Was looking through there internet sales. Saw a 2009 Pontiac Vibe advertised at $5988. Went to Honda of Oxnard. Once there, I looked at the Pontiac , test drove it. I was using there website to establish monthly payment , only so they can tell me that those cars are hard for Banks to pick up and wouldn't be able to finance. Then tried to sell me a Honda Fit for the same year at a much higher price. So why would you advertise a car that no bank would finance , And show monthly payments and apr. doesnt make sense at all. Pathetic. So my wife and I decided not to do business with the so called, "helpful people".

Nick Dunlea couldn't of been nicer. He went out of his way to make sure we got the vehicle we came in to get. Thank you, Nick.Michael Harris was knowledgeable on our vehicle and helped us find the best deal for us.Jose Rojas in finance was quick and efficient. Took very little time to sign our papers.The waiting area in the dealership was comfortable, offered cookies, beverages and popcorn. All in all it was a great expetiencr buying our new Honda at DCH Honda of Oxnard.

my experience w/ DCH Honda of Oxnard GM, Manager, & service dept due to airbag recall. i have to say from the top down they completely disappointed and didn't try to make up for their missteps:1) a person named robert called me and he supposedly set up a time to tow my car upon my request for two reasons - the recall for the driver side airbag and the registration on the car expired because it needed a smog this year and since i signed a contract with honda stating i would not drive the car on the open road i couldn't obtain the smog. so the day comes when the tow truck is supposed to show and they are supposed to fix my car and it was a complete no show! no call, no communication, and robert did not return my calls. i left voice messages and text messages with my point of contact which was robert and no return call. a day off of work w/ no pay for no reason. 2) the following week a new person calls me and this time it's linda- i explained what i had already discussed with robert and mentioned to her that, no i am not driving my car in because of the expired tags due to the car having the airbag recall and not being able to drive the car on the open road due to the contract i signed with honda. she gave me an attitude and then i questioned why she was calling me and that i thought i was supposed to be dealing with robert and asked why robert canceled on me with no notice and had me waste a day from work. she tells me that he had a "family emergency" (remember this for later). so after this new lady is done giving me an attitude about having to send out a tow truck, she schedules the pick up for later that week. so, the day comes, i took yet another day off of work and another no show, no call, no return calls...nothing! i have now missed 2 days from work w/ no pay for nothing.3) following week robert calls back, leaves a message stating that honda is going to cancel the rental tomorrow, you need to bring the car in today. really? so i call robert's line yet again, of course no answer - noticing the trend yet? i leave a message with robert stating that i have been more than compliant trying to get this issue resolved and honda has canceled on me multiple times and did not have the decency to call or give any sort of notice that they had broken their word to their customer on multiple occasions and i have missed multiple days of work so i lost money on two days already and didn't appreciate the way they were speaking to me. i hang up and call the main line...the receptionist answers and i ask to speak with the main manager, she states he's not in and i could leave a message - so here we go again, i leave a voice message detailing the events that have led up to today. as soon as i hang up, robert calls back, i said, so what's going on? you had an interesting tone on your message and i also asked robert what happened to the scheduled pickup a couple of weeks ago? the agreement we had? and robert's response was that he got unexpected free time off - xxx does that mean? and how is it that he couldn't reach out to say that the appointment would be canceled? so robert says he received unexpected free time off and linda said robert had an emergency - someone might be lying.4) after talking to robert for a short while, i decided robert was not the guy to talk to. i told robert i had called and left a message for the GM and the conversation i had with that guy would determine what was going to happen with my car. about 20 min later, some guy calls me stating they were the manager (at this point i had no reason to believe they were not the person i left the message with). i'm a little upset at this point and share my displeasure, disappointment, and frustration with the way this whole ordeal has been handled. eventually he says he would send the tow truck that day, get the car smogged at the dealership, and replace the battery (the battery had now died by this time). i asked them what if any discount they could provide for all the hassle, missed appointments and inconvenience they have put me through not including missing 2 days of work without pay. Zero discount, just "sorry for the inconvenience." really? that's how DCH Honda of Oxnard badly treats their customers? with lies, misleadings, cancelations, no callbacks, nothing...got it. fine, i'm done talking with these guys, i just want this done and over with. i tell the guy just get it fixed. he says ok, so the smog and the battery will come out to 175$ total (ended up being $197.76 = another lie!)5) 30 min later i received another call/msg - hello this is nick, the GM at DCH Honda of Oxnard. i call back immediately and i ask who i talked to if he was the GM? he didn't know and was going to look into the whole matter and call back "immediately" so watch for his call. guess what - no return call at all. so from the GM all the way down their word means 0!!6) get the car back and they couldn't even give it a wash. customer service is not their culture!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly which made picking out a car less stressful and was a great experience. T.J. Johnson put in a lot of effort to make sure I got the car I wanted and was very helpful as well. He gave us great quality experience that you hardly don't find now, plus my car and Hondas in general are awesome!

Our first impression wasn't the best, but T.J Johnson and Jonathan Gutierrez were amazing at making it all worth giving them the benefit of the doubt.We wanted a new 2016 Honda Civic EX for our son. white exterior with a black interior nothing more nothing less. Despite the challenge in locating one, T.J and Jonathan made it happen!They delivered beyond what they promised. In our humble opinion, you can not go wrong when you deal with true dedicated professionals.We are grateful for their professionalism patience and more importantly their honesty during the entire process.Thank you for the amazing experience!

Although the dealership did not have the car that we wanted, they searched until they found the exact model at the price that we were willing to pay. While DCH searched for the car that we wanted, we contacted a broker, just in case. Although both found a car at almost the same time, the accessories and price made the decision easy. The actual purchase was painless and the information provided by their product expert was superb. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the vehicle. Thank you, Christian and Jeff!

Me and my dad went to look at 2016 crv ex model. Unfortunatly we couldnt get it but Daniel and Jonathan were amazing. The suggested a lower model like the lx and we ended up taking that one home. Jose Rojas was also amazing. The special offers we were being offered were great and left my dad speechless. The three of them left my dad thinking and encouraged to go back to get my mom her new car soon!

I would like to take some time to write this review on the outstanding service I received from Kelvin Blanco the Service Manager himself. I had been struggling with an appointment out here in the San Fernando Valley and he was nice enough to take my car in and squeeze me in for an appointment. He also took the time to explain the repairs needed and the technicians did an amazing job. I ended up getting a full intermediate service in a very prompt manner. I felt as if i was in and out in no time. The staff there is very welcoming and very attentive I would make the drive just for the service and the fact that I even got a complimentary car wash. You can't beat that! Overall a great and best experience I have received at a Honda dealership. It feels great to be valued as a customer and the fact that they make it so comfortable for a woman to get service and explain repairs needed makes me eager to recommend to both female and male customers. Thank You DCH Honda of Oxnard!!!! and of course thanks to the manager Mr. Blanco for all his help!

Honda of Oxnard did an excellent job on a detail for my minivan. Super clean inside shiny outside. Reasonable price. Adrian was helpful and showed me how to connect my cell phone to van. Plus I got a shuttle home. But, I must mention their waiting room is fab. Free manicures on Fridays. Always cookies and coffee/chocolate.

We decided on the car and color we wanted including the interior. We thought we would have the car in a few days. however the color we chose was apparently rather rare. But Dwight kept looking and finally was able to find the exact car we wanted. So we are very pleased customers and thank Dwight for not giving up on finding the perfect vehicle for us. Then Dwight and Jeff Hall did a terrific job of educating us on the workings of the car, especially all the new electronic technology. They were patient and fun to deal with.

I leased a brand new 2012 Honda Civic in December of 2012, which was due to expire this December. In June 2013 my daughter Marisol and I returned to lease a 2013 Honda Accord for her. We have loved our Hondas ever since and would not trade for any other make. My entire Honda experience since 2012 has been beyond excellent. 10 stars in my book. The entire Honda staff is very professional, courteous, friendly and super helpful. The hospitality is commendable. Thank you for the fresh baked cookies and coffee and other goodies. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. Ron Anthony this past Saturday. I asked Ron what my options were regarding my existing lease. Ron not only informed me very clearly and in detail but also made me an offer I could not refuse. He beat the budget I had to work with and did all the leg work and beyond which made the process so simple. He met all my requests. Super gentleman to work with. I may do it again in three years, if Ron is still there!!! Mr. Anthony is definitely an asset to Honda. His positive caring, honest, and humble personality make him a very pleasant and easy individual to work with. His professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and 100% focus on the customer makes you feel important and special. One of a kind. THANK YOU SO MUCH RON !!!! May GOD continue to Bless you and yours. I have taken my 2008 Honda Civic to DCH for servicing ever since I bought it new there in April, 2008. I've always felt I received excellent service and could trust the Service Advisors' knowledge and recommendations. Recently, however, I tried taking my car to a different Honda dealer, for convenience (to where I work) and other similar reasons, not realizing there would be such a drastic difference between two Honda service departments.. I had such a disappointing experience that I returned to DCH the very next day after having the 45,000 mile service and inspection done, because I was so concerned about about the other dealer's recommendations for immediate repairs, with no explanation offered by a service advisor. Joshua Coggiola, the DCH service advisor whom I dealt with, provided me with exceptional service. He had the 45,000 mile safety inspection re-done at no charge to me, as well as having the other dealer's repair recommendations checked out. After that assessment, and Josh's detailed explanations, I felt confident in going ahead with needed repairs. Josh personally facilitated every step of the process of scheduling the work so that it could be completed the very next day (and all in one day) and making sure I was getting the best possible price for the jobs to be done. It was a huge relief to feel like I was back in good hands and that my car would safely take me on an upcoming road trip across the desert! I also want to mention that the way the DCH service department is organized is exemplary.

Martin Esparza has been handling the service of my 2006 Honda for nine years. He was also the Service Adviser on my previous Honda. When I call for service I ask for Martin because I have come to trust what he tell me about the service that will be required. What he has provided over the years is "Straight Talk". A rare quality to find in this market today. Yes, I would recommend the DCH Honda of Oxnard Service Center to my friends for quality service and "Straight Talk".

My husband and I came to the dealer the morning we were to pick up our new/used car at Car Max, just to have a look before we settled for a used car. So glad we did! Joe was on deck at 9:00 sharp. We knew what we were interested in, so he showed us the used Honda Civics. Unfortunately, the previous owner had been a smoker and the odor lingered. I was not interested in a brown car either. We asked about the 2015 model, and Joe promptly led us to them. He could see our interest, so quickly got keys so we could drive it and make our decision. It drove like butter! Now to see how the payments would compare. Joe was polite, friendly, and honest in dealing with us. He and his manager worked with us and we ended up getting the new car for the same payments of a used car ( one extra year but hey it's new!). It was a fair deal for both sides and relatively pain free.

My husband and I needed a new car for our growing family. We had no idea where to begin or whether we wanted a new or used car and decided to visit the Honda dealership first. We met with Christian Soza and we immediately felt at ease and spoke comfortably with him. He showed us a few different types of cars before heading to the Odyssey. He didn't rush us, and helped us decide on the perfect car for our family. We loved not feeling pressured and bought our brand new 2015 Honda Odyssey feeling comfortable that we made the right choice. We have officially joined the Honda family and we couldn't be happier. All the Honda guys were so nice to us, from the finance guy to the manager. We are so happy we chose Honda. And my husband really loved their cookies too!

The reason for the 5 stars was because everything went very smoothly, everyone was friendly and the car was completed within 5 minutes of the time promised. Way to go. I had been to two other dealers prior to DCH Honda of Oxnard. My last Honda I bought from Honda of Oxnard and was happy with my purchase at that time. I was disappointed that the guy I bought from last time was no longer there. I had received an email was set up to me Christian. When I arrived I was greeted by Christian and right away I had a good feeling. He explained all the features of the car. When I was handed off to Dwight, I got a great vibe from him. Dwight helped me with the rest of the car buying experience and was great at what he does. I didn't feel pressured at all during the whole experience no haggling involved. I went in got what I wanted and left a happy customer. I will be referring my friends and family to Christian and Dwight. Thank you guys.

Dealing with all the people at Oxnard Honda was a very favorable experience. One of the best aspects was a way Javier explained the details of the vehicle and gave me information as to how to work with all the systems the vehicle has to offer. He was also able to set up everything the way I wanted. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life but no one has explained the vehicles better.Jose in finance was very helpful in explaining the warranty options with zero pressure in purchasing one over the other.Nick Dunlea was extremely professional and obviously has the support and respect of his employees.

My CR-V has always been serviced by this dealer. They service as recommended by Honda so my car is always in tip-top shape. Before my appointment, I call ahead to get a quote for the recommended service. I recently compared their charges to another highly rated service station closer to me and they were about the same. Fortunately DHC Honda of Oxnard is very good about postal and emailing discount coupons for service, so I'm able to save some hard-earned cash.On my latest service visit, Martin checked for recalls on my vehicle and found an item that was in need of replacement - which was done gratis, of course. This after I'd just checked online with Honda USA and was informed that no recalls were issued on my car, so thanks to Martin for taking the time to check.They have a very customer-friendly service area with waiting room, free coffee and cookies; plus a courtesy shuttle if you need a ride.

The plan was to leave Monday morning on a road trip with our grandkids while they are on spring break from school. The problem was Sunday afternoon the check engine warning light came on in our Odyssey. At 7:45am Monday morning I called DCH Honda Service, told Paul about our plan and problem. Paul said they were very busy but if I could bring it in right alway he would try to take care of it ASAP. Arrived at DCH about 8:05am, spark plug problem was diagnose by 9:00am and repaired by 10:00am. Going in I though we would have to postpone or cancel our trip but Paul and the technicians at DCH had us on our way only slightly behind schedule. Thanks, DCH Honda of Oxnard!

We have recently moved back to the Ventura area and had our Honda Serviced at a dealer since our purchase in another sate. We chose DCH of Honda due to location and are THRILLED to have them as our service provider. They are very thorough, offer impeccable customer service (service advisor, check out and courtesy vehicle driver). We have a 2nd vehicle that is not a Honda and just had a simple oil change completed at another dealership. They could learn a lot from DCH of Honda! DCH even offers FREE Manicures to clients having service on Fridays -yeah!Communication was offered throughout entire service, dropped off and picked up when service completed without any issues. I used a coupon for service and saved $$ and they gave me a detailed report for my next service. I will ALWAYS service my Honda here and if we buy another Honda, we will buy it here too! Went in for a simple oil change. Then he called me back to his station. I thought it meant bad news. Additional repairs are needed but when I asked if I had two weeks until my next paycheck he was honest with me and said yes. I'm so glad that there are still good people out there!

I have owned Honda's for the past 15 years and during that time have had them serviced at many different Honda Dealers. I will have to say that Aqui Velasquez went out of his way to see that I got the the best service ever. He met me when I pulled in, listened to my concerns and since I chose to wait (even tho he offered to arrange a ride home for me), made sure I was kept up to date on the repair process of my car and that I was comfortable during that wait time. My car was ready when he said and returned to me washed and running great. His friendliness, help and concern definitely made me feel like a valued customer. I will be having my service done at DCH Honda Oxnard in the future.

I test drove the si I really liked it. It was out of my price range. So Christian have me and option on an accord. I really liked the accord and the deal. So I went for it. This is the second car we have bought from DCH Honda in Oxnard. The first was a new lease on a 2014 Honda Accord and we recently purchased a used 2004 Honda with just over 200,000 miles. Allen met us on the lot and walked us through the entire process. He showed us the car that was in excellent condition. It looked like new on the inside. After a test drive and a straight forward discussion on the price, Allen came back with an offer. We took it and have not regretted it a single moment. We are so happy with our experience with Allen and the sales team. There was no pressure. He was considerate and thorough and professional. I felt that not only did i buy a car but I made a friend. I recently wanted service for my vehicle. I'm having issues with the audio display. It's not working properly and I wanted to have it looked at. I also wanted an oil change. I was disappointed that the service department couldn't provide a loaner vehicle as I use my car for work. They told me I could rent a vehicle at the rental place nearby...out of my pocket. Why should I pay to rent a vehicle when the reason I'm dropping my car off is because it's not working or has issues with it's manufacturing? Since I purchased the vehicle, I haven't had any interaction with the dealership. No emails, calls, mailings following up on my experience there. I would have liked to know my purchase was appreciated. It seems since they got the sale, there's no interest in the customer after or the vehicle's performance or maintenance. Last year, I purchased a Honda from a Ventura dealership and the service was outstanding. They followed up to see if things were going well and when I needed service, they provided a loaner.I'm not pleased with the customer service at this dealership and would not recommend it. I suggest driving the extra few miles and go to Ventura.

My van that I've been using for the longest year broke down. I will be a working student and will drive to CSUCI 5 days a week, and with that, I would really need a reliable car. Jenny Cezar, my car saleswoman, listened to my wants and needs. I told her that I would really love to get the honda crv, but I'm not sure if I could afford it. First, she showed me all the features of the car (2014 brand new crv), and I was amazed that this lady is extremely knowledgeable; she explains all the features of the car from back to front and inside, out. She even helped me set up my phone, and connect it to the crv via bluetooth. (It was fun!) :) Jenny really tried to help me out to get a great deal. I never thought that buying a new car would be this easy, efficient, no pressure, no stress. It was a wonderful experience! The managers and the financial adviser (Mr. Rojas) were really helpful too. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who don't want to feel the pressure of getting a car (because buying a car should be fun and memorable!). Great job honda of oxnard!

I am extremely pleased with the Service Department and its team members. Because I have to wait for my car during service, every effort is made to expedite the servicing of my car within a reasonable time frame. In addition, I always receive a service report so that I'm apprised of upcoming servicing needs and can anticipate these repairs and make informed decisions. We knew exactly what we wanted & the staff didn't try to up sell us nor were pushy...everyone is very courteous! Brought my car in because driver's window would not raise...Everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Hard to tell the same day if everything is going to work ok. The "threshhold" into the car was left with scratches, dirt and grease ground in. Evidently the mechanic had to brace himself on the plastic part in order to work on the window. Not faulting DCH Honda as I've always had good prompt service. A minor annoyance as I've tried my best to keep the car in good condition. I leased the car in 2007, then bought it when the lease expired. I am very satisfied with the car and DCH service. I think it would be nice if DCH would take me home when having the car serviced, but will not do so to Santa Paula.

I initially contacted Honda online about the lease special they were offering on the CRV. Due to seating restrictions, I came in to look at the Pilot. Deanna and Jason worked their butts off to get me affordable pricing in my range. The only down side was the wait to sign the papers. Due to time restrictions on my end, and the customer count in the dealership, I had to come back the next day. So far, I am enjoying my new car, it does what I need it to do, but I wish it had more options for the price.

With Ron's help, we found the perfect used Honda for our college-bound daughter - a beautiful teal, 2012, Civic Coupe with low mileage. This was my first car buying experience I did alone. As a female, it was very scary at first. I had visited a couple other dealerships before going to Honda of Oxnard. All of which, were not willing to work with me and tried to apply high pressure sales tactics to get me to buy a car from them. This did NOT happen at Honda of Oxnard. Ronald Anthony was very patient with me and went over every single detail of the car which I ended up buying. The price negotiation went smoothly and I always felt as if Ronald had my best interest in mind. I called in advance and let her know my expectations about the price and provided her specific details about the colors, features, etc. that I was considering. When I got to the dealership, two different cars that fit my description were parked in the front and ready for me to test drive. She didn't try to talk me into some other color or model like I've had happen at other dealerships in the past. Deanna was also very helpful in answering all my questions and showed respect for my time. The price and payment terms I negotiated were fair and I didn't feel that I was ever being played during the sales process. Every step of the whole sales and financing process was explained clearly and sincerely. No double talk and nothing hidden. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

I went in with low expectations since buying is always a hazel. My wife was looking for a cheap car and we met Dwight. He was great from the beginning and always kept our best interest in mind. He wasn't pushy and he really tried to meet our demands and was very straight up with us. I've worked in a dealer before and I know there can be games sometimes. Dwight is amazing and I would definitely recommend everybody to go look for him. He was the one that really made us comfortable and a great experience.

I stopped by the Honda in Oxnard with a girlfriend who was shopping for a new Accord. We were met by a very pleasant gentleman Mr Brandon Smith who was very courteous and polite. He did an excellent job in walking us through the different vehicles and prices and showing us the various new features of the new 2014 Accords. Unfortunately my girlfriend is not ready to make the trade in from her old Accord to the new one. Sometimes good things are hard to let go of. I had the best experience possible at DCH Honda of Oxnard. As a first time car buyer I was a bit nervous and intimidated when I arrived but those feelings soon went away. The friendliness of the entire staff was incredible and made me feel very comfortable. I ended up buying a new 2014 civic and can honestly say it was a pleasurable buying experience. Ron Anthony, Nick Dunlea, and Max Holtzer were the 3 employees I had helping me and each one was awesome. The customer service is excellent at Honda of Oxnard. The quality of work has been ok as I have had to return my vehicle after work being completed. The people are very friendly and warrants a 5 on the scale. I cannot say the overall experience has been a 5 as the paint is peeling very bad and Honda will not pay for a complete paint job as it does not fall into the 2006-2008 time frame even though it is obvious that the paint is defective. The price is of the work is somewhat high but usually the work is done well and is worth it. I would like to buy another Honda but have not because I am afraid the same thing will happen, the paint will peel off. As a note Mr. Katz has informed me that Honda of America is willing to foot half of the bill for a paint job which is better than nothing, but the paint is sooooo bad that I feel the organization should pay for a complete paint job.

My daughter has used this dealership a couple of times and was very satisfied. I had a specific car in mind, so I went to their website and found the car that I was interested in. I started by contacting them by email and took care of everything via email and over the phone. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. There was no pressure or pushiness. Once we hammered out the deal, I went in and signed papers and drove away with my shiny new/used Honda CRV. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I walked into DCH Honda not intending to buy a car, just to get an idea of the price and to test drive a couple of models. After working with John Keasing, however, I walked - or should I say drove - away with a 2013, sleek, sporty, black Honda Civic with all of the features I was looking for and a few more to boot and I got a smokin' deal! It takes time to buy a car, but it was time well spent and the sales staff and finance manager were friendly, professional, polite and, as the ads say, helpful. I highly recommend DCH Honda for a great car and a great deal.

I have been searching for the car I want to be in for years, and most recently was in a 2012 Honda CR-V EX. I absolutely fell in love with this car, but wanted a different interior/exterior color, and wanted a little bit of an upgraded model (EX-L). I found the one I was looking for online at the DCH Honda of Oxnard Website. I just sent a quick e-mail by the easy link located on the vehicle's page, to see if there was any way for me to trade in my current car that still had quite a bit of a loan on it, for a new loan with the 2013 Honda CR-V EX-L. Within minutes, I had an e-mail and phone call from Will in Sales. Within an hour, I had approval for the trade-in. I simply went into the dealership, worked up all the paperwork, and was off in my new car. I absolutely loved the quickness and ease of this transaction. Both the sales and finance department were friendly, quick, and efficient. They both seemed to be really excited for me and were looking out for my best interests. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I hear that is looking for a new car! Thanks to all involved! :)

Their service/parts department is the WORST. I took my Honda Civic to have a mirror replaced. Mr. Clint Stremcha assured me that the was going to be in the next day at 8:00 am. Actually he said "it is guaranteed to be here tomorrow." The next day I called him to confirm that the part had arrived, and to my surprised, or not, the part wasn't there. Mr. Stremcha told me "I guess the parts department never order it... I don't know what to tell you... I guess they couldn't locate it..." It turns out that the part was never ordered. I asked Mr. Stremcha if he could order it for me, and to give me an estimate as to when it would arrive; his answer was that he was getting off work that evening and going on vacation for more than one week; basically that he wasn't WILLING to help me, nor could he find another customer representative to do it because as he put it, everyone was 'very busy with other customers." I said "thank you, I'll go somewhere else". I went to a local body shop (not a HONDA dealership) where my car is getting fixed. The part only took one day to get the part. AVOID THIS PLACE. There is absolutely no such thing as "Great customer treatment".

I found a vehicle I was interested in on their website, chatted with a rep. and they said someone would contact me. When I was contacted, I gave them all the info. on what I was looking for, and ever since then, I've been getting emails about every car under the sun EXCEPT the vehicle I want. TERRIBLE follow up service, TERRIBLE customer service, and nobody has personally emailed me since the first contact after the chat. If I *do* fins my car there now, I don't even know that I would go there to buy it, just out of spite or principle alone. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being best, I give them a -5.

I was also declined financing by them but was able to drive a car home from Oxnard after my vehicle suddenly died and I wasn't sure how I was going to pick up my kids after school. I was in the room looking at the deal on paper and there was $3200 worth of add-ons that I did not authorize! They were going to just wait to see if I noticed! I had them removed from the deal and while they were doing it, I looked at the car one more time and found a large dent on top of the SUV and the sales manager said he would not fix it. "take it or leave it" he said. I left...no deal. THEN, two days later I get a call to come back because they want fix the deal and make it work. I bring my wife, she likes the car and says OK. We get out of the SUV to have the sales manager standing there and tell us he sold the car while we were out driving it. That means that he had a buyer doing paper work before we even got there to drive the car! The salesman knew it and didn't tell us. We wasted our afternoon on these people. My wife already hates car dealers, now she will never go to one again. Thanks DCH. Thanks for the rude, unprofessional services. Now I will tell all 7,000 of my patients who live in Ventura county about this experience.

I am not a Honda person, so I never expected to buy a car from a Honda dealership. I saw a Mustang sitting on the lot though, and I went in to check it out. My experience from start to finish was excellent. They knew I came in for a specific car, and didn't try to change my mind. The negotiation process was pleasant, though mostly unnecessary. I got a really good price on the car and am very happy with the buying process. Should I ever need a Honda, I will definitely give DCH the first opportunity. For now, I am quite happy with my "new" Mustang!

My first service experience was great! The staff who I came across were all friendly and helpful. The wait time to speak to a service advisor wasn't long at all and he handled all my requests properly, including getting shuttled to where I needed to be. They called to notify me of when my car would be ready and it certainly was ready at a timely manner when I came back to get my car. I found it very kind and good customer service that my service advisor, Aquilino walked me back to my car after everything. I had requested to have my trunk vacuumed and when I saw it wasn't, Aqui told one of the employees to take it back to the cleaning area and vacuum the areas I wanted to have vacuumed. I really appreciated that he did that and was willing to satisfy my needs and make it a good experience for me overall. I would definitely get all my services done at Honda of Oxnard and recommend it to others! :)

We visited several Honda and non-Honda dealers to decide which mini-van to purchase to replace our older Honda Odyssey. We were disappointed with a general lack of knowledge from most sales people on the van's features. Jeff Hall, the product specialist at DCH Honda, was by far the most knowledgeable person we talked to and showed us all the features of the Honda Odyssey. We already thought the Odyssey was the best and he validated that. The buying process was pretty straightforward, not confrontational or high pressure. When we picked up the van after purchase (they had to find the right color for us from another dealer), DCH noticed a small paint chip on the van and brought it to our attention. It's scheduled to be repaired, I'll update this if there are any issues with the repair process. Jeff went over the van with us prior to delivery with a fine tooth comb (he's picky and we are picky too). Overall, I was very happy and would come back to DCH for my next vehicle.

I bought my car from DCH Oxnard in 2008 and brought it back to the service department for a delaminating paint issue. It turned out that Honda's warranty had already run out on the paint but the Service Manager Stuart made some calls and was able to get it handled for me. The body shop mixed up some of the wiring in my car when they were replacing my hood and caused some electrical problems but Stuart had me bring it back in and comped me a rental vehicle while it got fixed. My car looks as good as new and I couldn't be more pleased with the way that the service was handled. DCH Oxnard's fair and reasonable handling of my car's issue has restored my faith in Dealer Service! I'll be bringing my car there for the upcoming maintenance. Thanks again guys.

I brought the car in to obtain an oil change and a have the car checked for a number of items I thought it was likely time to have checked. I especially wanted to check the tires since they were past the mileage I normally get. I was told that I had plenty of tread left during the sight inspection as I checked in. These were the tires I purchased at this dealership and it appeared that I was going to get at least 50% more mileage over tires I had purchased elsewhere for my 2006 Honda S2000. I was later informed, upon a detailed examination, that I had 8 screws and nails in 3 tires, so I had a new set installed. I left instructions to fix or re[place anything that needed it and call me to let me know when to pick up the car. I have always been treated fairly and am confident that I will continue to be treated that way. When the call came, the car only needed the oil change and the tires. I recommend this Service Department, as well as the Sales Department to everyone. This is why I drive from Santa Monica or Malibu to Oxnard to have my cars serviced instead of taking them down the street from my office to the Santa Monica dealer's Service Department. No, This is not a plant. I have been using this dealership since 2000 and will continue to do so. If Martin is not around, Clint, Aquii or Mike will take care of me. We have bought our last two Honda's from this dealership. We are extremely happy with them.

There was an issue that had occurred while my vehicle was at this dealer for a routine service. I contacted the GM Ed Mathews and he did listen to my concerns and was able to offer me an amicable and reasonable resolution to my issue. He did not ignore me and did make me feel like he was going to take care of the issue and he did. He also assurred me they would take steps to improve that part of the service process in the future.

while my car was in for routine oil change and tire rotation it had 22 miles put on it! Nobody seemed to be able to tell me where the 22 miles on my odometer came from. The obvious is that between the time the technitian was done with my car the car was taken off the lot, driven 22 miles for somebody's use all wihtout my knowledge or consent while I was waiting in the customer lounge area. ! I am still trying to find out what they intend to do about this!!

I was going to purchase a vehicle from another dealer. I went to DCH Honda to take one more look at the Accord. They sold me a new 2013 Accord [a better vehicle than what I was going to purchase] at better financing. The whole experience was pleasant from the sales representative to the finance manager. No haggling or pressure. Everything was explained clearly with no hype. My wife who HATES car shopping was pleasantly surprized and very happy with our purchase.

I arrived and met with Evelyn; she was professional, friendly and greeted us with a smile. Before we began dealing she offered my wife and I refreshments--very nice. Although it took an hour or two for the negations (trade-in, accessories, etc), we finally came to an acceptable deal for both. Since the vehicle was not ready to take delivery (due to a dealer trade), DCH Honda offered me a rental to drive home (I live two hrs north). The finance department (Anthony) was very expeditious and we were on our way home in no time. If youre in the area or don't mind the drive I highly recommend DCH Honda.

After lots of research and experience with dealerships over the past few months, I stumbled upon a car at the DCH Honda of Oxnard. The employees here were the most friendly and accommodating people I have encountered in terms of dealers. The previous dealers made me feel guilty and tried pressuring me to buy cars that were not exactly what I wanted, but DCH Honda of Oxnard worked with me to get the prices I wanted for the EXACT car I wanted. They are an awesome group of people and I would highly reccommend their service to anyone who is looking to find a new or pre-owned car!!

Couldn't fix my 2008 Fit. Left it for several days, payed hundreds. It still stalls when cold. I've just learned to deal with it. Let it warm up for 5-8 minutes it never stalls. Not going to continue paying for fixes that their guessing at. Sad a Honda Dealer can't fix their own cars.

Buying a car is nearly always a hassle. For a positive, stress-free experience, I suggest Rob Lambert. His low-key and friendly style made this a positive experience. I was treated respectfully, fairly, and there was no pressure, only courtesy. Would purchase a car from him again.

Everything about the process was smooth. From selecting the car, to the test drive and walking out the door. Only snag was upon getting the complinetary 5,000 service they broke some plastic molding. Parts were promptly ordered and replaced along with a free wash and vacuum.Thanks for everything.

Sales person(Brandon Smith) did not pressure me at all. He took the time to take me to another dealership to test drive cars before making my final decision. I've been coming to Honda of Oxnard for the last 10 years. The service department is always awesome and straightforward. Spoke with Clint in the service department and got immediate referral for towing services and follow up just as discussed. Unfortunately, it was time to make a decision...to trade in or not?!Anthony Huerta in Internet Sales was great to work with. Gave me all the information I requested and took his time with me. All questions were answered and no matter how late it got...he stuck it out. Given my situation...he worked with me and understood that even after a long evening I needed more time. Took the time to explain leases and other options Flintstone style.All said and done...I am now a new owner of a brand new Pilot. Thanks Anthony!

DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!! They are basically criminals in uniforms. They gave me a quote of over $500.00 of service needed on my Honda that was totally FALSE. You go in with a minor problem and leave with a major problem. I went down the road to another mechanic and he charged me NOTHING for the service. He said that someone had tampered with my car and that was the cause of the problem. DCH Honda of Oxnard service group was the last service group to work on my car before I took it in to a honest mechanic. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR SMILES AND PRETEND ADVICE.

My wife called and spoke with internet manager Anthony Huerta a few days ago about a car she had her eye on. Anthony happily provided all the information she required without trying to lure her in. She told him that our second car had just died and we needed to replace it asap. He understood where we lived (South Bay) and the logistical obstacles it presented and simply provided great customer service. This impressed my wife greatly. Please understand that my wife is a top-of-her-game Environmental Engineer who achieved her Master s degree with honors and is as sharp as they come. She proceeded to dig a little deeper on subsequent calls with Anthony to discover if we could arrive at conclusive numbers before we even thought of committing to the long drive. Surprisingly, after teaming with Jose Rojas (finance manager), he obliged on all levels. My wife asked Anthony to call me, so I could learn a little more about the deal she was putting together. He called me exactly when she requested him to. I discovered for myself that he was a professional who took a sincere interest in our situation and wanted to help us make the best choice. Needless to say, we arrived at very specific numbers, so we decided to make an appointment to drive to Oxnard. With our 6 and 7 yr old boys in tow we arrived later than we had planned, but Anthony greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel as if we were his only clients of the day. The figures we agreed to over the phone were verbatim in person and the car was beautiful. Jose Rojas epitomized class during the financial process and we were on our way home in no time. This was the best car-buying experience we have ever had - hands down. Anthony has earned a customer-for-life and we wholeheartedly appreciate his attention to detail and his world-class customer service. HiMy experience with DCH Oxnard started with a letter sent to me telling me they were interested in my 2010 CRV.I emailed DCH and got an immediate response from Max Holzen. He answered all my questions and told me he most likely could meet all my requests. I sent up an appt to meet with him on Sunday 6/17/12.I arrived early for my appt at DCH and Max was not yet there. Another salesman approached and stated while awaiting Max's arrival...he could answer my questions. I told him I was here to roll my leased CRV into another leased vehicle. His response to me was: "Nothing we can help you with today as we sold all the CRV's yesterday.". He actually then told me that if I called him later in the week (yes, he wants to sell me a car...but I have to call him)...he could tell me if more CRV's had come in.Just as I thought my trip to DCH was a waste of my time...Max showed up and the first words out oif his mouth were: "Let's put you in a new CRV."From there on the experience was so easy.Everyone of my wishes, requests etc were met. The personal was very helpful and supportive. I went to the service parts center to get my Honda 2004 fixed. The locks in my doors were not working and I had a problem with my back passenger window, I was unable to slide it down. They did a magnificent job on it!. Although the price was over $1,000. It was a very good service overall

This was my second time getting my car serviced with dch honda of oxnard. Their service was friendly, conveniently close to my home, and there were refreshments available which made it nice. They gave me a summary of services needed for my vehicle which was helpful. I would definitely get service with them again in the future.

This is our second purchase from this dealership although I brought my sister here two weeks ago for her purchase of a new CR-V so technically our 3rd. We have worked with Ron Anthony each time and always ask for him. He is a pleasure to work with and is unfailingly polite, courteous, well informed about the car we are interested in, with a great sense of humor, and an all around good guy. He is a true professional and a man of integrity. Although we do not plan on buying another car soon, we have told him that in us he has customers for life. Before we met Ron, buying a new car was an intimidating and unpleasant experience. I now send all my friends to Ron and Honda of Oxnard. It is a pleasure to work with him. He listens to us and never tries to oversell the product or sell us more than we are looking for. He never promises more than he can deliver which is exactly the car we are looking for, equipped the way we want, and at a very good price. He follows up with us after the purchase to make sure we are satisfied and to answer any questions that may arise. He is beginning to feel like a member of the family. We have always felt very welcomed at the dealership as well and have been introduced to the sales manager and service personnel. I have tried other Honda dealerships and I feel none can compare with Honda of Oxnard.

I bought a 2008 Honda Civic Jan 13. 2012. I pre-paid for installation of a car alarm. Ron Anthony gave all the information to Rose the Service Manager. I had told Ron that I was off on Friday the 20th and would like to do that in the morning. Rose called me on Tuesday Jan. 17th and left a message that I was scheduled for 9:00 am on the 20th and that it would take about 3 hours. She also stated that if this time was not convenient to call and they would re-schedule. I took my car there on Friday at 9:00 am. Rose got all the information needed and took my cell number to call me when the work was completed. I got a phone call from her at 11:00 am that all the work was done. When I picked up my car, I was given a small handbook on the alarm itself and was in and out quickly.First of all, I want to thank Ron Anthony for going above and beyond in customer service and secondly, I would also like to thank Rose and the service department for a hassle free installation!! It has been quite awhile since I purchased a new car. Although I do not live in the area, my sister who had recently purchased a new car from this dealership spoke so highly about her experience working with Ron Anthony, Sales & Leasing Consultant, that I decided to work with Ron Anthony too. I knew that I wanted a 2012 Honda CRV and my heart was set on certain features and the sage green color. Initially I wasn't optimistic that everything would come together and that I would actually leave the dealership driving away in the Honda of my choice. But Ron made this happen for me! Buying a new car is a major purchase and Ron made every effort to work with me to enable me to buy my Honda. He tried to get the best deal possible for me, and although I wished the cost could have been a little lower, it was still a good price for the Honda CR-V. Ron was the consummate sales person: personable, caring, patient and interested in me as a person. Although buying a new car can be daunting, Ron made the entire experience a very pleasurable one. Now I'm reaping the benefits of this transaction and am enjoying driving my CR-V and learning the many features of this great vehicle! Rose Siela makes all the difference in the service department. She must be one of the most caring service managers at any dealer out there. I can only imagine the patience and thick skin she must have to dealer with thousands of customers in Ventura county yet she treats you as you are her most important customer and remembers your name. In all honesty, after a questionable experience, we considered getting our Honda service elsewhere, but after the length Rose went to to earn back our business, I can see us going anywhere else. We've been loyal ever since. If you bring your Honda there for service and are unhappy, don't write them off until you've had a chance for Rose to listen to your needs. She'll make things right.

Ron Anthony is my favorite car sales person in the world and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car...ANYONE! He is friendly, helpful, honest and goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. He is the absolute best! I have done three deals with him and I literally would never go to anyone else. The finance dept, specifically Justin, at DCH is also wonderful. They go above and beyond to get you a great deal. You won't believe my financing story because it is too great to be believed, but I'll tell you anyway. I purchased my car, signed all the documents, said goodbye and drove off. 10-15 minutes later I got a call from Justin in the finance dept. He said he had great news (which was good because I was nervous when the dealership was calling me so soon after I left the lot). He told me he got my interest rate lowered by 6%! He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars of interest! This guy is the greatest. Go see him and the team at DCH NOW!The team at DCH make car buying a pleasant experience. I financed by first Honda from DCH Honda of Oxnard. I had a wonderul experience with their sales and services team. Few weeks back I started researching for new vehicles and dealerships in my area. To be honest no one came close to friendliness, professionalism shown by people at Honda dealership. I believe it is not only the car which matters but also people whom you work with to get the deal done. I got best possible deal even better that I could find on internet with extensive research I did over last couple of weeks. I strongly believe these are the reasons Honda is ranked among top 5 car manufactures but again this could not be achieved without equal contributions from their dealerships.Well done Honda in making us feel proud of what we own!

Took my Honda S2000 in for the recalls but when I received my car there were many problems.-Right Tail light did not work, probably a bulb, but it was fine before I brought it in.-Center glove box would not close with ease, I have to force it in.-Secret compartment is not aligned so when you open it, there is a gap between the front pocket and the trim a round it.-Car was driven for half a mile, why would it be driven for half a mile if it was just for fixing the recalls?-Slight front under bumper scrape on the left side (looking from the front of the car), probably hit a speed bump or something.-Cigarette lighter cover was broken off.-Door step trim panel on passenger side has a missing clip that holds it to the body of the car, (but I just ordered some online so I wouldn't have to bother with it).Clint Stremcha was very nice, since I first came in to make an appointment till the day I picked up my car. When I came to get my car, I checked over everything to make sure it was good, but I found a problem and reported it to Clint. He called over "Sid", or however it is spelled and asked about the cigarette lighter cover being broken off. After, he told me that it was from moving many things around, I just let it go and went back to my car to look for other things. I found out that the glove compartment door and secret compartment pocket was not aligned, so here I come running back to his desk. I explain my situation and he then tells me to come back the following Monday with my car and any other problems so he can fix everything.I'm guessing "Sid" is the guy that was working on my car, he is a terrible repair guy. He should take care of customers's cars better. I had a bad experience, and next time I will be asking for him to not work on my car.But on the bright side, I did get a free car wash and my recalls were fixed. I recommend not having "Sid" work on your car. But that's just my 2 cents.

If you are in the market for a Honda then you HAVE to visit DCH Honda of Oxnard. I recently purchased my second vehicle from them and again they where great. When you go there make sure to ask for Ron Anthony. He is extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun. However, what makes him such a good salesman is he excited to help you find the car you NEED. That's right, even if the car you need is not a brand new one. If the car you NEED is a certified used car he is excited to help you get that one. I guess that's what makes DCH Honda the dealership I will always go to. They have made it their goal to pair every customer with a vehicle that is BEST for them, and it doesn't matter if it's a brand new one or a certified used one. So if you're in the market for a Honda, get over to DCH as fast you can. Ron Anthony is waiting to help you!

She had answers for all of our questions - and as important - is warm and friendly with a terrific sense of humor. She is a top salesperson obviously and we have recommended her to our friends. We'll buy our next car from Cindy at DCH Honda of Oxnard too!!!We actually went to the Toyota Dealership first and the salesman was very impersonal and never even asked us what our names were or told us his. We were so dissatisfied with the interaction that we left and went across the street to the DCH Honda! We had had Toyota's for the last forty years and felt loyal to Toyota. Now we love that we have a Honda and found this Dealership and this Salesperson Cindy Birch!

We purchased a new 2011 Honda Civic in March 2011. My husband went to the dealership to get the car and came home with the Civic with an after market stereo/navigation system. We traded in a car and ended up financing more than 23,000 with a 9,000 down payment. When I went back to the dealership to finish the paperwork I noticed the aftermarket stereo was 2,200. I asked the finance specialist if the stereo system was covered by the extended warranty covered the stereo. She guaranteed me it was. A little more than two months later the stereo/navigation system went out. I called the dealership and was informed it was not covered and I would have to call a third party for any issues. I called the third party and after almost a week they made arrangements to come out and exchange the system. I also called the salesperson to ask who I should speak with regarding the incorrect information given to me by the finance department. He advised me to call the manager, which I did, but he was unavailable so I left a message. The company came out and changed out the stereo but less than one week later I am now having to call them back because it crashed again. I have never received a call back from the manager of DCH and it has been over a week. I do not recommend buying from this dealership if you want quality in your purchased items or truth in the warranty they sell you. I will continue to attempt to make this right but unfortunately I now have a 2,200 dollar screen in my dash and no music or navigation in my car. Not good for a commuter. Do not buy from this dealership. Update: After 2 more replacement systems, one that did not work and one that was broken upon installation and had bad reception and iPod capabilities, I went to have the stock stereo put into my car. When they were done there was grease on the dash and scratches on the front and seams. The panel on the drivers side where the Bluetooth speaker was is now bent and will not lay flat like it should. They got most of the grease off and I am waiting to hear when they will be replacing the damaged parts in my car.

I don't like shopping for cars but going to DCH Honda in Oxnard was a good experience. Cindy Birch was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Working with pricing with management was not terrible like other experiences that I have had in the past. I would definitely recommend both Cindy and DCH to my friends and family.

This dealership tops in customer service. I had three visits with salesperson Ron Anthony --- all three visits were very productive. Ron took his time and patiently answered all my questions which helped me make a well educated decision. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He assessed my needs and tailored his recommendation based on my requirements. There was no pressure to sell the car; only honestly professional input. The rest of the staff were equally customer focused. I would recommend this dealership, especially salesperson Ron Anthony anytime.

My stop at dch honda was my 3rd of the day and i was beginning to think that i would never find a car that would fit my needs much less feel appreciated as a customer. When I walked into the dealership everyone was friendly. I had a wonderful experience with my sales person Cindy Birch. She was very helpful in finding me the perfect car within my budget. From hello on the lot, Greg was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and my price range and he helped me navigate thru the mass of cars on the lot. He told me to pick the car I wanted and we will work the financing afterwards. I was able to choose the car I really wanted with a payment I could afford. I was looking for a new car that was economical and reliable. Had narrowed it down to either a Nissan, a Toyota or a Honda. Mr. Soto was very helpful and informative. Seemed to make a very good case for the Honda Civic. I had a Prelude back in college andit was the best little car I've ever owned. Based on this and the information I received from Mr. Soto looks like a Honda may be my next car.

My previous car had been totaled when it on the street in front of my house during the night. I am college student and rely on my car to get me to school and work so I was horrified to be without wheels. My mom and I came to DCH Honda of oxnard because we were looking for a Honda and that is our local dealership. We had the good fortune of being paired with Cindy Burch as our sales person. Cindy made it her personal mission to find me the PERFECT replacement, and within a few days she had found the perfect car. The deal was wonderful and I'm happily back to work and school with a better car than the one I lost, with almost no out of pocket money! We purchased a Honda Fit a few weeks ago and could not have been happier with our experience at DCH Honda. After a misunderstanding and some confusion on my part about the price of the car, we came into the dealership, met with Ed and were treated like royalty. He bent over backwards to make sure that we got the deal on the car that fit our needs and fit our budget. He turned us over to Ron Anthony to finish the sale, and Ron was friendly, accommodating and actually fun to do business with. I will go on record saying this was the most positive experience I've never had purchasing a new car and, without a doubt, would absolutely recommend DCH Honda of Oxnard, Ed and Ron.

Horrible! Never go back except for a good laugh! I am moving to Maryland soon for a job and the sales team asked me what country that was in! I had to explain where it was and why I wanted a vehicle with 4 wheel drive! The sales manager made very rude remarks about me after he thought I left the inside of the building. However I was standing right behind him and he did not say anything except "yeah if you think you can get a better deal then go to a different dealership." It was the worst dealership I have ever been too. I heard horrible things from others about this dealership however I can now verify they are horrible from personal experience. Do not go here!! They were very rude.

I have given the score because it was well deserved. I was picking up my 04 accord from being seviced and I was early, so I browsed around. Ron approached me about a car. I told him "give me a card and if I needed help I would call him. He honored my request and left me alone. (I was in no way pressured :)). The wife and I stopped by 5-6 times in 8 months and spoke with Ron each time as I am a man of my word. He was very helpful every time we talked to him reguarding up dates on the accord / crosstour, and explained all fetures and comparisons. Upon purchasing our new accord he went over and above my expectations working the deal. FYI this is our 3rd purchase plus 1 referal, and this probably is NOT my last purchase from Ron. The experience I have had with DCH Honda of Oxnard has been wonderful thanks to there staff. Im in management statis , and I'm a firm believer giving Kudos when they are warranted, and this is one of them.

When the topic of a purchasing a car comes up, everyone has at least one if not many horror stories of terrible sales staff and dealerships...but that does not ring true with DCH Honda of Oxnard. We have bought two previous cars from DCH Honda of Oxnard and have had all their servicing from them as well. We always received the very best customer service especially from Zilmer Lee who always made sure we were well taken care of. Ron Anthony helped us in 2007 find a great pre-owned Honda that has been a joy to drive all these years, and now that our family has grown we needed a minivan, and he did his usual top notch performance in helping us find just the right car for us at a price we could afford. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied, and never an ounce of pressure. He has single handedly changed the image of what a car salesman is, or at least what they should strive to be. Because of Ron Anthony "car salesman" does not have to be a derogitory term. Bottom line- The exemplary service one receives from Ron Anthony & Zilmer Lee are what all dealerships should strive for in sales and service!

Picked up My '11 Fit Sport Manual Grey from Ron Anthony on 03/29. The Customer service that I received from him and all personnel at dealer involved in my car purchase was top notch!! We went through the paperwork and although it wasn't necessary, he walked me through the whole processed. He showed me the car again and walked me through all the features. It isn't all about making money to him, because he knows if he treats his customers well, they'll keep coming back and probably refer other people to him as I am now. I've never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Anybody in the SoCal area looking to buy a Honda should definitely look him up. No B.S., no haggling, great person, and great service! DCH Honda of Oxnard certainly lived up to the excellent reputation that we have grown to expect from the Honda Corporation. We found Allen Timmons to be an upfront and honest salesman who did everything he could to see that we found the right car at the right price to fulfill our needs. Price negotiation was straight forward, clear and we felt good about the price we paid for our used "08" Honda Element. Out of 9 used Honda Elements that we found within 75 miles, it had the lowest milage and a great price (we did our homework)! Cindy Kim who handled our loan paperwork was outstanding as well. We had never purchased anything from any of the DCH dealers before and Cindy thoroughly explained all of the details to us about the purchase of our Honda. With her help we were able to take advantage of a great "Honda Care" warranty and get a custom package for our car that fit our needs perfectly! Anne and I came home with big smiles on our faces and feeling great about our purchase at DCH Honda of Oxnard! I was looking for a low price lease for about two months. Reading reviews and checking new models. After reviews and special lease money factors We decided on the 2011 Honda Civic. Now the worst fear. Going to the dealership the unknown. How is this going to end. I had my son going with me to catch a mistake on the contract or help me negotiate.Costco refer us to DCH Honda Oxnard. Never been there before. Headed there at 8.15pmWe were greeted by Rudy. Very nice approach and introduce us to Christian (desk manager) we already picked a stock number form the dealer web page with the options we wanted on the car. Rudy was very helpful. The Costco Price was amazing. I never thought of getting a car at that price without spending 4 hours and going thru 5 sales managers. After loving the lease payment and waiting for finance. We had to conquer the last frontier. The finance manager. The men will try to sell me any type of insurance and raise my payment JOSE is the most professional finance manager I ever dealt with. Did asked me profiling questions to find out how hard to push for a warranty but I do not need them for this lease. I was back home within the hour with my new lease from DCH Honda Oxnard. My wife was surprised because we returned home so fast 9.10pm was back at home. From now on will give DCH Honda at Oxnard first change to get all my cars from now on. The dealership had a good selection of cars and gave me a good trade in price. Staff was helpful, organized, prompt, courteous. The whole experience was low pressure. I would recomend this dealership to family and friends. I serch the internet for pricing and avalibilty before starting my serch for the Honda Pilot I was looking for. I found that all three dealer 4 dealer with in a 35 mile radius had what I was lookimg for. I requested quotes from all and the pricing was with in dollars of each other. I visted all 4 dealership and setteled on DCH because of the sales rep Ron Anthony he was polite new the product was helful and first and formost was not pushy. Cindy was new to the dealership and she acted like a pro. She answered all of our questions and even drove me to my house to get paperwork we needed to complaete the application. Cindy took her time showing me various cars and after driving the CRV, I decided I needed to have it. Cindy was very knowledgable and was a big factor in my decision making process. My mom and I began our search at DCH Honda of Oxnard, looking for a replacement car for my beloved '03 Camry which got totaled when a drunk driver hit it (I was not in the car, no need to worry). We met with Cindy on Monday, and from the moment we went in to meet with her, she was already working on finding us the right car (in the right price range. We were on a limited budget because of the amount the insurance gave us). Cindy came with us all day long, driving all over the county looking at different deals, intuitively looking for what cars were right for us- not just right for the deal. After an entire day's worth of looking, we came up fruitless. But she didn't stop there. She stood by us, looking for the right car for us tirelessly, even on her days off. She encouraged us to look at other dealers and really find the right car for us, like I said, not just the right car to make a sale. Thursday rolled around, and she had called my mom, excited about a car she had found at a local DCH lot. Thursday night, after what felt like weeks which was really days worth of searching for the right car at the right price, she had a gorgeous, in near-perfect condition 2005 Camry XLE for us. As we looked at the car, we knew it was the right one, not only because the car fit my wants and my budget, but because she gave all her passion and efforts into finding the absolute right car, even negotiating with her manager tirelessly to get the price to where we could afford it. A couple hours later, the 2005 Camry was ours. Throughout this whole experience, I not only got a newer car, but I learned vital information on cars, how to shop for them, and how to handle those kinds of dealers who want to mess you over to get their numbers up. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy any car I was not 100% about with Cindy. I was never suggested something that was simply out of our price range. She was simply honest with us, understanding that if she did the best she could for us, she would have 2 very happy customers who will return to her for their needs.I can honestly say that she is the best consultant we could have found. Like an angel, she warned us about cars that had major issues on their carfax that the other dealers were trying to push us into at other locations. She watched out for us, while providing a listening ear and and open eyes to find the right car.I almost feel sad that we closed the deal, because I don't get to work with her until we need a new car! She made the process clean, easy, simple, pressure-less, and most of all, honest. Not once did she try and pull any tricks on us.I hope this wonderful woman gets the credit she deserves because I can say with honesty that she is amazing at what she does. DCH Honda of Oxnard has a real gem who every dealership should envy them for.

Cindy Birch worked her tail off to find me exactly what I needed, and she went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. For example, staying in touch with me on her days off, etc. Management was friendly and engaging and worked hard to find me the right deal. I am EXTREMELY impressed with Cindy Birch and this dealership as a whole. Service Manager Rose Siela is ONE IN A MILLION as well. The sales representatvie named Damian Soto assisted me with all my questions regarding lease/purchase options, pricing, and trade-in. I was not ready to buy right there and then. However, after listening to what Damian had to say about Honda, I knew I was making the right choice to purchase. I purchased the vehicle that very same day. DCH Honda of Oxnard has been very good to me and my family. This is my third Honda, and over the years I have dealt with several Service Consultants, all of whom have been helpfull. In 2007 I had the pleasure of having Clint as my sevice consultant, and have asked for his services whenever I can. He knows me, my cars, and my demanding work schedule, whichs makes me feel extremely comfortable when leaving my car with him. I have over 115,000 miles on my 2009 Fit, so reliable, accurate, and timely service is essential. I recomend him to my family and friends.

My experience at Honda has been great. Clint has been really helpful when we need our honda serviced. I have two kids and he helps us get in and out fast. I like the waiting room area with the kids board so they can draw on the wall. It is pretty cool.

Martin Esparza is an ideal representative of Honda of Oxnard. He is extremely knowledgable, always patient, and knows how to communicate technical detail clearly. I always know where my car stands, what it needs, and when it needs it. After a 5-car freeway accident in which 3 cars hit my 2001 Honda, Martin has worked with my diminished budget very effectively so that I get what needs to bedone and postpone what can be done a little later--always with my safety in mind. Ron Anthony is a gem!! He helped my husband and I look for a new car & we were able to make a great deal for our new 2010 Honda Fit. I really enjoyed his attention to detail, genuine customer service and ability to really listen to what we were looking for and needed. I will definitely refer those looking for a new car to Ron Anthony. He even called me the next day to make sure I was happy and to see how we were doing with our new car. He was very friendly, not pushy at all!! :)After I purchased my car, I went back to the dealership to get my floor mats installed. Clint was very helpful and courteous as I waited for the installation of my mats. He was very polite and genuine as well!! DCH of Honda in Oxnard is the best. I will not be taking my car to Vista Honda of Ventura anymore. Vista Honda has bad customer service, are pushy and just looking out for themselves. I really appreciate the genuine customer service at DCH of Honda, it is very hard to find these days.

I bought my Honda from a dealer in Ventura, so I figured I would just take it to them to have all my services done. But that was a BIG mistake! The managers at the Ventura location are very rude and don't have the customer's best interest in mind. This is the first time I have taken my car to DCH. I was actually expecting it to be the same experience as the Ventura dealer, but the service at DCH is GREAT. I had a very nice advisor, Clint, and mechanic, Daniel. I won't take my car anywhere else! Thank you DCH Honda of Oxnard!

I had been looking to trade in my car and get something more practical, so I submitted for a quote online and was absolutely suprised as to how quickly one of your team members responded. His name was Ross Malinger and he was so friendly and informative, I was so relieved to have a stress free, no pressure buying experience. He really helped in finding the right car for me. Like many women, I was not looking forward to trekking to a car dealership. But my ineraction with Ronald Anthony of DCH Oxnard changed all that, in a matter of hours. He was extremely helpful, pleasant and not at all pushy. Ronald calls every now and then to ask if I am happy ith my purchase. I'm thrilled with my 2010 Accord LX-P, having driven nothing but Hondas for 25 years.More than that, Ronald Anthony called me on my birthday a few days ago. That is like going a few extra miles for a customer. I have nothing but warm praises and sterling recommendations for this dealership, in general -- and for Mr. Anthony, in particular. I have shared my wonderful experience with friends and have suggested they pay these guys a visit.

I needed to lower my payment and fast!! My cousin reccomended Ross Malinger at DCH Honda of oxnard. She bought a CRV off him, and said it was the best car buying experience ever! Now I know why. I was greeted almost immediately by Ross after I pulled on the lot. I wasn't sold on the Accord before I arrived, but Ross gave me every reason to buy it. He was so passionate about the Honda product, it became clear he drove one himself, and was extremely satisfied with it! He was a wealth of valuable information, and I felt no pressure once we started talking price. He supported his figures with facts and data, and that made me feel much better about saying yes. I though I was stuck with my high payment, but Ross was able to get me top dollar for my trade, and I only had to come up with very little out of pocket. In the end I love my new Accord, and yes, my payment is almost $200 less a month!! Thank you Ross!! I would recomend him to anyone who needs a car!

I am a first time Honda owner, I purchased my new/used certified vehicle in May 2010. I've had to take my vehicle back a few times and each time Mike has made it a very pleasant experience. His customer service and friendliness is EXCELLENT and if I could I would give him an overall rating of a 10. I live in Ventura and it would probably be easier to go to the Honda Dealer here in town but...for all the reasons listed above I'd rather go out of my way just like Mike and the rest of the dealership does for me :)

The purpose of my visit was for a minor service. I called 6/16/2010 in the afternoon requesting to bringit in on 6/17. They were able to take me at 8:00 AM and had me out by 9:00. My vehicle has always been serviced here (didn't buy here) and the service department has always been great.

I was so impressed with the prompness of service; offer to give me ride (to home or nearby store)with no more than 5 minute wait; The nice waiting area,(hot coffee and fresh cookies provided; the cleanliness of the bathrooms;and especially the concern to find the solution to my leak. I will definitely be using DCH Honda in Oxnard for my car service as long as I own this car (even though I have a closer dealership in Ventura.

MIKE CARRILLO. Let's see IF I can put my gratitude into words. In November, 2009 I purchased my first new car. In March it was broken into. Mike just "took care of it". He made sure all the glass was out of the air-vents, seats, sun-roof, (yes, glass explodes)...it was just taken care of. THEN...in May, the car was "side-swiped". Back to Mike. After a laugh or two ("what'd they do to ya now?")..he just said..."I'll take care of it". Set up the rental car and off I went..knowing that my car would be taken care of...the right way. THEN...(do you think I should get ANOTHER "new" car?), the windshield cracked. POOR Mike. He just didn't know what to say..other than "I'm so sorry". "I'll take care of it". I NOW have "my" NEW car back..and "she" IS like NEW. Mike's professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and just "plain CARING"...has made this experience tolerable. I am so grateful that Mike Carrillo works for HONDA of Oxnard. I know..IF anything else goes wrong with my car..MIKE will make sure "it" is taken care of...the right way. So...if I could rate Mike higher..I would...but "10" sounds a little weird. THANK YOU MIKE!!!!!!

I had some very poor customer service in the past and felt like I was pressured and that my needs and wants were not heard.However, Ronald Anthony looked out for my best interest and worked very hard to provide me with everything that I wanted. Purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring from Ron Anthony with the help behind the scenes from Frank Montebello. Ron was outstanding and went to all extremes to make me feel very welcome and even kept me relaxed and hydrated at all times. A very sincere person, without that pushiness like other salesman. After this being my 3rd Honda, this dealership hits it out of the park. I bought a 1994 Honda from this dealership back in 1993 and they were great then, and my second was from Vista Honda in Ventura and they were horrible from after the finance department to all dealings afterward including service. I came back for this purchase to DCH Honda of Oxnard, just looking but ended up with Great Customer Service throughout. GM Frank Montebello I met and I heard he had stepped in to make the steps to getting approved. ( with this being my 10th new car experience, I had never met nor heard of the GM ) And a special thank you to finance person Cindy Kim. You cant find a more courteous finance person. She was wonderful and sweet and extremely sincere. The whole process is always lengthy, but you could say they make you feel at home. Buying a Honda or car from any other dealership or staff would be a crime. Also a shout out to Greg and Zilmer in service for the warm reception they gave and setting up all my appointments for first free oil change and also the Lojack and Cilajet install appointments. Earlier this morning (before driving over to your lot), I saw an ad for the Nissan-Versa. I was interested. I traveled to your dealership and arrived around 10:30 am. I was greeted at the front door by a sales person. I let them know what brought me in and that I did not have an appointment. I was completely honest in letting him know that the Versa at your location was my "plan B." I merely wanted to test drive the car today and give it some thought. The salesperson (Damian Soto) became agitated and began to tell me that he did not appreciate that I was not going about test-driving a car the way that he would. He questioned what my "plan A" was and began to try to manipulate me. I told him that I was not interested in discussing it with him after he had raised his voice to me.He briefly left the office and returned telling me that the car had been sold already. He said nothing to me as I walked away.I left your dealership feeling very insulted and having had a horrible interaction with this sales associate only to find out that the car was not even available.I went over to DCH Audi of Oxnard and shared with the sales associate there my same honest intention. They have a Versa over there currently.The salesperson had no negative reaction and was incredibly professional.

Josh made my car buying the best experience yet to date.I have purchased 5 cars in the last 15 years and by far he gave me the best deal, the best trade-in, he helped my figure out what car would best suit my needs. He was not pushy, he was warm and friendly, he didn't play those stupid car salesmen games, he treated me with respect and dignity. I was in and out with a new car in less than 2 hours. I feel like if anything goes wrong with my car I truly believe he will make sure it will be fixed and wants me to be a happy customer.I have never purchased an extended warranty - ever! and Josh worked it into the monthly payment- a very smart thing to do and I purchased my first ever extended warranty. I love my car, I drive it with pride and I don't have the feeling that something may go wrong with it and I'm stuck without my sales person on my side.I am a single mom and have had to buy cars alone for many years and with Josh I never felt intimidated or taken advantage of. Barry in parts is great to work with. Honest, straight forward and ethical. It's great to find employees of car dealerships that you trust implicitly. Barry is one. Not only has Barry assisted me in parts, he put in touch with the used car manager who was great to work with too. I will be back.

Honda of Oxnard, ive been coming here for three years, and the service and the parts department are top notch, they always call me when my parts are in and they take there time to explain all my service needs and issues with my car. They parts that i receive are the correct ones and the serivce advisors always explain the serivces that they perform

Mr. Garrison responded quickly via a cell phone call and let me know that he had received my request. Due to I wanting to be sure the part I needed was correct, Barrys effective methods of sending me a break down display of the part, maintained a high degree of his involvement. I returned the call and ordered the part. Barry was very helpful, displayed excellent customer service and made me feel that he was genuinely concerned about my getting the right part on the first try. Every time I have come in for any type of service or help Alex and Ricardo are the best. They are friendly, patient and look for the best deal for my car. When my car needs any repairs or recommendations, they will always call me first before doing anything. You don't get that kind of service just anywhere. If I need to take my car in, Alex will let me know the best time of day so there is very little wait. I never have to worry that I am getting the bad end of the deal. I always get the best. I would definitely recommend Honda of Oxnard to anyone.

I have visited the parts dept and Jesus Escarcega has helped me twice now. He was curteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was quick and easy to deal with. I went in and had the right parts the very next day! I will definitely continue visiting DCH Honda of Oxnard and I recommend it to all my family and friends.

I can't begin to tell you how great the experiences have been on a number of occasions. I own three Hondas and therefore come in for service quite often. I have a Honda Accord, my wife drives a pilot, and my daughter at Civic. Every time we go, they get us in and out in a very short period of time and always let us know if there is anything else that needs to be done to the car without trying to sell us a bunch of crap that we don't need. You usually cannot ask for anything more than that out of a car dealership although Honda of Oxnard continually seems to be able to provide us extras in the way of consultation and superior service all the time.

Ricky was great he answered all my questions and even walked me to my car to see what I was talking about.He helped me get what I needed for my car. I Would defenitly recommend Oxnard Honda to friends and family. Great experience and would deffinetly return.

I have taken my car honda 2001 for service to honda of oxnard for years now. i really like the service. they are really friendly and helpful.. and they also have great prices..the guys from parts and accesories Joel and Ricky are also very helpful they always look the best for you very honest people.I highly recommend honda of oxnard

Alex Lopez has found me great deals on parts/performace parts and I dont even drive a Honda! He did the searching for me and found me the best possible price. He was able to get me the parts I needed in no time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable of his products.

I am a honda civic owner. I have been to your service parts department several times now. When I need advice or help I always start by calling your service parts professionals.I have confidence in your employees. They give me straight answers and they understand my problem even if I cannot explain or give proper part names. So yes, girls need a little more help when it comes to cars and your employee Ricardo was a big help. Thanks!!!!

The reason I gave this rating is because every time I being there they always fast with there work on my Honda accord and and every time I need a part or accessories they give the best price out there, and they are honest.Thanks to all they will see me more often...

When I need service or any parts its a pleasant experience dealing with the courteous, friendly, "professionals" of the parts department especially Barry Garrison who always excels in obtaining any needed parts if not in stock in order to get me back on the road expeditiously.

I had recently went to Honda of Oxnard for a service visit. I spoke with and dealt with a Honda employee who's name is Barry Garrison. Barry was very polite and curteous and was able to explain exactly what I needed and why. My vehicle was also completed on time as stated. Even though I live in Ventura and could go to Vista Honda were the sales tax is lower, I will continue to go to Honda of Oxnard based on the excellent service and pleasant experience I received. Thank You and continue the fabulous customer service!

I dealt with Barry Garrison Parts Manager. I needed to obtain some information regarding electrical trouble shooting on my Accord. Barry was most helpful, he listened to my needs, asked the right questions and provided me with all of the information needed to help me with my electrical system. Awesome!!!!!

I have a 2002 Honda Odyssey with over 140,000 miles. The service we have received at Honda of Oxnard has been superior. I am often able to get my vehicle in the same day or the next. They are not pushy in recommending factor recommened services. In addition I often receive a free exterior wash to boot.

having my car due for service, is not longer a problem because I know that the knowledge people from DCH honda of Oxnard will take care of it, and the freindly service department which will make anything that is on their hands so you can understand the work that will perform to your vehicle makes you feel more asure that is the right place to take your vehicle for any service it needs

Clint Strimcha is very polite,honest,helpfull,happy and nice person,that is why i choose your the best for my 25th years experience here in OXNARD about car service. Ihad dealling experience to his other co workers but Clint is the best to deal with, easy and very convincing but never forced you. He always recomend you which is best and what you need to do first for your car, which is for the people who dont know about car like me he is what I need.Thank you DCH HONDA OF OXNARD for having good employee like CLINT He is the first reason I stay in one place when ever I have problems or questions about my cars. There is a lot of places you can find a good service but its hard to find Honest, nice, reliable,happy and friendly people like Clint.

Colleen was amazing! She answered all my questions and made me actually enjoy shopping for cars. The employees were pressure free and very polite. I sold cars and managed dealerships for over twenty years and I have never been pleased. I tell all my friends to go to DCH Honda of Oxnard.

I have recently brought a new honda at Honda Of Oxnard, and were treated great by these three staff members. This is my fifth honda purchased at this dealership. I have always had a good repor with the service department. You are very fortieth to have Rose, Clint and Kenny working for this dealership.

Friendly atmosphere, caring employees, competitive prices. tried other dealerships, will always stick with DCH Honda of Oxnard. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, no bs involved. Fresh coffee and snacks available, free Internet service and shuttle.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DEALER! We were given an Internet price from DCH Oxnard Honda and confirmed our exact model's specs with TWO of their reps before making the hour drive. We went as far as to say, "We do not want to travel so far if this SPECIFIC vehicle is not there." We were repeatedly ASSURED the car was IN STOCK and would be waiting for us at our confirmed meeting time. However, when we arrived (on time!) our specific salesman (Steve) was strangely "busy" and the car was not in their inventory AT ALL (or at the very least, in transit from another dealer). Fast forward to two hours of being lied to, passed around among salesmen (each with their own irritating manner of stalling and game-playing) and finally told there must have been a "miscommunication." It only got more absurd when Ty, the supposed "boss," went so far as to "fire" Shady Steve (one of the two reps who originally promised us the car was in stock). And the Oscar goes to....! The whole process was a ridiculous waste of time and aggravation. Word of warning to others: THEY WILL TELL BOLD-FACED LIES TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR! PUT ZERO FAITH IN THEIR PROMISES OR HIGHLY-QUESTIONABLE "PRESIDENT'S AWARD" STATUS. The only thing DCH Oxnard Honda should get a "gold star" for is conning customers! BEWARE!
