Professional, courteous, hard working people. They did everything they could to get us into a car. Very smooth operation. If they cant get you approved; (IMHO) no one can. Go there now , and buy your car, tell them Don Holt, and V sent you. You wont be sorry. This is a full service 5 star operation. Wonderful experience,; will buy another vehicle from them again. Had the BEST experience with the service techs! We were visiting from SC and the onboard computer from our Jeep Grand Cherokee decided to quit working correctly. The only thing the computer accessed was the back up camera. Even when you turned the car off, the computer screen stayed on. This would have been a definite battery killer...but thanks to the WONDERFUL technicians, they were able to reset the computer and it has worked perfectly since then. I want to mention that this was on a Saturday afternoon when most places would be closed, but Chiefland Jeep was open and were able to get us on our way with no trouble. I can't thank you enough for taking us right in and working diligently to correct the problem. Our vacation was saved by two wonderful young men working the service department that day. (09/18/21) They had such a great attitude and was willing to do whatever it took to get us back on the road. I wish I would have caught their name. Would highly recommend this dealership!

So I got a new vehicle. I built it online and took my printout of specs to Chiefland Dodge Chrysler Jeep. They ordered it for me. I got updates along the way of production. EVERYONE was amazing. If you want to get a new vehicle go there. My salesman was Lou Moll. He worked with me for at least a year while I was looking. I was all over the place. Looking at used cars and coming at him with random stuff. I cannot express his level of professionalism. I am a manager in the hospitality industry and he was before. He absolutely recognized how valuable my time is and took that in to account every step of the way. I absolutely love my vehicle and would recommend Chiefland Dodge and especially Lou Moll. Thank you Chiefland Dodge Chrysler Jeep. If you are looking go there and ask for Lou Moll.

Ed and I stopped by just to look at used trucks. We were very cordially met in the lot by salesman Lou Mull. Lou taught us a new experience about car/Truck buying. No high pressure. Just good knowledgeable information. He made our purchase as easy as possible from beginning to end. He followed up with concerns we had and before leaving on vacation with family he assured us all matters were taken care of. Lou your the best. Thank you

Can not say enough positive things about this dealership! From the time I called to the time I left, keys in hand, I felt I was being treated fair and kind. Terry Kelley was our salesman. A true gentleman and kind soul. He spoke with his manager and held a car for my husband and I to make it from 2 hours away to the dealership. The manager was laid back and a pleasure to meet. The finance gentleman Dwayne was fun to work with and honest. Truly each person we encountered while at the dealership made us feel welcomed. The car is exactly what we wanted. Thank you to everyone who helped us find what we were looking for in a van. You all are top notch!
