I bought the car because of the salesman but had a terrible time with Ford financial and the buying process at Crossroads, paying cash for the car. And now have just had car problems on a 2016 ford Fusion with less than 3000 miles with my husband seriously ill, received no help from the service dep't . contacted Crescent Ford who will work me in and are trying to help me. And these people claim to be fine Christians. I guess it only goes so far.

My car has not been running right since April, 10 trips to Crossroad Ford and the last time after me having my car for 2 months the check engine light came on as we drove it off the lot. All they did was turn off the light and sent us on our way. With a broken car. The next day when the light and the engin was not working right I called them back and asked them who could fix my car, and they said they could not fix the car and not to come back.

I am very satisfied with Crossroads. I was very unhappy with Ford Motor Company and the extreme inconvenience they put me through and the hoops they put Crossroads through before they finally acknowledged they provided a defective engine (second time I've had a defective engine in a Lincoln) and honored their warranty. If you have any communication with Ford Motor Company, with regard to this survey, you can let them know of my dissatisfaction with them, their engineering department and the way they dragged their feet before acknowledging that they were at fault in providing a defective engine. I have told many people about this problem!

I came in for an oil change at a prearranged time Asked that it be done quickly since I was waiting for it and I have a bad back which makes the chairs in the waiting area uncomfortable. It was done in less than an hour and the car was brought back to the service desk for me to pick up. Very much appreciated.The facilities were being upgraded while I was there.

Own a 2014 Edge. I took it in for the 15,000 mile oil change, etc. The service was great! The salesman who sold me the car 1 1/2 years ago greeted me. He took the time to show me how to save favorites in the navigation system.

We brought our 2014 Edge in for the 15,000 mile service. As usual the service advisors greeted me by name and were courteous and helpful. The work was completed promptly. After the car was done the sales associate that we purchased the car from took the time to explain some of the questions we had regarding the navigation system. This service after the sale is one of the things that will keep us coming back to Crossroads Ford of Kernersville.

purchasing new was OK. Then the problems started with the check engine oil light and a rubber strip that needed repair. The service tech said they were waiting for the glue to dry when in fact nothing of Tate sort happened. They didn't know how to get the light turned off. Then they said they would call in week - they didn't. Dropped it off again, after they then said they had to order a part - the rubber strip. Check oil light still on after a month. Now the tire pressure gauge has come on and won't go off. They said it might be another week and they would call. So so disappointed in the response. Don't buy here and don't go here for service.

If I could rate dealership below 1, I definitely would. We bought a 2014 Ford Mustang March 22, 2016. This is the 4th Mustang we have owned with no previous problems still owning one of them so we were not hesitant about buying a used Mustang. The car was driven approximately 2500 miles, three months, when the engine blew up with approximately 63,000 miles on it. This "excellent condition Mustang", as they described it, did not even make it to the first oil change before it had a blown engine. We had the vehicle towed to the dealership where they confirmed that it had a blown engine. The dealership said the car showed no signs of abuse and they did not have any reason it should have blown up with this mileage on it. They referred us to Ford who immediately referred us back Crossroads Ford. Crossroads said it was Fords responsibility Ford said it was Crossroads. Needless to say, we were stuck putting another engine in a 2014 Mustang that we paid $16,900.00 for 3 months earlier. Crossroads offered to take the car as a trade in and offered me $6000.00 for a car we had just bought from them for $16,900.00 two months earlier. What a Joke!!! They also went from an engine costing approximately $6500.00 to a fabulous deal of a used engine with approximately 58,000 miles on it for $3000.00 to $3300.00. Really you shouldn't be so caring and generous. When we purchased the car and the salesman was going over the warranty (which I declined) the manager came up to the salesman and said it's Ford certified right?? The salesman said no, its not, but we do have all the car fax info on the car and all service has been done on time. Needless to say if the car was Ford Certified we would have had a 12 month 12000 mile warranty on the vehicle. When we had the engine problem I questioned why the car was not Ford Certified and he said the only reason was because it had an open recall and a vehicle cannot be certified with an open recall. So if Ford had released the parts to correct the recall we would have had a warranty and would not be out the monies to replace an engine in a car that we had just bought. Also, I should have been explained this when I purchased the car, I would have definately thought twice before we bought it. The car sat on their lot for a month trying to decide what to do about the car. We had someone go pick up the car one night 2 weeks ago and they have yet to even call to see if we got the car. My advise would be to run far from this dealership or have plenty of monies to fix the car when something major happens to it. THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

Your service was acceptable.We have enjoyed Ford Taurus for several years. The one thing we don't like about this model is the console between the front seats. It is impossible to hold cups and the storage area is about half the size of the 2008 Taurus. When we purchased from you the salesperson did not show us a 2016 model and half-way home, I told my husband that we just bought a car that was one year old already. I guess that you try to get the previous year's cars off your inventory.

I brought my vehicle in for a nebulous, difficult-to-diagnose problem. It turned out - at least so far - to be a variant of normal. The staff at CR Ford, particularly the service adviser who worked with me, Michael, were very attentive, patient, and made sure that my concerns were heard even though I'm sure it was frustrating. Although this isn't the closest dealership to the house, it is certainly one to which we'll bring our vehicles for their service needs.

Purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCab on 07/08/2016. Brad and Derrick were very helpful and accommodating. The purchase price was ok, but Ford seems to offer better deals on the XLT vs Lariat. The truck did not have step bars so had to order. The step bars that can in and were installed were incorrect so had to reorder the correct ones. Robert the service manager was great and understanding. New step bars came in and were installed on 07/22/2016.

The rain window guards that I had put on a few years ago, one came off while driving - driver side, rear window, and left the tape/glue on the frame above the window - I wanted it cleaned off, but the service department couldn't do it!!!! Recommended that I go Dollar store and buy gooe off of some sort, but I can't believe that a large service department would not be able to take care of this for me - the same service department in Kernersville put them on all four windows for me!!!! Other than that, everyone was great. Enjoy your day.

Crossroads Ford has a great staff and competitive service rates to any shop in the Triad. I've taken my F150 to some budget shops, and either they lacked knowledge for the needed repair or actually charged more.

2015 Focus ST. Staff very helpful. Checked the car when it came in from Raleigh. Only had ONE key. No OWNERS Manual. Opened rear hatch. Left side plastic pull down trim was broken. Had to take it back the next day. While in the shop a large dent was put in the top of the hatchback lid. I had to wait until the Next Monday when the dent man was there. I had the oil changed in my car; Excellent, excellent and friendly service; however, just wondering why you do not offer to vacuum the car or run it through a car wash after having the oil changed? Went in for my first oil change. Was the first one there that morning and it took over an hour but I wasn't in a hurry and hopefully the extra time was spent looking over the car to make sure everything mechanically was correct. I'd rather them take time and do it correct than to rush and miss something. The service advisor was very friendly and any other employee I ran into while there was friendly. Waiting room was clean. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Ford Fusion in October 2015. On Christmas Eve is drove through an intersection where there had been an accident and picked up a screw in a tire. The tire could not be repaired so I replaced two front tires. Plan to replace two more soon. They are very expensive! The service was great...in and out within reasonable time...the day after Christmas.

I've been purchasing my family vehicles there for about 20 yrs. When my son wanted to purchase his first vehicle, I told him to go to Crossroads. I believe in Ford products, but most of all your dealership has the best service, bar none. Whatever the problem, you complete the repair. Vehicles may not be perfect, but your service center is perfect.

I came in for an oil change and to have my horn looked at that wasn't working properly. They did the oil change but said that i would have to come back for the horn. The person that needed to work on my horn was not going to be there on Saturday and I am not able to bring my car in during the week. I had to set an appointment to bring my car back in 2 weeks just to get the horn re-looked at again. My return date is January 2nd.

All the guys in the service department are wonderful. I have worked with Robert many times as he has helped me with my car, and every time I go to the service department he takes the time to answer my questions and address any of my concerns. The two older gentlemen (I don't remember their names right now), that drive the courtesy car, are also awesome. They are always on time and get me to work and pick me up when disaster strikes and my car stops working. As long as I live in Greensboro I will not take my car anywhere else because the guys at Kernersville Ford always treat me with respect and work hard to get my car in and out so I can be safely on my way. I really appreciate the way they all go above and beyond. They are an excellent team.

I have been going to CrossRoads Ford for over 14 years to have my vehicles serviced.... my 2 Ford Taureses and now my 2012 Ford Fusion which I purchased at CrossRoads Ford in January 2013. I recently purchased a 20 year old Impala SS from my brother, so why not take it also to CrossRoads Ford to have it serviced also. I have always come away from the service department completely satisfied as was the case recently with the Impala SS. The staff is always very helpful and professional, and have always gotten directly to the item to be serviced or in need of fixing or being replaced

Good service: timely and efficient. It is the little things that make a difference, for example, K-cups with decaf coffee and chocolate as well as standard coffee for people waiting. My car (2015 Ford Focus SE) had received a recall notice and needed servicing. I made an appointment for service and received email reminders and when I arrived everything went like clockwork. I needed a shuttle to my work and the driver was waiting and I arrived at work on time. I was called when service was complete and a shuttle was sent to pick me up at work. I brought my Escape Ford in for a service recall. Actually, I had not received any recall notice last year and I was out on the expressway when a red warning alerted me to pull over immediately.When I called the dealership the service man informed me of a possible recall and they would check it out immediately. The cooling pump was the problem and I was treated with the utmost courtesy and the response time was unsurpassed. Have 2009 Edge in for new tires, radiator flush, diagnostics, etc. 10-20-15. Young man who 1st greeted me was very attentive and listened to needs on my car. He didn't try to over suggest things to do and was helpful when I had questions about the different types of tires and what the other services included. He called telling me my car was ready at the time he said it would be finished. I was pleased with the service and friendliness of several of the staff members who spoke that morning. Only one suggestion...it would have been nice to have had the new tires cleaned -- sprayed with tire blackening liquid to remove the scrapes or light marks left on the tire. Should have only taken a minute to do it and would have looked more professional.

Your sales department is fantastic but the service department leaves something to be desired. Although they fixed the primary issue I brought the truck in for I've had it in several times for an issue with the transmission and they've never been able to fix it. The first time it sat in the lot the entire day and was only brought into the shop when I showed up to pick it up some 9 to 10 hours later. No call from the service manager any of the 3 times I've had it in and left it for the day telling me it was ready. I had to call and ask for an update. Not happy with the service I receive over all and probably would not buy again from Crossroads Ford because if it.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. I had my eye on the Ford Escape for a while (actually years), and finally made the decision to test drive it. At CrossRoads Ford in Kernersville, NC, you still have that small town feel. With plenty of selection on the lot and very friendly sales staff, the experience is as good as buying a car can be. They listen to what you are looking for and try to help you meet those expectations. They did not try to push anything on me. After the deal was agreed upon, the salesman still continued to go the extra mile for me. Randy even went home with me to pick up my trade as my family had to get home. He did all he could to make it a deal that I was comfortable with.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, also had an estimate done on minor collision damage. Had a 10:00am appt. Got out of there about 11:00. No complaints.Used to own a Lexus - facilities are no where near as nice as Lexus. Lexus always gave me a loaner car when my car was serviced. Ford does not.

The crew at Crossroads Ford of Kernersville proved again why they are simply the best. My son's '02 Explorer Sport simply need a ground cable terminal and a quick once-over. They fixed two recalls I wasn't aware of and the time spent was the same as other places where I have had my cars serviced. My only suggestion would be to enlarge the waiting lounge. It was crowded, so I just walked over and sat at a table in the showroom. Everyone was friendly! Impressive?

Everyone is very nice including the sales person. My boyfriend traded my car a week ago to get better gas mileage. They are closed in Sunday, so Monday we went by and asked about returning it and they said no even though no money exchanged hands.My case is different than buyer's remorse because this smaller vehicle is causing pain and aggravating a condition I have, and no one would know that from a 10-15 minute test drive. A car is a big investment and for it to cause/aggravate health issues doesn't help anyone enjoy the purchase or paying for it. Other dealer's provide time to return if unhappy and I'm upset that they won't. The detail department should know what "detail" means. Previously, I was pleased with the repair shop and would highly recommend. I would tell people my experience and let them decide whether to purchase. I would think my case is rare, but nonetheless, they are not sympathetic.

I bought my fusion at Crossroads Ford in Kernersville, NC 2 weeks after I bought it I found myself having to be jumped off because of a dead battery. I contacted the salesman and he told me to bring it to the service department. They immediately determined it had a dead cell in the battery and replaced it. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

I had a brake and abs light on. I took it to shop and told them the problem. I also told them that the light would reset after setting for a while, they would have to drive it to reproduce problem. When I called back to get a status on my F150, the service advisor told me the light was not on and they could not find a code. I asked did they drive so the light would come on. He said no. After that he said he would have the auto tech drive and recheck the code. Once they drove the truck the light came on. Then they found the code. After finding code, they told me that the part had to be ordered. So the dealer had to keep my truck over night. I got it back the next day. Now it is running fine. Why did I have to tell the service advisor they had to drive it to produce the problem twice?

After a few hiccups-finding out the car did not have it floor mats, the extra key, or the recall fixed at purchase worried and annoyed me. I did not want to spend my time going back and forth to the dealership to get these items and the recall fixed, Even though my husband and I had scheduling issues with the service team and we had to stay on them to keep "appointments" at first everything did get done and after they knew we were upset they tried to go above and beyond to make us happy again. They couldn't get our standard floor mats in quickly so they upgraded us to the all weather ones. They had a second key cut for us, since the extra did not come from the other dealership and when unexpectedly the original extra was found they called and gave it to us as a third key. Lastly because we had to go back and forth and deal with all this multiple times they gave us a $30 gift card to Target and filled the gas tank twice during these visits. Our sales person Kelly Maher really tried to make us happy and I appreciate that. It really made the difference for my husband and I so now we are "Promoters" instead of "Detractors" for this dealership.

I went in for an oil change and I was looking at the pre-owned section anticipating asking about the Ford Flex on the lot. I walked in the office and saw Kelly and he immediately asked me if I needed any help. I asked for the sales manager and he offered to assist me until the manager arrives. I told him my husband and I was considering expanding the family and was looking for a larger vehicle for the future as well as current day because my Ford Focus was too small and not fitting my needs anymore. He listened and took my concerns into consideration, asked me if I would mind test driving the Ford Flex and I immediately fell in love! When my husband and I made the decision to buy that day, he made my son feel comfortable throughout the wait to get us approved for the truck. Needless to say I walked in for an oil change and left with a new vehicle!!!!!

After a worse than terrible experience at the dealership I visited before Crossroads I was surprised and very pleased at how hard they worked to make the process as smooth as possible. Zach worked with us as much as our salesman, Jason, to make sure the transaction went exactly as promised. Honesty seems to be a lot more difficult to find these days and, as most of us know, can be especially rare in car deals. We drove down from over 2 hours away so it was important to us to have things go as planned. Our financing was done by the time we arrived and everything was just as we were told it would be. Thanks guys for a positive car buying experience!

I just purchased a new (to me) 2013 Ford F-150, my first vehicle purchase in 18 years. I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Mahar at Crossroads Ford in Kernersville. Kelly was professional and personable and it made the process of buying this truck a breeze. When the first truck I looked at sold before I made an offer, I was really disappointed. But Kelly was committed, and found me another truck almost identical the the initial truck I looked at, and in fact, it had a few more options that I am really enjoying. I would certainly recommend contacting Kelly at Crossroads Ford when you are in the market for a new vehicle.

He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I had never owned a Ford before and he explained everything there was to know about my new vehicle and all of the wonderful features it has. I had an excellent experience with this dealership. From begining to end everyone was very friendly and proffesional. Zach put together the perfect terms for me and did it very quickly which is important to me. When I got there, Kelly took care of me, answered all my questions and made sure my tags got on the right way, since the front bumper was missing a plate attachment. I drove in from 2 hours away so he made sure I had a full tank to get home. The little things like that are as important as the big things to me. 5 stars to you guys! I love my car!

We live in a city about 45 minutes away. We chose Crossroads Ford because of their reputation and reviews of their sales staff. We could have purchase a truck from the dealership about 3 miles away, but we chose to purchase the truck at Crossroads Ford in Kernersville. Kelly Maher is an outstanding person to work with when you are in the market for a new vehicle. We made several visits to the dealership and talked with Kelly. He wanted us to find the right truck that would meet our needs. We discussed our needs with him and he showed us several trucks, pointed out the differences between the models and we decided the F150 crew cab was the truck that would be the best option for us. He kept in contact with us - keeping us up-to-date on inventory and specials the dealership had going on. The finance person was very informative and gave us manyoptions. He found the best one for us. After the purchase Kelly took us back to the service area and gave us a tour of the facility. He spent several hours with us - showing us all the features of the truck. We've bought many vehicles but no one has ever spent that much time and effort showing us all about the vehicle we purchased. On Monday he called us to see how everything was going with the truck. My husband was in the area so Kelly invited him to come by. He took my husband into the service area and introducedhim to the service manager and some of the staff, so we would know who would be servicing our truck. We are so glad we stopped by the dealership in Kernersville and that Kelly was the sales associate that we met. As we were leaving the General Manager came out to thank us for purchasing the truck from Crossroads Ford. We couldn't be more pleased with this experience.

This dealership was recommended to me by a friend along with the name of the salesman (Kelly Maher), who had served him so well. We had made an appointed time to meet and as we approached the front of the dealership, here comes out the front door a smiling and waving Kelly Maher. From start to finish he was friendly, thorough , patient and polite.He explained all the differences in the categories of the model we were interested in and the allowed us to test drive the different ones so we could make our choice. In the end we were able to make our choice and leave , knowing the applications of the many things to know about the operation of the vehicle. I can't fail to mention Bradley Ingles, who did the paperwork and how efficient, friendly and entertaining he was.Thanks to all for making our experience so enjoyable. This was the second time I have used Angie Kidd to help by a new ford, and the fourth new car from Crossroads Ford, that says a lot.This time I got a new Escape for my wife and a new Edge for me. Angie helped me in making sure that I got what I wanted and within my means and with a smile or two.Also, finance manager is always helpful and friendly.And being a repeat customer, must mention service department and Robert Murphy are also a reason for repeat business.Just hope Angie Kidd is there in the future.

I visited Crossroads Ford looking to save big on a year end deal on a 2013 F-150. Randy told me about the incentives available. I went back to the dealership the next day to purchase only to find out the special had ended. Totally bummed out, Randy worked to see what other options were out there for me to save money. After tirelessly looking at all the possibilities, Randy found a set of incentives that I qualified for and was able to sell me the truck I wanted for a huge savings. I had an absolutely a great experience dealing with Crossroads Ford in Kernersville while purchasing my used 2013 Taurus vehicle. This is the fourth used vehicle that I have purchased over the last two years and it turned out to the my best buying experience thus far. I really appreciated the time and attention spent by my salesman Kelly Maher, who ensured I had a thorough understanding of all the vehicle features. I also appreciated their guidance in the buying experience which had to deal with some unique requirements as I am in relocation from another state to North Carolina. I was particularly impressed on how they dealt in a professional and immediate fashion to address an unforeseenable issue that I had with my vehicle. On the day I purchased the vehicle, unbeknownst to all, an advertising flag attached to the driver's side window had cracked the window. I was really looking forward to driving home the vehicle that night but with a cracked driver's side window, it was not safe. This was 5PM on a Friday evening - they immediately arranged for a loaner vehicle, and then had the replacement window ordered/delivered and installed by Monday at noon. I couldn't have imagined how they could have addressed this issue in a better fashion. I'll be back to do more business with this dealership!

I went to the dealership to look at new vs used Taurus's and Explorers. Chris patiently showed me a number of available cars and answered all the questions I had. I did not feel pressured at any time which I appreciated. Once I had purchased an new Taurus, he gave me a tutorial on the new electronic gizmos the car is loaded with which was very helpful.

This is our second vehicle we bought there and family members have bought vehicles, all of us dealing with Kelly. There wasn't any pressure ,they worked with us until we had the deal we wanted.They went over the vehicle with me showing me the features the vehicle has, set up the SYNC account, delivered a clean vehicle with a full tank of gas.

When I arrived at Crossroads Ford in Kernersville on August 12, 2013 Kelly Maher came outside and welcomed me to the dealership. He was extra friendly. I told him the vehicles I wanted to see and the various features I was interested in and he showed me what they had on the lot. I test drove an Escape and Kelly talked about all the various features it offered. He had the knowledge about the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. I purchased that vehicle. Kelly took me through all the buying process and made it easy. Even after buying the vehicle, I have been able to call Kelly with any question I had and Kelly explained every thing to me quickly and simply. He did a great job representing Crossroads Ford. This is the second Ford I have purchased new from that location. Through the years I have found the Service Department to be excellent in the service I have received. I have recommended this dealership to my family and friends.

Dropped off car on Tuesday a.m between 8 and 8:30. Engine light, ABS light, rattle in dash. Dealer provided loaner. After no word, I called dealership at 6:03 pm on Thursday. Was put through to service. Phone answered by Bill Mock, service manager. I gave my name and said I was starting to think my car had been stolen, since I didn't even have an estimate yet. He said let me check..., your service rep is Jillian. We close at 6:00 and there is no one here. He took my name and number and said he would have Jillian call me. At 2:00 pm on Friday, having not heard anything yet, I called and spoke with Jillian who told me "good news" the technician will look at your car today. We have been so slammed, I'm sure glad we could let you have that loaner. I said, this is crazy, I had no idea it would take this long just to get it diagnosed, I'll come get it. She said no, don't do that, the technician has it now, I've been telling my manager we needed to get it back there. She said she would call me back with the details. In the meantime, I was so frustrated, I emailed Ford to share the experience from a time to diagnose. Mi did not ask Ford to take any action, just letting them know the dealership was not living up to the high service standards Ford advertises.Later that afternoon she called and told me more "good news", the check engine covered by recall, so I don't have to pay for that or the diagnostics fee because it was a recall issue. ABS was a sensor and details about rattle. They didn't have the parts for the rattle so car would be ready on Monday. On Monday, she called and car was ready. I was unable to make it by 6:00 so I called and said I could be there around 6:15 or I could come the next morning. Jillian said whatever was best for me. I went to the dealer Tuesday a.m., Jillian had the technician speak with me about the rattle and all was well. WAIT, Jillian wasn't finished with me, she booted the sales manager out of the office beside the service desk and asked me to come inside so she could explain what they did. She then proceeded to tell me how the service department works, that diagnostics is not just plug it in and tell what's wrong that the car has to go through multiple check points, etc. etc. I said, well I've had service engine service appointments before and it did not take 4 days. She then told me she spoke with me on Thursday (as if that we're acceptable) which wasn't true. Then she tells me she knows I contacted Ford and wants me to know how she went out of her way to get me a loaner sine I had a check engine light on and how she put me in front of a lot of people. I said, so are you saying you did me a favor giving me a loaner? She said no, but I have a "stack" of people waiting for one. I'm thinking, well if it takes 4 days to get an estimate...I doubt you'll ever get caught up....whatever. Then she tells me she just wanted me to understand what happened. I said, "all you had to say was I'm sorry you weren't happy with our service and we hope you'll give us another chance. Instead, I heard, we did nothing wrong and we did you a favor by giving you a loaner." I got up and left the office, but lo and behold, it was Jillian who had to ring me up. At that point she told me how much it was and that they had given me a $50.00 discount (she didn't say for what, I guess it was just another favor... I will not go back if it is the last Ford dealer left in the world. You know, sometimes you just need to suck it up and say we dropped the ball. Lecturing your customer for contacting the mothership beats all I've ever experienced.

I have been buying cars as an adult for 35 years and I have never been treated with the kind of respect and professionalism that I was (and since, have been), treated with by the folks at Crossroads Ford. Everyone from the guy who opened the door for me to the finance guy at the end was always friendly, honest and fair. I never once felt pressured into doing anything. My salesperson, Chris understood my desires and did not waste my time showing me vehicles that were not a match. He was patient and always treated me with the utmost respect. And when it came time to negotiate the deal, Chris worked with me honestly and did not make me feel pressured in any way. I honestly did not believe that dealerships like this existed. I bought a car and a truck that day, and will go back for all my maintenance and when the day comes that I need a new car or truck, I will buy it from Crossroads Ford.

Arrived at dealership expecting not to buy anything. Salesman grayed us very friendly and professionally. He didn't come off as a guy looking to sell something instead seemed like he actually cared about what I wanted. Amazing! The finance manager also was informative and compelling but not so pushy I wanted to walk out. I am amazed at the family like feeling we received. I happened to be in town for the military and was just looking but because of the way I felt I chose to buy 300 miles from home instead of coming home and buying locally from some one else.

A year ago around Easter, I saw a commercial for Crossroads Ford that shared they are closed on Sundays and that the owner or manager along with his family was celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. That made a major impression upon me. Recently, my co-worker shared with me that she and her husband had found a dealership they trust and receive excellent service. It was Crossroads Ford she was speaking of. I went for the very first time to "shop" and drove away with the vehicle I wanted. From the time I stepped foot on the lot to the time I left, I felt the warm hospitality of the dealership. They were busy but not so busy as to not greet me warmly and offer refreshments. The customer service is top notch and the friendliness of the staff was remarkable. Everyone had smiles on their faces. My experience was enjoyable and memorable. I will definitely go back to the service department for routine maintenance. The sales consultant was encouraging and honest! I so appreciate having the opportunity to do business with a group of people who hold integrity in high esteem.

I initially spoke with Brian over the phone about a vehicle. He was great. The vehicle wasn't online yet, but he took pictures and sent them to me, along with all the information I needed. We came in the next day to check out the vehicle. Brian was with someone else, so he introduced us to Charles, who was very helpful. Both Charles and Brian were personable and friendly. I started looking for a car nearly a year ago and visited Crossroads and met my salesman, Kelly Maher at that time. My work schedule is complicated at best and I am on the road and away from home much of the week. Kelly was very sensitive to my schedule and difficulty of just dropping by on my lunch hour, so, he communicated with me by phone and electronically allowing me the opportunity to see cars that he felt might meet my needs and I could view at my convenience. My schedule was frustrating but Kelly continued to patiently stay in touch with me and made sure that he was looking for exactly what I was wanting. Just an example of a salesman knowing his customer and communicating with them in the most convenient way - I appreciated his respect for my limited free time and his desire to find just the right car for me! It is no wonder that Kelly is a successful member of the Crossroads Ford sales team!

Who would ever believe that a car could alert you to someone driving in your blind spot, approaching when you are backing out of a parking space, correct your car when you cross the line unintentionally, and show you a cup of coffee when you have driven too long without a break? My car does all of this and more while getting 32.5 mpg. Everyone from John, the General Manager to Kelly, my sales rep were over-the-top with kindness and friendliness. Generally, I despise looking for a new car and dealing with selecting options, but I had fun with these guys. I highly recommend Crossroad Ford in Kernersville.

This is actually a second visit to this dealership. It has however changed ownership, but the service department remained the same and they give great service and seem to be very caring about their customers. The sales staff was very helpful and informative. They seemed to be very willing to work with us and help close the deal with as little problems as possible. I will be returning to work with them when the need arises and look forward to working with the service department to keep my car in good mechanical condition.

The staff at Crossroads Ford Kernersville was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Elijah went so-far as to recommend a different coarse of purchase to get me into a new vehicle. When Crossroads Ford states " The Undisputed Price Leader" believe it. The staff went out of their way to explain the trade and the special that was currently running without the normal trickery that is usually employed, I even got 3 free oil changes and a discount card for future purchases. I highly recommend doing business with Crossroads Ford for the no pressure easy purchase policy that is centered around the customer.

Charles is a great sales associate. He was very helpful by answering questions and if he did not know the answers he would ask someone who did know. He was not aggressive and did not use pressure as a sales tactic. He followed up with us in a timely manner. He also came in on a day off to assist us prior to our purchase. I would recommend Charles and the entire team at Crossroads Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Overall, it was our best vehicle buying experience!

I purchased my Mustang from Ceiner Woods and was very happy with the buying experience. Years before I tried to buy a vehicle from there and it was just impossible. This time it was a totally different experience and all I can say is WOW. They were extremely nice and very helpful and the price was fair. I had to bring the car back because someone had sliced the convertible top in our work parking lot. The service department was just as helpful as sales. They worked with the insurance company and myself and also the people that actually had to replace the top. They made sure I was satisfied with the work and were just overall great to work with.
