parts was superb in putting together a fantastic deal on my accessories for my new Jeep, and Craig in Finance was very personable in processing both my warranty questions and purchase speedily. I wholeheartedly recommend Dempsey Jeep Dodge over all the Western Chicago Suberb dealers - I've been to them all, even purchased from two of them in the past. Dempsey has won a lifelong customer!!

I called on a car and was excited about buying it. Quickly I found out that I was wasting my time. The sales person was rude and not willing to negotiate. I have heard this before but now experienced it first hand.

We went in to purchase a 2006 Minivan. The professionalism and service made us feel like we were at a high-end luxury store. Our salesman, Ken, was great, very knowlegable, and did not pressure us at all. All the managers and other staff were awesome as well. The showroom feels like a ski lodge. They offer free loaner vehicles as well, which are pretty old, but its not a huge deal. The sales offices need updating as well. Those are the only things that could be changed. I would reccomend this dealer to all my friends and family.

My salesman Alberto was very pushy when we where trying to buy a used car, our salesman did absolutely nothing we asked when it came to the loan process, me and my wife where looking at a used car for her, the salesman used me as a co signer on the loan without my permission, tried to give me well under trade in value for my used vehicle, told us our car that they haven't even seen was garbage, the sales manager was just as rude, in a scale from 1-10 I give Dempsey a 0 for friendly customer service we will never suggest ANYONE to this dealership

We had picked out a very specific car on their website, we instantly fell in love. There was no doubt we were going to buy this car, especially since the private financing was already in place all we had to do was drive it check it out and sign the papers. The salesman we talked to on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. Once we decided this was in fact the car we wanted it was time to sign the paperwork. Up to this point everything was great... salesman, facility, other accommodations while we waited but from the moment we stepped into "Craigs" office to sign the papers it went downhill and fast. He was condescending, rude, in a rush to get us out of the dealership, questioned every piece of paperwork we had for financing even though they were Bank documents, not hand written in crayon by us, which was how he was treating us. He made rude comments about the salesman, even though his complaints to his colleagues had no grounds. He second guessed the advertised price of the vehicle even though we did not ask for the price to be lowered AT ALL... Because of Craig we will never be back. To everyone else there...great job.

I've told everybody I know how easy and smooth this purchase was. I'm sure there sick of hearing about. I seen a used car online at their dealership that was exactly what I was looking for. It was about 300 miles away so I tried a few other dealerships within 150 miles to settle for something closer. After getting screwed with and 2 days lost, out of frustration I called Max at 2:00 PM. He arranged for the car to come closer to me and handled everything over the phone. By 7:00 PM that evening I signed the papers and was driving it home. Love the car. Max was really helpful even on his day off. I'm sure the rest of the sales team is great, but Max would definitely be someone I would go to again. Best car buying experience I've had.

Found my dream car at Dempsey's, a 2008 Charger SXT Dub Edition. Despite having a hard time getting a loan with my wife's credit along with mine Steve maintained a positive attitude and was very optimistic about getting us in that car, while we are waiting for our loan to get approved I wrote this review because no other dealer despite having taken a look at our credit has made me feel secure about this, no matter if we are approved or not this has been so far an excellent experience. Thanks Steve!

I just purchased a 2013 Town & Country and had a very enjoyable experience. The sales staff are super friendly and are not pushy like other dealers are. I definitely recommend these guys for your next purchase.

It has been almost a year since i bought my 05 ford explorer from Dempsey. I found the car online and did everything over the phone. I dont remember who helped me, but the process was painless and very easy. They even delivered the car to my house over 250 miles away. I have since tried buying cars through other dealers online or over the phone and wish they had the same customer service that dempsey has. I am writing this review now because of the difficulties i have had dealing with other dealerships. i had no idea how good dempsey treated me until i tried buying from other dealers. i would recommend dempsey to anyone and everyone.
