I had an excellent experience getting my oil changed and tires rotated. They were very busy but were still attentive. They set me up with a Lyft to and from work which was very accommodating. I knew they were going to wash my car but to my surprise they vacuumed it too! Overall I was very pleased with my experience.

My new car is few month old, side mirror motor is not working & commander knob is not functioning. We bring it under warranty, they refuse to fix it. Service manager charge $180 inspection fees ignoring the warranty, refuse to fix the mirror because there is no loose screws, and we are the one who broke it, ...the charged fee ($182) is for the inspection, not for ordering parts. By the way, I went to Galpin Mazda, they repaired them under warranty, no fees, and they gave a loaner. The best dealer you can ever go to.

Did not get to buy a vehicle unfortunately but i did get to communicate with Arlene Quiros over email. She was great and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I feel with this chip shortage that car dealers are experiencing is creating a very hostile environment for buyers. Not once did i feel uncomfortable when emailing Arlene. If they had the specific model and color i was looking for, i would have bought it ASAP. Thanks again

What a pleasure to do business with Culver City Mazda! I don't think I've ever said that about a car dealership. The customer service could not have been better. I got a good deal on a car that I wanted, the Mazda CX-5, and the salesperson, Max Ginsberg, went out of his way to make sure that I was given straightforward information, my questions were answered, and my needs as a customer were met. I recommend them highly!

My lease on my Mazda3 was nearly finished and Culver City Mazda reached out to me about buying me out of my lease early. I am a low mileage driver so I knew that my car would be valuable to them as a used vehicle for resale. Richard and Tony in the sales department were able to take full advantage of my low mileage to get me an amazing, 0$ down upgrade of my Mazda3 which greatly exceeded my expectations!

I came in for a factory recall of passenger-side airbags. I did not have to pay anything for the service, and yet everyone treated me like I was buying a new car. They were very organized, fast and efficient. They quoted me a waiting time of 1-2 hours, but they offered a shuttle service to take me home and bring me back so that I would not have to wait in the lobby. The overall wait was only one hour, so they are very accurate in their estimates, and they did not make any attempt to over-sell other services. There was no bait and switch; no pressure; just good service. Very impressive.

I had received a notice by mail about an emission check that Mazda would be performing on all their newer vehicles, which is why I went into the location. The guys allowed me to drop my car off super early in the morning (before they opened) and were finished quicker than expected! They even threw in a free oil change. Ken, the service guy I worked with, was incredibly kind and professional and made me feel like I was in great hands. Will definitely return because of their service and attitudes.

This review mainly concerns the sales representative who assisted me at Culver City Volvo/Mazda: Tony Tehrani.From the onset, Tony was very professional and straightforward in his communications. No mind games, no smoke and mirrors, no tricks. Of course, it also helped that I knew what I wanted even before stepping through the dealership doors, but Tony understood that as well and was very professional in treating me accordingly.Tony explained everything very clearly and walked me through the car buying process without making it feel like a CIA interrogation, something which cannot be said about all auto dealerships and is increasingly becoming a lost art in this day and age. It was very clear that he intended to sell me a lasting relationship with him and the dealership, not just a car. Even during negotiations, Tony clearly listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. No reading from scripts or sticking to a plan that him or the dealership had decided on before my arrival.Normally, the car buying experience is remembered as a long battle of attrition. Not the case here. I dropped by the dealership at 11 a.m. and was out the lot with my new vehicle by the early afternoon. Fast and friendly made this a pleasant and effective experience. Bravo. Another reason why I will continue to purchase Mazda vehicles.

Appreciated the complimentary free first service. Convenient to be able to book the appointment via email. Ken (at service desk check-in) was friendly and helpful. Service was completed in half the expected time so was ready for early collection.

A few disappointing issues. My original appointment was canceled by the service department, and rescheduled. That's cool. In fact, I was offered a complimentary car to use while my car was being serviced. But, it actually was a rental car. Well, it cost me $11.00 for insurance(for my protection), I had to pay for fuel($13.50) for driving only 77 miles as the tank was not full when I received the car. AND, if I did not drive the car a minimum of 75 miles, I would have been charged a fee for each mile to make up the difference. I simply wanted to drive home from Mazda, only 9 miles away. Therefore, it would have cost me an additional $22.80(.40 per mile). Ugh!Secondly, the cashier dept. was quite inept and chaotic, and my paperwork was lost for about 20 minutes, before I could leave.Fortunately, Ken was our service rep. He was quite professional, and really a nice man. Thank you Ken :)

Usually when you enter a dealer and are looking for a car it feels like your entering a Lions Den, but that wasn't the case at Culver City Volvo/Mazda. I was helped by Rosie and she made my purchase a breeze. She actually listened unlike other sales people to what I'm Looking for? How much I can afford as a Payment? and What I could put down as down payment? She took that information and was able to put me in the Mazda 6 iTouring packaged with moonroof and Bose sound system. I honestly didn't think I was going to be able to afford it but Rosie and her team worked with me and Provided me with a low out of pocket cost and low monthly that met my budget the deal just made sense. I want to thank her and her team for their hard work and dedication in making this deal happen. I have already referred a friend over and they are excited in getting into a new car and working with Rosie just based off the great experience I had.

Had scheduled service here on a new car, and everything went fine. They were gracious about an earlier cancellation, did the service more quickly than I'd expected, and the charge for it was consistent with comparable service anywhere. As car dealerships go they're operating out of a tiny chunk of real estate and are currently (as of April 2015,)renovating part of the site, but the only negative I can think of on that aspect is that the exit is not marked. Once your car is done, you've got the options of going the wrong way against what's clearly the service entrance, or going into an unmarked alley and winding your way around a couple of unrelated businesses before connecting with Sepulveda. They should put up a couple of exit signs - but that's a minor complaint. On the further plus side, it's just a block or so walk to Tellefson Park where you can lounge with a good book while you're getting your car worked on. All in all, a hassle-free experience, and they washed my car when they were done for no extra charge.
