I purchased my 1st VW at central valley VW, stress free,my sales consultant was a great young man named james miller. he went above and beyond to make my sale his priority, his knowledge was top notch and hes a great asset to the central valley vw team. cant say enough about that young man. the sales manager was kenny and he was excellent, worked with us to get a good deal and hes passionate about his job, even the finance guy was very nice and not pushy. my purchase was so good that i would buy from this team again, and i am a critical person if somethings not correct i have no problem pointing out the faults. A+ to the team

Even though we live in Stockton me and my wife drove to Modesto because of my friend's recommendation and boy was he right. When we walked through the doors we were welcomed by Danyell an Awesome young lady with a bubbly personality and I liked the fact that she was not pushy. We ended up test driving a Sonata Hybrid, an Elantra, and A Sonata Sport. I'm a courier and drive a lot of miles so we wanted the Hybrid. I did have some challenges on my credit but Domingo is the man he talked to the bank and got us the hybrid we wanted, next we met Kenneth to sign the paper work , he's a cool dude. I will say for a fact that I would only go to this TEAM for my next Hyundai. Thank you for making us feel like family

I was treated like a family everytime I visit my favorite car dealership. There are times my visit is just to take my car for an oil change, or to check ask them some questions about the new model that are coming up. Greg was the best sales man, easy to work with, he will walk you all through out the process. Domingo he's the VW branch manager I've known him from the first time I bought my daughters first car, 8 yrs ago he's out on the floor that time. He's very honest, soft spoken, humble, approachable.You would'nt think that he's the manager. He makes everyone feel comfortable.

From the salesperson to the general manager to the finance person, it was easy to get it all done. And as the title says, this is my fourth car from this dealership. I hesitate to use these words when describing a car purchase, but it truly was easy and nice. At no time did I feel pressured and that also makes it a pleasant experience. Definitely would recommend buying here.

We came in on Valentine's Day (02/14/2016) to get some information on their Hyundai car inventory. We had heard by many family/friends that Hyundai cars were very reliable, practicable and known for their safety. We had a great new sales consultant named Sergio Aranda, (in Modesto, Ca.) who answered ALL our questions! We purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonota Hybrid Limited. My Sales Associate Greg Hayes was also my Service Manager for years. He was wonderful in that capacity and better than ever on the sales side. Just text Greg on exactly what I wanted and he gave me updates on the process as the vehicle was being located. After acquiring the car Greg text me that it was ready to go and we met him the following morning for a no pressure purchase. After many VW's Central Valley VW made the process quite easy! Only qualm of the deal, which has nothing to do with the Sales side was the poor prepping and detailing of the vehicle. A few hours of detailing at home with waxing and vacuuming along with 2 extra screw holes in the front bumper should have been prevented. Kudos to Greg for his professionalism and VW knowledge!!

I only go to Central Valley auto Hyundai because the service is outstanding and the workers are very friendly. Specifically Rick Valencia goes above and beyond for myself and I witness many other customers and is honest about his opinion he has a way of making you feel comfortable and knowledgeable of what is being done to your car not just sucking out the money from your pockets. I walked in with my husband with the intent to just buy or current lease. They printed out all of the necessary paperwork and had me weigh all my options. It was better in the long run to purchase a new car and I am so happy we did. Lloyd was very knowledgeable on everything we ask and if he didn't know an answer he was quick to find one out. We bought our 2016 Hyundai Elantra on 1/7/16. We starting looking at cars on 12/31. Right from the start Greg made us feel absolutely no pressure in buying a vehicle. We usually hate the whole process, because typically car sales people are so pushy, which we DO NOT like. We have walked out of dealerships because of this. We had a very persistent but hard to diagnose problem with our Elantra, and Rick Valencia of the service department kept working with us until the problem was finally solved! The waiting area is very pleasant and always clean. This is the best dealership for service we have been to.

I didn't even want to look, I was so discouraged after looking at used cars elsewhere. I was very precise on what I wanted them to check, what I had to offer(I don't have the best credit). I was approved for a loan but it was still a big decision, I said thank you and went home. After going home, I looked over the numbers again, made a phone call to Greg Hayes, my sales guy, and asked some more questions. Woke up feeling like I was ready to make a decision, went back to the dealership and said ok let's do this, they came back with an even better offer. I was excited and so nervous about this huge decision, I couldn't show my excitement. Greg was awesome, patient, and so kind. He even put a big white bow on my car just to make me smile. From the moment Adalai our sales associate introduced herself till we shook hands and drove away in our brand new fully loaded Sonata Limited, we felt comfortable and well informed about our purchase. Adalai had great knowledge of the car and was able to convey that to us, in a very upbeat and understandable way. Prior to visiting Central Valley Hyundai, we had only a referral of a coworker about how much he enjoyed his Sonata. Upon our initial visit Adalai was able to fully explain the features and benefits of each model and was very patient with us both at the dealership and then with the follow up questions we had by phone. After our initial visit to Central Valley, we visited three other manufacture dealerships, to compare comparable autos. Simply put there was no equal either in features or price. We then checked pricing of the Sonata models we were interested in with four other Hyundai dealerships. Including Bay Area, Sacramento, Tracy and Stockton. None were able to beat the price at Central Valley Hyundai. At arrival of our second visit we had narrowed our choice to Two models. Again Adalai and Sales Manager KC. were very patient and thorough, detailing the financing of both models honoring the pricing that we had earlier agreed on. Both associates were professional, and patient all the way through the process. Once we made the decision on the vehicle that was best for us we called them into the office. KC prepared the offer for financing and it was exactly what we had negotiated. The final signing with the financing officer was quick and simple. We were not approached with any type of hard sell. The whole process was informative, professional and enjoyable. We feel that we purchased the right vehicle with all the options and features we wanted at a very competitive and really unbeatable price. That was confirmed when we arrived home and my Fourteen year old tech savvy son was overjoyed with our new car. his quote " I cant wait to push your buttons ". Our Hyundai Sonata has every feature one would ever need. The safety features are second to none and it looks really great as well. Central Valley Hyundai, Take a bow. My husband and I were shopping for another car because I was rear ended in my 2012 Sonata Ltd. The car was totaled. I was not injured. We considered buying a used vehicle, so my husband and I set out to test drive multiple vehicles at different car dealerships. We ended up at the Huyndai dealership and Greg Hayes is the man to see. Greg Hayes was so accommodating and very generous with his time. He is extremely knowledgeable about the cars inside and out. He was the Huyndai service manager for many years, so he knows his stuff! He answered all of our questions and did not pressure us to buy a vehicle "today." It was late in the day and he suggested we go home and sleep on it because he understood it is a big decision and wanted us to be happy with our choice. We did. The following morning we went back to the dealership and purchased the car on the showroom floor. Got a great price for our new 2015 Sonata Ltd. Greg Hayes is very friendly, easy going, and sincerely wants to help you get the car you want for the best price possible. My husband and I felt very much at ease with him. He also spent a lot of time after our purchase explaining all the features in our new car. We have purchased many cars in the past and we both feel this was our best car buying experience. Lloyd was fun to work with, we had enjoyed working with him on the purchase of our new Hyundai Santa Fa. He related with us very well. He spent time showing me the technology set-up so that it was done and I did not have to work through it. He did not place any pressure on us and explained and showed us the features of the car. Only complaint is that Hyundai does not clearly advertise that technology package is not included in 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty but is at 3 yrs. Did not like that surprise with recommendation to to get extended warranty from Financial closer.

Went in on a Saturday night and took a test drive with Lloyd Bigelow who was an awesome salesman. Told me about all the incentives available on the elantras. Told him i would be back in the morning. When i got there it was parked up front, then we got everything in order starting with our trade in which we got maximum value for. I had very little intention of purchasing a new vehicle when I entered the establishment today , but was curious as I had received a call regarding their "need to increase their used car inventory. I laughed to myself and made the remark to several people if " how stupid do they think I am?". Kenny, the gentleman I spoke to in the phone encouraged me just to come in and see if they could get me into a new vehicle at or below my current payment, so I agreed. I told my family laughingly that if they could put me into a nicer car for $100 less per month than I was currently paying I would " consider" it, never believing that would happen. Kenny was not there but I was warmly greeted by Greg who told me it " didn't matter if I purchased, we were going to be friends." I refused to even drive a vehicle or do anything but an obligatory look until we discussed money. Greg said no problem and the appraisal of my current vehicle and the finance geniuses went to work. Short version.. New beautiful Azera loaded with every bell and whistle imaginable with interest rate half of what I was paying and the payment $100 less/mth!!! I left with a beautiful vehicle and new friends. The entire staff especially Greg exemplifies what customer service is all about!! They have a customer for life!!

We were contacted last week about something called the "Customer Exchange Program" by Kenny. At first we were extremely skeptical, as we had only had our car for a few years, and had purchased it new at that time. The offer that they were talking about seemed to be too good to be true, and that usually means that it is. But it was a lazy Saturday, and we decided to head out to the dealership to see what exactly the offer entailed. After talking with Kenny for just a few moments, and looking at the newest model cars, we decided that the program sounded interesting enough to go ahead and see what they could offer us. After going through the credit process, we were delighted to find that not only could we upgrade to a brand new car with more options than the one that we currently had, but we also did it with $0 down, a much better APR than before, and a lower monthly payment. This program is AMAZING, and if you ever have the opportunity to participate, it could definitely be well worth your time. It was for us! Thank you so much!!!

This is the second Jetta I have purchased from this dealership. Both times, everyone from the initial contact, the sales process and eventually the service department merit the highest marks. They are truly caring and while they are there, to sell cars, there is none of the old time pressure tactics that used to be employed (and, yes, I am old enough to remember that type of sales technique)!!! This time around, both Cristobal Gonzalez (sales) and Alex in Finance were great to deal with. Everything was explained and gone over so that there were no surprises.

I brought in a used Hyundai car to Central Valley VW/Hyundai for an independent inspection by one of their mechanics to check out its condition. Mechanic Tou reported that the car was in good running condition; however, contrary to the history I'd been given, the used vehicle had been involved in an accident. Whoever made the repairs did a pretty good job. Tou really seemed to know his stuff, had a sharp eye for detail, and worked quickly. Rick Valencia in the service department informed me of a recent recall that had been issued on this vehicle of which I was unaware. Central Valley VW/Hyundai installed the new part then and there for free. Rick explained it was still covered by warranty. He and Tou also showed me where a cap was missing, leaving a small hole on the console above the shift, through which things could fall. Later, in bright sunlight, I noticed a lot of stains on the car's upholstery that I hadn't spotted before. I was having second thoughts about buying this car. I walked outside to view the dealership's auto selection. Greg Hayes saw me and introduced himself. It was the start of a remarkable relationship. We looked at just about every used car on the lot before I turned my gaze to the new Hyundais. Mr. Hayes wasn't pushy, and he worked within my price range. When he told me he could help me find a new car for only a few hundred dollars more than the two-year-old used car I'd brought in for a buyer's inspection, I flat out said I didn't believe him. Several hours later, I drove away in a beautiful 2015 silver Elantra with all the bells and whistles I wanted, and it cost only $400 more than the used car I'd arrived in. No dings, no stains. My husband and I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Hayes and the Central Valley VW/Hyundai Dealership.

He was relaxed and very patient with our many, many questions. He was very helpful when he had to answer the same question multiple times. Joshua ":the coast guard": was knowledgeable as if he had worked there many years. I am eighty five years old and this was the most completely satisfying car purchase I have ever made. There was never any feeling of distrust or pressure. The complete process was like sliding down a greased slide. The finance work was taken care of in the most succinct way possible. When I first entered I could not believe how much time Joshua took to explain each and every one of the bells and whistles. Went looking for new car with more cargo space. Found the Jetta Sportwagon Diesel. With the expert help of Howie Rodgers and the assistance of Kenneth Blasengym who was the first person we met & also helped us in makiing the final decision between the Jetta or Hyundai. They were both very professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle they were showing us. The whole experience was nice. We traded in our Honda Civic Hybrid. They made our wait time as short as possible by taking us to another area to get paperwork done faster. Had the car clean, tank filled and showed us the components of the vehicle. Got our phones in sinc. Bought the car on 6/14/14. Writing this on 6/29/14. We have made our first out of town trip. The ride was great on winding roads & highway. Used the sunroof for first time. Great. Carried all our cargo without having to put the seats down, so the dog had the whole backseat to herself. Thanks again. Will need car wash soon.
