The paperwork was handled efficiently (Thank you, Veronica, for the recent data). The car looked new when it arrived via shipping from out of state. I am extremely pleased with new XTS Cadillac, and my purchase experience with Cadillac of Covert and was excellent, from start to finish. Chris Tropiano was my first contact, and I could not ask for better treatment, assistance, and guidance through this entire experience. I set up an appointment Chis and he responded promptly. Chris was personable, very knowledgeable, and professional, and worked to make (an experience I usually dread), very comfortable and productive. I give him my highest recommendations. I also want to acknowledge the great job Chris Tropiano did, in finding and securing the specific vehicle I was requesting. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and focused, which was reassuring. I have been looking for a new vehicle, to replace my 2014 XTS Cadillac, for a couple months. Being a pass customer of Covert Cadillac I knew that I would get the best treatment and wanted to be a loyal return customer. Covet did not let me down, they responded to the call.. I came to the dealership, pretty certain about what I wanted, and just needed to get a closer look and a test drive to be certain. Armen Khachatryan made the completion of required paperwork, a painless and efficient experience. He was prepared and highly knowledgeable. I was very impressed with all of your team, including those I met and those who assisted me, at different points in the process. Armen was very efficient in providing instructions on various benefits and reviews that we could take advantage of on my new XTS Cadillac, and I am very grateful. Finally, I had to return a couple days later with my 2014 XTS tradein, pick up an additional key and get a CD player installed. Chris arranged for all the paperwork and contacted the Service Department to assist, and they were most helpful and gracious, in getting that done. I am looking forward to my many years with the XTS, and using your service department, to keep it in great condition. I would recommend Covert Cadilliac to friends and neighbors without hesistants. We received excellent customer service from the staff at Covert. We came in knowing that we were going to have negative equity in our previous Cadillac but Corey R. Eric, and Jerry worked with us and got us out of our 2 door CTS coupe and into a SRX and even got us a cheaper payment. The process was seamless and everyone was extremely efficient. This dealership went above and beyond in their effort to find the vehicle that I wanted. I work nearby and stopped by today to test drive a vehicle during my work day. After the test drive, I decided that I was looking for a slightly different model. Without hesitation, they located another vehicle that I was interested in and (being aware that I needed to get back to work) they offered to drop it off at my office to test drive. I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac from the team at Covert Cadillac. I didn't walk in and immediately buy their vehicle. I left, looked at other vehicles, and at other dealers. But, at the end of the day, they wanted to sell their car and I wanted to buy it. We agreed on a deal that (I think) benefitted both parties and I was back in the dealership the very next day, in and out quickly, with a beautiful, warranted/protected late model SUV that was nicer than anything else I was looking at, and more cost-effective, besides. The process was organized, efficient, professional, and just all-around positive.I took the vehicle back in a few days later to have some add-ons installed, and the team was no less attentive, helpful, efficient, and involved than on the day money changed hands. The service team was equally courteous and professional.I am so proud of my vehicle and so happy I chose it and the team at Covert. It was absolutely the right decision.If you're looking for a Cadillac, and you're near Central Texas, Covert has to be on your list of dealers to visit.

I stopped in just to take a quick peak (not necessarily to purchase). From the corner of my eye, I noticed a salesman who was walking inside from this Texas heat that casually stopped and turned around to introduce himself to me. This would be Daniel Walsh. Daniel was the most kind, polite, patient and attentive person ever. He was very concerned on what my interests were and where I needed to be on price before we even went further. Daniel made a point to also connect with my two teenage daughters that were there with me so that it was a family purchase (of course I made the real decisions and not my girls) but the fact that he connected with us was perfect. Daniel was not there to hound me for a sale because he listed to me which my first statement was..."I love my Infiniti, but would like to see what is on the lot, so if I don't find anything it's ok." Well, I immediately found a vehicle that worked perfect for me and Daniel made the process such an easy and painless one. Daniel took care of EVERYTHING, he even brought my care to my work to help me out along with many other things! I must say that Daniel is the BEST SALESMAN I have ever had. I would most definitely refer Daniel to everyone I know, he is an amazing salesman but mostly a genuine individual with great character! I've been to a lot of dealerships in my day, but when I tell you that Covert Cadillac by far has been the most customer and family dealership there is...please believe me. Not everyday does a couple go car shopping with their two sons and their dog. Well we were that couple on Saturday. The staff was very accommodating not only to our boys by offering them popcorn and water, but also to our dog. We had already spoken with Chris Tropiano prior to arriving so he already knew the exact vehicle I wanted. Chris was able to get us a great deal on our 2013 Cadillac SRX. Visited three dealers and Covert was by far my best experience. Being in retail sales myself I was very leary in what I thought was going to be lengthy and frustrating experience in buying my truck. When I got there and showed Eric the two trucks I was interested in, they turned out to be in locations that seemed they were not going to be able to take them out. Eric just turned around went and got some help and had the trucks out in a couple minutes. Seemed like he was very concerned that I didn't have to wait. I left my house to buy a car last Saturday with the intension of buying a used Camaro. After dealing with a dealership up on the north east side of I35 that I won't name.... I was(to put it nicely) pissed off by the way I was treated. I then came to my senses and went to Covert Cadillac. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile a hand shake and an attentive sales manager named Cory. Cory asked me what I was looking for and got right on helping me find my next car. The process of buying was made very easy and comfortable buy Eric my salesman. At the end of the day I feel like I bought a phenomenal car from some great people! Covert had the lowest prices on the car I was shopping for, often beating competitors by thousands of dollars. I was assisted by Chris Tropiano. I did not have a spare key for my car and when the battery of in my one key was about to die I realized i probably need to try and get one. What I thought was going to be a difficult and painfully long experience was made so easy by the help of Cory. I told him my situation and he immediately took care of it supply me with a spare key. THe process was so easy and quick. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They have great customer service.

The sales staff works really good with one another so when one person was out of the office another team member was able to keep things moving. Usually the car buying process for me has been a dreaded debacle of how much are they going to "hard sales" me into some overpriced car and how much effort and fighting is it going to be to get the price to what I can afford or want to buy or how long until they ask me a question of what do I want. Joe Joesph is by far the best sales person I have run up against ever. Joe went above and beyond in the my car buying process. Joe showed me the used car lot, ran me through new cars, and even talked through a lease vs. buy situation. Joe did not pressure me into any car. Joe was very considerate of listening to my concerns and addressing each and every one with a sense of empathy and compassion. Joe was so knowledgeable about every make/model/upgrade that each car I stepped into I felt like I had a great understanding of what I was getting vs. what I was giving up compared to some of the higher end models. Joe has even gone extra lengths to make sure my car was serviced properly and that I had a loaner every time I needed it so that I would not be disrupted when my car came into the dealership. Joe's level of detail and "realness" really made my buying experience the best buying experience of my life. I will come back to buy another car just to see Joe as this will be our 3rd car buying experience with Joe and each one has the same attention as the first. Joe even made sure I was working with a great finance person Jerry. Jerry was very explanatory of what was available from a financing perspective. Jerry answered all of my questions and had me signed and out the door within 30 minutes of working with him which at other dealerships has taken hours. Jerry did not let me leave feeling "sold" to or uncomfortable as I felt like it was a winning situation all around.

I also feel they handle any problems or repairs in a timely fashion and making it really easy to not be 'put out' by offering loaner cars when needed. This is a review of the Covert Cadillac Pre-Owned team. I have always been reluctant to purchase a used car from a dealership. However, after an extensive search for the specific car that I wanted, I narrowed my list down to include Covert Cadillac. I called to verify that the car was still available and told the salesman (Trey) when I would be by. Upon arrival, Trey had the car ready and within 3 minutes we were on a test drive. The car had already been perfectly detailed and ready to take home. After a fairly straightforward discussion on price, we agreed to a deal that also had contingencies to fix a few cosmetic issues. Trey personally took the responsibilities to route the car through the Covert maintenance team and ensured that all items were fixed properly. I can not say enough about the positive experience that I had with Trey and the broader Covert team. After hours of research on multiple car buying websites/apps, I found several options at the Covert dealership for used GMC Sierras. I felt that their pricing and selection looked like the best option. I went with the specific intention of buying a GMC Sierra, without much research on different makes/models, and I walked out owning a Ford F-150. Here's how...Daniel greeted me right away and we discussed what I was looking for. Even though I walked into the wrong store front (meant to go to GMC but landed at Cadillac), he was happy to walk over to the GMC lot to look at the available Sierras. Early in our conversation, I mentioned that I had a family of 5 and that I was buying a crew cab to accommodate our family. Based on this knowledge, he mentioned that other brands actually had a bit more leg room in the back seat. He knew that the mere mention of this could cause me to have doubt in purchasing and he could potentially lose the sale. He cared more about getting me in the RIGHT truck over making a sale. He was willing to put his own commission on the line to make sure I was happy at the end of the day. I am thoroughly impressed with Daniel's character and integrity to put the customer first. After redirecting our search to Ford F-150's and visiting the Covert Ford store, I found the RIGHT truck for me. I would highly recommend Covert, and more specifically, Daniel Walsh to my friends and family.

We live 3hours away from Covert. Even with distance between covert and us they made it a pleasant and very easy experience. They kept in contact with us throughout each step of making the deal. Daniel went out of his way even to make special videos to send to us so we could see how different things worked. He listened to our needs and helped to choose the best fit for us in a vehicle. When we made our decision on the Tahoe, Covert and Daniel worked hard to make the deal happen. Covert Cadillac is a wonderful dealership and it has been our experience they take care of their customers. We took our 2008 Escalade in for some needed work and ended up trading that vehicle in on a 2012 Escalade. We were only interested in vehicles other than black, grey (silver) and white which is a real challenge these days. Chris Tropiano went through many pages of available cars and showed us a pearl white one that was so similar to our trade in that we decided to purchase it. We were concerned that the time needed for signing would take 3-4 hours as it had in the past with other dealerships . He assured us that would not be the case and we went home with the car shortly thereafter. We went back after the weekend and signed everything the next week and true to his word it was very quick and speedy thanks to Jerry in the finance department. We did take it back for some small issues and were given a loaner that was comparable to what we were driving We are going back tomorrow and Chris is going to put on plates, registration tag and toll tag. Great customer service. Also need to thank Jennifer the service department for always being so kind, friendly and helpful.

This is especially true for big ticket items like appliances, vehicles, housing etc... too many choices and always seems like a lot riding on making the right decisions. I was referred to Covert Cadillac by my brother who literally said "I have a guy...", and I am so glad he did.He sent me to see Johnny Baker, and Daniel Walsh, who immediatly recognized my brothers name, and made me feel welcome right away. I had been on the lookout for a specific model year of Lexus IS 250 AWD, and luckily, one popped up at Covert Cadillac, just a few miles from my home.I went in to have a look and was helped by Cory Rutherford. He was immediately familiar with the details of the vehicle and was able to answer my questions easily without pressuring me to make a decision too quickly. I took a test drive that Friday and loved the car but wanted to sleep on it. After thinking it over for the weekend, I got in touch with Cory on Monday, who gave me a few tips to make the purchase process go smoothly, such as filling out an application online ahead of time - much appreciated.A few hours later I was in the office for some paperwork and to meet with Jerry Duran regarding financing. Yet another simple, smooth part of the process. Jerry explained my options, set up auto-draft for me, and sold me a customized extended warranty. Nothing over the top, and he didn't push too hard. Just helped me pick out a few options that seemed to me to be worth the money.I was handed back over to Cory to finish up the transaction, get my temporary plate on the car, and off I went! Brad, I just want to tell you about my experience buying a car at your dealership. Cory Rutherford, our salesman, listened attentively to the many detailed requests that Kiffany had for her new Jeep. He searched the entire Covert inventory and gave us many choices to choose from. The Jeep he found blew us away and he made the buying experience very easy. Once we settled on the Jeep, Cory took me on a tour of the dealership including the service department where I met Jennifer. She greeted me with a smile and I felt assured that our service needs would be in good hands. During financing Armen was amazing. Daniel Walsh was so kind, patient and not sales pushy. Found him through cars.com, he replied to a chat feature. He answered my quick questions I had online. Very professional. He sent me other suv options he had in stock based on my needs/wants and followed up with me for my appointment to visit him. I never felt like I was being "taken" or rushed when we were discussing the prices, warranties, and other terms, even though the process kept both Daniel and Armen after hours to complete. Daniel asked if I would come back the following Monday for a full redetail and wash since the vehicle had been rained on and driven since its first cleaning. The absolute ONLY negative thing about this experience (which isn't even worth loosing a star over) was when I finished with Financing in a separate building I had to walk across a driveway outside back to the sales floor to Daniel- it was dark and slightly confusing what door to go through. Wish I would have been accompanied to where I needed to go. Simply to minimize confusion, safety, and to complete the luxury experience with a hand off. But really, I am so happy with everything, the process and my purchase.

These guys are relentless about getting a review. Luckily for them, I have no complaints about my interaction with them: They had the car I wanted at a reasonable price, and I purchased it with no hassles. They didn't budge FROM that price at all, except to discount it a little for a missing 2nd key that they initially told me they had, so don't expect a lot of haggling in the process unless you've got serious skill.The people I dealt with were very professional, which I very much appreciated, and did take care of a scuff on the side panel that I had concerns about. The process was fairly simple, and I have no negative feelings about the dealership or the people there. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer, and I felt comfortable & like they treated me as fairly as a dealer ever would.

Chris helped with the sell of my husband's vehicle in Nov 2015 and our experience was awesome. We were out of there with a new car for my husband in about 2 hours. In Jan. 2016 I sent Chris a text about the vehicle I was interested in and he told me to come in and he had it ready for me. When I got there there were other people looking at the vehicle I wanted and very interested however since I made an appointment with Chris, He made sure that I had first rights to it. I had to wait for my husband to come a few hours later so he told me to take the vehicle and come back. I recently encountered a problem with my 2006 DTS. I was driving into Austin from Round Rock when my temperature light came on. I immediately called David Pearson at Covert Cadillac. I NEVER think twice about where to take my Cadillac. David thought it sounded like a coolant leak but would not commit without technician verification. He told me to bring it right over. Covert has always be about customer service. They NEVER do the work without calling for approval first. The girls at the front are always so friendly and attentive. After finding a black, low mile, used FJ Cruiser I contacted Covert. I found another FJ the same color, the same options and around the same miles closer to where I lived. In the end both dealers were close on price. With the exceptional customer I was given by Cory Rutherford I made up my mind that I would drive two hours to buy from Covert. Covert ended up beating the other dealer on vehicle price and on the cost of an extended warranty. I will return to Covert for my next vehicle purchase. The deal was negotiated over the phone and it was very low pressure. Upon arrival the deal was completed quickly. Hi I bought a 2012 SRX Cadillac and have brought it for maintenance at the dealership every year since buying it. Usually the maintenance is very easy and completed without a hitch. This recent maintenance I decided to get some of the little issues straightened out and had tremendous help from Mark the service manager. He even price matched the fog lights that I had to replace because they cracked. I felt well take. Care of with a very costly process. I also met with David Parker, who is a sales representative, to see if there is another car I could replace my 2012 with. I didn't like any of the new car color combinations. When I asked David about the pin stripes on the new cars, which wasn't on my car, he set me up to have my car pin stripped and a 5m plastic guard put over my door Jambs and the fog lights with the hopes of protecting them so the fog lights don't crack again, and the door jambs don't chip. I was extremely happy with all the help and professionalism in getting my car to look brand new. I'd recommend the Cadillac dealership for sales and services any time. My service experience went well thanks to my service writer, Jennifer Martinez. I had scheduled a service appointment using Covert Cadilac's web site. I called the morning of the scheduled appointment and was told that the service request was not received. Jennifer was able to arrange it so that I was able to keep the original day and time.When I went to pick up my vehicle, the engine light was on and the car would not start. Jennifer retirieved my loaner car for me again and said she would take care of everything. She was told on initial inspection that service was not able to duplicate the concern. I am VERY pleased with my recent service in my 2014 SRX. I was able to schedule service with one day notification(I was expecting it to take several days for an opening), my routine maintenance was taken care of along with slow leaks in two tires caused by road debris. Jennifer Martinez, my service representative met me as I drove up, confirmed the maintenance to be completed and arranged for my loaner. She called later with an update and when I could pick up the car. She was excellent and further validated why I take my Cadillac to Covert Cadillac.

Once again I found everyone extremely helpful. The lady at the desk was efficient, helpful, and friendly. The young man who met me on the driveway was cordial, helpful, and directed me inside to start the paper work on a loaner while he went to get my service rep, Jason. Jason took care of everything in a professional manner and my car was returned to me, washed(!), and everything had been taken care of! I appreciated the fact that even though my car wasn't registering any malfunction with On Star, my concerns were treated with respect and the technical people did a thourough job ov checking everything. I was also able to get my windshield chip fixed while the car was being serviced and that saved me time! I am very impressed with the service I receive at Covert. I had been told that they were excellent and it was one of the reasons I bought my car from them. Thanks to all who help when it is necessary to have my car in the shop!

At 72 yrs old, you've been thru many, many vehicles, repairs,etc. Jennifer called us the status of the vehicle and informed us when the repair is going to be complete. After we got the car back, we got the phone call from Jennifer Martines and she wanted to know we are satisfied with the repair and service. After repair/service are finished never in the past we never hear from the service adviser regarding the satisfaction the service/repair. My 2013 CTS had engine light on and other problems so I dropped at Covert dealership to have my car fixed. It took about two weeks which I had been informed that they were a little bit late behind schedule. But I had a loaner car to drive so it really doesn't bother me. Daniel Walsh was excellent. I called about the vehicle I was interested in on a Monday and spoke to him he made sure that it was still available. Being that we lived about an hour away I told him that we would not be able to make it until Wednesday. He took down my information and kept me updated on the vehicle. When I was ready to come and see the vehicle on Wednesday he made sure that it was still available and set the keys to the side so that I could test drive the vehicle when I arrived at the dealership. We came from an hour away and when we got there we were greeted and offered something to drink. He also had the keys on his desk ready to go. He pulled the vehicle around and let us check it out and then take it on a test drive. He was very pleasant to work with and made sure to give the best deal possible on the vehicle. We got the paperwork done and we bought the vehicle. Daniel made our car buying experience worth the drive. He has excellent customer service and is very honest. I can appreciate that. The car that we purchased needed new tires and a inspection. They put new tires on the vehicle as well as replaced things that needed to be taken care of and also delivered the vehicle to my home. He made sure that I was kept up to speed on everything and even checked on me after the vehicle was delivered. All I can say is keep up the excellent customer service. My wife and I were in the market to replace our 06 Explorer and wanted similar size and engine but something with more of the later year features. On a Friday afternoon around 1pm, my wife came across our new 2013 Acadia Denali via the web and fell in love with the vehicle from the pictures. By 5:30 the vehicle was at our house, we signed paper work in my home office, was handed the keys, and Chris Tropiano drove our Explorer away. All the paper work prior to delivering the car was handled via emails and texts between myself and the finance folks...simple, quick, and easy. I got a fair trade for my vehicle (never having even seeing it). This was the most convenient and wonderful car buying experience I have ever had. We LOVE the car and Chris T went 110% on service. Saturday morning I noticed a chip in the windshield, I called Chris back and he said bring it in and will take care of it. I dropped it off on a Monday, was given a nice Cadillac as a loaner car to return to work. I will buy my next vehicle from Covert GMC Cadillac and specifically seek out Chris T. Thank you Covert!

I must say that buying a used car is a challenge. Not only do you have to find your dream car, but you also have to worry about the risk of buying a lemon. And then the haggling. What a pain! When I found my new used car at Covert Cadillac, I was prepared to spend hours negotiating. Nothing could be further from the truth. I got a phone call from my salesman, Daniel Walsh, right away after my inquiry. He invited me down at my convenience and even told me to give him a window of time so he can expect me and make sure the car will be ready to drive. I must say that my experience with Daniel was very professional and he made me feel that I was in charge throughout the entire decision process. We worked out the numbers very quickly on final price and my trade in. All very fairly done. Still, I left to sleep on it. I called him back the next afternoon and asked that if he were to do some cosmetic touch ups, I would come over and hand him a check. Not only did he agree to the touch ups, but he offered to redo all the chrome wheels, ordered a new key-fob, and provided me with a written 30 day major mechanical guarantee. I was truly impressed and must admit that it was the best car buying experience in my 30 years of buying cars - new and used. I attribute this to Covert Cadillac's commitment to the quality of service that their customers have come to expect, but most of all, their ability to hire sales consultants like Daniel Walsh who know to put the needs of the customer first. Prior to reviewing the dealerships inventory, I knew what I wanted to do. I was working with a sales person who contacted me on several ocasions to go forward with my application. I did go over every aspect of my situation; however I was told " we have 16 banks, we will get you financed." I did as explained. The next day I was given some hypothesis concerning financing. We discussed several options but I have yet to be cintacted by this sales person again. A simple text to his personal line ..... not good enough he offered "I have not heard anything yet I will check." Sad to say four days later and several text and phone calls later, this sales guy left me hanging can't reach him. Wow..... I hope the entire dealership isn't this nonchalant with others and their personal information, time, and situations. Any way I do not recommend This Guy... Thanks for nothing John!!!!

This was my first time to purchase a car after I lost my husband a few years ago. I was nervous and very concerned about making a purchase and trading in my car. John Newton, the salesman was very helpful and Eric Long helped us finalize the purchase. A few days later the battery went out on my car fob and John was out of the office but Eric worked with me even sent me pictures on how to replace the battery. I was out of town in the car and I was almost in a panic and he was so patient with me and walked me right through the process. They were wonderful to work with.

Beware of Gary, the dealership's financier. He will offer you a free warranty. When you pay the first installment, he will say that it will be reflected in the next bill. Our check was cashed the following day. The first bill reflected the the entire car balance!? We contacted Gary and we were told to wait for the next bill. Did you know he gets a commission for selling warranties. This fact was confirmed by Eric, the manager of Covert Cadillac. Shady. We went back to the dealership to sort out the issue. We were then told that there is no such thing as free warranty. Obviously, we cancelled the warranty since it was within the 90 days. But I wonder what would have happened if we trusted the Covert and Cadillac reputation and waited out the third bill...

I inherently do not like to go thru the normal 3 hour negoitiation period, I typically take the time in advance of buying a car to read the auto reviews and possibly when traveling rent a particular auto, which I am in effect 'test driving'. This is helpful to me in that I become confident in my decision. Then when I am ready to buy, I then make a list of potential dealers and place them in order of probability based on their public reputations. I first went to my first choice Covert Cadillac, met with Christopher Tropiano, and 2 hours later walked out the owner. It was a very pleasant experience, with a good price for the car. The men at Covert were all helpful, attentive, kind and knowledgeable of their product. They were gracious and with none of the normal pressure. They presented the car, I made a counteroffer and they counter successfully. Very quick and simple. Closed on the car and picked it up 12 hours later. How can it get better? I don't think so. Covert is the best!

A BIG thanks to Cory Rutherford at Covert Cadillac ! We had been looking for over 6 months and stumbled upon them while looking online and it turned out to be such a BLESSIng ! I have NEVER had anyone or dealership at that go out of their way like they have. I'm a mommy of 4 + all the neighborhood kids so I don't think I need to elaborate on how CRAZY my life is . Poor Cory delt with me for 3 days trying to accommodate me and patiently waiting for me to send pics and fill out stuff online because did I mention we live over 4 hours away ?!?! I give them even more points for having to sit and discuss things over the phone with a baby screaming or me having to randomly get onto a kiddo ! They didn't try to give me the run around, made sure that the vehicle was perfect +some AND had them bring the vehicle to me because I was to scared to drive all the way their by myself. I was also a little worried because I hadn't actually put my hands on the car or seen it in person but it pulled up and it was so exciting ! It was very clean and he made sure it didn't have a smell.... Did I mention I'm big on smells ?!? I'm so proud of my car and to be honest I figured it was going to look just like all the others we looked at but it wasn't it was so much more ! Bought a car through a program at my company (GM). Had my windshield replaced when originally got the car due to a rock chip while being transported. The first replacement windshield was an aftermarket once, which didnt fit perfectly and caused a whistling issue on the highway. So they ordered another one from the Cadillac factory, but they shipped the wrong one down. The only complaint was that it took such a long time to get it replaced. Total time was about a month due to having to order a couple of windshields, but cant do much about that. My service person was Jason Wolk and he did a great job. The bottle neck was the shipping process, not the customer service. Honestly, best customer service from any company!

Kiser, my service rep, did a great job as always. In fact, my work on my SRX was completed well ahead of schedule. The only negative experience was that apparently one of the individuals who washed my SRX after service was completed, took about five dollars in change from my console. As I told Kiser, I did not and do not want to make an issue of it, because I should have removed the change from the car while it was being serviced. However, it is something that management at Covert needs to be aware of so that an employee's loose fingers don't negatively impact another Covert customer in the future.

Service staff are always very polite, and make things as convenient as feasible for us, who live an hour and a half away. Unfortunately, when we get the car back (a top-of-the-line XTS Platinum V-Sport), there is sometimes something else wrong. Once they rotated the tires but forgot to reset the inflation sensors to the proper wheels. Another time, the dash panel trim was not reattached to the main panel (leaving a noticeable gap visible when opening the front passenger door). Most recently, a substance had apparently been allowed to run down the windshield, which hardened into an almost unremovable material on the passenger side. (It's possible that the material was there before they picked up the car, but we don't think so. It was not tree sap, but a transparent, rock-hard substance in a pattern of rivulets, as if it had been sprayed on by accident, run down the windshield, then hardened.) Finally, the car always comes back to us with slightly low tires for some reason. Our tires are supposed to be kept at 36 PSI cold, but come back at about 35 PSI hot (after being driven for some time for delivery). This translates to 32-34 PSI cold.The dealership (Covert, in Austin, TX) has not been able to find solutions to a couple of apparent flaws in the car (not your fault, to be fair; no one has succeeded and the problems only occur away from the dealership). One is a problem with engine missing (with a P-300 check-engine light that has come on twice) when driving in high-altitude cities. The car idles roughly, but the problem has (so far) gone away in a couple of days. The other is a mysterious sudden loss of adaptive cruise control which has happened several times and may be associated with some sort of radar or cell tower interference. (It particularly happens -- three times -- when I'm in a certain area on a lonely highway in northeastern New Mexico.)Once again, Covert has generally been very polite and available, and always offers to examine the problem, but it is very inconvenient to either bring the car in from Horseshoe Bay or have a valet driver exchange it for a few days. I use the car for long-distance business, sometimes on short notice, and, like many people, keep the things I need packed in it.Thanks.

Back home, it was the only place I trusted with my car. They didnt send me away because my classic is a bit long in the tooth. Highly disappointed. Service on the car was great as usual. However, when we picked up the car after servicing, the radio, AC, steering wheel (tilt and telescoping setting), outside mirrors, rear view mirrors, seat positioning (position, recline, tilt on the seat, etc.), and other things that are under driver control had been changed and not put back as we had set them. I understand the mirrors because whoever drives the car needs to see in all directions. But I don't see a need to move every other setting just to drive the car on the dealership lot. Please ask those who drive the car from service to a parking space and those who bring the car back at time of pick up not to readjust all settings. It took almost half and hour to reset.

Thank you to the sales associate who allowed me to use her office telephone to contact my auto insurer.I suggest that you install a couple of PC workstations just for waiting customers and customer - available telephone. Porsche has this and I believe Lexus. With everything being on-line now, sometimes you just have to retrieve necessary documents from your personal email acct. Some people don't have that capability on their cell phones or just cannot get it to work. PCs usually work. The PC does not have to be the best.

My car was in the body shop for repair. I was a little dissatisfied with the length of time that it took to complete the work, it was about one and a half weeks longer than I was told that it would take, I was told that it would be ready for the final time on Tuesday May 26th late in the afternoon. The only thing that had to be completed on Tuesday was a front end alignment and a recall on the sunroof this ended up taking until Thursday May 28th at noon. After I got home with the car I discovered that the sensor that detects when you are to close to something was not working, I contacted Santiago in your body shop and he said he will pick the car up on Monday June 1st, get it fixed and return the car and in the meantime my grand daughter found a cover to something on the floor in the backseat which I will give to Santiago when he picks up the car.

The dealership always provides excellent service. The one issue that I have is with the vehicle itself. A musty smell occurs every time the vehicle is started up. While it goes away after awhile, you would think a Cadillac would not have this issue ongoing. I have been trying to get this corrected for a year now and am being told that "Cadillac is working on it, but there is no long term solution yet". I really find that unacceptable considering the price of the vehicle and the quality of workmanship that Cadillac likes to advertise.

Due to the backlog of vehicles waiting for service, I was given an estimate of three days before my vehicle could be addressed. I really had hoped that an electrical issue related to the trailer wiring harness could be diagnosed while I waited because I needed to tow a trailer that day. An hour later my service rep called and said they had taken a quick look, diagnosed as a bad fuse, replaced it at no cost, and my vehicle was ready. Terrific service!

I knew coming in that I was very interested in the Cadillac SRX, as I had just seen the vehicle for the first time the weekend before at the Austin Auto Show. I had already been given the whole song and dance about how great the car was by the lady at the Auto Show, so I didn't want to have to go through that all over again.... just wanted to go for a test drive and get a quote. So I told my sales associate that, and he respected that through the entire process. The whole experience was very professional from start to finish, and when it came time to sign on the dotted line, I felt very comfortable and not like I had been taken advantage of in any way shape or form. Covert actually went above and beyond and followed me back to my home in my old vehicle and drove me back to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle when it was ready to go! I cant write this review without first giving the history of my relationship with Cory Rutherford. It started 4 years ago when I was looking at a Jeep SRT8.I saw the vehicle at APPLE Sports where Cory was already the top guy there. I didn't have a ton of money, my credit was shaky due to a divorce and Cory treated me like we knew each other for years. He put me in his car, took me to a local mechanic where I saw a beautiful Mercedes C230 Sport AMG package. I told him no way. Well, 2 hours later Cory was bringing me my paperwork up to my job and I couldn't of made a better purchase.Fast forward 2015, I still have my car but my fiance is driving a beat up mini van. Cory Rutherford left Apple(their loss) and went to Covert and we have been in touch over the years and he remained a great friend. Well again, not a ton of money, credit could be better and today 5/9/2015 my fiance is driving the VW CC Sport class. For my first time, I initiated this sale through the internet as I was tired of spending my Saturdays in a dealership only to be disappointed in the sales tactics used by other dealerships and to leave those dealerships quite frustrated. I began to believe that I should only do this type of transaction through the internet and so I initiated the process in that manner. From the point of my first phone contact with Kurt Filleman it was smooth sailing. I told him what I was looking for, the color I wanted and what was important to me in the car. By approx 7 pm that evening he had located the car I wanted and we had agreed on a lease price that I was more than pleased with. My husband and I were in Austin that weekend, we had a phone call from the dealership that they were ready to close the deal at 11:00 on Friday morning, we went in, signed the deal and were out of there in less than an hour. Our salesman was exceptionally courteous and Jeff gave us a wonderful review of the vehicle and all of its electronics. He installed the On Star on both our phones during that time and reviewed how to access all the features available both on the car and on our phones. We felt welcome and appreciated. The finance manager was quick, accurate and very easy to work with. We live 3 hours from Covert and it was originally intended that they would deliver the car to us however since we were in town we closed the deal at their Austin location. I would drive any day 3 hours again to be treated with such respect. Thank you Covert Cadillac - to all of you who participated in the sale of this vehicle. Good Job to all of you.

We purchased the Cadillac XTS V and I was very apprehensive because I was used to driving an SUV. When I went to pick up the vehicle, first of all I was stunned at its performance. More than that, I was bowled over by the staff! I bought my Used Honda from Covert back in late October. My husband and I were very happy with the service we got, and i love my car. However not but 5 months later my car started making a grinding metal noise. So i took my car in to get serviced at Honda (Because thats what the covert service depart recommended when i called them about it) I was thinking the wheel baring was going out and it was just that time to get my car worked on. However Honda told me that it was not a wheel baring, infact it was my back braking system. They said my back brakes were metal on metal and the rotors were in bad shape too. I was quite surprised considering when i bought the car my back brakes were supposed to be at 5mm and my front were at 7mm. So then i talked to the used car sales manager and he was completely rude to me, and on top of that didnt know a thing about cars. He said me driving 11,000 miles in my car would ware down my back brakes. Even though the front brakes of a car are what you use!!! 11,000 miles on a car would NEVER ware down brakes that were 5mm all the way down until my rotors were toast, while the front brakes are still just fine. From there i talked to the general manager who was nice, but also didnt know anything about cars (and admitted it). So they refused to pay for something that was so outright their fault. I would NEVER buy another car from them again. Its sad, because my husband is in the market for a new work truck (which he drives all over the US and has never had to do back brakes in 4 years, and this is a 4 door long bed diesel 2500!!!) we are going to avoid covert like the plague they are from now on and so is my family who cannot believe what happen. I will however go back to Honda who was wonderful and even paid for my rental car when they didnt have to. Excellent service at Honda!

I bought my Used Honda from Covert back in late October. My husband and I were very happy with the service we got, and i love my car. However not but 5 months later my car started making a grinding metal noise. My recent experience with the service department was good. There was a little confusion on whether or not I had an appointment for service, but the service staff was very helpful and we got all the details worked out. Nathan, took care of the "recall" for the sun roof and was able to also do a oil change and rotate tires during this one visit which is greatly appreciated. The lady handling the loaner car was also very helpful and friendly. My car was ready when I arrived to pick it up and there were no issues with the services provided. The one comment I would make is that the complementary car wash was one I would not have paid for. Not a very good job there, windows & mirrors not dried, license plate area not cleaned.

The service I get at Covert makes having an issue with your vehicle turn into a complete pleasure. My service consultant, Nathan, is awesome. He keeps me updated on a daily basis to what is going on with my vehicle, goes over everything to insure there is total communication about the issues I am having with my vehicle. This type of customer service makes me stick with Covert. I have purchased 3 Escalades and one CTS V from this dealership because I know I will always get excellent service after I purchase my vehicle. He was able to answer all our questions and knew everything about the car. No pressure, friendly and honest. Yes, I said honest. A week later we were ready to buy, so I called Roger up and he even remembered my wife's name. Roger got things going, Jeff took me through the paces with the vehicle, Sherry stopped by to make sure everything was going ok. I walked into Covert Cadillac on a routine sales drop in. I was there to sell them my product. Joe Joseph greeted me, having no idea that I was actually in the market for a new car. My luxury vehicle was 8 years old and I had been treated horribly at the local dealership when I shopped the prospect of upgrading and staying with the same make. Joe knew that I was there on business and took his time to get to know me and what I was trying to accomplish with the Covert Auto Group. As a salesman who is there to sell cars, his unselfish use of his time had me thinking that I would absolutely buy my car from him. As the conversation shifted to looking at new Cadillacs I found that there was a new ATS with a 2.0 Turbo engine that met my needs for practicality, performance, and great gas milage.I was treated beyond the expectations with respect and true concierge service from the test drive to the delivery. Covert has the Mom and Pop local business feel with all the extras you would expect from a luxury dealership. Everyone on the staff interacts like a family and they treat the customer as such as well. It's much more comfortable than the railroad approach so many dealerships take today. The best part was there was no haggling on price. They offered me a fair trade in value on the first proposal. I did not feel gouged on the sales price or the trade offer. They showed me right off the bat that they wanted and valued my busines. I am not one to write reviews, but this experience stood out as the most positive buying experience I have had in buying a car and I gladly recommend that anyone go see them when in market for a vehicle. I have always had good service at Covert, but this time, I arrived about 15 minutes before they open and I was surprised when one of their driver/greeters tapped on my window and asked if I was ready to drop off. She was wide awake, smiling and seemed very happy to help and kindly ushered me inside. The drivers there are always nice and cordial, but I felt this was a particularly nice experience so early in the morning - and obviously memorable. My husband and I once overheard a retail shop owner tell someone: "I wish I could offer good customer service, but I just can't". He was right - he couldn't, and didn't. We were saddened by it and we are always on the lookout for evidence that good customer service is not dead.Well, I found one. Thanks - I remain hopeful and optimistic. :-)

I'm not 100% satisfied with the sales experience because the car was not delivered as promised -- there were 4 items that required attention, 2 of 4 items were not taken care at all:1. A dent/scratch in the trunk lid was supposed to be improved by about "80%" according to Chris Tropiano; however, when I took delivery of the vehicle the scratch looked the same if not worse than when I first saw it. 2. The brakes squeaking was another item that I asked Chris to have fixed and all he said was that Covert's service department looked at the brakes and they said the pads looked fine. I took the car to my own mechanic and had the front pads replaced and the rear pads sanded off to finally eliminate the squeaking. I also want to end on a positive note by saying that the Chris was very friendly and kept me informed during the entire process. On January 15 I was involved in an accident and totaled my vehicle. I started checking on line for a replacement and found several to my liking and initiated on-line contact with the dealerships. I called the listing for a vehicle in Bastrop at a Covert Group dealer. He stated the particular vehicle was at the Cadillac Used Cars on Research in Austin. I contacted them and made arrangements to test drive the vehicle. On arrival at the dealership, I was lost as there were three new car dealerships and used cars under the Covert Grp banner. I entered one of the buildings and was greeted by Kenneth Ruiz wanting to know if he could assist me. Found out later he was just checking on other paperwork. Any way, we went to his area discussing my wants and desires. He promptly showed the vehicle I was interested in, We drove the vehicle, I loved it, my wife would love it as it was her favorite color. We got down to business and I made my offer, Kenneth said he would have to discuss it with the Sales Mgr and I thought, Okay, here goes the pressure sales pitch. Was I surprised, Eric Long, Sales Mgr, came back with a response close to what I offered. Kenneth and I discussed everything very low key and I bought the vehicle. Great service from Kenneth Ruiz and his Sales Mgr, Eric Long. Kudos to everyone. Glen Redmon, proud owner of Covert Cadillac used car.

Well, where do I start......the experience at Covert was absolutely lovely. We were shopping around for an ATS Sedan and honestly had no intentions of traveling far from Harker Heights(near Killeen, lol) to find one. However, after researching the Covert website and seeing all the irresistable specials, we decided to take the trip. Upon arrival, we met with Jeff Cunningham who showed us around to several vehicles. Finally, I found one that I could drive. Every individual we worked with, was well knowledgeable and very, very hospitable. Jeff Cunningham was excellent in his service to us. We were treated like royalty. To say the least, "IT WAS WORTH THE TRIP!" and yes we purchased the car, lol. "THANK YOU COVERT!"

This is my second Escalade from Covert and I must admit that the courtesy and service with my 1st Escalade drew me towards my 2nd car. Mr. Bryan Glenn, our Sales professional, made everything "happen" with ease and really "made our dreams come true"!!! (Thank you Mr. Glenn) Moreover. Our services of the vehicle has been like no other we have ever had (had an oil leak after the oil was changed but Covert sent a driver to our home to bring our car to us and to return the loaner car given to us.) I am not sure other dealers would do THIS!!

Greeted very professionally and with a smile. The service was fast and I got treated to a complimentary cup of good coffee and a donut while I waited. That's very nice and appreciated. Check out was curtious, and they even washed my car. That I love, and didn't expect that. I was very happy with setting my appointment and everything was on time and waiting for me when I got there. 5 star. I know the dealership is a little more as for cost, but I do REALLY like the service.
