I was able to make an appointment the day before I needed to go it. I dropped my car off in the morning and was given a ride to work with very little wait. The car was ready (with additional repairs above the original order) by noon that day. Excellent!

I had my 50k service done at the dealership recently. The technicians are always super friendly and quick to go through any issues they find with the car while still providing a good explanation. They're also great about keeping you up to date while you wait.

My Service Managers, Hector Torres and Martin are terrific! The process for checking in and checking out leaves a lot to be desired now that Mazda is part of it. I used to drive in and see Hector or Martin right away. Now I am accosted right away. People putting paperwork on my windshield, asking me questions, etc. and my car takes longer to come out. This time, the floor mat was dirty and so was the threshold of my door. And they left the number on top of my car. I did not notice it and drove away, then heard a hit and thought someone had thrown something at my car. Sloppy.

Everyone I encountered at my service appointment was welcoming and eager to please: the valet who greeted me, Angel, Scott, and my service advisor, Martin Munoz, who is as always dependable and reliable. The lady who answers the service phone and the cashier were so pleasant and attentive. I especially commend Ted Weinsziehr who treats my every request as if it were from a king. I got a loaner (which was clean on the inside and out) for the day and my car was ready within expectations.For future reference, it would be nice if my car were less dirty on the inside after being worked on. There are black smudges on the steering wheel and shoe scuffs on the doors and carpet. Perhaps the seats and steering wheel could be covered with plastic, like how some other dealers do.

I actually went to another Volvo dealer before heading towards Culver City Volvo and the experience was totally different. The first dealership had this "they are really trying to push this car on me" kinda vibe. Since I was interested to begin with (that's why I was there in the first place), I had them draw up an invoice. I then headed over to Culver City Volvo to see what they would offer. From the start, Tony, the salesman, was more cooperative, more informed, and just plain more like a friend than a pushy salesman. I had him do some numbers and was totally shocked by the difference form the invoice at the other spot. The first dealership weren't even in the same ballpark. It wasn't too difficult to come to a quick conclusion and I was driving home in my new XC90 T8 within a couple hours. Again, for the record, Cubler City Volvo is a great dealership with the best offer and Tony deserves all the credit. Of course, the encounters with the other people there were genuine as well.

Service rep Martin called with updates and arranged a pickup when car was ready (right on time as indicated at check-in). Culver Volvo one of the few Volvo dealership with a coupon for maintenance service! The property is undergoing construction, but access to the service bay was fine.

I have purchased my second Volvo through the Costco Referral system to Culver City Volvo. In both instances the service was excellent.The sales person, Rosie Malid, was very knowledgeable and worked hard to find and secure the Volvo we wanted. Eventually she had to secure a car from another dealer. The Volvo was delivered to our home in Thousand Oaks along with all the paperwork to sign. She then assisted in setting up the car and showing us the new features. She drove the trade-in back to the dealership. As I said, EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I really like the folks at Culver City Volvo. They are honest and will give you a fair assessment. They don't pad the bill by adding unnecessary repairs to the list. I travel from Santa Monica to Culver City even though there is a dealership in Santa Monica because I trust this dealership. Have some work tomorrow and they have promised a loaner while my car is in the shop.

My experience with C.C. Volvo was excellent. I live in Arizona and bought a used car sight unseen, having engaged in the initial parts of the transaction entirely by phone and e-mail with Tony Tehrani. He was very informative, helpful and pleasant. When I arrived at the dealership I found the car to be in great condition, exactly as advertised on their website and described by Tony. All individuals with whom I dealt when I completed my purchase at the dealership were knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely buy a car again from C.C. Volvo.

I started driving a Volvo so long ago when Culver City Volvo was Westside Volvo. When Tony and Richard came over and it became Culver City Volvo the experience became phenomenal. This now my 4th car from them... they have watched me raise my kids... a National level ski racer, so I put those 3 XC90's to the test!! I have always been treated with incredible respect and like a VIP. From service with Martin... to the inevitable moment when we know we have to switch cars because of mileage... Tony ALWAYS takes care of me and puts me in the ABSOLUTE BEST CAR and DEAL available. People always ask me, "Are you ALWAYS going to drive a Volvo??!" and my reply is... "Why wouldn't I? I have my Culver City family that takes incredible care of me!!"THANK YOU Tony and Richard... I cannot begin to express how much I love my XC60... It's so fun to be in a smaller vehicle with all of its incredible bells and whistles!!

I could not be happier with my experience buying a Volvo XC90 at Culver City Volvo. Tony, my salesman, was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process of choosing the right vehicle and options. My plan was to go pre-owned, as I have in the past, but for this, my fourth Volvo and first West Coast purchase, I went with a lease because the deal was just too good to pass up. Tony and Richard in were thorough and explained everything I needed to know in plain terms. I love Volvos so it wasn't a hard sell but I appreciated their attention to detail and reasonably fast service, as far as car buying goes. It's a little chaotic right now as they are in the process of remodeling but don't let that put you off. I'm happy that my dealership is so close to home and looking forward to the convenience of bringing it to Culver City Volvo every time I need service from here on in. It's only been two days, but I'm already loving my brand new S-60!

Searched numerous Volvo leases for well over a month. Found that Tony, at Culver, had by far the best lease terms available. Also accepted my trade-in with no questions. Tony was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend seeing him if you want the greatest deal possible on any Volvo. Only one minor problem: exterior of car needed to cleaned a bit more. A detailing job would have been icing on the cake.

I brought my 2004 Volvo in for a regular service appointment, and sadly a few major issues were found. Martin Munoz went above and beyond to take care of my car to ensure that she will drive safely. I know I needed to end up paying more than I had anticipated, but Martin Munoz treated me with honesty and integrity and I totally trust his judgment. I was given a loaner to drive and was able to get all my errands done while my car was being serviced. I ran into traffic returning to the dealer, and I called and was reassured that the latest I could pick my car up would be 8 p.m. Wow! Thankfully, I pulled in right before 6 p.m. and when I turned into the driveway, there was my clean and shiny car waiting for me! As I was rushing to the cashier, she smiled and was so calm and nice to me, and took care of me quickly. When I got in my car, I realized that I had left some items in the back seat of the loaner. A young man was walking by, and I started to tell him that I had forgotten something, and he motions to show me that he had already moved the items into my car! Each employee treated me with kindness and respect, and each told me not to worry about being late and this was on a Friday! Thank you to Martin Munoz, Flo, and your entire team for a job well done!

I got stuck when my engine stalled out in the middle of the road. After only a short wait for a tow, I made it to Culver City Volvo and was treated extremely well. They told me it would be a quick fix...Martin knew exactly what the problem was. He handed me a gift card for Starbucks and said, "Go have something to drink and it will be ready in no time." An hour and a latte later I was good to go... In a clean and running car!

The service writer, Marvin, made it convenient for us to drop off the car the evening before, and he called me the next morning to clarify our problem. the repair was completed the same day, and was apparently diagnosed and repaired correctly, because the symptom has not occurred again. And, unexpectedly, they washed the car before returning it to us.

I can't say enough positive words about my recent experience Culver City Volvo. Martin Munoz, the Service Advisor was helpful, efficient and friendly. He offered me a loaner car for free, which made it possible to me to do some work while my car was being serviced. I was called when the car was ready. A free car wash was provided. Flo stopped me and asked me if I had any problems or suggestions. All in all a pleasant experience. And my Volvo runs great!

I brought my 9 year old XC90 in for scheduled maintenance and a few other problems. I was given an estimate for the work and a loaner car. Later in the day Martin called to tell me of some other problems that had been found, an estimate for that work, and the safety priority for each job. We came up with a plan, and the work was done very quickly. I have been going to this dealership for repairs for years. We started going because it was so close to where we lived, but we have stayed because of the excellent professionalism and service that we receive from all of the staff, and the consistent availability of loaner/rental car. If you have a Volvo that needs serviced, I would highly recommend Culver City Volvo for service!

My car was finished by the end of the day, but it wasn't a great time for me to pick it up and I was told I could pick it up in the morning. Yes service is what I receive when I go to Culver City Volvo, the Service staff are always friendly and helpful. Small concern my interior of my car is fabric, color cream. Unfortunatley the service crew set in the passenger side and the car seat had black stains. Mr. Jeremy was suprise when he drove my car to the front of Service, He promised to detail my car on Saturday and apoligize for the inconvenience.

I would recommend these boys at Culver City to anyone. I bought out the lease on my 4th C70 hard top convertible as recommended. My 2013 is the last of the line. No more Volvo convertibles on the horizon. My car is seldom driven as I work out on the road. I had less mileage than a dealer car. They tossed in a bunch of stuff. Today is December 14, 2015. I do not get my car back till January 10.

Richard Diaz was the consummate salesman. He was attentive and knowledgeable. He patiently worked with my wife and me and made us feel very comfortable. We were looking at the XC90 and the lot had many cars in stock in a variety of trims. Richard helped us understand the differences and guided us to the right car for us.Once we made our decision, the purchasing process was handled by Tony Tehrani, who was just as efficient and professional. The time it took to complete all the documentation was remarkably short.A very pleasant experience overall, and that's the first time I've said that about a car dealership.

The service was excellent. Both Hector Torres and Martin Munoz were helpful and knowledgeable.Everything worked efficiently. Even the shuttle service was terrific. Jose was prompt and interesting to talk to. Though the repairs were costly Easy Care covered $788. of it. The rest was explained carefully to me and the throttle repairs are nothing that any other service center has mentioned. And that's after 8 years of service in a different service center that I won't mention.

exception: your arrangement with Hertz Rent A Car for a loner was a disaster. They did not advise me as to how the car worked, how to start it , how the air conditioner worked, release of break, etc. When I brought it back the next day I informed the rep about my complaints andall he did was give me the voucher, had no comment about the driver belt not being able to attach or any of my comments - all he did was give me the voucher and walked away.I WILL NEVER USE THERE SERVICE AGAIN - BAD ADVERTISING FOR YOUR FIRM.

Richard Diaz was the best informed salesperson I've ever encountered. In this instance of buying a Volvo, I had been to 4 other dealerships and hadn't found anybody better informed than Richard! No pressure during the entire experience and he could not have been nicer! He found the model and make of XC/90 that I wanted, and took a ton of time to expertly set up and explain the car to me. All was great with my lube/oil change and multipoint inspection. However, in measuring the tire pressure the next morning and rechecking it the following morning under similar conditions after adding air (6 PSI) to the left rear tire to balance it with the other tires the first morning, I confirmed that the technicians had actually missed the left rear tire; there was no leak.Martin totally owned the oversight, which was an honest mistake - and even denied the suggestion I made that some miscreant may have let air out of that tire. That really "made my day".Honesty is truly the BEST policy!!

I really appreciate that they wash and vacuum my car. Augie has great crew and will alway lend a ear email you if you have a concern. I would highly recommend the dealer for your servicing needs. I had a appointment and two days prior I need immediate servicing and they accommodated me and made provisions for a rental and even completed my car sooner that stated.

Good job, but way over priced!!! That's the unfortunate thing about going to a dealership. My personal mechanic was on vacation, or I would have had the work done through him at half the price. I went in for one thing and they managed (as they always do, which is why I avoid the dealership) to find a couple of thousands of dollars worth of little things to fix.

The Service Dept at Culver City Volvo is outstanding! I was taken as soon as I arrived for my appointment. The staff were very friendly, courteous and knowledgable. When some work was needed, I was given a beautiful loaner car to use for the day while I took car of my business. My car was returned working perfectly, and with no charge to me, as the repair were covered by the warranty. Anytime I have had a question or problem, the Service Dept has been amazingly helpful.

I called the service department because I was getting a low battery message. They were able to make an appointment the same day and found the battery did indeed need to be replaced. They also checked the fluids in my car...and refilled the window washer fluid and added lubricant to the steering mechanism. This service, including a car wash, was completed in less than two hours. Joe, my service coordinator, was friendly and efficient. Moreover, my cell phone needed charging and one of the sales office personnel, charged it while I was waiting.

I brought my car in on Saturday, March 28, to evaluate a suspected radiator hose assembly leak. I was tended to immediately by the service rep who topped my coolant off after reassuring me I could wait until Tuesday, the 31st at my convenience. I took my 2008 Mazda 6 for extended warranty work to Culver City Volvo (also a Mazda dealer). Sean McClelland in the service department took care of me 100% the whole way! He dealt with my not so agreeable extended warranty company, kept me up to date on the repairs and made other transportation available to me. I felt totally comfortable and like I was in good hands. I will come back for all of my service needs and highly recommend Sean to anyone else.

On 7/15/2013, I pull into the customer service area to have my car checked. I approached three employees and simply ask if I could speak with a service Tech. One of the employees became extremely rude and attempted to belittle me for what I felt was a basic question one should asked doing there first visit . My service Tech, Hector, was extremely friendly and went over and beyond his job.

Overall terrible experience, would never go back to them, so hard to deal with. Either they don't know what they are talking about and then tell you different things, or they a very dishonest. Either way had a terrible experience with them and would not recommend them to anyone. I'd give a 0 if I could.

overall bad experience, got the run around so much with different issues after buying my car, everyone was telling me different things and didn't get things resolved. Either they were dishonest or didn't know what they were talking about, either way I pulled my hair out trying to deal with them every time. Never go here again, and would definitely not recommend them.

Purchasing a used 2005 XC90 from this dealership was truly the worst experience I have ever had! It was a high pressure, take all day situation with dishonest, unprofessional display of car sales!! After only 4 months the engine to this car had to be replaced by another dealership,willing to make good on the Volvo name as Culver City wasn't even willing to attempt, under the high cost extended warranty that was pushed by the salesman in case we had an engine failure. Imagine THAT!!! Unfortunately due to my experience at this dealership I would not recommend them to anyone. They offer to buy you crappy Tito's Tacos if you are unsatisfied. Wort of all their Robo calls and SPAM emails NEVER stop, even after you have purchased a car! I am truly surprised that Volvo of North America continues to allow them to put the Culver City Volvo name next their high quality products...what a nightmare!!

Driving on a sunday down Washington Blvd and started hearing a loud scraping noise. I pulled into the volvo dealer on washington and sepulveda and the sale person was readily available to help. I knew service would not open until Monday, but they allowed me to leave the car there, after completing a short form to let my service person,Ken, know what was wrong. Ken called me early Monday explaining the problem and my car was ready that same day!

I had an easy process on obtaining my S60 T6 R Design. I noticed some water spots that could not be removed and I brought it back twice along with a bad tinting. It took three take backs, but they were pleasant and professional about getting it corrected and making me happy. This is the forth Volvo that my family has acquired. Culver City Volvo is nice because it is family owned. The service department is also very honest about what needs to be repaired.I will be purchasing more Volvos from Culver City Volvo and I give them my highest recommendation.

I bought my C70 here and the process was very easy and the staff quite friendly. Recently went in for my first service which was done efficiently and thoroughly and the staff could not have been nicer! Big bonus is the rental car service they offer for free, which makes bringing my car in a much easier process! Thanks!

I wish I could put 0 star..this place is the worst...NEVER NEVER NEVER bring your car here for service...they well destroy it...I had warranty work done here are they left parts loose and oil ran out all over the engine, undercarriage, and the ground...when I called the service guy, some jerk by the name of Kenneth, I was told the something else was wrong with the car, which I knew was BS, the car was not leaking oil when it went into their shop, and it was pouring out when it left. l tried to call the general manager Rami, and left 2 messages, but he never called back. I finally had the car towed to Galpin Ford in Van Nuys, where they took excellent care of me and repaired all the damage that Culver City Volvo did, without charging me, also telling me that the car did not need the other work that CCV had told me was needed. They also told me that something from the prior work had not been tightened...which caused the problem.Repair work SUCKS here, and the customer service is even worse...no wonder their reviews and ratings are so bad.Take your car anyway before here.I have filed a complaint with Volvo and wish I could do more to warn people...Oh yes, that's right, I can look for every site I can find on the internet, where I can also leave this review.By the way I'm 63 years old, have owned a lot of new cars,and this was the worse experience I have ever had with a car dealer.

We have purchased 3 Volvos from Culver City in the last 15 years. We would have purchased more there but the Volvos we purchased lasted a long time. I always take the Volvos to Culver City for servicing. I make it a point of working with Ken. He and his staff have kept all of our cars in good repair. The costs seem fair and the work is done timely.

I have a volvo xc90 2005 model and took it to Culver City Volvo for a check. As always my service guy, KEN was there to save the day. He checked the check engine light problem and found out about a sensor malfunction. He called me after several hours and explained what the problem was and asked me for my authorization. He gave me the price for the parts and service and I added extra service for my engine mounts which he has been telling me about the last 3 visits I had at the center. He gave me the total charges and gave him my go signal. I picked up my SUV the following day. It was a smooth, straight to the point business which I always experience with him.

I purchased my S60 from Culver City Volvo. I dealt with Tony Tehrani, who was very upfront, low pressure, but also 'got it'. I gave him the specs I wanted and he came back with both the exact same vehicle and couple other vehicles with similar but different options. I like this because my I was flexible in what I wanted and he was very quick to lay out the cost differences between the packages. I came in to look at the NAV package (I had driven a different S60 before without the NAV and wanted to see if it was worth it to me). When I was at the dealership with Tony he was very helpful, but was low pressure and I went back to work. Over the next day or two Tony and I worked out the details of which car I wanted and we negotiated the pricing. Once we agreed on a price, I came in to pick up the car. The process was quick (no games at financing, no material differences) and very straight-forward. The car is great and I would recommend Tony and Culver City Volvo as a reputable and easy-to-deal-with group.

Culver City Volvo was able to offer the certified pre-owned Volvo I wanted, at my price, through email and one phone call. It was ready for delivery the next morning. Unlike the dealer nearest me, the sales staff did not ask me to "walk the lot" or listen to a bunch of sales talk. They were pleasant, cordial people and respected my time. I have a fun, reliable car I bought within my budget!

my car was brought to culver city volvo on april 25, 2012, and except for 4days it has continued its stay there; today is may 23, 2012. item one was repaired in 7days. the car was home for 3days and then the car would not start despite a new battery. i was repeatedly told 'there is nothing wrong with the car' and that the problem 'has to happen here.' i took the car home after 6day. this time the car would not start within 24hrs of leaving culver city volvo. the car has been at culver city volvo arriving there this time approximately may 10, 2012. i tried to pick it up today, may 24th, 2012, and now there are two problems with the car that should have been caught before the car was returned to me. i am again in a loaner. you might want to consider an alternative to this service department if you drive a 2009 xc70.

My 2007 Volvo S80 had it's headlights go out just before I had to leave town on an early morning flight! The car has been great, but this just happened all the sudden and I was in a bind. Went to go see Ernie and he arranged a rental car for me right away as he said it would take some time to diagnose the problem. I had to be at LAX the next morning for a 6am flight and my return flight several days later was to come back in after 9pm...all this outside the dealer hours! Ernie came up with a great solution...I returned the rental car at LAX (at no charge)and jumped on my early flight! I luckily had the second key for my Volvo, and when I returned to LAX at 9pm on a Sunday night I hoped in a cab over to Culver City Volvo and my car was waiting in the service drive for me all fixed and ready to go! Many thanks to Ernie, Ram, Richard, and the great team at Culver City Volvo!

I bought my 2012 S60T5 from Culver City. They had by far the best selection and gave me the best deal. I shopped over 3 other stores and they didn't the vehicle I wanted and their priced weren't even close. Definately recommend them.

Do NOT provide this dealer your contact information through Kelly Bluebook or Edmunds for price quotes. The dealership will robo call you several times day, even after you have bought your car. I have told three different individuals at this dealership that I have already purchased a car (from another dealer) and to please stop calling. Despite being reassured by each individual that they will take me off the dealership's robo call list, the dealership is still calling me several times a day. I would steer clear of this dealership.
