I would like to thank everyone in the service garage for looking out for me. About 1 month ago I had got the car from criswell Honda and they did not want to change my brakes at all they told me no they will not do it so I tried my luck at Nissan and explained to them how Honda was treating me. So even though I didn't get the Nissan Altima S from there they have helped me with all my issues with the car so yes I will recommend everyone that has a Nissan or want a Nissan to go to Criswell Nissan in Germantown Maryland

Crystal was fantastic, keeping me informed throughout the process. My problem was 2 years old (and worsening) and was unresolved by other independent service centers who recommended "new spark plugs" or "new coils" with no guarantee the that the problem would be fixed. Criswell diagnosed and replaced the camshaft position sensors, and the problem was (mercifully) solved!

Ellen Singh was my sales consultant. She was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire process of purchasing the vehicle. I went to this dealer to buy out my lease. I was a given a figure, which I negotiated with a sales representative and she verbally agreed with her manager approval. When I went in the next time to close the deal, I was shocked to see the price that was much higher than what I agreed. I came out wasting my time and unnecessary anxiety. To me, this dealer has little concern on customer experience. One of my worst experience!!! My advice: get everything in writing before you sign anything.

Jaimin was an excellent sales representative. Very knowledgable about the truck in question and was willing to work with us to make it happen. Sale manager Matt was clear and precise when explaining questions we had about financing and in negotiations. Neither Jaimin or Matt was pushy in trying make a sale they were understanding of our price point and wanted to make it work. Highly recommend this sale team to others.

Sales personnel listened and took my situation into consideration when trying to negotiate a price that I could comfortably pay. When the negotiations came up a little higher than what I had budgeted for the purchase, the sales manager proposed an "outside-the-box" solution to get me into the vehicle. They were fair and honest without trying to squeeze every last penny out of me. After we had agreed on the terms of the deal, the paperwork was handled quickly and accurately. The entire transaction took just over three hours from the time I drove onto the lot until I drove off in my new truck. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership treated me with kindness and courtesy... the way a customer should be treated. I will definitely recommend Criswell Nissan to anyone in the market for a new/used vehicle. Although it's about a 40 mile trip (one-way) from my house, Criswell will be my first stop if/when I find myself shopping for another vehicle.

I have been in for service twice both times handled by Dave Scott. Both times have been exceptional. Easy access to service lanes, they kept me up to date with status if taking a while, and it was easy to get an appointment that worked for me. I have a dealer within 5 miles of my home in Virginia, but plan to continue to drive up to Maryland for service if it stays this good. Thank!

Andy is very professional, courteous and FOR the customer! I am a first time customer, and I just purchased a brand new car and later discovered a paint chip on the front fender. The dealership offered to take care of it through Nissan service. The first repair there had some imperfections due to the environment and conditions. I was concerned that I'd have to live with it, as I've had bad prior experiences in the past from other dealer services with a take it or leave it attitude. But Andy and another awesome manager (he'll get his separate review) took full ownership of the problem and replaced the bumper new. That really impressed me and has won my future business. Very satisfied customer. Andy is was good to his word and gave me assurances throughout the process. That really eased my concerns and gave me peace of mind as well. Excellent!

I never had been to a Criswell Nissan and it was that summer afternoon I just happened to spot this dealership and decided to drop in. It was initially a casual conversation but no sooner than it turned into a more detailed and informative session, a test drive, of course with the sales pitch, but then hey that's why you are there for..to evaluate and make a decision on buying.. ain't it.. there wasn't any pressure ..it was informative and it was a smooth sail and when I was congratulated I realized I had chosen a 2015 Nissan Altima SV for a good deal and with pretty much most of must have features that I was looking for in my next new car. Overall a pleasant buying experience, knowledgeable staff that entertains all buyer's question courteously. I would certainly recommend the place to any future potential buyer based on my personal experience and would encourage to ask as many questions as they want and still rest assured to get a consistent smiling reply with all question answered to satisfaction in a very customer friendly environment.Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Nasty experience . I went to criswell to trade my murano 2012 for a 2015 .I start talking to kwame about the deal he found the trade in value for my old Murano and the pay off amount for it ,i ask him many time for numbers at the end he sale me a car with a manufacture defect and now after a month the pay off amount was short and they want that i pay the difference .After give the dealer the chance to fix problems they fix one but refuse to fix the other Scoth told me he can not do any thing about that and send me to Jerome . I went to talk to Jerome about my problems and he told me not even Maserati are perfect these is sign they are selling car that come with defect from Nissan, hopefully in Montgomery county ,Maryland as soon as you sign the contract you can not do any thing just give the dealer a chance for to fix it .I really did not expect these bad experience i did 4 years ago when trade in a 2007 Murano for 2012

I had never been to Criswell Nissan before, but I was in the market for a new vehicle and the 2016 Maxima really caught my eye. I submitted an online inquiry on 4/9/16 and got a response almost immediately from Ellen Singh. She arranged an appointment for me to meet with Sam Trabulsi for the following day. Upon arrival, Mr. Trabulsi was incredibly friendly and professional. He took the time to listen and I never felt pressured during the time I was there. I then met with the finance manager, Victor Villalobos, and he explained everything thoroughly and I ended up financing the vehicle through Nissan. At the end when I was waiting for my new vehicle, Mr. Trabulsi went above and beyond by cleaning the car himself.These three individuals are fantastic. We have never been to Criswell Nissan before. We were in the market for a used SUV. We walked into Criswell yesterday (04/09) and Michael met us at the door. I told her what I wanted and she delivered with speed and accuracy. There were no games, the agreed price was honored and she ensured that the vehicle met my specifications. Working with the manager, Randy Smith, she went above and beyond to make it happen and meet my deadline. Next, I worked with Krystie in finance. She was fast, efficient and helpful. The process was smooth and seamless. Jeff Greene quickly processed out my old lease and Dave, the service manager, offered his personal assistance for any issues that might arise. I have had many issues with my car since I bought it, but Jose, a great guy is always there to help. Recently, my transmission was failing. Even though I was worried about paying a lot of money, Jose helped through the process by making sure that my extended warranty takes care of the repair. He is a wonderful person who always make sure that his customers get all the information necessary and they leave with a happy face. In addition, the whole team is amazing. Everyone is warm towards all customers and they do not hesitate to interact with anyone that walks in the service center. I truly love the hard work and the teamwork.

My experience with Cesar Yanes started with a conversation over the phone which left me very optimistic that he could put me in a Nissan vehicle that would more than satisfy my needs. When I arrived to the Nissan Criswell dealership in Germantown, Maryland Cesar was very welcoming and ensured me that he would do everything in his power to get me in a quality vehicle. He worked tirelessly with the finance department to get me all the discounts and incentives that resulted in me driving off with my first new vehicle (2016 Altima). This car is unbelievable, I am still learning all of the technology that this car has! I was credit challenged with a balance owed on my car but Cesar made me feel confident that he could make the deal happen and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. I don't even have to go to the DMV because they are a one stop shop and they provide you with your tags and registration, what more could you ask for. I do believe that he really cares about satisfying his customers. My salesperson Sam Trabulsi was amazing, not only did he stay late, he negotiated a better deal for us and got me in my dream truck!! Going into getting a new car, I knew I wanted a Nissan Rogue with a dark interior. I did the research and found the vehicle I wanted at the Criswell dealership. I spoke with Chris Sommers on the phone on a Friday and set up a test drive on a Saturday. Unfortunately when I got there on Saturday, they had sold the Rogue I wanted after Chris had left for the day. We sat down and and talked about exactly what features I wanted and the price point I wanted to stay in. They didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock so Chris took down everything I wanted ( moon roof, no navigation, exterior color, interior color, etc) and even my second choices and sent the specs to their buyers so that I could get everything I wanted. It did take a few weeks but Chris kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way and even handled service issues that popped up so I wouldn't have to. I also dealt with Victor in the Finance office. He made everything quick, easy, and as painless as it could be.I have even sent others Chris's way because he made buying a car so easy. He is definitely a car salesperson to trust which is rare these days because he wants the buyer to be happy not just sell a car.

Dealing with multiple identity theft cases which led to a repo in my name I never knew about and multiple other issues on top of a nasty divorce, I was hesitant to deal with a dealership after my previous car bit the dust. Having dealt with Chris Sommers before due to helping a friend buy a vehicle from him with exactly all the features she wanted within her budget, I knew if anyone could help it would be him. I gave Chris a call and told him my vehicle died and I was looking for something new. He immediately told me to come in next chance I got because he had the perfect vehicle for me and he could make it happen. After I came in he laid the plan out on the table, explained everything, answered any questions I had with no problems or hesitation. He brought me to my new car, an Altima and told me he was making sure I got the sports package as he noticed I eyed it previously. He suggested I go for a 3 year lease to lower the payments and that would help start raising my credit again and build a relationship with the dealership to help me with a purchase if I wanted to go through them later. Krystie was on top of everything in the Finance department. Constantly pushing and pushing to get me the lowest rate possible which made my payments easily affordable. Overall, this was an oxymoron of a dealership.....an honest dealership is unheard of and this one was straight forward and to the point while still being extremely friendly.

My family had a great experience purchasing our car from Sam at Criswell. He made the whole process so painless, and he is the best dealer we could have asked for!! Buying a new car with a trade-in is often as funny as dealing with the DMV or getting a root canal. I bought a new Altima and got the nicest, most professional treatment from Chris. The process was fast, short and sweet as we came to agreement in less than 20 minutes! I have been a Nissan customer for 30 years and bought Sentras, Pathfinder, Maximas and Altimas in 8 different dealerships. Chris Sommer is the best Nissan salesman I have ever delt with. Should you want to buy a Nissan in this area, he is the man to talk to!

I have an Altima, (leased), and I have had routine service done on it here, at Criswell Nissan, ever since I got my car...The Service people are fantastic !! Courteous, helpful, and seem to genuinely care about their customers. They do whatever is necessary to ensure I'm happy with what they have done, including explaning everything and make recommendations in situations where I don't know or I overlook something. They even tell me when something I ask for is not needed, and explain why I would have been wasting my money. I cannot think of a reason I would ever switch service providers - I have found my "service home" and I wholeheartedly recommend them !!

I dread the car buying process based on previous experiences that have been equivalent to getting root canals! I knew I wanted another Murano but did not want to return to the dealership I had worked with previously that used high pressure tactics and were down right rude. Criswell Nissan had come highly recommended so I reluctantly stopped by one afternoon. I met Kwame Otchere and Jeff Greene on my first visit and I knew I was in the right place. They both were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My lease is never an easy process as it goes through a company that is based in the South. They helped every step of the way and made it a very easy transaction! When I went to get my oil changed months later, they both recognized and made a point to say hi and ask about my kids, job, etc. It is rare these days to receive a high level of customer service.... If you're in the market for a car, you cannot go wrong with paying a visit to Kwame and Jeff!!!

There were a couple of times where the mechanics of this dealership's service center did shortcuts to my car related to service. For example, there were times where my break fluid, coolant, and wiper fluids were not topped off. I was a bit annoyed by that.I then spoke with Patricia. Patricia actually had the mechanic walk outside to my car, service my car, and then confirm that it was done. Another time, the mechanic did not put the sticker on my car as far as next oil change/service goes. I talked to Patricia, she then did it herself.Henceforth, Patricia ensured that the sticker is fixated on my car and that the fluids are topped off. He is awesome and he does a great job with quality of service for the service department.However, those mechanics need to be inspected more because they really leave Patricia with so much of the PR fixing for that place.

Buyers beware... I spoke with Jerome White and Cesar Yanes numerous times over a 2 week span. I came to a price agreement with Jerome and even had him send over a dealer quote sheet to confirm his numbers, rates, and pricing. I also sent many emails and text messages to both salesmen. I informed both men that I would be at the dealership first thing on Saturday morning. I left my house and drove 200 miles and three and a half hours with my wife and 2 year son, only to find out they did not even have the vehicle in there possession yet. In addition, the pricing went up/I was then told by Jerome that he made the mistake, however he would not honor our already agreed upon price. If these are the kind of people that Criswell and Nissan employ I will be taking my business elsewhere, and urge anyone else in the market to do the same.

You'll never meet a more pleasant salesman than Sam Trabulsi at Criswell Nissan. He really knows the cars inside and out, and truly will go above and beyond to help you make the best decision. He even was out in a cold rain to help us get a question answered.... After the purchase of a new Murano, he stayed late on Sunday evening after closing and spent a lot of time going over the new tech features with me, and he worked with the Service crew to get the clear gleaming bright and beautiful with any minor inside smudges cleaned. Krystie in Finance was extremely pleasant as well. Overall it was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I live in the Germantown area and I have been taking my Altima for oil changes at my local Jiffy Lube. I had a terrible experience a few months ago there and I decided to read reviews online so I could take my car elsewhere. I figured that an actual Nissan dealership was my next move and that I would treat my car for the holiday season. I read a few good reviews about Criswell and I figured I'd give them a try. I didn't know what to expect. The folks at Jiffy Lube have always made me feel like I'm inconveniencing them with my business and my questions. I want to make sure my car will last me as long as possible. I read on a review that I don't need to make an appointment at Criswell so I brought my car in on my day off. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with a warm smile. The service attendant Patricia told me that they would change my oil and also look my car over as I expressed that I wanted to make sure I was ok for the winter months. She showed me where the waiting area was located as well as the great coffee machine. (Unavailable at the Lube) I sat comfortably, for what seemed like a short time and she then came to find me to let me know that I had done a great job of taking care of my vehicle. I had a few questions about my tires and she recommended that I look into changing then very soon. I was really pleased with the efficiency and the overall customer service. I will never take my Altima anywhere else and I will more than likely get my new tires there soon. I would definitely recommend this service department to anyone with a Nissan. I also got a free car wash!! They do a great job of training there associates with an emphasis on customer service. Yesterday i went to buy my first car at my first dealership . I was a bit skeptical but once i got in touch with sam i knew he had my bedt intrest in mind . He was proffesional and patient and willing to pick me up with no guarantee of a sale . He seemed to know exactly what i wanted and had it waiting for me. I am very pleased with the car and the great service sam and victor provided me . It was more then just a sale and i felt like they honestly cared about what was best for me . Dave helped me last week when I pulled in with a tire warning light. He was very friendly and professional and reassured me that they would take care of my car ASAP even though there were many other cars waiting to be serviced. I got settled into the lounge for a long wait, but they handled everything very quickly and efficiently. I am always impressed with the service at this dealership, but last's week's experience really made my day.

I couldn't be happier with the level of expertise and service I received at Criswell Nissan with Dominique Vattuone. Several of my friends bought cars from him under Honda. I was told that he is knowledgeable with all the car lines in this car dealership. I went directly to him to talk about the Nissan Altima and Maxima. I was certainly not disappointed.Dominique took the time in showing me the Nissans. He is knowledgeable with them and ensured that I would be happy with my final decision which I decided on a 2016 Nissan Maxima.I recommend visiting Criswell and making a point to talking to Dominique. I recently had problem with my Pathfinder. I thought the battery was dead or something worse. I was able to get the car to the Germantown dealership. I drove in waved at Crystal (the service person) to come over. I told her I could not turn the car off. She jumped into action and got the whole team involved. They moved cars around to get my in the back to check everything out. It was amazing. I soon found out it was a battery cable that had loosened over time. They fixed and cleaned everything. All free of charge. I had my car back in no time. I was so appreciative of everyone's efforts!!!!!!

Today I made first vehicle purchase! I had visited various dealerships and I wasn't pleased with their customer service. It wasn't until I came to Criswell Nissan that I was actually able to walk away happy and super pleased with everything! I used to live in Rockville and I would take my Nissan in for service at the Nissan dealer there. I dreaded even getting an oil change. The service consultants were rude and it always took forever! I recently moved to the Germantown are and I was surprised to find out that there was a Nissan dealership close to my home. I had to get a simple oil change and I didn't know what to expect based on my previous dealings with the Rockville Nissan. I went in expecting the worst and boy was I wrong. I had the pleasure of being help by Patricia Guevara. Now I will never go anywhere else. She was friendly and very informative. She answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing much about mechanics. I was in and out within 45 min and they even washed my car! I would highly recommend to do all Nissan servicing there. Just make sure that you ask for Patricia!

I have been taking my 2004 Murano with 104,000 miles to Criswell for several years with variable satisfaction. It always seems expensive but a lot of the time I feel I get straight advice about what needs to be done. Not today--I went in for a service soon light. I was told it would be a diagnostic of $135 if I declined service. They found about $3,500 of recommended work to do, of dubious necessity, when the diagnosis showed only a "minor fume leak" from the gas cap. Then when I declined the work they charged the $135 plus a 10% environmental shop supplies disposal fee--even though they had only run a diagnostic screen. They also wanted to get an estimate on how much they would give for a trade in allowance. It felt like a xxxx up service price and hard sell on a new car. Never again.

My finance and I purchased an Altima last night at Criswell Nissan. Our sales rep was Isaac and he was amazing, to say the least! He met us on Monday evening when we first stopped into the dealership to look at new vehicles. He was patient, knowledgeable of the vehicles we were looking at, and made sure that all of our questions were answered. The car buying process can be stressful and Isaac made us feel comfortable. He, and the manager Randy, provided us with a quote that detailed the cost of the vehicle, incentives/rebates we qualified for, credit for our trade-in, sales taxes, and any fees that applied. The total cost of the vehicle was black and white - everything was clearly shown and they were upfront about everything. While we were at the dealership every employee was friendly and even said hello and smiled in passing. When we returned on Wednesday evening to complete our purchase, Isaac made sure that we knew everything about the vehicle. I sat in the driver's seat, my finance in the passenger, and Isaac went over every button, indicator, and feature. He then had the vehicle cleaned and tires shined while we were taking care of the paper work. The manager also made a point to stop by and 'welcome us back.' Before leaving, Isaac took us to the service department to set-up the first of four oil changes that come with the purchase of our vehicle. He even assisted in setting up the Bluetooth with our phones before we left for the evening. Today, the day after purchase, Isaac called to make sure everything was okay and to see if we had any additional questions. The staff as Criswell Nissan was more concerned with making sure their customer's have a positive experience than just selling cars. The patience, knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care that the staff at this dealership exhibit make the entire experience personable.

I also had a very good, relaxed experience with Krystie to arrange the financing. She was very helpful and we arranged everything to my liking. A Super experience all-around.

Went in for an oil change on 6/13. Patricia was my adviser. After the service was done I looked around to see if there were any issues with my car. Noticed that passenger side rocker panel had a bump on it. I let Patricia know about the issue. Person who was in charge that day took a look at the issue and told me that it's prob due to improper lifting of the vehicle and told me to come back next week. I get a voice mail from Patricia on Wednesday the june 17th. I called her back and let her know that everything was fine and i will be coming in on Saturday (6/20) first thing in the morning to get the rocker panel issue resolved. First thing out of her mouth was they are too busy and not sure if they will be able to resolve the issue and says something like don't you live far away? blah blah blah and try to get some excuse for me to not come to their department. I told her that we confirmed this past saturday that i will be coming in to get this matter resolved. She says ok and will let the manager know that i will be coming in. At this point I was getting pretty upset as to why she hasn't mentioned this to her manager. I'm assuming that she wanted to hide this issue from him and try to not come to the dealership. This is very unprofessional.As of coming into your dealership... consider yourselves lucky. i just took it to my personal bodyshop and within minutes they were able to fix the problem, free of charge. Bad news for you guys, this will be reported in all social media as well as I will be contacting BBB and state attorney to file complaints.If you guys pride in customer service, then act like one and take action immediately. We got our cars serviced at your shop and you guys are the one who caused this accident. Take priorities in them first before servicing others.

I bought my Nissan Rogue back in August 2014. I had been to several dealerships test driving cars and just getting aggravated, until I met with Dustin. I loved his no pressure approach and honest answers to the questions about the cars I test drove. He gave me all the answers I was looking for, ALWAYS returned my calls and emails promptly and I got the price I was willing to pay. I left the dealership and thought about the it overnight, called Dustin in the morning and asked him to get the paperwork ready so I could come in and get the financing done immediately without sitting and negotiating for hours. I was out with my new car in about 1 hour. They helped me move my things over to the new car, went over all the features, helped me set up my Bluetooth and off I went. Best birthday present ever! Wish all sales people worked like him with quick answers and a laid back approach. I felt like I knew him forever by the time I left. Most people now days have researched the heck out of the cars they are thinking about or have a budget in mind. The last thing they need is some high pressured sales tactic. He let the cars speak for themselves.

I purchased a new car from Criswell Nissan within the last 24hrs. And received exceptional service. This is by no means something new for this dealership, as it is the norm and not the exception. I have had my previous Nissan serviced through this dealership for well over 8 yrs and their staff are knowledgeable about the vehicles and do their best to help the customer understand make educated decisions on the maintenance of cars. Crystal Vanderpuije, Jose Alvarez and their manager Andy Deusa were the first faces of Criswell that I encountered and they have represented the dealership well and was the reason I took the next step to purchase my new vehicle from this dealership.I didn't expect any less of a professional staff in the sales department, but Sam Trabulsi and Jeff Greene exceeded my expectations. Sam's professional, knowledgeable persona and patience in trying to understand my needs before we ever looked at a brochure or test drove a vehicle was something that car salesman are not widely known for, so has has set the bar high for his peers. The efforts put forth by Jeff and Sam to work within my framework was capped by their Financial Advisor Victor Villalobos. Victors meticulous attention to all aspects of financing of my new vehicle went above and beyond. He explained the pros and cons at every step allowing me the opportunity to make the decisions that fit my needs. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff, because they are truly customer oriented not just by saying it on their website, or a commercial ad but how they treat each individual that walks through the door. My relationship will continue with this dealership for as long as they or I reside in the Maryland area.

I was frustrated trying to find a particular Nissan that I had been looking for, and a day after one arrived at Criswell Nissan in Germantown, I contacted them to see if it was available. I got a response back right away saying it was, so I told them what I wanted to pay, and they agreed. I went in the next day (a Sunday) and despite having to stay late, we made the deal according to how I wanted it. They were very friendly and easy to work with, and even the negotiations were not acrimonious - they simply wanted my business. Sam was super friendly and courteous; he did all of the running around to get my trade-in checked, get questions answered, get documents out of the vehicle, switching plates - whatever was needed Sam jumped up to take care of it. Krystie in finance made closing the deal easy, quick, and painless - she is fabulous. I plan on going there in a few weeks to buy a Juke for my son, even though they are a pretty far drive for me - I think it is worth it.

Lots of talk about how great there deals are. After a 2 1/2 hour drive I found that the deal was nothing close to what we had talked about over the phone. My trade was a good clean car for the year and milage, even sent them lots of pictures but when I got there I was told my trade wasn't what I discribed. I had high hopes for this dealer only to be let down. Later that day I got the same vehicle for thousands less at another dealer.

What amazing experiences I've had at CRISWELL Nissan, located in Germantown, Md! Service Manager Andy Deusa and his team of professional and very experienced Service Advisors and Technicians have kept my 2003 Nissan 350 in immaculate condition. The customer service that I get from Andy and his team is beyond what I could have ever imagined. They take the time to get to know customers through general conversation with the customer. They genuinely listen to the specifics of the customer's concerns so they can better able service the customer. I originally purchased my 350Z in 2003 from DARCAR Nissan in Rockville, Md., and I had the worst experience as a customer that anyone could possibly imagine. DARCAR kept my newly purchased car for almost a month, just to get the imperfections in the rims repaired, and they NEVER offered me a loaner for a day or two. Without a doubt, that would have NEVER happened on Service Manager Andy' Deusa's watch! He is meticulous in striving to please the customer, even if a temporary loaner is absolutely necessary, if your car is down and you need to make arrangements for alternate transportation until your vehicle is ready. Now I don't know if CRISWELL Nissan could approve a loaner for an extended amount of time, but I do know that Andy will do everything humanly possible to get the customer's car back on the road with the necessary repairs made. Might I add that CRISWELL has even serviced my Mitsubishi V6 Galant GTZ. I was like, gee and I thought I had to take car to a Mitsubishi service department, when I was told that CRISWELL was more than happy to service my other car. That there, put the icing on the cake for me to know that CRISWELL Nissan is a one-stop shop.From the front bay area to the Master Technicians, I enjoy the best of customer service in how I am greeted and informed of what repairs need immediate attention, and the repairs that can hold off for a while. Andy is at the helm of the team, and the team is only as good as their leadership. They are a reflection of him and his leadership and guidance in ensuring that ALL customers are kept informed of status of repairs work. In the many years that I have had my car serviced at this location, NEVER have I ever been disappointed. From my observations and experiences, I clearly see that their goal is to please every customer to the best of their ability. I've had to leave my car there for a few hours and was comfortable with doing so. I knew when the shuttle driver came to pick me up from my house in Gaithersburg, MD., to transport me back to CRISWELL, that my car was repaired with the level of care that I expected and then some. From Andy, down to his Service Advisors Crystal, Jose, Kevin and Dave, I personally feel a connection to all of them. They treat me with respects and talk to me in layman's terms since I am not a mechanic. I just gas up and go, so what do I know about the mechanism of a high performance car such as the 350Z??? While in the bay area, I've observed them treating other customers with the same level of attention and care, and more importantly with the utmost respect. They ensure that ALL customer's concerns are heard and they (Andy and crew) direct their attention to the mechanical issues at hand. I have to give the mechanics and Master Technicians their kudos as well, they are the best. I always say that Andy and his crew are my extended family because they genuinely care about the concerns of not just me but ALL of their customers, and the proof is in their craftsmanship in providing the customer with detailed repairs made to their cars.On a more personal note, Andy knows that I perform volunteer work for a homeless men's shelter in Rockville, Md. Andy and his crew has aided me in my quest to help sustain the efforts of the shelter through their donations. Wow, Sam did an amazing job from beginning to end of the sale. When i pulled in the parking lot i saw Sam in his office, and when i get out of the car Sam was waiting for me outside of the door. I found that absolutely incredible but that is not all. I came in with my 3 year old son who is not very still, Sam kept his Cool with him every step of the way and did not seem annoyed at all. He established what I was looking for and my price range and he reassured me that he could make it happened, which to surprise he did. I came in with my son at 7 at that time my son was starting to get hungry obviously there is not food in the dealership but when i was working with Krystie Zhang Sam surprised my son with a Happy Meal from Mcdonalds, i was very grateful and surprised, no one and i mean no one has ever done anything like this before especially not a dealership. I am very very please with Sam who did a great job. Krystie Zhang is by far the best Finance specialist i have ever dealt with. Was very very professional and walked me through everything, I must say i walked out of the dealership 100% happy. Within an hour, we were down at the dealership purchasing the car. Best experience I have ever had buying a car!! - he is kind, generous, and a great sealer all around. Krystie, in the finance department, is also one of the best! She is the most down to earth person in any finance department I have been in. Never had an individual like her!! I visited Criswell Nissan this evening in hopes of purchasing a new Pathfinder. Although we did not make a deal, I had a pleasant experience with my sales person. As I was preparing to leave the dealership, the sales manager, Jeff Greene, became involved in the negotiation. I explained that I understand they had a business to run and it was okay that we weren't able to make a deal. He told me " it's only $500, that's nothing if you're financing." I explained that I understood it would make a minimal difference in the monthly payment, but that I came in with a number in mind to spend, and due to unforeseen circumstances it wouldn't work out. I assume he did not like my answer, as he then arrogantly and dismissively turned his head and began talking to a co-worker. I was immediately offended and told him so. I asked for his name and business card, but he did not supply it. I was okay with not being able to make a deal, but I find it appalling that I would be so disrespected, in front of other employees no less, for being willing to walk away. I feel that a sales "manager" should set the precedent for the standard of service expected from their staff. I think he could have taken a few pointers from his staff. As I stated previously, we had a pleasant experience with our original sales person, but after my brief interaction with Jeff, I will not be returning to Criswell Nissan, or anyone other Criswell for that matter.

Of particular note was his willingness to show me another make vehicle sold by Criswell so I could compare side-by-side - how awesome is that!!With the understanding that everyone I dealt with at Criswell was just plain great, I also want to acknowledge the outstanding efforts of the finance manager Krystie Zhang. Criswell was our last stop after six other dealers, and we're glad we made the trip. From the moment we walked in, Kwame was very friendly and professional and got us into the vehicle we were interested for a test drive. We had spoken with Sam on the phone, but they were clearly good at working together like a team. Sam took care of us the rest of time there. He's really knowledgeable about cars. He encouraged us to check it out in the garage and never used any of the annoying and "hard" tactics we were subjected to at other dealerships. No tricks or bluffs, just professional service. Sam is smart and polite. He (and earlier Kwame) worked hard to answer all our questions about the vehicle. Brian in finance was very thorough and also very straight-forward and clear. No slick sales, and we never felt pressured even though it was late. All the staff graciously stayed after closing to help us finalize the sale so that we didn't have to make a second trip to pick up the car. This makes the second car we've bought from a Criswell dealership.

I recently filled out an online form to get prices on a new Nissan Leaf from several dealers. Sam T. was the first one to contact me and set up a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure me into buying a car right then and there. He had a Leaf ready when I arrived for a test drive, and was able to give me a lot of information about the car. The price that he quoted me was fair, and I didn't end up going to any other dealers. I highly recommend Sam T. if you are in the market for any Nissan. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he is also personable and friendly and does not stoop to pushy sales tactics.

Just recently purchased a used Hyundai Elantra for a great price. Sam was extremely friendly and polite, and was set on getting me the best deal possible. He was not pushy. He was also very honest about what he knew concerning the car, warranties, and pricing, and was always ready to get find any information that I asked for if he did not know the answer off-hand (which was very much appreciated). I spent my entire 1-hr lunch break one day calling Criswell Nissan with the specific request to speak to the service technician who performed the hands on inspection of a used vehicle I wanted to buy long distance. Isn't that a normal question and reasonable request? Apparently not! and was given the run around and wasted an entire hour on this dealership. Never have I been put on hold for so long and forgotten too, listening to 1000X rings, with no one ever intending to pick up. Nor does the receptionist come back on to attend to your request. Who does this anymore when it's well known to all sales people the importance of customer service??!!! ONE HOUR WASTED WITH ZERO RESUILTS.So Criswell Nissan, poor customer service is earning you extremely low scores and negative comments here, which equals bad reputation. I'll ask the people at the Nissan dealership here in Nebraska instead, where we are always attended to, questions get answered promptly, receive friendly service, and are treated like viable human beings.

The entire process was not contentious at all and I was very pleased with the approach. I'm very surprise the car is dirty, no clean at all .PSI Tires are all deferents so the dealer don't check tire pressures either. This is the more poor dealer service I got with car in all my entire life. I was looking to add a vehicle to my company and found a 2013 NV high roof cargo van online at Criswell. It had the tow package, side air bag curtains and V8 engine I needed. The price was very competitive after looking at literally hundreds of NV's online at dealerships within 500 miles of my location. I wanted a 2013 and they were getting scarce. I was making my decision about the purchase and I waited too long and someone else purchased the van. David and his manager went to work and located another identical van at another dealership. However, they had someone walk in and purchase that van before we could secure it. I started to give up hope that I would be able to find a new 2013 with the options I needed and once again went online looking at inventory and calling dealerships. Some didn't return calls, others acted like it was an inconvenience to do any searching for a customer. If there was one on the lot and readily available that didn't have what I wanted they would try and sell me one of those. Then I got an e-mail from David saying his manager had found one more identical van and it was a few hundred miles away. They offered to pick it up and also to honor the original quote of the first one.I am 250 miles away in Salem Virginia and they made sure when I made the trip to pick it up that I was picked up at the rental car drop off location, that all the paperwork was ready,and the van was detailed and had a full gas tank. I know that when I'm ready to add another vehicle to my small company or add a personal vehicle, I'm just calling these guys first.

So glad to have the opportunity to work with Sam and Jerome...entered the dealership just as Jerome was finishing his telephone call. We caught each other's eye and he came out of his office and greeted my wife and me. He took us out to the lot to view the available trucks and when we found exactly what we were looking for, we all returned to the building to start the process. Jerome passed us on to Sam Afgan, who had just started with Criswell. Jerome had taught him well, because we had a most pleasant interaction and made a deal. Frank was kind enough to help the "newbie" when he ran into problems with entering data into the system. Kudos to him for being a team player. Finally after returning with my trade vehicle, I sat down with Krystie to finish the paperwork. She was delightful. Very professional and personable transaction, where I gladly gave her my money...Not a single disappointment from start to finish. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. the oil change was past of my plan so there wasn't a cost associated with it. The came out after 1/2 an hour and asked if I wanted a car wash too. A half hour later they apologized for the long time it took and gave me my tire rotation for free since it took so long. I didn't feel it took that long, since I came in without an appointment and was done in under an hour.Everyone is so polite!

We recently purchased a brand new Xterra. A few days after our purchase we noticed a problem with our vehicle. We called Dustin and he took care of everything for us. When we arrived Dustin made sure the Service Center addressed the problem, resolved a technical issue with a wrong tire, and had us out in a jiffy. Dustin's personal service was outstanding! Like I saud I came like always for a change of oil, I didn't know that I had missed important service until Mr. Alvarez asked me questions, and recomended that it was important for safety to rotate my tires for example, I had been driving with tires that were very low on air, I really could feel the difference when they did the service, plus a lot of other items that needed fixing. Mr. Alvarez explained everything so I could understand the procedure. Thanks again and you'll see me soon.

Dustin helped me figure out the best car for my needs and price range and we settled on the on the 2014 Altima SV. After a test drive of the vehicle he helped me with the finance application and arranged for the preparation of the car and trade in of my old Sentra. After the financial process was taken care of he showed me the important features of the car. The entire process took about 4 hours.

Car was towed to dealer with bad transmission Dave kept me updated daily on what was going on with my truck and I was very friendly during the entire process. Turns out my brand 2014 Pathfinder which just had a new transmission installed at Sheehy Nissan of Annapolis was installed wrong thus causing the breakdown on the highway. Even though the repairs were all under warranty and I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealer I chose to have it repaired here because of the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from both Dave Scott and Andy Deusa. I wish I had purchased my vehicles at this dealership rather than Sheehy of Nissan of Annapolis. Keep up the good work guys truck rides like new again even though it is new lol.

This is my second time visiting Criswell Nissan and both times Jose Alvarez has went out of his way to help me and answer my questions. Crystal helped as well because I had set up this appointment via online and she is who was handling the actual appointment but, Jose really helped ease my mind and even had the technician ride along with me for 10 minutes to locate any noises. I purchased a 2013 NIssan Juke SL at the end of December from Criswell Nissan. Rod, Ahmed, Jerome all helped make this purchase possible. I had to have Red with Red trim interior which was a rare find. Rod went to Pittsburgh to get it for me and I still got a great deal. Great advice from Jim on financing. Thank you all. My experience with this dealership seems to completely erratic and dependent on the staff members you happen to connect with that day. Two years ago I bought a company vehicle from Criswell. The deal was quick, smooth and relatively pleasant. Early this year (2014) I specifically returned expecting the same experience and was completely surprised. There are a lot of dealers who operate under the assumption that since New car sales have pretty consistent pricing from one dealer to the next, mandated by narrow margins between manufacturer and dealership,, that the consumer will continue to purchase vehicles from them based on convenience and the idea that either way your going to get taken for a ride. Many dealerships appreciate ones choice to do business with them and the belief is evident in their practices. My advice is to watch out for any "irregularities" and if you dont feel comfortable with the level of professionalism and knowledge put on the brakes and consider other options

We have a ten year old Nissan Murano that has been a champ for over 100k miles. It has required mostly regular maintenance for that time. Since moving to Maryland almost ten years ago we have made a point to return to Criswell Nissan for service because of the friendly and customer-focused attitude. A recent transmission replacement was completed in such a short time that we were shocked when Dave Berney called for to pick up the car. To make it an even better day, the transmission was under warranty. Many thanks to Dave Berney and all the techs for their hard work. This is just one example of why we love our Nissan so much and why we will continue to keep Criswell Nissan as our service location.

In all my years of buying cars, I never have experienced such friendliness, help, and total commitment to customer needs as demonstrated by the personel at Criswell Nissan. It all started with Marcio Santos. As a salesman, he was first concern with educating me about the Nissan Quest and was willing to compare it to any other vehicle. He even brought in a Honda Odyssey, and parked both vehicles next to eachother for comparison. The first day he spent 2 hours with us and never once tried to push us to buy a car. In fact he advised us to take more time to be sure we were buying the car we wanted. At all times I felt I was dealing with a trusted friend and yet I had never met Marcio before.Kristie Zhang in finance searched relentlessly to find us the best rate. She also was so laid back and friendly and never once tried to convenience us to buy a service we did not need. Randy, the general manager, was soft spoken and cooperative. I found everyone very friendly. Crystal kept me informed along the way of what was going on. Both she and I had a question on why the transformer oil needed to be topped off. She went back and checked with the mechanic and then with the senior mechanic as to the reason. A small leak was discovered, which was promptly fixed at no charge. She accurately predicted the additional time it would take. All in all, I was very pleased with the service, with the professionalism of everyone, and the end result - a confidence that my vehicle was ready for another 7,500 miles!

My salesperson has a very good personality which cannot be taught no matter how long you are in the service industry. He wasn't overbearing or pressuring which made the buying process easy.

I purchased a new 2012 Nissan NV 2500 cargo van thru Sean. I dealt exclusively via email with him and he was very helpful and always professional thru the entire process. He offered a great price right upfront & was very helpful in closing the deal since I live out of state. Sean & the rest of the Criswell team were very helpful & accomodating in getting all the paperwork handled in a very timely manner. They went out of their way to make things easy for me since I was 400 miles away.I had a small problem with the shelving pkg that came with the van. After I drove the van 400 miles home & discovered the issue, Randy the sales mgr, spent quite a bit of time & effort contacting installers near me to get a resolution to the problem. It was solved to my satisfaction.I can only say good things about my experience with Criswell Nissan & their staff. I have to say it is rare to see this level of professionalism & customer service in any business today. Thanks for a great hassle free purchase experience!

From the time I met kwame I could tell it would be like buying a car from a friend of mine. He has a very good personality which cannot be taught no matter how long you are in the service industry.He wasn't overbearing or pressuring which has actually stopped me from buying a phone from sprint before. I believe he is an asset to your dealership but I believe you may already know that.the financing/ paperwork aspect couldn't have been made any easier as kristie was well versed in her position.kristie even stepped in to assist with the car insurance verification and recieving the fax and catching an error made by the insurance company on the insurance card and calling them to get it straight while kwame was tagging and gassing up the car after recieving it from getting it cleaned and detailed.It was good to have been apart of that kind of unplanned genuine teamwork to benefit your customers and the dealerships name and reputation.I truly am glad to have met all involved and thank you for your help and service

Ive had my 2007 Nissan Sentra service there several times over the years. The high quality care they show, had me coming back to them to purchase my new Rogue. This speaks volumes because there are "many" closer Nissan dealers to me.

When you arrive with knowledge, it makes the job easier on them to determine your price point. They actually appreciate that and they'd thank you for that! And when that happens, the haggle almost doesn't exist. Of course there is some amount of negotiation involved but not haggling or aggressive confrontation of numbers.

From August 2012 - Dante was excellent to work with. We test drove several vehicles (rogue, sentra, etc.). We also found out we knew some of the same people back from our weightlifing days. When it was time to close the deal, I remember Dante even coming in on his off day to make sure everything went smoothly. Great service.Krystie was great too. I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima Saturday morning and traded in a 2011 Nissan Sentra. What an experience!(a) I provided them an advertised price of Darcars which at the time was the most credible lowest price. They matched the lowest number possible for the model and trim. Instant $900 off on top of their already low special price on the 2013 Altima 2.5S!(b) the sales person (Sean) was an honest guy. His team mate working with him is also an honest guy but I forgot his name. (c) This is the true No Haggle. But you gotta get there with knowledge and excellent credit to enhance the probability of this experience to happen.-Find the prices from different places via internet, -Look around for best finance APR (your banks or NMAC), -Determine the terms that you are comfortable (60 - 72 - 84 months), and-Do the math to determine what monthly payment you are comfortable with AFTER figuring out the proper price of the car, your tolerance to put money down, terms, and the APR. My husband and I weren't even considering a Nissan, we were looking at Toyota Corollas and Ford Focus's. After searching for a second car for about a week, we decided to look and see what dealers nearby had on the lot. We live in Germantown and remembered that Criswell Nissan had used cars as well so we decided to take a look. We first were greeted by Swann, the sales manager, who set us up with Kwame, our sales consultant. They listened to what we wanted in a car and our price range and Kwame took us out to look at new and used Sentras. We test drove two before we decided we really liked the way it handled and some of the options that the 2011 model had that our current car did not. The price was was at the low end of our price range, so we decided to purchase the vehicle. We then met with Krystie who helped us with the paperwork and choosing the best finance options. Krystie explained all the warranties to us as well.

I am not the easiest customer to deal with. I have high expectations and I expect quality customer service. That is exactly what I've experienced from Chriswell and its employees. I have had my 2007 Nissan Sentra service there several times over the years. At times it's been serviced under manufacturer's warranty and at others, under a 3rd party extended warranty. The high quality care they show had me coming back to them to purchase my new Rogue. This speaks volumes because there are "many" closer Nissan dealers to me.When I had my car service last, I had some concerns with a perceived outstanding issue, Mr. Kim stepped in to help even though he was in sales, not service. He got nothing out of helping me other than my promise to return if and when I looked for a future automobile...all because of his help.I inquired online a week ago about the 2013 Rogues. Marcio Santos contacted me and ever since, we've been taking a look at options as well as the 2013 Sentra I also showed interest in. I kept going back and forth but Marcio was patient throughout.Finally, when I was pushing towards the Sentra, Mr. Smith went the extra step to locate the car through another dealer with the specs I wanted! After again, going back and forth, I opted for the Rogue. Mr. Smith spent some considerable time initially locating the Sentra but was incredibly understanding when I changed my mind and ultimately chose the Rogue. Further, he was "incredibly" fair about meeting another dealer's price. I was surprised because it wasn't a little amount.Between Swann, Marcio, and Randy, I never could have imagined a more pleasing purchase despite what one often expects in making such a big purchase. I have purchased several cars throughout the years, I have never received the quality service from start to finish, as I did with the fine people of Criswell Nissan. I was initially contacted by Dante Marino. He informed me of many of the options I had available and he extremely knowledgeable in all aspects when it came to my car buying purchase. I was expecting the average experience and the old"car salesman" experience but it was anything but. Straight forward honest and made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was running late for my scheduled appointment so Mike Premo had stepped in to complete the paperwork. Again it was a seamless transition and everyone one was on the same team working toward my goal of purchasing my new car. Not to be outdone I then met Krystie Zhang, that completed the purchase and was able get me an even better financing option that I had coming into the dealership. So, I was in the market to replace my Civic for something slightly bigger. Checked out Accord, Sonata and Altima. After test driving all three cars, I decided to go with Altima. Now, some of you may be thinking why I ditched Accord for an Altima, are they that bad? Not at all. I was comparing 2011/12 Accord and Sonata with a 2013 Altima, and from the price point, I think Altima was the best choice for the money. No doubt. So, after narrowing it down to Altima, my and my brother went to a couple of Nissan dealers, and ended up at Criswell, once again. All in all, this is my 3rd purchase from Criswell Nissan in last 2 years. 2 for my house hold, and one for my sister. And to be honest with you all potential buyers and readers, every single time Criswell gave me the best price and service, hands down. Our Sales person, Frank, was new to the dealership, but he knew his product well. Our Sales manager, Adam, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Frank made sure that we get the car that we want, and Adam made sure that we get a fair price for our trade-in and best price for our purchase. I can safely say that in the future whenever I will be in the market for a new vehicle, I will definitely swing by Criswell Nissan. My Wife and I contacted the Criswell Nissan in Germantown in regards to a truck that we saw online at autotrader.com. We were able to talk with Dante about the online posting and discussed what our expectation was of the dealership, and some prior bad experiences that we had encountered and wanted to avoid. Dante assured us that Criswell Nissan would not disappoint, and WOW was he right. This was the 5th vehicle that my wife and I have purchased from a dealership, and this was easily our best experience. Dante was very forward and disclosed any and all problems, and made this often-complicated agreement very simple. Needless to say, we are very pleased with our experience with both the dealership, and our salesman Dante Marino. OUR NEXT VEHICLE WILL BE PURCHASED THROUGH THIS DEALER!

With almost a decade having passed since my first car buying experience, I had almost forgotten how difficult and emotional it can be. After a horrible experience at my local dealership just a couple of weeks ago in New Jersey, I was not optimistic about a positive experience this time around either. I never new the dealership existed until Saturday, December 1. I took a friend to the dealership to pick-up a loaner. While waiting, I met Dante and told him that need an other car. I have been driving a 16 year old Volvo (1997)around the beltway to see my Dad in a nursing home for 3 years. I had so many issues with car - I knew it would give out one day. Swann Kim and Dante Marino helped me to get a new car that was good a fit for me. I cannot expressed how grateful to Swann, Dante and Krystie. They are an excellent team. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family because I know there is caring people working there. I got a 2012 Nissan Sentra 2.0 S. The sales person is very helpful and he offers me good price. Actually I was not looking for that car, but a more basic 2.0 model. The sales person showed the one I bought, and it had quite several enhanced devices, and the price was below my expectation, so I was very satisfied.The dealer also offers me with good loan, and the purchasing experience was very good.

This dealership is incredible. My family came in searching for a new sedan style car that rode smoothly and we were able to test 4 different models right away. Our salesman, Eric Konan, was friendly and honest about the pros and cons of the various styles. In the end my family decided to purchase 2 new cars (altima and sentra) at excellent prices. After doing on-line reserch and visiting a few other dealerships, I found the best experience at Criswell Nissan in Germantown. Kwame was very helpful and listened to the needs I had for my next car, while considering my budget as well. I brought a 2011 Sonata, and am very pleased. Since my purchase the dealership has continued to show their value for me as a customer. Most recently I had my tire patched after running over a nail. This service was done as a coustey!

Dante was persistent in calling me back on a rainy Sunday. This call was critical in getting me into the dealership. He also took us on our initial test drive and answered our initial questions. The car was right out front when we got to the dealership.Kwame took over when Dante had to go back to an earlier customer. He answered all our questions enthusiastically both about the car itself and the deal. He really knew this new car inside out unlike another salesman at a different dealer who had to look stuff up. Krystie was very pleasant to work with and explained the paperwork carefully. She explained the advantages of the 7-year extended warranty so well that we decided to buy it. Mr. Kim stopped by to see us a couple of times to make sure that everything was going well in our discussions with Kwame and Krystie. I had the impression that nothing escaped his attention and that he was a major factor in Criswell sales functioning so smoothly. This was altogether my most pleasant car-buying experience ever!

We bought our new Murano about a week ago at Criswell Nissan in Germantown.That wasn't the first dealership we visited - we had been on the market for a couple of weeks and considered a few other cars from other manufacturers. Visiting Criswell Nissan was both: one of the most pleasant and one of the most informative. Neither Michael nor Dante were pushing us as that happened in other dealerships. Dante was able to answer the questions we had and we've got what we needed quick.The second visit was when we decided to go for Murano. The process went smooth and in a couple of hours we drove away all set. Again, we had nothing to complain about. Dante and Michael were friendly and did not push us. My wife originally wanted light interior but changed her mind during the process so they found another car for us. Getting financing was easy and their financial specialist Krystie explained us everything we needed very friendly. We also think that the price we've got is right. There was no need for us to go to MVA because we've got permanent tags.Generally we had a very good experience at the dealership.

I arrived at the dealership about 8:30am on Saturday morning. I got my car right in, it was serviced and I was out in less than an hour. For once it didn't take away half of the day! Everone was very friendly, everything was explained to me of what was done. Great dealership, great team!!

My overall experience with Chriswell was great. Before I went to the dealership I spoke with Mr. Santos and stated what I was looking for,the amount I willing to spend, and that I would only spend 1.5 hrs at the dealership. If a deal was not made in that timeframe and at my expectations, I was going to follow-up on my other leads. Mr. Santos, Mr. Emani and Mr. Otchere were very professional and attentive while discussing business. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I felt very comfortable in their presence. I like the fact that I was not being pressured to buy just any vehicle. They took the time to show all the vehicles that were in my price range, negotiating the best purchase, and the best interest rate possible. The purchase was well worth the extra time I spent at the dealership. I will be back next fall to purchase my 2013 Altima.

One of the reasons I put off buying a car for so long (aside from the fact that my 2000 Nissan Pathfinder was still running strong) was that the car-buying process is so exhausting and stressful. I was beyond pleasantly surprised with my experience at Criswell Nissan. Everyone was courteous and professional. No high-pressure sales tactics or any of the expected "let me talk to my manager" delay tactics. No nonsense and a good deal. Dante was relaxed and friendly (and patient!) I WAS EXSTREMELY SATISFIED. I WENT INTO THE DEALER WITH THE INTENTION OF JUST GETTING MY 2006 MURANO APPRAISED AND GET AN ESTIMATE ON A NEW CAR. WHEN I CAME , I ASKED FOR LUC. THEY PAGED HIM AND HE CAME TO GREET ME IMMEDIATELY. LUC INTRODUCED ME TO KWAME AND SAID THAT HE WOULD ASSIST ME. I TOLD KWAME I JUST WANTED TO GET MY CAR APPRAISED AND SEE IF I COULD GET A NEWER CAR. I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD MAKE IT HAPPEN. KWAME SAID THAT HE WOULD DO EVERYTHING HE COULD. KWAME THEN GOT MY CAR APPRAISED AND HAD ME FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. AFTER, GETTING THE AMOUNT THAT I OWED ON MY CAR HE SAID THAT I REALLY NEEDED TO GET OUT THE CAR BECAUSE IT WAS VALUED LESS THAN I OWED. HE SAID THAT HE COULD HELP ME GET INTO SOMETHING THAT I WOULDN'T BE UPSIDE DOWN IN. I TOLD HIM THAT MY CAR IS FULLY LOADED AND I WOULD ONLY TRADE IT IN FOR A CAR THAT IS FULLY LOADED AS WELL. AFTER TALKING TO KRYSTIE MY DOWN PAYMENT WENT DOWN FROM $2500 - $2000 AND MY MONTHLY PAYMENT WENT DOWN BY $3 (YIPPEE). KWAME HAD THE ROUGE DETAILED AND MY LICSENCE PLATES PUT ON MY NEW CAR. HE THEN SHOWED ME HOW TO USED ALL MY NEW GADGETS AND GOT ME ON MY WAY. IN CLOSING I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT IN ALL OF MY EXPERIENCES IN CAR DEALERSHIPS, THIS WAS BY FAR MY BEST. I found the Criswell dealership online while looking for a used Acura TSX. A live online chat was available so I checked it out. The customer service person responded quickly and pleasantly, referring my questions to Sales Manager Gary Moser. I spoke with Gary by phone and he assured me that if I chose to drive down (at the last minute on a Saturday at the end of the month so his staff was BUSY!), his sales staff would be happy to assist me. I was a little leery of the whole experience having had an extremely unpleasant experience with my hometown car dealership and I just assumed this would be more of the same. When I arrived I was assisted immediately by Herbert Hernandez. He was patient, knowledgeable, and quite easy and entertaining to talk to and answered all my questions.The experience just got better from there. The car I found online was just what I wanted and when I questioned Herbert about the online discount he assured me that indeed that was the price. I just expected the online story to change once I actually got to the dealership, but I just continued to be pleasantly surprised. Kristie, the finance contact, was cheery, thorough, and quick to process my purchase, and soon I was on my way.I love my car and can't say enough about Criswell's professional employees. My car buying experience at Criswell Nissan actually allowed me to put the word "enjoyable" back into my volcabulary for this process. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in for a pleasant experience. Swann Kim definitely understands how a professionally run sales floor can give a prospective customer confidence in their decision to visit Criswell. My salesperson, Kwame Otchere, was terrific. His knowledge of the product and his patience as I test drove several different models was appreciated. I was ever given the feeling that I was being rushed or that he needed to be anywhere but helping me. When it came time to complete my deal, the finance manager worked hard to secure me the best rate possible, and Krystie Zhang made the closing paperwork easy to understand while not trying to pack on extras that other dealers have bombarded me with in the past. I also take this a good sign that Nissan believes its cars are manufactured well enough that they don't need all the "extras." I was so pleased with my experience, that when I informed my daughter that I had found a Nissan dealership that I would highly recommend, she went to talk to them the next day and a day later ended up with the car she had been hoping that could find for her. I can recommend this Nissan dealership without any hesitation.

We received great customer service at Criswell Nissan this past week. Kwame did a excellent job answering all of our questions about the new vehicle. It took only 1 day to find the exact car/color we were looking for. Our trade/finance process went smoothly. The only issue we had was that we had to wait 45 minutes for the Finance person on a Monday evening...(she was dealing with a customer during our wait). Criswell has already called back, making sure everything is OK, and to assure us if we have any questions or concerns...to please call.

I trust you are on the fast-track to blow all the other sales associates out of the water!!My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Kwame on July 4th to purchase a Tahoe that Criswell had on their lot. We were at the dealership for several hours with our two year old daughter and he was extremely patient and kind; actually everyone in the dealership was kind and inviting. We ended-up purchasing the Tahoe for my fiance and after casually speaking with Kwame about my car, he successfully convinced me that it was time for me to get a new car as well. Kwame being able to convince me to get a new car AND get a Nissan (I was trading in a Honda, and have never owned anything but a Honda) was nothing short of a miracle; it is a true testament to how gifted a salesman Kwame really is. At the end of the day, I was unable to reach an agreement on the price I wanted to pay for the new car (no fault of Kwame's) and I in-turn landed at another dealership that was able to give me a bottom-line I was happy with. It really pained me that I was unable to purchase the car from Kwame...he definitely worked hard and earned his commission. Though I did not purchase my car from him, my fiance did, so we were at least able to complete one sale with Kwame.Lastly, if I know anyone who in DC Metro who is looking for a car (doesn't even need to be a Nissan) I will direct them straight to Criswell and more specifically, to Kwame. If you don't think you need a Nissan in your life...Kwame will successfully convince you otherwise.

We had come into test drive a new Nissan but also wanted to test drive a used van at Criswell Honda before we made our decision. I had to come in twice because a part needed to be ordered. Tony was very professional and personable and the best part is a Redskins Fan! He told me I would need to come back because the part needed to be ordered and that it would take about an hour and a half to fix the problem. When the part came in I was ready with a book to just sit back and wait. I was shocked when after 20 minutes he came out and said I was ready to go. Wow, where do I begin? This is hands down one of the leading dealerships in the region! After 6 months of calculating my next step on how to go about trading in my current Nissan to get the one that I really wanted, Kwame somehow swayed me to jump in my Sentra and drive from North Silver Spring to Germantown. He assured me that "it will be worth your while...you will be driving home in this JUKE that is on the showroom floor tonight." Although I was exhausted and somewhat irritated from spending the better part of the last week getting my car appraised and trying to cut a deal with dealerships in the area, including one earlier on this particular day, I got in my car and began to drive. Let me back up...this is not where the excellent customer service began. I was introduced to Criswell NIssan through USAA's Car Buying Service (USAA members be sure to check this out on usaa.com). As soon as I entered the JUKE into USAA and pressed enter it sent my information to three dealerships in the immediate that has a partnership with the bank. They offer members special pricing! Immediately, I received an e-mail from Gary Moser, General Sales Manager. Somewhere thereafter, I received one from Swann Kim, Sales Manager, and then from energetic one-of-a-kind Kwame Otchere, Sales Consultant. They really wanted my business and made this clear in each of their e-mails! The correspondence continued until I finally decided to send a reply to Gary. These weren't auto reply messages though...these gentleman actually composed original messages and spoke to my particular situation. This is important to note.What made me want to go for broke and drive to Germantown to purchase this JUKE off the showroom floor was when the sales team included terms in their e-mails such as: "earning my business, thank you for accepting this e-mail, I received your voicemail thank you for your call," and my favorite: "I understand that we are a little out of the way, but there is a reason why we are the prefered USAA dealer." It's true. There is a reason that they are the preferred USAA dealer, and I got to witness it from start to finish this evening. Kwame was exceptionally accommodating! He made me feel as though he truly shared in the new car purchase excitement along with me, WAY before I said "I'll take it." Swann was very patient with me and shared that he is a veteran and fellow USAA member himself. That meant a lot to me. I felt like I was amongst family. Finance Manager, Krystie, was especially kind and patient with me and makes miracles happen in her office. Last but not least, Gary is very special to me because although he had to leave for the day, he left word and made sure that I was taken care of as promised. Each associate was sure to remind me of that throughout the duration of the transaction. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks team!

Amazing experience. I was asking for very aggressive deals on both my trade in and new purchase and this group worked on it without coming back to me with what I requested. Eric, in particular, was amazing. I was in for test drive, trade evaluation, dealing, and paperwork, and out the door with my new Nissan Cube in just over 2 hours. I couldn't be any more impressed - I'll make the 90 minute drive back to this dealership again next time!

I bought a new Nissan Murano from Criswell and am very satified with the vehicle and the overall experience with the dealership. Kwame was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He carefully explaned all the options and features of the vehicle. He set up my blue tooth and made sure I understood how to operate the sound system, keyless entry, etc. He showed me the service department and explained how I don't need an appointment for my two years of free oil changes! Gary explained the pricing item by item. Krystie gave me several options for financing and patiently answered all my questions. Everyone at Criswell was friendly. I would recommend the dealership.

This is our third purchase from Criswell Nissan in last two years. Last year I purchased a Nissan Sentra for myself and another Sentra for a family friend from these guys (From a different Sales person though). This year my sister bought a Rogue from these guys, and I have to admit BEST PRICES IN THE MD VA AREA.... Eric (Our Sales Person) was helpful and was willing to make the transaction. He made every effort to get us the best price possible, and after shopping around in the 50 miles radius, I have to say that no one was able to beat his price. Some did come close to Criswell's price but NO ONE was able to beat it. In fact, a couple of dealers openly admitted that the price that Eric quoted was unheard of, and if he is willing to sell the car for that price, and if the car is brand new, not a demo, take it. So, if you are looking for a Nissan and you are nearby Criswell or are willing to drive there, I will say, give them a call, or send them an email. I have a feeling that there price might be the lowest you will find. And NO I do NOT work for Criswell, or work with Criswell, or have stocks in Criswell, or am related to anyone at Criswell. I have absolutely no personal link to the company or any of its employees. Just a happy car buyer who got two great buys from them. Oh yeah, just one thing, call Eric, dont email him too much. I think he prefers talking over typing.... :)

Gary and Kwame were straight forward to explain on Nissan Rogue and did not force to buy. The Price quote was also reasonable in comparison to other dealers, who insisted to visit first and then only have quote and that too was higher. At Criswell bargain was done in single attempt to accommodation and have long term customer relationship. The promise for post service is convincing and inspite of distance from home; as a customer, one would like to visit Criswell. Thanks to Gary and Kwame and also Krystie for excellent customer service; inspite of scheduled early closing on memorial day and working much beyond close time.

Kwame is very professional and very knowledgeable on the Rogue. He covered every feature of the car being very careful and patient to explain each item to me. Kwame also set up my bluetooth. I already feel comfortable in my new Rogue SV with SL package. I also dealt with Gary & Jeremy. I have actually been dealing with Jeremy for quite a few years as I owned a 2003 Murano before purchasing my new Rogue. I have found everyone I dealt with a Criswell to be very helpful and accommodating. They go out of their way to satisfy me the customer. I just met Kwame during this sale but I feel I have already created a bond with him. He makes you feel very at ease and comfortable with coming to him with any question. In all my years of buying cars I've never felt more comfortable dealing with a dealership than I feel with Criswell. I think this dealership is run like a "well oiled machine". This was the first time I bought a car ever, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Up until this point I had been given cars by my parents. having been in the DMV for over 11years without a car, I thought I was time that I invest in an automobile. I had a very good experience with Eric Konan and David Emani. The two men were professional and fair. Despite my anxiety of being taken advantage of, they consistently assured me that they were providing me with a fair price by pulling up comparable prices in the area. Having been to other dealerships in the area, I came to realize that they car I eventually purchased was the best deal. I even went to Virgina and their cars were not clean and suspect in quality. I am not a fan of the carfax report because those are based on self reports, and I am certain that the car I drove in Virgina had been in an accident, despite having a clean carfax report.The other Nissan dealerships i had gone to in MD were not willing to compromise on their price, even on a used car. These guys were willing to work with what I had and still get me driving the car I wanted. I would cation anyone who is in the market to buy a car, to watch out for the extra added cost at the end of a car purchase. Things can add up pretty quickly if you don't watch out. Also, when you settle on a price, add $200 dollars to it, since their is an "UN-aviodable" processing fee!

This was our first time after quite a while buying a car. We visited a number of dealerships before coming to Criswell Nissan. We were initially looking for a good a deal on a lightly used used car. Eric showed us some used cars but after he told us of the great deal on used cars, we changed our minds. Throughout the process, Eric was patient, guiding us through the process, and always ready to explain any benefits and costs of the different aspects of the package. He made us sure that, unlike other dealerships, Criswell Nissan was on our side, mainly happy to sell their good cars. He friendliness and knowledge made us certain that we were in good hands. We went away from the dealership, believing that we had the best deal we could have gotten for the money we were willing to pay. He is an absolutely great salesman. Great job.

I called 5 dealerships in Va. and Md.looking for a specific car from True Value.Com this past week. The staff at Criswell Nissan was friendly, professional and gave me the best price.Three dealerships had the same vehicle and told me if I could purchase the vehicle at the on the street cost that Kwame and Gary promised, go ahead, because they could not compete. These others Dealerships suggested that Criswell was being less then sincere with their pricing. The entire buying experience was great. I have purchased 7 new vehicles in the last 12 years and only regret that I did nor know of these excellent professionals before now. The manager Gary even gave us a rebate I had missed, not many Dealerships would do this. Recently moved to Maryland from New Jersey. Needed to get my alternator belt adjusted. Simple job, unless your tools are still in New Jersey! Kee was the tech. Smart guy, knows his stuff. Looking to buy a new Frontier. I found it on the internet when i call the dealer to stop by and see it. Mr Otchere answer and told me the dealer was close for the day. I told him i was 1 block away. He still took the time to locate the exact truck and showed it to me. I explain to him how much i can pay monthly. I went back the next day and him and the financing dept made it happen for me. Long story short it was Sunday afternoon and no one try to force me into anything i did not want or cant pay for. Received fair and prompt internet price for new Nissan Frontier truck upon request. Very pleased with final price for vehicle. Paperwork processed quickly and out the door with vehicle in very short time. Impressed with professionalism of both Dante Marino and Luc Moldovenanu. Looking forward to having vehicle serviced at this dealership!

Criswell Nissan, especially the Service Department has offered me nothing but stellar customer service. Coming from the realm of BMW I wasn't sure what to expect from Nissan but to my surprise it has been nothing but an excellent experience. I've never been treated like a rock star with BMW, as an M3 & M5 owner, but with Nissan, as GT-R owner, they definitely made me feel like one. The Service Manager and his team are all very customer service oriented, they have always made each of my visits to the dealership very enjoyable.I'm not the type of person that usually write reviews but this dealership definitely deserves it.

Both Dante and Gary were professional, direct and fair. They did everything that they could to make our car buying experience a positive one and they succeeded. Criswell was recommended to us after a terrible (and long) interaction with a Virginia dealership and we traveled from Northern Virginia to meet with them. Gary had detailed what they could do and that is exactly what they did. All of the staff that we encountered were pleasant and seemed to not only thoroughly enjoy their work, but helping us with our purchase as well. On a mid-April Friday afternoon with gorgeous 70 degree temps outside, that is saying alot. We are thrilled that we took the chance and went to Germantown where within less than 2 hours we were driving home our new car! Thank you.

I have been a loyal customer to Nissan for almost 10 years. The experience at this dealer was pretty good, I was very sitisfied with the service, they work with you, they listen to you, they'll try to find the vehicle you are looking for, and the best part, they'll try to make any deal to happen. If you are looking for a car, go to Criswell Nissan, they are the best in the area. Ask for Eric Konan,one of the best cars salesperson,a very knowledgeable man, who is willing to help you with anything, and also he will help you understand the type of vehicle is right for you. On the other hand, you'll find Gary Moser,who is the sales director. This guy will work with you,your budget, and he will try his best to close the deal.

These people are great!Eric is an outstanding sales advisor and very honest.If you ever want to buy please go to this team, I had a wonderful experience. Before I came to Criswell we had visited several other car dealerships and none of them treated us like the Criswell team. Eric our sales advisor greeted us on the lot which I thought was great,unlike the other dealerships we had visited.

The whole sales experience with Criswell Nissan has been terrific !!! Paperwork processing took less than an hour and the sales consultant Eric went over the board to make sure that i had everything i wanted . They work with me to obtain the best financing . they even picked me up at the metro and waited for me after hours to finish the deal , i thought that was very nice of them !!! even after the purchase,Eric followed up to make sure sure that everything was ok with the car . I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a Nissan .

Dealership was able to get me into the car I wanted for a decent price even with negative equity. The sales consultant was very helpful in getting the payments down to what was comfortable for me.

came in a on rainy saturday and Dante helped me with purchasing a new nissan altima. i test drove it and they worked out the financing and trade in for my current car. great service.

I was looking for a Nissan Altima and spoke with the sales manager on thursday , he had Kwame Otchere call me shortly after and I met Kwame at the dealership on Saturday to look at the car I saw online at a unbelieveable price .Unknown to me another customer had test drove the car and in the end did buy it.That's when Kwame did an outstanding job helping me find another car , albeit more money, but a much much better value. This deal was done in July 2011 , I have had this car for 8 months now , and looking back now I really would like to publicly thank Qwame Otchere , for his help in helping me understand how purchasing this car and at the price it was listed , was a savings of thousands of dollars.I waited months to write this , to give myself time to evaluate everything considered ,including the service dept. I have had the car in for the free oil changes 3 times so far and the service dept. is great.I have told all my family and freinds about this dealership and how great they are.Thanks Kwame

I went to Criswell after speaking to Kwame on the telephone. They had one used Versa on the Honda side of Criswell's. I "test" drove the 2008 Versa as well as a 2012 Versa. Kwame is a very knowledgeable Nissan sales consultant and answered all my questions about Nissan and the Versa. After I decided to buy the 2008 Versa, I still had to discuss the price of the car and apply for financing. It was getting late, and the dealership closes at 9PM. Kwame stayed until I had signed all the paperwork to purchase my Versa. Because I now had two cars at Criswell's Kwame and his colleague, Umar Idowu, followed me home so I would not have to return to the dealership the next day. Car buying is a very stressful process for me and Kwame, and the entire Criswell team, were compassionate, helpful, and professional.

I was in the market for a Nissan Rogue that was NOT black, white or silver. Pretty hard to find, believe it or not. After some extensive web searching I found one at Criswell Nissan. As a single mom with every other weekend free, my time is valuable and I am not willing to play games when buying a new car. Even though it was a 35 mile drive for me, I was willing to go down and talk with them. I didn't NEED a new car, but if the price was right I would get one. They were very pleasant from the minute a walked in the door, and didn't waste my time or insult me with sky high numbers (like my local dealer did). From the time I walked in the door to driving away in my new Rogue was 3 hours. Shahn was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend him - but he usually does not work weekends so call ahead to see if he is there. I will be recommending them to others.

These guys will tell you anything to get the deal. After you pay they don't care about you as far as service go. Until now it has taken me 2 months to get reimbursed for engine repairs I had to get done 5 days after buying a 13.000 $ car. I can't reach them, they don't return my calls, don't reply to emails. It seems that they think I will give up if they make it hard enough.Never before have I experienced a company caring so little for their customers.

Best experience we have every had at a dealership. We love our truck and will be back. Dave Swisher was very knowledgable with the product and very easy to get along with. We will be sending Friends and Family to see him for their next vechile purchase.

Worst experience I've ever had with a dealer service department. First visit, they broke my hub cap and tried to charge me $80 for it. Second, they managed to overlook a $300 crack in a casing that my oil change guys point it out a couple weeks later. Turns out, it had been cracked that way for well over a month. Funny how that oversight was right before my 30,000-mile warranty was up. Avoid this place and find a garage where the management is actually interested in protecting your vehicle.

This guy (Dave Swisher) had great knowledge about the Frontier. He was able to answer each of my questions. I went to other dealers, and their staff's knowledge about trucks was poor. I strongly encourage anybody looking for a Nissan Frontier truck to go to Criswell Nissan.

Just bought a brand new 2010 Nissan Armada and I am loving every bit of it! I drive out of town quite a bit with friends and to visit family but nothing I mean nothing compares to the comfort level I got from this truck. A billion thanks to Robert for really doing his best on taking care of me and giving me world class service! these guys are AWESOME!

David (Dave) Swisher gave me a rock bottom price and personalized service. I decided to lease rather than buy an Altima. He was very attentive to all my questions and took a lot a time to show me around the vehicle. I would highly recommend Dave. Dave followed up the next day with a phone call to ask if I was satisfied with the vehicle. I highly recommend Dave and the dealership.

I don't normally post reviews online, but I thought to make an exception in this case because of the wonderful experience I recently had with Criswell Nissan. For the purchase of a new car, I decided this time to do all my research online before physically heading out to any dealership. The reason we decided to visit Criswell first was because one of their sales consultants, Damon, was by far the most responsive to my emails and also seemed most knowledgeable compared to those in other dealerships. As soon as we parked our car at Criswell, Fred, another sales consulstant, welcomed us and we test drove a couple of models, Sentra and an Altima. Afterwards, we went into the office, and met Andrew, the sales manager, and he helped us try to find my "dream" car with specific features/colors that we wanted. Unfortunately, they didn't have any in their inventory, but they said that they could get one in for us if we were willing to wait a little bit for an upcoming shipment. Since we wanted to see if we could get the car without having to wait, we decided to look elsewhere with the mutually agreed idea that we would keep in touch as they wanted the opportunity to match or better any price we found anywhere else. Anyways, we ended up buying the car at another dealership because there was no wait involved which is another whole story (and review) in and of itself, but that speaks volumes to me that I am even taking the time to post a positive review of a dealership that I did not end up purchasing my car at. In short, everyone we came into contact with at Criswell Nissan was very professional, friendly, honest, responsive, and not pushy or pressuring, which to me was the complete opposite of my perception of what car salesmen were supposed to be like based on past experience. In the future, I would not hesitate to go there first to look for another car or recommend others there as well. BTW, I did not give ratings for 2 of the 5 categories above because it was not applicable as I did not have any service work done there or make a purchase.
