My experience with Classic Ford was amazing. The crew welcomed me as soon as I pulled up. When I walked in, they already had my paperwork pulled up and was ready to get started. While my car was getting serviced, I was willing to wait. My service consultant, Dean Ray insisted I be treated with one of THEE BEST rentals they had available!!! The 2020 Ford Expedition. Dean’s service was absolutely amazing and I thank Dean so much for treating me to that rental. It made my Monday go with ease. I was able to get everything I needed to get done on that day, while having my car serviced. The entire staff and crew was amazing I truly appreciate everyone at Classic Ford.

My service experience was great. I arrived at the scheduled appointment time and was greeted by an experienced and courteous customer service representative. She went above and beyond assisting me with questions I had regarding my auto warranty. My car was serviced by well trained mechanics in a reasonable amount of time. My Ford Fusion continues to operate really well.

Awesome experience. Vehicle had hard time starting this morning. Staff was there at 7:45 AM and took real good care of me. They were so friendly and it made me feel good and confident that they were going to fix the problem. They offered courier service to my job but because they had already started on my car... I decided to wait. It wasn't long before I was done. This is my auto care shop... And I love it. Only place to go. I was one happy customer.

Excellent staff. Our salesman Ethan was great in assisting us in our purchase of a 2016 Ford Focus. We left the dealership feeling pleased with our purchase. Overall, the experience was great! However, I didn?t give a perfect rating because I was not offered to have my car vacuumed or washed. I had cleaned the exterior of my car prior to taking it in but had not vacuumed it.

Having always been treated exceptionally well with service department. Gil Mays and Taymond Jenkins are the best , always making sure my needs and concerns are taken care of. I met Oscar he seemed very interested in helping buy get a car and make it as easy as possible. I have never bought a car before and was nervous about the process and it is a lot of money. I went on a test drive in the car that I had seen online. After we got back I told him I wanted to make the car mine. After several hours and a bunch of phone calls to my dad for advice we closed the deal. Today the day after the sale I had a problem with the radio and brought the car back to the dealer. Oscar took the car over to service and had it back within 10 minutes fixing the problem.

I called about a truck listed on car.com. I drove over an hour to look at this low mileage - like new truck. When we arrived it was obvious the truck had been wrecked and poorly repaired. Like with most dealerships its buyer beware.

I came into Classic Ford with very low expectations on being able to leave there with a vehicle I would be happy with because of an experience I had the day before with another dealership. That being said Raymond Jenkins and the rest of the staff made me feel very comfortable with what I could get into and made me feel like they were going to work hard to get me into a vehicle that was right. I have to say that the Classic ford staff exceeded my expectations in every way. I felt very comfortable with the whole process and would not hesitate to go back to Classic Ford for my next vehicle or to recommend them to any one I know. This was an exceptional car buying experience. Most notably absent was any feeling of pressure. In the past, particularly as a female buyer, I have experienced unwelcome and undeserved pressure from dealerships with a subtle implication that I was uneducated in the whole process. The sales person, Rico, treated me with respect as did everyone else that I encountered at Classic Ford. And, he was very thorough in explaining the features of the car. I bought the vehicle I wanted (an MKZ Lincoln Hybrid) and I am very happy. I highly recommend Classic Ford.

Although I was interested in taking a closer look at a Lincoln MKZ for quite a while, I put off contacting a dealer because I expected the typical sales pitch and high-pressure tactics. I was pleasantly surprised after contacting Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia. Mack Spain was friendly and helpful on the initial visit, answering all questions patiently and providing an informative test drive while showing the special features of the MKZ. He set up a Lincoln Date Night appointment that allowed us to test the car over a weekend. When we returned to express interest in taking the next step towards ownership, Mack walked us through a number of different options and worked with us to come up with an acceptable agreement for purchase. When our special-order MKZ arrived a few weeks later, Mack had it ready for us within hours and and spent a good deal of time with us going over features and details. The managers and financial folks at Classic Ford Lincoln were all friendly and helpful, and the final paperwork process was handled in an efficient and streamlined manner. I highly recommend this dealership.

The day I bought my car I had visited 3 other lots and he was not only the most friendly but the least pushy and gave me my space and room to think. BEWARE! Vehicle might not be as Classic advertises on both cars.com and their own website. I called from out of town on an advertised 2008 F-150 Lariat. I spoke with 2 members of the sales department and neither told me the vehicle was not a Lariat. I negotiated a price based on the the conversations and description of the vehicle. I got a bank check for the agreed price, contacted my insurance agent and sent Classic the information they requested to process the paperwork. (I was planning to drive app 4 hours to pick up the truck.) I checked the post one last time before leaving and happened to catch the "XLT" on the emblem in one of the photos. I called Classic and the sales rep verified the truck was not a Lariat. I told them I was frustrated and thought the advertising/description was misleading and deceptive. I eventually spoke with a sales manager who told me it was up to me to look at the photos and determine the truck was not a Lariat. His response to the advertised description was that it was a mistake and it happens. I told him another one of the F150's advertised by Classic as a Lariat was also not a Lariat. He was polite but again chalked it up to a mistake and repeatedly stated it's up to the customer to look at the photos to determine if a truck was a Lariat or not. After this experience I would not purchase a vehicle from Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia and I would not recommend them to anyone. If you decide to purchase from Classic check, check and check again that the vehicle is what is advertised. This is the description from Classic's website for a truck that was NOT a Lariat: "2008 Ford F-150 Lariat SUPERCREW, 4X4, IMMACULATE, LOADED is offered by Classic Ford of Columbia. With its full CARFAX one-owner history report, you'll know exactly what you are getting with this well-kept Ford F-150. I started out with a 1968 Ford Mustang back in 1973. I have since owned a 1972 Mach 1 Mustang, a 1988 Escort GT, a 1992 Mustang LX, a 1997 Mustang GT, a 2001 Mustang GT convertible and a 2004 Taurus SEL. In all of my dealings with Ford dealerships, this was by far the most pleasant. I have averaged 4.5 hrs and upward just trying to come to a workable agreement/financing. The sales team and finance team went to work on my behalf from the time I arrived. I was blessed to get the car of my choice at a price I could live with. Dayle guided me through the entire process as my champion. We found common ground from the onset and throughout the entire process he was there to assist me. I would most definitely recommend this dealership and in particular this salesman to everyone.

Just purchased a new F-150 from Classic Ford. Experience was very pleasant. My sales person was Brian Davis. He gave me a tour of the new truck, covered the features on the window sticker, gave me a test drive, and then moved the process along smoothly. Trade-in value was excellent! Paperwork was handled very efficiently. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. This is the fifth car I have bought at this dealership and will continue to return in the future. Facilities rating of average due to the construction. Very noisy!

Having always driven an import I decided to purchase my first domestic vehicle. After months of research the Lincoln MKX was the SUV/crossover for me. Loaded with luxury the Lexus I was about to purchase did not compare the quality and value I found in the MKX at Classic Ford Lincoln in Columbia SC. Erik Nelson General Sales Manager greeted me and introduced me to Dayle Davis my sales person, it was the best car experience ever for me! Dayle was very informative about the MKX and was there to assist and answer all of my question. Mr Nelson directed me to JT my finance person who help me with my financing. Dayle had my new Lincoln ready to go with a full tank of gas!!! Both Dayle and Erik Nelson was there to congratulate me on my new purchase and the general manager Kevin Hand even came to congratulate me! Never in my car buying experience (believe me a lot) have I ever dealt with a more professional and caring sales team! I would 100% recommend the sales team of Classic Ford Lincoln to anyone and for sure if you are looking to purchase a new SUV/crossover the Lincoln MKX is wonderful vehicle!!!

I found Classic staff to be courteous, friendly and extremely knowlegable of their vehicles. My salesman was Rico Gibson. He provided excellent service. He answered my questions and provided feedback that I definitely will need with my new Ford F150. I will definitely tell my friends, family of my experience at Classic's Ford. They are very honest and kept their word. I have been at other dealerships and left because of the high pressure of buying a vehicle that you weren't comfortable in buying. My wife and I came to your dealership just to price out new cars and just to browse. Don was helping us and showed us at least 4 different vehicles, but none of them met our criterea. We were getting ready to leave and decided to take one more look and found one truck that had every option that we wanted in a truck, it also was the right color. Don took us on a test drive and we fell in love with the Truck. Don helped us so much and was very friendly and noligable about the features of the truck. It was a very good experience for us and Don is a very good salesman and one that I can now feel free to call a friend.

We had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We contacted the salesman several times the day before we drove from Middle Georgia to Columbia, and a couple of times before we left to drive up and look at the vehicle, letting him know that we were en route. When we arrived, we were non-chalantly told that the vehicle had been sold at least an hour before we arrived. The salesman had our mobile number, and could have saved us at least 2 hours of our time by calling. Very disappointing experience.

I tried to shop at this dealership and it was awful!!! They would not tell me a price, they just kept asking how much would I be willing to pay and finally after 20-30 minutes as I went to leave some person that said he was a sales manager came and followed me out, but I asked him to leave me alone (which he did) and I left. I thought most of the games were over at dealerships, but not at this one!! Did purchase a Ford truck but did not purchase from this dealership. Again this place was awful, my only regret was I waited so long to leave!

I decided to purchase a new ford truck because I've had excellent service from Ford trucks over the years. I met my sales associate ( Andrew Moore ) on Monday and as I looked over various trucks I was impressed wth his knowledge of his product. I have been to other Ford dealerships but no one has impressed me like Mr Moore. I told him up front to answer my questions and not to pressure me and if he did those two items, I would more than likely purchase my new truck from that dealership, and use only him as a contact. He did exactly as I asked. No pressure, just truthful answers to questions I had. The rest is history. I am very proud of the new Ford F-150 sitting in my driveway. I can't say enough good things about Andrew Moore. He is honest, caring, and has a good sense of humor. I will be back whenever I need a new or used ( I know you like to use the term "pre-owned" , but it is used LOL ) truck. Thank you for the good service and great attitude!! John C

This was my first car buying experience, and I have to say that I don't think it could have gone any better. I started working with Mr. Jenkins via phone throughout the day and I felt confident enough to come in to potentially buy a truck. He helped me understand all of the terms of the purchase and was pleasant to negotiate price with. I felt that Mr. Jenkins, along with the rest of the employees I interacted with, were very knowledgeable about the car buying process and their products, which made my experience very pleasant. It was nice to see all of the employees working together to make sure that the customers were satisfied with their experience. Mr. Hicks took the time to show me all of the different features that came with the truck that I bought, and he was very enthusiastic the whole time. Mr. Humphrey was very pleasant to work with through the financial process and I was very pleased with the fact that he explained every detail to me and sincerely wanted to make sure that I knew exactly what I was getting. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at this dealership and I will definitely be recommending them in the future!
