I stopped by Ed and Sam after my work van was at the end of its life. I am a plumber and it is a busy season for me. I initially went to a larger franchise Chevy dealer and thought we had a done deal until their games began with price hiking and adding so many things to my deal that we never even agreed too. Then came Sam & Ed at the Chicago Auto Network. They had a wide selection of affordable vans. The van that caught my attention was the same year with half the miles and better shape than the chevy dealer. They gave me the best price after asking once. We agreed and 30 minutes later I drove home with my new van and 2 hours later I was back at work with my first service call. Don't get fooled by some of these big fancy dealers. Chicago auto network is a hidden gem and family operated business run by brothers who are honest and ethical. It was the Easiest auto shopping experience I have ever had.

Inquired on a vehicle online since I was flying into town. But nobody reached out to me. I had cash on hand. Maybe they're busy selling too many cars .

My previous Lincoln was totaled driving to work one morning. Thank god I was okay but my poor Lincoln was beyond repairable. My insurance gave me a rental for and my search began. I kept looking locally and couldn't find a Lincoln with low miles and all the features I wanted. My rental was only covered for a few more days so I kept expanding my search and found one at Chicago Auto Network. I spoke with Ed, he was friendly and accomodating. I asked for additional pictures and they promptly emailed them and sent a carfax history report. He answered all my questions about vehicle and found some shipping quotes to send car to Virginia . I never bought a car sight unseen and decided to fly to Chicago. Ed was able to pick me up from airport. When we arrived at dealer it was love at first sight and everything was above my expectations. The paperwork didn't take long and they were able to provide me with registration permit so I can drive home. It's been 3 months and I love my car. Thank you

I needed a affordable car for the kid. They had a Toyota Camry we seen online and we decided to stop by on my day off. Car was as described as pictures were. We test drove and 45 minutes my son was driving his new car home. It's a local family owned business. Real easy transaction , and we are very happy with purchase.

I was looking to replace 2001 Cadillac Eldorado ESC which was totaled due to semi rear ending me. Loved my car. Looked online and found Chicago Auto Network's site Wednesday afternoon. Found a 2002 silver Cadillac Eldorado ESC and emailed to get more information. Sam called me back very promptly and we discussed the car. Sam also said they had another one in Pearl. I emailed on Thursday to see if we could see the car. We came down August 27 (Thursday) and were greeted by both Sam and Ed (twin brothers). Ed showed us both cars and left us alone to look at and discuss. They were not pushy but extremely helpful. We decided to consider the silver one with 40k miles and one owner. Ed went with me to test drive the car as I was not familiar with area. He was so nice to talk to and never pushed for a sale. When we got back decided to buy it and negotiated the price. Ed was willing to adjust price and we closed the deal. I have a new used car in great shape with low mileage. My experience with Ed and Sam was super. They are professional but very pleasant. Their cars are as described online. For young guys they are very mature businessmen. I came from Sturtevant WI but definitely worth the trip. Love my car. Thank you both, Sam and Ed, for a great deal and great car. I will have this car for many years to come.

I had recently began looking for a 3rd gen 4Runner and located one at Sam and Ed's dealership. Their website was spot on about it's condition and amenities when I arrived to look at the vehicle. I was immediately able to take it for a test drive and then allowed to bring it to a local mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection the following day. Everything checked out perfectly so I decided to pull the trigger on the purchase. This was the best part of the deal as I felt zero pressure and pretty much like family. Ed was great, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Chicago Auto Network in the future.

Sam and Ed simplified the car buying process. Dealing with them is like family. Last year I came with my mother who purchased a Lincoln Town car she just loves. It's a relaxed laid back environment. No pressure or pushy salesman. Well tax refunds came and we decided we wanted a affordable car without the worries of a car payment. We just bought a Pontiac Bonneville for my wife and after buying a Jeep a couple weeks ago for my daughter. Couldn't be happier.

My experience at Chicago Auto Network was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Sam was a genuine person and very helpful. After I bought the vehicle he went out of his way to personally drive my new vehicle to Schaumburg to deliver it and he followed up with a replacement switch for my power mirrors and shipped it to my house even though the vehicle was sold "as-is". I would highly recommend Chicago Auto Network to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. Sam...thank you for your customer service!
