I liked that the salesman want pushy. He also spoke to me with respect and listened to what was said. He wasn't a typical car salesman which kept me on the lot.

Our sales rep, Frank Lynch, listened to us and found us what we wanted. Best customer service. Frank was knowledgeable and helpful. The sales manager and the finance rep worked together with the sales rep to get us a great deal and we love our 2016 Canyon Crew Cab.

Did not have to haggle on price. Very knowledgeable sales person especially about pulling RV trailers. Only thing that could be better are the color selections for your vehicles.

The sales team of Jim Cole and Jesse Sultemeier are terrific at making the customer feel that they are in safe hands. There was no pressure at any time and they offered to and did help us with the transition into the complex learning curve of a new era Chrysler. After that, it was all smooth sailing and meeting friendly, happy people.

I had pre checked all cars, I knew what I wanted when I came into the dealership, but I asked a million questions even though I knew some of the answers, and they spent the time answering them all. I have changed mfg. for the first time in my life (over 70 yrs. many cars) and I always have had luxury cars, so I really was online a long time before I chose the 300c the car is good, I am happy, the menue is still being learned, the only problem I have had is the back shade has stopped working the very next day, I had my windows tinted and then went out of town, and now just had a heart attack, so I cannot bring it back, but I was there the very next day and two employees saw the shade not working so I am sure that will not be a problem.

I feel Frank Lynch, my salesperson, went above and beyond in locating the truck of my dreams for me.....we communicated by email and phone and then made the appointment to complete the paperwork. The time spent on paperwork and Frank explaining all the 'bells and whistles' was a very pleasant experience. I was also pleased with the ease of handling the paperwork with Casey. A good experience and I love my truck.....

I purchased my vehicle. I received a notice through Onstar regarding a recall on my vehicle. I was quite upset that two days after I purchased my vehicle I received a recall notice. I made an appointment, I took my vehicle in and after some research the recall had been taken care of prior to my taking my purchase. Was a bit of a hassle but felt good that it was taken care of.

I have purchased many cars through out my life time, and honestly must say, this is the best experience ever. I dealt with Sara Hendrickson, whom I felt was responsive to my request. I waked in, told her what truck I wanted, told her I did not want to deal with any haggling etc. I test drove the truck, told her to get me the best deal she could. Did all this via email and calls, and I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours from start to finish, drove off in my new GMC Canyon and I have been bragging about the experience since.

Sara and Jim were wonderful in ordering my truck. Sara went thru a list of truck that could be offered to me but with no results I decided to order my new GMC truck. Sarah was very thorough in placing my order and I would highly recommend anybody else to talk to her in doing the same thing. I had secured my own financing ahead of time so it was a brezz in paying out my truck. Thank you for a very pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle.

The ability to schedule an appointment over the internet was very nice! The men on the desk at the service dept. were very nice and helpful. I liked being told that they could mail my bill and I did not have to wait for it be written up.
