My girlfriend and I bought our first new car the other day from DeLand Nissan working with Chase Wiese. As first time buyers at a dealership, I wanted to make sure we got the best deal and Chase was awesome. He listened to all of our concerns, was easy to talk to and understanding, and made the whole process enjoyable. I hate to haggle prices and I hate being pushed to buy something, Chase did neither. We had a really outstanding experience. Before purchasing the car, we had spoken with a few other associates at DeLand Nissan and other places and in the end we probably wouldn't have purchased the car and would have headed to Toyota instead if it wasn't for Chase. I least my 1st new car yesterday the whole process was great . I talked on the phone with Kory on Saturday , and he said he had what I wanted . I went their Monday ,and he was not there . I thought this might be a Problem . Ron Mustardo said Hell:o to us and confirmed everything that Kory already said . That was great . The whole thing was fast and easy .The Sales Manager Ken came over to help with everything to. What a Dealership , what a sales team , and every one worked together. The Finance Manager Howard was great to 123 I was done signing papers. Everyone should buy their car at Deland Nissan from Ron & Kory .and Howard and Ken.

I bought some cars and trucks over the years , and today I went into Deland Nissan ,and Ron Mustardo said hello to me and my son and we bought a 2011 pre owned Nissan Frontier . It was that easy . It never was that easy . I was very pleased . Then we met Ryan Hopkins the finance manager , and he was very good . We were all done in 1.5 hours, that was fast . Everyone needs to go to Deland Nissan and see Ron and Ryan .

We were looking for a new car yesterday , and pulled into Deland Nissan in the pouring rain . Ron Mustardo came out to meet us with a umbrella and took us 1 at a time in side so we did not get wet. This was the 1st time we were ever there . We spent some time picking the right car out , and we found it . Then we went inside and worked the details . His Financed Manager Howard then did the paper work .What a great sales team and Dealership . If you want a new car that's the place to go.

This is my third brand new Nissan I have purchased from DeLand Nissan. My salesman Charles "Chuck" Newcomb was very friendly and nice and got me into my 3rd new Nissan from DeLand Nissan. Chuck showed us around the dealership and explained everything I needed to know. He also had another young man show me my owners manual and controls on the dash and wheel and set up my hands free Bluetooth for me. He also introduced my husband and I to the owner Kurt Dye and Jennifer in the service department. Although my credit isn't the best and I have an unpaid student loan hanging over my head the nice young man in the finance department -Ryan- was able to get financing at a reasonable simple interest rate for me thru NMAC. Ryan was even able to issue my tag in his office and gave me my plate with the sticker valid to my birthday of next year. It was nice not to have to wait for it. I took my truck back in to the service department because the arm rest/door handles inside the cab were not attached correctly and Jennifer fixed the front one and has ordered the clips to hold the bottom of the rear drivers side arm rest/door handle to the door. The service department is very nice and I am glad I purchased the extra "gold" warranty. I am very happy with my V6 4.0L Nissan Frontier SV Crew Cab. It has a lot of power to get up and GO. It handles very well and the steering is very responsive like riding a motorcycle, if you look that way, you go that way. I really need to sit in the driveway and figure out all the little gadgets on the wheel and radio because I have to watch carefully where I am going and keep a close eye on the speed because it rides so smooth you're up to 80mph and feels like 30mph. I've accidentally spun the rear tires a few times too...I feel a lot safer getting onto 95 south at Hwy 44 now since the semi's don't always move over to let you in. I would recommend my friends and family to see Chuck Newcomb at DeLand Nissan to purchase their next vehicle. He's been selling for Nissan for a long time and knows what he's doing and does what he's supposed to do. Thank-you Chuck for my new truck from DeLand Nissan Nissan!!!

Bought four automobiles from these professional folks. Feel like extended family. I have bought many automobiles over the decades. Take it from a lover of cars, Nissan is an exceptional product. The Pathfinder is best in class. The Rogue is incredible, my girlfriend loves her Rogue. Smart move guys. Also very courteous staff at this dealership, they go the extra mile. After having been to another dealership which failed us miserably, we were somewhat skeptical upon arriving where we unfortunately waited nearly a half hour to be approached by a rep. I just purchased my fourth new car from this dealership, so that should give you some idea of how I feel. Chuck Newcomb was my sales person for all purchases. He has always been extremely helpful with the buying process. The first three cars I purchased off the lot. I discussed my objectives with Chuck and he helped me narrow things down and get the right car (at the right price). The most recent purchase was a "made to order" car that Chuck helped me configure based on data available in the computer (the 2016 Maxima had not yet started shipping at the time that I ordered). Well, the car was delivered and I am very happy, indeed! Kory Gaeta (the Internet guy) was also very helpful with getting me additional information on some of the options. And finally, Ryan Hopkins wrapped up the deal with the financial matters. They have a great team which makes buying here a pleasure. Oh, and since I've had three other cars and had all my service needs taken care of by this dealership, I can honestly tell you that they put customer service as a very high priority.

I purchased a Rogue Nissan. The sales person was awesome Chris Christian however I'm not satisfied with the Rogue Nissan. It really is not the automobile of my choice. As a single woman going on a car lot with teens was an experience in itself. It took two days to complete the transaction one reason being it was on a Saturday; I arrived at 12:30 pm and left about 3:30 pm to return on Sunday (Mothers Day). I looked around the car lot & I test drove 2 vehicles. It was a very drawn out process and I purchased an automobile I don't like.

Within a few hours I was able to narrow down a very decent amount of choices and to a vehicle that fit my personality, budget and need. Thomas Clark took time to answer any question about all the vehicles we test drove. He was upfront and understanding of my familys needs. I called Deland Nissan after getting frustrated with the dishonest tactics from a local dealer in Orlando. I wanted to make sure that they had the car I was looking for before I made the drive. I spoke to Chuck Newcomb, and he very quickly checked the inventory and said they did have the car. He even took the time to walk outside and double check that it was on the lot and call me back so I wouldn't waste a drive up. He quickly greeted me and was very friendly and helpful through the whole experience. He and the team were also honest with me as we worked a deal. I came later in the day, so they all stayed late to work the deal and even helped me set up my Bluetooth and navigation systems. After a frustrating experience in the morning, it was very nice to work with pleasant people. I recommend visiting this team to buy a new Nissan!

I have leased three vehicles from Deland Nissan now. My friend leased a Sentra and the youg salesman was very courtesy and that is why I leased my first vehicle (Pathfinder) from there. When times got hard for me I went back to trade in the Pathfinder, a car and trailer and got a Altima. Chuck Newcomb was the salesman. I got almost what I expected from him at that time. Then when I was able I went back to get a truck. Chuck was still there so I dealt with him. I wanted a soft topper for the back and in the deal I was suppose to get it for cost. When the topper came in I took my truck there and got it put on. I was not suppose to be charged for the installation. Now is when the troubles started. I paid for the topper and installation and left because I had to go to work. I forgot about it for a while then I had a problem with the radio volume knob. Took the truck in and was told a new radio would be ordered. I asked about the installation fee and the service person said they would check on it. A month later no phone calls so I call Deland Nissan and talked to a person saying he was the service manager. I explains at the radio and a month has passed with no calls and I told him about the installation fee. I was told he would call me back. Long story short, I kept getting the run around, Chuck has told me twice it is not his job, service tells me it is not their fault. Will two months plus later the radio finally got replaced and still no word from Chuck about the installation fee. So since I have been getting lousy or untimely service and Chuck keeps avoiding doing his job since he got his money and has an I do not care attitude. I will never do business at Deland Nissan again. One last thing: service has gotten a little better but no where near enough to do business there again. I will take my vehicles there for service but will not lease another vehicle from there.

I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Versa from this company. The salesman (Kory Gaeta) that setup the purchase for me was true to his word throughout the entire purchase. A few hours after buying the car I started reading over the contract of my purchase and I realized that I wasn't happy with the amount of money that I was paying for the extended warranty that I added to the deal (a couple thousand dollars were added to the amount of money that I had financed. Yet my interest rate was dropped considerably to keep my monthly payment amount low. So I immediately brought the signed contract back into the dealership. And the finance guy (Sam Brutus) was very kind and patient with me, and he wrote up a new contract with me that was even a little better than what I had hoped for. I couldn't be happier with my experience dealing with this company so far. I totally recommend doing business with Kory Gaeta and Sam Brutus.

Excellent experience with our sales representative Kory Gaeta. Initial contact was by phone. Went to the dealership and drove the Frontier. Told him that my wife and I were heading to a meeting and could not spend time negotiating a deal. Left the dealership. Within one hour, Kory called me back with a purchase price, including taxes, tags and dealer prep. Went back to the dealership the next day and drove away with my new Frontier. No pressure to up-sale me on options I did not want. The experience with the finance manager was fantastic. No pressure and was polite and professional.

I contacted Deland Nissan about a Rogue that I saw in their inventory on line. Korey Gaeta contacted me quickly and we talked and emailed for a few days. The chats and emails were nice and not pushy so I talked with my husband and we decided to take the hour ride to Deland Nissan. We were met by smiling Korey who had the Rogue right out front for us. We all know how buying a car goes at most dealers, the sharks, the tiring negotiations, the relenting salesman who just wont let you leave. Well this dealer is definitely not like other dealers. I walked into Deland Nissan with a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta lease that I was just tired of after 26 months and 19k miles. Looking to lower my payments, and get something a little nicer I decided while visiting the area from Miami to give Nissan a shot. I loved the new Altima so it was a good place to start. Upon my arrival to the dealer I was greeted by Chuck Newcomb. I've been around the car buying game quite sometime so I asked Chuck how long he'd been in the business followed by get ready to work hard for the sale. He assured me he was up for the challenge. After asking what my needs were we began browsing the lot for my new Altima. I knew before going in after researching online that I wanted the Java Metallic (the most beautiful color Altima ever). We browsed the lot and just couldn't seem to find the model and color. So I decided on Black for a secondary. After the test drive, I wasn't impressed, with the color of the car that is, the car itself was perfect. While sitting in the office with my father and Chuck he quickly noticed my lack of satisfaction and knew this color wasn't the one for me. He quickly called the inventory manager who discovered the 3 brown Altima's were parked in the back. As soon as he pulled the car up I knew my car was there. We began working numbers, I put poor Chuck and his legs through a workout. After not being able to settle on a number I was satisfied with, I was ready to leave. Chuck told me take the car to lunch, mull it over, and come back after. Nissan was willing to absorb my old vehicle completely to get me into the new Altima lease. This was what sold me on the offer, but I still had to decide on the numbers. After lunch we went back and again went back to work on the numbers. I wasn't being pressured into the vehicle, I was trying to pressure them into giving it to me. Finally after looking at the SL model as well, and realizing the SV had everything I needed for 3 years, we settled on a number, While it wasn't quite the number I wanted, it was a deal that I couldn't pass up. This dealership, especially Chuck, went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. I never get my vehicles in Miami, and since most of my family lives in Deland I chose to shop there. I will def recommend this dealer to everyone. My Altima is probably one of my favorite cars so far, and if I stay with Nissan, I'll definitely be getting my next one from Chuck, and the entire Deland Nissan team. Thanks for all your help guys! Mr. Sean McCarthy is the MAN to see when you are looking to purchase a new car. My husband and I had scheduled an apt. with him and he was rignt on time! He even had the Altima models lined up so we could decide on what we wanted. And to top it off my husband could not decide upon which color Nissan Altima 2014 he wanted. So, Sean lined the two colors up side by side so, we could get a better picture at the 2 cars. Now, this was the high light of the whole car buying experience. This was the best car buying experience thus far, because my husband and I did not feel rushed to make a purchase and when my husband asked for time to talk in private Sean was very polite and informed us to take our time. He even set up my phone to the bluetooth system and my husband's phone to the bluetooth system. Honestly, I would have not know how to do this at all. Lol. Even though our monthly payment was a just a little higher than expected. We are still pleased because we purchased the GAP insurance and the maintance plan. Can you say 3 years of free oil changes!!! Now, this was the highlight of the night. My 7 year old son even said that Sean is cool. So, if you are ever looking to purchase a new or used vehicle Sean is your guy. He is such a people's person and so down to earth. He understands the struggle if you know what I mean! When I first started looking for a new car I received a call from Sean McCarthy from Deland Nissan. My wife and I decided to ride by there to see what the new Altima was like to drive. Another couple had walked in shortly before we got there so Sean asked if we wouldn't mind if Ed Romero took us for a test drive. Ed explained the many features the Altima had to offer as he showed us the varied selection they had at the dealership. My wife picked out a car to test drive and Ed went to get a key. She saw another car she liked more so he went back and got that key instead. As she was getting settled behind the wheel he explained how the options worked to customize mirrors, seat, steering wheel position etc. to her needs. As she drove he answered our questions about the car. Then I had a chance to drive the car on the way back to the dealership. When we got back Ed explained the finance options. We decided to purchase the car and he went through the process to get the paperwork started. Then Alex Muniz walked us through the different forms and options for warranties to protect our investment in the car. Soon, we were ready to drive home our new car. Sean went over more details of the car, he even set my wife's phone up on the Bluetooth in the process. He and Ed both congratulated us on our purchase, gave us their cards and offered to continue to help with any of our questions that came up in the future. All in all it was a quick and painless transaction. My wife has already gone back for a free car wash!

In the last 7 days I have personally purchased 2 vehicles and brought a friend who also purchased one. 4 years ago I also bought a Titan from them. I have to say this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with from sales, to finance, to service. These guys treat you with respect, and have the best customer service. I dealt with Kory and Ken (Sales and Sales Manager), and both made sure I was happy with the deal and were respectful of my time as well (where will you find that?!) The service department is also top notch, I have a relationship with all the service advisers and they know my vehicles. They answer all your questions and get you in and out right away. What I like most is they don't try to rip you off when something has to be done out of warranty. I do a lot of modifications on my truck and sometimes I don't have time to finish a project or need a look over to make sure I didn't screw something up. Where other dealerships would gouge you these guys work with you which is why I bring more and more to them. Pretty good tactic if you ask me.... provide excellent service, pricing, and great workmanship keeps people coming back, novel idea right. So to end my monologue, seriously this dealership really is legit, and will treat you right. I have read the reviews and nothing is 100%; all vehicles break down and you always take a risk buying new or used, but what these guys will do is stand behind the vehicles they sell and the ones they service. If you are not happy I suggest speaking to the GM which, by the way, is right there in the trenches making sure people are getting taken care of. So if you are leaning towards another dealer and are not sure, I highly recommend you give these guys a shot first they will get you taken care of.

I would reccomend this dealer to anyone. I was looking at older 350zs at several smaller dealerships thinking that I wouldn't be able to get financing on a newer vehicle due to some credit issues. However, after having ALOT of my time wasted a smaller dealers I decided to try out DeLand Nissan. I dealt with Gary Coleman and he was great. Since the moment I set foot out of my car, my family and I were greeted by Richard. Walked us through some things that I was interested in and gave me some space to roam around. He came back quickly after and I was test driving a car. He was very honest and forward which I was pleased with. Saw a car online and requested more information through the website. Contacted by Sean and was given more details,etc. Drove in, Karlene greeted me, went for a test drive, and withing minutes decided I wanted to drive my new car away. I was shown and given a car fax, and was told by both Sean and the sales manager how proud the previous owner was of the condition of the car. He jumped on the computer and looked-up the previous owner, saw that he traded it for an Altima, and lived in Ocala...middle of the state. I paid cash for the car and signed all the papers. One of the pieces of paper I was given stated that they wouldn't give my information to anyone, being that they didn't have to run a credit report... Within a week I started receiving mailings from all sorts of insurance companies, extended warranty opportunities, Honda certified service coupons etc. Here's the kicker, after the first time it rained, I noticed some extreme problems with the paint, and upon inspection...the entire car had been painted, rear glass replaced, tail lights weren't original, even the liftgate hydraulics had been changed. I went back and forth with Sean about contacting the original owner regarding the accident and to try and find out what's up....but that's when he stopped corresponding. Lesson for all...salespeople say whatever they can to make the deal. They certainly all seemed very nice when I had my checkbook.

He was honest and not once pushy. He informed me of which options were available with each vehicle and let the cars speak for themselves. I recently bought a used certified Nissan Xterra from De Land Nissan after locating it via Cars.com and much research. Because I live over 100 miles away I negotiated the price via email, subject to final inspection. It took no more than two emails to do so. The moment I committed to a time to come see it they agreed to hold it for me. Shortly after arrival I did my preliminary inspection and was very pleasantly surprised. The mileage was very low so I expected it to be in good shape despite its five years. It looked, however, like new. I would say it was actually better than advertised. Speaking of advertising, their description of the vehicle on this website had none of the wild declarations of undying customer service, exclamation points and come-ons so typical of dealers -- just useful information, and in the right amount. I was led through the buying process by Sean McCarthy, who was energetic, cheerful, forthcoming and efficient. I'd describe this dealership as more direct and transparent than all of the other dealers I've done business with over the years and have no hesitation in recommending them.

When we were looking for a great van almost ten years ago, Ken Gunderson had it all worked out for us. Now we own the van and couldn't have been happier over the years. We chose the lease option of the 2013 Nissan Altima with Bluetooth capabilities, so we are assured that she is not texting and driving. The car is wonderful, perfect, and even has a name - Ruby. Can't over-state the quality, the care, and the commitment from Ken or the Deland Nissan team.

The whole staff of DeLand Nissan was very informative and friendly. I will surely return to that Dealship when I am ready to purchase another vehicle and will recommend the Dealership to all my friends.

Beware after you purchase. Didn't have my 2012 maxima for more than a month before I noticed a problem with my passenger door. I have made 2 trips with no results. As a matter of fact, the tint now has to be replaced due to some scratches during the attempted repair. I was basically told, too bad, this is a common problem with these cars. Thanks!!! Last Nissan I ever buy!!!

I have purchased a couple cars over the last few years and each time I spoke, in length, with Ken at Deland Nissan and he has been one of the most helpful dealer reps I have ever worked with. Instead of dealer games he gives you the pricing in the format you request, including incentives, money factors, etc...so you can make an educated decision about your car buying process. Unfortunately the car I eventually ended up wanting was not being discounted much by Nissan since it was just realeased so I did not get a Nissan this time but wanted to recognize both Ken and this dealer for being a quality place that seems more trust worthy than the average car dealership.

I have leased two vehicles from this dealer and it is refreshing to see the same staff and ownership over the years. In the past every vehicle I purchased at other stores after a few months the management staff and sales staff was constantly changing.Will always come back for a new car and my $17.95 oil change ;).

The service department installed the updated GPS software for my 2009 Maxima but forgot to run the program before releasing the vehicle to me. I had to return the following week (taking the day off from work) so that they could fix their mistake. The service tech was stumped about how to run the software so that I could use the GPS as I traveled north on vacation. Including the drive and time at the service department, I spent 2 hours waiting for the solution. When I asked for compensation for my wasted time (free oil change voucher) and the service manager didn't agree. I will not return to this dealership for service.

I blame mostly myself for getting caught up in their game, and admittedly I should have been on my guard, but as I tend to look for the best in people, I got royally taken. Don't buy the same day as you look. Have them draw up the papers, take them home, look them over, then come back and negotiate. Reject any extras, no matter how reasonable they sound.

Great deal on an Awesome truck, but the shipping process was a nightmare. My salesperson did not shoot straight with me on how it would go & what the time frame might be. I understand that some of it was out of their hands (shipping broker), but they could have handled much more professionally. I would still recommend this dealership, but if you're buying long-distance, make sure they set realistic expectations for the shipping.

I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Xterra from Deland Nissan. I talked to 5 Nissan dealers in my area and Deland Nissan was the best by far. I did the whole deal over the internet and through emails. The sales person was very fast to respond and when we finally came to an agreement on the price I drove there and all the numbers were exactly the same as he quoted me online. I also wanted a specific vehicle that they did not have but he told me no problem and got it for me the next day. overall awesome dealer!!!
