I had the pleasure of having my car worked on by Manny Vega this morning and he did a wonderful job! I was so pleased to have had such great work done on my car. Also, the Service Advisor Rafael Salcedo was absolutely helpful and kind to me and I felt "taken care of". Not only such great customer service, but such a clean and friendly waiting room with coffee, snacks, and tea. I actually didn't mind the short wait I had!!! Great place to go for all your Honda needs!

Have two Honda Vehicles. Brought them in for Warranty Service (Air Bag Actuators) on successive days. Was in and out in less than an hour each time. Work was done efficiently and fast. Next to my Son's Dealership (Della Honda) this is the best service I've gotten anywhere. I'm a customer for life.

My 69 year old mother went in there to buy a used car they put her in a hybrid car will not let her look at no other cars overpriced the car to where she put $3,500 down on a $9,000 car and still owes $9,000 tried to trade a car in today refuse to offer any money for a trade in for a car that's been gone from their lot for under a year with less than 3000 miles on it never gave a lock nut to change tires very unprofessional does not care about senior citizens and we'll put you in a car that they want to put you in will not let you pick the car that you want would never ever recommend anybody to go there worst car dealership that I've seen in Florida would definitely be going to Hyundai a lot better company

Linda Friedrich helped me out in selecting a car. I was looking at a certain one but she informed me that it was rusted on the bottom and saved me a potential lot of money and a large headache. I'm in FL visiting and had a CRV with faulty airbags. While there on another matter with my Mom's car, found out about the trouble I was having with my dealership in RI they went above and beyond and offered me a great deal on getting my car straighten out so I didn't have to drive back to RI with faulty airbags. I got taken better care of from Don Adams and Coggin Honda than my Balise dealership in RI. I was very surprised seeing as I was just visiting and not looking for help because I'm not a FL resident. This dealership and the people working there are understanding and caring, there was no hard selling or pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone including my own Mom.

We bought 2 vehicles there a couple of years ago both of them within a year. We had been getting our vehicles serviced there since we bought them. I recently scheduled an oil change I made the appointment days before. and still spent 3 hours there and it's not the first time we've waited an extremely long time for an oil change with an appointment. I got a new person that had not waited on me before. I brought a coupon for them to price match and had never had a problem before using the coupon. He took the coupon and when it came time to pay he was charging me more then I usually pay with the coupon and I asked him to check my prior payments so he could see what I paid before and he wouldn't and just kept saying that it's still less then what they charge. I paid and left..my husband called the service manager and he gave an unsincere apology and didn't do anything about it. My husband then left a message for the general manager 3 times as well as the executive assistant and the sales manager Jimmy Taylor..no one called us back. We had plans on buying a vehicle for our daughters graduation this coming year but will no longer be doing that. We are very disappointed at the lack of disregard to our patronage...we will be taking our business elsewhere as well as letting others know about our experience there. It is obvious that the leadership of this business doesn't understand the lifetime value of a customer.

I tried to schedule maintenance for my car twice during two different weeks. My information was taken down both times and my vin number. I also made an online profile. I received no return phone call either time. Disorganized and do not seem to care about business. I called the Honda from Stuart and it only took one phone call and they actually made me an appointment! This was for an airbag recall- seems like this Honda is avoiding work covered by the dealer that will not make them money.

I purchased this vehicle from this dealer and the very first time I had to have an oil change, I met Rafael- he is always very professional, courteous, and helps to get my car and me on my way as soon as possible. When I tried to start my car the other day- would not start- not a great start to my day- a tow into the shop and a long ride to work was ahead of me- Rafael greeted me with a friendly smile and handshake- he worked in my favorite to help me to get a rental to get on the road as soon as possible so I get to work. The repairs to my car were done as promised by the estimated time. A detailed report of a multi point inspection was reviewed and future services for my car to keep the car in optimal condition and safe was reviewed. Rafael is the only person I have and will always deal with in the service department!!! If you ever are in the area of Port Saint Lucie/ Fort Pierce and stop in the Honda Dealership- Rafael is the one to ask for! He is very helpful, resourceful. I know he is not the gentleman who actually worked on my car- but Rafael is very knowledgable about the mechanics of the car and services completed to my vehicle. The other staff are very friendly there as well. I was driven to pick up my rental. Greeted by at least 5 people in the facility. The facilities were very clean. I know I will be returning to the Fort Pierce Honda Dealership for any future services and I know who I will see the next time I will return to the dealership- Rafael. Thank you Coggin Honda Ft. Pierce and Rafael for your above and beyond customer service. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to a friend.

My service advisor Rafael Salcedo surprised me by having my recalls taken care of the same time I went in to have my head light fixed and an oil change. I thought I would have to go back and have to wait to get another appointment and have to wait several hours. Ronnie was an excellent mechanic , he was very efficient . I was surprised that I received such great service that day from the manager as well. The staff was very courteous overall. I was shocked that snacks were offered while you wait. My father happen to go the same day as well and was well taken care of. The staff had their Holiday Party that day I was even invited to have a bite to eat with them. I was very pleased with the whole Team that day. They all made my day very pleasant

I have been to this dealership for service many times before. Every time I have gone in whether I have a scheduled appointment or I just pop in for service it is a wonderful experience! This service center is honest about repairs and always tries to give speedy service with quality! The customer service is top!!! Thank you for not price gouging:) People often think because its a service department at a dealership that fixing your car or getting an oil change is going to be more but that is not the case here!!!!! Coggin Honda always has coupons ans specials! Thank you for being amazing!!!!

Senior Citizens beware ! Victor misled me at 75 years old with a fixed income and sold me a 14 year old car without a warranty ! I am on a fixed income and I need a reliable car and could only afford a little bit of money and I don't have money for repairs. My son-in-law called Victor who represented himself as a Sales Manager. He said if I came back I could un-transact the deal prior to pick-up. When I arrived at the dealership they only presented me with a more expensive alternative. They said they wouldn't give me the advertised special of $149 and $1999 down and that he would not un-transact the deal My son-in-law has not heard from Victor as promised with alternatives and my daughter has not had her call into the GM of Sales returned either. We spoke to Bob Simpson as well who said he would call right back and that was 2 days ago. If anyone has the ideas to help please respond on their website. I have already called Attorney General's office. We are still waiting for John Hipp to call back they will not put my daughter through to his office !!

Recently purchased a new Accord coupe at Johnson Honda. Not only did they not fix/solve my problems but damned me as the culprit. Coggin Honda repaired the damage done by the Johnson service dept. but found the nagging issues that they also couldn't/wouldn't solve. Hats off to Andrew and the entire service dept. for helping this needy senior.

I recently purchased a brand new Honda Accord from these guys and they were a pleasure to deal with. I found them through the internet and Edmunds.com as I was doing research on the vehicle I wanted. I dealt with Bill Simpson and Todd Potts. Both of them were awesome! They made my purchase as painless as possible. If I had one complaint it would have been the length of time I had to wait to see the Finance Manager but both Bill and Todd, I can't say enough good things about them. Even though this dealership is 45 minutes away from me I will still continue to go there for servicing and any other needs. I would also recommend them if you are looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle.

We dealt with two other car dealerships prior to trying Coggin, simply because of the distance from our home. That will never occur again. In fact, we just recommended friends who live near by and they are purchasing a car, as we speak! We loved everyone, from the gentleman that met us at the door, to our sales rep- Bren to the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager. It was an excellent experience all the way around. The only good thing about going to another dealership, prior to making our final purchase, was that we had actual PROOF that we were given more for our trade in....by $1600.00. We got a better deal on our vehicle and we were shown every detail you can imagine on our new car. We HIGHLY recommend Coggin...and will continue sending friends and family there to purchase cars from now on!

I first looked on the internet to see what Coggin Honda had in the way of new cars. I was looking for a small to mid size SUV and Darron was great at getting me all the information I need via email. The service is the greatest. They fix it right the first time, no return trips. The waiting area has great coffee with real milk or Half & half not the powdered milk YUCK. when I bought the car They gave us a great deal on my trade and a great deal on the new ACCORD. Tried to buy a car online from them. They agreed to a price, less than 5% discount, on a $24000.00 small suv. They offered a new college graduate discount of $500.00 but since my daughter chose not to finance thru Honda the $500.00 discount was voided. They offered her 6.99% interest and she was able to get 2.2% at her credit union. When speaking with the sales manager, Victor, he said, Oh I won't lose a deal over a couple of hundred dollars. Victor, the sales manager told me that he could give her $200-300. discount to off set losing the $500.00 Keep in mind that WITHOUT the discount she was receiving $617.00 off the price of a $23,000 msrp small suv. My daughter called Victor numerous times, he never called her back. I finally reached him and told him my daughter wanted to speak with him. Victor finally called my daughter and said he could only offer her $100.00 off the car. She said she would call him right back after she spoke to me. My daughter called Victor back and got his VM and she left a message for him to call her. He never called back that afternoon, evening or so far today. Victor the sales manager, still hasn't returned her call. I would not recommend taking my son or daughter to Coggin Honda Fort Pierce to buy a car/suv/truck. Victor should be thinking about getting young people to fall in love with Honda's so they will be repeat customers, It's unfortunate how Coggin Honda has tarnished my daughers' first car buying experience.

I travel to Fort Pierce to have my car serviced at Coggin Honda because of a bad experience I had with the Honda dealership in my hometown of Vero Beach. For me, going to Coggin is worth the extra miles. When I arrived there at 9:00 a.m. recently the place was bustling, but as soon as I walked in, service advisor Rafael Salcedo was there to greet me. We sat at his desk where I told him what I needed to have done to the car and he was on it in a flash. I sat down in the clean and extra comfy waiting area, picked up a fresh newspaper, had some excellent coffee and soon was told that the car could be fixed either with a simple repair or the purchase and installation of a new part, my choice. I chose the simple repair, and was pretty pleased when it was finished and I was told there would be no charge for it! This is not the first time I've used Coggin Honda's services and I intend to use them for repairs and service over the life of my car. When I need a new car, Coggin Honda will be the first car dealership I visit.

As far as service advisors go........Rafael Salcedo is THE BEST!!! I can't begin to tell you how great he is. From the moment I sit down at his desk, he is talking to me like a friend. He is telling me about his wife and kids. I like that I'm a person and just not another customer. He always offers me coffee and talks to me about what repairs, if any, I need on my car. He explains things so thoroughly. I love that. I will drive the extra 30 mins out of my way just to see him. The best service advisor I have ever dealt with!!!

This is the worst dealership experience I've had by far. Not only did the seller not show me any cars but every time I asked a question about a car he had no idea of the answer. The process was completely rushed and I felt like they were just trying to make me buy ANY car instead of actually help me find the right one for me. I ended up getting a Honda Civic LX and they cleaned it absolutely terribly. It still had dog hair on the seats and coffee splashes along the dashboard. I Felt like all they cared about was getting a sale. I would never go back to this dealership again nor will my family purchase their future cars from here.

We lease a car from Honda for 36 mths. At 33 months we are offered a chance to stop last 3 payments and purchase or lease a new car. This is our second time in doing this. Two weeks ago while browsing your parking lot and looking at alot of different vehicles Brandi Moore approched us and asked if she could help. We said we were just looking around at different dealers and trying to see what kind of car we wanted. She was so nice and never was pushy as we looked around We left and looked at different places but were not happy. We returned on Sunday and she took her time out to help us decide and wrote up a proposal for an amount that we could afford and with it money for our trade in. By the next couple of days we had our down payment and Brandi found our car in a different dealership. She kept us informed and let us know just when it would arrive. WE are very happy with our new car, and tell everyone we love it, because we do and it is so roomy. Also two days after getting our car we noticed a nick and a line in our car, so we returned and they fixed it really fast. Thank you

My car was acting like it was falling apart after I got some work done at another place. Coggin Honda fixed all the issues and my car has been driving great. No more weird noises and vibrations. Not only do they do great repair work the service is wonderful. Comfortable facilities and since it was going to be a couple days I was given a loaner car. I didn't have to rearrange my life to have my car in the shop. I will be taking my car there for a future service.

Our recent experience at Coggin Honda in Ft Pierce was top notch. We made the appointment for recall and service and repairs on our 2002 CRV with Raphael Salcedo. It seemed like we knew him forever, when he first introduced himself. We explained our problem with an oil leak. Raphael is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Every question we had he could answer. When he didn't know the answer, he found someone that did. He handle the repair of our car with, it seemed, special consideration. No doubt he gives all his customers this personal treatment, however. While we were in the waiting room, which was like indulging in a half day spa - comfortable seating, large screen TV, free coffee, tea and granola bars (my husband's new favorite) we met Todd Potts. Todd noticed that my husband was looking at the Honda Insight and approached us. Todd is very friendly, was not intimidating or pushy, but professional and ready to listen to our needs for a possible future purchase. We certainly will return to Coggin Honda for our future repairs. And although we have some other makes of cars that we are considering, we will no doubt return to Coggin and to Todd to see if there is an automobile that will fit the bill for us in the near future. Coggin Honda Dealership, Raphael Salcedo and Todd Potts get five stars as far as we are concerned!

My wife, myself and our granddaughter had an awesome experience at Coggin Honda of Fort Pierce. We parked in front and were greeted by a very friendly salesman named Mr. Derrick Thompson. Derrick asked what he could do for us and we explained our purpose for visiting the showroom. Derrick listened as we explained our situation and immediately jumped into action, taking all of our information and keeping us informed throughout the whole transaction. Within a short amount of time, our transaction had been completed with the help of the General Manager and the finance department. We left totally satisfied and will highly recommend Coggin Honda, Mr. Derrick Thompson and the staff at the dealership to anyone who asks.

I was extremely disappointed on a recent visit to this dealer which I had previously purchased a pre-owned vehicle. The staff is truly great, kind, no hassle and very frank. The down side is, I was shown several vehicles that were filthy inside. Dirty cup holders...I even had trash fall on top of me when I opened on overhead sunglass compartment. Another vehicle shown to us had the driver door panel chewed up by a dog. That same vehicle had a grease stain on the sunroof panel, and it was ridiculously priced. Used doesn't mean dirty. Hotel rooms are used too, but you wouldn't want to stay in a dirty one. This place not only lost my business but, at least three other potential sales within the family in the near future as well.

My mother and I purchased my first car here when I was 16, and I just returned to buy my first car all on my own, no cosigner! Having just returned from a trip up North, I drove home from the airport and noticed a little orange engine light on my dashboard that I had never seen before. I called the next morning and Andrew invited me to bring the car right over so I didn't have to wait for an appointment. Brought the car in at 10 in the morning and was out by 1 with my mysterious light now off. My Element is 10 years old and I am very fond of this car as it suits me and my lifestyle very well. I would like to keep this car running for another few years so I always bring it into Coggin for service as I trust them to know what's best for my car. Our brand new Odyssey was perfect except for the air conditioner. We came from Indiana and had not used air conditioning until we hit the 80 degree weather of Florida, and we had no cold air. We came off the Turnpike at Ft. Pierce and went straight to Coggin Honda. Sal Ragazzo took us right in and had his techs diagnose and replace an O ring. It was fixed perfectly, and we were on our way in less than two hours. We could not have been treated better. I heartily recommend the service department of Coggin Honda.

I was disappointed my regular Service Advisor Steve was not in the day I came to have some repairs done to my car, Steve is terrific and I have been extremely happy with the service he has given me. However, Rafael Salcedo helped me. He was terrific too. I told him I needed the work done quickly as I had to get to work and he came through for me. He was so pleasant and understanding and very knowledgeable about the work to be done. I have been using Coggin Honda for about 10 years and would not go anywhere else.

I like that Coggin maintenance service is explained in detail. When there are concerns about the wear and tear of the vehicle, they show equipment from the vehicle as they describe any concerns for replacement and how soon it should be done. They also give price quotes that include parts and labor so someone can make a decision when to have future work done on the vehicle.

First time 5yrs ago 2009 and my sales person was Todd Potts and he made that sale possible...fast forward today 2014, I return to change my car and my sales person Todd Potts. I had done my research and After test driving the vehicle I wanted we began Discussing my trade in and the purchase price of the 2015 Honda Pilot. My car was totally checked out top to bottom with no cost to me while I was there for service, that's something very important to me since I'm a high millage driver. The service tech's who work on my car are experts who don't miss a thing, they do outstanding work. In the past I would have given 4-5 stars. The service was great and the wait time was minimal. Fast forward to now. Brought my car in for a recall item. Advisor said there were 2 for my car and recommended a few other items. After 2 hours most everything was complete. He said they had to order a recall part and apologized profusely about the wait and having to come back. He said to call up and they'd get my car repaired right away because of the inconvienance. Part arrived and I made an appointment. Not only did they not get my car repaired quickly, they didn't even get to it hours after my appointment (it was a 20 minute repair).

these are indeed rare qualities in a dealership. So often, you leave the service center feeling as if you've been "taken" for all you have after paying the bill. Not so with Coggin. Their rates, especially with the coupons they frequently publish, are very competitive. Everyone I've met there has been personable. My only complaints are that it takes a long time to get to a service advisor when you first arrive. Also, my car-buying experience was a little jaded by a slightly-underhanded deal right before we signed the papers. They exchanged a rebate for the free maintenance, and when I caught the error, they corrected it right away (it could've been an accident). Overall, I highly recommend Coggin Honda.

I was happy with my treatment at Coggin. My car needed to stay overnight and I was given a rental. I just wish they would've communicated the total cost before I came to pick up my car. I was made aware of the repairs that my car needed and I agreed to it. What started out as $59 turned out be over six hundred dollars upon pick up for my 80,000 mile maintenance plus a new tire. The only cost that was clearly explained to me prior to pick-up was the cost of the tire. Some parts and fluids cost much and that's expected but more than half the cost of my bill was for labor. It wouldn't have been such a shocker had I been told the total cost earlier. Yes, I would still recommend Coggin Honda to friends and family but I would warn them to ask the cost of everything before agree to service or they'll be in for a shocker.

She also was able to set up an oil change and diagnostic on my vehicle. It was a very busy day but I was able to get my service done in time as I had another appointment the same day. I drove my 2002 cr-v to the dealership for a recent air bag recall. After I turned in my key I left to shop in the area, leaving a phone number. They called me about an hour after my sceduled appointment. when I returned they gave the key back not mentioning any problems. When I go to start my car the key will not turn. I walk back inside to tell them, and they proceed to tell me that they were "messing with" the ignition for 25 minutes. I understood, it became sticky earlier that year after another recall was done. The service tech that got my car started the first time, came out to try and start my car for me. As he was, I watched him hit the the end of my key into the ignition loud enough for me to hear the hit five feet away. I went inside to speak with the sevice manager. After a discussion he tells me its not there fault it broke and I will have to pay for the parts. He was going to take the cost of labor off though. That wasn't the agreement we came to, but they were willing to work with me... Still love Hondas though!

I went into Coggin Honda with a poor attitude as I had a Business meeting that afternoon and only had 30 minutes to get an oil change. I was told it would be an hour and I grabbed my keys and left. When I came back with a little more time, I was welcomed with a smile from Ron. He welcomed me back and gave me all of the options in order to save time. After my safety inspection he went over some maintenance procedures I should be aware of and told me none of them are too important and offered me the advice that if I couldn't do them that day, I shouldn't worry about it. Due to his honesty I went ahead and decided to do the majority of the maintenance work and my car was ready 20 minutes before the time I was quoted. I go to Coggin for every repair on my Honda, and I've never been disappointed. If Customer Service, Quality Work, and Honest Associates are important to you. Stop reading and visit them today.

Bought a 2013 Crosstour here this past spring and was pleased with the whole buying process. Just brought it in for first 7000 mile service and was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff was attentive and the facilities were very comfortable. Complimentary coffee and snacks were also provided. I was given 2 years of service when I purchased the car and was pleased to find out this would also include free new blades for the wipers that the tech felt should be replaced. I accidentally left my handicap placard in loaner car. Roland held onto placard until I could pick up the next day. He is definitely an asset to your shop!! I also would like to send kudos to the service man who worked on my car. He knew I had an MD appt in afternoon ,so he delayed lunch so my car would be ready for me. Thank you as always!

We bought a 2002 Honda Odessey in Georgia before moving to Fla.in 2004 , then I purchased a 2005 Odessy in 2010 from Coggin Honda. My purchase was very pleasant threw Steve. I have used the Service Dept. at Coggin since 2005. Dan Sacchetti has been my Service Manager since 2005. He is professional, very knowledgeable, honest, and caring. I am a widow and rely on Dan for advise about my car, and he has been very helpful. If they are unable to complete the work that day, they with give you a rental car or their courtesy van will take you home and bring you back. I never mind waiting tho' as their waiting room is very pleasant with T.V..snacks and beverages. I have been going there for so many years now I feel like family, and would certainly recommend Coggin Honda to anyone.

I was very pleased to find out that what I thought what would be a huge repair bill turned out to be a very good outcome. My service ad-visor Dan and the service manager David were very helpful and honest in determining the real problem which had been diagnosed improperly by a mechanic. I took my Accord in thinking it may be time for oil change. They could have said yes for the quick profit but they told me I could go another 1000 miles. I decided to have a full inspection done since I recently acquired it used. After the inspection they told me the car was fine and had no recommendation for any repairs or service. This earned my business and I will be using them for future maintenance. I was almost sure they would come up with something they thought it might need after the inspection but that did not happen. That speaks to honest service and earns my business.

Wow, what a fantastic buying experience! My Sales Representive Ben Kendle was awesome. Ben went out of his way to guide me through the entire process. Every vehicle I've ever purchased either through a dealership or privatly, well to be honest, I've always been ripped off. Not this time! Victor Fehren was very professional and straight forward. I was actually given the 0.9 finance rate as advertized and my credit review was a breeze. Friendly yet professional Customer Service Brought my new 2014 Civic in for it's first service appointment yesterday. Met with Andrew Steinbrecher, my Service Advisor. My Honda was was finished with service in the time they told me. Was given a review and full explanation of what was done. Everyone at the center walked around with a smile and a greeting. Waiting for 2 hours is never much fun, but the facilities were very accommodating, providing coffee, snacks, internet access and just a comfortable place to wait. My car looked brand new again when I left with the complementary car wash as well!! Thanks to Andrew, Linda and staff for what you do. Can't recommend Coggins highly enough. Would definitely buy there again. Prompt courteous service goes a long way.

I took my 2003 Accord in to have the A/C looked at. They inspected the car and said the A/C was shot and everything needed to be replaced. The Service Manager said that he would advise not putting major money into the car because the undercarriage was too badly rusted. This is not what I wanted to hear but I appreciated the honesty. He did not charge me for the inspection.

Called my service rep, Dan Sachetti, who greeted me cheerfully with a handshake and had my paperwork all ready to go upon my arrival (I called a short while before I came in and was told that it was a good time to come in for the work I needed to be done). Within a few minutes my Honda CR-V was taken to the shop and work proceeded (regular oil change, tire rotation and wiper blade replacement). It didn't take long and my little workhorse CR-V (145K on the odometer in 4 years) was clean and ready to drive off. I thanked Dan and told him I would see him in 3 months (my normal 9500-9800 mile oil change interval) at which time I would get the recommended AC antifreeze flush. Dealing with Dan is a joy. He is well versed in all aspects of my vehicle, kind, engaging and a joy to deal with. Thanks, guys, for another pleasant experience at Coggin Honda service.

I purchased a vehicle here three years ago, that process was not enjoyable, hopefully it has improved. I could not get financing information until I provided them with everything but a blood sample. I almost left. Since that time I did give them another chance with service, and I must say the service department is outstanding. The building ( waiting area for service also ) is so comfortable and spacious. They really take care of you. I will go there to buy another vehicle and hopefully that will be a better experience.

We have had Sal R. as our service advisor for several months. Each time we came to him he treated us like family. When he found out we were taking our car on a long distance trip he made sure it was in top condition and charged us only for service we needed and not every little nut and bolt. I had a great experience with the service dept at Coggin Honda. Andrew was very flexible with the time I wanted to bring in my car for service. The first time I took my car for service, Andrew offer me to take me anywhere I wanted while they worked on my car. While you wait for your car, there is a nice lobby area with a big screen TV. Snacks and coffee is available for free. When the car was ready, it was pulled up to the door washed and ready for me to go. I'll been to many dealerships in the past , but this dealership has been the best in customer service.

I was worried about my car being away from me for a couple days because I have 5 year old twins that just started kindergarten. I'm their bus. What was I to do. I drove from Suffolk County, New York. I started 08/12 with 4 new tires. twenty (20) minutes from Port St Lucie, and my Tire pressure Indicator lit up. I pulled over at the first rest area stop that was available, and inspected my tires. One tire was very low; I used my plug-in car pump to inflate the tire and continued on my journey. The tire held most of its pressure until I arrived at my final destination. After unloading my car, I called Coggan Honda and spoke to an "ex fellow" New Yorker - Sal Ragazzo, Service Manager, and explained my predicament. He told me to come in before 2 pm on Saturday (08/15)and everything would be taken care off. Sal lived up to his verbal commitment, and I left a very happy guy. By the way, my tire was covered under the Honda new tire insurance, and my cost was only the tax. Other needed maintenance was needed, and this too was performed.

Our 2003 Honda Accord 2 dr. was having unknown engine problems so we took it to Coggin Honda to have the issues diagnosed. Our service rep Sal Ragazzo assured us the issue would be resolved and promised to keep us updated. He did, and not only with a couple of phone calls and text messages, but he took photos and sent them to us as well. Sal gave us a couple of repair options to choose from and helped us make the right choice. We're impressed with the transparency Sal and the Coggin Honda service team have displayed during the repair process by keeping us updated not only with phone calls but photos to back up our conversations. Truthfully my wife and I have never been treated like this before... this has been a very pleasant experience.

The employees are very courteous and professional. The facility is clean, modern, pleasant to be at while car is being serviced. My Honda Odyssey was turning off then restarting . . . . sometimes. They had it for three days one time but they couldn't find exactly what went wrong so they didn't charge us and said if it happens again get it towed. Well, it worked for about 3 months then it happened again. They worked on it Friday night and Sat and finally found out what was wrong. I am just so grateful for their hard work! They have a lot of integrity!

I have always had a good experience with Coggin. The sales people are more than helpful, especially Linda. She saw to it that I got what I wanted as far as down payment and payments. For me it is more convenient to lease a car so that I can get a new one every three years, this way I don't worry to much about maintenance. Coggin takes care of that for me. The service men are very helpful in telling me what is needed to be done at the time. There is no taking advantage because I am a woman. I appreciate that since I experienced those tactics in the past. I will continue with Hondas as long as I can drive.

I have always used the dealer to service my 2005 Honda Element because they make me feel like they really know what they are doing with my car. They inspire my confidence that issues are all taken care of so I can feel secure in knowing that my car won't let me down. It costs a little more but the reassurance that they really know my car inside and out makes it worth it to me. The staff is unfailingly friendly and polite and they keep me informed all the way through the repair process. They were kind enough to provide me with a rental car when it turned out that they had to order a part and I appreciate this kind of service. The only thing I want to know is when Honda will bring back the Element.....I am so comfortable driving this car...it's the best car I ever owned and I don't want to give it up.

I went into Coggin Honda after dealing with a seatbelt issue for quite some time. The seatbelt was completely pulled out and wouldn't retract. I had it quoted from a local garage for the parts, but was waiting as it was more than I expected... went in to Coggin and spoke to Andrew. He had the car inspected and gave me the wonderful news that the seatbelt was actually under warranty!! Not only did he deliver this good news, but he was courteous, professional, and made sure there was nothing else on my car that needed to be done. He explained the repair and the mechanic, David, was very personable. They made what I thought was going to be a painful and expensive experience at the dealership quite pleasant. Andrew went above and beyond by doing the extra inspection and even had my car cleaned! I've already told the ladies at work if they have a car issue to take it up to Ft. Pierce to see Andrew.

Coggin did a great job on the maintenance of my car. It would have been nice to have discussed options for a new part that was installed,(i.e. they have different price points) and usually the dealers I've been to before vacuum out the car which would have been nice. Aside from those two quibbles, they did a great job and my car is running great thanks to them!

We own a 2007 Honda Civic and we received a recall notice from Honda to take our car down to our local dealership which would be Coggin in Ft Pierce, FL. The recall was for the paint job, which if I could post pics I would. Our car looks like it has had an acid bath, horrible!!! Well the service center told us the production date of our car was off by a couple of months and it was not covered. Really Honda?! That's ok not only will we never buy another Honda but everyone can see the horrible paint job and will think twice before purchasing one also.

I have been dealing with Coggin for several years. My family has purchased three cars through them and every time, we have been impressed with the service and care that we have been given. The same goes for the service department. It is a very pleasant place to sit and wait, if need be, but if your vehicle is slated to stay for several hours, they will be most happy to shuffle you back to your home and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. If your car is to "spend the night", they will get a rental for you free of charge. I recommend dealing with Chantel in the service dept. She is a pleasure to work with! So professional . I also must put in a good word for Linda, who has sold us our cars, she is STELLAR at her job and also a pleasure to work with.

I purchased my Honda Pilot down south at Ed Morse (also a great experience) but take it to Coggin for service since we live in Port Saint Lucie. First of all I love that they have good coffee and other drinks, snacks, wifi to enjoy while you wait. They even have 2 computers available for customers to use. I have been in for maintenance a few times and have had courteous, efficient service. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Chantal who takes service to the next level. She treats you with personal care she is very thorough and exceeded my expectations. I cannot imagine taking my Pilot anywhere else.

They called back when they said they would they gave great estimates and had the car done the same day. They also have a drop box (because I live so far) that worked out great for me. Thanks to Andrew for getting me in for a routine oil change and tire rotation at last minute yesterday. The service was quick and complete. The facility is great! New fresh waiting area with complimentary refreshments and a wide choice of hot beverages. Free Wii Fi and complimentary big screen computers for customers use - big screen TV's and the comfort of home away from home seating. Overall an excellent experience every time! Coggin Honda staff really make you feel like family and it is really appreciated.

I have not bought a car in 16 years and was apprehensive about speaking with a salesman and getting the "pitch". It did not happen. Mark Lobin, Sales Consultant, was very courteous, listened to our questions and was knowledgeable and very helpful explaining the features of the auto. Later, we were led through the financing process by Victor Fehrm. He took his time (even though it was getting late) to explain how the system works. I never felt pressured throughout the entire process. I rate the entire process as excellent.

Just had the second worst experience at Coggin Honda and we will never go back to them again. They promote false advertising and to top it off don't honor their word or teach their staff properly to answer questions regarding promotions. They were disrespectful and dismissive and this was the "manager". The manager who appraised our spotless vehicle was not the supposed manager who spoke to us. Guess he was to frighten to stand by his decision. The "manager" addressed my husband when he should have been addressing the owner of the vehicle, me. We were giving Coggin Honda another chance after receiving the same treatment in December 2011 when we tried to purchase a Honda Pilot (we went to Coggin Honda as I had been a faithful customer for many years and purchased my 2007 Honda Accord from them). Will not recommend Coggin Honda to my family, friends or anyone else for that matter. We have been Honda people and followers for decades and only buy Honda vehicles. They are just not going to be purchased from Coggin Honda.

It appears they recently updated their Service Department waiting area and it's very comfortable and inviting. Complimentary beverages and snacks are available if you choose to nosh while you wait. Service Advisors are very nice. Your wait doesn't feel long when you're there. I recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I went to the Honda dealer in Fort Pierce on the 4th of July. It was super early in the morning. I had a 7am appointment. I was up all night the night before the appointment. My husband and I had a card game at our house. The point is they were very nice I was about 10min. Late they still gave me excellent service plus they had coffee and snacks. I was able to fall asleep until they were finish servicing my vehicle. The best part about the service they had an awesome 4th of July special on oil changes and lots more services. Thanks Honda

Dan Sacchetti made me feel that my business was very important. He greeted me before I entered the building. I had brought coupons with me for different services and he advised me which would benefit me. They found I needed more than just a basic oil change/tire rotation and he explained what was needed and why, printed out the information and even showed me the dirty air cleaner that needed to be changed. He was very honest. I will always take my Honda Civic to Coggin for service and when I need another vehicle it will definitely be another Honda.

She then found the right 2014 CR-V for me. Then, they installed a roof rack, and cross rails, just as promised, and the body shop did an amazing job of a small scratch that had occurred during Lorraines search for my perfect car. Fort Pierce Coggin Honda has professional associates in every department. This CR-V is my 6th Honda in 24 years, and my 2nd CR-V. I had a luggage rack and trailer hitch installed on our 2013 Odyssey. Both installs were great and the service and support team was wonderful to work with. My only complaint, and the reason for the 4 star rating on the quality of the install was the luggage rack does not come with adjustable racks. Had the racks been adjustable I would have given the full 5 stars. Great experience with the dealership and with the service representatives.

After running into problems (a/c miss-diagnosis) a while ago at another Honda dealership I brought it to Coggin. They spent nearly 4 hours trying to find the "gremlin" that was causing my a/c blower from working and it was fixed at a very nominal cost. The service technician that worked on it was baffled and told me he didn't know why it decided to work, but that if it caused any problems in the future to bring it back. Well, I thought his honesty was refreshing, and it did quit once again a couple of weeks later. They determined a very unusual problem.....the harness from the dash to the blower motor was defective. It was the first time they had experienced the problem and made the fix........again at a very modest cost. Have been bringing the truck to them since then and have always appreciated the professionalism, comfortable waiting area, complimentary beverages and other ammenities while waiting for the services to be completed. Each and every time they've met or exceeded my expectations.

I've been searching online for months for a used vehicle - low miles, great condition, reasonable price. I found one that interested me on Coggin Honda's website, sent them an email, and received a call from their internet sales manager that night, well after closing (he was working late). We set up an appointment for the next day. We were met by a young sales associate, who not only showed us the car I had originally seen, but then walked the entire lot with us, and offered to let us drive whatever we'd like (which we did). No pressure - totally customer focused. We ended up purchasing the original vehicle from this gentleman (his first sale!) and couldn't be happier! The entire process was smooth. We were treated with respect, and not pressured or rushed into a decision.

Todd showed me the 2009 Pontiac G8 GT that I've now owned for six months. I love it! (I know it's Australian, that's OK) It's everything I want in a car and more. Coggin was the best. I had purchased another car for my wife earlier last year from a different dealer and I'll just say it wasn't a satisfying transaction. This deal with Coggin was fantastic! I got a great car for a great price. They fixed a couple of items found after the sale and I've just had a free first service and inspection. (Surprise, the engine in the G8 takes 9 quarts of oil!)

I bought Our Car a 07Honda Mini Van from Linda Fredrickson She is so sweet and nice and totally helpful . I will buy or lease my next car thru her. Now You Have Tony Cruze as a service Manager , He came from Johnson Honda in Stuart. Tony has been my service guy since Johnson Honda opened. It is just a mile or so from my home. But now that Tony is at Coggin Honda with Linda ,I will Make the trip 16 miles away just to work with them on keeping my car in good running condition . I also Met David the head service manager He is also a great guy You are not just a car owner there You become part of the Honda Family. Before i knew Linda ,I called the dealership and Got her on the phone , I told her this is the type of car i was looking for ,and not to bother me with stuff i won't like . Bill and Bren worked as a team to find me the car I wanted and really went out of their way to find me the options and special requests I had, no other dealers in the area would even try. I had done my own research on the vehicle for months, but the negotiation process was painless and honest with Bill, no tricks or pushy like other dealers who wanted me to come in person before getting into any details. Bren had me go for the best test drive I had done in my life and was friendly and was not afraid to give me direct answers to my educated questions and if he didn't know the answer, he would quickly find it for me. I would also like to mention Max at the financial office who did an excellent job in doing and explaining all the paperwork and options and was not pushy upselling any "extras". They really took good care of all my concerns in a very professional way, even after the sale. I was very impressed with the overall service and this is my reason for giving the all the stars.

On December 19, 2013 the sales associate Rafael Satler contacted me regarding a 2012 toyota RAV4 with a third row the dealership had for sale. We has asked for photos of this vehicle and he sent 4 photos of this vehicle to my cellphone. The photos were mostly of the exterior and one was the interior. After speaking with this representative for quite sometime we agreed on an out-the-door price of around $19K. The next thing we talked about was the price for our trade-in, which was a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis. Rafael told us he could not give us a price over the phone because we needed to bring the car in for their inspection. We talked about the appraisal we had for our vehicle that the dealership had online and it was quoted at above $4K. He told us that the dealership would give us this minimum price or better. We had some pictures that we took of the vehicle when we had it appraised online on a different website. We had told Rafael that we wanted $5K for the vehicle. We emailed Rafael these pictures and Rafael told me over the phone that "I talked to my manager and he said we could do it." From the very beginning of our phone conversation I had told Rafael that we live over 140 miles away and that if what we had talked about would not work out then we would not be driving there to the dealership to waste our time and money. I had asked Rafael what the condition of the RAV4 was and he said it was "good." We went to the dealership the next day and inspected the RAV4. My husband and I was shocked at the condition of the vehicle especially with it only having just over 8K miles and it being a 2012 vevicle. The vehicle had multiple scratches, dings, and damages all throughout the interior of the vehicle. One look at the inside we knew this vehicle was not maintained or taken care of.After we finished looking at the vehicle we sat down to speak with Rafael. Rafael told us our trade-in was worth $4K. We told him that their dealership quoted us at a higher price and Rafael went and spoke with his manager again and Rafael came back and told us that they would not give us more for our trade and could not give us a reason why. I told Rafael that he had said they would give us $5K for the vehicle and he looked surprised and said, "I never said that." My husband and I walked away and drove back home. We had driven 25 miles away from the dealership before they had called us back and said they would try and see if they could give us more for our trade. We spoke with Danny and he told us he would give us a call back right away. We were waiting for the phone call for about 20 minutes before I tried calling Danny back. When I had called back they said he was unavailable.I am writing to you as a disappointed and very upset consumer. I felt like our time and money was not valued at this dealership. Rafael should have acknowledged the distance we would be driving to this dealership and should have taken more time to assess the RAV4 and had been more honest with the condition of the vehicle. We should have requested more detailed photos of the vehicle as well. That was our mistake. Rafael told us everything we wanted to hear just to get our foot in the door. I felt like the representatives at the dealership didn't care or even acknowledge/appreciate the distance, time, and money we spent to go through with this deal. We felt misled and unappreciated for. We will never again look at any vehicle that this dealership has to offer. This experience has put such a bitter taste in my mouth and has led me to believe that people can actually treat their consumers this way. The reason we even looked at this dealership was because USAA recommended it through their car buying service. We will be contacting USAA and tell them of our experience. I am not looking for compensation, I am just telling you that there needs to be a change in the way this dealership deals with their potential buyers.

We had a great experience with Coggin Honda. Bill was straightforward and answered all of our questions without making us feel like he was trying to upsell us or convince us to buy something we didn't need or want. He was willing to work with us on our price and went above and beyond what we expected to provide us with great customer service. He was willing to drive 45 minutes to pick up our trade in and leave a loaner car with us. He drove back to our home several times and we never even had to go to the dealership. I spent so much time looking for cars online. I found a 2013 juke at Coggin and sent them a MSG. The MSG was quickly answered and i also received a call. Todd Potts my salesman was very patient and did not push me at all. I came back two days later and purchased a new 2013 Honda. Odyssey EXL . The price was fair and the whole process was painless. The reason why I gave Coggin Honda 5 stars was because I ended up leaving that place feeling very happy and pleased with my purchase. It was easy and very exciting since it was my first time buying a new car. I've been to other dealerships and hated it because they wouldn't leave me alone and let me think about what I wanted or even help me understand the process. At Coggin Honda I was taken care of and they wouldn't let me even sign the paper unless I felt comfortable with what I was doing. They were patient, explained everything to me and very nice. The service was awesome and the sales consultant , Chris Falzone, was very friendly, smart and professional. We were really impressed by his extensive knowledge of the vehicles and most importantly his eagerness to help us find the best suited car for us. This is the first time I can say our car buying experience was stress free. Chris did not make us feel pressured into buying any particular model or style and Houston was extremely helpful in clarifying all the details of each warranty package so we could then select what we felt was best suited for our needs. Service Rep is poor on follow-up phone calls for service appointment. I am waiting to get back on I-95 to test the new balance I just had done. My complaint after a tire rotation was a high speed vibration in the steering wheel, ( 59 mph to 70 mph ), any slower on I-95 and you get killed even in the far right slow lane. If the new balance continues to give me a bad vibration in the steering wheel I am intending to bring it back again for another "Free" balance and possibly another rotation and balance on all 4 tires. We have not taken our new Honda CRV for service anywhere else since we purchased the car at this dealer and we have found this dealer to be honest and reputable. And we plan to continue having our Honda serviced at this dealer.

We went to check out a 2013 Honda Pilot and check on getting work done on our 2012. Having had a horrable experience at Johnson Honda this was the other end on the spectrum. Les & Obie worked with me on my Toyota trade in so I could get the price I wanted on the new Pilot. Introduced me to the Service Manager & Assistant Service Manager. When signing the papers Houston explained all the options I could purchase paint warrenty and so forth. I could pick what I wanted or choose none. My 2012 Honda needed some work and Dan is getting that all done they even took a dent out that was done by Johnson Honda a year ago. Super group of people selling a super product.

We called Coggins when we had a problem with the driverside windoe of our Honda. We are from and did not purchase the vehicle fromCoggin. The service we received at this dealership was like none we had ever received. Within 15 minutes of arriving at the dealership on a Fri afternoon they had identified the problem. The part that was needed was not in stock and had to be ordered. We were informed that they would receive the part the next morning and that in the meantime we were going to be provided with a rental all at no cost to us. True to there word we were notified the next day that our car repairs were completed. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 10 minutes when we went to pick our car up, Every single employee that we came in contact with was courteous ans professional. Outstanding service!!!

My faithful 2005 Pontiac Vibe finally had to be retired after 220,000. I searched Cars.com and found a Vibe I was interested in at Coggin Honda in Ft. Peirce, FL. I emailed and immediately received a call from Bill Simpson. He was very pleasant on the phone and I made the 70 mile trip to Ft. Pierce to see the Vibe. I left the dealership driving my new 2009 Vibe! Dealing with Bill was the best car buying experience I have ever had ! And Houston made the financing and vehicle transfer a breeze. Wow, what a fantastic buying experience this was! It was low pressure sales at its best. Steve was a great salesman-no gimmicks,no pushiness. Bob, the sales manager, was like dealing with family. Chris in finance was understanding of my desires NOT to do the extended warranty and did not push. Andrew brought my car to my school with the window tint job and pinstripes I had requested. He then double checked my car and drove back because I had-DUH!-forgotten my garage door opener. I do wish the internet manager had been more reachable, but I guess his job is more to set things in motion-oh well. I will be returning to Ft. My dashboard wrench light went on. I knew it was time for an oil change. Went into Coggin on Saturday morning with no reservation. My car was taken to the lot to wait my turn. In short order it was on a lift, oil being drained, tires rotated, pressure checked. I got updated on what was going on and I was on my way as fast as I could have ever hoped to be. My service rep, Dan Sacchetti, is top notch as are all the service reps and manager at Coggin Honda. Good job guys.

We get all our service work done here on our Pilot and Infiniti. Cheryl Stottlemire is our service adviser and she's so good we now bring our Infiniti here too. On complicated repairs she's introduced us to the mechanic and can tell us his qualifications to do the work. Made me feel much more confident this was the right place to do the timing belt job. Coggin's has great people and Cheryl is one of their best! Prices are always competitive with non-OEM and she always gets the work done just like she promises. We've been her customer for several years and we plan to stay. She's so good that when we go for a new car Coggin will get first shot at our business.

We had a crisis of sorts with a breakdown on the road, the dealership evaluated the car for repairs, gave us several options and when we decided to buy instead of repair they went out of their way to make the experience as smooth and uncomplicated as possible. Further complications were that we were crossing state lines, getting new insurance, and my son was living in another city. Coggin allowed the broken car to remain on the lot while we shopped for replacement, helped my son find the perfect replacement vehicle, emailed, talked, and overnighted all of the paperwork back and forth and in the final transaction had the car driven to my son so that he would not have to beg a ride once more from friends. I cannot say enough about the efforts of everyone involved. To say that Honda is a great product is one truth, but to say that this Coggin goes above and beyond great customer service is the real statement of truth. I cannot imagine anyone doing as much as these folks did to make a really difficult experience become a rewarding and fun first time car buy for a young man and his very appreciative mom. I had made an appointment for a simple 5,000 service and upon arrival was immediately greeted with a smile, my car's interior was covered in plastic to protect it. My service advisor greeted me within a very few minutes to confirm why the vehicle was brought in and if I had any other issues or concerns. I was in and out in an hour. Very professional, efficient and polite.

In a routine tire rotation they discovered one worn and one broken compliance bushing. Cheryl had bushings at her desk to explain what they were and showed me they ones on my car. This discovery allowed me to have them replaced before the second one broke.

I would definately recommend this dealer for the buying process, for the service dept and for customer service. They are genuinely friendly and highly professional in all catagories. The The service department runs like clockwork: you are greeted, your service is explained, any questions are answered, your car service is completed in the stated time, and when you pick up your car you are given a service report for your records. I was walked to my vehicle by my service rep, asked if I had any more questions and told to contact him for any concerns. Along with the excellent service, and skilled mechanics, Coggin offers competitive prices for all car services.

This was essentially our second look see for either a left over 2011 or 2012 Honda. While we have had a Honda Odyssey since 2005 we wanted to look at other Honda's as well. We had no intention of buying that day, but the salesperson, Sam Jahed, was so knowledgeable about the different models and spent a lot of time explaining different features, etc., that we ended leaving the facility in our brand new Honda Odyssey. He is a very nice man and was extremely patient with us. Even after the sale was finalized he helped us program some of the features this model has. Even through the process of finalizing the paperwork and deciding whether to pay cash or finance, purchase warranties, etc. another very nice young man, Houston Arruda, helped us make many decisions. We met with other people at the dealership who were very nice. All in all this was a very pleasant experience and we wouldn't hesitate referring anyone there.

I love the Fort Pierce Honda Dealership! I have only had a few bad experiences, but each time they've occurred management was right there to straighten it all out. Such was the case on the day in question and Rick Ellis and a mechanic stayed late to attend to my vehicle. That was quality service that extended beyong their regular job expectations. Lauren totally turned my car shopping day around. It started at another dealer and I felt that it was going to be the worst day ever but Lauren really relaxed me and gave me the space to breath. She was so accomodating and friendly. She didn't pressure me into something that I could not afford. The guy at the OTHER dealer told me that I was looking for something that did nto exist and I had to take my blinders off but I found it right away at Honda. Thanks for a great experience.

This is the second time I have purchased a car through a dealership with an internet department; but Coggin Honda was absolutely the best. Before I arrived at Coggon I knew the vin# of the vehicle I wanted. Ricardo Scarlett knew how I wanted to pay for the car and I shared with him information on quotes from other dealers. He was kind, helpful and open about numbers. All that dancing between sales and buy is gone!

This dealership is the only one locally that has a certified Tachnician that's knowledgeable of conversion handicap vans. We drive from Stuart for service because we had a bad experience with the Stuart dealership when it first opened. Hats off to the Ft. Pierce service team. Having bought a new Accord 6 months ago from Coggin Honda, we were now in the market for a CRV. The sales team (and they were a team) of Sam, Todd and Trouper were amazing. The finance person Houston, eased any concerns regarding financing. Having been in the finance industry I greatly appreciated his thoroughness and sense of humor. Unbelievable to say that buying my new CRV was a great experience (who would ever say that about buying a car). Hats off to your entire team !!

I had been to four dealerships before coming to Coggin Honda, all of them were Kia and Hyundai dealerships, from Vero to West Palm. Almost all of the dealerships had made me less likely to purchase the vehicle I had come to the dealership to test-drive just by their attitudes and how they treated me. Not at Coggin Honda; Linda was extremely helpful from my first phone call to delivery. She kindly went over my needs and was patient while I did my research as this was my first time buying a car. I finally chose the 2012 Honda Civic LX and I couldn't be happier. They made the whole experience very easy and stress-free. I will recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car!

I took my car in for a timing belt replacement and was told it was going to be about $700 which included the water pump. I also asked could there be additional charges and was told maybe, but unlikely the tensioner would need to be changed which is $165. We decided to go ahead with it. I received a call hours later that additional items needed replacement which would total about $1400 (double the original price). We decided not to go ahead with it since we could not afford it now since we have 3 children and another one on the way. I was told that I basically had to get it done because the car was taken apart and could not be put back without performing the job. I told them I had gotten estimates from other mechanics that had included the additional items and were alot less expensive than Honda's. I was told they would be honored. When I went to get the car, excuses were made to NOT take the estimates. I was very disappointed on how this was all handled by Honda. I purchased my car cash from Honda and after all the ordeal with using them, I will never buy a car from them or use their service department again. If this is how they treat their customers, I don't need the hassle.

After another dealers service department was too busy to assist me with the purchase of four new tires i went to Coggin Honda. My service advisor Cheryl Stottlemire was great. Cheryl's attitude and mannerisms are excellent. She keeps you up to date on what's going on and suggests only needed servicing, for example an alignment. Not to mention she lets you know that your business is important. The price I received was also great, it was lower than 2 competitors. When it came time to pay for my car the service department had already closed so the receptionist finalized the transaction. Stephanie was equally as kind as Cheryl was to me. I will certainly return when I need servicing on one of my cars in the future.

Went to dealership because check light came on while on vacation. The minute we pulled up a wonderful friendly woman greeted us. From then we had a short wait and then were introduced to a plethora of snacks and refreshments. They solved the problem within a half hour and then not charged for the diagnostics! Excellent service and some of the friendliest people I have ever met. We hugged Rick Ellis our service administrator AND Richard the service man who diagnosed the problem.

From the moment we walked on the lot and was approached by Bren, the feeling that a new lease was coming. He took his time and explained everything to my wife in a clear and concise order. He convIced us that the Accord is the way to go as he deduced from our needs. Ricardo took over negotiations. He understood that I didn't want an immediate credit check until we came to s price. I was worried about monthly payments but car value. As I requested I was given the tissue price and we went from there. The calculation with no money down and a trade in that still had 8 months to go on a lease. The offer I looked at was totally acceptable and I am sure there was room to negotiate, but I'm not greedy and was treated with respect so I just said "fine". No back and firths. Just men creating a deal between other men. Great job!!!

Steve M is my service writer and advisor. You can ask him a question and he knows the answer. This trip to you the service tech advised him of dirty filter, Steve brought the filter to me and we discussed the issue. I had it replaced. He did not give me a demand to do it, he talked to me like a brother would. Very good man.

Cheryl is a class act. She is very helpful and actually it was not until I spoke with her when I had my 2002 Honda Civic SI in for service about a month ago did I find out the management has change at Coggin. We had a bad experience back in 2008 in the sales department and hadn't bought another car from Coggin until I just recently. Her description of how the new owner won't put nothing on his lot unless it is a certified car was helpful information. We actually ended up buying a brand new Honda instead of a used car.When I had my 2002 Honda Civic SI in for service, she took great care in contacting me with other issues found on my car and was very descriptive in what it would cost and when it would be ready. All on time and to the penny.We then dropped my wifes 1998 Honda off for repairs just last week and she actually put the mechanic on the phone to go over the issues with it. I thought that was great as you can get the exact diagnosis from the person who was actually doing the work on the car.I would recommend anyone to use Coggins Service department. It is top shelf. If they are not paying Cheryl enough, they should because we will always come back because of her thorough job from begining to end of the whole service experience.No one likes to bring there cars in for serive, but if they have to bring it in, they should take it to Coggin Honda. The waiting area is 2nd to none and the people at Coggin Honda are all top shelf.

I was shown all options that I could afford and no pressure to what to do. It was a perfect sale for my new auto and no pain involved. I would say for anyone to buy new or used from this dealership. I worked for 3 years for another honda dealership in Vero Beach and it is from day and night with Coggins to deal with, so much better experience even as a prior employee at the other dealership I still got over charged on the prior Honda purchase by the other dealership Vatland Honda in Vero Beach.

I was not expecting to find my wife's dream car all the way up in Ft. Pierce (I live 90 miles South of them). Nor was I expecting to get the best deal of all of the 20+ dealerships I contacted. Linda contacted me based on an online used car inquiry, but we couldn't find the exact one my wife wanted (Pilot EX-L Bali Blue w/ gray leather). Turns out they had a 2012 in stock that met all the criteria. They gave me a very very VERY fair 'out the door' price. How fair? So fair, I used the savings to buy the 8 year/100,000 0-deductible Platinum extended warrenty.On top of that wonderful service, I then met with Mrs. Giles in the finance department who was so friendly, open, honest, funny, everything you could possibly hope for. Linda (sales associate) was great we had just come from a very upsetting sales deal at another dealer, we explained that before we committed to any thing we needed the bottom line and a good ball park estimate of the monthly payment she said she could do this and she did. 30 minutes later we were buying our CRV. Linda made car buying easy and we are greatful for finding such an honest sales person we didn't think we would ever be able to do this. I visited the service dept. on 8-4-11 and 8-11-11. First visit, I discussed the need of 4 new tires. I was told I could get a $200. discount on 4 tires, since I only had 15,000 miles. I returned 8-11-11 and asked for 4 tires,, but with a better discount, considering the mere 15,000 miles on the car. I was told HONDA would only give the $200. deal. I asked Cheryl to try again. Glenn, the service manager at Coggin, came out, was immediately rude and said to me he heard me the first time. I repeated what I asked for again, since he did not answer me. He was so rudeand obnoxious. "That's all Honda will give". I also asked about the recall, which was coming out 8-31-11. Glenn said "What about it?" That is not a way to speak to a customer. Where did he get his customer service training? Or do service managers get to speak anyway they wish? Cheryl was at least respectful. I did not mmet Dale, since he corresponded only by email to Coggin Honda Ft. Pierce Service Dept., and I doubt he ever was contacted by Cheryl or Glenn to see if he could do any better on the 4 tires, because I never heard from Cheryl again. She had told me she'd let me know, but it would take 2-3 days to hear back from Dale. And strangely enough, today 8-29-11, I recieved a letter from Coggin Honda of Ft. Pierce, FL. recommeding tire replacment. The return address on the envelope was in Honda in Milwaukee. Needless to say, I would never do business again with that store. if they had been polite, I would have bought the tires.

I've worked with this dealership for 10 years. I bought my first Honda Accord here 10 years ago and traded it in last Saturday with 293,892 miles on it and zero non-maintenance related expenses. How could I bay any other type car?I've had my Honda serviced here the past 10 years and know a large number of the staff both in sales and maintenance. I Returned to this dealership because of the stellar experiance I had 3 years ago when I purchased a new Honda. My salesperson, Linda Friedrich gave the same impeccable support this time as then. I'll be back to buy another car from her and her very capable crew. My car was delivered spotless with all requested options installed. The manager gave me a good price, and the warrenty guy took plenty of time to answer all my questions. I will continue to reccomend this dealership to all.

I came into your Coggin Honda Monday (7/11/11) to buy/price a Honda Civic LX. The Ricardo and I came to a "deal" that was very good, both on the new car and on my trade-in. I was told that the final price (OTD) with my trade-in was approved by both the Sales Manager and the General Manager.The price I was quoted was around 12,100 or 12,200 and change. Either of those prices was so low I was ready to make a deal. The Ricardo told me that Coggin had not sold any new cars that day, so they were desperate to make a deal (at the price offered to me). He stated that he couldnt give me a price breakdown on the sheet he flashed before me (since it was an internal document). He assured me that the staff were all working on getting my car, in the color I requested. The turnaround would occur within 24-48 hours. We shook hands on the deal. He told me how lucky I was that the SM and GM happened to be there and desperate to get a new car sale on the books today. I was told I would be called around 5:00 to let me know if a car of my color choice had been located.I asked the Ricardo to email the price we agreed upon verbally. WHILE I WAS AT THE COGGIN HONDA, he said, Im emailing your price confirmation right now. Never happened. He DID send an email from the Ricardo (while I was sitting face-to-face with him), saying he was emailing me the price. When I checked my email that evening, he sent me a general Coggin promo piece; no price.At around 3:40, I sent an email reminder asking for a price quote in writing. I got no response. I did not get a call (as promised) near 5:00 p.m. to update me on the status of my promised vehicle, nor had I received written confirmation of the OTD cost of the vehicle.Finally, after 6:00 p.m., I called the Ricardo asking once again, for a written price quote. And as the day progressed so did the lies: The answer I got was: "I sent that to you"; "You didn't get that? There must be something wrong with your email. Some of them bounced back." Meanwhile, I had received 10 emails from work during the few minutes we spent on the phone without any problem.) He then stated: "Ill send it (price) to you right now and call you back in a few minutes." That was the last I heard from him Monday night. I never got the email price I was quoted in writing. I didnt get a phone call as promised. Not a word by phone or email (following several promises to do so) that night.Tuesday morning I got a call from the Ricardo on my work cell phone, which I rarely give out. I was in a meeting and couldnt take the call. I returned the call in the early afternoon today. I never got a return phone call from the Ricardo AND still have never received a written price quote on the vehicle I wanted to purchase less the trade-in value of my car (+taxes and fees).I have been driving since I was 16 years old. I am now over 50. Dealing with Coggin has far and away been the most disturbing, deceptive and dishonest Coggin Hondas with whom Ive attempted to do business over the past 30+ years. My recent experience with the Coggin Honda Fort Pierce Coggin Honda indicates their sales philosophy is: Lie. Then lie more. Then lie on top of the lie to cover the first lie. If that doesn't work, lie some more. It's one thing to lie, but to lie over and over to a potential customer is not only unacceptable, its just a stupid business practice.Your business practices disgust me. Mr. Scarlett has contacted me at home on more than one occasion. I've been in contact with Mr. Scarlett and Mr. Falzone (Finance Manager) regarding my horrific experience as a potential customer at Coggin Honda of Ft. Pierce. It's been about 2 weeks since my first and VERY last visit to Coggin. Since that time, I have not been contacted by anyone from Coggin to offer an explanation as to why I was treated in such a deceptive, dishonest and unresponsive manner. I was never even offered, by anyone at Coggin, an apology. I believe such a practice is referred to as "common courtesy" or "common decency". These are practices that apparently some employees of Coggin are completely unaware.Being treated poorly and unfairly by a salesperson (Mr. Scarlett) is troubling. However, the lack of follow up and apparent lack of concern by Coggin management is even more disturbing.Note: I never received a call or any sort of follow up from Ft. Pierce Coggin Honda to date (8/3/11).

We had entered the dealership in order to have one of our cars (Odessy) serviced. All service was handled in a professional manner as well as faster than anticipated. We left the car and went to breakfast in our other car a Pilot. We returned and walked the show room and noticed that the lot did not have the usual number of cars. This I am sure is due to the overall world economic condition. Todd Potts approached us and started up a conversation. We told him that our family has purchased many cars (maybe 5 o 6) from Coggin. He wanted to know if he could get us into another one. I said there is always a possibility but I have too many months left on my Pilot least, and don't want higher car payments and I don't want to write any checks. I figured this was a tall order but I really wasn't shopping. In the end, a deal was reached, my payments did not increase, I was able to get 10 more miles per gallon, I saved on insurance and I did not write a check. So then it came do color and where to get it. At the end of the day they located a car abnd a driver was dispatched to get the vehicle. Trouper and Todd and everyone else that we dealt with treated us in a respectful and professional manner. I have been doing business with Coggin for years and will continue.

The selection of vehicles was wide and varied. I had a number of CRV's to choose from. The salesman was courteous and helpful in identifying the specific features and merits of the automobiles that I was considering and listened attentively to the specific features that were important to me. The other employees whom I met there also were pleasant and helpful. I have used this dealership for service of my previous vehicle and know others who have purchased cars here and were satisfied over the long-term. I would return to this dealership if I needed to purchase another car in the future.

This is our second car buying experience with Coggin Honda. Both were very good. The only thing we'd complain about is the amount of time it takes to actually purchase a vehicle. Between the negotiations and paperwork - 3 hours? We were becoming very tired of sitting and waiting. Please work on streamlining the process.

From the minute we stepped into Coggin Honda we were greeted with friendly, informative and helpful people. I explained to Todd Potts (Sales & Leasing specialist) that I was just looking at the new civics and I would not be purchasing that day but planned to in the next few days. He was great and answered any questions I had. I was also introduced to Michael Esposito (Sales Manager). I was so impressed with everyone that I had my husband return that evening and we purchased a new Civic. We both felt that they gave us a fair deal and did not want to look elsewhere. I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service. I also had my other car serviced there about 2 months ago and Dan (Assistant Manager of the service department) was why I decided to look at this dealership for a new car and I am glad I did.

My wife and I visited the auto show in Miami and narrowed our choice of cars down to three. When we went to the show we were not even considering a Honda but it made the short list. In any instance we visited this Honda dealer along with visits to the other two brands we had chosen. The Honda turned out to be the best car of the three in actual road tests so we decided to buy one. I am 63 years old and have bought lots of cars in my life. I approached this purchase like I do all others I have made - expecting the worst from the dealer.Our sales person (Ben) and the GM (Doug) were a pleasure to work with and after a few hours and two trips to the dealership we decided to buy a new but left over loaded 2010 Accord and we got it for less than a lesser equipped 2011 would have cost. When I let them know that I wanted to sell my old car outright since I thought it would bring a higher price they even showed me the methodology that they used to arrive at my trade in value. Turns out that I did sell my trade myself for just a bit more than they offered but they even helped make that transition a good one. Then we worked with Victor in F&I on the actual purchase. I always get extended warranties and the price I got here was just a bit lower than the warranties I normally buy from a source I have worked with for decades. After leaving the dealer and reading the warranty agreement I had some issues with it and Victor took care of getting me an immediate refund along with putting me into a different warranty plan that I was 100% satisfied with.If you need a new or used car I can recommend this dealership and it's people VERY highly and without qualification. They are friendly, no pressure, and will take good care of you. It is worth the trip from the "big city" to deal with these people.

Drove my previous Accord for 10 years and decided it was time to treat myself to a new car. After looking around we went back to Coggin as we have dealt with them for many years. Linda was professional, thorough, courteous, totally customer-oriented. Took much less time that we thought to make the deal! Entire process was effortless. Linda walked me thru every new feature - Bluetooth, tire pressure indicator, satellite radio - even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon and I'm sure she was ready to call it a day. Our experience was wonderful and we would recommend anyone in the market for a new Honda to visit Coggin.

My family and I were Traveling thru Orlando and our Honda Odyssey Touring Pax tires blew out.We used our Nav system and located Coggin Honda, which stated that they could take care of flat and provide service,it was late in the day and most service employees were leaving,The vehicle was inspected and all of the Pax tires were premturely worn and required 4 new pax tires.The Service Tech Jorge Diaz processed our Service slip / Reviewed and Explained the issues with the pax tires. The Honda dealership removed-replaced all 4 tires / Front end alignment / Washed the vehicle in less than 3hrs. We were impressed at the Service we received. My experience today with Coggin Honda in Ft. Pierce was very positive. My salesman was very detailed in explaining the features on the vans I was shopping for and in helping me compare models. Negotiation on the car price was pleasant and I didn't get the run-around from my salesman or the store manager. The finance officier was efficient and easy to work with as well. A great van and a fair price.

I liked the way I was treated here. Being a younger guy most dealerships don't want to talk to me. I went to Coggin to look at used cars, and bought a Mazda 3. I have had some minor problems with the car and the service guy is taking care of them for free. I recomended by brother to go there, he is looking for a used car also.

I was happy with my purchase of my new honda. I worked with a very nice guy named Ted. He was very helpfull and a nice guy. The only thing i was not happy with was the finance guy which i am not sure of his name. He was a little rude. By the time we went to his office it was closing and i think he was ready to leave for the night. But when you are buying a car that is a big decision. I was trying to ask differnt questions and he didnt really want to hear it. Also i tryed to put 1000.00 down and he told me didnt i have something better to do with my money. I thought that was rude. But other that the finance guy i was happy with Ted my sales man.

Great atmosphere and friendly people. Not overly pushy. These people seem to really work hard for the customer, I never felt that I was just another deal. It was quick and painless. When we were signing the papers the finance manager went well above and beyond to answer some questions I had. I left there feeling satasfied that I had made the right decision. There were a number of people we spoke to, sales, managers ect. They were all great people. They definetly have my vote.

However, our salesman Todd Potts continued to search for a car that fit into our description and price range. For weeks we heard from Todd on many occasions calling to update us on the status of newly arriving cars. I was greeted by Paul Guerrero, a sales specialist, who had a smile as soon as I walked into the dealership on July 20th. I told him that I didn't like to play games and hated haggling. He took me out and let me drive the 3 vehicles that I wanted to drive. He had all the patience in the world while I debated over colors, etc. He then went to Terry Gilmore, the general sales manager, and he too came to talk to me. Both of these employees were very friendly and a credit to the business. Today, July 23, I went back and bought one of the cars I drove on Monday. I found out later that both Paul and Terry came in on their day off just to help me with the car. I was also introduced to service advisor, Nigel Simpson, who proved to be another employee with a very positive attitude. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

I really was dissappointed with my visit at the toyota dealership and I did'nt even enjoy the test drive because the salesman never stopped jibbering. Received a call from Ricardo, which he was very helpful, setup an appointment to meet him and look at the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by another sales woman and told her I was looking for Ricardo. In minutes he was at the door to greet me. He took me outside to look at the used Honda's, but the one I went to test drive had been sold that morning. Telling him what I wanted and my budget, he found me another Accord to test drive. My Husband & I had nothing but a great experience with Coggin Honda. We had no intention on actually purchasing a car anytime soon but after test driving the Fit I was sooo excited to be behind the wheel of a brand new car that I decided to go for it. My Husband was the one to start it though. I was a work while he went to the dealership and test drove both a Civic & Fit. He figured I would like the Fit while he was leaning more towards the Civic. He's a big guy at 6'4", but amazingly found both vehicles were roomy. He came by my job and wanted me to go by and test drive them myself, so I did on my lunch break. Never thought that by the time I got back to work would have a new car in the parking lot. Todd was so helpful and nice. I would recommend him to anyone who was buying a Honda. If it weren't for our credit card companies screwing us by lowering our credit card limits, Our credit would have been better for us to finance it at the cost WE liked better. But it still worked. To the team of Stacey and the other two individuals (i apologize for not remembering their names) Thank You. I was saddened that I was unable to keep my Honda Ridgeline more then anyone knows however, I'm very pleased that I was able to stay in a Honda and it's all thanks to your wonderful team.When I heard nothing from the corporate office after writing a letter 6 weeks prior to the end of my lease i contacted this dealer (where i purchased my lease) and asked for details on what I needed to do to turn in my lease vehicle. With the help of people like Ricardo, Stacey and the finance team you guy's gave me more response, gratitude, help and overall understanding. That's why I've been a Honda customer for so long and why I will continue to be a Honda customer here at Coggin Honda. Although it sadden me to turn in my Ridgeline, I thank all who helped me stay a Honda customer. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! It will always remain my opinion but I feel that my dealer "Coggin Honda" cared more about me as a customer then the main office of where I sent my letter. The sales person Frank Silverman was very helpful. I would recommend Coggin. I have dealt with their service department previously; and was always satisfied with the results. This was our first time dealing with their sales department and it was also a good experience.

I requested a quote via the internet and Stacy responded within a few hours. She followed up with a phone call the next day. I didn't feel pressured into listening to a sales persons speach. She was concerned with my needs. I told her what I was kinda looking for and she gave me a few options. I still wasn't sure what I wanted and she said to me lets do test drives to see what I would be comfortable in. We made an appointment for the next day. Everything went great. No pressure. I was having trouble getting my money from the bank and another rep gave me information to go to the bank to clear things up. Everyone works together at Coggin. Prior to my appointment I stopped at another dealership up the street and they just gave me hard time. They thought since I was a woman they could bully me into paying sticker price and they would not budge on their price at all. They didn't want to even show me used vehicles. Their concern was to sell new vehicles for their quoted of the month. Ladies don't let sales men bully you. Do your research before you go, they work for you. Coggin Honda was a pleasant experience.Thank you

Had a great car buying experience. The customer service was excellent, they really answered all questions asked, very knowleadgeable and helpful staff from the sales team to the finance team. Would recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle.

Extremely quick response to online query. Great follow up and very friendly service both on site and via phone. They have a wonderful variety in their inventory for both new and used cars. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to friends or family. We will likely do business with them again in the future.

Alison, our sales person, was great to work with - she didn't make us feel pressured to buy which we very much appreciated. We had just moved from out of state so we didn't have local auto insurance set up and she was very helpful getting us names, numbers, etc and also provided assistance with FAXing info back and forth. And we love our new Honda CR-V!

Alison made the whole process of buying a new vehicle pleasant and easy. There was no pressure, and everyone was very curtious and friendly. We purchased a Civic, and went back 4 days later and purchased a Ridgeline. I would definitly recomend Coggin Honda and Alison Blackhurst to all my friends and family.

I visited this dealership looking for a honda odyssey (used). I spoke to Alison a sales person. She was very professional and courteous. She did not have any on the lot at the time, so she looked on line at their other dealerships, but I would like to see the vehicle before I decide. She took my name and number and said she will call as soon as one arrives. She has already called to see if I am still looking and let me know she is still watching incomming inventory for me. Hope she finds an odyssey for me before my family takes a trip the end of july. Looking forward to doing business with coggin honda.

This was a very pleasent experience. I was not pushed into purchasing any specific vehicle and the salesman Ron Laslowitz was very helpful in showing the vehicles that was of interest to me and seemed to be very knowledgeable in these vehicles. I have been to other dealerships and they where all pushing vehicles that was of no interest to me. everyone was very polite at Coggin and if I decide to purchase a new vehicle I will be sure and come to Coggins for my next purchase and would surely recommend this Dealership. I Inquired about a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I saw in the newspaper on-line. I was contacted that same day by Ricardo. We made an appointment for me to see the vehicle on my next day off. I was pleased with the professionalism of Ricardo and the entire staff, all the way down to Ron who finalized the sale. I purchased a used Jeep Liberty from Coggin five years ago and was treated wonderful. I was treated well then and now. I will recommend them to friends and relatives.

After dealing with 2 other dealerships that gave me the bait and switch (Vatland Honda) and the run around over price (Southeastern Honda). Thomas gave me an honest price and followed through. I bought the vehicle within 1 hour of getting there. He was willing to sell me a vehicle. I recommend both the dealership and the salesman, Thomas Seadon.

Best car buying experience yet! We went in and knew what we wanted, the negotiations were handled in a respected and professional manor. Paperworkk process was a little lengthy due to a substitute staff. Will be back in the future and refer others as well.

This is the first car I purchased on my own and the experience was better than expected. The sales people and finance officers were cordial and willing to answer every question in layman language. I felt I received a comparable price to those quoted by other dealers and was happy to purchase locally. I would recommend this dealership to any new car buyer.

I was looking for a Fit I did not know what one looked like. A salesperson came out promptly and helped me. She showed me one. Told me all about the features. I was interested but was not ready to buy that day.She gave me a brochure on the car. When I called back in a day or say she answered all my questions. I came in to buy the car and she worked with me and got me a good deal. I brought the car in a few days later and was promptly taken care of.( a minor thing) I love my Fit and have been telling all mt friends and telling them to see Alison if they want to buy a Honda.This is my first Honda and I am pleased with it and Coggin'sRespectivly,Pat Westmoreland

I had visited the dealership a few days earlier and was given a brochure to take home (it was closing time, but that was all I was looking for at that time). I returned to the dealership a few days later and Todd approached me as I kind of wondered around the lot. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the dearlship and Honda. He immediately made me comfortable, as I was alone and this was my first time to purchase a car on my own. I actually had made up my mind on which model I was interested in, so Todd offered to let me drive that model (Fit). I was very pleased with the driving ability of the car and we went into the showroom to discuss cost - both trade in and difference for the purchase. Originally I had not planned to purchase a car that day, but I was very convinced on the quality of Honda and Todd made a convencing sale pitch. Todd made the process very easy as time quickly pasted by during the paperwork, etc. With the purchase complete, keys in hand I drove my little red Fit home that very day (a Saturday). I returned to the dealership on Monday morning because I needed to bring in my title for the trade in vehicle . The gentleman who assisted me with that process, while Todd was with another costomer, was also very kind to bring me to the service department so I could purchase a set of floor mats. As I completed that purchase I ran into Todd on my way out and he again was very accommodating in my request for further information on other accessories for a later purchase. I will highly recommend Todd Potts as a salesperson and Coggin as a dealership to my friends.

I stepped into my situation knowing most of the work had already be completed as far as choosing the car and negotiating the price, but I was still a little nervous, after all, it is a car dealership. I met Todd and Stacy, and both were very pleasant to work with, and Todd walked me through the whole process, from filling out my loan app., to handing me the keys the next day. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Our experience with Todd Potts was great. I went in expecting to be there for a while negotiating on price and I still had to fight for what I wanted. Which is annoying in itself. But once we agreed on a deal my wife and I spent almost 4 hours with a clueless finance representative. After 2 hours he only offered 1 financing option. And we had to ask what the terms were! It was so painful an experience we accepted the only option offered and left. The next day I got a better deal on a loan than what I was offered so I needed to go back to this dealer for a signature and phone call so they could be paid by my new loan instead. What happened you ask? Only because I had my 2 kids with me I was yelled at and told to get out of the finance directors office. Long story short after complaining some more when I was called for a survey about our experience I was called back by the original finance person and offered a loan that was more reasonable. Which caused yet another trip to the dealer for no reason. The dealer was willing to negotiate but it took too long to agree to my terms and financing for only a $17,000 car. They sell Honda's and need to be reminded that they are not the only Honda dealer around. Be willing to walk if you don't get what you want. It's only a car.

We purchased a Honda Accord at Honda Coggin in Ft. Pierce, Fl. and found them to be knowledgeable and competitive. Their salesmen and manager were informative and friendly. We would definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future. All in all we have had a very positive experience with Honda Coggin Dealership.

Coggin Honda of Ft.Pierce has been a phenomenal with us in many different ways, They look for the coustomer need and trying to work out a deal with the customer, they do their efforts to be the best dealership for their valued customers.I enjoyed stop by there and tell them what kind of the car and the price range looking for and they took care of the rest with different obtions and very friendly and care person, I know in the future who can i realy on and get an excellent deals.

By far, one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Ron Laskowitz was very pleasant and helped make the overall purchase fun and painless. The process I requested was rather unconventional and he went above and beyond, even staying late, to simplify everything. I would highly recommend calling the dealership if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Stacy and Thomas were very helpful. Thomas knew a lot about the car. Stacy knew a lot about the process and pricing. I will say that the GM (Rocco) who came over to talk to us was a downside. He does the super nice friendly thing but he was just simply spouting nonsense. Financing options weren't as great as I had heard. But we eventually got a deal we were very happy with. Rob, the business manager was GREAT. Really knew what he was doing and did not pressure us for those extra maintenance pkgs like other dealerships have. It was very easy to correspond through e-mail. I must have asked Stacy a million questions through e-mail and every time I got a very prompt and helpful response. Overall, would go back to buy from them again. Pretty up front for a car dealership.I would like to add that by the end of the deal a car salesman's true colors come out, and they're usually not pretty. But Stacy and Thomas were pleasant and likable from start to finish!

We purchased a Honda Odyssey two weeks ago and from the time we stepped into the dealership, and after purchasing the vehicle, Mr. Guerrero always extended great service to us. He ensured that everything was right with the vehicle as well answering all of our questions that we had about the vehicle. Good experience - no pressure, helped us find what we wanted - we walked (drove!) out with a great deal! We wanted a Honda - we'd found one online. But we were open to Toyota or Nissan. The Honda we wanted was in the shop for a going over, so we looked at other cars. Todd showed us the Manager's Special for that day - an '06 Nissan Altima - perfect color, & priced blow KBB value! We opted for the Nissan - nice car. And the finance part - that was fine - no pressure, all details explained - made spending money not so rough.

I am a 71 year old male, and have purchased many new cars in my lifetime. I must say that this gentleman gave me 110% of his time to satisfy my current needs. Ricardo is an asset to Coggin Honda, and to the Honda Corporation. His knowledge of the product was exceptional, and his attitude,and courtesy was outstanding. I WILL be recommending this man and the dealership to all who are in the market for a new vehicle. I have not purchased the car as yet due to health reasons, however it is my intention to do so within the next week. I am sure that a mutually beneficial deal will be worked out if Ricardo's attitude exists among his fellow workers.

Had a good time. The salesman that supplied the service was a man name ricardo. He showed a model called a civic hybrid. The vehicle performed quite well and I had no trouble handling the vehicle what so ever. By the end of the day, we bought the vehicle and drove home. It's been a couple of days and we still haven't refilled the gas.

They were professional, friendly and informative.To my surprise, they were just as professional and kind when I had to cancel the deal and request a refund of my deposit...rare indeed. This left me with an overwhelming sense of relief and gratitude. We were looking for a new car and undecided between a toyota prius, a civic hybrid, regular civic and honda accord which was our last vehicle.We decided on the Accord with Nav. However to get nav you must get leather which we did not want. Thomas researched (on his own time) custom cloth covers that we could use over the leather. The negotiation was very easy and we would recommend using Thomas for your next car.

Me and my family went into the dealership looking to purchase THREE civics. Two for my sons, and one for my self. The sales person ended up saying he couldn't work with us and that he would send somebody else to finish the negotiations. He orginally told us he could give us a price but after talking to his boss found out he couldn't complete his promise. This apparently got him very angry and he lost it. At that point we decided to leave. On the way back home we discovered that they kept my license so we want back to the dealership to get it. When we got there I asked the sales man for my license. He said that we wasted their time and said he was the owner of coggins bmw, honda, accord, and mercedes and that we could never come back again to any of his dealerships ever again.

We were greeted with a positive and friendly attitude. Rick Fuss explained every button and what we should know even under the hood. We have been shopping two months for a car and he is number one. People that like people buy from sales people like him because he shows he likes you and likes selling. He answered every question and even put his cell phone number into my cell phone if I needed anything else explained or just drive in and ask for him. He said he will reset the radio or help in any way he can. Now that is service not only what I expect from your service dept in the future, but that is Front Line Service from the start.
