Was here in August. We did buy a vehicle. Came in already approved with Capital one up to $35,000. Lacey who took care of our paperwork, getting all our info in the system, and getting us keys so we could test drive the vehicle was awesome. However a month later we are now receiving letters from banks and financial institutions that our credit was denied. Four to be exact. Our credit is a work in progress as it is. We do not need FOUR HARD inquiries on our credit for no good reason. Again came in pre-approved with Capital One. We were not going to be financed with any other company. There was no need to even run our credit with anyone else, much less 4 different places. Aside from the fact that the price of the vehicle online was around $26,000 when we got there it jumped about $3000. By the time the papers were signed it was up to $31,000 there abouts. After interest and everything with Capital one our total is close to what we got approved for, and our payment about $150 more than we were hoping to pay. That being said, the vehicle we got is very nice and in great shape. Had less than 50,000 miles, is a 2015. I would have left my review as a five star if not for the ridiculousness of unnecessarily repeatedly running people's credit.

Service department was quick and easy. Ms. Lacey was amazing ❤. She even stayed after close time just to make sure I was set up with my truck she sold me. Unfortunately with it being past 8:30, the crew to clean the truck was already home, so I was offered a free clean during regular business hours. I arrived a few days later @ 9 and that experience was not as I was hoping. It took them a hour or so to "clean". When my truck was returned, I looked. Nasty! Old dust, melted chocolate on the seats and the console, and not even vacuumed. I went inside. Brought a gentleman who worked their, showed him their version of clean. He seen and understood. My truck was returned to be "cleaned" again. Again, a hour or so and it was "ready". I walked out with Lacey. Still the melted chocolate and others. 2.5 hours later, still not satisfied with the work. I spent thousands of dollars for a truck with a great sales lady, only to be put in the hands of people who obviously have no thought of how to vacuum or clean. My seats couldn't be cleaned due to their steamer being down. Service was great, only the cleanliness is questionable. Anyone who comes here, my advice is to CHECK THE CLEANLINESS, because their clean crew can't do their job.

Bought a bmw 335i. Couldn't be happier with the car or the price after it was explained to me about there pricing philosophy. They advertise the lowest price possible as most dealers do , then when you get there they add lifetime oil changes, paint protection for 5 years and LoJack for 3 years. Even with there added protection I was able to still buy the car at trade value saving thousands below retail value so I'd say they did a great job and I got an awesome deal. 👌

it is amazing how every time I go there the staff has changed. The only consistent person, in the service department is the Technician. Thank goodness for that.

Yes very helpful, I ordered a transit connect wagon 2016.Closing sale took less than an hour. They gave me a quoted price and stuck to it. They kept me informed as they vehicle was produced and made its way through the system. Best dealership in the south.

I was so impressed by the service I received at your dealership. The young man that greeted me and took my information was so friendly and made sure I knew exactly what the service would include. As I waited for the work to be done, I was asked by staff if there was anything I needed at least two different times. The work was done is a short amount of time and I was more than happy with the fees. This will be where my car is serviced from now on.

Everyone there was polite and helpful. Did not know there was a recall on my vehicle. Informed me of the recall, checked the gas tank for corrosion. Ordered the part and will schedule to have it replaced when the part comes in. Thanks!!

.....called after receiving a service special for diesels in the mail, called to inquire, was told to have it there next day at 8:00 am & that it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hrs.....dropped it off at 8:00 am and Service Manger Candi went over everything, was very nice & cordial.....1 hr later it was ready, did not really expect that....everything was super....Thanks.

My service was excellent from making the appt to picking up my vehicle. They confirmed with me what my vehicle needed to scheduling an appt to fix my door and calling me to confirm that the door part had arrived and appt. Good hometown service.

Had an issue with DPF on F250 diesel while on the road...and out of state. Had 300+ miles to get home while towing a large boat. The folks at Chiefland Ford were sympathetic to my problem and saw me right away. Their mechanic diagnosed the problem, but unfortunately didn't have the part in stock. He got the truck back to a drive-able condition and provided the codes and complete documentation of the problem for my local Ford dealer to go by. All work was under warranty and done expeditiously. You all saved me & especisly able to loan me a new loaner to get to the Summer Home on the Swannee River at Flowers Bluff Where we were Staying for the weekend. It looks like change is in the making at Chiefland Ford. I talked with the Service Manager, forget his name, but he was from a dealership in Ocala Florida helping out in our service department. He was very concerned that my every wish was accomplished. All of the service personal were very courteous. My appointment for my 2011 F350 Super Duty truck was to have it serviced. So when I picked my truck up after the work was done it was closing time and I spoke with several technicians and each was very courteous. I was impressed.My #6 rating on the above was due to recent unpleasant service while purchasing tires for the same truck. I had to take them to Santa Fe Ford to have the tires balanced. I have been concerned that management, that is the owners located nearly 100 miles away have not exercised good judgment insomuch there has been discord here in Chiefland. They must allocate authority for management at Chiefland so that business can be run efficiently and on a timely basis. There has been a great change in personnel since Mrs. White sold the dealership to the new owners. From my perspective the entire source of issues have come from a disconnect in management. Hopefully they will improve. If it weren't for Tom Frye in sales I would have taken my business elsewhere. Tom is the best! Roger H. Allen

They were great people to do business with and the best price. Their building may be alittle old but they don't have to charge as much as the Dealers with new stores. Think about that before you go anywhere else. Clearly professional people in sales, service and bodyshop, they do great work.Keep your business local.

My truck buying experience was excellent. I stopped in to check out the selection of F150's as I was wanting to trade in my 2008 F150. Todd greeted me immediately and was very knowledgeable of the entire inventory. I told him my criteria for the purchase, and was pleasantly surprised when the truck I picked out was completely within my budget. I got more truck than I was expecting to purchase and couldn't be more happy with my new purchase. The entire staff got us thru the process and by the day's end, my wife and I were the proud owners of a new truck. This makes my fifth F150 since 1993 and my eighth Ford overall. I have a 2011 Toyota Corolla and I came in for an oil change and also had my tires rotated and the service took a little longer than I was told it would take, but other than that it wasn't bad. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Better think twice before driving all the way to Chiefland, FL. Apparently sales people within the same dealership are "not connected" and have no moral obligation to their word. After working out the details between my credit union and getting a buyer's order processed, I took off from work to drive two hours to Chiefland to test drive and pick up a car. When I was on my way, I was called and told to "hold on" because another customer was looking at the car. I was forced to sit in a rest stop off of I-10 to wait and see what was the result. Not only was I not contacted back, but after about 40 minutes of waiting, I got through to a manager who finally connected me to the salesperson to let me know the car had already been sold. "It's not my fault, another saleperson did it", the guy said. A complete waste of my time and money taking off from work. Salespeople here are ruthless.

Ordered 4 tires for my Mazda6 they where the lowest price for a set of 4. It took less then 3 hrs to have them mounted and all wheel alinement done. Great job by Gary and the service tech.
