I just bought a car here yesterday and everything was okay. The paperwork, everything went well, smoothly. The reason why I would rate 3 stars is the 1) the empty promises. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much at all due to stories I've heard, but it was the salesperson who claim they would fill in the gas tank, clean it, detail the car, etc. In the end, when I was halfway home, we realize no gas was filled in at all. It was the same as when we test drove it. I mean if the lady didn't make empty claims that they were gonna do it when they clearly weren't gonna do, then don't say it. PERIOD. It raises questions as to what other empty promises they gave. Secondly, the one key I was given does not open the door. I'm a little upset, but it was my fault for thinking everything would work considering it was from a dealership, I was wrong. Oh well, lesson learned. I will be more aware of everything next time and maybe head somewhere else to find which dealership is better.

I got to say I’m happy with my car, went in to buy a used Honda Accord. Came out with a brand new 2021 Honda Accord. Josue and his manager were very helpful through out the process. It did take a good bit of the day but that’s normal in the car but process. I have had the car for 4 months now and it runs great and so much roomier then my old car.

Nice clean facility with friendly employees willing to take the time with you. Add to that the fact that they offer lifetime warranties on the engines and it's a killer combo. Honda vehicles rarely have engine problems but still good to know for peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Our experience with all of the Clawson Honda employees was very pleasant!It made our time driving the different CRVs a very difficult selection but in the long run Daniel Juarez showed us the perfect car that met our driving lifestyle. Antonio Juarez was also very helpful in setting up our deal and giving us a 0.09% Interest loan that was better than I expected. It saved me time in calling around to my credit union or insurance co, or bank. the loan process was very easy not a problem with credit or the money down. also Ciera Gall showed us how everything worked on our CRV . my wife is so happy with her new car. I'm new to the area and I was hoping that Clawson Honda would offer the same excellent service and customer service that I received from dealerships in Huntington Beach and Santa Ana. But if my experience at Clawson this past week is any indication of how they treat their customers I am really disappointed. Tino, the self-proclaimed fill-in service coordinator, didn't introduce himself and acted like he could care less when I was telling him about the history of my car. I had an appointment for an oil change, waited in the lobby for close to 2 hours and instead of someone coming out to speak with me, Adam - the service coordinator, who Tino was filling in for left a voice mail message on my cell phone. When I went back to talk to Adam he said he just calls whoever's paperwork is on his desk! What? Supposedly he didn't have my paperwork anymore and said Tino would come see me. I waited another 10-15 minutes and no one came to see me. Now, there is one person at Clawson Honda who stood out as a stellar employee - his name is Michael - I do not know what his position is, but he showed up twice and helped me out. First when I was waiting in my car in the appointment line and no one was coming out - he came over and had me move my car into the shaded area and he went to let the service dept know that I was there. Later when I was pacing the area around the cashier waiting for word on my car - at the 2 hour mark, Michael asked me how things were going. He went to go find out for me. When he came back he said my car was ready and they should be coming to get me at any minute. When Tino finally did come - he mumbled something about having my paperwork. He didn't acknowledge me by name so I wasn't even sure if he was talking to me. I asked him if his name was Tino (he had never introduced himself) and then he said my name so then I knew he had my paperwork. He barely went over anything with me. I'm used to the service coordinator taking time with me, letting me know what needs to be looked at, the level of importance of each item, etc. He did none of that. When I was paying the cashier, Amy, I told her that I wasn't pleased with my experience. She sort of apologized - if you could call it that - it looked like she was biting her tongue. I said with the exception of Michael I experienced poor customer service. She said she didn't know who Michael was. Seriously? She finally asked me if I would like to speak with a manager. I said yes, but I didn't have much time. I left shortly afterward so I don't know if Josh Ray, the manager, ever did come up. I just tried calling today, Saturday, to speak with him, but I kept getting sent to a voice mail. When I asked if there was another manager, I was told someone named Megan was there, but she was on another call. I waited on hold for awhile and was asked if I wanted to leave my name and number and have her call me, but I declined as it shouldn't be this hard to provide feedback.

Very frustrated and unhappy customer!! I purchased a manual car May 31, 2016 and had to return the following day, June 1, 2016, because I started hearing a noise. Left it there over night and went the following day to pick it up because apparently they didn't find anything wrong with the car. My fiance took it to work that day, Thursday, and when he got home he told me he could still hear the sound and it didn't want to get reverse when he was trying to park. Took it in again Friday we test drove it with one of the technicians he was able to hear the sound along with the service advisers and the manager. Three people where able to hear the sound, that Friday afternoon I got a call saying it could be something with the transmission, I was told it had to be sent to the shop where they have experience with Pontiac vehicles, but I first had to call my sales person so he could approve and knew what was going on. I did and the sales person was rude and said I was going to have to pay for half. Why do I have to pay for half if the car was sold to me in bad conditions?! As I mentioned before I bought it a Tuesday and when I was told I had to pay for half of the repairs it was a Friday, I hadn't been able to have the car for more than 24 hours! Went on Saturday to speak to a sales manager, James Duran, I explained to him what was going on he made a few calls and agreed on sending the vehicle to the shop where they could check the transmission, but it had to be done until Monday because the shop doesn't open on the weekends. Monday came I called and the service adviser was off for the day. Tuesday June 7th I received a call from the service adviser saying Fred, one of the sales managers, test drove the car and said the car was perfectly fine and didn't need for it to be sent to the shop where the professionals could take a look at it. Today, June 8th, we went to speak to Fred he was straight out rude and kept insisting the car was fine even though three people who work there said there was something wrong with it. Fred then sent a technician with my fiance to test drive the car, and that technician also said he heard the noise and believed there was something wrong with the car. Four people have now said there is something wrong with the car and right now I am still waiting to receive a call to see what excuse they are going to tell me this time to not fix the car. I'm extremely frustrated and upset at Clawson Honda!!!

Bought a used car from them , with low miles , even your claim Honda certified , tyres were really bad , half way home lost air filled up at gas station .Next day went to nearest Firestone store , they told me tyre was repaired by bad workmanship . It cost me 200 dollars to get it fixed and aligned This dealer ship turned a blind eye.Save money go somewhere else

We got a busted tire and damaged rim on the way to Yosemite on Tuesday, January 5th. 2016. We called and spoke to Don Mustachio in the Parts Department who went over and above to get a new tire with rim delivered to us at Yosemite Lodge in time for us to complete our trip back to Southern California on Saturday, January 9. Although I bought my New 2014 Honda Accord in Tracy Calif. --I decided to get wheel locks put on at Clawson Honda in Fresno --I live in Clovis and had previously owned another Honda Accord --and had it serviced at another Honda service center in Clovis a few times with much dissatisfaction. I never took it there again --I decided to always take it to SEARS after that . But after my excellent experience yesterday with just the wheel locks being installed and how fast they had them installed I am confident in bringing my new 2014 Honda Accord to Clawson for any future servicing . I still live in Clovis but the short drive may well be worth my efforts rather than relying on convenience of going to Clovis Dealership where I only live a few miles away from --Thanks again

I had some unexpected repairs that needed to be done and I was very upset when I found out how much it was going to be. She explained the problem, explained the repairs and why they were important. She found coupons that can be applied and in the end I'm glad I had the repairs done. Clawson Honda and there staff (especially Sandra Baker) will keep me coming for all my honda needs.

I had several maintenance jobs needed on my CRV (oil change, fuel induction service and brake fluid flush) my service advisor Robert Hanna happened to have a few coupons to help make it so that my service would cost a few dollars less, since 2 of the 3 services recommended were pricey. Being a loyal long-term customer, having a discount is important to me and was definitely appreciated. Robert also informed me when my wait time exceeded the estimated time. The auto technician that performed the work on my car repaired a broken passenger visor mirror cover that had been broken off close to a year ago from the service person that had performed a car wash on my CRV (on that particular visit, the service person should have actually should have confessed to it or repaired it at that time, rather than let it stay broken and have me discover it broken after I drove off the lot (negative points for this in my book, but this was a completely different visit altogether to be fair). I was very appreciative that this particular technician, noted on my work order as Ka T. Yang, had noticed the visor mirror cover was broken and was kind and thoughtful enough to repair it without being asked. This meant a lot to me since it had been broken off for almost a year at this point, and having my CRV serviced at Clawson Honda for a multitude of times, not a single technician chose to repair or had bothered to ask for it to be repaired except for this one. The service staff are friendly and helpful-----these are the reasons why I have and will continue to make sure that all of my service for my CRV is performed here.

I haven't bought a car in 15 years. My air condition went out last summer ( and you know how hot Fresno can be in the summer). I kept putting off car shopping because I hated the idea of going from lot to lot and trying to decide what car to buy. I tolerated not having air conditioning just to avoid going car shopping. But, this year it was just to hot, so the hunt began. I went to several car lots and talked to a lot of sales people. When I went to Clawson Honda we were scheduled to meet with one salesperson, she was busy with another customer so while we were waiting for her Ryan Day entertained us. By time our sales lady came by we had bonded with Ryan. She said no problem that Ryan would take care of us. By her attitude I thought this is the kind of dealership I want to buy from, the salespeople are not trying to out do each other but they work as a team. Also, they are local and family owed. I was sold, and I love my Honda Accord.

Finance/internet manager James Duran helped my son and I find/purchase a new (used) car in the shortest period of time I have ever experienced at a dealership. This was accomplished because he actually listened: we didn't want the overblown sales pitch, and he understood. He was polite and courteous and very adept at what he does. I have had similarly good experience with the Service dept. which is why I decided to buy a car for my son at Clawson Honda. Unlike Kitahara dealership in Fresno, for instance, where the service people try to scare costumers into purchases, the Honda Service people suggest and then back off if something is not absolutely necessary. I am glad Mr. Duran was available yesterday. He made a laborious task easier than it usually seems to be.

I would like everyone in the Fresno area what a great experience I had at Clawson Honda. After a terrible experience I had with one of their competitors. Im A struggling student right now an was looking for a old used car. a lot of people to me not to lease, but never explained why. and all the used cars i looked at had rust on them. So my salesguy, Regal or rigo, explained a lease and it seems pretty simple. now i have a new car with no rust to get me through college. they worked really hard to make my payments affordable. thanks clawson. love the new car!!

I came into Clawson Honda and got a sweet deal on a 2008 LXP Accord. We went back and forth for a wile until we hit my price, i had bought there twice before so i expected a great deal witch i got. My salesman Robert spent a ton of time with us, they were cool enough to wait on us until we were able to check our insurance rates and take care of any doubt we mite have had. I will purchase my next car from Clawson because of the way they continue to treat us.

Robert was a great help when it came to getting the car i wanted. We decided to lease a black 4cyl accord coup that they didn't have at their dealership so Robert personally drove to go get the car and delivered it to my home the next morning Wow! He took the time to show me how to pair my phone and all my features that came with my new coup, when my lease is up there is only one place ill go to shop! CLAWSON HONDA!

I came in to look at the crv and spoke to a very nice salesman named Robert. He showed me the features and functions. He was not pushy or rude at anytime, even when it came down to me wanting them to lower the price. At the end of the day my mom, my sister, and I left with a brand new 2011 crv at a price that i was more than happy to pay for. They treated us with respect and even offered coffee from there own starbucks coffee station. In short we didn't mind waiting for the paper work to get done and would definitely be back to purchase our next car.

I was looking for a car and decided to stop by Clawson Honda after going to Selma Honda and Honda North. By a wide margin, Alex Lee at Clawson was the nicest and easiest to work with. He provided awesome customer service and made the whole process much more enjoyable. I walked away happy with the whole process. He even followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was okay. I enjoyed the process so much that i have recommended friends and family to go visit Alex at Clawson Honda and they agree that the customer service he provides was wonderful and a good deal can be made. I came to Clawson Honda to turn in my lease and decided to lease another civic since it was so good to me before. When i arrived they were getting ready for their xmas party. I spoke to a sale man named Robert and told him my needs. He gave me some options and showed me the new civics they had in stock. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the new technology the civics have. I had a great experience and left the dealership with a new civic surprising quick, despite what was going on that day. i drove into clawson honda on a whim with no real intention of buying a car. my toyota had a lot of mileage so i was just thinking about the future. i just wanted to ask questions and see what options were available. i was introduced to salesperson antonio juarez who oddly enough did not offend me as most of these sale people do to me in the first 5 minutes. he was not pushy, had a good manner, and was accomodating. i actually left after i saw the new civic and told him i needed to bring my parents in to see it. we returned and he was nice to my parents which is very important to me. the test drive went smoothly, and he showed me options regarding lease and sale, and the next thing i knew, i had the keys to a new honda. very good service, not pushy, and i left actually with no buyer's remorse. and best of all, my dad will get my toyota to drive around town! good day for us! jeannie lee

James Duran helped my wife and I find a car last week. We had been dying to get one since our car had finally hit the end of it's tavel days. It may be strange to hear that as a man I don't know much about cars, but my wife is the driver, and James Duran did excellent in helping us find what was right for us as. He helped stretch out the numbers to get things down to their lowest price for us which was great! I felt it was more than fair, literally almost guilty for what we got, and would go back in a second! I will definitely recomend him for others. Thanks Mr. Duran and Clawson company!

From the first step onto the dealership, we were greeted and taken care of by a salesman by the name of James Duran. He listened to our needs and answered all of our questions on the model we were interested in. We went for two test drives, checked out the car fax/history of the car. We also looked at and found a great deal on financing/interests rates. The closing was easy and fast with Mac in financing making it simple.
