They recently opened up their new showrooms which are absolutely first class demonstrating their commitment to the industry. I was blown away by the service I received at Crest Lincoln. I am always treated well whenever I need to have anything done. My recent experience was fantastic. I visited during lunch time and the parts manager walked away from his lunch to help me. The staff took my information and called within a few days and completed the job. I am happy I continue to use Crest as my dealership as they have never let me down. Thanks to the great staff for the wonderful experience.

I am always thrilled by the Crest service department even though my Lincoln rarely needs servicing. They are always fast, responsive, and inexpensive - if not even free (finding warranty coverage on their own) and always providing convenient pickup/drop off vehicle exchanges and wonderful loaner cars. They function as a seamless team between sales, service, and management. I so eagerly welcome I actually almost look forward to the rare servicing needs! Jeff

My wife and I went to lease a new mkc, the worst experience, the salesman bacon was very unprofessional. Offered $4000 less for trade then all other dealerships. The new vehicle discount was laughable. I would never buy a car there.

The service to repair our 2002 Jag convertible was very good. It was picked up andd a loaner was given. The repairs that needed to be done were throughly discussed and was determined by us. The repairs were done effeciently and all the items were taken care of. The car was delivered back to us upon completion and we were extremely happy with the service. Thank you very much. My experiences with the service department, Vin and Fred, have been positive interactions. However, I am concerned about the XE itself. Seems like it has a lot of quirks for a car with only 4200 miles on it. I am still hearing the buzzing from the passenger door side speaker, which was denied by the service department. Obviously, no time was spent listening to the sound. I am also hearing a grinding sound when I accelerate from a stop through a turn. Of course, I will bring the vehicle back and reiterate my concerns but there is definitely some issues that need to be worked out.

I'm always very satisfied with the service I receive at Crest. I've been coming here with my 1999 Jaguar XJ8 since January 2002. To me your service department is the ultimate best! We all have choices today and when a person finds a company that understands the needs of its clients you stay with them. Domenic Cerreto is the best Service Director. He's very knowledgeable, courteous, extremely customer service oriented and I feel very honest and professional. He understands the customer's needs. He's definitely the main reason I've continued to stay with Crest for servicing my Jaguar over these years. I feel very confident in his abilities as a Service Director and I know he's taking good care of my car and it's being attended to properly and serviced the best way possible. Another individual who makes bringing my car to Crest a pleasure is Freddie. He's professional and also very service oriented. He's friendly and most courteous as well. Your staff are certainly the face of Crest and the reason I continue bringing my car there after all these years! It's about customer service and your staff knows how to treat people. Kudos to Crest!

I was in the process of purchasing a newer vehicle when I was searching a couple of sites I came across a beautiful 2010 Nissan Frontier 4x4 with very low miles, I made contact with the salesmen Melissa DePalma, she was very pleasant to speak to and was very professional and courteous . I made a visit to Crest in person to meet with her to discuss the vehicle, she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, i.e. engaging the 4x4 option and other technical aspects as well as the history of ownership, service record of repairs. We then took the truck out for a ride, I was not surprised one bit about the condition of the vehicle since this particular dealership Crest is well know for selling quality new and used vehicle and their reputation is impeccable. When it came down to discussing the asking price for the vehicle, she worked with me to give me the best price for this vehicle with honest and truthful salesmanship, I am very pleased with the whole process and look forward when the time comes to purchase another vehicle from Melissa and Crest.

I am a female co-owner of a small automotive shop that has been in business for 11 years. We are working on a customers Isuzu Trooper. The part we need that is not made aftermarket and must get from a dealer. There are not many dealers left that sell parts for these and after calling 2 other dealers I was given this dealership's name to try. When the phone was answered I asked " Do you sell parts for Isuzu?" He said "Honey if you want a part you need to know what part it is. I can't read your mind." I replied " I understand that but the last 2 dealerships I tried couldn't get them, so before I went into what I needed I figured I would ask if you could ." By the time I was done with my sentence the man on the phone had hung up on me. So I still do not know if they sell Isuzu parts and I never will because I will never call them again.

Melissa Depalma...just wanted to take a minute to thank you again for such great experience in the purchase of our Navigator. It had been 13 years since we bought a new car. As I mentioned I had been in contact with several dealers about a few different types of SUV's. I prefer to communicate via email as I feel it keeps the "salesman" out it. Of all the dealerships I spoke you were hands down the best. No pressure. You simply provided answers to my questions and added details as you saw fit. No "come on and let's see what we can do" or " let me talk to my manager". We basically locked in our deal all via email which was great. The day we did come in for actual delivery the smooth process continued. You had is in and out in about 1hr. We love the car and would certainly look no where else when the time comes again to purchase a new vehicle.

I recently purchased a Ford Explorer, which I love, love, love! I stopped in for a minor repair, with my two year old who was ready for a nap, but not without his afternoon cup of milk. As I was in a rush that day, I forgot his milk! The staff caught wind of my dilemma and actually went out and purchased milk for my little boy while we waited for our car. You don't know how this simple act of kindness just warmed my heart. The owner, sales reps, service reps, and support staff are all wonderful. I will never forget the thoughtfulness of the staff here at Crest of Woodbridge, they truly do go above and beyond.

We went to Crest knowing what we wanted and worked with the sales person Melissa DePalma - she was incredible! She was so helpful, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. She worked through our financing issues and held the car for us until we were able to make the transaction - again, with no pressure. Obviously, this reflects on the entire dealership. The car was used, off a 2 year lease, and when we picked it up it was in mint condition. I will only go to Melissa at Crest in the future if we ever need a new Lincoln or Ford for the family!

I can't believe I just purchased my XKR without ever seeing it. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and wasn't going to settle for anything less, who knew it would take me two and a half months to find it and it was going to be 1800 miles away. Rob went out of his way to provide pictures, details and responding to each of my phone inquiries as well as computer inquiries. Everything was first rate from beginning to end. Tom was great in helping the financing. It was shipped to me and when it came out of the enclosed car carrier, I knew I had done the right thing. I am so pleased and happy to have had such a nice purchasing experience. I'm thrilled with my Jag and would do it all over again. Thanks Crest!!

I wanted a hybrid luxury car and MKZ has been just that. Eric Bacon, my salesman, was always courteous and attentive. It took 6 weeks for the car to be delivered because there was nothing on the lot I wanted. During that time they kept me posted and when the car arrived it was exactly what I had ordered. Eric continues to be helpful in teaching me all its special features.

So far everything is great. I purchased a MKZ Hybrid with all the available options. Aside from an unusually long wait for the vehicle everything went smoothly once the car was delivered. I'm really enjoying all the options and the panoramic roof is a show stopper. Great car, great look. The car is rated at 45MPG both highway and city, but I don't think that's possible in CT with the hills. Time will tell. Eric was great and responded quickly to all of my emails/questions.

It's a stress free well spent time dealing with Eric Bacon. I'm not tech savvy, and Eric smoothly enters my cell phone info, calls Sirius to extend contract, goes over all systems in terms I can understand, enters my 5 digit code to unlock doors. And NEVER lets me feel pressured into buying. He even told me not to rush into anything, that there will always be somethng else coming up down the road if I chose to wait a while. I couldn't wait to get in my 2011 MKX and drive home.

I brought my girlfriends MKZ into the dealership for maintenance, asked Merle (saleswoman who we bought the MKZ from) if there was any 2009 black MKS's and she said she JUST got one in (exactly how i wanted it.. black on black, fully loaded, with chrome rims).. We took it for a ride, and I ended up buying it. Merle, Sam the sales manager and Tommy Tropiano were all fantastic. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else... Although I was always a Cadillac guy, i absolutely LOVE my MKS.

Purchased my second Jaguar XF from Crest. Service on the first was impeccible including valet car pick up at my office, completeness of servicing, and cleanliness of car when returned. Had no issues with the car...only ruitine maintenance. Great dealership that is very oriented to the customer...you really feel like you are getting top shelf treatment which is in line with the purchase of a luxury car. Local BMW, Merc and Audi dealerships could learn something from Crest's/Jaguar's approach.

If all car dealers were like Crest, I wouldn't hate buying cars. The experience was so incredible. We were test driving a car within 15 minutes of showing up, there was no pressure and we got a great price on the car and a great offer on our trade-in. I will definitely be buying more cars from Crest. I can't really put it in words to explain how easy and relaxing this car buying experience was. I've bought many new cars in the last 14 years due to commuting and have always hated the negotiation since I usually feel like i'm getting ripped off. That was not the case here at all. To put it another way, in the last 14 years I bought 8 new cars and every purchase left me not wanting to go back to the same dealer, ever, not even for free oil changes. I plan to start all my future car buying at Crest, that's how great they are there.

After a long period of doing research on our own we found our 2010 Fusion at Crest. When we arrived Allen Trafny did an outstanding job of showing us the vehicle and explaining many features we were not aware of including the advantages of buying a certified pre-owned car. We recomend the dealership highly. In addition to Al, Tom Tropiano was a great help during the entire sales process.

This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Crest and I will never go any where else. The salesman, Eric Bacon, was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable even though I was shopping for a low-priced used car. The finance manager, Tom Tropiano, was again, equally kind and respectful. He took care of everything including contacting my insurance company for me. It was a totally seemless transaction. I feel that I received a very fair price and have confidence that if anything were to go wrong I would have no problem working it out with them. I can't say enough about the quality and fairness of this dealership starting with Dick Fitzpatrick on down.

My wife had been following the offerings of Used Cars on the internet looking for a SPECIFIC vehicle, her DREAM car, a Lincoln Continental. Since this model had been discontinued in 2002, she knew that it would not be a simple quest. Finally she found an ad from Crest Motors in CT advertizing a 2002 Lincoln Contental. Claire immediatly called the number and was connected with Allen in sales. This was the beginning of a MOST plesurable experience purchasing a car. Allen was very curtious, considerate, PATIENT and helpful. He answered the many questions and concerns Claire had about purchasing a used vehicle from a dealership she never heard of before, over two hours away from home. She was not quite able to control her glee about finding the vehicle that she so "deperately" desired. I'm sure that Allen realized this and that he could sell her the Brooklyn Bridge, yet after hearing his answers and assurances Claire and I, a most skeptocal person, felt comfortable enough to offer a Credit Card to put down a $500 deposit, sight unseen. We made the trip to Connecticut this past Monday and found the everything that Allen told us about the vehicle was true that even I, Joel the skeptic, felt comfortable enough to go to the local Chase and have a Bank Check drawn to Crest fof the balance due, purchased the vehicle and drove it home with a dealer plate that same day. Yesterday, a mere three days after our purchase, we received the "official" NY State vehicle registration and a self addressed, prepaid mailer to return the dealer plate. We were amazed at the efficiency and speed of the vehclee processing. We thank all at Crest who participated in this transaction but offer a SPECIAL thanks to our new found FRIEND Allen. We would not hesitate to deal with Allen again or to recommend him and Crest of Connecticute to any of our friends or relatives. Sincerely, Claire and Joel Blazer .

Last Friday I bought a new/used Jaquar XK. It was the first time I bought a car without my Dad. Mr. Santos was patient, kind and so very helpful. I think he realized I was a little nervous and helped me through the entire process. He even took the time to explain the dashboard and all the bells and whistles to me. The car is absolutely beautiful! I love it. It was made even more special by the special service I received. Mr.Santos and Crest are a class act!!!

I have to say that my experience at Crest Lincoln/Jaguar was above my expextations. I was treated by employees of this Dealer who were very professional yet very personal. I have to say Crest Auto Mall has nailed it so far. I was going to buy a car through friends who own a number of car dealerships, but before I did I stopped into Crest Auto Mall to look at a barely used car. From the moment I came onto the lot they did everything right. Told the sales manager what I was looking for and they took care of the rest. We didn't use our friends because Crest did everything that good. Still a few loose ends to tie up in regards to additional equipment for the car, but I'm quite sure they will be taken care of. Highly recommended.

He makes the process easy with his knowledge of the products avabilabe and ability of matching them to the buyer. My buying experience was as pleasurable as driving my new car.

After extensive research and way too many test drives, I found Crest through AAA buying service. I had never driven a Milan, but I did read many reviews and recommendations, so I knew what to expect from the car I was considering. What I didn't expect was the best buying experience I have ever had. Bill K., the Sales Manager, was my contact, and he was knowledgeable, helpful, and there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. As it should be. I couldn't be happier with the car. The transaction could not have been smoother, and all sales personnel involved were the best I have ever dealt with. It strikes me as unusual to be so satisfied with a process that I had grown to abhor. Again, I couldn't have been treated any better. Too this point, the best car-buying experience I could have imagined.

Since our 1974 Ford Pinto, my wife only drove Acura, BMW, or Infiniti. This time she tested a MKZ, and was pleased with the performance. Steve put together a deal that was acceptable and we are on our way into a 24 month lease.

My MKZ was the second vehicle I purchased from Crest. My fiance has purchased many Lincolns there for his limo business. I have always found the Crest staff to be honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to do whatever they can to make the customer happy.

I was called by my mother while studying for a nursing final. She asked me if I would like to help her start working on her bucket list. I wanted to know what it entailed due to stress of final. She said she was going to buy a Jaguar today. I laughed not thinking she was serious...she responded by saying..Oh you don't want to come? I said I didn't think she was serious but she was. She came to pick me up and three hours later I was driving the car home for her. Eric made the process extremely easy and pleasant. I'm glad that my mom is healthy enough (and still a good enough driver) to enjoy her Jag.
