We drove an hour and a half to look at the car, and we ended up buying it. The sales representative sent us pictures of the few scrapes and scratches on the car before we came in case it would have turned us away and we would have wasted a long drive. Ultimately, the customer service was great and I definitely recommend coming here to buy a car.

Fair and easy to deal with. They really didn't negotiate at all but I thought the price was fair overall. I would have liked a second key to the vehicle as well, but I did like that the dealership allowed us to have the van examined by an independent mechanic before purchasing.

I had been working with Victor for about a year trying to replace a 1999 Yukon. He would call when he got a vehicle in that he thought I might be interested in. He was always pleasant and never aggressive or impatient. We were able to work a deal in a few hours. Charles was also pleasant and easy to work with. I inquired about a vehicle in their inventory via email and they responded immediately ...after approval of finance over phone we went to dealership and salesman was not pushy at all, instead made sure I checked vehicle out completely, pointing the very few flaws, and took the vehicle to jeep dealership so figure out light on panel (which was a recall)...they made me feel like I was buying a vehicle from a friend rather than a salesman out to just make profit...thank you Colberts Auto and God Bless!

I looked on Cars.com for a Honda Pilot after it being recommended to me by my mechanic as a very reliable vehicle. After looking at two different Pilots and test driving it we decided on the 2008 Pilot. It had low miles only 49500 and a very clean engine. No rust at all on any bolts. It also had new tires. So we preceded to do the paper work it went fairly quick and even after one small name hiccup we were driving away. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. After posting some pics on Facebook We also had several friends who also had great experiences here as well.

I bought a Honda Pilot from Victor a fairly new salesman. He wasn't pushy or in my face about the car. He basically let me look it over and test drive it with no pressure. When we went inside to do the paper work, There was another salesman working with a non-english speaking customer so he was constantly in and out dealing with them. I did feel a little set back on that. But after they left I had a great experience and was treated fairly. I'll update this review if I have any trouble in the following weeks.

Bought a car with problems they failed to disclose information about the issues. Had the fans short pinned so the fans ran all the time. i have taken it back4 times for the same issue. Still not resolved.

If you want to be treated like a valued customer please don't do business with this company. They will not return your calls and keep you informed of the process. I was in the process of buying and traveled over an hour to no avail. They sold the car that I wanted and never bothered to call me. Also the salesman I dealt with has very poor customer service skills, he informed me of very low credit ratings of their customers that they dealt with, and their manager had a special hook-up with a friend at Wells Fargo even though customers were rated very low.

If you want to be treated like a valued customer, please don't do business with this dealership. They will not return your calls and keep you informed of the progress of the deal. I was in the process of buying a car, and traveled over an hour to the dealership and did not receive a phone call that they sold the car that I wanted. The salesman Joey has very poor customer skills and doesn't care about his customers, this reflects poorly on the managers and owners of Colbert autos. Joey informed me of customers private credit ratings and bragged to me that his manager had a special hook up at Wells Fargo financing and no matter how low your score was they would do whatever it took to get financing.

I was promised 2 door covers that were missing from the interior door panels when I purchased the car. I was told that they would be mailed the next week. They were not. I have made several calls, and promised they would be sent each time. However, I still have not received them after three months. The options on the car incuded keyless entry. There was no remote with the vehicle, so I was given a Pontiac remote from another vehicle and told to go to programyourremote.com and program it for free. That did not work, nor did any other website. I had to go to a dealership and pay to have the remote programmed. These issues may seem insignificant to some, but I believe you should be able to trust a business to provide what they promise. This customer service would be unacceptable where I am employed.I would not recommend this business to anyone. They misrepresent their commitment to customers.

Robert Colbert and Gary McGill were very helpful in providing an excellent used car buying experience. They have a great inventory of clean used cars. I was able to take a very thorough test drive and had my questions answered as needed on the car. They were very up front with the car's history. The purchase price was fair, and so far the experience with the car has been delightful.

Vehicle had an state inspection by another company but owned by same principle. While it had an inspection sticker brakes were corroded and scraping. Exhaust system had a leak. Springs Road Car care Center did the required inspection. It was very difficult to find the owners as they were doing business as dba and the parent companies were improperly listed. I offered to fix it myself if they would pay for parts but they were not willing to do anything. Be vary wary buying from them.
