Bought a new jeep gladiator mojave from Ray back in February and a month later was so impressed with the dealer I brought my parents back and they bought a new jeep gladiator! Ray is excellent to work with. Made an oil change and got an appoinment in less than a week. I sat outside and one of the guys brought me a water. I cant say enough about how awesome they have all been. I won't go anywhere else to buy or to service my vehicle. What an awesome experience, very happy with there service! Always helpful!!

Terrible staff, extremely rude, unwilling to help anyone and very unforgiving. If you’re interested in using their services I implore you to look elsewhere, there are plenty of other dealerships, I promise. They will not and do no take the time out of their day to be decent human beings. I’m not one to leave bad reviews and attempt to be understanding in all situations, however because they’re not willing to do the same I feel I have no other choice. I hope everyone who works there has a terrible day.

Our salesman Rob Brown was very helpful. He went above and beyond when we arrived to look at vehicles. My husband and I were allowed to test drive without having a salesman in the back seat. Very user friendly. No high pressure sales, let us test drive on our own, no sales rep to ride with us. Car was clean and well prepped. Car fax was included in the add for the car so I could read it before going to the dealership. Not many dealers do this. First one that I found that did this. Fast in and out sale. No pain, very pleasant and unexpected experience.

We made a trip from Grand Rapids with good intentions of purchasing a vehicle that we found on the Cole Chrysler website. Drake assisted us and did a great job to make sure that we were satisfied. The vehicle had a small area of rust, which was a huge deal for us, but Drake went above and beyond to have this repaired on their expense. We love our new vehicle and appreciate the great customer service.

I just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kim at Cole Chrysler Dodge. It was a very pleasant experience. The salesperson was not "high pressure" which is what I prefer. She was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. She worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I would definitely go back to Cole Chrysler and would highly recommend them to others.

My salesman was not afraid to do his homework and come up with a fair price, which minimized hassle. Since there wasn't much haggling on the vehicle price and it was a direct order the dealership considered a break on Mopar bumper to bumper lifetime warranty as well. I came away feeling it was fair which is important. Everyone needs to make money, but I didn't feel there was any gouging involved. In addition, the dealers honored military service with a nice discount related to the Jeep Wrangler unlimited. Cole Chrysler was a positive experience. Efficient, knowledgeable, and hard working. I will give them a first look on my next vehicle purchase.

We bought a new Jeep Renegade from Cole Chrysler and I have to say this was the best buying experience I've ever had. I did some research on the internet and found a website that showed the average price paid for new vehicles, what would be a good deal, great deal, etc. The dealers price right out of the box was the "great deal" price. I didn't have to negotiate anything. We also got a great price on our trade-in. Couldn't ask for an easier buying experience.

I'd been driving a 2008 V6 charger and was looking to upgrade to a newer model with the V8 HEMI. I found the limited edition MOPAR '11 Charger at their dealership and decided I had to take it for a spin. But, I never thought I would get to take it home. These guys worked with me and got this monster of a car within my budget. And now (thanks to them) I am the proud owner of a one of a kind car! Only 1,000 of these bad boys were built and I have one!
