I have had a number of bad experiences with Service departments in other dealerships in CT. It’s hard to trust after that. I drove past Chevrolet of Milford and decided to take a look. I asked about their Services and mentioned my previous experiences. The place is spotless and welcoming. The Service department has become one of my favorite places to visit. To this day I have never been disappointed. Their Service team is top notch. They are warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive. The Service manager always goes above and beyond in any way he can. He is very involved with his staff like a manager should be. My kids love coming with me to my Service appointments. They treat you like family. Needless to say, there’s no other place i will take my car too.

I just wanted to acknowledge your employee Sean Glynn in the service department. I have been going to a terrible Chevy dealership who couldn't fix an ongoing issue with my car for months. Sean made the entire process smoother and with less hassle. He was able to diagnose my vehicle along with a master tech who finally fixed the problem. Not to mention a loaner was provided so I could complete my daily tasks while my vehicle was being repaired. Not to mention he was very knowledgeable, efficient, patient and very professional. He kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle while it was being repaired. I will recommend him to my fellow Chevy owners for future service. The sales department is wonderful. The service department on the other hand is horrible to say the least. Our vehicle was dropped off the night before our " scheduled appointment." We did not receive a call informing us #1) Whether it was looked at and what the plan was #2) They would be keeping the vehicle overnight. Between my fiancé and I, we called 5 times (LITERALLY), left 3 messages and was promised a call back by two different people. Let's also keep in mind this is the THIRD TIME the vehicle is back at the dealership for THE SAME PROBLEM (transmission). Here it is, 3:15 the day before the holiday, just spoke with the service advisor to be told "the technician drove the vehicle and doesn't notice a problem.' ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! So now, instead of being with family tonight we have to go to the dealership because they have an incompetent technician. I DO NOT recommend ever having your vehicle serviced in any way, shape, or form at this dealership. The service department has to get their act together. Inconsiderate and unacceptable. If I could rate them a zero, I would.

Will Zee was great! He was honest, very thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience from start to finish. Even after I drove my truck off the lot and sale was complete, he still continued to follow up to make sure I was happy. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Chevrolet Milford, especially Will and Oscar. I highly recommend any one in the market for a new vehicle, GO TO CHEVY OF MILFORD!!

I went to this dealership with a car and two prices in mind: the price I really wanted to pay, and the price I figured I would end up getting. Well after a test drive and only a tiny bit of finagling, I ended up with the car I wanted and exactly the deal I was hoping for. I love my new 2016 Chevy Spark, and Jose was super helpful getting me exactly what I needed to have me drive it home the same day!

We were long over due for a new car. When we brought our 2012 Colorado in to get serviced we spotted a Chevrolet Trax in the lot. We said that is the car for us. Since we had dealt with Salesman Randy Toth prior to this, Randy was only to willing to help us with our new purchase. Randy went out of his way to assist us in ever step, so that we were able to purchase the Trax Randy went through all the mechanics and showed us everything that we needed to know since our new 2016 Trax is full of much needed technology.Thank you Randy we are enjoying our new Chevrolet Trax.Also, a big thank you goes out to Jack who handled all our paper work. I traveled down the road searching for the perfect vehicle, when I stepped into the Chevrolet of Milford Dealership. The salesman asked what I was looking for and didn't waste my time on showing me something I was not interested in. which was a refreshing change. He led me to the truck I was interested in, showed me several models, colors, sizes, price range and let me test the truck I was interested in. He explained all the features this truck had to offer and how everything worked. I would also like to mention the man who answered all of my questions in a way that I would understand unlike other dealers when I signed all of the papers. He was extremely patient with every question I asked. He acted like he really cared that I understood everything. Overall I would rate this experience as Excellent Customer Service and I would recommend this dealership to all my friends, family and strangers.. You should be proud that you have these two fine gentleman working at Chevrolet of Milford. I would like to thank both of the gentlemen for the Excellent customer service they had given me as I now own a 2014 Chevy Equinox. Thank you!On my way out I was getting ready to get into my truck when another customer asked me if the truck was an Equinox and I told her "yes". She said she had just bought one as well and stated " the customer service here is fantastic, they don't try to push you into something but make you want to buy a new vehicle" I agreed with her. We went to Chevy Milford in 2013 and had a great experience so decided to go back after our lease was up this year. We ended up purchasing a used vehicle this time around and within 24 hours the vehicle started experiencing issues. We immediately got in touch with Joe Capozzi and Ryan Savage and they were excellent. They had us bring the car to their service center and they brought it to the correct dealership where it was under warranty for us. That dealership was unsuccessful in identifying the issue and as a result we decided that we did not want the vehicle. Joe and Ryan were extremely understanding and genuinely cared about us and the safety of our family. They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make us have an exceptional experience. They were extremely accommodating and understanding of our needs and we were able to purchase another vehicle of the same value. I would recommend working with both of them and we plan to go back the next time we need another car. A situation that could have ended very poorly for both parties was turned into a positive experience. Thank you Joe and Ryan for helping us out and your dedicated focus on your customers, we sincerely appreciate all that you have done!

I called about the car after seeing it on google, went in later that day to look at it and ended up getting it that day thanks to Jose! When I stopped by to pick it up Brian showed me all the features and everyone was able to answer any questions I had. Jack was very helpful with finalizing everything before I took the car home! Although it did take quite a bit of back and forth, I was able to get the lease deal I wanted. I worked with Jose, who was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He patiently searched out the details and information I needed, and in the end was able to make the deal I wanted. I would recommend him, and the dealership, to anyone.

Purchased a used car from Zee Chevrolet of Milford that turned out to have a huge supposedly "unknown" problem! We were given the CT state mandated warranty of 60 days / 3000 miles from the date of purchase. We started noticing a problem at under 3000 miles and reported the problem to this dealer at just over 3000 miles (4-1/2 weeks) from time of purchase. They would not cover our repair! Nicest guys in the world until After you buy the car! Don't believe it!It should be noted that there was not one shred of evidence to suggest that any pre sales service was done to this car. The oil was like dirty tar-sludge. Chevy of Milford should at least change the oil before they sell a 30K dollar car!

When I saw the car on the internet, I contacted the Chevrolet dealer and a call back was received within 48 hours. Followup is key so far after getting the best rate and negotiating with a new salesperson who if not knowing what to say, found out the answer through someone in the dealership detailed in the knowledge.

He stayed in contact with me with updates for the arrival of the car to the dealership. Will is a pleasure to do business with and the transaction was handled smoothly and quickly. I made an appointment with him for the day of delivery, something I recommend if you are buying a car or truck because this is a busy dealership! Will and the finance Manager, Jack, handled everything effortlessly and professionally and gave me a fair amount for my trade in. I was referred to Randy at Chevrolet of Milford by a friend who highly recommended him and I was most definitely not disappointed!! Randy was a pleasure from the moment I met him and within minutes I felt like I was dealing with a friend not a salesman. I cannot compliment him enough- honest, straightforward, helpful, and genuinely interested. I was purchasing a Chevy Trax for my daughter as a Christmas gift and Randy went out of his way to accommodate my needs for vehicle pick up and helped with every step of the process. I walked in last Saturday afternoon to look at a used Corvette. I dealt with Ed Sanchez. The car wasn't the color I was looking for, but because Ed didn't pressure and let me take my time, the color grew on me. I drove away in it the following Monday. I am in sales myself and was good to be on the "other side" for a change. Ed handle the transaction very professionally, with great knowledge and just went with the flow. It is the same way I treat my customers and the same way I wanted to be treated. Jack did a great job going thru and explaining all the paperwork during the closing. My wife and I had such a wonderful experience when purchasing our 2015 Chevy Suburban at Milford Chevrolet. The staff was courteous and attentive, but not pushy or overwhelming. Our salesman Brian was great! He was able to answer all our questions and anything he wasn't sure on double checked to find us the correct answer. He was very helpful when reviewing the vehicle, helping us setup our on star account, he did everything; soup to nuts service. 5 star for sure. Every time I go there they treat me like family, they are very friendly, listen, and are very thorough. They give me the confidence that my vehicle is in good condition and safe to drive. I don't think I have ever had such a good experience at a dealership. Vinny and Jack were excellent. Vinny knew what I was looking for a found me the perfect car. The process was smooth, fast and simple. Everyone was very personable and I was out of there with my new GMC Terrain in about 3 hours! They even helped me clean out my trade in vehicle AND put aside the items I forgot in my rush to clean it out! I would recommend them to anyone and already have!

My husband and I purchased a Chevy Suburban in 2012 from the old Milford location. It was the best vehicle purchase, by far, the we made as we traveled extensively with our chilldren for travel soccer. We were open to different options and went to several dealers- Subaru, Nissan, Toyota and other used car dealers. We had an appointment with Nissan at the end if the week. I thought we would end up purchasing there as my husband and daughter had made recent purchases there. I was unaware of where the new Chevy location was and only saw it when we went to the Nissan Dealer. I went in to the Chevy Dealer the Wednesday before my appointment to see what options they had. Joe Capozzi greeted me and asked what he could assist me with. I did not expect to purchase a car without my husband present. Joe assured me that I was in good hands if I chose to make a purchase that day even though I disclosed that we had an appointment with Nissan. He listened to everything I told him I was looking for and he showed me the different choices they had. Ultimately, he helped me make my decision to choose the Chevy Traverse. It was the best fit for my need as I had the Suburban and wanted to downsize but not to too small a vehicle. Joe was not only knowledgeable, but he made me feel like we had known each other for a long time. He was engaging and we had good family conversation but most of all, he gained my trust early on. He asked for the business and after a short conversation with my husband by phone, we shook on a deal. I never made a car purchase on my own and never thought I would. Joe made my experience a pleasant one and in just a couple of days, I was driving my new car. I am so happy with the service Joe gave me and I would not hesitate to recommend him and Chevy of Milford to anyone looking for a great car and excellent service.

Paul is nothing less of a gentlemen. He is courteous and always informs you of the progress of your vehicle. He goes out of his way to make sure you feel at home and feel like you are a member of the Zee family when I go in for service. There were some issues out of the control of Chevy of Milford in getting the product needed to complete service for my Spark. Although it was not their fault, they did everything and more to accommodate my time and the successful completion of the job. As usual, Chevy of Milford put the customer first and this is one of the reasons I continue to do business with them.

WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE, when I am treated like Royalty upon walking in the door! The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! I live nearly 25 minutes away and I pass MANY dealerships and auto mechanics on my way to Chevy of Milford and YET, I bring my car to be serviced there. I did not purchase my car at this particular dealership, (I wish I had) but, I wouldn't get my car serviced abywhere else! Timeliness and friendliness go a long way with me and I receive both each time I bring my car to be serviced!

Milford Chevy has performed maintenance and recall service on my 2015 Chevy Colorado two times now. From being very flexible and accommodating to my work schedule for my appointments, to staying in touch with me during the time the truck was at the Service Center - to performing quality work - I have been very pleased and will continue to use their service department.

I received an email to remind me to get an oil change about a week before my "check oil" light came on. What great timing! I made an appointment for a Saturday morning and got a tire alignment and new wiper blades as well. It took just under an hour.

Jack and Steve were very helpful, I am the type of person that does not want to wait around playing games, they were very straight forward with me and got me in and out within the hour. After that my husband and I had left there with a brand new 2015 Chevy Silverado pick up truck. This is why I only come to this dealership. They told us upfront what to expect and what we were getting. I never got that "car dealership" feel at Milford Chevrolet that is associated with buying a car. Everyone from the receptionist to your salesman to your finance team where absolutely amazing.Our salesnan Brian was professional, easy to talk to and extremely helpful. We looked at other vehicles outside of Chevrolet and we didn't feel the salesman really wanted our business. Brian followed up with a simple email after our test drive thanking us considering Milford Chevrolet. Such a simple email but really spoke volumes as to who really wanted our business. Thanks for such a easy going, impressed and enjoyable buying experience. Will definitely recommend Milford Chevrolet, Brian and everyone there to our friends and family!

The service I have received till now has been exemplary, however, when I purchased the vehicle in june/July 2014 I also purchased CilaJet coverage. My wife and I were both told that if we ever got any scratches or chips etc. On the paint, to bring the vehicle in and it would be taken care of. Now I'm told that it only covers very lite swirl/buffing scratches. If I had been informed of that I never would've purchased the coverage. Things like that I can take care of as I've been an aircraft detailer for over 20 years. This has been the only low point in my experience with the dealership.

My car a silver 2011 Chevy Aveo, has been at the Dealership now two days 655 Bridgeport Ave Milford, Ct 06460. I primarily bought it in there with the ignition cylinder lock being an issue to be replace because the key was stuck in the ignition I was quoted a price of $356 including labor parts and diagnostic fee. I was able to physically drive my car there on monday 7/12 so I had no battery issues. The day before sunday 7/12/15 I had a mechanic and firestone, and a car locksmith advise me that the issue was the ignition lock cyclinder that my battery and everything was ok just make sure the radio goes off to not drain battery. So sunday I left car all night at home made sure radio was off and took out the starter. The next morning I put starter in the car and drove my functioning car to the location no issues with battery at all or else I wouldnt have been able to drive it there. I parked my car at Chevy of Milford told them the issue and was given a quote to fix car of $356. Andy drove my car around the back and left my car in the AC position for over 24 hours and drained my battery Andy did not call me all day on 7/13 and today 7/14 I had to call both days and now all of a sudden I have to pay for a battery of $139 when the battery was functioning fine and allowed me to drive it there. Again the day before I dropped it off three auto specialist told me that my battery was fine. A battery is good for five years and come NOv 2015 i would have only had my car for 4years. I should not be responsible for paying for that battery when I drove my functioning battery and car to the shop no jump or nothing my car started up and drove fine no stalling no nothing when Andy moved my car, he did not ensure my radio was off therefore leaving my car radio running in the AC position for over 24hours draining my battery and costing more money and not calling to let me know anything about my car by taking down the wrong number. They have got to be the worst service ever.I told Andy even though my car key was stuck in there, there is a way to make sure radio went off so it doesn't drain battery andy insisted he didn't touch my car and I explained you touched it by moving it because prior to turning it over to you I had a fully functional working car that drove did not stall so how can my battery all of a sudden be no good when I was told the day before I dropped it off it was fine and I drove my car to the location with no problem it does not make sense I am not paying for something that is the fault of the facility not the $139 battery or the $120 diagnostic fee because the issue was already brought to the attention of you guys when I arrived. I am tired of this facility trying to drain me out of my money. I should not be responsible for extra laber diagnostic or battery totaling $409 of which I want a credit. My car has yet to be fixed after sitting there two days now and its an hour later and Andy has yet to call me this is ridiculous. Worst place ever never get your car here or go here for repairs. Getting an oil change scheduled takes weeks sometimes no one ever calls you back and they try to find stuff to charge you for you dont need this is my second bad experience with them

I was sent a mailer that when you call convincing you that you won something worth going to dealership to pick up . I also made an appointment a day ahead to avoid waiting for a sales person. Both worked opposite ! I was at dealership for 5 -6 hours and had to wait until next day to get a quote of monthly payment and credit score for my daughter. Also everyone that came for the mailer for the whole day received $5.00 Walmart card. They also had a junker 10 year old Pontiac Grand Prix for $5k that employee sales Steven said he had on his list for $8,900.00 . I told him it was listed on internet under the Chevy dealership for $5k. Steven told me that I was not leaving with that car for $5 k. My. Daughter and I took the car for a ride anyway. The car pulled to the right and did not have good pickup and go that a 3.8 liter should have. We took car on highway and it vibrated through steering wheel. Dealership wanted to add charges as if it was pre certified it is not at best it needs new tires they are cupped on both sides inner and outer from lack of rotating every 5k miles and needs tuneup and all new rubber including hoses and pressure hoses for brakes , all fluids replaced and brakes, new rotors for front because when testing brakes at different and steady loads they felt warped. The last is when I asked why they didn't have a corvette on display ? Their response was that Milford residents don't have money and in a disrespectful way asked if I would buy a vette ! My daughter and I don't believe a Chevy Cruse is worth $351.00 a month for a 2 year lease !

So he put his plant supervisor on this job.( my engine light on ) Come to find out I had a bad value in the engine. I went there on a whim looking at trucks, and they just so happened to have the one I wanted... The purchase process was a bit long, but normal in timing. All of the people working there were courteous, kind, and always concerned on my comfort. Shortly after purchasing my truck, it had a fault, brought it in to service and tho busy they got the job done.. it was a last minute drive in with no appointment, they had a driver take me to and pick me up from work, gave me a loaner, and fixed my truck beautifully... I love Chevy of Milford as they are accommodating, and a great place to buy and service your chevys.

shipping for a Chevrolet Traverse we decided on one at Milford Chevrolet primarily because it was certified pre owned and added an additional year warranty. I emailed the dealer and was quoted a price and they touted what a great deal it was being a certified used car. My husband went to the dealer and agreed to the purchase price from our emails, and asked them the details of the certified warranty program after the deal was signed and completed, suddenly they couldn't certify the car unless we paid them more money. We have dealt with a lot of great honest dealerships in the past, this is certainly not one of them.

Knew what I wanted and had previous experience with their excellent service team. I've been a Chevy guy since 1993. Shopped many local Chevy dealers to price my ZL1 but since I was using GM Supplier discount their wasn't any pricing difference. I had to think what sets these guys apart? I new I liked their service dept (shout out to Paul). Then there is the free loaner when dropping off vehicle that's very convenient and wash and clean too. Did a lot of "talking" to Vinny on the internet prior to coming in and he was very attentive along with Ray working to build the vehicle. Can't be happier with the dealership and the ZL1 is a head turning convertible black on black on black (body rims and softop). Thumbs up boys!

If you're looking for a car anywhere in the area, this is the place to go. I moved from NYC to the New Haven area on a Friday night and basically needed a new car by Monday. I went to quite a few dealers on Saturday, but kept running into the stereotypical car salesman that had only his best interests in mind and didn't really have all the answers.Not here. From the time we walked inside, Will Zee was extremely helpful and he knew his stuff. Any question I had about the car I was interested in, he not only had the answer but was ready to back it up with paperwork and further explanations, if need be. When it came to the buying process, there was absolutely no pressure and they really did work with us to help get the price more in the range we were looking for.As for the finance department, Jack did a great job of breaking everything down and making it pretty straightforward.To top it all off, I wasn't going to be able to pick up the car until Tuesday -- and the people who had helped me move were leaving town on Sunday night. To help rememdy the situation, Will actually offered to come pick me up at my house on Tuesday, about 20 minutes away from the dealership, so that I didn't need to worry about renting a car for a couple days.All in all, it was a great experience and one you wouldn't necessarily expect when going through the car-buying process.

I had a mishap last week that destroyed the passenger-side mirror on my brand new 2015 Chevy Silverado. Ouch! I stopped by Chevrolet of Milford the next morning to inquire about getting a replacement. They got the new mirror in the next day, and installed it on the first day that I could leave the truck for service. What a relief. My truck looks great, just as it did before. They listen to what your looking for and how to make it work within your budget. They do not stop until you are totally satisfied. Then they set up a pickup date and delivery that is floorless. The dealer answered all my questions and showed me all operations. He never once rushed the presentation. Bill Sam is a great General, Vinny Zupo the Dealer and Jack Dinuzzo (the fine tune) on financing. Nobody works harder to satisfy and meet your needs than Chevy of Milford. I buy on an average of 2 vehicles, every 3 years. I first visited Chevy of Milford in 2012 and bought my first vehicle. I am back and bought a 2014. I will be back at the end of 2015 for another vehicle. Also, they have a Service Department that stands up to any.

I was in the market for a used 2014 Silverado. I Came across one I liked at Chevy of Milford via Autotrader. The moment I received a e-mailed back from Eddie Sanchez, I knew from his level of professionalism that he knew his stuff and that he would eventually get my business. Though I had some hurdles at first, the team at Chevy of Milford came through, especially because of Eddie's willingness to go above and beyond. I bought a brand new Chevy Sonic and was completely satisfied with the low key no pressure to buy from the salesman. I just brought my Sonic in for the first oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Making the service appointment was easy and they took the car in right away. I appreciated not having to wait to make the appointment. The Service Department is excellent. I bought a 2015 Sliverado 2500 Duramax recently and I had an absolutely fantastic experience. Vinny Z (sales) and Jack (finance) were a huge help and made this purchase as easy and simple as can be. I had to bring my truck back to have a chip in the paint repaired and everyone invloved were extremely helpful - even Lynn the receptionist was a huge help in coordinating my truck coming from the body shop to go to service for a recall to get it all taken care of in one day. Also need to mention Andy in service - I had brought in my 2007 Silverado for service and when I found out the cost of the repairs it prompted me to trade it in for the new truck. Andy was very patient with me and really helpful. An outstanding experience overall. If I left out anyones name I apologize because anyone I spoke with was ready to help in a heartbeat.

paul is the greatest... Although i have been plagued by this engine light problem for 2 years now, he has stayed customer oriented and not given up on me... MotorTrend nailed it with the claim of the new 2015 Colorado dubbed "Truck of the year". I obsessed over the official announcement of the release of the new Colorado at the New York Auto Show 2 years ago and last year's release of the production model had me hooked. Needless to say they are not easy to come by as of yet but the team at Milford not only nailed it but was able to land the truck I wanted by surprise when things were looking bleak. These guys are efficient and by that they handled the Vin switch behind the scenes with my insurance Co. , took care of the mundane tasks normally associated with a new vehicle purchase , and made it a solid experience! Being a Mopar guy after having a rough experience in 2000 with GM I gotta say its leaps and bounds ahead of what GM was some 15 years ago and the Dealership is markedly better 10 fold starting here!

This is my 3rd Chevy but my first time purchasing at Chevy of Milford. I had a wonderful experience with Eddie Sanchez. He explained everything about the vehicles I was interested in....he really knows these cars in and out. He let me drive the two cars I was interested in and never felt and pressure to buy one over the other. I knew the moment I drove my Cruze that it was the one. We did the paperwork that day and I picked up my car the next day! There was a rush...my 2004 Impala with over 200k miles was on her last legs. The finance manager was excellent as well. He explained everything fully and up sold me on the products and warranties I truely needed. I Will 100% buy there again and refer all my family and friends.

My experience was great from start to finish. Parts gave me accurate and detailed pricing, Andy at Service returned my phone call, also gave me accurate pricing, fit me into the schedule, and set me up with a great loaner car. The technician that worked on my car actually discovered something wrong with the car that another dealer had completely missed. It was straightforward: we negotiated and agreed on a price, the contract reflected the agreement (no added fees or "etched vins" post deal), I picked up the vehicle as agreed with no delays, they detailed it and had it ready to go, and everyone is happy!I dealt with Tim Lonergan, salesperson and briefly with Bill, the manager. Both were motivated to sell, but no sales pressure or bait/switch. In fact, I appreciated that Tim gave me a ride from the train station (unprompted) to pick up my vehicle!Very pleasant experience and I will use again.

Bought a 2008 Chevy Tahoe from Ralph LaFragola & Roger . Could not say enough about how easy the sales process was. Was a little leery about purchasing a used vehicle but in the reconditioning process the dealership made sure the vehicle was a 100%. For instance I pointed out a couple of things with the tires and brakes that were corrected however during the process the dealership found a small leak in the air-conditioning hose. I know if I had bought it else where even for a better price this sort of thing would of somehow been missed if you know what I mean. I'm not one to write these types of things but felt that good about the purchase to let everyone know. See Ralph and & Jack and they will take care of you

In the last month or so, I've received 3 Safety Recall Notices from General Motors regarding various issues with my vehicle. On the afternoon of November 13th, I called Chevrolet of Milford attempting to make an appointment for these repairs. A woman picked up and asked where she could direct my call. I requested "Service." I was put on hold for a minute or two and then the same voice came back on the line. She asked me point blank "Is this about a safety recall?" I responded in the affirmative and she asked for information about the recalls, specifically the Safety Recall Numbers. After giving her this information, she informed me that all recalls were "handled by Michael" and he doesn't work past 1 pm. She suggested I leave him a voice mail and transferred me to it. I left a detailed voice mail including my name, contact details, car model and Safety Recall information. 24 hours later, I have still yet to be contacted and have since made an appointment with a competing dealership. It seems ludicrous to me that a GM dealership would have only 1 part time employee capable of setting an appointment for Safety Recall service. I'm inclined to believe this dealership simply didn't want to perform the required service. This point is only hammered home by the fact that "Michael" didn't bother to contact me the next day. I'll be avoiding doing any type of business with a company like this. If they can't be bothered with servicing safety recalls from their own manufacturer, how can I trust they'll be honest about any other repairs?

This was a wonderful experience! Everyone was great, helpful, friendly and patient. It took us an hour and a half to get to this location but well worth the trip. Jack Dinuzzo was great and very thorough explaining the process and conditions of the loan and did everything possible to accommodate us. Vincent Luongo was great helping us and showed us all the features of the cars to get us started. The detailing on the used cars was excellent! Vincent Zupo was friendly and helpful showing us the cars. We would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

I live over an hours drive from the dealership so before making the drive I wanted to be sure where I stood. I decided to take the drive and the truck I wanted was waiting at the door for my inspection. Ralph was every bit as professional in person as on the phone and within an hour the final details were in place and the deal was done. He showed me how all the options on my truck worked and got me set up with onstar and the mylink system. Both of which Im impressed with but that's another review. All of this is enough to make me recommend Chevrolet of Milford but it only got better. the last new vehicle I purchased from another dealership came with a quarter tank of gas. when Ralph said let me have the shop prep your truck and fill it up they did. A full tank of gas for a full size pickup with the price of fuel. I bought my vehicle at Chevrolet of Milford and have all my service done there. The most recent time was my car was not running problem with going into reverse. The work was done in a timely manner with me not being inconvenienced they gave me a loaner car. The staff from sales to receptionist to the service guys are always helpful and very curtious. I have been going there since 2011 after I purchased my camaross For recalls and went yet again on friday for another one. The dealer does an excellent job of fixing what the factory messes up. I also have a 2014 silverado p/u which has been to milford chevy to fix alot of factory mistakes and for schedule maintenance and I drop the truck off for the appt. and pick it up on time the service people always have it ready when promised. I also have made appt. where I drive in and wait and those are always quick and easy

Go see Eddy Sanchez! He came in considerable lower than two other dealerships. He completely takes away the need to painstakingly go from dealership to dealership trying to get them to lower their prices. He walked me through every feature of my vehicle and though its brand new and hasnt been serviced yet, he introduced me to the service staff when i purchased my new silverado. Cut to the chase, go see Eddy to get the lowest price youll find right off the bat and you dont have to deal with a high strung salesmen. At Chevy of Milford it was an enjoyable experience and il go back and see them again when i get sick of my new truck.

I liked that the salesmen did not immediately approach you upon pulling into the lot. After having some time to look around a very nice salesman by the name of Randy approached and offered to help. The dealership had a nice selection of new and used cars. They were willing to negotiate. I was able to pick up the car within 48 hours. They did all of the registration work. The car was clean and detailed upon pick up. The salesman spent a good deal of time going over the car and all its features with me. There was no problem with financing.

Stopped in for my" Pit Stop" service on Sat. morning 7/12/14. although it seemed very busy and there was only one service rep. I was in and out within an hour. While I was there I had a coffee and watched cable TV in their air conditioned customer lounge and was called to pick up my vehicle before I actually finished my coffee. Great service guys!!!

I would like to take a moment to praise the excellent service we received from Chevrolet of Milford. Our engine light had gone on and we took our HHR immediately to the Dealer. ( we had a huge problem with this car on our way to Florida, the engine light went on and we brought the HHR to a dealer in Florida and it was the head gasket that had gone ( car had 44,000 miles on it and unfortunately was not under warranty) so when the engine light went on we panic thinking oh no another Hugh problem. Fortunately, it was the gas-cap, which needed replacing. We had to leave the car there so we decided to have them also do an oil change. We were given a loaner car. When we went to pick the car up the next day, the part for the HHR ( recall ignition) had come in. How grateful were we that the dealership fixed that also without us having to make another appointment. Totally would recommend them. P>S> The Dealer we had purchased the car from new had gone out of business.

My husband and I were in the market for a new truck and Chevrolet of Milford had the best pricing in the area. I called ahead and spoke with Vincent in sales to make sure the truck was still available before coming down. By the time we got there, he had the truck pulled around and the paperwork in progress. When the interest rate came back a little higher than what we expected, they called and got it lowered for us. They did a great job meeting our budget requirements. For what is usually a tiresome and painful process, the guys at Chevrolet of Milford got us in and out. It was by far the best buying experience I've had at a dealership.

I was under pressure to find a new vehicle quickly. Ed, the sales person went above and beyond to inform me as to the various models of Camaro available and then quickly locate the vehicle I was looking for. Upon arrival he patiently sat in the car with me and went through all of the car's options. Jack, the finance manager made the buying experience easy. Through the use of a tabletop computer we explored the various car and finance options, signed the necessary forms on the actual computer screen itself and then printed the forms. I found both Ed and Jack to be very personable and knowledgeable. They made the buying experience stress free and I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Chevrolet of Milford.

I needed some warranty work to be completed. I was given an estimate of time to complete the work. I was called back later in the day to confirm the warranty work and to ask about maintenance work that was addressed in the past but not performed. I elected to have the work completed and I was given an estimate on cost and time. Each time I spoke to one of the two service personnel (Paul and Jeremy) they were courteous, very friendly and professional. I picked up the vehicle within the estimated time frame and paid a fair price for top quality parts. I sadly find some people gauge the price on parts and service when they are not comparing similar quality products. Outside shops will in many cases use inferior quality parts which may wear out sooner or even worse sacrifice safety. You're not necessarily getting what you pay for when you price shop!

My husband and I have talked about getting our next car there when I am ready to trade mine in. I have had two rentals there when my son's car has been in there and I really liked the way both rode. The good service techs at Chevrolet of Milford helped in an outstanding manner on April 5th. My Chevrolet Impala LTZ needed immediate attention due to a sensor malfunction that reduced driving speed. I drove my car to Chevrolet Of Milford where I was promptly taken care of. Jeremy, at the service desk was very helpful and truly sympathetic toward my issue. He re-assured me the car would be serviced as soon as possible. I was given a 2014 Impala loaner to be used during the time my car was being serviced. As I was leaving, Carl Brescia the salesman who sold me the car came out of the showroom and was also very sympathetic of my issue. This latter on made me feel confident that a salesman really cares about you. The car was fixed and the repair was paid by the warranty. Carl again was present when I was given my keys. I was told by Jeremy the exact problem and what was replaced and was given advise on my next service appointment what the car needed to have done. I was glad he took the time explaining all these things to me. Vanessa and Carl told me they did a multi-point inspection of my car and this also made me feel very assured that everything was checked on my vehicle. I never experienced people who honestly cared about your car as much as the team at Milford Chevrolet. As I was leaving, the receptionist Lynn even remembered my name and said goodbye to me. I feel like I'm part of a family at Chevrolet Of Milford.

We had about given up hope. We were hoping to find a good pre-owned car within a very strict budget after our current thirteen year old car had broken down beyond a reasonable financial capacity to repair it. Having already dealt with Chevrolet of Milford, I was already familiar with the exceptional level of service that I would recieve. Ralph, my sales associate just may have had the easiest sale of his career, I couldn't decied between the three Silverados with the American Luxury Coach package, he made the right call and showed me the black one first. As soon as he pulled it up in front, I knew that I had to have it. We promptly went out for a test drive. I left a deposit that day. Jack handles all the paperwork, He walks you though it, clearly explains each form, sets you up with the financing, extended warrenties the whole nine. Everyone that I've dealt with at Chevy of Milford has always had exceptional customer service. There is more than one reason that I've switched my Chevy dealer to them, I currently own four Chevrolets, they make great cars, & the best trucks on the road. My seat belt would not retract due to incorrect use. Without an appointment, the service department sent (I think his name was Tony) out to check the problem. He removed the seat belt and restored it to the correct position. Very pleasant to deal with, as was the manager who sent him to check it out.

There was one thing that I found that was not a major issue but would like fixed. 1. My sirius XM free 3 month subscription is only the select package. I have / had in my old vehicle, which I traded in, the all access package. The sirius xm people told me to get my 3 months free, which why would I turn this gift down, I could not upgrade to my original package because the contract with the dealership only allows for the select package and they could not pro-rate my account and just give me a credit for the 3 months. Which during football season and as a Steelers fan is a big problem. I purchased the all access package in order to get all football games on the radio as well as MLB etc...... But the select package does not have NFL games. So now for three months the remainder of the football season I am without football in my new truck. The only other option which was given to me by the sirius xm customer service was to contact the dealership and have them upgrade my 3 month free trial account to get the NFL games which they told me that the dealership can do this and would have to call there provider to do so. And that in consideration of spending the thousands that I did on my new vehicle they did not believe this to be a problem for the dealership to do this for me.I guess I will see if anyone actually reads these things and maybe someone will follow through and set me up with the sirius xm package that I want.P.S. From the moment I expressed interest in the Dodge to the dealer each and every person with whom I had contact with did all they could to make this sale happen for me. I expressed my needs in a monthly payment they met it and did all they could to make sure that I was able to stay within my budget. They went out of their way to guarantee satisfaction and their sales and knowledge of the vehicles was outstanding. The financial manager explained in detail my options available to me and took his time with all the paperwork making sure I was clear as to what I was signing. I purchased two cars from Milford Chevrolet this week. An Equinox for my wife last Sunday and a Cruze for myself today. The customer service was fantastic. Both Randy and Jack exceeded our expectations with the customer service they provided going above and beyond. Randy was not only a fantastic to deal with, but also has become a friend of the family. Randy even called this evening to see how my daughter was making out in her softball game. Everything with the purchase of my Equinox from Chevy of Milford went smoothly. Selection was great, and they had more to choose from than anyone else around. No pressure sales. I was able to test drive as many times as I wanted to. I wasn't bothered in the days to follow while I thought about which vehicle I wanted. Steve was so helpful during my car buying experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and I wasn't pressured into buying additional options or packages that I didn't want. While the exact car that I wanted wasn't on the lot, Steve worked diligently to track it down. He kept in constant communication and let me know where we were in the entire process. As for price, I am very focused on keeping monthly payments down. I was pleased with the rebates but that seems to get wiped out when extra warranties and leather protectants are added back into the price.

I was uncertain about purchasing a car and planned to "just look". Mark Adelman greeted me with genuine courtesy and showed me the cars I within my potential price range. Mark asked what I could afford and showed me vehicles I could afford. I was impressed by his product knowledge. He was honest, credible and made me feel that he was not pushing me. I told him the dealership was my first stop and that I planned to visit other car lots that day. After driving the Malibu, I agreed to come back and he gave me his card. I left feeling stress free but informed about the vehicle and my options.I did not have the same experience at another dealership which helped me decide to go with the Malibu at Milford Chevrolet. After looking through the sales lot, I concentrated on a particular Chevy Siverado. Within a minute or 2, my girlfriend & I were greeted by Steve. Knowing what I wanted, we went to the office to "talk dollars." His price was approx. $750 LESS than another dealer I went to, so I agreed to purchase another vehicle in stock with EXACTLY the options I wanted, I receieved the truck Sat. morning, drove it for the weekend, but found the VIN on my paperwork did NOT match the VIN of my truck! A trip back to the dealership Monday mornig and within an hour, all numbers matched.Steve showed me his paperwork and ALL was correct. A clerical error after he submitted his paperwork had created th error/problem. This is the ONLY reason I rated "Quality of Work" as "OK" and does not reflect Steve's performance in any way. He is very friendly, courteous, and knows his veicles. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.My buying experience was terrible overall.My sales person was great, very helpful and professional and that's where it stopped.I asked the finance manager Jack Jr, he calls himself,if he could correct my middle initial on the contract from a W. to my correct initial and he corrected it with a pen and assured me that everything would be fine that the bank would make the correction and that there would NOT be a problem.Well that was over two months ago and my initial is still showing up on my account long-in as a W.This is not good because this will now appear as if I have applied for credit under another name and will be reported to the credit bureau as such.All because the know-it-all finance wiz was in too much of a hurry and/or to cheap to use another contract and correct my initial as I asked him.I contacted the bank last month and after talking to three different people I got in touch with someone who assured me that they would at least remove the incorrect initial from my account and that still has not happened yet.There has been no change, I am still looking at the wrong initial all because of a fast talking finance manager who couldn't wait for me to sign the contract and get me out of his office.Don't let this happen to you.If there is a mistake on your contract however small you think it is STOP everything and do NOT trust a fast talking ignorant finance manager who yes's you to death! I'm not happy.

I have visited this dealership several times and the service they provide is wonderful. I originally purchased my vehicle from this location although i lived closer to two other dealerships in NY. However, the NY locations didn't have the vehicle that i was looking for and tried to force me into purchasing another vehicle and i did not like the way they were doing business. from start to finish the staff from the milford location made me feel at home, explained every phase of what we were doing and ensured that i was totally satisfied. I regularly get emails and phone calls from them checking on my car and making sure my service is up to date. i figured i could still go to the NY locations for service since they were closer. After receiving extremely poor service, very bad customer service and even being overcharged for work i decided to visit the CT location again. they were awesome! every person from the time you walk in just made me remember why i purchased my car from them and they always make it a good experience. It is worth it to me to drive 45mins when i need something done to my car and i want it done right. That distance is worth driving for great service.

I went to this dealership on a recommendation even though I have always owned Dodges. Will was my salesperson and he was fabulous very friendly and curtious I told him what I wanted to spend and he worked with me to get what I needed. I had a problem after two months while I was driving my engine light went on I called Will and he told me to bring it right in. I brought in my car and he sent me over to service to Paul. I sat and was offered coffee Paul came out a while later and told me it was a sensor that went bad they put in a new one and I was on my way. It was obvious when I arrived that the service department was busy but they still tended to my needs and took care of the problem. This is the kind of customer service that everyone should give. We are very pleased with our customer service experience from Milford Chevrolet and Ralph Lafragola. From the moment we got out of our car in the lot we dreaded it. Our past experiences with car salesman have been less than desireable. Well, not here. Ralph came out and greeted us within a few minutes and asked politely if he could help us in any way with a nice smile on his face. We told him what we were looking for and why. He was very patient while showing us different models of the Chevy Cruiz while we took pictures of each and sent them to our son whom we were buying the car for. He was we felt very straight forward and honest when we asked certain questions which was much appreciated. When we finally decided on a vehicle he gave us the bottom line price. No haggeling or game playing from these people. We had already done our homework so we knew what price(s) we were looking at. We had our son bring his vehicle in immediately for a trade. Within minutes that was done and we came back the next morning to pick the car up. Ralph made sure my son's cell phone was paired immediately with the Bluetooth in the car then showed him and us all the bells and whistles it came with and how to use them. Thank you Jack in the finance department as well! We are already thinking of our next car purchase from Chevrolet of Milford and Ralph.

Drove to the dealership in my 2002 suburban with 325,000 miles on it, in search of a possible replacement. Will, my salesperson, listened to my needs and concerns, and assured me that the 2013 Silverado ext. cab would be the right new vehicle for me. After going through all the components of the vehicle with me, i agreed...with the help of the GM, and the FD..a deal was made. Ive given the highest ratings because the dealership staff exceeded all my expectations, and my new Silverado is working great for me!

I was pleasantly pleased with Vincent 's patience, knowledge and honesty. He knew I have some restrictions health wise & was in pain. Vincent offered to bring the cars I was interested in to me instead of me walking to each one. I can honestly say, no one has ever offered that to me before and I was extremely impressed. Vincent listened to all of the requirements I was looking for and provide me options to choose from. When I brought the car back to be detailed, he made sure the car was perfect, he even sent it back for the inside detail done to be corrected until it was perfect. He then took time to answer my questions and go over the car again with me. Vincent Luongo went above and beyond to ensure all of my needs were met. We have bought two cars through them one when they were owned by Saab and one under Chevy. We were happy with our service on the Saab but I was given the run around on repair work for our Saturn. The service department assumed that my repairs were not covered under the warranty we had bought which cost us two grand. I ask the service guy if he had called the warranty company to check if our problem was covered and he said he did. He lied to me and in the end if I hadn't called the warranty place myself I would have been left paying for the work they did myself. If your in the customer service business you should go the extra mile for your customer and not just assume something isn't covered. I will never buy or service another car there again.

I must say, i went into this dealership not expecting to come out with anything. I was honestly like most people. Scared out of my mind, sweating bullets, ext. As soon as i met with Carl outside, i told him exactly what i was interested in, and we were off in a new 2013 Chevy Cruze LT test driving it. The process was smooth and laid back. He did not make me feel pressured one bit to do anything i did not want to do. After i made it clear i wanted the car, we ran the process, he went over my different payment options that were available to me, and i chose what i wanted to do that best fit my needs. After all that, i went home for an hr, and like that, i talked with Carl and i was approved through a bank loan for the new 2013 model. When i came back, i sat down with Jack, the finance guy, and everything went smooth. No pressure, although, i felt just a tad pressured into getting the "gap" insurance. I recommend to anyone, really let him explain the gap insurance in full, really think about it, and decide. I only did it as a peace of mind, and you will see what i mean. Although, he did do what he could to try and make it as least expensive as possible. I was very appreciative of that. Next thing i know, my new plates were put on, reg, insurance, all done in like an hr flat and i was off in my new car on the SAME DAY!!! Very pleased with this dealership. No waiting, no going to DMV, very smooth and quick process. Its so nice looking at my new Cruze in my parking lot now. Very happy and pleasant experience.

I went in on last Wednesday to check out some SUV's and today I am the happy owner of an Equinox, LT fully loaded because of the great service I received by the sales person Anton Smith and financial person Jack Dinuzzo. They just made it a very comfortable hassle free environment where I felt like they were taking care of my best interest. I had previous experiences with dealerships before and even when the salesperson works with me others do not follow through. With Chevrolet it was a different relationship from the start I went into the dealership and encountered friendly people who let me explore and take my time deciding what I wanted to do. However the options were so good that I could not pass it up.They followed up with me on Friday as planed and even over the phone were able to accommodate my needs in a new vehicle. The fact that the Equinox was available with a 4 cylinder option helps my fuel consumption and allows me to get everything else I wanted in a fabulous SUV.On Monday when I went to pick it up they accommodated my inquiries and schedule they even offered me a better deal on protections on my car that my insurance company could not offer to me. Peace of mind and safety is invaluable to me since I am always in my care and I feel safe in my new car thanks to the dealership that Bill Sam has in Milford. Finally, I was given an introduction to the car and even around the dealership so that I can feel at home when I come to service my car. All around the best car deal I have had thus far.

We came to the dealership to find out if we would qualify to buy a new Silverado. This was a very big purchase for us, and we were nervous and intimidated. From the moment we walked on the lot, Anton made us feel very comfortable and at ease. He answered our questions, let us drive the truck, and took the time to ease our fears about the process. We went forward with the application, and were introduced to Jack DiNuzzo, and Bill Sam who were both as equally helpful as Anton. Anton met my wife and I right away as we were checking out SUV's, he asked questions about our needs and listened to our interests very intently. From this information he recommended we test drive the Traverse. He also provided great advice in helping us with our current lease trade-in options and research. Over a many month period (before and after meeting with Anton) we explored other SUV's and different dealers. Ultimately it was not the Traverse (although we do really like it) that made our choice for us, but the interactions and service we received from Anton and his manager Roger. It was these good experiences in comparison to the lack of good experiences we received from competing dealerships, that drove us to our ultimate buying decision. It is in our experience that car shopping can be very time consuming and it's hard to trust a car dealerships motives, so it is the relationship with the people involved that makes the difference. We highly recommend building a relationship with the staff at Chevy of Milford for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Ed was a nice person to deal with. He got things going pretty quickly. I was in the process of taking a trip and he went out of his way to try to get the truck prepped in time for me. He even had them throw in a brake change because of the distance that I was planning on driving. When they start mass producing hover cars I might visit this dealership again but until then this truck is a keeper.

We were thinking of trading my trailblazer in for a new Traverse for more space. Upon talking to Vinny L. we priced our Chevy Colorado and found that this would make the most sense to trade in because of the value of the truck. Vinny was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the vehicle and financing etc... We were very pleased with him. Jack also helped us with the finances and was very helpful as well. Needless to say we ended up buying a new Traverse and a new Equinox. (It was not the initial plan but I totalled my trailblazer a day before we took the new traverse and needed a second) Jack and Vinny did everything possible to help us get the most for our money! Last week I purchased a Comaro 2SS and it was one of the best experiences I have encountered in buying a new car. The sales person Anton was professional yet polite, efficent, and most importantly not aggressive. After the test drive, negotiations took place, and at no time did I feel pressure in making a decision on the spot. As with any significant purchase, a customer needs some time to make a decision, and Anton provided me that time. In addition, working with the business manager Jack was also very seemless and enjoyable. It is safe to say that I purchased the car and took delivery on it in less than a week. My experience with Cheverlot of Milford was a good one and would recommend this dealership.

It is my first time buying a new car, so I was skeptical about the outcome. I've heard plenty of stories with unfortunate results. It turns out Edward fulfilled all of his promises. Edward is friendly, kind and did not hesitate to answer all of my questions. He promised he would be with me throughout the entire process and said that I could call him anytime with any questions, always. I was impressed with his loyalty. Then, there was an issue with a fuse block in the car. I was a little upset but the fuse block is covered under the warranty. I tried to go to a dealership closer to my home, but they were critical and less than helpful. Edward said he would help me with whatever I needed. I decided to take the hour drive just because they treated me like a person. The service employees were also very nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. The part was ordered right away and it was taken care of in less than an hour. I was prepared to spend a few hours there but they finished early. It was a pleasant experience for me and I would recommend Chevrolet of Milford to anyone.

From the time I walked in to Chevrolet of Milford, I was treated extremely well. Carl took the time to show me different vehicles and answer all of my questions, without being pushy. He tracked down the exact vehicle I was looking for.Jack took the time to explain, in great detail, the paperwork and financing for my new truck. Both gentlemen were friendly and helpful. I have never been treated this well at a car dealership before.They even showed me the service area and introduced me to the service manager.There were no hassles, no attitudes and there was no stress involved in purchasing my new truck.The final purchase price was great. being our first NEW car,we lookec around and then went to chevrolet of milford to look. The day was right after my hand surgery and when we pulled into the lot,Mr.Sanchez was getting some air. We asked about the equinox and he showed us the vehicle. he saw that i won't be test driving it and we asked alot of questions. he was very helpful with all our questions. we told him when i can test drive the vehicle that we would call him. never pushy or aggressive with the sale. A fwe week later we called and test drive the vehicle and fell in love with it. with that we purchased the equinox and 3 days later picked it up. we would diffently reccommend Mr. Sanchez and chevrolet of milford to anyone that is looking for a new and/or used vehicle. This was my first time buying a car, so I assumed that I would be pressured into making certain choices by the salesman. To my surprise, my experience was just the opposite. Carl Brescia, the salesman, was very fair and honest - and made me feel very comfortable. I was able to ask a lot of questions and drive the conversation; and I felt like I was just as much in control. He was very friendly and accommodating. Roger Rathbun and Jack DiNuzzo also dealt with logistics and paperwork - they were very patient while my parents were trying to figure out the insurance. All three men sacrificed a lot of time to help and even stayed after the dealership closed at 5 to make sure I would be able to go home with a new car. The entire process felt very smooth and there were no problems. I was very happy with how it all turned out.

Milford Chevrolet provided my wife and I a great car buying experience. We brought our older car to the dealer for service and were so impressed with the dealership that we decided to look at replacing our car with a new Chevy. After meeting with the Sales Representative Vincent Luongo and talking with him about our options we left the dealership with our old car because we thought it couldn't be that easy and painless to swap vehicles. We went home and investigated other options, but we returned to Milford Chevrolet and met with Vinny again. His no pressure informative approach with us set our minds at ease and let us talk to him as if he were our close personal friend. He was very patient with us as we thoroughly went over our options for a few days. Each time we visited the dealership we could see that Vinny was busy, and he always provided us with excellent service and a true professional attitude. I went in to look at a Cruze, at that point not knowing if I would end up with a Chevy or Dodge. Randy came out to help me. He had all of the information I needed and more. He asked questions such as what I would be using the car for, (in my case work) do you do a lot of highway driving (yes mostly)....I took it for a ride, we went on 95 so I could get the feel of how it handled on the highway. When we got back, he took the time to show us (my husband was with me) all of the features. What I like about Randy is he did his job but was not pushy. I shut down when someone gets too pushy and I am out the door. Of course he wanted us to buy the car and was doing a great sales job, but he didn't make the experience an uncomfortable one. I have been to other car dealers over the past month to check out other makes and some turned me off right away.When we went to pick the car up, Jack was the one I needed to work with to sign papers...He was friendly, and got everything done very quickly. I had my 3 year old grandson with me and quick was important. He explained what each paper was and which envelope needed to stay in the car and which needed to go into a safe spot somewhere. Randy once again got in the car with me and we went over what I would need to know about the car before leaving. He even put on a Kids radio station that my grandson loved. We had trouble getting the phone set up and he went and got a younger "kid" to help us out. I wish I remembered his name because he was great too, and also, as did each person, told me if I had any troubles to just call or come back and he would help. Randy called the next day, although I wasn't home to make sure all was well.As you can see, I was very pleased with the service and so far so good with the car also.

Many people including myself usually dread the car buying experience. I have to say, of all the new cars I have purchased, I have never experienced a more comfortable engagement than that I have experienced with Chevrolet of Milford. I was in the market for a Camaro with several specifics that I wanted in my car. Found a few dealerships that had close too what I want. Found Chevy of Milford to have EXACTLY what I wanted. Based on the outstanding reputation of the Zee Auto Group, I actually bought my car sight unseen. Nobody would ever do that. I was extremely confident in the ability of the team at Chevrolet of Milford (whom I never met before), and was not disappointed. They were all very thorough in their explanations of equipment on the vehicle. There was a mark on the hood from bird droppings that they immediatly buffed out. Unfortunately for me, there were 2 dings on the passenger side door that neither I nor they noticed. I found it when I pulled into my garage back in Massachusetts. It was a 3 1/2 hour ride each way to/fro the dealership, and not going to be worth the trip back to have it fixed. I will have to pay for that myself. I am sure they would fix it, but that is too much travel time.Dealing with car dealerships as a rule, you are immediatley cautious. With this group, you can be calm and relaxed knowing they are there for you.

I had been emailing with Will about leasing a Cruze. He had emailed me back with prices for the different amounts of mileage allowed. I went down on Friday and spoke to another salesman (I'm sorry I do not remember his name). He showed me the car and stated that Will would be in tomorrow(Saturday). On Saturday I went down with my wife and saw the other salesman and he guided us to Will. We all went for a test drive, taking turns driving. We went back and he put the numbers together and we leased the car. We met with the financial person(I'm sorry again for not remember his name, but he has 4 daughters) we signed the paperwork. We returned later and picked up the new car and went home. It was all very easy.

Our car buying experience was excellent. The first dealership that we visited gave us incorrect information and left us scratching our heads. Anton Smith gave us accurate information and went out of his way to ensure that we know all about the features of the vehicle. There was no high pressure and took the time to tell us why we should consider Chevrolet of Milford. The price agreed upon for the purchase of 2 Malibus was what we had hoped for when we visited the dealership.With both vehicles needing hand controls, Anton offered to assist in getting the vehicles to the installing dealership which was a great assistance. He stayed within my criteria and found me a truck that surpassed all of my expectations. He was very personable and did not try to get me out of my price range. The truck is like brand new and the price was outstanding. This is the first time I have ever had to finance a vehicle. They made the process quick and easy explaining everything to me. They told me the few things I needed to bring and took care of the rest. I told them what I was willing to spend and they actually were able to keep my downpayment and monthly payment less than expected. Jack took care of all of the financing. I have had the truck for a few weeks now and it runs outstanding. I couldn't ask for a better experience or get a better result. We were in the market for and purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Milford Chevrolet. Carl was very accomodating on our initial visit, pulling the car around for us to sit in and look at while he was finishing up with a previous customer (i.e., we weren't sitting around waiting unnecessarily for him). He was knowledgeable about the car, even though it was used and not a chevy/standard model that he dealt with on a day-to-day basis. He was also fair in the final pricce he offered. Upon our second visit to purchase and pick up the Jeep (the next day!), it car had been cleaned and re-checked by the service staff. We were also pleasantly surprised with the finance officer (don't recall his name now) and received a great loan rate and no pressure to purchase any additional warranty coverage that we felt was unnecessary on, of all things, as used Jeep with low mileage. All in all a very rewarding sales process.

Everyone we dealt with at Chevrolet of Milford was helpful and friendly. Our initial email requesting information was answered within minutes and followed up with a phone call. Our salesman, Carl Brescia, had the car we wanted to test drive ready to go when we arrived and answered all our questions without being pushy. There were no games or hidden costs and we were given a very competitive and fair price. As we were about an hour away and had to come back to pick up our car, Carl had our car ready for delivery and contacted our insurance carrier for us. We financed part of the purchase price and Jack Dinuzzo had all the paperwork in order and explained in detail everything that we needed to sign. Dealing with Chevrolet of Milford was a very pleasant experience and we would use them again to urchase a car and highly recommend them without hedsitation.

This has to be the best dealership in all of Connecticut. To be honest, we first went to Bobs of Milford and the service there was horrible and they made us feel bad for not even buying a car. From the minute we went into Chevrolet of Milford, we felt like we were at home. Eddie was absolutely fantastic. He knew everything about the car we wanted to get (2012 Cruze) and answered every single question we could think of. Jack is the ultimate person to deal with when it comes to finance. He was sincere and caring. Everyone at this dealership was great, considering we brought our 18 month old son with us. Five star service all the way around at this top notch dealership!

"Why this rating was given".Carl Brescia did an awesome job with the details and helping us with the purchase of a Certified used car(2012 Impala LTZ) for my parents. He was very thorough in helping my parents to understand some of the options located within the car, due to it being the LTZ package(a lot of bells and whistles that they have never encountered before). My parents were very impressed with his patience, and detailed description and were even more impressed, when he stated that if they had any questions or did not understand how something worked that they could come back and he would demonstrate it again as many times as needed(and he meant it). My parents and I felt very comfortable. There was no pressure at all in the purchase of this vehicle. Also part of this rating reflects, due to when we sat down with Jack Dinuzzo to go over the finance portion of the purchase. His honesty and helpfulness added to the experience to make it that much better. Already getting a great pre-certified car with a warranty, we opted for the extended GM warranty (coverage for a total of 7 years/75,000 miles from when the car was manufactured). The car will be serviced to include free oil changes for the next two years by Chevrolet of Milford. I am sure the service department will meet our expectations in the future. These individuals helped our experience to be a good one. And as a member of the Armed Forces I appreciate the dedication to customer service these individuals have provided. I would recommend to anyone, purchasing a vehicle, to go visit Chevrolet of Milford in the future. Thank you.

This is my 3rd time buying a car from a dealership and by far buying a car at Chevrolet of Milford has been the best car buying experience I have had! I stopped by after doing my own research on the internet as to what used cars they had. I walked around the lot taking a look at several cars for about 15 minutes without ever having a sales person on top of me asking me questions! Now, if you've ever been to a dealership then you know that at MOST of them, you can barely step out of your car without a sales person spotting you and hounding you! I LOVED that this dealership wasn't like that at all!! I actually initiated the interaction with a sales person after going inside to ask for some help finding a specific car that I saw on the internet and that is when I met Carl. What a pleasant and very helpful sales person! I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I was looking for, what I was hoping to do with my current car and where I wanted my payments to be. After sitting down with Carl and having a very honest converstion, he went above and beyond to do his best at getting me into the kind of car I wanted at a price that I was comfortable with. When I say above and beyond, I say that because when their dealership didn't have the car I was looking for, in the price range that I needed, Carl found one at another dealership 20 minutes away, that was available, and had it brought into Chevrolet of Milford for me to see and test drive. After working with Jack to get the numbers where and I wanted and needed them, I bought the car! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family! Chevy of Milford had just the car we wanted at the right price. Their service was personal and helpful, but they didn't treat me like a no-nothing. They respected what I was looking for and weren't pushy. The car was serviced and double checked for any issues, at which time they made last minute replacements of the catalytic converter and the battery. My satisfaction was clearly their top priority. John went out of his way to help our son pick out his first truck which he is very happy with. Jack was very patient and helped me get a loan and answered our multiple questions with a lot of patience and compassion. We were extremely happy with the used vehicle selection at Chevy of Milford. Edward Sanchez was very personable and was not pushy or pressuring. We were able to very easily obtain an appropriate trade value for our existing vehicle and Jack DiNuzzo worked the financing options to get us a great rate and extended coverage protection plan. The dealership was extremely clean and organized, we toured the service department, scheduled a followup visit for 30 days and Edward took the time to thoroughly go over all the options of our new "used" vehicle (including pairing our cell phone and activating our On-Star system). Overall we had a great experience and look forward to working with this pair of individuals in the future.

Told hime what I was looking for and from the moment I spoke to him, he was very friendly, very receptive and open to dialogue. NEVER did I feel the "SALESMAN". We all understand cars are to be sold, but that pressure, salesman mentality is not for me and never did they seem threatened by me doing homework before actually taking the step of going in. Yesterday I went to look for a car to be leased. I had spoken to Tim Lonergan prior to making an appointment, and he was helpful and took his time talking to me. When my daughter and I arrived at the dealership, I requested Tim, and he immediately answered my questions, took interest in what I was talking about, and then arranged for a test drive of the Chevrolet Cruze which we had discussed by phone. I was never inconvenienced, the car was brought around front so I didn't have to walk all over the lot. After the test drive everything moved smoothly and efficiently as far as signing paperwork, having charges explained to me and getting the car the same day after they had it cleaned. I was introduced to the owner who I was very impressed with.I can't comment on the service end of it yet because I just got the car but am very impressed with how quickly they got everything done. Both Jack DiNuzzo and Bill Sam were very friendly and answered any questions I had.

The customer service we got at Chevrolet of Milford was the best I ever had at a car dealership. They gave us our space while we were looking outside before approaching us to talk. The sales force is extremely helpful and friendly. Anton personally called me to confirm a meeting we had set up. Anton also called to ask if we could push back a meeting so we would not be waiting for him. I personally have never had a salesmen call me asking to push back a meeting. That act right there made me want to buy a car from them. They are extremely helpful and do there best to get a price that both parties are comfortable with. They even showed me all the maintenance reports to show how safe and reliable the car was. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

I came back next day and made a few changes to what we wanted and there was no problem just lets see what we can do and that was great. Found car and put down deposit. And yes we purchaaed car Malibu lt1 with options. The car is great the purchasing experience was good. Anton told us if we had any question to e mail, text or call him. So far we are doing ok.

I had to bring my car to Chevy Of Milford for 60,000 mile service. I was greated by Tim in the Service Department. I explained what was needed and some additional problems I was experiencing. When I picked up the car the next day, I met Matt the technician who explained what problems were found and what had to be done. I am very pleased with this dealership. The gentleman who sold me our car, John Abriola, was professional, courteous and diligent in trying to find us the car we wanted under a tight timeframe, since they didnt have the exact vehicle on their lot. The manage,ent team we dealt with when negotiating the deal and signing the contracts were competent and fair. I've never completed a new car purchase so smoothly and quickly. It was a pleasure.

My experience with Chevrolet of Milford was exceptional. I was greeted on multiple occasions by friendly staff. We were able to decide on a vehicle that met or exceeded my expectations. The price range was a bit high and negotiations were few. They did throw in some extras for me to soften the blow to the pockets. I appreciated that they were up front with pricing, and when I arrived to sign documents the price we agreed on was not just the same, but lower than what we talked about, thank you Chevy of Milford!

We were shopping for a new car. The search came down to Chevy, Ford and BMW. After doing all the research available via the internet and making several visits to dealers there was only one choice, Chevrolet of Milford. Please know, we visited several dealers representing each car maker and Chevy of Milford came out on top each time. The factors involved were: straight forward discussions with the sales rep, John Abriola. Answerer all questions, no fast talk, no let me talk to my manager the price he gave day one was the best we could find from all of the internet car hopping sites. When it came down to the finial details Jack Dinuzzo got involved and again straight talk, all costs remained the same. I highly recommend shopping this dealer and ask for John and Jack you will not be sorry.

My husband and I bought a 2012 Malibu LT this past September but it took me almost 3 months before I finally rated the dealer and its staff. My reason was that I wanted to be sure the car we bought met or surpassed our expectations - and it did! I am happy with my Malibu especially with all its perks and features. The remote starter and blue tooth are awesome! On Star really made my day! I love it! I always brag to my officemates and friends about my "talking" car! And speaking of overall rating, Chevrolet of Milford is outstanding. Edward attended to us for hours until we finally got the best deal in town. He is one hell of a sales rep! He really knows what he is selling! Experience-wise and one who possesses a combination of talent and service with a smile, I would like to rate him a perfect 10 even if the highest score is 5. That is how impressed I was with this guy. The good-lookin' General Manager whom I forgot his name (Tim or Bill??? whatever!) did his best to work with our budget so that we could get the car we chose. He is friendly, dignified and honest. The experience we had with this man was astonishing. Jack, as always the last person to appear after sales are finalized, processed our documents efficiently. I would always come back for my car services, deal with the staff again if ever I need to replace my car in the future and recommend Chevrolet of Milford to all my family and friends. By far my worst experience EVER trying to purchase a vehicle--staff were downright rude and sales manager was a disgrace. They look for ways to hide fees and then pull the rug out from you. I was looking to purchase a $41K Suburban, we agreed on everything after many emails other than their ridiculous $499 admin fee to fill out some paperwork. Said they would take $299 if I gave them my credit card?? I told them I would commit to come down 2 days later with check in hand (had to test drive vehicle first), they sent me an email saying "Suburban has been sold"! If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would highly recommend that you stay as far away from this dealership as possible. In my situaton, they actually sold the vehicle to someone else (or likely lied about it) after we had essentially closed the deal and then had the nerve to send me this additional email after voicing my displeasure:Subject: Looser (Yes, the GM actually called me a "loser" in the header of the email, but he can't spell--classic). ..."I couldn't resist the oppertunity to tell you myself I am thrilled that someone other than yourself recieved a great deal on a vehicle from my well respected store". Bill SamGSMI can't speak for the other ratings--only from my experience. Trust me, they don't deserve your business. Find another dealership!!

The individual sales person I dealt with was Edward Sanchez, and he was both very helpful and pleasant. He worked very hard to fit me into the vehicle I wanted at a price (and terms)with which I was comfortable. I appreciate his exuberant attitude and professionalism. Another individual who assisted greatly in finalizing the finance end of things was Jack Dinuzzo, and he too was genuinely interested and very helpful. Jack really knows his stuff and is also very professional. All-in-all I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated, and in fact everyone I encountered at Chevrolet of Milford treated me like a preferred customer.

The description of the vehicle was great, the showroom and lot were meticulously maintained, and Will was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was scheduled to be out of the office that day, but took the time to come meet me and talk about the vehicle. He was quick to address my concerns and questions - and importantly, when there was a question he wasnt sure about - he took the time to get the right answer and come back to me - which I really appreciated. I was so impressed with this dealership that I went back and bought a second new vehicle. Randy went through all of the options in my Equinox again, although some were very similar to the Malibu I bought; and he helped me to set up OnStar. He corrected all of the issues because OnStar showed the vehicle registered to another person, and he made sure they were corrected. Jack processed all the financials seamlessly and quickly. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service I received, and how respectful they were to me. I will recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues. This was such a positive experience, and now we have two beautiful vehicles. Thank you.

I had driven a Chevy Equinox a few years back, but my lease was up and unfortunately at that time, Chevy was not offering leasing as an option. I had no choice but to lease another SUV from a different car make. Needless to say, I was not as satisfied. As soon as my lease on the vehicle was up, I immediately researched Chevy again. To my delight I found out that Chevy is again offering a lease program. I contacted 4 other Chevy dealerships in CT, before I ended up at Chevrolet of Milford. The other Chevy dealerships in CT did not have as good of inventory as Chevrolet of Milford did. Chevrolet of Milford had the car in the color I wanted, with all of the options I wanted. I was excited to go to the dealership to test drive the vehicle I believed I wanted. I was not disappointed upon my visit, in act, I was very pleased!! Tim Lonergan, my salesman was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle; a real pleasure to work with. I met Jack Dinuzzo when I came to pick up my vehicle and this was also a pleasant experience. Both gentlemen made car buying so satisfying and my interactions with both of them were positive and fun. Going to Chevrolet of Milford and meeting these two gentlemen confirmed that I made the right decision coming back to Chevy. We came in late on a Saturday with the idea to price out the Equinox. We already had a good idea it was the car we wanted to purchase/lease from renting one on a business trip, but we wanted to know if it was financially feasible to purchase or not.Jack, our sales person was very personable, very easy to talk and put no pressure on us at all. He understood we already knew which car we were interested in, so just talked with us to work out what equipment we might need before going on a test drive. He and the sales manager, Tim, then worked up the numbers for us based on different trim levels so we could get an idea what our options were.To be honest I've purchased a number of cars over the years, both used and new, and never bought a car on the first day of visiting a dealership. However the numbers added up, the car was right, and was available right away, and the absence of any pressure made me feel much more comfortable in saying lets make a deal. No haggling, no feeling of being sold, just clear and transparent conversation. It was clear what the dealership would be giving me for my trade, how much the monthly lease payments would be, so there was no reason not to go ahead and make the deal.

I will preface this by saying that I had been to other Chevrolet dealerships but this was the best. Randy and Jack were not only the most accommodating Salespeople, they were also the most sincere (which is a rare but very appreciated quality in car sales) . Randy was upfront and honest about everything regarding my purchase and took the care to ensure that I knew everything about the car. He also worked to help me activate the Onstar, XM Radio and Bluetooth connections. I wholeheartedly recommend him for Chevy Sales. He truly is a gem.Regarding Jack, he took the time and care to ensure that I understood all aspects of the warranty as well as financing. He made sure I had the deal that I wanted and was meticulous in all aspects of it. He couldn't be a nicer person as well. I enjoyed my experience with Chevrolet of Milford and will certainly be a repeat customer based on my dealings with these two gentlemen. He was leaving for vacation the next day, but made sure we were hooked up with his co-worker Randy Toth who also took very good care of us. We had bought two cars from Dan Perkins Chevrolet of Milford and when we found out that most, if not all, of the staff from Perkins went to this dealership, we felt very confident we would get a fair deal. We really like the Chevy product, so we wanted to continue with a new Chevy, however we did test drive a Hyundai and a Kia. Both Jack and Eddie were very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with. Best part is, it was no pressure. After we looked at the Equinox, we were not inundated with follow up calls. They gave us the time to make up our minds, based on the information they gave us; I felt respected as a consumer. Once we made up our minds and chose the Equinox, they both were very professuional and just very pleasant to deal with. We will most likely be looking for a new Silverado in a couple of years and we will DEFINTELY be contacting Eddie or Jack.

The car was in "like new condition" and reasonbly priced in comparison to much older suvs on the market. One of our medium duty trucks broke down late at night while servicing one of our customers.(United Medical Systems provides portable sevices to hospitals)I looked up the closest Chevrolet dealer in the area online and called Chev. of Milford to see if they could look at this unit asap and was told no problem.We had driver limp truck there and they took it in right away and found the issuefast and had it back on the road in very little time, all with a same day phone call.Tim Antrim was very helpfull and professional would use this dealer again if the need arises would recommend them to anyone asking.

I first met Tim Antrim a few years back at Partyka Chevrolet in Hamden. Now that Tim is with Chevrolet of Milford I continue to bring my Trailblazer to him for service. Tim Antrim is always friendly and courteous. While service is being done on my vehicle he gives me updates especially when the job is extensive. I appreciate him informing me when problems are found that can be a safety hazard. He makes sure all the work is done to my satisfaction. All dealerships should have a Tim Antrim to represent their service department. Chevrolet of Milford made a wise choice when they stole him away from Partyka.

My husband and I walked in there with a list of what we wanted in our new cars, and the price we wanted to pay. Edward Sanchez did a few hours of legwork and negotiation, but his tenacity paid off. I had some problems securing a loan. Jack and Will kept on plugging away on my behalf and it all worked out with even lower payments than I expected. Will went way above the call of duty to to get me into the vehicle I wanted even to the point that he went with me to the Rest Home where my wife resides, so she could see the vehicle and sign some paperwork. This was the only dealership, and I visited 4 this week-end, that not only spelled out every item on the "out the door" price sheet but suggested that I take the sheet with me. Not only was there absolutely no pressure to buy but my inquiries were answered by e-mail during their off hours. If the service dept even comes close to their efforts, I'll be a happy costumer.

The total customer experience from my initial visit and test drive to the trade-in and purchase closing was outstanding. I was completely satisfied. Mr. Sanchez reviewed all the features of the Sonic LT model, such as the OnStar service package, the Bluetooth technology, remote starter, XM Satellite radio, as well as the warranty coverage on the vehicle. He also was proactive in contacting my insurance company which helped make the sales process go more smoothly. Mr. Dinuzzo made the final paperwork of the sale easy and quick. Chevrolet of Milford was my 4th stop while dealing with a very frustrating ignition switch problem. All other dealers tried to up sell a lot of things I knew I did not need to do. The look of frustration on my face must have been very apparent when I walked into the service department because Nick Saccomanno asked me right away how I was doing today and looked genuinely concerned when I started to explain my situation to him. He wanted to know all the details and led me immediately to Robert Buffington, your parts manager, who dealt with my issue with a "CAN DO" attitude and had my problem resolved in 10 minutes. In a world where most people are looking to avoid any situation that requires more than the bare minimum of effort, these two guys teamed up to get the job done and did not try to insult my intelligence with unnecessary sales pressure tactics.It is nice to see good people in positions they deserve to have. I purchased a fully loaded Equinox and had some hesitation about all the features and how to use them. Will made sure that I knew how everything worked before I left the dealership (no other car dealership has ever done this for me before!, and I love my new car! Ed sanchez was very accomidation from his quick responce to my email inquiry to the initial meeting. He was very informative with both our used car and new car purchase. He helped with all questions and was very accomidating in locating a new vehicle to meet my wifes needs. The whole experience was one which left my wife and I feeling like we got what we asked for (an experiece not felt before this purchase). I was nearing my 36000 mile warrantee in my 2010 Traverse and a noise started to occur in the engine. Tim was able to get me in right away and was able to put me in a rental so I wouldn't be with out a vehicle while they diagnosed the problem. Tim and the staff at the dealership were very friendly to myself and my twin 5 y/o girls. Tim was in constant communication with me about the status of my car. Thanks for making a situation with the potential of not having a vehicle turn into a positive experience. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner and we were back in our car very quickly. I would definitley recomend this dealership to others for service issues, and I will certainly bring my vehicle back there should any other issues come up. Thanks again!

I can't say enough positive things about Chevrolet of Milford. I deal with Tim Antrim and Darrin Root and find both to be extremely professional, skillful,courteous and helpful. They have gone above and beyond in servicing the warranty for my 2009 Saturn Hybrid and I rely on them completely. Whenever I have a problem, they schedule me for a service call immediately and work diligently to make certain that my car is in perfect working order. Tim always provides a car for me to use while my Saturn is being serviced and Darrin takes the time to explain to me exactly what work he has done, in terms I can understand. He is a top notch mechanic. I feel as if my car - and I - are in excellent hands whenever I have a problem, and drive away knowing that Tim and Darrin have done their best. The Service Manager took the time to research the item that I wanted installed on my vehicle, contacted me promptly, and scheduled the vehicle the next day. All of the parts were readily available and the installation was completed in the time specified. The vehicle was returned clean. I found all of the individuals in this dealership to be professional and courteous. It took a lot to get me away from Ford (20 years), but this dealership is certainly a breath of fresh air..thanks.

My experience was very pleasant and professional. I came in for service to my truck as there was a check engine light on. I had only heard of the dealership via an email that I received offering coupons for service. I had originally purchased my truck from Dan Perkins Chevy and I assume my email address was forwarded to Chevy of Milford from Dan Perkins which seems appropriate considering the former is now out of business.I certainly would recomend all Chevy owners to go to Chevy of Milford for service. I specifically dealt with Tim Antrim in service. He was polite, professional, and explained everything to me concerning the service that was to be done to my truck. He also investigated open service bulletins which one was found and the issue was fixed along with my check engine light issue. He also looked to see if I had any issues which would be covered under warranty and I did not but I appreciated the fact that he did look into it. And as previously stated the issue with the open service bulletin was fixed and I was not responible for any payment for that service as he explained manufacturer (Chevy) I believe takes care of it. Also Tim was prompt in returning phone calls and getting in touch with me to update me on the service and to tell me when my truck was ready to be picked up. Overall it was a positive and professional experience at Chevy of Milford.

I have had my car serviced three times since I've moved to CT. I have never experienced such incredibly personal, friendly, knowledgeable and fast service in ANY other experience I've had as a customer ANYWHERE! Tim Antrim, the Service Advisor, is an outstanding employee that any employer could ever hope to have. I feel like I've made a new and wonderful friend. Tim LISTENS carefully and has a genuinely caring way about him. I felt like he would go to the ends of the earth to make sure my car would get the best service possible. He is efficient, understanding and has a great sense of humor(an absolute must when dealing with people.) My wife and I were in the market for either a Tahoe or Traverse and decided to give Chevrolet of Milford a try. Our experience from the start with our Sales Consultant, Will Zoufaly, was a positive one. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever had. Bill Kaepernik went the distance, literally, to get me the car color and interior I wanted. Chevrolet of Milford had the exact vehicle I wanted and was able to answer all my questions over the phone. We negotiated a price and they agreed to change the seat color to my preffered choice. No Chevy dealer in Maine could come close to the sales price. They even sent an associate to pick myself and my Dad up at the bus station and drive us to the dealership, it couldn't have been any easier. We had a very friendly buying experience from their entire sales team. It was definitely worth the 300+ mile drive. One satisfied Equinox owner!

Geoffrey Baldwin was the original person who delt with my car sale. He was very kind and knew exactly what he was talking about. I contacted several dealers to get a quote on a new Chevy Cruze and a ballpark estimate for my trade-in. Tim contacted me and provided a written quote. We exchanged emails, and he was very courteous. Chevy of Milford didn't have the exact car I wanted. Tim looked around to see if he could find a match. In the end, he couldn't find anything, but he asked me to come by and take a look at what they had in stock. We ran numbers and negotiated on a couple vehicles, and both Tim and Bill were great. I may have been able to get a few more dollars off the price, but they provided a pleasant sales experience, and I think I was treated fairly. Overall, it was very good experience.

I have not worked with many new car dealers in my lifetime as most of my cars have been purchased used from the owners. I had the typical stereotype in my mind about pushy salesmen when I started looking at cars this time around and was pleased to find this was not at all the case with this dealer. They were if anything, laid back. Of tantamount importance was they only offered what I asked for and did not try at all to push me into a different model or car with different equipment than I wanted. Both the sales guys I worked with were fairly new to the position and the product line. This meant they were not as familiar with how all the equipment and features worked on the car but I simply view this as their learning curve and even here they were honest and up front, not trying to blow any smoke about the things they did not know. As a US taxpayer I see myself as a part owner of GM and therefor want GM to succeed. Hopefully they have lots of dealers like this that are out to serve their customers and get a GM product in as many driveways as possible!

Mr. Toth and the entire staff went out of their way to locate the particular vehicle I wanted ( which was not in stock). Bill Kapernik was very helpful in getting the lease terms I requested and Mr. DiNuzzo made the lease documentation seamless. There were no high pressure tactics utilized and the enviorment created was comfortable to work in.

Nick and Paul of Chevrolet of Milford provided me with timely and highly quality service when my 2010 Chevrolet Malibu developed a "Reduced Engine Power" problem. They were also very courteous and considerate and even provided me with a loaner car so that I could get to work. I purchased a new vehicle after shopping online for about 6 weeks. I made several trips to Chevy of Milford before making my final decision and every time I stopped by, I felt more comfortable with the friendly staff. Mike went above and beyond. He even drove the vehicle to my wife's workplace so that she could test drive it during her lunch break. This was my third time purchasing a new vehicle (first Chevy) and by far the most pleasant. I didn't feel 'haggled' and actually plan on servicing my new vehicle at the dealership. I am completely satisfied with the experience.

Tim patiently worked with me while I weighed out my options between different model cars. The Sales manager personally greeted me and helped to get me the best financing possible. Eddie, meticulously oriented me to every detail of my new car.

my visit to chevy of milford was amazing. I've never been so catered to and had every need met. My husband and I are completely satisfied with the level of service we received from mike dallas and chevy of milford. I'm in love with my new tahoe ltz. I get tears in my eyes every time I look at it. Jack in finance was amazingly helpful as well. We just had an all around exceptioal experience with this whole team. We have already and will continue to recommend this chevy dealer to everyone we know. Thank you all for making this purchase personal and above our expectations.

I own a Saturn and was very concerned when my dealership went out of business and my model was discontinued. Chevy of Milford stepped right in for all my service needs. They have even provided "complimentary" oil changes and a voucher towards extra service charges in 2011. Paul and Chris are efficient and friendly. I have been able to schedule my service appointments promplty and the work has been done within a very reasonable length of time. I highly recommend the service area at Chevy of Milford.

I was looking for a newer car than I had. I met Tim while checking out used cars. He let me look around and when I was ready I began to ask questions. I inquired about the new Sonic. He answered all my questions and then offered to let me test drive it. I wasn't sure about the car, but after I emailed several questions and received prompt and courteous answers, I decided that this was the dealership I wanted to do business with. Tim is very knowledgeable and makes you feel like you have known him for years. Jack, the business manager, was very helpful as well. I would recommend buying your next car from Tim and Jack. They make buying a new car fun and exciting.

As far as buying a new vehicle and trading in an old one the experience went well. I felt the atmosphere was laid back and no high pressure sales involved. I have had horrible experiences in past when buying a honda,ford and audi. This is the first time at milford chevrolet and actually made buying a vehicle pleasureable. They were willing to work with you on a price of fair trade. From the beginning working with Will, to the end finalizing the finance with Jack was a pleasurable experience. Hopefully the service will be as good as sales.

Overall, a great dealership with a lot of great selection of vehicles. The salesman was extremely knowledgable and the Finance Manager is one of the best I've ever dealt with in any dealership, after 40 years of driving, and that says a lot.

I searched for a used car online, i emailed the dealership and within and hour I had a quote from Jeff. SO i setup an appt for the following day at 3pm but ended up going in the same night and Jeff was there and more than willing to help and I didn't feel pressured or pushed off because I was looking for a even trade in. There was great follow up with emails and phone calls by Jeff. I came in the next day and my car was ready and waiting. Would definately recommend Jeff and Chevrolet of Milford. Thanks!

Was a very good experience, very quick. Decided on the car and within an hour we had the paperwork filled out. Picked it up the next day. Eddie explained everything in the car before we left. Would go back again.

I found Milford Chevrolet on-line while looking for a newer used car. I had a particular car in mind and I had searched a number of dealers in cluding CARMAX. I had also visited several dealerships but I was not impressed with any of them for various reasons, from being attacked by a high pressure salesman to being completely ignored. I found the vehicles I was searching for on the Milford Chevrolet website. I was impressed with the selection and the descriptions included with pictures of the automobiles. The prices appeared to be very fair and after much other research I decided to visit the Milford location.Randy was very helpful and weent out of his way to make me feel as though the dealership wanted my business. He was thorough in his explainations and answered all of my questions to my great satisfaction. We agreed on the deal yesterday (11/28/11) and I picked up the vehicle today. Upon delivery Randy took time to explain the features of the vehicle to me and my wife. I am very pleased with the experience I had with Randy and Milford Chevrolet. I would recommend Randy and the dealership to my friends without reservation. I am no kid.....I've been buying cars since 1958 and I had had experience in financing automobiles for hundreds of people, so in that light I think I know quite a bit about dealers and automobiles.Thank you;E.J.McGoe

Tim was a great salesman and he did an outstanding job of understanding and meeting all of my new car needs. He is very nice and easy to work with and does NOT use pressure of any kind. My experience started with Mr. Sanchez, he responded to my online request for information. After I had clicked on the link to Milford Chevrolet, Mr. Sanchez called me within a half hour. I really liked how he assisted me in finding which vehicle would suit my needs. After our phone conversation I visited Mr. Sanchez and he with the help of Phil, found the truck I wanted. They were very personable and knowledgable about the Chevrolet trucks. Sincere and honest was the feeling I was getting from both of these gentleman. We made the deal right then and Mr. Sanchez had me in my truck a day quicker than I expected. He also took the time to make sure I new all the features ono my new truck. This is my first experience with Chevrolet of Milford, after doing research of local dealers. I arranged with Paul Koerner, " C4C5 Specialist " to do an engine replacement on my 1999 Corvette. Paul K. spoke to his Service manager and laid out a plan for the replacement. They had a local tow service who specialized in Corvette towing pick up the car and deliver it to the dealership. The service department and Paul K. ordered the correct OEM Replacement LS1 motor. Paul K. also did an engine analysis of the old motor for an insurance review. The engine was replaced in a timely fashion and I picked up my 1999 Corvette, on 09 November 2011. Chevrolet of Milford has made this repair a very smooth transaction. The staff is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. All things considered , I am a very satisfied C5 Corvette Enthusiast. Thank you Chevrolet of Milford. Greg H.

my 1st experience with dealership was 2 months ago in the service dept .They were very kind,courteous and most importantly knowledgeable.The whole dept from manager down to service techs were great. So I recentlydecided to purchase a new silverado and thought that they deserved a chance to win my new purchase business.I did shop others that have been around for many years and ended up back at Chevrolet of Milford.I received the same great service in sales dept as I had in service.They just made the new car buying experience very pleasurable and did a little extra that was not expected. Tim Lonergan made the purchase process friendly and professional. Tim kept the communication process between he and myself at the point where I was always aware of what was happening and all my questions were answered. I was not "hounded" like some dealers do to a propective customers. I did shop around and landed at Milford Chevy. I have not had any work done to my vehicle but will continue to submit reviews as I do. On a final note, I delt with Jack and Tim's boss, all were very easy to talk to and I left with the feeling that they really did care about customer satisfaction. I will recommend Milford Chevy and Tim Lonergan to anyone who is considering the purchase of a vehicle.

With the large rebate available on the truck there was no need to haggle over price and they gave what I asked for on the trade in vehicle. The deal was fast with no stress. The shine on my truck is so nice I will try to find out what they used.

I was really pleased with the experience that i had when i purchased my car. Ed was very helpful answering all of my questions, even some questions that i would have never thought to ask. I came into the dealership with a number in mind and he was very good to meet that number and get me into the car i wanted. When i drove away with the car i felt comfortable in it and all the features in the car This was the first time that i have driven a standard car in years so he went above and beyond to make sure that the ride home was safe for me and my family. I have truly never been to a dealership like it before, it was spotless, and every one was courteous and friendly. A 5 rating doesn't cut it, absolute A+++ all around. I mostly worked with Tim during the purchase of my 2011 Chevy Silverado, but I did work with other members of the staff at Chevrolet of Milford. Tim Lonergan sold me my truck, couldn't have been nicer and make my car buying experience any more pleasurable. I worked with other departments and staff as well for various other reasons and same as Tim, I just cant say enough nice things about the staff. I felt like they worked hard at making my experience pleasurable.

Eddie and Phil really did a great job in assisting me in the purchase of my new 2011 Chevy Suburban. I can only say that it has been about 6 years since I traded in my Tahoe, and I am feeling really good being back in my new Chevy Suburban. Thank you Eddie! As for Jack, well he took took care of wrapping up all of the financial things needed to make the vehicle mine and in doing so he made that part of the process as enjoyable an experience as anyone could.

I bought my 2004 Saab from Patrick back in 2007. He was great and answered all of my questions and was very nice to work with. I often went into Saab because my car was serviced there and they were exellent. I was in the market for an SUV and wanted to go back for the same service quality as when I purchased my Saab. My new Outlook will also be serviced now with Chevy of Milford.

I was in the market for a new cargo van for my H.V.A.C buisness which currently runs 4 ford vans. I noticed Milford Chevy on my way to a service call. Istopped in and was greeted ny Timothy. He showed me a van that fit my needs perfectly came up with an incredible price and closed the deal two days later. A painless fast transaction!!! Not only did he act professional he also kept my daughter and myself entertained through the entire process of purchasing a used car.He helped me through the credit check with ease and explained each step of purchasing this car. My financial institution recommended Chevy of Milford and it worked out perfectly. Tim Lonergan was the sales rep that assisted us and the process was seamless. We meet Tim on a Friday afternoon and by saturday afternoon I was picking up my car. Never did I feel pressured into making a decision. Tim, along with the rest of the staff at Chevy of Milford were very helpful and professional. I would definately recommend Chevy of Milford and would return there in the future.
